Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria in Niagara Falls

Hadn t been here in over 20 years as I once had a bad experience back in the late 90s, we were staying nearby and had no luck finding a decent meal as a lot of restaurants near the falls tend to be tourist traps . I realized after doing some online digging that this restaurant had been taken over years back by a new family , and after glossing over the menu. I decided it sounded legit so I brought my wife and son for a late dinner . I have to say I haven t had Italian food this good in years . We especially loved the arancini and the homemade pastas . I am an italian born chef for close to 30 years , and I have to tell you this was one of the best dining experiences I ve had in years, even though I m usually hyper critical of Italian restaurants in Canada . I highly recommend this little gem in the heart of downtown Niagara

The food was good, but the water they tried to serve had smth floating in it, we noticed it and only after that the waiter changed the bottle and had to ask separately to change the glass where the water from that bottle has been already served.

Or only choice for a great meal when were in Niagara. Weve going there for 6 years and have celebrated a number of important milestones. Were big fans of the service, Luis and Jorge are the two we ask about when we walk in. They are very friendly and professional

Highly recommend the gambini shrimp for app, tenderloin steak and pizza for main and tiramisu for dessert. Excellent service and food.

This was our favorite meal in Niagara. It is an authentic Italian place with yummy food and fantastic service. The outside doesnt look like much but its got a nice dining room great for big groups and its got cozy nooks for dates. We especially loved the focaccia bread with ricotta and honey dip and my mushroom pasta was one of the best pasta dishes Ive ever had. Vegetarian options: Dont know if theres anything vegan, but definitely veggie options Parking: We walked from the Hilton. It was about a 10 minute walk.

Came last night, my fiance and I were blown away with the quality of the food and the attentiveness of our server. It was a fungi night for us. We had the bresaola, arancini, the fungi pizza, mafalda con fungi, and the tiramisu. I honestly couldnt decide which item was tastier. Thank you napoli for an amazing experience. Definitely coming back soon.

My sweetheart and I had a late dinner here last night. It was amazingly good. One of the best meals weve ever had. Everything here is fresh made. They even make their own sausage. Our waiter Luis A was excellent as was the rest of the staff. Great atmosphere also. I wish it wasnt a 7 hr drive otherwise we would be regulars.

Was pleasantly surprised. The meatball/sausage app was good, ceaser salad was ok, ( different twist, but ok) the Gnochhi osso bucco was good. The cannolli was a nice treat.

Overpriced for the quality of food

I ate dinner here three nights in a row! I was in town for a work conference and after trying their delicious pasta I knew I had to come back to try as much of the menu as I could. The service was top tier. Staff were gracious and friendly, taking the time to walk me through the menu and answer my questions about the restaurant. I ll be back!

Had marinara pasta. Not flavourful and over salted..needs tomatoe sauce. Arrabiata pizza undercooked. Foccaccia with ricotta toppi g..bread was cold and hard..needs to be served warm. Went here for a little anniversary dinner and it was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful quaint atmosphere with lovely decor and music. The service was warm and friendly and the food was nothing short of spectacular! Would go back here anytime and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a little more on the authentic Italian side.

This was one of the best Italian dinners Ive had! (It reminded me of places I ate when I was actually in Italy.) Service was excellent - and it was such a treat to find a place that makes a good gluten-free pizza crust! Its a shame were not local, because Id be a regular here if we were.

Pasta was exquisite. It was just the right level of creamy and savoury. Pasta was cooked perfectly not too al dente nor overcooked. Wish it came with some sort of protein though. Pepperoni was very flavourful on the pizza. A little too strong for my taste but partner found it yum. And the service was great. There was a big party so the server got tied up with them causing us to wait at times. But that s understandable. Other staff members were just as helpful.

First time visiting with my boyfriend and it was beyond expectations. The staff and server were kind and accommodating. The food was amazing I highly recommend for families and couples especially. Will be making it a new tradition to come here every Niagara visit.

I went out for pizza last night - hoping for a taste of Italy! The atmosphere was nice and I was greeted right away, which is always a plus. The pizza selection was a little limited, though. Overall, it was okay, but not quite what I was hoping for. Maybe next time! #pizza #italianfood We had a pleasant experience at this establishment. The service provided was attentive and friendly, which we appreciated. While the prices were slightly higher than usual, it was understandable considering the tourist area. Amazing authentic food. Great service. Bathrooms immaculate. We rarely eat Italian since that is what we cook at home, but the food here is excellent. Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease clearly understood here. Pizza cooked separately and I did not get sick.

Best Italian I ve had in my 30 years in this province. Outplays even the top restaurants I ve had In toronto. From the food to the service and the overall ambiance I was marvelled. The food is impeccable. Calamari was the closest to calamari I ve had in Venice, urbino, and Rimini. Be sure to ask for Joe. He is fantastic with his service amazing with his recommendations and just an all around good person to have a conversation with. My wife and I will be back!

Steak was overpriced and tasted average. Pizza was ok at best. Owner yells at his employees in front of customers, which is unprofessional, but doesnt care when your order is messed up. This place isnt worth waiting for, you can find better. No grill chicken on the menu is a shocker.

An impressive meal at Napoli! Everything was perfect. A spectacular Negroni was prepared for us as we enjoyed our bottle of wine from Bella Terra. We fully recommend ordering a plate of the ravioli verde as a Primi- so good! Our meals were excellent and perfectly augmented by the excellent service by Janet and Jon Luca!! We cannot say enough good things about the food and service at this spectacular restaurant! Thank you for celebrating traditional family values and service at this trattoria!

This is our go to when I don t feel like cooking and we know for sure we will get the best meal, service and prices. Napoli truly is a family feel type of restaurant offering high quality Italian food.. they make the best espresso martini and the servers treat you like family and give the very best service possible. I have yet to be disappointed. Food is A+++++ amazing

We had a great meal and 6 in our dining party. From Seafood linguine to ravioli to pizza. And the focaccia appetizer with honey, butter, evoo was superb! Napoli Restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience. We were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for the evening. Although rather busy, Sal the waiter and their staff provided exceptional service, ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was true to its origins, full of rich and traditional flavors.

A treat away from home. We always make time throughout the year to make a trip to Napoli restaurant and have done so for years. Anthony and his staff are so very welcoming, kind and attentive to all. Their food is traditional, homemade and delicious. Will continue visiting for years to come. A true pleasure and worth our drive from Ancaster.

We enjoyed a terrific evening starting with a friendly welcome from Anthony, the owner and great service from Alison, our server. The food was delicious- linguini with shrimp and clams, fresh branzino, and a tasty, fresh mixed salad. We asked to eat family style, and immediately got set up with sharing dinner plates and appropriate utensils. We had a nice bottle of perfectly chilled pinot grigio, and finished with a gift of limoncello. If we could fly up just for dinner, we would come often! Grazie!

Reddit recommendations didn t let us down. This place is the real deal, in a town of fake everything. Tagliatelle bolognaise was the best I ve had in North America, and could hold its head up against Italy itself. The host was a bit surly, but the wait staff were terrific.

I havent dined at this restaurant, but I give it 2 stars for customer service. I had called as soon as possible to book and left a message on the answering machine, but having received no response, I went in person (among other things, this restaurant is not exactly central, you have to walk a little to get there). Once I arrived, they told me that they hadnt listened to the answering machine, and that therefore there were no places...

Authentic homemade food, very reasonably priced with great service! We came here to visit from New Jersey, it was our best meal during our stay here in Niagara.

First we had to wait at the counter, then we were asked to sit at a table. We discovered that half the store was empty. The appetizer we ordered was not delivered. The main course was okay, the second was filling, tasteful is different.

A friend recommended that we go here. Fabulous. My wife had Ravioli , I had a Pizza. The food, the service, the ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend, definitely will be going back next time in Niagara Falls.

I visited this lovely place on a Saturday evening. It was great. Service was excellent. Staff were pleasant, kind, and attentive. Food was delicious, well seasoned, and came in a timely fashion. We shared an app, mains, and shared a desert and I have no complaints. They even had chili oil, which surprised both of us! My only complaint is the cost. A similar meal and experience at home would have been 30% less expensive. I get it, theres an upcharge for where this is. Its still absolutely acceptable in terms of cost, just not perfect. Meal for two with tip was just shy of $150.

Should stick with not repeating places where you eat... when visiting.... First visit was amazing.... had a very long day and decided to eat dinner at this place. There was no line and we got seated right away. Had our order served and all were delicious Second visit. Oh boy. Shouldnt have said that we could wait. Almost left after an hour but got called so ye.. red alert too long wait time... red alert too many people... Red alert busy day.... soooooo... Waited waited... got some good food and some that was so so... bit disappointed So yeah.. definitely had some great experience and not so good... Gotta wait a bit too long in between drinks, starter, appetizer main and dessert..... Good thing we had a good experience the 1st time... 2nd time made me not to come back... The bread wasnt good as the last time and thoughts like that happened... We have diff experiences, so try it if your looking for a diff kind of food in the area.

Expensive but authentic Italian cuisine. Food was amazing, and the baby loved it. Better options elsewhere though. A decent choice if you re looking for a more upscale location. The washrooms were the absolute cleanest that I ve seen in a long time. Menu is not too friendly for non-Italians though, but it doesn t hurt to ask to figure out what the dishes have. The price is what holds me back from recommending this place, since there are other Italian restaurants in Clifton Hill you could go to for far less, with far more selection. For example, Mama Mias was better in price, food, and selection. And it was closer to everything else, so less walking.

Quite pricy for the quantity and quality you get. We went around 19:00 and thought it was closed because of the low light and half closed curtains. Staff was very friendly! The foccacia with honey was quite good!

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Been to Napoli many times and every single time, the owner has been unpleasant but nothing like our last visit. I m so glad in reading other reviews that our last experience has happened to others as well, almost the exact same. I don t know if the owner needs reminders that his restaurant is located in a tourist area, where families visit with children of all ages. My kids both had their iPads on VERY LOW (i couldn t hear it from across the table) and we got asked to lower our devices. It was the first time we ve ever felt so uncomfortable out for dinner. (And we go out a lot) The owner was starring at us for the hour we were there and it got to a point where we decided to just pack up and leave. There was a party of 6-7 who were louder than my 2 children and their iPads, does that mean you have to tell your guests to be quiet too? There is a ridiculous blurb in their menu about devices and customers, wish I took a picture of it to post. It s laughable and shame on you for printing that in a menu when you are located in a tourist area where families travel. Like I mentioned we have been to Napoli many times and have just dealt with the awful service but for sure will never be back ever again. Shame on you!

At first prior to ordering we thought it s delivery place only so we ordered few pizzas over phone and was told it would take up to 20 minutes. Upon arrival the cashier made sure to collect payment- didn t argue about it thought pizzas would be ready. Next thing - it would take 5 minutes more.. eventually took half an hour awfully long waiting while my family members were out becoming more hungry. Don t like pizza -(1) not authentic enough less cheese..(2) pizza is not 12 -come on all this I still gave you 10% tips(as it is pick up ): guess what you think someone is gonna come back there again after those poor treatment/services/quality>> it s supposed to be the busy night (4th of July)still this restaurant was empty with only table being served karma do comeback to you

Napoli is very good. The food is fresh, the service is attentive, and the restaurant is nice. In the Niagara Falls tourist area, you expect things to be expensive, and Napoli isnt cheap, but at least you get what you pay for. Parking: Free parking in the back as long as its not too busy. It was disappointing. We were to wait more than 2 hrs . The people who came after us were served fast. We came from USA for a few days of vacation. I thought color people get the same service here in Canada like USA. They really wanted us to leave. But we were persistent. I have never seen such racist restaurant my age.

We decided to take our family out of the touristy area where the food is overpriced and mediocre. Best decision ever. We walked 15 minutes to this unassuming restaurant (from the outside) and were treated with a high quality dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were worthy 5 stars. Best of all, it was half the cost of any restaurant in the tourist zones.

On arrival, stated how we were recommended to this establishment and was met with irritation. I wish she would not do that I don t have a table. We said ah we have reservations. Inside cringed thinking wow nice welcome. We were charged 47 dollars for bronzini (2 orders) that was to come with risotto. We got the bronzini and no risotto. So even though the atmosphere was great and service excellent that was off putting. Tell us you ran out tell us something but to serve the food and pretend that we would not notice is odd. Why not say something then well we mentioned that that was whole lemon seed on our plate and we got excuses for that. So why bother. The food is excellent BUT please be forthright.

This place is amazing, the people that work there are so nice the chef was walking around the restaurant and asking people how was the food, and really nice. The people that work there are also nice, also they gave us a free pizza when we were eating. The food was the best it was the highest quality food I have eaten. This place is the best.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Arugula salad was a tad on the dry side could ve used a little more dressing. Seafood pasta and bolognese pasta were excellent! Home made pasta was cooked to perfection. They were both one of the best we ve had anywhere. Price is reasonable, too. Definitely recommend this place.

Romantic little Italian restaurant with tremendous service and atmosphere! Loved the Margherita Pizza! The Ravioli In Bianco was fantastic, with its flavourful cheese filling and light, buttery sauce. The Gnocchi Osso Buco was pretty good, but the ragu sauce could have been a bit more rich and bold IMO. Topped it all off with Torta Al Limone for dessert, which had a wonderful combination of sweet and tart flavours. A special note on how our server was extremely friendly and tentative, being sure to top up our wine and water glasses frequently. We will definitely visit again the next time we stay in Niagara Falls.

My company hosted a customer appreciation dinner last night and used their private room upstairs for our group of 20 people. Everything was great from the booking/planning, through to execution of the event. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with and my customers were all very complimentary about the food and our server, Lucas, did a great job. I had chosen this restaurant as Id dined there before and Ive always had a great experience. Fantastic food and service.

Crazy overpriced but considering the location reasonable. Food was great but the service from the waiter made it all worth it forgot his name but he was Columbian. Also would like to add I believe it may have been the manager or owner but he was definitely giving me and family vibes that we were not wanted their could be wrong but the looks we received at first to when the bill came was completely different.

We entered the place and it was a little empty and the hostess said that there was no space and that we had to wait more than 40 minutes a very rude and classist attitude, very bad experience

We just found our new favorite Italian restaurant. Joe our server was an absolute delight, as were the other staff members. Everyone was so kind and pleasant, which truly made our night. And the food was superb. The focaccia with ricotta and honey was tremendous. I got the ravioli in bianco (butter and lemon sauce), which was delicious and light. Husband got the meatballs and sausage with maccheroni alla chitarra which was incredible (I definitely stole a meatball, they were so good). Tiramisu was tasty, too. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit Niagara Falls.

The pizza dough is not rubbery like traditional Neapolitan pizzas, but it is very good. I recommend!

After an unforgettable experience witnessing a total eclipse in Hamilton, where we sought clearer skies, we returned to Niagara Falls for a family dinner at Napoli Ristorante and Pizzeria. This restaurant is a gem, offering authentic Italian cuisine in an ambiance that stands out from the typical tourist-oriented eateries in the area. We were warmly greeted by Anthony, who I believe is the manager. He crafted Sicilian Manhattans for us, super smooth while we were waiting for our table. We had Insalata Rucola and Focaccia with Honey Ricotta for appetizers. We then enjoyed our Napolitno style pizzas Americana and Funghi and enjoyed Mafalda Funghi pasta. For the desserts we enjoyed classic Italian gelato, tiramisu, and cannoli. Every dish was full of flavor and aroma. Service was fast and attentive. Napoli Ristorante and Pizzeria is out of league of the typical dining offerings in Niagara Falls, providing a fine dining experience.

Not usually open for lunch or on Mondays, but (lucky for us) it was open on Eclipse Day. Excellent food and service to match.

I had low expectations given the quality of food in the area, however I was pleasantly surprised!! The reviews do not lie. Food was excellent, I m still thinking about my pizza. Service and atmosphere also great. This will become our go-to whenever we are in the area. The salads were very good, perfectly seasoned and well dressed, we gobbled up the full plates. Simplicity done well. The pizzas were excellent. Mushroom goat cheese one perfect. Creamy tang from the goat cheese, deep umami from the mushrooms and the caramelized onions were a really nice touch. Mushrooms were perfectly cooked, not slimey like many restaurants do. Crust was crispy and delicious. Margherita pizza was also good but could ve used some salt, flaky salt on top would ve been perfect. Tiramisu was good, it s a classic that is hard to get wrong. The service was attentive and great, waters refilled frequently. The ambiance was nice. And best of all, it wasn t too pricey at all! With apps, dessert, and drinks it was around $60 per person including tax and tip. Unheard of, competes with high quality restaurants in downtown Toronto! Vegetarian options: Lots of options

Came to visit Niagara falls from winnipeg. Decided to check this place out. It exceeded mine and my girlfriends expectations by a far. The atmosphere is so calm and soothing. The owner and staff were very friendly and professional. The pizza was probably the best pizza Ive ever had in my life as was the focaccia. The drinks were very good as was the cappuccino. Ive noticed a few 1 star reviews of people complaining theyre not allowed to use their cellphone on a loud setting in the dining room, and i just wanted to say thank you to the owner for enforcing that, as people watching videos in a intimate setting like the one presented in this location, can be very distracting and annoying. So hats off to the owner and keep up the good work. Cant wait to come back.

Food was impeccable, we ordered the Americana and the Shrimp Tagliatelle feature. Pizza had an amazing texture and flavour, and was very fresh. My boyfriend was a huge fan, and enjoyed the kick of the chili oil on the side. The shrimp tagliatelle was hands down the best pasta I ve had; coming from someone who s travelled through Italy and is a huge foodie! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, the saffron complemented the lemon perfectly. Focaccia was also well done, I see some people complain about it not being served warm but I feel that the room temperature allows for the ricotta and honey side to keep its stability and flavour they re going for. Our server Alison was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. My only side note was that I found my glasses of wine to be on the staler side, however I m not as much of a wine snob as I am with food so it didn t ruin anything for me. Overall, I found the prices to be VERY reasonable for the profession, ingredients, and time that goes into the dishes. I will definitely be making the drive again and bringing my fellow, foodie family members here! PS- GET THE GELATO.

We started with cocktails which were great then we had the burrata and a focaccia appetizer and both were excellent. The pasta dishes were so delicious. The whole experience was excellent. One of the best Italian restaurants we have been to.

Owner is terrible! Look at the pattern with the same feedback. He is so full of himself and in so much denial, look at his responses. Shame on him for how he treats his customers and takes advantage of the people who keep his business alive. He deletes the negative reviews and keeps the good ones lol, he actually admitted it on his reply. What a beauty he is. I continue to share our terrible experience.

Came here with the hope of a better quality of meal and based on reviews. It s getting hard to trust star ratings First Sunday of March break and in Niagara Falls for a night. Didn t want to do an all you can eat. It s generally hard to trust a lot of the food places in the tourist area. So we found Napoli at 4.5 stars. So we came here We knew the prices would be exaggerated but hoped the experience would be worth it The focaccia starter was more the size of what typical places serve as free. And it was cold ! I asked why it wasn t warm and they said only the other one is warmed up there is $14 Calamari tasted very off and we sent it back. Not sure if it was bad calamari or if it was the sauce it came with. They took this off the bill thankfully Ordered a mixed salad that we thought we could share . It was laughable in size for $13. Like do people not understand how cheap it is to make a salad. ??? The mark up is insane here. And served on a side dish. It s barely enough for one person I will admit that the pizza dough was good and the funghi pizza tasted nice But again . Another example of a tourist trap. Not a good representation of Italian food. The culture is all about quality and NOT ripping people off with quantity. Fine, charge people $13 for a salad but give them a real salad! The amount of salad you can make for $5 of product is incredible still. Then mark it up how you like. But give people a chance to say yes this is worth it Take your chances I suppose. Reviews are tough to judge sometimes.

We went here based on some friends and online reviews. We were disappointed. The food was just ok nothing spectacular and definitely not worth the price. We had the Lasagna, pizza and spaghetti. The best part of the meal was the initial bread, which was not included. The bread was good (better if it was warm), but not worth paying for. The service was good, we had a very helpful waiter. Unfortunately its not enough for us to want to return, or recommend to friends.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Ontario. Yes, I ve lived in the GTA and yes, I ve been to Rizzo s which is pretty good albeit very salty, but Napoli is best with perfectly cooked food, professional and fun service, nice wines. There s a charm to the place that is unique. Always looking forward to the treat of a meal at Napoli!

A great place with great food. This is a spot not meant for the masses, but for the ones who enjoy authenticity. Getting personal attention and solid advice, youll love it. We ate pasta, because as the waitress said: you can get a good pizza in many places, but a good pasta, thats a different story. I guess she was right, we loved the pastas. We shared the pastas and that was great.

We popped in after spotting Napoli s from the street. They were gracious enough to fit us in, despite having many reservations. Their homemade focaccia with whipped ricotta and honey was unbelievable. Best I ve ever had! It was light and fresh and delicious. Their pizzas are hearty, but don t sit heavy with you, and are full of flavour. We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Dined at Napoli for NYE and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so kind, the food was DELICIOUS, and the ambience was perfect for an evening out. We ordered the focaccia, margarita pizza + tiramisu, and they were all so good. Definitely recommend this family restaurant for special occasions or any time you re in the city. The manager/owner also made the effort to speak to customers about their experience which we truly appreciated.

Best pasta Ive had in Canada, full stop. Pasta and pizza are fresh and homemade, you can taste the quality. This was actually one of the first places I visited when I came to Canada and have been many times since. Me and my wife had our first date in Canada here and will continue to visit for our anniversary as we celebrated our 1 year here last weekend. Cant complain about anything, if you are in Niagara and fancy some Italian, dont think about anywhere else. Just go here.

This restaurant is four minutes from Fallsview casino, but it s definitely worth it. My wife and I shared the pasta and pizza and it was absolutely amazing. For the same price that you would get a mediocre meal at the Keg or TGI Fridays, you ll get one of the most amazing Italian meals that you ve ever had.

Delicious meal. We shared foccaccio with a creamy ricotta spread, kale Caesar salad and the 18 ounce ribeye. Ended up with a bit of leftovers to take home. Service was excellent as was the recorded jazz music. The wine was also very good. A little pricey but it was a special occasion. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend Napolis if youre in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Food was great. Prices were reasonable. Service was good once we were seated. We were asked to wait for a table to open up and have a drink while waiting, which we were fine with, but we werent able to order anything while waiting as no one would take our drink order. Everyone would refuse to meet our eyes and seemed to be ignoring us. They were fairly busy to be fair but it was strange to feel like we were being outright ignored. Otherwise everything was great. Focaccia and spaghetti were our favorite dishes.

We love this place. The calamari is some of the best weve ever had and the Margarita pizza is fabulous. I wish it wasnt so far away. Great place to eat, Nice decor and terrific staff.

Yum not only what you eat is good but watching and smelling everyone elses good go buy and get eaten is like a mouth watering showing its self. Can t speak for the food, because I never had a chance to eat here, due to the unexpected bridge closures that postponed our trip/plans to Niagara Falls. But the customer service is 5/5 stars. We made reservations ahead of time for 7pm. Anthony knew we were driving up from the US and when he discovered the bridge closures he called immediately to inform us. We are so thankful because we would not have known and would have been stuck with 4 extra hours of driving to Niagara Falls, missing all our reservations and activities. He was very kind and thoughtful. We definitely plan to come here next time we can make it across the bridge!

We came here and were very excited to try the food because of the reviews we had read. However, upon arrival we were treated quite rudely and were basically told we needed to leave because they did not have room for us. It was just very disappointing to be treated like outcasts. Although we did not get to come in, we are thankful, because we would not want to spend time in a restaurant to be treated like that.

I absolutely love this place. I m not big on Canadian Italian food, but when I eat here it s like being back home. Everything is delicious. I always take my friends here for their birthdays. Perfect atmosphere and the food is always perfect.

I can really appreciate when I eat authentic Italian food and this place didn t disappoint. We ordered the Margherita and Bianca pizzas, they are delicious. And the Cannoli is really spectacular. We also loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Finally, our server Luis went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure!

Arguably the best pizza I have ever had I got the Arrabbiata pictured down below and I loved every single slice. One pizza was the perfect portion for me, even though the food was so delicious that I could eat more if I really wanted to. Will dine here again!

The fresh baked focaccia bread with the ricotta and honey spread is a new feature you have to try. Osso bucco & risotto by far was the best we ve ever have. Burrata & prosciutto and the arugula salad is a must to have as a starter for sharing. The dressing was light and so perfect with the apple slices. Gnocchi osso bucco was delicious with a rich tomato sauce. Bistecca & Veal chop cooked to perfection. If you re looking for authentic Italian food on Niagara Falls. Napoli s will hit every tastebud.

Came here for a big birthday a few weeks ago. My boyfriend made a reservation ahead of time and they knew it was a very special occasion. I was a little disappointed with the lack of celebratory enthusiasm. Maybe I was spoiled last year when I went out to dinner and was met with a birthday card signed by all the staff The service was average. I just couldn t justify giving 5 stars for no above and beyond service. The food was fantastic, I love fresh clams. The only thing that became very apparent very quickly was how small the portions were. There was a pricier option for a more family style portion but given that there were only 2 of us, we thought it would be best to get regular portions. Little did we know that the regular portion was actually smaller than usual. Would I spend another birthday here? Probably not. Would I come back? Perhaps.

Came here Saturday with my boyfriend who has stage 4 kidney cancer. We were put in the back corner of the restaurant pretty far away from anyone else. We were excited to be out because my boyfriend is not always able to be out as a result of his illness. As I was sharing a video of us on a previous vacation the owner came over and asked me to lower the volume. It was one bar above silent...not loud at all. We would never be inconsiderate to other dinners. It was said in a cold and lecturing way and it affected one of maybe our last nights out together. Anthony should understand that you really dont know what is going on in the peoples lives that are dining at his restaurant and allow them to enjoy their experience as they want to instead of dictating what they are allowed or not allowed to do. If he wants to make it a rule to not be on your phone in the restaurant maybe put up a sign or some indication of this rule so they dont get blindsided like we did and feel uncomfortable. I had been to Napoli previously and I noted that the owner (Anthony) was a very awkward person and not very kind in his communication style but after this last interaction I can see that hes completely ignorant. He takes having customers in his restaurant for granted as the restaurant is located in a very high traffic tourist area. I am a local but I will never be back to Napoli as a result of this man and his ignorant demeanor. The food is just ok and you will pay way too much for the mediocre quality. If you want great quality and great service here are some alternate recommendations: Antica Pizza (just down the street) Carpaccios Cafe Amore The Valley Restaurant Cappollas The Blue Mermaid. I have been to all of these restaurants and the food and service is awesome and you wont be disappointed or feel insulted like you will at Napoli and you wont be giving your money to a person who is an indecent and rude human being. All of these restaurants understand that a restaurant is both a food and a service industry and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you want to understand what Anthony is like filter out the one star reviews on here and look as his responses, it will give you a really good picture for who this person is and how he will act when youre in his restaurant.
