Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want at your own pace.
I made a reservation for 2 at 5:45pm to take advantage of the early bird $10 off. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. The ambiance was decent. They had a buffet area which you could get appetizers, salad, cold cuts and a few hot items. After we picked up our food from the buffet table, multiple servers bought out the meat. They came so frequently and we had to turn the card to red. However, half of the meat from the grill were pretty tough. The garlic rump steak was the worst. It couldn't be cut by their knife. The pork ribs were lack of flavor. The lamb leg was okay. Both beef top sirloin and bottom sirloin were tough too. Bacon wrapped chicken and pork sausages were good. Grilled pineapple was the best. Service was good and plates were taken away quickly. Overall, meat from the grill was a disappointment. Buffet and size dishes were not bad. Dance show was not available on Sundays. They added the Niagara tourism improvement fee to our bill and remember to ask them to take it off.
I had an amazing experience at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse in Niagara Falls! We went to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect choice for the occasion. The ambiance and atmosphere were incredible, with lively entertainment that added a special touch to the evening. The selection of meats was outstanding, 12 different cuts, beef top sirloin, lamb leg, beef ribeye and so much more , and the all-you-can-eat buffet for sides was one of the best I’ve ever seen, featuring a fantastic variety, including plenty of seafood options. The highlight of the meal? The grilled pineapple! It was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in Niagara Falls, I highly recommend Brasa for an unforgettable dining experience.
Great experience. Buffet style, we paid 80$/personne on a weekend The meat and the sides were delicious. Even their salmon was perfectly cooked. The only bad part was the dessert we got a cheesecake, taste wasn’t great and pretty expensive for it was.
I like the concept of Brasa; it’s an amazing experience, tasting various delicious steaks and meats. They give you a round card — green means you’d like the staff to serve you, and red means you’re done for now. The only downside is that some of the meats are so salty that I felt a bit dizzy, likely because of my blood pressure rising. Overall, though, it was a great experience, with a fantastic self-serve appetizer table. Wine and dessert are not included in the self-serve payment.
The meat at Brasa was outstanding, and there was plenty of it. We sampled a little of everything, and I think I liked everything I tried. The restaurant was lively for a Saturday night in October. The live music was a nice touch. The buffet section was well stocked with a broad range of items. We had a private room for a birthday event. The service was great, and the gauchos came to our room pretty frequently. The only drawback I can think of was the low level of lighting in the room. We had some candle lights brought in, but even then, it was still pretty dark. This minor issue aside, Brasa was an enjoyable experience!
Food was plentiful and delicious! The staff were pleasant, and the atmosphere was vibrant. Nice live music, and Brazilian dancers too. The staff came by the table regularly with a variety of options on skewers, and there was also a buffet for everything else. While the pricing was quite high, we were nicely surprised to be offered a discount when they found out we were seeing a show at the OLG Stage after dinner. I would definitely go again, and recommend them to friends and family as a nice treat. Just don’t go with a full stomach! 😊
Had a decent experience at Brasa - the live music was great, ambience was okay, but the meat was a bit too dry for me. Not long after I sat down with food from the salad bar, I was bombarded with top sirloin, pork sausage, chicken and garlic rump steak. My family had our coasters flipped to red (not ready for food), but we were still approached with meat. I wanted to finish my cold food first prior to the good stuff, felt bad rejecting food every 3-4 minutes. Not a fan of their chicken and lamb - drummies and thighs were nothing special, and the lamb was dry and bland... wished they had cut me a smaller piece. I had a rough time chewing majority of the meat, as most of them were cooked well-done. An hour into dinner, I nearly gave up on having a piece of juicy rare steak... and then they brought a one over - instant 4 stars! Perhaps I could request for rare meat instead of waiting for chance? They did ask us if we had a specific meat we would like to see after a while. Price-wise, it's decent considering it's all-you-can-eat premium meat. Worth checking out!
The experience was overall good. If you’re deciding between Copacabana and this place, I would give the edge to Copacabana based on the better tasting meats. The layout of Brasa is great. It’s a very large space so it wasn’t hard to get a table without reservations. They had live music on a Thursday night which was a bonus. I really like the buffet bar (something Copacabana no longer has). There were many different salads, vegetables, coldcuts, fruit and then sides (mashed potatoes, pasta, etc). The meats were good, but not great. Our favourite meats were: Prime Sirloin, Garlic Rump Steak and the beef rump steak. The least favourites were all the chicken based ones, the ribs (not good at all), the pork (extremely dry and flavourless), and the lamb (put so much mint on it, it ruins the taste). And then the pineapple was delicious! The cheese buns here were not that good. Don’t stuff yourself on those! Overall, we left full and satisfied. If I come back here again, I know which meats to focus on.
Love this restaurant!! Our 4th time going
Honestly worst experience ever. Barely served and when we were the meat was dry. The first 2 items (steak) were amazing and they never came back to the table. They would go to other surrounding tables it got to the point I was waving my card around to try to get someone attention. The price is outrageous for the horrible food and service.
Great food, great service! Would visit again. Food
Waste of money does not taste good
We are local and have visited this restaurant at least twice a year. Sadly our visit last night was terrible. Service was just OK but the meat was horrible. The meat was so tough and tasteless. Im guessing low grade. Considering this is a high end restaurant you would expect good quality. Everyone in our party was not satisfied we were all pushing meat around our plates in disappointed. W e will not be returning.
Best steakhouse I have ever been. What an unbelievable experience. Great staff from when you walk in until you leave. 10/10 will be returning!!
Always great food and service
If you plan to dine on a samba night, be prepared for a loud atmosphere that makes it nearly impossible to hold a conversation. The music is turned up so high that even your own thoughts feel drowned out. I brought my husband here for his birthday and confirmed with the hostess upon arrival that it was a special occasion. However, this acknowledgment seemed pointless, as there was no celebration, dessert, or even recognition from the staff. Unfortunately, the food was equally disappointing. Most of the meats were overcooked, rubbery, and chewy. The ribeye was gray in color and unappetizing, while the top sirloin, though rare, was impossible to chew. We specifically came for the picanha, but it didn t arrive until about 30 minutes into our meal. After asking about it, the waiter assured us it was on the way. When it finally came, it was all cooked to medium-well. We requested a rare cut, and the gaucho promised to return with it but never did. Service left much to be desired as well. Our water glasses were often empty, and it took visibly signaling a waiter to get a refill. When the check arrived, the server hovered awkwardly with the payment machine, seemingly watching as we entered the tip amount. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best and fell far short of the high standards set by the many other Brazilian steakhouses we ve enjoyed across the country. At over $250 for the evening, it was not worth the price and was an overall lack luster experience for my husbands birthday.
Wonderful eating experience for anyone and everyone! My family and I had dinner here tonight and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The salad and side dishes buffet was well stocked with countless fresh varieties. The variation of meats was delectable. The crescendo was the grilled pineapple powdered with cinnamon and sugar. The samba dancers wowed the audience with their moves and graciously posed with anyone who asked for a photo with them. Kid-friendliness: Kids aged 5 and under eat for free!
Excellent place, very good live music, the garotas, with all due respect, very beautiful, the food very delicious, a lot of variety of entrees, I recommend it 100% the only bad thing or mishap I had was that the place was full and I got a table very hidden and it took them a while to distribute the cuts of meat from then on everything was excellent
Very bad
Dont expect a quiet romantic dinner. This is a vibrant, active atmosphere! Enjoy the roasted pineapple and fresh carved meats. There is no show in the back of the restaurant!
We had a reservation for 4 people Friday Nov 29 at 6 pm. For the hour and a half we were there only 7 times did they bring us any beef cuts. We were sitting there waiting and the waiter asked what we were waiting for. Told him any beef. Of the 7 times half of it was way over done where we didn t eat it. All they seemed to be pushing was the pineapple, chicken and sausages. So basically paid $565 for a glorified salad bar. What a huge disappointment. Will never be coming back. We had been so many times pre covid and that was our first time back .
Amazing night out! Food and service is phenomenal and the entertainment on Fridays/Saturdays is great!
Great experience Delicious food! Food
The ambiance was fun but the food was just okay for the price. Many of the cuts were very chewy and it was only a few of the same type, and not the variety shown on the menu. The drinks were extremely overpriced (4 standard drinks for $100). Also, we expected there to be more entertainments or a show on a Saturday night which was disappointing. To top it off, we were charged more than the receipt (and only noticed the next day when we got home). I would go to the Keg or Outback next time for better quality and service.
Words can barely describe the experience at Brasa. Go there ready to eat. A lot of options at the salad bars. The amount of meat options are great. OMG! The pineapple!! The quality of food is amazing. Jamie was our server, and he was great.
No. Just take my advice, the food is not good, any cut of beef is tough even the ribeye, waaaay overpriced.
Came here on Tuesday, as my wife wanted to take me out. Overall, the food was good. Comparing it to Copacabana, its nice to have the option of a salad bar. But for me, I prefer not to get filled up on carbs. The meats were good overall. The ribs were probably the worst, but I didnt really have high expectations for it. Came at 545 to take advantage of the happy hour discount. Wish the drinks were a tad bit cheaper. Next time Ill drink water. I would come here again
A great experience
Slow service. Meat was actually really good at the beginning but towards the end it was over cooked and dry. Probably wont be back due to slow service. Didnt even get to try all the different meat selections.
The food was delicious, entertainment included live Latin music and Brazilian dancers.
This is brazilian churrascaria and our secont time here- they have all you can eat buffet, the meat is served to the table very tasty and very good service
As a Brazilian I can appreciate their work, delicious! I just wish the buffet and salad bar was more Brazilian reflective but I understand the fact they need to adapt for Canadians and other nationalities. Nonetheless, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Service was also amazing!
Food goods the waiter courteous
We highly commend Vince, very attentive and nice.
Food is not up to par with the price.
It was a good experience. Service was great. The niagra wine on the menu did not come from niagara which was disappointing.
The steaks weren t the best but atmosphere and service were solid.
Really good for being outside Brazil
Vincent was awesome! Had a great time!
Its my favorite restaurant on the planet. Always a top-notch meal.
Really down hill in a few years. Meat was very very dry and not seasoned well. Shame as previously had a good experience.
Love the food here
Went here for my 22 anniversary with my wife booked it one week early on OpenTable and mentioned it was our anniversary but when we got there they sat us all the way in the back where I was facing baby seats lined up against the wall and disgusting wallpaper and a discussing smell something like dishwashers smell!! I requested to be moved and they told me I will have to wait one hour this was a terrible experience getting into the restaurant. I had to get upset for them to help me. They finally moved us to another table closer to the excitement but my experience was already ruined at this point also most of the Meats were chewy and tough for the price that you get billed for payed almost $300 for 2 people I will definitely never go back
Dancers and the live music are pretty good. On the other hand, the meat is overcooked and way too salty, and waiters serve meat at a pretty slow speed. Finally beware the price, they add massive tourist tax to the pre-tax price (over 20% tax&fees). Also, the %tips they calculate is based on the price after tax&fees, so you end up paying way more if you are not careful (their options start at 18% tips, which is after the ridiculous tourist tax).
I had a reservation at Braza restaurant on October 2nd for Nov.3rd, booked through OpenTable. I received multiple confirmations, so I was assured our table was ready. However, when we arrived, it seemed like my reservation couldn t be found, and we were given a poor table in the back. Despite my polite requests, no one seemed to care when I asked about switching tables. They told me the better tables were reserved, and I couldn t help but wonder if all those other people had really booked months in advance, as I did. When I showed my reservation details, they couldn t find it or just didn t seem to care. To make matters worse, I later received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled despite the fact that I had actually dined there on my birthday, albeit at a table I hadn t expected. I m extremely disappointed and won t be coming back.
Truly amazing food and service. Thanks to our waiter for patiently answering all our questions.
Food is very good. Pineapple is delicious. Lots of options. My only recommendation is that if you plan to go while the show is on, ask for a table where youll be able to see it well. I reserved for two, and was seated at a table where it was difficult to appreciate the show. One dancer did come over to our section, once. Overall it was a great experience though, and Id definitely go back.
The best place for steaks
The food was good, but dont bother making any requests on your reservation online because they wont do it. I requested for a dessert with a candle to be brought to the table after our meal to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday but they never brought it, I also called a few days before and talked to someone who said there will be a note for the waiter with my request
Most of the meat was over cooked
Came here for the last time. 90% of the meat served was well done and dry. Picanha steak had a bad odor told the waiter but nothing was done. Had to request appetizers half way through meal. Filled plate with the cheapest cuts of meat and never came around with the good stuff. Not worth the money and overall terrible experience.
The food was GREAT!! Warm atmosphere. Friendly service.
After contemplating on what restaurant to dine for my wife s birthday dinner through out the day. We finally decided to come here. We got here pretty late (about 25 mins to close) and we still had a ball! The service was impeccable, our waiter made sure we had a taste of everything even after they closed. It was a fantastic dining experience.. everything was very tasty. I would definitely visit again and be sure to spend a longer time to experience the whole vibes
We had 3 diff people at our table didnt know who our server actually was All the steak cooked medium rare. We asked for a few cook to medium well. One came. Well done. The speakers were faced the opposite way of where we were sitting all the way in the back. The dancers didnt even come that way or face that way. Its a total waste of money. 250 ish And...being handicap it was dang near impossible to navigate.
Great food, night started a bit slow, but our server Matt asked what we hadn t received yet and the meat started to flow, the garlic Ribeye was out of this world, the buffet had tons of options and the have the softest focaccia bread I ve ever had. The live music and dancers are a great touch. Will be back
Its been a long time since I visited this churrascaria, and not to mention the food, the employees were very friendly. The atmosphere was also nice, so I had a great time with my friends.
I want to eat here you wont want to eat nowhere else the food is delicious Unlimited meat to eat live music live entertainment love it all.
The most disappointing dinner I have had in the longest while. My husband, my friends and I have been to this place a few times and it WAS very good. Came back on Friday for dinner at 8pm, we were two couples. I will start with the meat, I like mine from medium to medium rare, but everything accept for chicken was so raw that my plate had more blood on it than anything else. I waited for our waiter or any of the meat servers to ask them to cook at least one of the beef meats for longer, to have it a bit more cooked, no one came by after the last kind of meet was served to us even though our cards were the green side up. Wine selection is very disappointing and expensive. All four of us were disappointed. The buffet food was okay, but very far from this price point.
I been at this location many time to about 10 times a month before a show eat enjoy my meal near the end when i went to buffet for fruitI found plastic and swallow one the manger linda apologies and said nothing more not even to offer a discount just a stone face sorry 6.00 off I wouldnt go back again bad customer service from a manger
This place is fabulous. Ive been there several times. Every time I go to Niagara it is a must that I go there. The food is fabulous. Cooked to perfection and the staff are phenomenal. If youve never been, its a must.
Decent overall. Some meats were pretty dry, but others were delicious. The buffet had great options. The grilled pineapples and picanha were my favourite items. Servers were friendly.
Our annual Brasa stop!! Always a pleasure to visit. Outstanding service and live entertainment. Buffet outstanding and kept fresh, clean & well stocked. Reservations recommended.
Loved everything. Wished I could eat more
This place never disappoints. Great quality and large selection of meats, very attentive service everytime
We decided to try this after going to Copa Cabana tons of times. We just wanted a change. Welp!! THAT was a BAD move!! For the $$$$ They charge it was sooo not worth it. It was meh at best. They advertise all these meats but all we got was some crap pork and what seemed like 3 of the same steaks with different names! Band was great and a nice touch. Perhaps they could move over to Copa!! The waiters with the meats were scarce and for over $250 for 2 people I expred WAY better quality! Also...the Pinapple (which at Copa is the best part) was GROSS!! it was BITTER! Not sure what they did to that but I couldnt eat it. My hubby agreed! We were so disappointed and will never make that mistake again!! Well stick to Copacabana!!!! The bathrooms were OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT!! I couldnt believe the walk my husband had when he showed me on the way out!! What a disappointment!! On top of it that huge TOURIST TRAP FEE that they out on is disgusting!! I started taking that off their tip !! We wont go back!!!!!
I went here for first time with family. The food was tasty had a lot of variety that at the buffet. The live music and dancers were great. I felt like I was brazil. I highky reccomded checking this place out Dietary restrictions: a good selections of dairy free products. Parking: park at casino for 60 dollars flat fee.
Cost is high, really high, but you sort of expect that in Canada. What you dont expect is being offered $10 off if you book an early dinner and then NOT getting the $10 off... Completely ripped me and my family off AND got their slow slot time filled. I wont be back and I will definitely not be giving any good praise to potential Niagara falls visitors from Japan to there.
Overpriced for the quality of food and service
A fun night out. The salad bar has plenty of options and the meat is amazing! Service was friendly, Eddie was our server he told us how it works and cautioned us to pace ourselves with the salad bar. Solid advice! We were there on Saturday night and there was live music and Brazilian dancers who danced through the tables.
We had great drinks and food! We also Enjoyed the food that was at the buffet. As a family with gluten allergies, it was amazing to eat there and not be worried about it. The staff was knowledgeable about what we could and could not eat meat and buffet wise. The dancing girls and live music really made for an enjoyable experience. Dietary restrictions: Very gluten free
Just finished an excellent meal. The buffet has a very good selection of hot and cold Items. The meats where very good as well as the grilled pineapple. The service was excellent The waiter funny and charming. The Atmosphere is very chic. The experience feels a little rushed as they come at you with alot of meat fast.... I would highly recomend this restaurant
Amazing waiter dalton give him a raise. Def recommend the garlic beef and ribeye steak. Thank you so much!! Amazing service Dalton
Great service and delicious food.
Dont eat here - this is absolutely hands down the worst Brazilian steakhouse I have ever eaten at. The meat tasted microwaved or had no flavor whatsoever. The caipirinha was all a weird syrup flavor and not authentic at all. Dont waste your money at this place - its a profits grab by greedy investors and will make you regret being a meat eater.
We had few visitors from Italy and took them there and it service was disappointing, we were large group and you think they will pay attention more but NO , no one gave us even water for 15 mins, we had to chase people with meat to stop by at our table , I have been here before maybe right before covid and this time was a very different experience. Hope they pay attention to service more and add more servers during the weekend. We went Sunday at 5 30 which it wasnt really that busy, Food whenever that we could get our hands on , was good .
We love Brasa and the food deserves a 5 star rating for sure! The reason for the 2 star rating though was our server Alex, who did very little and expected quite a bit from us. Plates were left on our table full of discarded food for the entire night, a drink took 30min to arrive and when it did he blamed it on some else not bringing it to us. The final kick was when he prompted the debt machine to provide him with an 18% tip, making it seem like it was the only option. I spoke with a hostess and management on the way out to let them know of my concern, only to over hear that several of his tables had complained about the same thing through the course of the evening. Not professional behaviour by any means.
For Brazilians: please dont go in thinking its a Brazilian steakhouse. Its inspired by Brazil, yes, but you definitely cant go thinking that it will have what a Brazilian steakhouse has. There are only 4 types of beef cuts (the rest are filler meats like chicken and pork, but for the price there should be a lot more premium cuts, right) and the buffet has a million things but typical food only has rice, feijoada and farofa kk I was really disappointed. The meat had a VERY good flavor (the grill is Brazilian from what they told us), but for the price I really wanted to satisfy my longing for Brazil. I missed the pastelzinho, cheese with molasses, termites, dice with pepper, whatever. You have to be aware that it is not a Brazilian restaurant, it is just inspired by Brazil. Most of the attendants dont speak Portuguese (we were lucky to meet one who was actually Brazilian) and they also dont seem to care much about Brazilian culture (they came to offer the pineapple with cinnamon BEFORE the meat lol I even laughed at the time in disbelief). Anyway. The food itself was good, but I was bummed not to have what I really miss about Brazil - the food
Hidden fee called local fee of $36 and already included tip in the price 20%.. which was $ 84 for us , was totally not planned. you are forced to tip the amount they give you regardless how happy you are or not. It s very dark in the restaurant and you cannot see what you eat.. overall we would not recommend the restaurant. Nothing special and fine with fine food prices.. very disappointing..
I identified as pregnant by the time I left here.
First time at Brasa on a friends recommendation. It was fun. The food was excellent, both in choice and taste. The buffet stations were diverse and delicious. There were hot and cold items from salads to cocktail shrimp to sushi to sides to steamed mussels, simply wonderful. The selection of meats served tableside was delicious. My favourite was the bacon wrapped beef tenderloin and the seasoned grilled whole pineapple. There was live music and dancers. The specialty house drinks were delicious. The server provided good service, but was a bit absent minded at times with our drinks for it not being too busy. Overall a wonderful experience. As for the price, it was extremely reasonable for an all-you-can-eat steakhouse with its selection and quality. There are places in this town that charges $40 for overcooked eggs, raw hash browns, and rubber pancakes. Will definitely make Brasa at least an annual travel destination.
I ate here last night (4 adults total $460) I will give my honest review and before you read the details; in a nutshell, if you want to pay huge amount for the fancy dine in, only to be disrespected in a harsh tone while being served, by all means come to this restaurant. First the atmosphere. It was amazing. Lighting view presentation etc. were all really good. Now let s talk abt food. I think the quality definitely went down compared to last time. First time i went there they optinally offered fully cooked but this time around I was only served half cooked and could see blood as well. Also, my 2 year old didn t eat anything yet I got charged for her. And the charge was hefty a total $460 for 4 adults. Waitress Didn t care to show me the imvoice with breakdown. Next comes one of the most negative experience I ever had in a restaurant. The waitress and the staff at entrance that greeted us were nice but the people serving different types of steaks were in a really bad mood as if they had to cut a piece off of their flesh. One guy said he s got pineapple steak. I tell him i would like it. But didn t have a plate with space for the steak. I told him i will grab a plate first (there was a pile pf plates few feet away) and before i could grab one, he rushed away with an attitude and tells me with an angry face he will be back once i have a plate. I saw him serving 2 tables next to me and didn t care to come back. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL LIAR Later, another server comes to us. My guest advances to take a slice of steak by putting his plate next to where the rude guy was cutting it but he didn t realize he was supposed to use tongs after which the server rudely tells him IN A HARSH TONE You need to grab the tongs. and right when my guest grabs the tongs, he doesn t stop there, keeps going in the rude tone that he had Yes, that s the right way to do it like this guy wasn t even smiling or anything. Dead straight face not even making eye contact. my guests then tells him its my first time adnd the disrespectful steak guy kept going in the same tone. It was embarrassing for me as a host; you dont invite people out of their busy lives to a fancy restaurant to be disrespected and mistreated. And there were other similar interactions but those two were the most significant. I wish i knew their names but seriously every other staff member was mean and disrespectful like dude I paid $500 to eat here not eating for free. Stop serving steak like you are vegans or like youre cutting your own flesh and we customers are feeding off of it. Yuckkk! Never eating here again.
Love love love this place! Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Niagara. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon dinner (2 days after marriage) it is truly breathtaking to say the least. The walk around buffet didnt have a huge amount, but it was still delicious. The servers come around with a massive skewer of meat, which there is about 10 different options to choose from and they serve it whenever you want it. My husband and I have never had an experience like this before. Worth the price for sure! Was a highlight of our honeymoon. We told our server we just got married and he brought out a cake to celebrate!
3 friends and myself very much enjoyed our dining experience here! Despite our table having a mix of preferences as to how we like our meat cooked, there was something to accommodate everyones preference, and the quality of the meat was quite good! The environment was great, service was excellent, people constantly refilling our water and occasionally asking if we needed anything. The only thing I will caution local residents to watch out for is the local fee which seems to end up on the bill by default. Im from Niagara, and refuse to pay such a ridiculous fee and IMO arbitrary fee. When I inquired about this, they took it off the bill without issue. Overall it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!
The salad bar was excellent, unfortunately the meat was over spiced with salt and over cooked. All of the meat was well done. Very disappointed.
Service was great, besides one rude meat carver, everyone was super friendly. The food was low quality. The salad bar and the different cuts of meat were all dry, bland and reminded me of a cheap buffet. This was my 3rd time here, and its been a consistent decline over the years. Not worth the $80 per person.
I do not know where to start. The girls at the entrance were very friendly and smiling, its a shame I cant say the same about the guys who bring the meat to your table. Regarding the waiter, the service was ok, but nothing special. The meat was terrible, raw, tough, flavorless. It was totally a very bad experience, taking into consideration that I paid 430 dollars for four people. I will never return to this place.
Our table was very well taken care of from start to finish. Abundance of very well prepared food from the buffet & our meat choices were absolutely fantastic.
The experience was great. The meat brought to your table an cut right in front of you was nice. The Samba girls killed it. Night to remember.
Birthday dinner- they were so attentive when they discovered two of us had allergies the Sous chef came out and walked us through what had allergens and could possibly be cross contaminated with the allergen. Additionally any meat that may be cooked with pineapple they were so gracious and put the types of meat we love on a separate grill to avoid the pineapple. Thank you to Ryan our main host for arranging and informing the team on what we needed and the exceptional service. Everyone showed the greatest of care Thank you! Variety and cook on every cut of meet exceptional! Service ! Those in my party that could eat the pineapple said it was delicious.
I went 4 years ago was perfect, but When I went 4 days ago I was shocked, I salad bar reduced almost to half , missing a lot of things , no more any sweet s . Not worth it for the price we paid , even the service was cut also the meet was not that great .
It was good because it was fresh and not salty. It was disappointing that there was little seafood. The staff were all friendly. It was disappointing that the floor was very slippery and it was too dark. Kid-friendliness: Lack of baby chairs and baby food
Myself and 3 others went for a dinner on July 25th. 3 of us had the seafood mixture on the buffet and the 3 of us ended up with Food Poisening. I talked with the restaurant via email and at best they gave an apology. I will not be taking any one here ever again. I will also be letting others know about the food poisoning. Attached is even proof of Myself having the food poisoning from the buffet part.
Mediocre food. Quality was okay. Nothing extraordinary to write about. $79/person. Hard to flag down servers in charge of the meats. Live band available. Overall, 5/10 experience.
I always have enjoyed coming here. You have to be prepared to be bombarded with different types of meats on a regular basis (they bring everything to the table on skewers and cut off pieces for you to enjoy). The lamb was succulent and I didnt know you could roast a bottom sirloin to be so tender. I wasnt a fan of the beef in parmesan and I found the sausages a bit too spicy. The buffet of side dishes and appetizers has a lot of variety, but you primarily come here for the meats! The live music was a nice touch, but it was a bit loud at times and so hampered conversation at the table.
just went last night, wasint too busy we sat at our table waiting 20 minutes to be served meat we told them over 10 times only well done meat never once got well done meat and got attitude from the meat guys. everytime we requested meat never was brought terrible service not great plus we paid $400 with a compulsory $60 tip when the service was not great at all. wasted $460 should of went somewhere else we barley ate anything for the price we paid. very disapointing
I recently dined at Brasa Restaurant in Niagara Falls and had a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. While everything was good overall, there was nothing particularly outstanding to warrant a full five stars. That said, its definitely a solid choice if youre looking for a satisfying meal in the area. Id happily dine here again!
We had an amazing dinner!! The staff was fantastic, warm and welcoming- especially our waitress Victoria!!! The food was delicious and tables are gorgeously presented. The music and dancing was fun and playful and the atmosphere was very inviting. We will certainly be back!!!!!
Very nice experience, unlimited meat and something for all tastes. Some tips to optimize your experience: You can ask the waiter to bring the meat you want as many times as you want. Brazilian shows are only on Saturday and Friday. Its free for children 5 and under. Check the bill: if you find a free line ask to see the manager, I believe it is an additional tip for groups of more than 6 people, but if you put your own tip you can ask for the free be removed.
If you all have not been here please go it is the best ever best cut meats ever all you can eat great music the waiter are the best please please go
My friend came to Canada and we brought him to see Niagara falls. And then we went to Brasa. Its not easy to impress him but he liked the place. However he didnt like the waitress. He ordered lemonade and never got it. The waitress seemed like having a lot of attitude. When it was time for tea, she brought the dirty mug. My friend asked to bring a new one when she said: I asure you sir its clean, it just has a stain my friend did try taking the stain out and it wasnt hard. Then my husband ordered another round of coke and never got it. My friend decided not to leave any tips for her as the service leaves much to be desired. She was pretty pissed so did my friend
Most meats were over cooked. Too many toddlers.
Good atmosphere and music. All food items were either overly salty or greasy and options quite limited in variety, especially for price. Head waiter was inattentive and quite rude
I had a good time there. As a Brazilian, I have had better meats in Brazil, but it was worth it.
I GOT VIOLENTLY SICK FROM EATING HERE LAST NIGHT...I PAID OVER 200 TO ALMOST DIE FROM FOOD POISINING SO IF YOURE THINKING OF EATING HERE...THINK AGAIN AND JUST GO TO THE KEG IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. NOT ONLY DID IT MAKE ME SICK BUT THE MEATS WERE EITHER TOUGH, FATTY OR LACKING ANY FLAVOUR AT ALL...
LOVE this place! Best food, fantastic side buffet, amazing service and such a great vibe. Live music was the cherry on top!
I do a lot of Brazilian steakhouses specially, Texas and terra gaucho so brasa is total miss.
Meats not salted as brazilian meat should. Service was poor. Soda cup was employed and had to chase someone to get a refill. Pineapple is way over sugared, and what the call Caldo verde soup resembles nothing like its supposed to be.
Personally everything I tried except the chicken was over cooked.
Incredible experience here! Be prepared to eat A LOT of meat. The buffet is a trap, get a little salad or something because the Meat dont stop here. Also their Cinnamon Pineapple tastes like Apple Pie. 10/10, would eat again.
The Brazilian Steakhouse is a unique experience in the heart of Niagara Falls! The restaurant offers an AYCE buffet with tableside service for all the special meats. Definitely make sure to save room for the lamb, pork loin, and prime rib eye and don t hesitate on getting the grilled pineapple!! The dancers stole the night with their performance and the food was delicious. A must try, our sever Andrew was lovely and the other guests around us made our night made it enjoyable! The ambience is amazing!! Parking: There are several paid parking lots nearby! A little more difficult to find parking in the evening, so try and get there early!
The restaurant was located within our hotel. We have been to many Brazilian Steakhouses; the table decorations are a little tacky but our customer service and food were excellent. We were very happy with our service and the food
Very good food bit pricey but well worth It though with a wide variety of choices service was excellent with little to no issues Food
The quality of all stakes were perfect. The soup was literally delicious, dont forget to taste it. The live music and the Brazilian dance were nice and amazing. The live music and dance started at 18:00. The staffs were very respectful. I definitely suggest the Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse which is an all you can eat restaurant to all steak lovers.
The food was decent, but it is very pricey. We enjoyed the entertainment, and the food was good. Definitely try the pineapple when they come around with it. Worth the price of admission alone. Parking: Parking when we were there was $50 per night.
Owen was a great server, service was all around great! Thank you everyone! Food
My husband and I ate here on a recommendation from my co worker who told me I had to try Brazilian style Steak house before I die. Boy was he right! Not only is the food great, but the atmosphere is incredible as well. Make sure you go late enough to catch the dancers; although the band is fantastic in their own right. The dancers are gracious and will pose for photos between numbers and all of them are very sweet.
Omg what a fantastic dining experience one we will never forget. Friendly helpful staff and the food is to die for. So much selection and tasty. Couldn t do enough for you. Amazing
Came in after a show. We are local so we know how it should be here as we have had many times. For a Friday expectations are higher . Sadly they fell short and honestly dont think we will give it another try. Came in and sat in a section alone which is fine till you realize this means the carvers will come to you less and what you do get will be repeats of the end of the spit. Never given the plate of little rice balls when you first come in that always come to the table after sitting. Waitress was ok but not overly checking when we clearly sat for long periods of time with no food . Buffet is large and good but everyone knows to not fill up on that and at 79$ a head you want to get ur moneys worth in meat . Asked for the parm beef and it was literally over cooked beef that they just sprinkled parm on , not cooked with it like normal. We gave up at that point. Asked for the bill. Now locals have a 10 discount and our Waitress didnt even know this. So I politely asked for the discount and she did go find out and apply. However I feel that Is something management should make sure all the staff are aware of. Overall I feel last night was our end to dining here. For the price you pay a person your expectations should be high and they just fall short too many times
Loved the Entertainment.
Great food and service. Unique experience!
We had family visiting from out of country and our biggest regret was bringing them to this restaurant! The food was beyond horrible! The meat was extremely dry and unedible and the buffet very underwhelming to say the least. Waste of money.
In a time where the customer demands quality and value, this place delivers neither. I m shocked at the positive reviews. Came here with a large group on Sunday night and was greatly disappointed. Buffet options poor and meat quality even worse. Best offerings were the mashed potatoes, chicken thighs, bacon wrapped chicken and the pineapple. If you think the price is worth these cheap items then sure go but if you come for the steak, lamb, pork go elsewhere. Chewy meat cuts and just plain awful. Oh, and don t forget they will charge you some mysterious Niagara tourist tax on top of a mandatory tip for large parties and the tax of course.
Nice new experience
Definitely an experience
Salad bar is bigggggg. Lots of options to fill up on that alone . The service was great . Our waiter was effecient and attention. The meats : decent . Some pretty good, some average but overall VERY salty . Pineapple was bomb of course . Some Brazilian dancers with nice butts came out since it was Friday night . My husband left home with one of them so now , here I am alone, with my vodka, alone with a pigeon .
The dining experience was exceptional, with delectable cuisine and a charming ambiance with the live entertainment It was truly a memorable and enjoyable occasion.
Everything was a 10/10
Very good menu, there is something for everyone
What an amazing experience. The food was perfect. The service. Everything. It was my first brazillian steakhouse and definitely wont be my last. Food : 5/5
Closes at 10pm
Jason B is the man of hospitality ! Great service ,so helpful with great personality So kind someone like him definitely set the example of how great the industry actually is ! Which actually makes the evening dinner amazing Definitely great place to dine I definitely do recommend brass Brazilian steakhouse
Its impressive they can make medium rare like the Sahara Desert.
Second time here and both times were exceptionally good. The rib eye was a little bit fatty and red this time but other than that everything else was decent. Also enjoyed the Sangria!! We had Ryan as our server and he was fantastic, very hospitable and courteous!
Walking in started good the two girls at the front where super nice. We get to our table the waitress comes over and says have you ever been here before? I say no, she says it s a buffet it is $70 per person and then says does that work for you, but extremely rudely!! I was like umm yes. We go up to the buffet there was basic crap nothing over the top. I got sushi but didn t eat some of it because some looked gray. Not playing that game. Everything is running around literally running! The meat people start and they are basically yelling at you to take the meat. I didn t get one in time and the guy got super annoyed. The meat was NOT good it is the cheapest meat you will ever find!!! It is dipped in butter or cheese and way way way over cooked!! I took a few nibbles of everything and spit most of it out. I was done after 20 mins. My husband was like this is not prime meat. He was like well let s try the lamb. we had to ask for it. Finally got it and omg the smell it was disgusting. I was like lamb shouldn t smell like this. I took a tiny tiny nibble and literally spit it out. That was it I was done. We finally got the bill and left. 0 out of 10. If you like cheap meat and rude staff this is your place.
It was dreamy! All grilled meats were amazing, specially parmesan tender. Salad bar is the best you can imagine. Specially they have a caldo soup that you can t get enough. Food
Enjoyed every moment. The salads and veggies were fresh, great selection. Wish the zucchini was warm but otherwise enjoyed everything. I ve been wanting to try lamb without wasting food or ordering a meal, and then having to order another meal if I didn t like it. Extremely satisfying. The wait staff ensured my water was always topped up, Port Tawny was perfect, and the overall selection is worth the price. The pineapple is the perfect end of a little sweetness.
amazing service!
The food was amazing as well as the service it s just a bit expensive
My husband & I ate here tonight for our anniversary. It s definitely a bit pricey, but that s to be expected for a Brazilian steakhouse. The atmosphere is great! The dancers were really nice! Lots of variety of meat. I found some of the red meat to be a bit overdone, but overall it was still good! I loved the chicken wrapped in bacon and the grilled pineapple !! The salad bar was amazing! Loved it! So much variety. The servers were all wonderful and attentive. They were all constantly refilling water glasses, clearing plates, and serving meat. It was nice to see - it appeared they all got along well and looked like they enjoyed their jobs!
This is definitely one of the best dining spots in Niagara Falls. The weekends are always extra special with live music and dancers. The food and overall experience are outstanding, making it a place youll want to revisit. The location is great and they even offer free parking. Whether its a date night or a family outing, this place is a guaranteed success. Just keep in mind that its an open buffet steak house, so prices may be slightly higher. Parking: You need to inform the Hilton security that you have a reservation at the the steakhouse
This is my 3rd time to a Brazilian Steakhouse. I found this experience to be OK but not great. They brought around beef steaks multiple times and not until we had been there over an hour did they bring around other options like pork or lamb. Also had garlic steak offered to me at least 3 times before the other options and I was not fond of the garlic steak. I recommend small portions of each offering and if you want other options wait until they are offered before filling up on the first ones offered. Otherwise there is definitely lots of meat and salad and side options too. Vegetarian options: There are salads and veggies but it s a steakhouse so be prepared to be surrounded by meat.
I went to here for my birthday and is excellent not doubt about it
Wife and I came for our anniversary and were not disappointed. All the meats were cooked perfectly (for me) and had amazing flavour.
Trying to decide if we will try this again. Was this an off night? The meat came around with so much salt it was crunchy. I like my meats seasoned, that much ruined the meal. Food
Very good and excellent service
Great food, exceptional service! A special thanks to Nilton for taking such great care of us! If there were any complaints at all they would be regarding the dress code. Open Table says that it is business casual and that is what we were expecting but we saw several people in T-shirts and one guy with a shirt that had the sleeves cut off. It did take away from some of the romantic atmosphere.
Fabulous. Needs no other words.
You are 100% paying for the atmosphere and entertainment. The buffet is really lacking, and while they claim there are over 100 items, most are toppings for a salad. If you are a meat lover, then yippee, you will be happy if all your meat comes cooked. We were served 2 almost 100% raw items....nasty. Lamb came out so raw. The dancers and musicians are a nice touch and very good, but you are paying $90/pp for this, and being in Niagara. If honest, at best, I would say this should be priced at no more than $60/pp no matter where it is located.
Given the premium prices, I expected a much higher quality dining experience. While the setting and service might justify the cost to some extent, the food itself did not live up to the price tag. Overall, if you re looking for a truly exceptional Brazilian dining experience, you might want to explore other options.
Plentiful buffet of appetizers and sides. Meat delivered to table by liveries servers, one slice at a time. Alcohol available. Families welcome. Parking: Valet parking is free, if available.
Buffet was great. Atmosphere was nice.service was poor. I loved their options at buffet. Meat was ok. Few items were quite raw. Our Server Ann was cold like a robot. no self introduction, no smile, never asked us if anything else was needed. She did not even say goodbye when we were leaving after tipped her 15%.
During our visit to Niagara Falls, Canada, we couldn t resist stopping at the Brazilian steakhouse inside the Hilton, given our love for Brazilian steakhouses in the US. This restaurant did not disappoint and truly exceeded our expectations. The salad bar was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that perfectly complemented the main courses. The steaks were hands down delicious, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Each cut of meat was tender and juicy, making every bite a delight and all you can eat meats who couldn t love that! Just like the US they use the green/red cards which is excellent! One of the highlights of our meal was the grilled pineapple, which was absolutely mouth-watering. The sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Overall, our experience at this Brazilian steakhouse was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. We can t wait to return and enjoy another amazing meal here. They take reservations on the Open Table app definitely recommend making a reservation.
This place is by far one of the best meals you will ever have. The buffet has some of the best salmon Ive had and the servers with the non stop steak chicken and lamb and pineapple was awesome. Definitely worth the money.
The food was decent. Lots of options in the buffet area, but the thing that stood out the most is the incredible service. Right from the host at the front to our server Owen and the meat guys. I have a severe allergy to pineapple and it was like everyone had been briefed on that and they were all so accommodating. Much appreciated! :)
Brasa steakhouse is really different experience that I highly recommended it. The quality was quite exceptional and we had a marvellous time there. Especially since it coincided with the moment of Niagara Falls fireworks.
Very unique dining experience, the atmosphere is fun and electrifying. The quality of the food was outstanding, very beautiful cuts of meat.Friendly wait staff and meat service men. The buffet of sides had a considerable amount of variety, all looked fresh and were very tasty. Looking forward to our next business
Very fun atmosphere, the food was good not the best Brazilian steak house I ve been to but definitely very good. My only complaint is that we got up to get our food and they cleared out our entire table thinking we ve already left
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The martini was flawless. The entertainment was excellent.
A typical Brazilian steakhouse with wonderful cuts of meat and a large assortment of goodie s at the salad bar.
Was there before the big renovation. The experience was much better then. I understand the fact that their trying maximize seating, But putting people in the Hilton hallway is cheap! You dont get the same attention from gouchos or entertainment out there, totally not their fault just geographics!! Food quality has dropped significantly! Service from the wait staff was excellent! We are residents and when mentioned the tourist (non resident) tax was removed without hesitation. $86.00 on a table of four. Over all we will not be returning.
Came here for my birthday night, which was quiet for a Thursday night in Niagara. They still managed to make it a special night for me thanks to the chef from Brazil. He made sure my table got to try everything and it was amazing. Did not expect that much food to be available at the bar, it was all delicious. I will return here again after the level of service I had. Next time will be there for the live music, aside from that it s a very quiet spot to unwind.
very tasty for dinner, especially if you are a meat lover. + mash potatoes are on top. however, the wait time was very long. overall a nice experience, been there 3 times already
I have had more than 20 meals at Brasa, the recent dinner was disgusted me, the sausage guy never ever come to our table to serve. The server told us the sausage guy had an attitude. I usually pay 20% and more tips, but this time I paid $0 for tips. Although the manager noticed what happened and give us a discount, I consider dinner experience is more important than the small money, especially we had dinner for my wife s birthday.
We would like to thank Linda for making our anniversary dinner fantastic!! It s a wonderful experience every year. The buffet/meat was awesome. Our waiter David and all the Gauchos were kind and friendly and went out of their way to make sure my kids had well done cuts of meat.
I had really high hopes for this restaurant. But was so disappointed. The service was sub standard at best. Some of the food was delicious. But a majority of it was not.over cooked and dried out leg of lamb. The so called prime sirloin was chewy and seamed to have nothing more then a packet of Mc Corrmick Montreal steak dry rub as the seasoning. The top sirloin was really the only delicious meat to come out of the kitchen. That and the grilled pineapple were the best thing served. Yes the self serve station was pretty good but thats not what you go there for. Its a steakhouse not a buffet. The service was just as dreadful. Normally the first thing they do after you get seated is take a drinks order. It took the server over 20 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. Which he didnt even do right. We ordered a pop/soda and it was brought to us 5 minutes before we left. I ordered a brazilian tradition a cipriani. Which was horrible. They literally cut 2 whole limes and muddled them in a glass which over powered the drink. Its a simple drink to make with 3 ingredients. 1/2 of a lime some simple syrup and cacasha. I guess after eating at Texas de brazil and fogo I set my expectations to high. Never again
Worth every penny!
Plan for meat sweats and meat comas Very interesting place - small children are dancing with Brazilian themed dancers while servers walk around everywhere with sticks of meat. Feels very decadent. Salad bar is amazing!!! If you re into meat it s a must
Brasa was a letdown. It is not as great as it once was. Pros - Atmosphere, entertainment and service from the meat carvers was excellent. They also make great cocktails. The grilled pineapple with cinnamon was great. Cons - the food was surprisingly not great especially given that you re paying over $100 pp with a drink. Meat was bland and overcooked. Ribs were so chewy. As was the Sirloin. The chicken was left by everyone at our table. The waitress all but vanished for most of our meal. It took us a half hour to wait for our bill. I would frankly rather go to the Keg.
The food is pretty decent. The hosts and server were polite. We were sat at a table with dirty cutlery. (It was corrected.) It took 20 minutes to receive our drink order. (This appears to be a consistent complaint in Google reviews.) Finally, the busser was asking us to do their job. (Stack plates). We are paying $100 pp with drink, I am not doing your job.
not bad for resort Brazillian Steakhouse
Food was much better than any other Brazilian steakhouse in the US. There buffet had many more options. The only downside was that yelp promised entertainment and there was not any entertainment. The server also seemed to provide better service to those around us which was disappointing.
Worth it
Delicious food, spacious atmosphere, & fantastic service from our server, Jamie! He was awesome, timely, & so personable! A very tasty variety of different meats, & the side bar had something for everyone! I can t rave enough about the pineapple! They also offered a $10 off each meal for early dining!
David was our waiter, he was very energetic and great attitude. I will be returning to this steakhouse for sure!
It has been a few years since weve been here and it has gone downhill...we were stuck in a corner having to chase servers down for any of the meat options...buffet is half the size it used to be ..server was outstanding and that made up for some of our poor experience...sadly we wont likely return when in the area..
Great food and atmosphere. Food was constantly being served. Hot and fresh
Doesn t worth it. Totally overpriced. As a brazilian stakehouse, it should have a larger variety or meats and traditional sides. Also the frontdesk person does not explain things clearly.
I have been to this location one other time back in 2017, my experience then Vs now was completely different than this long Easter weekend. This time around we were seated along a wall making it difficult to see the live entertainment. We had non restaurant patrons staring at us while we ate. I was offered grilled pineapple about 6 times while I was the but only 2 types of beef offered to us. The lamb was the best, I had to ask for beef when it finally showed up it was the end of the meal. Dont waste your time with cold starters, they are just filler. Get 1 veg and just focus on meat thats what your paying for. My desert which was sorbet was good but very frozen.
Loved the food! Well worth the money! Such an experience getting your food cut table side. Service was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
Decent experience.
Great food and amazing service. Special shoutout to Ryan who is one of the greatest waiters Ive come across!
Visiting from out of town. Food was ok. Salad bar was very good but just hate to be fleeced. Got there at 5 never given the early lower price. Never told about gratuity being added already. Then add on a local fee I had no idea about and cost for 2 adults and 2 kids was $300. Do not bring children. $60 a head for the little morsels my kids ate was outrageous. Overall it was ok but very overpriced in a very sneaky way. Wish we went to Ruth Chris
The food was amazing! The service was good just wish they did different meats intervals because the group I was with some didnt eat pork or beef but would only eat lamb and chicken and it didnt come until the end which I felt bad for other then that it was good.
This place provides amazing food. All of the delicious meats. The grilled pineapple cinnamon is surprisingly good. The only little problem with this place is that theres a little smell when we went there... The type of smell that implies something may not be clean... This is a five star location, the staff is charming, they provide live entertainment, and they add a local charge that is extra and apart from taxes and tip(can be excused due to tourism spot excuse). So because of these factors, I raised my clean standards for restaurant review. Also, this is a buffet, so make sure you come in hungry in order to get more bang for your buck. You can walk-in without a reservation IF they have availability.
Excellent dinner! The buffet in the middle of the restaurant has a bunch of great options. The freshly grilled meat that they bring around was excellent, and a large variety was available so everyone could find something that they liked. The grilled pineapple with cinnamon was our absolute favourite and is a must try! The cheese buns are also incredible.
Beautiful dancers, wonderful band, and the food was amazing
Didnt care for the meat. It tasted old, grew up on a cattle farm and our beef was way better. Not worth it for what you pay per person. Buffet was really good. Foccocia bread was amazing. Alot of money to be paying for a good buffet, and bad meat.
Overall the experience was fun. I enjoyed the music and dancers ! The food was okay. I expected more options in the buffet. The meat was good but it was very very bloody.. and un eatable for me ( but that s a personal preference ) I did enjoy the chicken options.
The meat was really good! I also recommend the pineapple with cinnamon! Absolutely delicious. Theres also a buffet for salads and side dishes.
Love the grilled pineapple!
Very underwhelming experience. Entertainment was good but service was very very slow and meat is very mediocre.
It s pricy but very good I enjoyed the food so good and good environment
This is a true meat lovers dream, set in a relaxing atmosphere, with live music. The dinner menu is $75/person, which is a great bang for the buck, if you like to eat. Dinner kicks off at 5pm, and Id suggest getting there no later than 5:30, as it fills up quickly. This truly is an eating experience, with the best part being its an all you can eat buffet, where 14 different kinds of meat are brought right to your table (one at a time, of course), and cut right from the spit they were cooked on. Oh yeah, the meat was delicious, and cooked to your preference. The salad bar was also amazing, with plenty of offerings to choose from. The servers were extremely friendly, and very professional, and my hats off to them for a job well done. A couple of important tips to know are that they provide your table with coasters that have a red side and a green side, which tells the servers whether to serve you, or not. Green side up lets them know to come to your table. Another key point, if you like to eat a lot, is to eat pineapple slices which aids in the digestion process (and trust me, you are going to need it), and helps balance the acidity you may encounter. They are delicious as well, and prepared with carmelized brown sugar and cinnamon, with the pineapple sliced right at your table. This is an amazing dining experience for true foodies and, if you want to go for dinner and a show, the OLG stage is right outside the door. Jerry Seinfeld just happened to be performing when we were there. If youre going to a show, Brasa will also knock $10 off your bill. Id go to Niagra Falls just for this! Parking: The parking lot is right across the street, and the $10 daily fee was very reasonable.
