This is an AMAZING family owned restaurant. The service is top notch! Even tho they were busy our order was taken very quickly , coffee was refilled 3 times , food came out quick and everyone had a smile on their face. I can t express how great this place is compared to any other local breakfast restaurant. Great job guys !!!!!

Eggs Benedict is exactly what I wanted and Eggs Benedict is exactly what I got. They definitely know what they re doing. No wonder there s so many options. I was there not long ago and server was great food was on point and I was a slow eater doing work from my phone while away with a client who I work with on a special trip to the falls while we had breakfast here at 115 pm closes at 2 and I was finishing my last two bites it was now 150 pm and the hostess comes over with her spray bottle of cleaner and cloth and starts cleaning and spraying the menus while I m still sitting at the table eating . Well aware that they close soon but really? I let her know how disgusted I was set my fork down and didn t finish: I left: I won t be back because of this

We were staying near the Falls and looking for a place for a late breakfast. The restaurants in the area are so expensive, even IHOP and Dennys. We did a google search and found Scoops. Just a short drive up Lundys Lane. Service was excellent and friendly. Food very tasty. It is a small business that is favored by the locals. Highly recommend it to tourists!

In a town filled with tourist traps and just blatant overcharging, this place is a hidden gem. My wife and I managed to get a real breakfast that held us for the whole day. The service was great and we will absolutely return if in the area.

If you want local flair and a humble country setting, this is it. It does have great reviews and stars online, which is why I chose the place. The waitresses were all quick and checked on you frequently. They only take Canadian and U.S. cash, but they give back Canadian change.

It s a small place with optimized seating and busy with locals and visitors. Didn t have to wait long for a table. Servers were so nice and friendly. They didn t forget a thing.

Visiting Niagara for a few days and ended up here for breakfast two days in a row. Super friendly service and the breakfast is fantastic.

Googled Best breakfast near me and Scoops popped up first in the results. The food is the standard eggs and bacon, omelets, crepes; with a Balkans touch. They have lunch too but the breakfast was so good we never got to order any. My favorite was the Scoops Omelet, I could eat this for weeks it is so good.

My family and I while on vacation from St. Lucia decided to get breakfast at Scoops! Scoops Diner is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the cozy, family-friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The menu is packed with delicious options, perfect for any breakfast lover. I enjoyed every bite of my meal, from the amazing French toast to the perfectly cooked eggs. The service was exceptional quick, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the waitress that helped me out today, her name slipped my mind but she was so kind and helpful to allow me to eat and watch my little boy for a couple minutes as I struggled to get him to sit with me. From one mom to another you are an amazing person and I m grateful for people like you ! Thank you so much for making my experience a great one. I will for sure come back next time I am in town.

THIS is the kind of breakfast restaurant that I can see coming to 4-5x a week if we were local. Such amazing and attentive service, food was delicious and well portioned. Like eating with your doting aunts house. We were in Niagara on vacation for a couple days and made it a point to come back for a second breakfast after the food and servers were so incredibly welcoming and the experience sweet. Both our boys expressly asked to come back and were glad we did. After our week in Toronto, we even kidded that itd be fine if we had to stay a night in Niagra to rest for our drive back to the States if we could visit Scoops again. Please patronize them, they are a local family run business and the food is wonderful! Scoops, well see you the next time were through again! We enjoyed our visit for breakfast here. The staff were both knowledgeable and very pleasant! Now to the important part - the food!! My sister had a clubhouse which looked amazing!! The turkey was in huge chunks and so fresh. One of the staff members pointed out that they cooked the turkeys in-house. I had scrambled eggs, homefries, rye toast, a fresh bowl fruit, and a bowl of homebaked beans. Excellent big breakfast!! I especially enjoyed the homemade baked beans! Before we left, the staff told us that they like to make everything in-house to keep their menu items as fresh as possible. This was evident in both the presentation and taste of our meals. They do not accept credit cards but do accept debit cards and Canadian & American cash. Overall, the food was awesome, and the service was excellent!! Well done - all of you!! This is the kind of establishment I prefer rather than large chain restaurants. We will return next time we are in Niagra Falls!! We were searching for some gluten free options for my wife and found this gem of a restaurant. Instant recognition when we entered and quick service. I am always looking for a great eggs benny and these guys had a selection of about 10 different Bennies. Gluten free English muffins and hashbrowns so that my wife could enjoy one as well. Their country style benny was delicious. Turkey roasted inhouse with a homemade cranberry hollandaise, something I had never seen and had to try. We were not disappointed. No credit cards here but who cares. The food was excellent and the service superb. My coffee cup was never empty.

Food is average. No credit card or US debit card. When gave cash, and get changes in CA dollar, the meal became too expensive to justify. Please DO bring CA cash!

I had the opportunity to attend this place while in the Falls several times in the past. This place offers a really good breakfast. The staff are very nice and getting you seated quickly. The prices are really affordable, and is definitely a good option if you are looking for a place to have breakfast while staying at the Americana Resort to avoid the overpriced Buffet Breakfast. I would truly recommend this place.

Incredible service. In Niagara for vacation and ended up coming back twice the atmosphere was so ridiculously welcoming. Large portions of all the food me and my family ordered, and all of it was very filling and delicious. Attentive wait staff and quick wait times. When you walk into this establishment you are greeted and told to sit wherever you like which makes you feel so welcome. That doesnt happen often anywhere else. Our order was taken promptly by a wonderful lady who was also very friendly. Our orders were done exactly the way we asked them to be done and they were so delicious and so filling. Had a great chat with the owner and wishing them all much success always.

Came here for breakfast. Food is average, but the atmosphere is nice and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. A tale of two reviews, really, but as it s a restaurant, I gave more weight to the food. Also, be sure to have Canadian cash if you re foreign. They don t accept credit cards, and while they do accept American cash, they charge a premium for it.

On vacation from Southern Illinois, we stumbled upon this cute restaurant in Niagara Falls while looking for lunch. The food was amazing! My husband was thrilled they served breakfast all day, as he loves a good breakfast. I chose the turkey wrap, which was light and delicious.

Super disappointed with the omelette breakfast that was ordered (and charged extra) as egg white but was not. Homefries were flavourless and half the potatoes were crunchy from being undercooked. Please do better if you are going to charge over $30 for simple breakfast.

I would not recommend going here. I have been a vegetarian for over 8 years and I have never been treated like this or with so much disrespect at a restaurant. I ordered an egg English muffin sandwich with no bacon and homefries. They said no problem. I start eating my home fries and there is bacon in it. I go up to a waitress (very dark brown hair in a ponytail) and inform them. She said well yeah we are a breakfast place with only one grill, of course everything is cooked in with the bacon and meat grease. I said that when I ordered my food with no meat I wasnt informed that it would be cooked in bacon grease. She tried turning it around on me and said I should have known as this is a breakfast place and should have ordered something. They asked if I wanted my sandwich (despite the fact that I didnt want my home fries cooked in bacon why would I want to eat eggs cooked in it?) Asked if I wanted to order something else. I could only order a bowl of fruit. I said if they had informed me of this when I ordered I would have gone elsewhere but my mother and daughter had already gotten their food. The waitress treated me like a nuisance and irritation in her day. Didnt seem to remotely care and seemed more bothered by my presence. She made a big deal about not charging me for the egg sandwich and fruit (which I didnt eat) but charged us for the other 2 meals. Was giving me attitude, and getting snippy. Told me what else would you like me to say. I just wanted the restaurant to give me a sincere apology and not to treat an upset customer like a nuisance. As for the snippy comment about of course its all cooked together one grill its a breakfast place, IN 8 YEARS ALL OTHER RESTAURANTS INFORMED ME WHEN I ASKED FOR NO MEAT. And I have never been treated so rudely for a dietary restriction. I have gotten better apologies and more concern for simple mistakes or waits on orders at other restaurants. The waitress was at our table when I burst into tears over eating meat and had to run out of the restaurant to cry and purge the bacon out of my system and still was utterly rude. Ruined our Mothers Day breakfast and was rude to me infront of my 5 year old. Will NEVER go back again. Vegetarian options: THERE ARE NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. THEY COOK EVERYTHING ON THE SAME GRILL IN MEAT GREASE. WILL NOT INFORM YOU. CAN ONLY GET A BOWL OF FRUIT TO EAT. SUPER RUDE STAFF.

My husband and I went there for a Sunday brunch. It seemed quite busy but the service was prompt and we were sat immediately and offered tea and coffee while we waited for our server. We both got the Philly steak Benedict which was SO delicious! Their home fries were nice and crispy and the onion hollandaise was sooo good, but I unfortunately couldn t finish my plate as it was very filling. We ve recently moved to the area so we re very happy to have found a new regular brunch spot

A local place thats close to the wondrous Niagara Falls but also a world away: In a strip mall in an unassuming part of town. When we went, the place was packed and hectic but we were greeted, seated and served promptly. And the food was amazing!! The only hiccup I can mention is that they only accept cash. Maybe that should be displayed prominently somewhere.

During our visit with my family to Niagra falls we wanted to get off the strip and try breakfast. The menu is large with many great options, and the only thing better then the food was the attentive staff. Definitely worth the visit.

We were at the waterpark resort for a vacation and we went to Scoops for breakfast on Christmas Eve. We were very happy with what we get. The prices are great and the server was friendly. They are very generous with the portions as well.

Julia and her awesome staff accommodated our large family gathering for a wonderful breakfast. Vesna and Hilda and one other server (sorry didn t get her name) treated us with care and got all our orders out, kept us coffeed up, lots of water and met all our needs with smiles on their faces. Took a trip with my boyfriend, and was recommended this restaurant. Will definitely be coming back, it s a very nice place to go for breakfast. We had breakfast and the food and watiress service was excellent! But when it came to paying for the Meal they do not accept American credit/debit so not a big deal. But we paid in American dollars and the gentleman that cashed us out ripped us off by not giving us our currency difference! So beware! We didnt realize until we left and thought about it!!

Great little Mom & Pop restaurant that specializes in breakfast and lunch especially eggs Benny.

The molasses potatoes were way too salty, the bacon cooked in the microwave was very ordinary, the pancake and sausages were not edible. The coffee tasted like water. Luckily its hard to miss eggs, there was at least some good stuff on our plates.

Throughout our meal we were greeted with constant check ins to see if we needed anything. All around impressive customer service, quality food and prices. We will be back. This place became one of our favourite places a few years ago when we were visiting the falls. We have never been disappointed. We stopped in today before we finished up our last day at the falls and once again we were not disappointed. They were very busy however we were still greeted as soon as we walked in. We were seated and our order was taken instantly. The staff were friendly as always. The food was cooked to perfection. The coffee cups were always full and they treated us like we mattered. The portion sizes and the prices where awsome. If you are ever in the falls I suggest you try Scoops. I promise you wont be disappointed. This was my first time eating here with my family and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was precisely what I expected. Its a very loud place however it was a Sunday and almost lunch time which is when most visitors come in for Breakfast from Niagara hotels . Service was excellent our order came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. The Skillet was delicious The pricing was competitive so no complaints from us thats for sure. I will definitely be recommending this joint to everyone I know and Ill definitely be returning in the very near future. What touched my heart was the owners were themselves taking care of their patrons and for me thats the gold standard for any eatery. i have become a Scoops breakfast fan for life........

The restaurant was full and yet it was hands down the fastest service we have ever had. The food was amazing and servers were very polite and friendly. They always ensured we had everything we needed and checked in often. We were visiting from Barrie and will definitely be returning the next time we are in town. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!

The food was great! They have some of the best hot chocolate Ive ever tasted. The place is kinda of small but in my opinion the food is worth it. There wasnt a wait at all and we got our food pretty quickly. Definitely recommend.

As Puerto Rican I like to try all the local specialties. I had an Italian Egg Benedict. OMG! Food was just amazing. Seasoning was awesome and the customer service was friendly and efficient.

What a great traditional restaurant. You dont find them like this anymore. The waiters were awesome. The place is really clean and neat. The food is great! We had breakfast and it was delicious. Kid-friendliness: Normal North American breakfast with Canadian Bacon. We had turkey bacon since we dont eat pork. Just as good.

Read their advertisement, says dog friendly. We are visiting Niagara Falls and we have a small Shitz Tsu, we did our research and this restaurant advertised Pet Friendly, when we arrived we where turned away saying they don t allow pets and do not advertise it. Very rude and not apologetic. Miss advertisement for sure.

Rating 4.5/5 Another wonderful little place the wife found with delicious breakfast food. I recommend the Morning Glory! Service was good, but the restaurant s layout caters to small groups. Gatherings larger than 4 will have difficulty getting a table together especially if you don t come early. All in all great experience. EDIT: came back a second time and got their Chef s Special Canadian Skillet and veggie omellette. Both very good and the home fries are from scratch!!

I had breakfast with my 3 daughters on our way back to Toronto. We wanted our home fries well done so they told us because it was very busy they would have to fry our home fries but they came out hard and over cooked. Our bacon was also over cooked. We decided to go there looking at the reviews. Prices were reasonable but not the quality of food. I don t recommend.

Never ordering delivery again

The food and service were great until they literally duped us on the check by playing games with the exchange rate...i.e. first they claimed they didnt know their check was in canadian when they took our american dollars, and gave less change back than supposed to. Then they claimed they wont take american debit card even though the sign on the door clearly says they do. Furthermore, in the end they shorted us 65 Canadian dollars when we paid American cash. The worst part is they played dumb the whole time even though they knew exactly what they were doing. TERRIBLE way to swindle tourists.

Awsome family owned restaurant give quality food and service

Food was amazing, service was very quick and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Best decaf coffee I have ever had at a breakfast restaurant. Staff was very friendly and they take American currency. I would definitely go back here again!!! Parking: Easy, free parking lot!!

Food was great. Generous portions and delicious, especially the homefries and hollandaise. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was spacious, clean, well lit. Will definitely eat here again! ****Update**** Same friendly service on my 2nd visit and I just learned there are gluten free English muffins, and theyre great! This is now my new favorite breakfast spot!

We went there for a breakfast today. The place was full and more people coming in, waiting. If people are willing to wait, it says a lot about the place. The food was delicious, best Eggs Benedict what I had in a long time. We all were very happy about our orders, had a great time. The staff is friendly, attending our every need. THANK YOU! We found this restaurant when we were visiting Niagara Falls. This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely amazing food and service. The staff made us feel like family! Highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Amazing with children. My Granddaughter hugged the staff on the way out as she absolutely adored them. Beautiful people.

Excellent local place to eat for breakfast. Owner and servers go above and beyond and take the time to visit with the customers.

Cash only. Owner could have just charged a convenience fee to offset the credit card fee and save a lot of hassle.

Everyone liked their food. We had a wide variety of food amongst the group and there were no misses. I really liked the omelette and my daughters pancakes. Their hash browns are unique and really good! The staff are very friendly and attentive which creates a friendly atmosphere. They only take cash which is fairly rare so bring cash. Kid-friendliness: The staff were very nice to my daughter and they had lots of options for her.

Stopped by here for some breakfast before we headed down to the falls, we love supporting small and local businesses and they had gluten free options which is always a win for me as Im celiac. Place is small but quaint and it has small town diner feel which is my favorite to eat at because you know the prices are reasonable and affordable and the food will be great. They had a lot of options for food and a little bit of something for everyone to enjoy. My gluten free toast was delicious, Canadian bacon could have been cooked a bit longer but it still tasted good. Eggs and homefries were a home run! Service was a bit slow but they were busy and only had one chef cooking in the back so I commend him for the hard work! Would definitely come back again for breakfast when in town. Amazing service, super friendly staff, had crya as waitress and she was amazing! Food was fabulous, highly recommend the filly steak eggs Benny ( best eggs Benny my dad has ever had) and and the 3 decker club, with onion rings( so good Omg) great prices and just over all amazing place! We were not very satisfied with tastes of our food. The worst -the sausages were not fresh, with disgusting aftertaste. Your simple coffee that usually is included in the breakfast price will be paid separately here. The staff was nice and overall the place is pleasant.

Staff were really nice. Food was quite expensive given the quality. Potatoes were intentionally very soggy, forget about the concept of crispy. Coffee was 150% watered down and actually expensive. Drinks like milk are very expensive given the small cups they serve. For this price and quality its really difficult to recommend given they are charging similar to what a hotel charges.

Very good food and the people were very nice

Scoops is a small, family style breakfast place that serves the classics and a large number of eggs benedict dishes! They were very busy but didn t seem out of control! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was good and the service by Hilda was fantastic! Be mindful, they do not accept credit cards but do accept debit and cash! The side of bacon baked beans are a must try! We will have to go back to try some of the eggs benny!

Very good breakfast place with big plates and very tasty food

I regularly stop here for breakfast. Food is good, staff is great, prices are decent. Not the cheapest breakfast around, but its one of the best breakfast places in the region, so its worth it.

This is has been our favourite breakfast spot in Niagara for the last few years. We are from Toronto but visit Niagara multiple times through out the year sometimes I think my kids just look forward to going to Niagara Falls just for the drive to eat at Scoops and not all the fun stuff to do in Niagara. They have amazing food and great gluten free options for my son who has celiac disease. It s a family run business and all the staff is super nice and attentive. Just writing this review I m already contemplating that we should go for a drive this weekend to get a delicious breakfast. Big, tasty breakfasts for a reasonable price.

A classic diner that was bustling with plenty of people. We got sat quickly and got the cheese special Canadian skillet and French toast with scrambled eggs. Lovely plates and portions. Will come again

Our food was delicious. I ordered the Caesar wrap and home fries and the waitress Hilda was great! Very fast and professional.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day it sets the tone for the rest of the day, so ill try my best not to be too harsh they Mixed up the orders, tried to blame me for the mix up. I ordered the eggs over easy they came fully cooked and missing the home fries the plate was so small in comparison to my kids. Then she came to check if everything is ok I told her something looks odd here but then she assured me that I was wrong and thats what I ordered. I would not recommend this place

Scoops Restaurant was such a great find in the Niagara area! The meals were excellent with large portions and for a great price too. It has small town dinner vibe. The service was top notch, highly recommend!

The eggs Benedict with bacon and spinach hollandaise sauce was fabulous! The employees were very friendly.

Asked for crispy bacon had to send it back.. Then eating my rye toast it flipped over it was mouldy and another slice had the mold picked out. Use to be good prices have risen and the quality very poor. If you go study your food carefully They lost m friend and I.

We always stop by to have our breakfast when we visiting Niagara Falls. This place has outstanding hospitality, clean food(!) and an other amazing thing about this restaurant that your food will come super fast. We placed our order and the food came in 6minutes. The perfect welcome, the generous breakfast, no waiting. Serving coffee to keep people waiting I think is great! And to see that they are making an effort to speak French is super nice. We had a good time

First real bad experience today. Entire order not cooked. Waitress comped meal. Will not give up on this place. Maybe better next time

The second time I ve been here and both times the man I m assuming owner or manager was rude. 1st time was a couple years ago so I thought what the heck give it another try., twice treated like that before I was even seated. I should have turned around and left!! WILL NOT BE BACK We walked in the front door, the waitress offered us a table which was kind of crowded in we asked for a different table, the guy at the cash said to the waitress how many she said 2 he said no were too busy only a 2 seater. It was the way it was delivered, he could have explained to us but he didn t even acknowledge us. The first time I was there he came and told us we had to leave, I guess because it was getting busy but we were watching that and wouldn t have held up a table. Again it s the delivery. So no this is not a fake review and he needs to learn how to talk to people politely. So now you are calling me a liar. My friend was with me and can back me up that we were asked to leave. I wouldn t say it, if it wasn t true. Like I said, it was the way it was delivered, the guy never even acknowledged us never even looked at us. I would have understood and did understand. I wish I had walked out considering all I m being accused of now. On top of it all you have accused me of a fake post now I m a liar and not once apologized. If you are the owner we have a mutual friend who can tell you I m not a liar I m not fake, and if I give a bad review there s a darn good reason. If I could give no stars I would considering all that s been said to me from this business.

By the time I got the place it was no table available, then they asked me to wait outside for 5 mins. Suddenly a couple guys came in and got a table right away and also the were served before me. My point is, there were a halo for local customers.

Not bad but very ordinary for a place which is rated 4.7 I mean I could have cooked myself something it would have been the same and Im not a cook. And if I remember correctly the coffee is $3.25 but unlimited. But still...

We came in while visiting Niagara, it was one of the best breakfasts weve ever had. We both got eggs Benedict and the homemade hollandaise sauce was to die for. The service was wonderful and quick. Would definitely come here again!
