The restaurant is supposed to be open until 1am. It s Saturday 10pm and the dine in service is closed. There are 4 workers inside. Really? Is this the type of laziness that has invaded this country?

Why is dine in closed at 10:15pm? Its too bad that this type of service happens. We were coming from a long trip and its not fair, we wanted to sit down and eat as a family.

Got a teaser salad last night ..lettuce was wilted and soggy bacon was actually slimy ..went back today got chicken fingers and broke a tooth first bite they were hard as a rock ... disgusting wont waste my money or time again .. on my way to the dentist thanks!!!

Wendy s is my favourite between the major chains being McDonalds Burger King or Harvey s. I like their baconator and the mushroom Swiss when they offer it. I also love their spicy chicken sandwich and frosties.

The New French Onion cheeseburger was very good. I enjoy the baked potato that Wendys offers as well. The strawberry lemonade is good ( but get light ice with it) Parking: The drive through and parking lot entrance are a bit odd. There is also a large bump up into the parking lot. so take it slow Kid-friendliness: Its fast food burgers. So yes its kid friendly.

What a huge disappointment. After a long day, we decided to enjoy a meal of chicken burgers. We ordered 5 chicken meals and a warp meal We confirmed that we had them without bacon. When we got home, we realized that all the orders were wrong. There was no warb and the burger was with bacon. We threw all the food in the trash.

Probably the worst Wendys in all of North America. Food is cold like actually really cold.

This takeout experience was extremely disappointing. There was a complete lack of hygiene observed. The employee handling my order failed to wash her hands after sweeping the floor, which is unacceptable.

Not as good as other Wendys. Food quality seems rushed and sub par compared to other Wendys. Strawberry lemonade is watered down to the point you can barely taste it. Usually the lemonade is known for its tang. Not the best Wendys to visit. Theres much better ones out there.

Im just done. Third time at this location (only because I go right past it) that they screwed up my drive thru order. Get home and once again the double I paid for ended up a single. These workers are demanding more money to work fast food yet they cant even look at a screen and get a simple order right.

Used drive-through. Gave three stars because they seem to get the order wrong and on more than one occasion missing part of order and had to drive back. The food is good, kids like it. Parking: The Drive-through is tight and has a very small parking lot. Coming in and out from the drive-through is extremely tight.

Overall, my experience at Wendys was mediocre. The portion size was small, and the food quality was not up to par. However, the staff was respectful and quickly replaced my friends undercooked spicy chicken sandwich. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. Overall, we really got a kick out of the view.

Looks like Crew is not trained properly, they don t know how to greet people specially delivery drivers. I am skip driver , whenever i go to pick up order its never ready even if its not busy. As soon as we entered in restaurant they see our face and asked for order number. Then they start making order. Dear crew, our time is not free.

The worst location in Niagara on all aspects . The crew is completely oblivious to the fact that you are even here. The dining room is very dirty. The food was cold and not up to the usual Wendy s standards that we have come to expect.

The food and beverages were great, and their service was fast and efficient. My wife and son used their washroom, and it was also well maintained. We will definitely come back again once in the area

I recently went to this Wendy s location and ordered a poutine. As seen in the image below, there was a single massive cheese curd in the dish, which significantly impacted the overall texture and flavor. Nice new building, its very clean and well kept, the menu is standard to a Wendys, the staff is however very good there only thing id change is the hours, open later and open earlier! I love the 99¢ frosties they have now!

Burger was a bit rare.

In the last 2-3 months, I started visiting this Wendys and ordering through the Drive-Tru, and evey single time, the same short kid whos taken my order and handing me my food looks and sounds like he absolutely hates his job.. Very short when speaking through the speaker and at the window.... And no matter how friendly I try to be, this kid is just miserable. I cant count how many times Ive said Thank you thank you very much, and he says nothing! If you hate your job, quit! Customers deserve friendly-welcoming service.
