Ordered 5 pounds for delivery, everything was hot and cooked well. All the flavours were great and we really enjoyed our meal. I really enjoyed the dry Cajun.
My first experience with the Thorold stone Road wings up with the middle of July when I had ordered 5 pounds of wings for my kids birthday party. We went to pick up the order which cost us $130 didn’t bother to check it , came home. We were missing 2 pounds of wings and we had ordered five different flavours and only received one flavour on the 3 pounds that we had. I called that time The person who is working rectified the situation no issues we picked up the wings. Everything was fine. Their food is really good. The wings are really big and the flavours are really good but their attention to detail is lost. I chose to order wings from wing up tonight to complement the pizza we had ordered. I ordered online yet again so that my instructions would be followed. I ordered the 3 pound of wing combo with half being chicken wings and the other half being chicken bites. I had asked for honey and hot and Honey, garlic Parmesan ( which is an extra charge) I was advised by email that it would take 40 minutes for my order. When I arrived at the wing up, there was one server. (this was the same server that completed my order, the first time) she advised me that it was taking a little longer than usual. It would take another 5 to 10 minutes to complete my order. She read the order back to me to verify that that was the order I was there to pick up. I confirmed and waited She was by herself sometimes it’s hard in QSR to complete orders with no help. I get it. She passed me my order I asked her , so half is chicken wings and half her chicken bites, she looked astounded and said no I didn’t see there were chicken bites. I thought they were chicken wings. She apologized. Then just kind of looked at me like I had two heads. I have a kid who has braces they cannot eat the chicken wings cause it gets stuck behind the retainer those if you have braces know what’s going on. She didn’t offer to make me the bites until I offer to purchase more bites from her. Which would’ve cost me an additional $20 on top of the $60. I had already spent for 3 pounds of wings. Whatever, shouldn’t have to pay another 20$ for your mistake. Ill take the loss, I’ll pull the chicken off the bone for my kid. He can have it like that. I get home. I open the wing box 1st mistake because I should of checked when I was there, and lo and behold. My wings were not right. I had honey garlic, not honey garlic Parmesan. I called the store. I asked the server to read me back my order which she did, and then she stated oh I forgot to put on the Parmesan sauce. They weren’t busy I was the only person in the store I placed my order online and give her more than 40 minutes to prepare it. I’m just trying to figure out how an establishment can have an online ordering system and then not have employees that are able to fulfil the order by following the directions that are given to them. I called her back told her I was bringing the wings back and would like to have a refund at this point I just don’t want the food. She stated I’d have to wait for a manager to come in. The manager is not in the country right now. I asked when they’d be back in and she told me Monday. Great learned my lesson not going back. Sorry for the rant. So sorry to see that this franchise of the chain is not good. Their food is actually really good if they could just get the orders right it would be great. …..and then the wings up team made a comment about the post asking me to reach out, because they care about their customers and would like feedback. Filled out the online form, and still no reply.. Save your money, give it to a local business not the chains……
The lady there is nice and easy to communicate with. I appreciate and love the wings she makes, this is my second time coming back. The lady working there is hard working. Others should definitely try out this place. The atmosphere is pretty calm, nice ambience and really clean.
While the delivery person was really fast and efficient, the food was not up to the mark! Maybe it is the location (Nigara Falls) the food (chicken bites) was too hard/improperly seasoned!
This place charges way too much for what you get. The portions are small, and the chicken pieces are tiny! Advertisement is misleading for the bites size !! We paid $60 for the three-person bites bundle and 4 extra sauces, it is barely for 2 kids, and it was a huge disappointment.
Drive past this place all the time. Tonight I thought I'd stop and try it. Got the 1.5lb wing meal with veggies and wedges. What an absolute disappointment!!! Wow! 7 wings is NOT 1.5 lbs. Come on. Maybe with the breading and unreasonable amount of sauce. That alone made my stomach feel uneasy. I asked for the honey garlic parm. Not sure what the thick white sauce smothering them was but it was overbearing. The $23 meal also included 3 carrot slices and 2 pieces of celery with about 9 wedges.

Service has really gone down. Deliveries are late and poor customer service when calling to know when my delivery is expected.
This location is NOT IT. HORRIBLE food and service Just made an 80 dollar order. The chicken bites are horrible huge waste of money. They are paper thin, over cooked and hardly any chicken in them. I tried giving them to my dog and the dog wouldnt even eat it. I called immediately to see if i could switch them out for wings, get money back, or get new ones sent. I spoke to the cashier her name was Kulver or something like that and she said she doesnt understand how the food wasnt good which is strange because these reviews are all the same about how awful the chicken bites are. I asked to speak with a manager and she said he was not in and to speak with him on Monday. Its thursday and waiting until Monday would be way too long. Nothing was resolved and now im left with horrible food that will be thrown away and now im out 80 dollars. Order from a different place and save your money. If i could give zero stars I would!
It is a nice place to get food
Today I ordered 2lbs of wings well done with fries. Not only was my meal made to perfection but the service was impeccable. Thank you Rushi for making my meal enjoyable and satisfying.

Wings were really tasty. Only thing is we felt the portion was not as much as we expected for 2 lbs and the price but overall it was good.
So I guess 1lb of wings is what you get for $18.99 now days... The actual wings themselves seemed to be of decent quality, tender and not dry, but Ive tried three different types of their sauces and they dont seem to know what the meaning of hot is. Medium, hot, and honey hot all have next to no actual spice to them. If a pound of wings was maybe 12 or 13 bucks it would probably be worth it
I bought wings from you guys today through uber eats, first of all the wings tasted average, it wasnt bad nor too good, bec i have had better wings from other restaurants at much better price. Second is the quantity of the wings i orders for 23$. It said large bite meal, and trust me it was one of the most smallest meal i ever had in my life and that too for 23$. This is not what i expected when i ordered it, because i saw a picture of the wings i am ordering and the quantity in it which was shown in uber eats app, i really thought that was its quantity but the picture you have uploaded in uber eats is really misleading. Anyhow wanted to let u know regarding this and if can please change those misleading pictures in uber eats app.
I ordered cauliflower bites meal and everything was good and customer service was awesome. i suggest to everyone to go to this place and try all the sauces :)

Having grown up ordering Wings Up in Burlington for special occasions I was thrilled for it to come to Niagara Falls but am left disappointed with the wait times, customer service and quality. The Honey Garlic Parmesan doesn t taste like how I remember it, pretty sure I got Honey Garlic instead of Parmesan... I know the wings go by weight but even still the amount we got felt like less than we remember. Would recommend the Burlington location and I ve ordered from there and gotten home an hour later with It still being warm. Having waited 40 minutes and after tipping for pick up, I can t say they were warm after I got home.

Lack of staff, only two people working. 5 other people waiting for food on national chicken wing day, where you have a good deal but didnt staff the shift properly. Dont answer the phone, so it continually rings. Very bad service. Food isnt worth the hassle. My pick up time was 6:30pm, didnt get my food till 6:45pm.
Very clean location. Service was prompt and helpful. First time at Wings Up so the help with the menu was appreciated. Had chicken wings which were well cooked, decent sized with great flavour. More flavours and way more options than most other places offering wings in Niagra Falls. Would go back for sure. Parking: Freshly paved, clean with lots of parking available.
Used to love this place and go all the time but boy has the quality really gone downhill..... the wings are tiny now they used to be juicy and huge and saucy now they are tiny and dry and not much sauce you also get alot less wedges now Used to be a favourite of mine but not anymore!

The food is delicious, but the price is ridiculous. As much as I enjoyed the chicken fingers, its not worth the cost. Also, each Wings Up serves portions differently. In St. Catharines on Scott Street, that server cut my chicken fingers in half, and since it was my first visit, I had no idea they were not to be cut in half. So no way will I be going back.
Bites are overcooked. barely any chicken inside them. Cooked to dust. Does not taste good at all.
First off, the wings tasted good (medium barbeque). But expensive, and there is no way 15 smallish wings is 2 lbs. $38 with tax.
Used to be really good when they first opened but it s gone so downhill since then. Bites are absolutely always overcooked and super dry, you ask for sloppy (and pay for it) and it s barely even coated on all sides. Wedges are usually fresh but.. so? It s unfortunate because wings up is actually really good, but this location seems to not care too much.

Was the worst experience ever! Everything was wrong!!!!!! I told them I want what I ordered or my money back . You would as a first time customer the would have fixed it . Nope . Im waiting right on the driver to bring my money back . Ill never call again .
My partner and I are obsessed with Wings Up! And were thrilled to find out that they had a location in Niagara Falls when we stayed for the weekend. Incredible service, insanely delicious food, we ate it for lunch and dinner for 3 days straight. Lol. Don t regret a minute of it.

Just tried WingsUp! For the first time. Had the memphis sandwich combo. For $9 I am beyond stuffed. Way better quality of food and servings then any fast food. Yea, this isnt fast. But I ordered, ran an errand and came back. No big deal... As a small business in the area, its important to support other businesses. Ill definitely be back for sure! ... My only complaint was Id classify the hot sauce more of a spicy medium. Was an excellent sauce though. Definitely look forward to trying some of the others.

The wings here are AMAZING! Although the prices aren t great, the quality was amazing. I will definitely return here when I m next in Niagara Falls. Best wings I ve had in Niagara.
Was hoping for a bit of nostalgia here after having been a regular when it was called The Incredible Wing Ding in Burlington. Unfortunately not what I was expecting; veggies were actually slimy - tossed them out after one bite. The wings were large as they always were but undercooked and simply just not good, extremely disappointed to say the least. Franks on Bridge Street 100% better for wings.

Ordered 2 pounds of wings which came to 50 Dollars waited almost a hour n half on a Wednesday for 2 pounds of wings.... when I opened the box I was disappointed on what I just spent 50 bucks on. The veggies looked like someone pre chewed them and u get like 5 wings a pound. Onion rings were gross and soggy. Never again we were so excited to try this.... we will stick to clancys wings

Wow, great food, super friendly staff, clean and bright store. Today was 50% of appetizers and we ordered a bunch along with a couple of bites meals for pick-up. Just as my hubby was coming in the door with the food, my phone rang. It was the restaurant apologizing for missing 1 of our appetizers. Before I could say anything she said the driver will bring them to us. They not only made a fresh order and delivered them, they threw in a couple of extra pieces. So impressed-thats the way to run a business. Most places would wait to see if you called to complain, but they made it right right out of the gate. This was our first time ordering but it will definitely not be our last.
First of all, it is a little pricey for the portion you receive. But can I tell you that it s worth every penny. The presentation is excellent and the food is freshly cooked and flavourful.

The best just like I make them yummy BIG HUGE CHICKEN WINGS ASK ABOUT THE WALK IN SPECIAL I LOVE THEM PLAIN NAKED WINGS BECAUSE I LOVE THEM TO DIPPING SAUCES AND THERE FRESH NOT FROZEN THE WINGS IT MY FAVORITE PLACE IN NIAGARA FALLS ONTARIO AND THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING ITS THE NUMBER ONE PLACE FOR FRESH WINGS AND ITS BETTER THAN H O OT TERS AND THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CHOICES OF SAUCES I LIKE THEM ALL AND THE DRY SEASON ON THE SIDE EXCELLENT WINGS
