Niagara's #1 Buffet! Spectacular views of Niagara Falls and an endless 80 foot buffet of delicious selections combine to create the Fallsview Grand Buffet experience. Located on the Dining Level of the Sheraton Fallsview, this restaurant is celebrated for its buffet and spectacular views of Niagara Falls, Upper Niagara River, and scenic parklands.
if you are looking for a nice view near Niagara fall, this is a must go. But you will be disappointed with the food . The chicken and sausages are over cooked. I tried their lunch buffet one year before, it was good, what happened within this year....
The seating by the window is arranged side-by-side to maximize space, which feels a bit unconventional. While the view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of food quality, making the cost feel a bit high for what’s offered.
Only Atmosphere is worth the visit but if you are hoping for somewhat decent food. This is a JOKE !!! Absolutely junk food in a Restaurant in a “fancy” Hotel. This is the biggest disappointment of our Niagara stay. Marriott should be ashamed.
Was a nice experience for sure, to be honest the buffet was not the worst or the best. But there were certainly high lights. But you go here for the view don't you and the staff was super accompanying. Much better option than $40 chicken sandwiches in the dark down in the rain forest cafe
The dining room offers beautiful views of the falls and an impressive, delicious range of foods. The manager Terry went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had a great experience. Terry was doing it all assisting at the host stand, making drinks at the bar, taking care of guests in the dining room, then later tending to the rooftop bar as well.
Our tour operator the Zoom Tours had a dinner buffet arranged for 30 of us tourists. The buffet was $65 plus extra for the drinks. One of the reasons we were here is to view from the 13th floor Niagara Falls during night and the Fireworks. It was the best view. The food and service were not that great. It’s like a Piccadilly or or some other cheap buffet place. The very young boys and girls non Canadian just didn’t know what was their duty or not trained properly. The tables were not cleared as table of 6 of us have to stacked dirty dishes on our table. The hot food was not hot at all as buffet stations may have warmer issues. Lots of verities of vegetables and few vegetarian dishes. It’s best not to dine here and purchase dining options on the tour options.
Just a great place for a meal and a view ! Greeted by Luis who was sure to give us a table with a view, George, personally checked to see if everything was okay or could he get us anything and Ally, who took away multiple plates and made sure we had something to drink ! Very clean and orderly place. It is hard to pick a favourite, ribs were good for a second helping, roast beef was excellent, very nice pasta for balance, some seafood. fresh salads ! And the desserts were beyond good, says mister three pieces of cake. Highly recommended and will repeat !
I came here with my husband for breakfast on a weekday. We arrived at 11:00AM (brunch/breakfast closes at 11:30). I had made reservations and requested to be seated by the window with a nice view of the falls and I got exactly what I asked for. The host was very friendly and had an inviting smile. The servers were always around to remove dirty plates and allow us to enjoy the view without clutter. They also were prompt with bringing us coffee which tasted amazing. The staff on the phone were also very friendly when I called them to make changes to the reservation. They told us we can stay and enjoy our table as long as we want after brunch service was done, so we did not feel rushed (since we arrived late). The view is fantastic of course, I think I much prefer the daytime view compared to the nighttime but that's just my opinion. We were blessed to have a beautiful sunny day out which elevated the experience further. I think price was reasonable $35/person during breakfast and lunch and $50/person for dinner. There was plenty of variety and lots to choose from, guaranteed to satisfy every taste. There were not many small plates and bowls and I think it's because they were starting to get busy with lunch service, but it wasn't a big deal as we were able to find big plates to use. I had the vegetarian omelet, with some tofu scramble, pancake, waffle, and some other pastries. everything was tasting good, but I will admit it's nothing to rave home about. The taste of food is just good. I say this because I want to make it clear that the value is mostly in the atmosphere and view rather than the food itself. They had a small balcony too for people to take pictures outside, which is a fantastic idea! You get a nice view of all the falls to capture the moment and memory. I'll come back again soon!
The place was nice, although you cant see the falls, not much light. Food for dinner not appetizing, not much of a variety for a buffet for the price. Service, the staff worked hard but sucks, its not the staff, its the management. One server, for everything, no dishwasher and bar tender thats why even the hostess helps with the cleaning up table resulting to people waiting in line, only one server causing plates piling up on the table, plus the server needs to bar tending, end up they dont get tips because customers are frustrated of the service, then at the end of the waiters shift they have to come up with 6% of the total gained that night if the tip is not enough to cover that 6% bullshit thing. I feel sorry for the waiter, they were so exhausted trying to keep up with the customers. Shame on you fallsview grand buffet greedy money grabbing company to let your staff stress out and take money from them as well. Keep up with your doing and you will end up closing yoir business.
Loved having the buffet for breakfast w a view of the falls!
We had a great experience at Fallsview Grand Buffet. Beautiful place with amazing views. Excellent service, Vesna the host and Lina and Jojo the servers.
Loved the view and the food. Their lunch buffet had just enough variety for everyone to be happy. They had what I believe to be chicken thighs. Just stay away from that. It was awful. But everything else was genuinely delicious.
This is my second time back at this hotel in two months and I have enjoyed the great food and wonderful service at the Grand Buffet each time. Of particular note is the chef who makes delicious omelettes and my attentive servers, Lina and Jo Jo, who go out of their way to make each dining experience special. Kudos to everyone who makes the Grand Buffet the quality buffet that it is!
We went for the breakfast and paid over $100 for what would be a free breakfast at almost any other hotel we ve been to. Not worth it at all.
My wife and I took our two closest family members to eat at this establishment. We called prior to going there and the person working there told us the buffet was $39.99 for dinner. So we went. We were very disappointed with the food options when we got there. The chicken was stale, the chicken souvlakis were stale, the food options were horrible. When the bill came, it was $250 for 4 people and we never even got a drink. I suggest you dont eat here. Dont waste your money. The buffet was $50 plus tax. And it wasnt worth $20. So disappointed.
Room Service was Excellent, Vesna brought our food and did a wonderful job. Room service is usually a last resort for us, but Vesna made it wonderful by bringing extra silverware, marked everything and the food was delicious. But really the star of the show was Vesna! She was great!
I honestly can t believe this is by Sheraton. The food was awful (overly seasoned with salt) and limited. And Ben the waiter publicly berated us for not paying tips when we weren t aware of the tipping of culture. Nonetheless, he angrily left us rather than wait for us to respond. And when he saw us sitting down for awhile, he came back and asked us if we want to tip and asked how much we wanna tip. In addition, it s one thing to tip for service and another thing to be barely noticed throughout our dinner - took us 25mins plus to get their attention for drinks; and when we called for the bill, Ben was about to get the terminal to us but diverted to another table instead as they were whites and we were Asian. Such preferential service treatment is ridiculous. I expected better.
The view is nice, but its a bit expensive. Including tax, dinner was $60 per person, and of course, tip was separate. Additionally, an additional $25 was added to the table by reserving a window seat. I went because I made a reservation, but I wouldnt have gone if Id known it would cost $60 including tax. There are 12 types of hot food, salads, desserts, 4 types of cakes, and 4 types of fruits. The taste is average.
Over priced and meh food. The price would be worth it if the food was actually good but its not. $72 for breakfast food? Hard pass. Wouldnt have done it if I were to have bothered to look up the price before coming. Thats an oops on me but sucks for others for having to realize the same things. View is incredible but I feel like the price of the food for what it is, is insulting.
Not a huge menu but enough for Breakfast peeps. Little balcony to take photos with Niagara Falls Backdrop. Food
I visited the restaurant and was absolutely delighted! The food was amazing - that roast beef was incredibly delicious 100%. And all of this came with a stunning view of Niagara! We were also very impressed with the service. Valeria greeted us with a smile and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. She was kind and attentive. Thank you for the excellent experience! We will definitely be back!
This was the first time my wife and I ordered room service. And everything was perfect. Vesna our server was so nice and friendly with us. Our food arrived to our room quickly and warm. Vesna brought in our food, very professional. Highly recommend room service here if you would like to try it. Both my wife and I were impressed with Vesna and how she went above and beyond.
Wowwwww!!! Just WOW!!! Food was delicious and service was even better!!! Everyone was so extremely kind, helpful and absolutely incredible. MARY truly went above and beyond for me - accommodating my special request!! Recognition for Mary, JoJo and Lina PLEASE!!! Amazing! Thank you!!!
Experience unique
We used to come here a lot before Covid and always had an amazing experience ! We suited today , and our experience was disappointing. The food variety and quality has significantly reduced. The service was really good and the waiters were really friendly. Unfortunately, I don t think I ll be visiting again
Super dirty! Seats we were given were covered in crumbs and food, and the plates looked disgusting! We had to clean them ourselves just to feel safe using them
It sucks ever since the Americans took it over.
Breakfast Buffet Johanne, Lina, Mary, and Manager George service was Exceptional....Cooks and Servers was great, the Chef Omelot Maker was very very professional.. I enjoyed the service, clean atmosphere...Great Job Food : 5/5
Had the pleasure of meeting Vesna, she is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and sweet. Gave us lots of recommendations and very attentive.
A great place to go to! I want to give a special shout out to Vesna! Her level of hospitality is unmatched. She is so genuinely kind and personable. I have run into her on two separate trips now, and she has been the cherry on top both times!
Vesna was so helpful in the club lounge. She made our night!
We went for brunch the food was good, the service and atmosphere was great. They could improve on the dessert table not much of a selection, the donuts need to go.
Great view and location! The buffet is large...vast...both sweet and savory with cooked dishes such as chicken...beef with mushrooms...fish. And cold cuts...cheeses...and vegetables. The environment is a little dated... and sparse. But honestly the view is priceless Kid-friendliness: Also suitable for children due to the large environment and the dishes offered
Beyond the vast beauty that your property presents, it is your associates that make your property one in a million. I was smart enough to take your breakfast offering. When we first went for breakfast it was absolutely the best way for us to start our day. Lina and Ben along with your other waitstaff welcomed us with smiles as big as the falls. We were so impressed with the quality and quantity of your offerings, all which were delicious, all well prepared. But what truly sets you apart from the others are your people. They are the true face of your business Michelle and I thank for certainly has been one of our best vacations ever. I hope you can share these comments with both of them..
All of the food was excellent and the desserts were delicious
As a guide from Zoom Tours I ve gotta let you know that they re Amazing. Great food along with a view of the falls!
Extremely terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for cook to refill mussels as it was not prepared in kitchen but at the serving area. Cook said it was not his fault for the delay but he was the cook so he should have been proactive. Assigned waitress to our area was missing in action. Had to run after another server just to get water. Manager apologized for bad service and offered free drinks. Thanks but we were not in mood for drinks. Juan the other waiter apologized on behalf of his colleague. Kudos to Gio the busboy who covered for the lazy waitress assigned to our area. Then lazy waitress came and explained that she was sick and did not want to be near guests. What a lame excuse for laziness. She shouldnt have gone to work as waiting tables involve close interaction with guests. What a bad experience and will never come back nor recommend.
Food selection for a grand buffet is slim. Some food is not at temperature. Cost was $49 per person. Drinks including tea and soda is extra cost of alcohol is beyond words . Do not use tge open table reservation $30 for a table with a view that you cant see at night
4 meat options. 3 carb options. 2 soups. 4 salads. 5 desserts. Bread. Butter. The food is eatible.
We had a wonderful experience with our hostess, Ivonee, and our waitress, Lina/Lisa. The food was decent, and the view was fantastic. However, I think it would be beneficial to have a few more options available at the buffet. Dietary restrictions: There should be more options
First and foremost ROSIE our server went above and beyond what was expected of her. She had too many tables for one server and yet she kept a pleasant attitude and took care of everyones needs. She is definitely an asset to this establishment. Good job Rosie!
Had a buffet lunch in this place after our tour guide abandoned us. Nice view of Niagara falls, even after we got stuck at a table in a corner. Nothing else nice comes to mind.
$50 a person for what the offer is ridiculous The food was not hot and really not good. Would never go back Food
Great Buffet, the price is unbeatable for what you get. The service was excellent, Iz was great, very attentive! AND THE VIEW!
Food was okay, but buffet selection seemed limited. Parking: You can get your parking validated or reimbursed by Fallsview. Bring your parking ticket with you to the restaurant to have it validated. Food : 3/5 |
The food assortment is wide. From seafood to steak...fruits to pasta. But the quality is lacking. The dessert assortment was better than expected. I would rate this 3.5 stars! The place is very understaffed with long waits for drinks and silverware (we dropped a spoon but had to wait for a long time as the silverware bins were empty as well) and removal of used plates. The best part about this restaurant is the view from the top of the building with colorful floodlights.
Wait staff was excellent especially Ivonne, a Ljuba and Linda who were very nice and informative. The view is to die for loved this hotel! Food
Vesna was amazing. She assisted me with my order and was very kind and courteous
Spent almost $300 plus reservation fee. For 3 people and 1 was my daughter s 19th birthday ( first time going to falls) bad experience for dinner for her which though would be nice start. Alll 3 of us had only the Mac & cheese no option for a buffet. Tried to do the pasta but was way over cooked. Very disappointed.
Worst food, great view, but isn t worth it really. Gotta step it up. Chicken was undercooked, beef gravy was curdled. Don t go unless you have no other option.
Disappointing Buffet Experience and Over charged I recently dined at the restaurant in Sheraton Niagara Falls and was extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the pricing. I opted for the buffet, expecting a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, but unfortunately, the food was far from that. Many of the items were bland and lacked seasoning, while others seemed stale as if they had been sitting out for too long. The dessert options were limited, and even those werent up to standard. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, I realized I had been charged more than what was informed by the front desk for the buffet. After bringing this up to the staff, they were unhelpful and didnt offer any reasonable explanation for the discrepancy. For a hotel of Sheratons reputation, I expected much better. I left feeling frustrated and definitely wont be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.
We ate breakfast and dinner here over 4 days, the only place we ate during our stay. Zach and Lena were our favorite servers...just wonderful. We had one negative experience with a server at dinner on Friday, Oct 12, 2024. We always left cash tips and paid with a card. This middle aged male server actually looked at the receipt and angrily said No tip. Thats not nice! The other person in my party hands him the cash tip in spite of his nasty comment and he actually grabbed it out of their hand and stormed off. It was the rudest thing we experienced and hoped we would never have to sit in his area again.
Overpriced. 90 dollars for very minimum things.
Food was ok, however the service and ambiance were very lovely.
Price was ok, the buffet was delicious, service was very kind, specially by lvonne. Views from the restaurant are some of the best you ll find in town. Highly recommend for a nice family experience.
Ljuba in the Club breakfast was Awesome! Great job!! Food
Rosie was our waitress and she was very respectful, pleasant and was a pleasure to have her for dinner/breakfast. And we add Andrew that got us our dinner drinks. We have been to the dining room few times during our stay and everyone has been very pleasant, nice ,and respectful.
To be clear, you are paying for the unbelievable view of the falls here. While the food quality is good the options are not what one would expect from a 55 dollar a plate buffet. Look closer at that price though and consider where you dine and the fact that kids eat free makes the grand buffet more than a bargain. I will definitely return.
Amazing breakfast buffet
Food was expensive but good. Elevator ride was very unpleasant. Long lineups to go up or down, plus elevators were full to the maximum. We went on a Wednesday, 12 noon, for lunch reservation. Would not go back. Parking: $20 flat parking fee
Horrible Service! Food was not good, very few choices and we went for dinner. Service was non-existent, came over once and that was all. Sat us away from the view and the dining room was empty. Tables around us not cleared and full of dirty tables.
5 stars! Good experience. We enjoyed the view. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Nice variety of food. The hot food was hot not like at some buffets where it is maybe warm.
Great view of the Falls and the food was good with a lot of variety.
Food was great! Staff very friendly! Great location
Juan and Angelo for the great service.
Bad quality of food and no test and not fresh, not worth it?
We had breakfast and snacks in the club lounge, and these were very tasty. Especially the roasted garlic and mushrooms. Ljuba (hostess) was the best and made sure we were well taken care of.
I figured I would go back to this buffet as I remembered it being great with a meatball that I remembered years later with a great view of the falls . I went today Sept 1st 2024 and it was an absolute sub par experience. My family was seated away from the windows even though every window table was available . There is little to no room for new guest being seated to get by the tables so my chair was bumped into at least ten times while I ate . I had a plate of the roast beef that was most fatty, a stale bun with mashed potatoes that were actually decent .for desert I had a mini donut and a sliver of some kind of cake. Two adults and a child cost 148 dollars plus a tip even though Nobody checked to ask about a refill on any drinks . This was really a one star experience with a four star price tag. Never again for me
Worst buffet I ve ever been to. Sure the view is great but man the food was garbage.
Great atmosphere and a wonderful view, but the food was a huge letdown. The eggplant parmigiana was salty and soggy, and overall, the variety and quality of the food (we tried both breakfast and dinner) were below the worst buffets we ve been to. On the plus side, we didn t get sick, and the service was excellent. Definitely not worth the price, though.
Wide range of choices. Omlets and waffles were particularly delicious. Great care taken in their preparation. Rosa assisted us and was helpful, friendly and efficient - she enhanced our experience. Not forgetting the incredible view of the falls!
The bread is hard so be careful. The other services were excellent! However, please be careful as you need a tip of at least 12$!
Ben and Mano were amazing and accommodating! They helped make sure we were taken care of and setup with the most beautiful view. Totally recommend them!
Lina was our waitress and she was great!!. Moved our table out of the sun and to give us a bigger table. Food was very good and plentiful . Food : 5/5
Horrible waste of money. The food was not good. Waited 16 minutes to be given a drink menu and never saw a server again in an hour. Had to get up to find someone to pay the way overpriced bill and they were mad that we got up instead of waiting for them to come to the table. The food was so blah like why did we just spend $55/ per person. Gross.
Overall completely disappointed. For $125 for 2 adults, I should have taken my business else where, and will next time forsure. 8 choices total at the hot buffet, super tough prime rib, dry and old desserts. Snobby wait staff. Honestly just a waste of money.
Took my Family to have Brunch on UL or second floor of the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel and it was a delightful experience. Just walking in to the dining area felt warm and welcoming. Theres exceptional areas in this room to sit and eat with a beautiful Solarium window looking at the garden and the falls. The dining area is Neat, Clean, and Organized with plenty of hot food, coffee and tea supplies, snacks, and fresh fruit. Thanks to the staff working in this dining room to make this experience happen such as Ljuba and Prabhjot. Ljuba is approachable, friendly, and sociable and she does a great job in keeping this dining area supplied with everything needed and beautiful. To me she should be a Manager to run this dining area because of her knowledge in keeping it looking great. Prabhjot who also works in this dining area is friendly and sociable as well and she is tentative to help if you need anything because she knows where everything is. This altogether was an Awesome brunch experience and we Thank these 2 hard working staff members for making this happen. Thank You Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming
Be warned: they charge tip based on the AFTER TAX price. Im not sure why it is called a Grand Buffet when there are only 6 hot dishes to choose from and a salad bar. Desserts are coffee cakes and 4 kinds of pre-made frozen cake squares with no flavour. Your hot dishes are rice, roast beef, vegetables, liquified instant potatoes, chicken and pasta with plain tomato sauce and congealed cheese. You can also get 2 different kind of cold cuts and some cheese. Our waters were never refilled, I had to get up and grab a jug from the service station. Immediately upon taking my last bite of dessert the bill was slammed down on the table. There is an 8% luxury fee on the bill and then the tax is totalled on top of that. Save your money and walk down to the falls for the view. They have better food at Burger King.
We came here especially because I saw online how beautiful it was. My friend and I are from New York and have never been treated as well and kind as Angelo, Rosie, Juan, and Shika treated us! Exceptional service and exceptional people. Angelo took our pictures outside on the terrace for a special picture for us. Juan went out of his way to speak with us and find out about us and to make us smile. Odin went above and beyond for us because our taxi driver took us to the wrong place. We called Odin and explained the situation and he was so kind to save our table. Very very excellent young man. Karen and I am so grateful for a wonderful memory, for you all making us feel like family.
This buffet offers a medium to low grade quality of food selections and is matched with a similar level of service. The views of the falls are some of the best in the area, making a dining experience here almost worth the cost. This buffet has always been a family tradition during our visits to the area and its disappointing to see the quality slide over time because we remember when the food and service was as good as the atmosphere. I cant speak about the breakfast buffet because we only went for dinner. They do validate for self-parking, so that is a convenient perk.
This is the most overpriced low quality buffet I ve ever been to. I was disgusted by the food and the service. Such a disappointment!!
Use to come here monthly for the buffett it was affordable and I would end up spending alot on slots after.. but now with the new prices over $50 its so high its no longer a draw to the casino for me I use online slots Ive not walked in a niagara casino in 2 years .
We loved the Club at this hotel. Ljuba was a delight, super helpful and personable.
ZERO STAR FOR THIS NON FRIENDLY STAFF i book and specifically request for fallsview and they give us middle table.. what the hell?!! So what s for the reservation?!!!!i m willing to pay extra 25 for that table and they dont give me?!? Its my birthday and I wanted to make it extra special and have it in FALLSVIEW GRAND HOTEL!!!!! But you ruin my BIRTHDAY .. Thanks to all the staff you guys SUCKS!!!!
ZERO STARS the staff was very disappointing and she is very non professional I was talking and she turn her back at me. You ruined our niagara falls experience . Plus it was my birthday and it got ruined!!! Thanks to you guys. If you are planning to celebrate here pls think twice your celebration is going to he ruined . To the management please hire more friendly and customer service oriented staff . because honestly your staff is going to bring your company down. Thank you so much for ruining my niagara falls experience!!!!!
The most beautiful life like the waterfalls
Had a 114 US. Dollars for 3 people and drinks. Drinks not included with meal cost. Then they have you tip on bill also The buffet had 3 meats. They need to have a menue menue of the buffet food on the buffet. Was a real disappointment for my family. Wife found little to eat, and now looking for a restaurant so my wife can eat a meal. In addition they have cold cuts instead of hot meats. Vegetarian options: Salads had about 4 vetageables and 2 salad dressings Parking: Spent 20 dollars in a parking garage for about a hour. Plus you still had to walk through 2 hotel to get to the buffet.
Our son for the past 3 years insists on going to Niagara Falls for his birthday & he loves the Sheraton AND the buffet! This year he turned 7 & of course we were there. The staff made him feel extra special. Ally, Maddie & Taryn went above and beyond, so much so that I had to make this review to recognize them. Good people are hard to come by these days and these are good people!
The view is beautiful, but the food is absolutely awful. We went for dinner on a Saturday evening, and I couldnt believe how small the selection was for the price, Im talking 3 protein choices, no mashed potatoes, just missing everything a buffet should have. The food i did eat tasted like it was previously frozen and just heated up and slapped on the buffet. Even with a coupon from the hotel I still cant recommend you to dine here.
Delicious with a beautiful view and great service, although there wasn t as many options/buffets want as big as I expected.
Acceptable Experience with Beautiful Views Visiting the Fallsview Grand Buffet in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada was a pretty average experience. **Incredible Views** The best thing about Fallsview Grand Buffet is, without a doubt, the views. From the restaurant, you can see the impressive Niagara Falls, which adds a special touch to the meal. The location is excellent to enjoy this natural wonder while you eat. **Cleanliness and Environment** The bathrooms were clean which is always a plus point. The restaurants atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Meal** The food at the Fallsview Grand Buffet was okay, but not outstanding. There was a reasonable variety of dishes, although not as many hot food options and few side dishes. Some dishes were excessively salty. Overall, the food was acceptable, but nothing special. I dont know how much it cost since it was included with the tour I took. However, for those paying only for this service, it is important to evaluate whether the food and the overall experience are worth the price. **Conclusion** The Fallsview Grand Buffet is a decent option if you value having a stunning view of Niagara Falls while you eat. The cleanliness and ambiance are good, but the food is just okay. If you are looking for an incredible dining experience, you may want to consider other places. However, for a meal with unforgettable views, it is worth the visit, as long as you take into account the cost of the buffet. There is a door that leads to a small balcony where you can come to admire the views and take photos if you like. It should be noted that it is the restaurant of the Sheraton Fallsview hotel.
The service was outstanding, the food was good, the view was worth the cost.
The only good thing was the view. Other than that, the worst $100 meal for two that I have ever had.
I was a bit unsure before making dinner reservation at buffet after reading all the bad reviews about the place but trust me it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had , the food was amazing (specially there pastas ) in addition to food we ve got the best service , our server was shikha she went above and beyond to make our experience great . We highly recommend this place , from view to food to service , everything was amazing and I am definitely coming back here .
great service from Dragal
Coffee was amazing and I drink Coffee every place I go by far the most delicious coffee I had outside of Europe of course. Food is good but I need a little bit more variety for the price you pay
A few days ago me and my wife had one of the best buffet meals we have ever been too hands down. The kids went to clifton hill with grandma while we decided to check out the casino and then give the Sheraton Buffet a try which is literally right there. The food you can tell was fresh not like other buffets that you can tell everything is dried out and re used. We took advantage of all the shrimp as its both of our favorites, and after three plates we still had room to load up on a few desserts of course. Our server Sheeka was awesome as she gave us some places to go see along the falls like maid of the mist. She finalized our time with a recommended cocktail they like to call the fallsview. (HOW FITTING) Shout out to the chefs, the hotel being beautiful and the phenomenonal service from the young lady. All in all a 10/10 it made my wife happy and shes not one to gloat about eating out usually. Thanks Fallsview Buffet
Fallsview Grand Buffet is located inside the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The buffet specializes in prime rib, made-to-order pasta, pizza, and seafood. I love buffets. I ve been to dozens of them. I can say without a doubt, this is the worst buffet I ve ever been too. The selection is limited and the quality is just down right awful. Nothing was hot, nothing was fresh. There wasn t a single item on the entire buffet that was any good. The dinner buffet costs $49.95CA. It wasn t worth $10CA. Food - 2.8 Service - 7.4 Value - 2.3 Restaurant score - 42
Overall disappointing food, choices very limited and not impressed by the quality of any of the dishes. Would avoid in the future. Food
Great service by Shilcha Anjelo
Eggs at buffett were not good. The eggs made by the omelet station were very good. Lina and jojo were fantastic. They were both very attentive and efficient. Always had everything we needed. Vegetarian options: Lots of veg, salad, fish Dietary restrictions: I saw gluten free stuff Kid-friendliness: All buffets are good for kids. But i think if they had chicken fingers and french fries that would be a big hit.
So! Lets be clear The Fallsview Grand Buffet doesnt serve brunch. They do breakfast until 11h30 and then its lunch with NO breakfast items. Our reservation was for 11h30 thinking what we could have brunch I.e (breakfast and lunch) however when we came to help ourselves they proceded at removing the breakfast items under our nose even though it was still available in the trays. Now lets talk about the inexistent service...OK thats it The food was OK with a limited choice. So unless you really want to see the falls from a great view point, for 35$ plus tax its not worth it.
Great setting and food and amazing view! Vesna at the front desk and Kylie with the serving team were super helpful and courteous
Rosie Mano&Ben were our servers they did a wonderful n magnificent job. Very attentive n fast great personality
Literally buffet food. The selection is not large, but sufficient. The view of the waterfall is phenomenal.
The service in this place is poor. From the first contact, the person who takes the names is not smiling. The server also did not respond to our request for a table with a view, which was the reason for our visit. He refused saying the table was reserved for a party of six, but it remained empty until we left. The worst part was when we ordered coffee at the end. The waiter took the cups before pouring the coffee, putting his fingers inside the cups. It was disgusting.
We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview hotel and upon checking in were met with a few unfortunate obstacles to parking, access to hotel, and access to restrooms. As such were were provided a $40 coupon for the restaraunt. We decided to eat at the buffett our first night and we also took two additional family members staying in another room. All together we were 4 adults and 2 children. When we arrived we were seated pretty quickly but then no one came provided any information in regards to how to get beverages or whether they would be brought to us (someone simply showed us to a table, said nothing at all, and abruptly left). After waiting for at least 10 minutes we decided to go up and get some food assuming someone would surely come to take our drink orders. We were almost through our full plate of food and no one had still come to check on us. I then went up to a bus boy to ask for help and we were brought water. After that we were never offerred any refills or checked on once, not one of our plates was removed from the table. The buffett was not refilled to keep pace with the number of people eating in the restaraunt (and the restaraunt was no more than 1/3 full). We were ready for our check and I had to ask 3 different people before receiving it. The bill looked high to me so I asked why our bill was $300 if we had a $40 off gift card and was that applied. She show me at the bottom where it said $40 but I did not see a total. I took her word for it and gave her my card, but asked to recieve a receipt so I could look at it in detail further. She took and charged my card but someone else came back with my card and no receipt was brought. I then asked the same bus boy who assisted us with the water earlier to see if we could get someone to help us get a copy of our receipt and he did go up to a waitress but she never assisted us. We gave him a good tip for his helpfulness as he was the only one to offer assistance the whole visit. Finally he brought the manager to try and get us a bill. When I saw the bill, we had been charged for 6 adult meals and nothing was taken off for the coupon. The waitress tried to explain to me that she could not use the children eat free promo if we were using the $40 off coupon. I had no idea there was a children eat free promo, since no one ever spoke to us at the restaraunt but for the bus boy. She then tried to tell me she could give me back $40 and that was all she owed me. That still didnt make sense as we we overcharged. She also said she could not put the money back on my credit card but had to use a debit card. The manager then stepped in and offer to refund our $311 bill (I had left the waitress a $7 tip which was more than generous since we did not see her once). He rebated that and bill us $206 (which included a $5 tip for the waitress who had never visited us and overcharged us by $100, the busboy got $20 for his help). This was all supposed to be in CAD, when I got back home I saw that my bill was charged $206 in USD so still not correct. Worst dining experience and we never ate anything else in the hotel for the next 4 days.
The worst buffet ever! Food is really bad. Me and my daughter had a stomach flu after. Don t recommend. Super over price Parking: Paid $25 for parking at the casino. The place cannot even offer free parking lol
Research HST before you go. There s two of em. Basic buffet. Great service and a cool view. There s a little wing balcony you can go out on and view the falls and the street below. $85 for two though they tell you $34 and some change per person up front. $20 in tourism taxes titles and fees just to eat here. Lots of kids running around. They get so busy the workers are rolling carts past the buffet leaving little room and there s messy tables and rubbish on the floor.
Despite all the recent negative reviews, I found the service to be attentive and hospitable. Mano, Andrew and Angelo did a great job to service our table. On top of that, you have the grand view of the falls. Food wise, it was what was expected for a buffet in the heart of Niagara Falls, with kids eating for free.
We came here after my brother proposed to his girlfriend at Niagara Falls. What a spectacular experience. Andrew and Mano were amazing and provided us with a very lovely experience. The view is outstanding and the food was delicious! Lots to choose from. The balcony view is breath taking. Our group was large with a few children but regardless, the staff took great care of us and we felt that this was the perfect venue for a dinner post engagement. Can t wait to come back!
Roast beef, pork ribs, a love pasta station, lots of chicken and fish mains, soups for $60 + tax is a great deal anywhere in the GTA, let alone in Niagara Falls with a view to die for.
Used to be best but it s garbage now
came for lunch and was so disappointed. we came at opening and they were still putting food out until 20 minutes after we sat down. hardly any food options at all (as in, i could count the hot food plates on one hand ), all the stations where it looked like people were supposed to cook in front of you were closed, the servers offer coffee but you have to get up and get it yourself? and consistently forget to bring back silverware. besides the view it was INSANELY OVERPRICED! i payed $127 CAD for THREE people for basically just salad and chicken.
Price is ridiculous for what it is. Food looked fine, but nothing was very good at all. $135 for 2 people for dinner. Only thing good about this place is the view.
Came here way back in 2013 to try out this nearly renovated Buffet my goodness Im talking about amazing service here our server was very friendly who serve our drinks to us they had so many options to choose from for food wise their prime rib was so delicious their salad bar looked very nice and the food overall looked very fresh and hot at least it wasnt cold spent #30.00 however i got my for free at the time if you are looking for delicious food this is the place to stop by! bonus we had very good view of the falls where we were sitting!
We dined at the buffet at Fallsview Grand Buffet and unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing. It was overly salty, and for four adults, we paid $300 (excluding tips), which did not feel worth it. On the positive side, the view of Niagara Falls from the dining area was breathtaking, making it an amazing experience to see the falls while eating. The waiters and hotel personnel were nice and smiling, which added a pleasant touch to our visit. However, the poor quality of the food overshadowed the experience.
Touring around Niagara you are going to get hungry. Here is a spot with great food and a million dollar view. Great selection of fresh salads and fruit, awesome meats and seafood and desserts worth going for seconds, or more. Very satisfied with food, staff made me feel like a VIP; everyone was enjoying themselves and you can see everything, Canadian and American Falls ! Incredible.!
Dined there was the first (and last) time last night. The wait staff are nice but the food was just average. Ribs were bland and tough. The food choices weren t great. For the price definitely not worth it! The view though is amazing
It is such a disappointment that a property like Sheraton allows a restaurant to serve such poorly cooked food. During lunch, they didnt have many options and whatever they had was not tasty at all. The chicken was so dry, rice was undercooked and pasta seemed to have been made 3 days ago. The cutleries were dirty and stained. I came for a breakfast buffet a few years back, I was disappointed and I thought things changed but it didnt. When you compare this restaurant to other Sheraton establishments, this would fall at level 0. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere to eat.
Theres a missed opportunity to make this restaurant something special. The views are amazing but the worn out furniture and lack of quality food items really takes away from what it could be. The staff were wonderful friendly people. Unfortunately we wont return again.
Disappointing experience. Bland and overcooked food. Prime Rib was overcooked, even when fresh out of the kitchen. Ribs were bland and dry. I didn t dare try the Shrimp fried rice as it was barely warm. Wine list has poor selection. There is no atmosphere. The chairs are shedding their skin, likely embarrassed to be in such an establishment. Service was also poor. Return from the buffet and old plates still there. Only thing it has is a view, but not worth the visit. Had better food at a truck stop.
The food was better last year(I stay at the sheraton annually). I dont know what changed. The servers were almost harassing I and my wife for tips. We didnt appreciate that at all(same group from last year too, I wonder what changed). Its not my best experience here overall. Maybe it will be better next year.
I didnt like the fact that I had to actually ask for coffee and water. The waiters were serving people all around us but failed to even acknowledge us.
We came here on a Niagara Falls tour with Zoom Tours and were completely disappointed. For a $50 buffet the food was gross and overpriced. The roast was tough/chewy, the bread was stale, the pizza was too salty (which it seems other reviews agree with). It felt awful going up the elevator and getting excited to see and smell the Italian restaurant on the same floor only to be guided to the buffet because it was paid for in our tour. If we could have switched restaurants we would have but they wouldnt let us. We wanted to sit by the windows like the other people on our tour but they made us sit in the middle of the restaurant because those were the remaining seats that were reserved for our group. They wouldnt let us sit anywhere else even though the restaurant was under half capacity and there were window seats unreserved nearby. I was optimistic, but our server Andrew asked my grandmother to pay for her wine before we drank it or ate and she got a little annoyed at being disturbed so quickly because it disrupted the atmosphere for her, which she paid a lot of money for. Shortly after I saw and heard another server, an older gentleman, ask Andrew if everyone had paid for their drinks. He said yes, except us, who wanted to pay after. They laughed about it. I didnt like that they were laughing at her within earshot. If youre going to discuss those things dont do it where your customers can hear. We were upset with the service and the negative atmosphere. When my grandma mentioned the servers talking about us when she paid for the wine, Andrew denied it and told her not to assume things loudly. Also, they dont serve you much here or fill your water. It really is just a diner quality buffet. The only reason they charge you so much is because its a tourist hotspot. If you go on a tour, especially with Zoom, Id recommend making sure you arent paying to go to Fallsview Grand Buffet. Theres so many nice restaurants you could check out while youre at the falls. Some people on our tour chose not to pay for the dinner in their package. They got to walk around town and eat wherever they wanted. Make sure you do that.
Wow. Never like to leave bad reviews this bad. You are not staying in the hotel service week leave you to last.
The food was Disgusting
Superb view of the falls. The buffet formula is very correct. To recommend Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility (elevator)
There is a big variety of food, with snacks, meals, desserts, soups, etc. It also has an amazing view of the Niagara Falls from the top! Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Lots of variety. Kid-friendliness: Dinners are free for kids 12 and under on some nights.
The place is in serious need of renovations. Chairs were ripped, with finish peeling off making for porous unhygienic surface. Food was poorly served and presented: Bacon half cooked, full of oil; omelets were being made in advance left in the heating tray floating in oil, scrambled eggs look compacted and tasted like eggs from a box. Bagels were stale. Belgian waffles were being made in advance, cut up, and place on a surface that people were touching. Pancakes were small and flimsy. Everything looked like it was just thrown in the heating trays, mass produced and sloppy. Ceiling had a massive leak and was pouring water on top of a table were people had been sitting. We heard the waiter mention there had been several other leaks. Not worth the steep price per person.
A wonderful show
Great food and a beautiful view
My partner and I stayed in the hotel. V small window with city view and. No closets. We were at a loss as to where to hang clothes. So we requested room with closet, they shifted us into another room with a bar and some hangars. One of the unfriendliest hotel staff encountered. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home covered the basics with an omelette station. Wait staff small Asian man kept saying to please generously trip the staff and keep interrupting multiple times during meal about signing the sheet. Didn t think service if deserving of tip. Same Asian man got upset and yelled at us for not being generous. Grea location other than expect 0 service -and to think i was going to be going the exta milt I would go elsewhere. Wheelchair accessibility: Food was ok at best.
The view is so pretty. The food isnt as diverse as I thought. The view is nice, so thats at least some consolation.
Very disappointing. The food did not taste fresh or flavourful. There wasn t many options for food compared to other buffets and food wasn t even being topped up when it ran out. On top of all it was around $50 per person. Worst experience by far especially disappointing because it was Mother s Day.
This place was SO good! Not typical buffet food where things are bland and not much variety. This food is good and flavourful! Whoever makes it must actually taste their food because everything was season perfectly. The roasted chicken, potatoes, and salads were all good but the real superstar was the potato soup, wow!! Delicious! Dessert was also amazing, loved all the fresh berries you had available and the whipped cream. Staff was attentive but not in your face, very pleasant group. They view was really great too! Will definitely be back!
I was here in May 2024 for dinner. The food was mediocre at best. There was not a lot of variety of food. The view was good and the place was clean and tidy.
We live close to Niagara and everytime we take a trip we stay at this hotel. Been coming here for years. Recently we stayed for one night but it wasnt like before. The room was good but we didnt have any proper shampoo, body wash, conditioner, or spa. The bottles were all empty. Besides that its a good hotel and in a prime location. Price is also pretty good.
Unhappy experience, poor selection, stale food, limited options, no soup spoons, way too expensive for what you get, takes about 20min just to get to the restaurant because of the elevator wait times, have had better experiences at an 8.99 county buffet.
PERMANENTLY CLOSED
You really are paying for the view in this place. The view is amazing and the service was good. The food is greatly lacking. In my opinion, the desserts were the only things that were good. I appreciated the experience with my sons, but for 140.00 (two adults and a child that ate for free), it was not worth the cost.
I enjoyed the location despite it being a little tricky to locate. The food is average but the view is outstanding. The server we had was not attentive for some reason and it seemed like it was difficult to get warm bread for my soup. The dessert table was delightful. But what made the visit great is the host, Vesna. She took our reservation, was very polite, friendly and attentive. She is the reason I would return again. When everything else is 3 star, she is a 5 star host who made a big difference to our dining experience there. Parking: Complimentary parking from the restaurant is very nice!
We ate some really delicious sushi dishes. Wonderful view of the falls.
We had breakfast at the Lounge twice and both times Prabhjot was there. She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Prabhjot is an asset to the Sheraton hospitality. Thank you! Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options
We loved loved loved it here! Such a great experience! Good food, albeit not many options but everything was delicious and the desserts were amazing! Can get pretty costly fast. Food
This restaurant is absolutely a waste of time and money. The food is absolutely horrible and the selection is utterly terrible. The food for dinner and breakfast is not fresh or hot. The service is terrible and the place is an absolute disaster. The food is cheap and seems like leftovers, the buns are stale the fruit is almost rotten. The plates are wet and dirty and the buffet is over priced for what you get by far. I wouldn t go back if it was free. My recommendation order pizza :)
Possibly the worst meal Ive ever served my family. Luke warm, previously frozen food for $50 a person! Hard pass!
Loved the view. Loved the food Loved the staff. It was worth every moment Food : 4/5 |
We had an excellent time at the falls view buffet restaurant! JoJO and Lina were amazing waitresses! Being super friendly and fun the whole time. It was the perfect start to our day! Thanks a lot guys!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: My adopted grandma uses a walker and the staff here were vary accommodating to her!
The Sheraton Fallsview is in a beauitful location. We had the falls view which was absolutely breathtaking to see on arrival and see the changes throughout our stay. Rooms are lovely and modern having recently been updated. The Club lounge is cozy and comfortable to grab a quick snack or unlimited coffee, water and soft drinks. During our stay Vesna was a pleasure to see during breakfast, accommodating or going above and beyond to meet the needs. Shes a true asset to the hotel and lounge. A wonderful stay and would recommend.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good. The service was horrible. They did serve us our first drinks but I was expecting them to come around and ask if we would like another round of drinks. Even when coming to our table to clear the plates they could have asked us if we want more, we even had to get our own water. We did have a great view of the falls.
Not worth the money. You can litteraly walk to the falls within 5 mins from the restaurant and see it for free. Food was meh tier. Watery omelets. Slow staff. Outdated decor
We went at time of Christmas booked the table to see falls view but bad luck that day was too foggy we couldn t see any but we had good time in restaurant they had lot of varieties of dishes only suggestion would be for the service - they need to attain customers more frequently for serving water - cutlery some attention- they completely ignore u.. thts the only bad experience we had. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.
Very good place to stay, especially Veswa and Louis are so friendly and nice, when we come a little bit later, they just close. But they still try to provide some food for us and answer questions so patient. Definitely 5 stars.
Vesna and staff were so wonderful. Thank you so much.
The Sheraton Club Lounge was awesome! The service was delightful, and the Attendant there made sure everything was perfect!! Great to be taken care of so well as a BonVoy member!!
Literally the worst breakfast buffet I ve ever been to, and that includes the free ones that many hotels offer. I paid over $200 CAD for 3 adults and 4 children to eat maybe a croissant or two. They were totally out of bacon, eggs, and pancakes for the duration of our time there. It took forever and a day to even seat us, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food that was in stock was horrible. I m absolutely shocked they can keep a low quality like this and still charge $40 per person. Literally would have to pay me to ever go here again.
I recently dined at this establishment, and I must say, my experience was underwhelming, especially considering the cost. The prices, which are already steep, are further inflated by numerous taxes and an 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill. This would be justifiable if the food was exceptional, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The dishes lacked the flavor and finesse one would anticipate at this price point. In essence, youre paying premium rates for mediocrity. I expected a dining experience that matched the expense, but left feeling disappointed and overcharged.
We were so disappointed in this restaurant that I decided to leave this note to see if anyone does something about the service. Unfortunately, it was very bad in many ways. The person who was with us was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional person we have seen in Canada. She needs to retrain to see if she can learn to provide any service. In fact, the table next to us was never clean the entire time we were there. The waitress only came to collect the money when we called her. She never asked if we needed anything. The table was for 6 and they only put cutlery for 4. We had to eat with our hands for a while because the food got cold and they gave us forks to someone else who wasnt even our waitress. In short, the worst .
Dont even bother. For a restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel, it needs to be reevaluated. Food was not up to par for the Sheraton chain of hotels. Roast potatoes were hard and inedible. Only saving grace was the shrimp fried rice. Dessert table had no labels. Service was a 0. We saw our waiter when we were seated and that was it. Never returned to fill our glasses of water. We had to flag the manager for the bill. Not once did he ask how the meal was or if there was anything else we needed. Go elsewhere. Food is less than mediocre.
No view of the falls despite the name in the winter as the balcony is closed. But all things considered food and prices were good. Cheaper than rainforest cafe and way better.
I went on Thursday, Dec 28 for dinner with my family of 5. When we stood in line, we noticed that the people (assuming that they arent from Canada) were super ignorant and rude. They didnt know what a line was, and there are little kids running around, not caring about people around them. When we got in, we werent even given utensils or water until 30 mins after we asked them. The plates were wet, and the food looked disgusting. I feel so bad for the understaffed workers because there was only one person making live pasta AND she was also in charge of cutting the beef too. There were many rude customers that were demanding of her too. Not to mention, the food was subpar and barely got refilled. Which is funny, because there are barely any selections ANYWAY. I wouldnt even consider this a grand buffet, maybe a small little eat what we provide you not a grand all you can eat buffet. It was incredibly agitating how NOTHING was available at all times, not even 1 out of the 2 soups. Our server, he barely came by to see how we were doing, and it felt like we werent ever serviced the whole time. On top of the ridiculous price, (around $45-50CAD) THERES ALSO ANOTHER TAX. To be honest, my family and I will never come back here again.
Please don t ever listen to ur dad and go to some random restaurant u found online. I was greeted with a little kid stepping on my foot and pushing me. He didn t apologize. If I catch him again imma pull his underwear so high up he ll see the light. The food was alright. I have very cheap taste so it wasn t terrible. My family on the other hand were literally dying. I dont think they ever want to eat ever again. Also, the cleanliness was not great. The floors were very dirty, and there was food all over the food option counters. Maybe I d pay $15 max for this, but not $45. Guys c mon you really can t say this is a grand buffet. I think I could make better food than this. I ve never cooked anything in my life. Anyways mentioning the little kid again. I really don t like you. I really hope your sleep paralysis demon eats u up whole. These parents gotta teach their kids some manners cuz I don t want ur musty booger picking finger touching me.
Considering it s a very desired spot in the worlds most famous places, here are my suggestions to the managers: 1-hire more people at the live counters, nobody wants to wait 20 mins for 5 bites of pasta 2-wait staff should be more prompt, kept filling the glasses with ice and barely any water 3-food was not filled quickly enough, had to wait 20 mins for a cheese pizza 4-there should be at least one halal meat option (it s easily available everywhere and should be an option for the visitors) 5-kids eat free but they should add more kids free items (pudding, jello, mac n cheese kebabs etc)
Wow, this is terrible. That was the reaction of everyone at our table and all the tables around us. Just dont get tricked into eating here. Just literally eat anywhere else.
Ben is the best!
5 stars but no Sushi so...
Excellent service fair prices. Was disappointed there were no potatoes of any kind at dinner. No fries, no mash.
My mother always taught me if you don t have anything nice to say, don t say anything at all so the toaster warmed the bread nicely. But that is all
Dont fo it. They hook you with the kids eat free, but not allot of choices in food and tastes is Bland !
Buffet had few items...all were cold..my kids ended up loading up on fruit and cake....for $115.00 for two adults ??? The rolls were stale..unpleasant experience ..will never come back for meals here.
This has to be the worst and most scathing review I have ever been compelled to write. Seating and the wait staff were fine and the only redeeming quality. The food was tasteless, and limited in options. The pizza was not good and tasted like pasta sauce. The prime rib was luke warm/rubbery/flavourless (how is this even possible?!?). Even the pilaf rice was basically 5min instant quality. They literally had the same food on both sides of the serving table which blew my mind for a buffet; most buffets offer twice as much food options for 40-50% less!! You know what was good? The desserts that I doubt where made in house. Family of 4 =$113 with water only AND two free kid meals. Dont spend your money, go anywhere else for a nice sit down meal.
Extremely overpriced mediocre food. Despite having a kids eat free coupon we were still charged for one of our kids.
I really wanted to enjoy our dining experience at this restaurant and prove the poor reviews wrong. However, the reviews reflect what seems to be long-standing issues with booking and organization. We called ahead of time to book a reservation for dinner for my family of 4. Upon arrival, we saw that there were 2 line-ups- one for signing in and the other for booking a table. Despite having a reservation, my family and several others who booked still had to line up to sign in then wait over 20 minutes for a table. To make matters worse, we overheard a staff member pointing out an issue on our booking bill that our room number the host took down was wrong. This became a real issue the next day as the restaurant apparently called our hotel to let us know that they didnt receive payment for our meal. Our bank definitely says otherwise!!! This restaurant needs an overhaul in management and update with P.O.S. and booking technology. Mistakes of this nature should not be happening in this day and age, especially for an expensive restaurant. We are disappointed to say the least.
For this restaurant I was recommend to my friends. But this time totally change my mind. Firstly the food it s shxt brisket , curry chicken, all minced , if no name label you can t know what s that . Whole restaurant the only food it s chicken nuggets coz at least it s not over cooked, and you know what kind of food you eat . So only chicken , roasted beef , bbq ribs it s real food , others all minced like cat food . For server I understand it s busy and want some extra money , but they try to push you pay cash on that , i remember at hosting desk have a notice said no cash
Nice view for sure. But food quality is so so. $45+ tax for dinner and $35 +tax for breakfast.
Once upon a time this was probably a really nice place. It is currently tired and rundown, in need of a lot of updating. The views of course are spectacular! Food
Great views of the falls and great selection. Waited a bit for service and decor a bit dated, but we went for the food and view! Parking was paid by business. Food
We took our kids here for dinner after a long day at the water park. The food was not what you would expect for paying $44/adult. There is not a lot of selection, there was a whole table dedicated to coldcut meats and pickles. The bread was old and stale, and there were still breakfast items (like hot oatmeal) that they hadnt put away or switched with a dinner option. The dishes they did have had been sitting for a long time. The only good things were the view, which was great and the wait staff (two people) were super friendly. All in all, not worth the price, unless you have a lot of kids. We spent less and ate better at the Flying Saucer!
It was so good
Magnificent restaurant an incredible chance to have lunch with a natural setting of Niagara Falls
The rest of the food was just okay but the fish curry made by Ms. Payos was AMAZING! Also the views are so so good. Make sure to go on the outdoor balcony before leaving Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options Parking: We parked a few miles away for free and walked here
For those who are concerned about cleanliness, I do not recommend the buffet for lunch. I had to take 5 plates before finding a clean one. Very disappointed, I expected the lunch to be as perfect as our wonderful room.
Food was bland and really over priced. Service good for type of restaurant and atmosphere was like any other buffet restaurant. Wont come back ever!
Amazing views You can skip the helicopter tour if the weather is gloomy Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to the 13th floor restaurant
IZ, Mary, and host Vesna were amazing for our sons birthday! Thank you guys for starting his day off so special
If I could give this a -1 star, I would. Food was terrible! I come from a culture that loves buffet... and loves to get the most out what you pay for buffet meals. Its the first time in my life that I didnt go back for seconds and didnt bother for any dessert at all - nuff said.... To top it off, service sucks. Waiters are so eager to clear out your dishes 30 minutes to their closing time during lunch. When one waiter was told to take the drinks for our tour group (we were a small group of around 15), he didnt want to give us the drink menu and rudely blurted out that they had juice, cola, beer.... We had to guess what kind of cola they had by calling it out until he says yes.
We came with a group of tourists. The buffet was well stocked and plentiful. What was offered was good and of good quality. There was choice. A big positive point for the exceptional view of the falls from the restaurant and from the small terrace.
Dinner buffet was excellent. Staff was great. Had a great time with our friends and would definitely recommend it.
Food doesn t usually make me feel sad, but the food here did.
Such a disappointment. They should ve state that no normal meat and no kids friendly foods are available. Price too high vs food they have. Even simple pasta alfredo had nothing to do with alfredo sauce (no parmesan cheese at all, though it should be the mail ingredient). The only meat was cold and tasteless, sweets were not good either. Kids barely ate some veggies and soup, I ate a piece of cold meat and berries. It is not worth the money I paid. Avoid it if you re not fan of several versions of rice with pulled chicken or some Indian veggies. Kid-friendliness: Not at all - my kids didn t find anything they liked.
Perfect all you can eat buffet
The view fabulous, cant say the same about the buffet.
Unmissable, you eat well at the self-service restaurant and the choice is varied. The view of the falls is SUPERB
All you can eat buffet
Absolutely beautiful restaurant, the steak is outstanding the service just like the food. You wont be sorry
5s for everything here. Lunch buffet, service and beautiful view. Will be back.
Breakfast was pretty good although definitely overpriced. After tax and tip it was around $120 for 3 of us (two adults and one child). Fresh Waffles were great. Dinner was ok but nothing special, again very overpriced for the quality of food. Roast beef was quite dry and chewy. Dishes lacked flavour. My daughter (age 6) liked the kid s options (nuggets and pizza) and lots of desserts. Service was good but restaurant was not busy at the time. Great view. Vegetarian options: Tofu scramble Tofu noodles Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free for dinner. My daughter liked the food options: pizza, chicken nuggets, cheese and crackers and many desserts.
There is none of those common seafood - fish, mussels or calamari even though weekend dinner buffet menu. Why is it surcharged 7.9% LF(LuxuryFee) w those ridiculous food level? We enjoyed only falls view & were satisfied w our table servers prompt service.
The food and service were good, but the atmosphere was mediocre. We went on a Friday night and there were barely any patrons.
I wish there were more seafood varieties and the meat served was halal! Should have some icecream for dessert. Free kids meal was a spectacular deal! Vegetarian options: Mushrooms, zucchini, potatoes, cheese pizza, salad. Tomato vegetable soup.
This place overcharges for what they serve, the food is mediocre based on fast food and looks like it was cooked by a 10 year old kid, really poor to no quality and not many choices, on top of that they try to scam you to pay an extra fee they call the LF ( Luxury fee), but there is nothing luxurious on this buffet and you not obligated its a complete rip off. Like Charging customers 44.95$ per person wasnt enough, dont recommend it to anyone, it feels like I was robbed.
Just very busy and expensive. But as a one off it was worth it.
Place is run down and needs a face-lift
There was a dead bug in my yogurt. I determined it came from the strawberries. I complained to a restaurant staff member wearing a suit, he removed the whole bowl of strawberries. When I asked if he would like to see the bug in my plate, he said no, and walked away. There were no apologies or follow up with me. Not the service I expected.
