The Passage To India retaurant on the west side of Stanley Street just south of Robinson Street in Niagara Falls is a gem that I’m so glad I discovered. From the moment I stepped in, the staff’s friendliness stood out, with the waiter going above and beyond to explain the spice levels of different dishes, ensuring we had a great dining experience. The restaurant feels warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they take cleanliness seriously, from the dining area to the bathrooms. The food is undoubtedly the star of the show. Every dish we tried was bursting with distinct flavors, from the delicious Vegetable Pakoras and Samosas to the rich Butter Chicken and perfectly cooked Lamb Biryani. The Garlic Naan was fresh and complemented the curries beautifully. The portions were incredibly generous; even after we were full, there was plenty left for takeaway. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in serving fresh, authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine. What also stood out was the service. Our server was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel well cared for throughout our meal. While there was a slight wait for the food, it was worth it, and the staff’s professionalism made up for it. Taste of India is a must-visit for anyone looking for flavorful, authentic dishes paired with excellent service. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Niagara Falls!
My wife and I are still sitting in the restaurant and I have to review before we leave, so that I don't forget. The food was amazing. So tasty and flavourful. It was prepared very quickly. Our server was a very nice, polite young lady. It is a Wednesday night, so it was not very busy. The only disappointment is that the sign outside says 'Buffet Dinner' but they only offer the buffet during the summer. Other than that, great food, great service.
We enjoyed the most delicious Indian food while our trip in Canada.. we ordered different dishes and each dish had a very unique and authentic experience. If you visit Canada you have to try this place . Don’t forget dessert it was also delicious. Thank you for the great service and hospitality it was like we were over at a friends house . The food was delicious!!!!!!
We recently dined at Passage To India Restaurant and had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, with rich flavors and generous portions. The staff were great and very friendly, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine!
Absolutely delicious and authentic food! We were even able to get a dessert that wasn’t on the menu, freshly made that morning! Highly reccommend stopping by 🙌
Food was absolutely delicious. Stuff is really helpful and very polite. Price of food is very cheap depending on the location. Definitely recommended
We always come here when we come to Niagara falls and it has become our go-to spot for food. The food is great, they have a buffet sometimes too and the service is also great. We especially love the chili chicken and butter chicken along with garlic naan.
We tried 🍛 Indian-Pakistani restaurant, but I'm sorry to say I didn't enjoy the Biryani 🙁. The rice quality was different from what I expected. Overall, the food was okay, but the taste was just average, not up to the mark 🤷♂️. Please remember, this is our personal opinion, and someone else might like it. 😊
Good service
Everything great !!
Excellant service
Delicious food, lots of options & fast service. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, especially if you enjoy your paneer curries. A few vegan options as well, though most of the veggie options have dairy in it. Food : 5/5 |
Chicken biryani
Thanks so so much for a great hospitality experience and delicous food..much appreciated Pramod
It s a perfect restaurant, they also support peace mosque and sponsor most of their events.
Excellent food and service. The desserts are delicious!!!
Overall a great experience the Butter Chicken was everything you want it to be. Also the Rice Pudding was very good. The food is filling and does meet expectation.
Best Naan Ive ever had. Also their butter chicken was SO good. Only thing I didnt like was this kebab thing that tasted like like bone broth but it was not bad just meh.
The staff is really very nice. We ate well
Nice food and ambiance..
Food was delicious. Was surprised entree didn t come with rice.
I liked that the menu indicated an allergen guide. And the food was hearty and warm. Lots of naan!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options like paneer tikka masala and veg biryani Dietary restrictions: Halal restaurant Recommended dishes Tandoori Roti, Chicken Tikka
Great food and service.
Best place in Niagara for my favourite chicken korma. Nann bread is big size and very good for all the food. Only one time my order was messed up and they fixed it and made it right. Will eat here forever !
The best cholle bhautre I ever had in Canada. The service guy also very nice and friendly. Must visit this restaurant.
Awesome food.
Amazing food amazing service food came out quick and was cheap they don t even ask for a tip don t listen to people writing bad reviews are wrong highly recommend
Did Dinner Food and Service was Good . Totally satisfied ..
We visited this place after a long and exhausting day driving from Long Island NY to Niagara. Staff were very hospitable. Food was very good and tasty. If someone from Pakistan India or Bangladesh wants to have a good food in Niagara Falls then this is the place.
Food was horrible, untensils and tables could be better, service was alright
My family had an excellent dinner at this restaurant which was very warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for anyone in town. The food is zabiha halal and the most delicious pakistani food I ve ever had in the area. The chicken biryani, kebabs and naan was made to perfection like I was eating a home cooked meal that reminded me of family. Even better the hostess/owner met and sat with us and we enjoyed their hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant for any visitors in Niagara after a day spent in the park.
Service was quite inept, biryani rice was overcooked to the point of it being gummy with flavourless chicken. Chicken pakora was dry and inedible without chutney. The Tikka masala was overly sweet and reminded me more of a butter chicken. Naan was overdone and resembled a cracker like texture. Not to mention that every dish was $20. When there are FAR superior spots down the road for cheaper it makes this place useless. This used to be a good spot in the 2000 s but has sadly lost all vigour and is not worth going. Not to mention the servers were rude. And they literally were vacuuming around us cuz they closed in 20 mins. Atleast wait for ur guests to leave before blasting a loud vacuum. Horrible experience and would rather you go to McDonalds if ur THAT ginger hungry
Great food!
Everything is very good and the service too. Dont think twice, go!
This place is awesome, the portions are bonkers. Like super massive. One order of rice can feed half of a platoon. Food was awesome. Service was great, they waiter took his time to explain to us Food
Best Halal food cuisine in town. Food was delicious, the lady owner was such an amazing person. I came all the way from Saudi Arabia,
Awesome Halal Food : Requested Medium Spicy,Got as Dequested : 10/10
Tasty food
Taste could have been better, at great location close to the falls
Great authentic taste and best service
I ordered a Dal Tarka and Naan bread on Uber Eats, my order arrived fast and everything was absolutely delicious.
It was amazing experience dine in with passage to India restaurant Amazing food with excellent service Thanks passage to India team Food : 5/5
Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. Will definitely visit again and also recommend others to give this restaurant a try.
Food Was Delicious..Parking Is Free For Customers ... overall My experience was Great ..Thanks
Food was very delicious, Real taste of authentic indian food.
The food was delicious. A must try restaurant at Niagara Falls for good Indian food .
The restaurant has down graded its food quality over the years. Had Butter Chicken with Naan & Amritsari Kulcha which comes with Chole on the side. Quantity of the kulcha are Chole is decent, but Butter Chicken is hardly enough for 2 people. Amritsari kulcha was not what you expect the original taste but was tandoor cooked with good filling, did not like the Chole too much but still if you want something vegeterian in Niagara Falls, ON, it does not disappoint you. Butter Chicken tasted alot like tomato soup with cream. But the concern is the customer service and restaurant ambience, which is not quite there.
Aloo paratha and chai in the breakfast. The best in Niagra.
Really good food and service. Highly recommend
So I visited the restraunt with my friends and the atmosphere inside was so good and the food was so delicious. I highly recommend all to pay a visit if you want to enjoy good food
Its a nice place having food...all food are more delicious and value for money and quantity is enough. Their staff behavior was excellent and they were very nice to me... thanks to them again. Will go there very soon.
This is second time we have tried dine in here, its hidden Gem of niagara falls Both time we tried shahi paneer & chholey bhature & chai, All Items were delicious Food
We a family group of 15 people dine in. We ordered Chicken Tika Masala, Tarka Dal, chicken biryani. Nan Three things were good, but Biryani was disappointed. Rice were not good and found tasteless.
The restaurant is inconspicuous, but the staff is very accommodating and the food is fresh, sensationally tasty and perfectly seasoned. You will probably pack some of the bountiful meal, like almost all of the other guests. Be sure to reserve! But they also do takeaway.
Testy, Delicious. I am from India and I really feel it s TEST OF INDIA.
Been here many many times when visiting from Toronto. Always love the food and they have fair pricing. And being HMA is awesome.
Bad food / bad service
The food was absolutely delicious! The staff are well-behaved, and theres convenient parking available. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it
Our experience at this restaurant has been amazing and the credit goes to Aman. He really went above and beyond to provide the remarkable service he did. We will definitely be returning back to the place whenever we are in town! Thank you .
Worst experience ever. Very bad quality food and expensive.
food is the best and I am indian trust me hands down the best I ate there all weekend best taste fresh food the owner is a real nice guy a must go to place . The lamb seek kabab is to die for apart from every thing els . the waiter is amazing
Our second visit. Food was delicious and service was awful, again. Food
Great food and the service was amazing. The host/server Parmood was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
Butter chicken and seekh kabab was amazing. One of the only zabiha halal certified restaurants in niagara. Enjoyed the food
We visited this place in June after a long and exhausting day at Niagara. Food was very good and tasty. Service did take some time as it was a busy hour, but the wait was very much worth it!
Please update your timings!!. Walked in at 10.40pm and they said it is closed.
Just loved the food, presentation, atmosphere and the hospitality at this place. A must visit place for all the Indian food lovers
Very delicious food! The hotel front desk man (an Indian) highly recommended it as his favorite. Our food did not disappoint. All the other patrons were ethnic Indian or Pakistani; a very good sign to me! Menu is expansive. You cannot go wrong here. Parking: Shared with a Papa John s pizza place. We had no trouble finding a spot
First and last time dining here. Food wasnt that great. Ordered the biriyani, chilli chicken and chicken tikka masala. The biriyani wasnt that great and it was cold. The chili chicken was terrible and had too much of a tangy taste in my opinion. The service is horrendous, and on top of that, they charge 15% for dining in. Stay away from this place.
Food is not very good honestly. Kani moja nai And flies buzzing on my face. Food
Tried this today with my husband for the first time and liked all of the food we ordered but we particularly like their Carrot halwa
Tasty and good Indian dishes when you are missing taste from home.
Food was Excellent, Service was superb, the restaurant had a good Atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean and staff was very friendly. Traveling from Michigan, USA we recommend this to other Niagara Fall travelers.
Good taste with fair price ( catering) Good service with some offers Food
Went here thinking they had a buffet so we can try a couple of different dishes. They did not.
Great service, food is amazing always. The kebab and chicken quality is always top notch. The staff is very friendly. If you are in town or a local always come by they have something for everyone! Amazing food!
Delicious Indian food
We were there over the March break. We had some of the best indian food weve ever tasted. The prices were not those that are indicated on the menu, but still affordable. Very good service and thank you for the complimentary dessert!
Very nice restaurant
We went to this restaurant on a Wednesday with our seniors. We enjoyed everything, it was just perfect. Our servers were pramod and amaan, both were amazing. Food was being refilled constantly. We were a group of 56 people and had the most wonderful time. Even sabah was very charming and helpful. If you have not visited this place I suggest that you give it a try. Gurantee you will enjoy.
Food is delicious and the service is amazing! However, the ambiance isn t good enough. Also, they charge 15% service charge for dine in, which is way too much in my opinion.
It was one of the worst experiences to eat here. The Restaurant was very dirty inside. The kitchen area was also dirty and the food was below average.
Food was great. Service a little unorganized.
Came here with 15 of my family members 2 years ago and we all absolutely loved it! I ve been dreaming about it since! It has to be my favourite Indian food I ve ever had!!! Not to mention it s also halal. Can t wait to go back in the Niagara region just to eat here
15 bucks for this is way too much the sauces on side were way too watery and if you are charging 15 bucks atlast some red onions are expected not worth it
The food was very much delicious and Service given by customer support Manager Mr Mahesh was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant to All people. Its affordable and economical too.
Tried this restaurant when visiting Niagara Falls Their lamb biryani is good We ordered lamb biryani , chicken kadahi and butter Naan everything taste good Food : 5/5
Really good
The service was good and the food was so tasty.
Food is tasty very well made but little bit pricey, quantity is good, washroom need some cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful and welcoming.
If you are coming to nigra please visit here this place this is my personal recommendation. Vegetarian options: We are vegetarian and love their food.they have good options in veg. We visited twice and both time food is wow My son like their dal takda even malai koftais awesome Naan is super soft. Staff is very
the Channa Masala was delicious and clearly marked plant-based/vegan on the menu, which is greatly appreciated
**Review for Passage of India, Niagara** During my recent trips to Niagara, I had the pleasure of dining at Passage of India not once, but twice, and I must say, it is truly a hidden gem in the area. Despite some surprisingly low ratings online, my experience at this restaurant has been nothing short of delightful. **Ambiance and Service** The ambiance at Passage of India is inviting and warm, with a cozy interior that blends traditional Indian décor with a modern touch. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels at home. Both times I visited, the service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. **Food Quality and Taste** The real star of Passage of India is, of course, the food. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes that are flavorful and well-prepared. I was particularly impressed with the Chicken Tikka Masala, which had the perfect balance of spices and a creamy, rich sauce. The Paneer Butter Masala was another highlight, with soft, fresh paneer cubes in a luscious tomato-based gravy. The naan bread, fresh from the tandoor, was soft and buttery, providing the perfect accompaniment to the flavorful curries. The Biryani, a classic Indian rice dish, was aromatic and cooked to perfection, with each grain of rice infused with the delicate blend of spices. **Comparison with Dhaba by the Falls** Having also dined at Dhaba by the Falls, I can confidently say that Passage of India surpasses it in both taste and pricing. While Dhaba by the Lake offers a good dining experience, Passage of India provides a more authentic and satisfying flavor profile at a more reasonable cost. The portion sizes at Passage of India are generous, and the dishes are priced very competitively, making it a great value for the quality of food offered. **Overall Experience** Both of my visits to Passage of India were thoroughly enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to return again. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and pleasant atmosphere makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in the Niagara area. Don t let the low ratings fool you; Passage of India is a culinary delight waiting to be discovered.
Very bad quality food with no taste and poor service. The food we ordered was not fresh even the order taker confirmed us this is not fresh and when we replaced it with other item it was no different. Would not recommend wasting money there.
Good service
We had lunch with around 30 people at once and it was an amazing experience with both the food and the service. Always come back here whenever we come to Niagara falls.
Would go back in a minute. This was my first experience with Indian food. Greeted and served by the owner. I think her name is Anna. Very pleased! Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy!
Too expensive for Indian food
If youre coming to Nigeria falls please try PASSAGE TO INDIA Excellent customer service Best food in town 10 Stars Food : 5/5 |
Was so hungry and wanted indian food. Bump into this HALAL restaurant and we tried their Chicken / Lamp biryani as well as their naan. It was awesome! Totally money worth spend.
I ordered some food in bulk for party everyone enjoyed that I never tried that kind of taste I would highly recommend to everyone if you want to order something you must try here. Real taste of food like home
Always our go to place for amazing desi food. Love their lamb korma, chicken biryani, tandoori soya chaap and fish pakora. Definitely recommended.
Nice small restaurant, had lunch with family while visiting the falls. Serve halal food.
Food was excellent, probably the best Indian food I ve ever had. Service was great too and very accommodating to our large group. Kid-friendliness: Lots of seats for babies.
Food is absolutely delicious. Like others mentioned the price could be better.
Vegetarian options: Samosa was fresh, aloo paratha was amazing. Food
Vegetarian options: Good quantity and taste.
Scrumptious Indian cuisine just at a short drive from Niagara Falls. Love their sizzler s in this Cold weather and a mouth watering butter chicken was just so tempting. Was surely the right place to go at Niagara with all Halal options.
Food was good and halal.
Food was decent, most dishes a bit salty. Bread amazing, but the sever put a 15% tip on our bill on without asking us which was rude to say the least. Just left a sour taste in our mouth.
Absolutely delighted with the restaurant! The food is top-notch, bursting with flavor, and the service is lightning-fast. A delightful dining experience that left me thoroughly impressed.
We go here every time we visit Niagara. The food is great and the service is amazing. The portions are decent sized. Our server was very nice and helpful. This is a great family restaurant. Highly recommend if you re ever in the area :)
Very expensive. Serving size was very small. We ordered Karahi but they gave us regular curry with bell peppers in it and the gravy was not thick like it should be in a Karahi. It was served in a small bowl, not Karahi. Cost us a total of 80 dollars for two people.
Vegetarian options: Cholay bature Food
Have a dinner on Eid. The restaurant is owe some food is great. The girl on customer service Sukhpreet she gave us very good service.
Good quality food at reasonable prices
Great place and good taste. Yummy
Best place for Desi halal Indian food in Niagara region. Their Homemade Kulfi is a must try!!!
Good Indian food.
Tried their chilli paneer today. That was More than Awesome . Best chilli paneer in Niagara Thank you
Food is nasty. It should be zero. Staff does not understand English. Not recommended.
Loved the food, both Quality & Quantity.
Authentic Pakistani food
Good
I enjoyed delicious Asian food first at any Canadian tourist location. There are amazing, its very hard to find a place like this in any Canadian tourist place. I suggest you to give them a try. You cannot be disappointed even you are a vegan, because they have enough vegan menu, but they only serve Halal. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options too, but they only serve Halal. Dietary restrictions: They serve Halal only. Parking: Limited parking because this place is in the corner of plaza so your have to park into the plaza, otherwise park nearby and then eat here after sight seeing at Falls. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible cz little tight space.
15 % is added to your bill for just eating in. No tip from me
Excellent, affordable
Food was awesome, really tasty we called the chef and (Indian lady) tasty, big portions, clean and reasonable price Vegetarian options: Naan was tasty and big
amazing food and the workers were so nice !! we came a few days ago and their tandoori chicken was the best weve had out of all the restaurants weve tried, and their garlic naan is delicious. samosas are big and the biryani portion is big and the lamb was soft. great portion sizes for the price :)
Good food
Without notice, they charge a 15% service fee above the tax. Be careful.
Good freshly made to order food for lunch . Vegetarian options: Naan, paratha, paneer and bhindi were all good . Service : 5/5 |
I forgot taking the photo of foods but the lamb biryani and lamb karahi are delicious. The lamb texture is so soft and flavorful. The service is also nice. I hope they will continue this quality so far or even improve more in the future. We will definitely go back if we travel here again
I ordered the chicken and lamb Biryani which came in very large portions with no taste. I m African and I expected more after hearing good things about Indian food. This location didn t deliver, and I was greatly disappointed because the food was spicy with no taste. Please work on seasoning your food well, quality matters and not quantity. I ll try another Indian restaurant next time.
We went here for lunch and ordered lamb vindaloo. The plate had exactly 6 pieces of small cut, extreme fat in the order. The plate cost $17.99. Therefore, my family received two pieces of fatty lamb each with rice and sauce. You could buy a nice steak for this price!
best home food
Really good food with amazing service. The food was properly made and my family did truly like it. Parking: Really close to the shop
Great food, great service, reasonable prices. I highly recommend the garlic naan and the butter chicken
Don t recommend this place if you know what s the taste food don t even try here. There was a lady came from the kitchen and put her legs in front of our tables. Really Disappointed about the quality of food.
I haven t seen so worst restaurant in my life like this. I got one piece of glass in my food. God save me that I didn t swallowed that food. So, think twice before going there.
Good food Great service
Not a bad food, but not the best
We went for lunch and ordered chicken tandoori/ chicken karahi. chicken karahi was restless and tandoori chicken was very dry looks like they overcooked it. Tandoori chicken came with no sauce usually came with sauce wherever you go, maybe they are different. We wanted to have a salad/ sauce. There was a salad option something (onion green chilli) we thought it will be mixed with some sauce but they served us sliced of Raw onion and chilli was shocked same with mango chutney( came from the jar). Very disappointed
The place has changed from last time we were there. The food is less tasty. Maybe theres a different Chef now, but the Vindaloo dish wasnt as tasty as last time. They forgot our Mango shake: we had to remind them. Service is acceptable, but there is a mandatory 15% tip included in the bill, which I disliked. And they dont give the notice about that mandatory tipping in the menu, but on the counter where they make guests go and pay after the meal (you cant pay at table). I wouldve tipped 15% anyway, but the patrons should have this choice. Not going back again.
Staff is very bad and rude. I don t recommend this restaurant to anyone
Byriani is amazing.
Worst experience food was tasteless not worth the price
Omg. This place is probably the most best desi restaurant I have ever been to!!! Sure the wait was pretty long but the food was 10 times better. Amazing staff and the place was pretty clean too. Like dont worry about the cleanliness here! Plus I LOVED the way they served the food table my fam. They brought the BBQ chicken thikka sizzling and smoking. (Not like its burnt) I absolutely loved the place and everything about it. I would recommend to everybody if ur at Niagara falls. Plus u can chose the spice level! :)
Amazing Food and services. Best for halal Food Food
Best taste ever
I had the pleasure of organizing a buffet at Passage to India during our seniors visits to Niagara Falls, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurants punctuality and preparedness were marvelous. They had the entire restaurant reserved exclusively for our group, and everything was set up and ready on time. This attention to detail and organization ensured a seamless flow of events. The staff were courteous, attentive, and considerate towards our group of seniors, making our day truly memorable. The food at the buffet was undoubtedly delicious. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable, a true feast for our taste buds. The dessert Gulab Jamun was having a unique and exceptionally nice flavor. As seniors, many of us aspire a good cup of tea or coffee to enhance our delight, and the Passage to India did not disappoint. It added a sweet note to our picnic. Thank you, Passage to India for a wonderful experience! Sincerely, Dr. Faiq Bilal President Ontario Seniors Forum
Best experience I have ever had for buffet lunch. Very friendly. Very accommodating Our group of seniors had this opportunity to eat together at the restaurant The food and service both are excellent Last year we had take away from this restaurant. We were happy therefore we tried again Big round of applause for the owner and Team Tariq .M Secretary Ontario seniors forum
It was a wonderful restaurant having excellent quality of food and hospitality
I just ordered choley bhature and it was amazing..! So delicious and flavourful just loved it..!
Very delicious i love it Korma chicken 10/10 Chicken biryani 10/10 Meat biryani 10/4 Butter chicken 10/2 Nan 10/10
Visited here with my family and had the worst experience in an Indian restaurant. Very busy restaurant with 1 lady serving and 1 man that was helping her while working the register. They gave us cold biryani and forgot about the rest of our food. 30 minutes later they gave 1 curry after we already finished the biryani. We were left wondering if we were meant to eat the chili chicken by itselt. The rest of our order never arrive so we had to just leave.
The food was stale, oily.Rotis were really thick hard to chew.If you go to there washroom area you will see the kitchen and after looking at the kitchen you will never eat there food.TOO EXPENSIVE BUT NOT WORTH.
Garbage food.
Most unpleasant waitress. You looked at him with contempt. Dont say hello or goodbye. Doesnt seem to like tourists. Be careful, rice is not included in the curry so expect to pay $9 for large rice!
Below average food, laggy service, just because majority of your customers are tourist doesn t mean you butcher them with 30% service charge then they don t receive any service like wth! They had like 7 people in the kitchen n only 2 server! The server facial expressions said they didn t wanna be there. TOURIST, STAY OUT OF THIS RESTAURANT!
We ordered chicken briyani and lamb briyani. chicken briyani lacked flavour and chicken pieces were dry. Lamb briyani was tolerable. There is no service but a fixed 15% service charge for dine in. A good service would have deserved this tip.
We had chicken karahi was good and veg biryani was ok
Chicken Biryani was not good it was tasteless & didnt have any spices. Chicken had a bad smell of raw meat it was either not cooked properly or it was old & it turned bad. We were not able to eat it. Butter Chicken & Aalo Tikki Chaat was ok only Naan were fresh & good
I had to update my review. We catered from them for a family gathering of 20 persons. Lamb & chicken biryani with tandoori chicken. Two types of raita was provided as well as a wonderful mint sauce for the chicken. We were sceptical that the quantity would not be enough, but it was more than sufficient, they even gave us extra. The most astonishing thing was the price. It was very affordable. The food here is always delicious and flavourful. We will be ordering again. Certified halal, uses sergeant farm chicken hand slaughtered. Authentic indian food.
Nice staff , good people and variety food
Veg pulav is too bad and the food color is too much.
The food was not good especially the lamp kabab. Service is good stuff are nice.
Ok ish quality food
Passage to India stands out as an exceptional dining establishment offering an extensive range of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
Just love the food ...Aloo tikki chaat and Dahi bhalla made my day ..was so delicious....Best services
Been going to this place for years. The food is amazing with friendly staff. Wish they bring the buffet back. :( Parking: There is a free parking for customers but should be managed as non-customers always park and leave the premises.
My dining experience at Passage to India in Niagara Falls was a mix of delight and mild disappointment, prompting me to give it a 4-star rating. Lets start with the positives the food was absolutely delightful. It had that homemade quality to it, and the flavors were reminiscent of authentic Indian cuisine. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me satisfied and pleasantly full. However, the one aspect that left me slightly disheartened was the buffet. The restaurant advertised a buffet outside, but to my surprise, it was only available for groups of 10 or more. This was somewhat misleading and disappointing for someone like me dining solo or with a smaller group. Despite this, the à la carte menu offered a good variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff was accommodating in helping us select our meals.
Dont eat biryanis here. Try staters and platters
Very very poor service. Food quality & taste is bad. Service is very very bad. But billing like 5 star hotel. I dont recommend this.
One of the best places serving Butter Chicken in the niagara area. I ve ordered from here about 4 times and the flavor is always delicious. Highly recommend the Butter Chicken & Garlic Naan.
Legit Indian food! Their curry taste really good dipped in naan! Will go back here with my friends
This is my 2nd time ordering from this place and sadly my last. Food is good but the portions are ridiculous. 17.99 for a small bowl size of food? Not ok. Price gouging
Got my preferred meal (in addition it s halal) so I enjoyed dining there. Kid-friendliness: Always concern about kids priorities. Recommended dishes Chicken Biriyani L, Lamb
Absolute TRASH
The aromas of spices hits you when you walk in the door. I couldnt wait to taste the food, which was incredibly tasty. Mouth watering dishes such as Dahi bhalla ,butter chicken, Raita,Lamb curry, till wale naan. Must try whenever you come to Niagara Falls. Will keep coming back. Best Pakistani restaurant in Niagara Region. I tried some restaurants in Niagara area and no one beat their quality
biryani had rocks
Vegetarian options: Food was too tangy, too much tomato sauce used in all dishes. Service charges are high. Food
