Love this place! Food is delicious, probably my favorite place for thai food. We enjoyed the pad thai, curry dish and pad see ew and loved it. Even my picky daughter who refuses to try new things did and asked to go back. Portions sizes are huge and well worth the price. We will definitely be back

The food is amazing and this is our fav Thai restaurant! We always make our way to dine in if we could. However, we ordered takeout yesterday on the way back home from an appointment and I was very disappointed at the poor packaging. The young girl with dark short hair packed the food so poorly that they spilled everywhere. The curry was put on top of other dishes with no broth and the lid was not even closed. Why! Ugh.

Planning my next meal already. ********** I eat out quite a bit, and though Ive been eating Thai food from other restaurants, Im happy to have found Bangkok Thai. Ive probably eaten at all of the Thai restaurants in Aurora/Newmarket (believe it or not there are over 6) and the quality and portions never disappoint. If you havent tried Bangkok Thai, do your tastebuds a favour and order from them, you wont be disappointed.

Tamarind Fish and Red Curry Beef was flavourful and cooked to perfection. Recommend the mango salad and curry dishes. We are now regulars here to try more items on the menu.

I have visited this place three times, and during each visit, I ordered different food items. Unfortunately, all of them turned out to be cold, frozen, oily, and stale, which was quite disappointing. On one occasion, I received a frozen dish and returned it, but by the time a replacement was ready, I had to leave. Another time, the fried rice was excessively oily, cold, and stale, and despite having paid for it, I had to eat it. It seems that the restaurant charges customers more than the quality of their food and service warrants. Additionally, it appears that service is prioritized based on how much one pays, with guests who spend more receiving better service, even if they arrive first or ask for assistance. This approach to service is concerning, as it should not be divided based on payment or tips. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.

AMAZING food and great service! The staff are so friendly and I really feel cared for. The food came out incredibly quickly and the flavour/sensation brought me back many times. They never disappoint with their portion sizes, speed, taste, and kindness. I took my mom here yesterday, she had the cashew nut chicken, I ordered green curry. While my mom claimed her dish was tasty and full of flavour- my green curry was so bland I couldnt eat it. Green curry is meant to be an extremely flavourful dish, with some good heat to it. Not sure if they took one look at me and decided I wouldnt enjoy heat (or flavour) but I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I could BARLEY taste the curry, there was NO heat (as there was almost no curry paste in the dish) it tasted like coconut milk soaked veggies. Gross. When my mom was finished eating, we were chatting and finishing our green tea. The bill was brought out promptly- which Is fine, though I had intended to try some of the yummy sounding cocktails. I didnt get a chance to let my waiter know, since a second young girl came over, typed the amount into the machine and put it infront of me..... I had not said I was ready to pay. I did not have my card out. We were sitting enjoying talking and had actually intended to stay and buy drinks. Nope. She stood, LOOMING OVER ME while I dug my card out and STAYED STANDING OVER ME while I made the payment.

The house pad thai was ok, good portion but the chicken was not good. Tasted frozen or it was sitting there and reheated and served. The chicken was bland, nothing was done to it. I wouldnt recommend the chicken. Service was good.

Thai food lovers you have to try this place! After a round of golf a buddy & I was looking for some international wholesome food. We ended up coming to this place located on Yonge & Mulock. Was slight apprehensive at first as I had been hear years ago; it was mediocre at best of I recall correctly. The circumstances have changed for the better I promise you. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile and the option to sit anywhere we wanted. Our server Emilie is super friendly and accommodating in relation to adding things to the dish I ordered. We both ordered pad thai; asked for basil leaves, extra sauce & extra spicy, the dish did not disappoint. Freshly cooked, piping hot upon arrival & super savory. Up in York region it is super hard to find a decent Thai restaurant. Look no further folks Bangkok Thai Cuisine is legit for North American standards. The prices are competitive and fair, the service is good ,the food speaks for itself. Asian food lovers come support your local Thai restaurant.

The Curry Pad Thai was a delightful medley of flavours - right amount of spice, tangy and sweetness. Emily, our gracious host, was a delight. The service was quick and timely and she knew the menu well. She explained everything clearly and was very happy to answer our questions. Don t miss out on this spot. Come with family and friends and indulge!!! Vegetarian options: The mango salad, and The Curry Pad Thai are definitely vegetarian friendly. Just ask them to make it without fish sauce. There are many more dishes that are vegetarian friendly. Some are vegan friendly as well. Parking: Lots of parking. The resatuarant is in a plaza off Yonge and mulock.

My favourite dish here has to be the pineapple fried rice, and it never disappoints! Always delicious and consistent, you get both shrimp AND chicken, tasty cashews, and of course the fresh pineapples to top it off, the flavour is perfect and hits the spot every time!

Got their papaya salad, sticky rice, chicken wings, and pho w chicken. Didnt expect their rice to be coconut falvoured, made me feel sick. Papaya salad at their spiciest tasted too sweet. Chicken wings must have been frozen and cooked fast cause skin was rubbery. Also had a long black hair inside the noodles for the pho. Really disappointed. Its hard to find good thai/lao food around here.

Pad Thai noodle is huge for one person and expensive. Would be nice if they had a less expensive portion for one, especially for take out and for lunch. Around $14.50 tax included. Beautiful inside and amazing quality Thai.

Went for my first time yesterday, and it was probably the best most kind service I ve ever received by any restaurant. The food was real Thai and was the best pad Thai I ve ever had. Will be going back for sure.

Terrific thai food from a restaurant that values its customers. Heres a great example. I ordered takeout tonight and I felt they got one of the dishes wrong. So, I called them and they agreed to replace it. When I picked up the replacement, I realized that it was actually my fault and they had done it correctly. Emily at the front desk couldnt have been nicer or more gracious. She still gave me the replacement dish even though they had done nothing wrong. There are a lot of places to eat. But, this is the sort of thing that makes all the difference. They showed they value my business. Theyll be a lot more orders in the future. Thanks.

I m so surprised with all these positive reviews, i received a very warm welcome when i came into the restaurant. But i was so upset when i saw my food mango salad and pad thai were very dry, watery and not fresh. They should always ask if somebody is allergic to nuts so they brought the salad with so much nuts made me sick enough to throw up. Then the pad thai was watery, oily and not fresh which was unbelievably disastrous so i left before finishing my food. I shared my experience with all my friends.
