What can I say , GREAT FOOD , ALWAYS CLEAN AND IN ORDER AND THE PITAS ARE ALWAYS FRESH AND VERY FRESH VEGETABLES ... VERY CURTIOUS AND POLITE . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS ... Weird hours. Always closed early when i try to go. 7pm on a Wednesday you would think they would be open.

A warm and friendly pita shop! This was my first visit but I will be a regular here now. Pita was made exactly how I asked and the man who took my order even brought it over to my table when it was ready. Top notch service and a great price.

This was my first visit to Pita Pit but it wont be my last to this location. Very clean and very friendly staff, a nice lady took my order and was very careful to listen to my toppings because I have special dietary restrictions. Pita was made perfectly and tasted great. This was during a busy lunch rush for them and the staff worked great together to keep the line moving. 5 star service for a busy Pita shop. Dietary restrictions: Great place to eat if you have strict dietary restrictions. They are very careful to make sure you get exactly what you want on your pita or in your salad.

Haven t been to Pita Pit in several months, disappointed in the amount of meat that they are now providing as regular they used to be way bigger portions. Do not go here if you re looking for fair protein portions

Decent pitas. Owner Guy is usually there sitting with his laptop while his staff are busy dealing with customers. Hygiene could be improved. Long hair not tied back. Also they touch the POS screen with the same gloves they touch the food with. Basics.

They are quite stingy on the ingredients, especially protein, it did not feel worth 15$ for the bowl.

Great all around experience. Food was great and fresh. Service was awesome, talked to the lady for a good 5-10 mins. She was so friendly and nice.

Came to this location at 7:42 pm and they were closed. This was today Friday September 1st. Their sign shows they are open until 9pm. Not a good look for this location and disappointed that no one answered when I called. Not proper way to run a business. -1 star

Usually get the Gyro as it is the best but this time I tried the cheese burger wrap So very good Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from Your choice Dietary restrictions: They will adapt to any way you want

I ate at this location many years ago to try out this brand and was pleasantly surprised. The pita is quite packed and filling, well worth what you pay for. The service here is good, attentive and professional. They are quick with your orders and rarely a delay if it is busy at the fast food shop.

Used to love this chain, always had great things to say about pita pit being none of very few honestly not unhealthy fast food options. My experience yesterday wasnt good. I think new owners were serving, no masks (surely in food service this is a good idea still?!) also the least amount of filling have ever seen in a large pita. Very tight on all veggies, and especially the more expensive ones. I gave 2 stars because the prices seem similar to pre-covid. Very disappointing portions and hygiene.

We just got dinner from Pita Pit and it was perfect. Lilly was working and apparently I got there just before they closed. She was super friendly and didnt rush me at all. She prepared the food exactly as I asked and made it a great visit.

RUDE SERVICE, I go here at least once a week and I could not believe the way I was treated today by the young lady working. HUGE attitude, texting right before making my food, didn t wash her hands. Poorly made my food in a rush with hardly any toppings.

Received horrible customer service and attitude from the lady working there for no reason. I will no longer go to this location .

Totally recommend this place! The food is so fresh and taste so yummy! The lady who served me seemed to have an abrasive attitude. It made me feel a little uncomfortable- could have been stressed due to covid but it was very dead when I went in at lunch time, so not to sure where the stress would be coming from.

Great food. However, Ive gone in a few times now recently and have had the worst costumer service. The manager/owner is extremely rude. I also saw her with her mask off in the back... which is completely unacceptable as it is mandatory to wear a mask inside, especially when handling or preparing food for customers. She only put a mask on after realizing I entered the store, but by then she had already walked the entire store.

Jen and Jason are very professional, friendly, and have high standards for customer service at their site. The food is always fresh and delicious and made with care! Thank you for everything! Thats why we keep going back!

If youre going to have a racist attitude towards costumers of color then you shouldnt be running a shwarma restaurant I experienced this today at this pita pit location not happy with the way I was treat and wouldnt recommend going here

Rude behaviour. When we entered to the store, they were making faces. Employee s don t know how to make pita. They put very less veggies and when we said that we want more veggies then they were shouting on us and same thing happened in sauces. Very bad service.

Great service and surprisingly good food

Delicious! and I wanna sent a virtual high five to the employee there today- my food was awesome, they were rocking the 3 orders in store and skip orders, and AMAZING AWESOME hand and glove hygiene! That makes me super happy to see and I really wish she gets the kudos deserved for being so on top of that.

Good food

The girl working was doing such a great job, honestly give her a raise. But that poor girl was working all by herself on a busy Saturday. The store was busy and she had Uber eats orders. She was so stressed. This location either needs to bring in more people or they need to delicate breaks better. I felt so bad for her.

Love Pita Pit. This location is disgusting. The manager CLEARLY does not care as evidenced by the filthy state of the equipment. Drive the extra 5 minutes to the Bayview/St.John location where it is clean and the customer service is excellent.

The girl that served me my sister and my cousin was so patient and friendly. She had a lineup of customers (saturday lunch rush and surprisingly was only person working) and maintained her professionalism with a smile. Will definitely go back.

This is the 3rd time I have had a poor customer experience at this location directly attributed to the owner. This individual is rude, unwelcoming and should not be in a customer facing capacity. I actually feel uncomfortable when hes in. The insult to injury is that he is too skimpy with the toppings which I can only surmise is to protect the bottom line. If he is working, go to another location where you will likely be met with a smile, treated courteously and get good value for money

Great food and very healthy. Not cheap but the selection of toppings to go on your pita is second to none. Great place for eats between ringette games for sure! Smoothies here are some of the best.

Enjoyed my pita however. I noticed that the ceiling has clumps of dust and cobwebs above the flattop and veggie area. Pretty nasty and could easily fall into the food.

Love this place in Newmarket. The salad choice filling are generous and not stingy unlike subway. The choice of meats are great as well. Highly recommended if youre looking for a filling wrap sandwich or just a salad itself serve.

Just visited this location today. Great food but the wait time was gravely unacceptable. There was only one girl working the entire shop and it was very busy. She did a very good job at maintaining composure and serving with grace. However, she was definitely wearing many hats and overworked. We ordered and had to wait 40 minutes for our pitas. There were no cookies available for the kids meals and so the only option we were given was for the kids to have a bag of chips but then we were charged extra for the chips which seemed wrong. The pitas did taste great but the experience will make us question whether to eat here again. I am also concerned about dust falling from the ceiling. Doesnt seem overly clean.

Empty ... absolutely disgusted by the portion size. Dont waste your money, you can buy empty pitas at the no frills! I definitely got ripped off!

Ive been coming here for a few years. I used to really like it but now the portion sizes are way smaller than they were and overpriced. The staff generally seems uninterested that there is a customer and I feel as if I am wasting their time. I have had a few really good experiances but I probably will not be back.

Poor customer service. Some people there know what they re doing. But most lack professionalism and just sit on their phones and do nothing.

Ive been here for lunch a few times; very good pita; owner seems like a decent enough fellow. My father said the Chicken Cesar Pita was excellent.

I really hope this is the right place, Im the girl who came into the store and needed someone to call me a taxi because an uber abandoned me in a city I barely know. The two girls there who were blonde (I didnt catch their names) helped me out and let me sit in their restaurant (helped calm me down as I was lost) instead of out in the cold. I think they deserve a higher rating for the staffs kindness and when I was in there it was very clean and smelled good -- just was lost and didnt have any cash to grab anything or I would have.

20 MINUTES TO MAKE A SINGLE PITA AND A SMOOTHIE. SHE MADE EVERYTHING WRONG. DID NOT KNOW WHAT TOPPINGS TO USE. DID NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE SMOOTHIE. NO HAND SOAP IN WASHROOM. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Deserves one star when the waiter forgets any sauce even after reminding twice and order was a takeaway.

The manager just sits on cash looking at his phone while his ONE prep-employee deals with the lunch rush. Its always the longest wait of any pita pit Ive been too. Plus dont have a sign for babaganoush if you dont carry it.

They keep the meat in the fridge, then take a portion and warm it.. The meat portion is small. Not tasty. At least they wear gloves!

I mean I understand how hard it would being a full grown adult and working at Pita Pit, but you would think you would at least take a little pride in your job. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, let alone my completely dry chicken Caesar salad. Great resturant just skip this location all together.

The worst customer service of any Pita Pit franchise. Regularly rude employees. Often does not adhere to posted hours. I recently visited and noticed employees hanging out in the back. They refused to serve me despite having all food prep stations open and within posted hours by over an hour! Avoid this location at all costs!

Bad customer service, felt like I was inconveniencing the work.. when its her job to make pitas.. as someone who works in customer service I was not pleased and I could never and wouldnt treat people like they are an inconvenience to me.. good was alright but will probably just go to extreme pita from here on out.

I Agree with most of the reviews about rude staff, I still went back because it is close for us but will no longer go there as me & my two sons got very sick from the chicken pitas this past weekend. Rude grumpy pretentious staff is one thing but this is suppose to be a healthy choice after all ...but the cleanliness of the restaurant and the preparation area is sadly lacking. I will try the leslie location from now on
