My favorite is the coconut shrimp! I add beans or veggies with the thin thai noodles and a spring roll. More than enough to have left overs. Vegetarian options: Everything I ordered was meatless

Portions are so good for the price, this place is so good

Please avoid at all costs! Pad thai was the worst pad thai of my life, vegetables were soggy, undone and not fresh. The spring roll was stale it stink so bad! I feel sick after eating the food. I wish I can go back and tell them how awful the food was and get a refund! It seemed the food was sitting there for a few days. How sad that they dont care about the quality of their food or the well-being of their customers

An alternative to Machu Wok

Used to frequent this place. They understandably raised prices several times due to inflation, but depending on who i get serving me, the portions get smaller (with the constantly increasing prices). I used to only get food there if i saw the younger man or middle aged lady working, otherwise i would get served smaller than usual portions of the carb+protein. I was hungry today so i didnt care who was working. The portion issue happened again. I tried explaining it respectfully to the person serving me, but he couldnt understand my english.

Just bought the 3 item dinner that included the breaded shrimp with coconut sauce, noodles and a vegetable dish. After I asked for some plum sauce also, the female server removed the coconut sauce that is included with the breaded shrimp. It was very disappointing, to see this when I got home. That was a very cheap move!

OK, nice folks over there, BUT chicken meat you served is stale! Never again!

Ordered a noodle soup take out, they just put the noodle in the soup, when I got home the noodle was too mushy to eat. This place is just awful, even for food court standards.

HEADS UP AT DEBIT CHARGES DOUBLE- FOR BEING RUDE Food isnt bad usually for what it is. The manager can be a really crusty guy. He has no problem ripping on customers the second they leave. So assume youre fair game too . My only beef (without brocolli) is that Ive made a point of noticing t hat this guy pays attention to the regulars, even the elderly :( that dont look closely at their debit transaction. Hes looking down but his eyes are looking up while they swipe. I started paying attention after he doubled mine. He has a few tricks. Hell charge full pop for half price specials too. I figured I was a regular and didnt have to look close. Noticed when I got back to the table. Now I dont have to worry about it at all. Its a principle thing

One of the best food places in the mall. Love their soups and they are very nice at letting you customize the soups the way you like.

So much salt in the noodle soup and the actual ingredients itself I feel like I need to cut my tongue off. No wonder people have to buy drinks, just to wash off all the saltiness after the meal.

For a, steam table, Thai kiosk, its okay, not the best, not the worst, Thai, fast food, I have had. I would not go out of my way to buy it, but if a food court has one, I will consider getting a plate.

I ordered the Thai noodles, broccoli and the pepper steak. The only thing of that meal that was edible was the noodles. The beef was slimy and the broccoli was coated in some gross heavy sauce. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this one. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service. This s our first time ordering from this place. We took a minute to browse through the menu and asked if we could order non-spicy beef noodles for my kid. The man serving behind the counter answered me rudely and mumbling some bad words! We just walked away. They dont deserve our or your business.

While eating my dinner with my roommate, she noticed the cashier EATING at the front right by the cash register. It was disgusting to see, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNSANITARY DURING A PANDEMIC! Im glad I had my back turned... that behavior is unacceptable.

We have eaten here different days of the week at different times and have never been disappointed great prices lots of food always hot always fresh.great staff.constantly tell people about this place keep up the great service and mouth watering food.

A man who works here was beligerent and disrespectful to a friend of mine and her daughter. When asked why he was behaving in such a manner it was heavily implied that their race was his issue. I know them to be kind and well mannered people that do not deserve such prejudices against them.. no one does! People are people, we are all human beings and dont deserve to be judged by anything else but our own words and actions. I hope you understand that retaining the services of this employee is likely to cost you far more than hes worth to your company.

Ordered a noodle dish and there was a long black hair in it, had to trash the whole thing out. Totally disgusting! Also the young guy at the cash register is very rude, he never bothers thanking you when handing you the bill. Never will I go to Ruby Thai again!

I went this location for Tomyum soup. The manager makes tease on the customers. I didn t quite hear him saying green onion . I heard it as peanut or something because it was loud in the Food Court!! So, I said no first, and saw he was stopping putting the green onion. Then, I said, oh, green onion please.( since I wanted) Next, what he talked back was that you said no green onion!!! I told him that I heard you said peanut. He talked me back that there was no peanut sound in green onion!! So.. what is so matter. People could hear differently!! Then, I got my food and turned back to go to my table. He started talking with the female server about the peanut thing in their language. However, I could know that they were teasing or making fun of me because I could hear peanut in several times in their conversation.It happended when I ordered the soup at the beginning. They were saying Tomyum tomyum blabla..in annoyed sound and I could know they were talking about me!! The female server even looking at me constantly when they talk. Before I left the counter I stared at him saying nothing. He quickly turned the eye contact from me. I was so unpleasant while I was eating it. The food was not tasty either. They talk back of the customers!!! I saw he was talking about the lady in front of me, too. They must think the customers are stupid not understanding thier language. We probably don t know the whole meaning but know they are teasing customers by their sounds and gestures for sure. It is not the manner the manager should have!! So rude!!! Poor management!!!

This is the first time to come to the Ruby Thai at 11:30am, order as usually what I order before, but the food obviously is from yesterday remained. The green begie color is brown, the pad thai is hard, the spicy chicken tasted a bit sour.

Dont try the noodle bar. I had the wonton noodles and only half was noodles, the rest is bean sprouts with frozen wontons. What a disappointment. However, everything else is ok.

Their food is always old. Always dry and cold. Their spring roll is horrible. Taste like a 3 day old roll and inside was drowing with soy sauce that also dried out.
