The best restaurant in town for a vegetarian, have a lot of options, best customer service specially ramneek and mehak they treated us very well highly recommended

They are very cheap that they cant even give us water, which is a basic human, right? They charge 2 dollar for a small water bottle, plus they give no cups to share with my family. Then I shocked that they charge $4.50 for a very small can of pop, not even regular size. When we are seated, they never tell us we have to order at the counter to get our food, so how we know if they never tell us at our table. They never give us proper utensils and plates, all cheap plastic items and we have to keep calling them cause they give us less plates, we are 5 people, they give us 2 plates, makes no sense and they are very bad at basic math. They expect us to share the plates?? or are they just cheap?? I will never go here to dine again, shame on the staff. Pathetic service. Also, Shahi Paneer was very sweet. It looks like they dumped the whole half and half cream and not much paneer. Only 4 pieces and Naan were very hard. AVOID! OVERPRICED GARBAGE! Vegetarian options: Very low quantity and quality.

I tried aloo paratha, mixed paneer paratha, and gobi paratha. The aloo paratha was okay, but the paneer paratha lacked flavor. The dal makhani wasn t enjoyable, and the chai didn t seem to have milk or what idk but it was the worst. However, the sooji halva was excellent.

The food is all vegetarian or vegan, very tasty but really small portions unfortunately. The place is relatively clean, the atmosphere is not too welcoming with blaring Indian music but if you re a vegan in Niagara Falls, this is definitely one of the decent options.

Not a good experience in terms of dine-in. Too much oil in everything and had to ask multiple times for a table to dine. No queue was followed and staff looked overwhelmed however they were polite. Everything is overpricedbased on quality. Probably wont dine again here. 2 stars only for staff politeness otherwise 1 star

Food was not of Rajdhanis standard and prices are very high. We had chhole bhature, paani puri and samosa Chana. Bhature seem to be reheated and samosa Chana were not hot enough. The entire food was not as expected as we had from other Rajdhani branches in Brampton and Stoney creek. Will not recommend Radhani in Niagara Falls, ontario to anyone.

The staff is very unorganized and no good customer service. Overall, staff good, not too bad and food is good at some extent. The main issue we encountered was, no complimentary water served. We have to pay for the water and restaurant is quite costly. Feedback for the owner to serve complimentary water to attain more customers.

Even after paying the high prices for all food, clients have to pay for water, too! Get a veg thaali for $17.99 + taxes, only to be told that it would be an extra $1.50 for moong daal halwa in sweet dish. And the quantity is just that one tiny section on the plate. Besides that, orders must be placed and picked up from the counter. At that price, most other restaurants serve at the table. I dont blame the staff, they are probably doing what they have been told to do. Rajdhani has a big name. Having a bigger, better location with better service would have worked just as well to attract customers. For the pros, it delivers well on the taste and quality of food that we expect from Rajdhani. Vegetarian options: Veg thaali, although overpriced, is good.

The food was decent, but the place was quite crowded. It seems to be the only spot in Niagara Falls where you can find Indian sweets. We tried the samosa chaat, but I wouldnt recommend it. However, the Indian sweets were quite good. . Food : 3/5

We ordered Halwa, Puri. Taste of Puri is like Batura or naan bread. Taste of Chanda is not good at all. Staff not courteous at ALL. If there was negative star I would go for that.

I entered in restaurant for having food. I thought I ll go washroom first then order after it . Staff came to me and refrained me from using washroom. Rude staff don t know how to behave with customers. Don t waste your money in their restaurant.

These people prepare 100 people food and distribute among those food with 500 people, so you can imagine what would be quantity. Price vs quantity is very very expensive .

We went at 4 pm and they had NOTHING what we wanted. We didnt know it was self-serve, and no one even informed us, not even a sign that we know of. We saw someone get their food, then we realized that it maybe self serve. No one came to ask for even water. It is a proper dine in restaurant but zero service. Food was very salty, their chili paneer appetizer was basically manchurian sauce with plain, not even toasted tofu like paneer on top. Never again.

I was very exited before going there but I was too much disappointed with their customer service it was zero the lady on the counter was taking my order but she was looking back to other girl and was not listening to me what I was asking . As per food it was not good as well we ordered Chaanna tikki chaat it was cold and when other girl was serving food she was giving me bad facial expressions .

I recently visited Rajdhani Restaurant at Niagara Falls and had an absolutely delightful experience! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some authentic Indian cuisine. I started with the Masala Tea, which was perfectly spiced and incredibly refreshing. It was the ideal way to begin my meal. Next, I tried the Golgappa, and it was a burst of flavors in every bite crispy, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. It truly brought back memories of street food in India. To finish off, I indulged in the Khoya Burfi, which was rich, creamy, and melted in my mouth. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Overall, Rajdhani Restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

I don t know why on Google review they just have 3.6. We have gone there on Wednesday at night. The food was yummmm. Everything was so tasty. We had thali, had veg bhajiya, chats. All good items were so yummmy. Just to add The toilet wasn t good, They need to have space for strollers, they haven t thought of people with babies I feel. Water is not complimentary.

This is a great place for vegetarian options. We tried the dhaba around the corner from the place and it was so disappointing that we left and decided to try Rajdhani. The atmosphere at this place is very casual and low key as this is a smaller restaurant, but the food and service was very very good. The place was moderately busy with constant inflow of customers but the two ladies working at the counter, Ramaneek and Navdeep were diligently taking orders and serving them promptly. They were also well informed about the ingredients in the different dishes and were able to recommend several options to accommodate our preferences. This is a great place to go if you are looking for great vegetarian food and dont want to spend a lot of time and money on other overrated and over priced Indian restaurants in the neighborhood. The quality of food was very much comparable to other Rajdhani restaurants in and around the GTA area which are also places that I would recommend. Went there with my family. Bought chana bhutara 4 of them. Ask the serving person for water and the water was for sale. They refuse to refill my water bottle as the owner order them not to do so. Means the owner order them not to refill tap water in the reliable bottles. Pathetic behavior of the owner. Should not be allowed to do business in canada.

Never go if youre looking to get good sized portions for a reasonable price. They Served like there was nothing in the plates while other locations of Rajhdhani serve 3 times more than them. Why we are paying for just plates with 10% of the food than the averge Rajhdhani location. Very disappointed for the amount they charged compared to the portion size. Skip out on this place! On top of that taste of samosa and chana was like its been made yesterday or hours before serving. I never write the reviews but this time i had to .

I recently had the pleasure of dining at rajdhani with my family, i must say the experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to Ramneek, from the moment we walked in ramneek s warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening.

I tried first time indian food at rajdhani restaurant, I was bit confused about the things up there but there was girl Ramneek, her knowledge of the menu was impressive and she provided excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes, the dishes she suggested were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Vegetarian options: It s a pure vegetarian restaurant Parking: It s located right across the Clifton Hill so doesn t offer any parking however you have to find the paid parking by yourself and walk to the restaurant

Busy place , Ordered sweets and samosas for carry out and got parcel with tied bag which we didnt checked at the counter , I dont know is it purposely or mistaken ordered item were missing . pls check thoroughly before leaving the counter.

My go to restaurant their food is fresh and tasty. I love chaat papdi, chana bhtura, thali saag on Tuesday and masala chai . Whenever I want to eat Indian food out this is my best place. Vegetarian options: This whole store is vegetarian so you can oick any dish. Good is really yummy mouth watering I love their chaat papdi and chana bhtura.

Not recommended I recently visited Rajdhani restaurant with my friends in Niagara Falls. We ordered: - Cholle Bhature: Okay, 3 out of 5. - Chana Kulcha: 3 out of 5 - Dal Makhni**: Extremely watery and spiceless. - Naan: Had a hair in it, which we informed them about. They replaced it, but the new naan was very hard and chewy. The staff wasnt wearing any head caps, which explains why there was a hair in the food.

My partner and I were walking around the area and smelled their tantalizing cuisine from two blocks away. We found ourselves at Rajdhanis, and ordered their vegetarian platter and samosas. The food was delicious, fresh, soft and crispy. We left very happy. The service was excellent, the cashier was courteous, & their food was pleasantly delicious.

The place is good however the food was okay. Not being arrogant here but taste could be better. Rest everything else was okay.

Vegetarian options: The whole restaurant is purely vegetarian Parking: There is a reasonably priced paid parking lot right across the street. Located close to falls. Small place and gets busy usually with falls visitors, staff are not so friendly and didn t get a positive vibe when ordering or receiving food, In regards to the taste, 1. Chola Batura is ok, very mild but tasted fresh. 2. Thali is also ok 3. Bhel Puri, horrible, felt it is stale, I wonder how can someone go terribly wrong in just assembling item. 0 rating for this item. 4. Sweets looked fresh, tried chum chum and it was fresh and juicy ( definitely fresh) There are many others indian food places around, so will try other places with good reviews than gng to this place.

Yo, the food was alright, but the prices and service were whack. They charge like two bucks more than their other spots, which is mad expensive. And get this, its a full-on restaurant, but they dont even come to take your order or bring you water. Fine, whatever. But guess how much they charge for a single bottle of Kirkland water from Costco? $2.05! Are you serious?
