6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7X5, Canada
Relaxed restaurant serving Italian cuisine & wine inside the Fallsview Casino Resort.
4.5 if it was possible. The only reason anyone would hit under 4 is because they thought a pizza as dinner would somehow be elevated because you were at the Casino in Niagara Falls with false expectations that pizza is THAT different if made in a higher socio-economic restaurant! You need to get off your wallet, blow the dust from your purse and order real, homemade Italian food!! This food is created and designed by one of the most experienced, and dedicated chefs anywhere. His sauce is built from more feedback and experience than any of us "reviewers" can collective provide. We just eat, he creates... I love the food here. Never have I ordered the pizza. I have added pics of the old school Tiramisu, adjusted nicely for commercial sales and economics, but absolutely delicious. Order pasta, or a few apps only, but take time to enjoy good italian food while taking a break from pushing buttons or pulling arms.
I stumbled randomly upon Vittorio's Italian Eatery as I was looking for a dinner option to celebrate my birthday with my wife at Niagara Falls. One thing that made Vittorio stand out was the pictures of the food we saw online. It looked familiar and that was exactly the meal we had at the restaurant. We couldn't make a reservation majorly because we decided late but after a short wait, we got a table. The ambiance was great, and we got the secluded section which was great. The service was quite good too, our Italian attendant attempting to speak fluent English was cool, for a minute I felt like I was in Italy 🇮🇹 😀. I loved it. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and a cocktail but the tomato sauce was the star of the show. It was so good, I didn't realize it wasn't spicy till I was done. For someone who doesn't enjoy eating spaghetti, I enjoyed every bit of this meal. My wife who can eat spaghetti every meal for a year also enjoyed every bit of the meal. There was slow music playing in the background giving the restaurant the right tone. It was a great evening ☺️. The complaints I had were that I found it a little difficult to locate the Eatery and I was offered mandatory sparkling water which I thought was complimentary but had to pay for. I wonder if people actually drink sparkling water tbh. Anyway, I'll definitely visit again. Ambience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Drinks ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Had a great meal last night, everything was amazing and the service was excellent! We had a table of 10 guys for a birthday dinner and we are happy we chose Vittorios. The antipasto, calamari, clams casino, fresh focaccia, pasta and lamb was all amazing. Paired with a nice red wine, couldn’t ask for more. Will be back soon!
Went on Sunday before the Ringo Star show with my sister that came in from toronto. We ordered an app to share a salad to share a pasta and an entree. Almost 2 hours and we did not get her entree and we were going to be late for the show. And ask for them to pack it to go. It was extremely overpriced and when I got home I did not even have the entree I ordered. I had ordered the blue cheese and crusted filet with shrimp and just got a little filet with a few vegetables this cost me over $100 the whole bill was $ 286 for two people plus tip . I would not recommend it unless you are strictly going for a pasta that is overpriced
Yummy yummy yummy! Vittorio’s Italian Eatery! Great portions and incredibly tasty! So much variety and fantastic service! Beautiful restaurant! We had a fantastic meal!
We came about this restaraunt by chance before a show this evening. Great service. Food was fresh and amazing. Meatballs were to die for. Everyone was very pleasant. A little pricey but we don't mind to a little more for GOOD food. Highly recommend.
There is a high end Italian restaurant on location, but another option is Vittorio’s as well. It’s located at the food court area. It does help to make reservations in advance! We just checked In the hotel that evening and concierge recommended them. The manager was nice enough to squeeze us in without reservation. The music was nice, the place gave a nice presentation and the waitress for courteous. Dont mind the food court. It actually felt very similar to dining at an actual Italian restaurant when we were in Italy. My wife is Italian and makes the best meatballs, which she fries. I tried Vittorio’s and they were too soft since they don’t fry them. But the spaghetti and the sauce were great!
If it wasn’t in a fast food area, it would have been a 5 star for me. But being in the back in a booth makes you feel like you’re not in a food court. Ingenious. Food was great. We had appetizers and pasta and delish! A little bit pricey but the service was great our waitress was sweet and professional. Highly recommended!
If there are no prices on there menu online and the menu just outside the entrance. Walk away. 42.00 canadian for spaghetti and meatballs..prices in US to. .. this is Canada... No salad no bread. Prices are ridiculous. Go to Ponte Vecchio in Casino... cheaper and better.
Vittorio s was lacklustre. The food was terrible with the exception of the deep fried Calamari. The Caesar salad was watery and flavourless. The ravioli was reminiscent of something that came out of a can. Considering the prices i expected better. How can an Italian restaurant not manage an acceptable Caesar Salad? The serving staff were friendly and the cocktails were well made. I can t say I would recommend Vittorio s. I wish I had just ate at the food court
We went here for 2 Birthdays there were 12 of us. Service took a while, food was basic to say the least. I ordered the clam alfredo it was more like noodles and butter. The salad was decent but its basic and the drink I had was the best part of the whole meal. For one salad, a bowl of pasta and one drink was 120.00 which to me is astronomical. The server and bartender were nice but I would not recommend or be back.
Fantastic place , with excellent food , great service and wonderful atmosphere!! Love the way they sing happy birthday
How is it possible to pay $21 for a soup. Please will be out of business soon.
This restaurant is incredible. Amazing service and delicious food. Waiter was friendly and personable. We had the bean soup, ravioli and cannelloni.
Excellent service of each and every staff, specially Max. Delicious Pizza.
Great pizza. Im sure that the food would be good there. Server with Long hair was extremely excellent. Purchased against his recommendation and he was dead right
Excellent staff, food was tasty and plentiful, surprising location on the edge of a food court.
Restaurant with a breathtaking view of the falls, which offers a buffet of diverse and varied dishes of good quality. Pleasant welcome and service.
The server dropped water on me and my clothes doesn t even clean the table got my phone and clothes wet and at the end still expects tip.
Literally located in the food court of the mall , food was ok but the best was the bruschetta But 80$ for a small rack of lamb chops and 40$ for a small bowl of pasta that wasn t anything special is crazy . And do I have to mention after spending 200$+ on a dinner for two they didn t even have BATHROOM . Had to use the public restroom as a pregnant woman with a 2 year old was a nightmare the bathrooms were dirty and each seat was covered either is urine or menstrual blood with no toilet paper in some is the stalls . Way too overpriced and not worth the hype .
Dino was the most incredible server..cozy atmosphere and felt like we were in Italy! The meatballs were to die for - the margarita pizza was soooo authentic!!! WE EVEN bought the house made hot chili oil!! Wow. NONA would APPROVE!! 10 star!
Server Dino was amazing! 10/10 best Italian I ve had since Italy. Penne a la vodka, HOMEMADE gnocchi and chicken parm was indescribable. Thank you and cannot wait to come back!!!!
Pizza was pricey but delicious..but dont ever buy appetizer for 2 people salami..persuto and cheese..totals $48.00 pus tax..comparing to Pointe Vecchio same price you get for 4 people..double the meat..its a much better choice..
Mario was super nice and the food was better than expected for a mall restaurant.
I loved the service and the food
Dino was a great end to our night. Great service and his food recommendations were perfect. Thank you!!!
Beautiful Italian restaurant! Great for date night or family meals; Ive even seen bachelorette parties having a great time. The food is fresh and quality ingredients; Im obsessed with the rapini and the penne alla vodka! The menu is a decent size but offers quite a few options, specifically pasta! We like to come here before we see a show at OLG and its perfect. I recommend a reservation because they are very popular! Definitely recommend and will be back! Parking: Casino parking- must pay the daily fee.
Have been here 3 times and Dino has been my waiter twice and I have to say excellent service also great food and atmosphere!
Great solid drinks and food! Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators sliding glass doors with no step ins and marked parking spots in the parking garage Food : 5/5 |
Our last night in Niagara falls. Sadly were sorry we didnt find Vittorios earlier. They were expecting a large private party later in the evening but accommodated my wife and I for a great dining experience. Dino was our server and was superb. The foccacia was amazing. Both the gnocchi (light and fluffy)and the veal Parmigiano were excellent. The homeade tomato sauce didnt disappoint. Thank you Vittorios, well see you again.
Excellent food and service! Delicious drinks! Very friendly staff!
This was a fantastic night out. The service was Awesome. The food was excellent. JP couldnt have been a better host... and the Lemon Gelato at the end, guys. Come on, that killed me perfect night. Thank you!!!
Enjoyed everything from the bread to pasta and dessert .. JP was great and so welcoming ty
All of the food was delicious and the bread was so flavorful! Nice atmosphere, great service. Best meal I ve had in a long time.
Ordered pasta with seafood. All the seafood was over cooked. The calamari tasted like I was eating elsstic rubber bands. Way over priced.
On Wednesday, my party of ten dined at Vittorios Italian Eatery. Our attempt to make a reservation via OpenTable was frustrating, as the system wouldnt accept reservations at any time slot we selected. Fortunately, when I called the restaurant directly, they were able to accommodate us without any issues. The restaurant is situated in the food court of a shopping area, which initially gave me some reservations about the dining experience. Unfortunately, it became apparent that the restaurant is not kid-friendly, and the dining area was extremely cold. To make matters worse, fruit flies joined us for dinner, even sipping our wine. Despite these drawbacks, our waitress, Lexus, provided very attentive service, ensuring that our party felt well cared for throughout the evening. Her professionalism helped set a positive tone for the night. Moving on to the meal itself, I ordered the veal, hoping for a delightful dish. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The mozzarella used in the dish was of poor quality, hardening not even two minutes after being served. The veal itself lacked the finesse one would expect from an Italian eatery, resembling fast food quality more than anything. Additionally, the pasta was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and freshness. Despite the letdown with my main course, the appetizers were a different story. The clams casino were outstanding, so much so that we ended up ordering two servings. The other appetizers were also quite good, showcasing the kitchens potential. Lexuss attentive service helped mitigate my disappointment with the food. Additionally, I must mention Dino, another great personality at the restaurant. He was friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere. In conclusion, while the location in a food court isnt ideal and the restaurant had several notable issues, the attentive service and the quality of the appetizers made up for some of the shortcomings of my main course. Overall, I would rate Vittorios Italian Eatery a 7.4 out of 10. For those interested in experiencing Lexuss service, you can also find her bartending at Ruth s Steak House.
I had been here before where I had a good experience, why I figured to go again. Unfortunately, that did not happen this time. We ordered the Ceaser salad to start.. which was good would of liked a slice of lemon .. would of asked the waitress but she disappears for a long while where getting a slice of lemon was useless at that point, seeing we were almost done. We had ordered the Salmon with Veggies & Speghetti with Seafood. Both dishes were over cooked. Salmon was bland and such a tiny meal for the price. The pasta was cooked perfectly.. the red sauce was excellent but, the shrimp, calamari, mussels and scallops were way over cooked. We would of said something sooner about our dishes but our waitress wasnt really around. She did come by to see how everything was.. but, by then, we had eaten a good portion of our dishes. I do have a question though.. why dont you serve a bun or some sort of bread with ur meals? I know you can purchase a small loaf.. but, a couple of slices of Italian bread would of been nice along with the pasta. ( my opinion)
We had dinner at Vittorios restaurant and were disappointed with our experience. Although the service was not bad, the food left much to be desired. We ordered a ceasar salad, salmon with vegetables and pasta with seafood. Much to our shagrin the salmon dish was very dry due to being overcooked, including the veggies. And not to mention a very small portion that looked lost on the oversized plate. The pasta dish was nothing special, but was okay, yet came without bread. Unusual for an Italian eatery. Bread actually cost extra $$$. The ceasar salad was good but again was missing a lemon. The little things that one would think would be there with a meal costing in excess of $140 were missing. Found that all the items on the menu, overall were very expensive. A dining experience that would be better forgotten than it was enjoyed.
Order chicken parmenage it was a 10 side oder of past cooked fresh and salad very good the waiter classic act new the medium and product well so far I guess niagar falls has the best Italian food so I dont have to dive to toronto
Arrived on time for our reservation and was seated straight away. We left 30 minutes later as no server ever came to our table. We informed the host of the issue and they seemed pretty disinterested with their restaurants failure.
We were recommended to go to Vittorios, inside the newer Niagara Falls ON Casino. The casino signage gave me the impression it was a trattoria...but no! We had one of the best ever dining experiences !!! Couldnt find anything wrong. The room temperature was perfect. We had a booth and the colour scheme and decor was top notch. We ordered veal chops and chicken parmesan with seafood medley appetizer and drinks. I couldnt get enough, the tastes were superb. The vegetables were fresh and the plate was full, good volume. And the service was outstanding. Staff very well trained and going over and above in all aspects, better than excellent. Highly highly recommended. Parking: We parked across the street in a plaza. After this lovely dinner, we went to a Live Show there and then a few hours at the Casino. A perfect, very memorable night :)
Last year around month of October, ordered 4 or 5 extra large size margarita pizzas. Before picking up, I confirmed with front cashier if it s margarita pizzas we ordered. Upon opening found out wrong pizzas (cheese pizzas) were given . We tested it(group of 20) but was not of good quality(cold). Then one of my buddies stated those couldn t be margarita pizzas. By that time everyone threw away pizzas except 2 full pizzas were left and upon contacting restaurant, they confirmed they gave us the wrong pizzas and told us to bring all pizzas so they can make it right. Basically most slices were thrown away and only 2 full pizzas were remaining, the restaurant only offered exchange for those 2 full pizzas. Next few days and weeks, I contacted restaurant and demanded to talk to manager about this - always put me on hold and nobody picked up. Subsequently they started ignoring me when they saw my number. At the same time I used different number and they did pick up guess what- never gonna come back there again . And hope my donation will help prosper.
Located in the fast food court. Also, most restaurants that call themselves family friendly have a kids menu. They have a connected pizza restaurant (in the food court) but that apparently isn t available in the restaurant. Very confusing.
Always great food and customer service. I can eat here weekly
This is inside the casino food court nad there was not that much crowd and we were seated immediately. There are no restrooms, we had to use the one in the food court. We visited on June 8, 2024 for dinner around 7:30PM EST. We ordered the food and my son and I wanted pizza and asked the waiter (I believe his name is Michael, with another girl who he may be training). The waiter said its one of those busy nights that the restaurant doesnt allow ordering/making pizza. We said ok and ordered Lasagna, Salmon, Fettucine alredo (added chicken for additional $12), minestrone soup. we ordered around 7:40PM and kept waiting and waiting and waiting. We kept seeing others around us getting served but not us. The waiter came a couple of times and said food is coming but nothing for us while others around us getting food and you know what the frustrating part was while waitng, one of the other waiter lady carrying a plate of pizza behind our table. It was sooo frustrating, irritating that he said us one thing while the others got a different treatment. The food finally came after 8:15PM and it was ok and we paid CAD $210.I will never recommend this place for being this pricey in a food court and on top of it being treated the way we did.
Food was excellent. Very small and quaint. Service is fabulous
Very good appetizers, standard Italian entrees. Unfortunately located open to the food court. Priced as if a private restaurant.
It s Wednesday April 24,1024 at 5:45 we arrived and were tabled at front at food court traffic. We were seated by the host and waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to the table ( not even water ). After 20-25 minutes we decided to leave and the host had no comments I would not recommend them as they may be prejudice to people of colour.
Ordered a round of drinks before a show in the casino and could clearly overhear the bartender complaining about making the order. I requested Kettle One Vodka and she was overheard saying how she didnt want to get it and that Titos in the same. Also I overheard our server politely inform her that we were due to attend a show in 10 minutes as we told him when we ordered ( also made sure he knew there was absolutely no rush on their part needed , that we were find being a few minutes late. We simply were only informing him so he knew we wouldnt take up the table for long so they could flip it quick) to our servers comment she was overheard saying if they have a show to go to they shouldnt be coming here 10 minutes before. I did let our server know that he should maybe inform her that guests can hear her unprofessional comments. He told me he knew that we could hear her and she wasnt talking about us. She 100% was. Anyways our server was polite to us however the bartender needs a lesson in manners and professionalism.
We had a great experience! Our waitress, Renee, was outstanding! The food was delicious. I was not going with great expectations as it was in a lower area surrounded by fast food spots. It was a true delight. Renee also made it a wonderful time!!!
Had a walk in, Waiter said 15 mins to 20mins wait time, 1hr later no call no text. It s not a best place to wait for a call
They gave our order to someone else and had to wait long but the counter people were so apologetic about the situation and resolved it swiftly.
Salad, too salty, pasta, too salty, lamb, too salty...
Absolutely disgustingly outrageous!!! We were told that our dinner was going to be 20 minutes (to go) so my wife and I went and took a seat. After a half an hour I went to check on it and they told me another 5-10,no problem. So we waited 10-15 & they said 5 more mins. This went on another couple of times until I started getting angry. So all of a sudden a dinner comes out and my wifes was correct but they tried panning a different dinner on me .they told me there was only 1 piece of veal left( veal parm.) & for some reason I never received it and they didnt tell me earlier so I could change my order!! Then after a little discussion between us they offered to refund me our $ which I obviously accepted. Ive been checking my statement and for some reason I still havent received my $ back. Just a horrible experience which I do not wish anyone else to go through!! Big thumbs down
A little scared with the initial prices, but the quality and seasoning of the food made up for it along with great portion sizes. Definitely need the extra bread with the burrata board which was also fantastic. Their feature Bronzino dish was delicious, a little light on the sauce though. The gnocchi you could tell was homemade along with the sauce. It definitely takes away a little as people say being in the food court but the private booths are on a whole other level making you forget about that. Service was impeccable. Would definitely return and this is coming from a local.
I loved the gnocchi and hubby loved the spaghetti & meatballs. Great waitress and very friendly!
They have very nice private tables and great customer service. Olivia was friendly and the dishes were tasty and served quickly. This is a little hidden gem in the Fallsview Casino foodcourt concourse.
The first time we went I wasn t so sure because it s connected to the food court (separate dining room though very nice) but the food, the wine and the service was so great we came back the next day! Gluten free friendly for me and my daughter loved their pizza! Try it you wont regret it!
Ordered a meat lover and deluxe slice. Was brought a meat lover and pepperoni slice. When I let them know about the mistake they took back the pepperoni slice. The employee then brought me out a Canadian slice. I took the new slice as I didn t want to wait more time to receive what I actually ordered. Overall the food was good.
Excellent experience. Food was delicious. My husband and I both had the seafood with spaghetti. The house bread with chili oil is my new favorite thing. Or server Mathew was wonderful. Attentive, polite and very informative. Great job everyone.
Places amazing. Yes it s in a food court but it doesn t matter. I read one review that only gave a four star because it was in a food court but everything else was perfect. Highly didn t agree with that. Yes, it s a bit pricey but anything that s good nowadays is and, if you want them to be there the next time they need to be supported it wasn t overpriced. Excellent service and food great atmosphere.
An Italian restaurant by the Niagara Fallsview. Food is so good with great servers. We eat leisure dinner here, we had meetball spaghetti and seafood spaghetti and Tobermory apple cider drinks and pinot white. Definitely coming back here
My first time here and was a bit nervous about casino Italian food but can say I was very pleasantly surprised. Dino our waiter was great and the Italian pop music adds to the atmosphere. Will be back.
Vittorios has that family friendly restaurant with amazing food. The staff here are amazing the management is wonderful that we had our wedding here. It s a place that we come back to over and over again. Food
Got a couple of coupons for different restaurants from the hotel i stayed in and decided for this restaurant... my expectations were low since their location is inside the shopping mall.. we went last night on a friday night around 9pm and winter time so it was just 3 or 4 tables with people and the service and our waiter was super attentive and fast answerig our questions about certain italians things (and words lol).. i have been in italy before and other italians restaurants here in canada and honestly this was one of my favourites after yesterday. The food we ordered was amazing and a really good portion, i asked for sides and couldnt finished all. I was impressed I was feeling like drinking a sangria which did not have in their drinks menu and they did without any problems and was good. Top service by the restaurant and the waiter Apparently almost every restaurant in Niagara falls has coupons for, so make sure you get one before going to this one or any other one. Besides that, before ordering we asked the waiter about the conditions of the coupon we had and he explained everything and which part of the menu to order to qualify for the coupon (alcohol not included in any of the coupons) Wheelchair accessibility: Main floor no stairs
Authentic flavors and cozy ambiance define this Italian gem. Attentive service and rustic charm make it a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended!
This overpriced restaurant should maybe add in the pictures and on their website that they are literally in a food court. Service was horrible, atmosphere and food was terrible, essentially ruined my friends birthday dinner.
DO NOT purchase pizza here from the take out! $12 for a slice of dry cardboard
Decent Italian restaurant. Nice ambience given close location to the food court. Convenient location on lower ground floor of Fallsview Casino. Reservations are recommended as it was busy the night we were here (concert night). Exceptional service. Recommended.
5-Star across the board! Highly recommend!
I want to start off by complimenting Mathew, our server. In todays customer service market it is hard to even get decent service and then a server still expects a 20% tip. Mathew is a true customer service rep. Going above and beyond. Checking on us several times and pouring our wine when we were low. We didnt touch the bottle. AMAZING SERVICE MATHEW. Thank you. I see reviews that says its a little pricy. It may be a tad up there but believe me when I say that the quality is there with their delicious food and you will not get compared service anywhere else. Awesome valentines dinner for my wife and I. Thanks again!!
It was a tasty Pizza Slice overall but at over $8 for a mediocre sized slice is highway robbery any which way you cut it my friends We came by again and the prices are even higher now with Sandwiches costing over $20 which is ridiculous so we passed and went and ate somewhere else instead.
Authentic and Very good quality of food. Recommended to everyone to visit and try. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options are available.
Why have an high class restaurant in a food court
Very nice dining experience. You wouldnt know you were sitting just off a good court. The food was great though pricey. Nothing bad to say here I left full and satisfied.
We are local residents. Thought wed give this place a try after a show at the casino. After a glance at the menu, we decided to leave. While the dishes offered looked great, the prices reflected the price gouging venue we were at....The Fallsview Casino. Sad that these are the prices for this restaurant. I can see these prices for a place that has a nice ambiance like Ponte Vecchio, but its way way overpriced. Knowing the area, we decided to go elsewhere where prices are normal and food is outstanding. Down the street you have Zappis or in the other direction Napoli or Mamma Mias. While i understand the rent in the casino is probably outrageous, its sad that the costs associated with running a restaurant at the casino have to be passed onto the guests. Look elsewhere folks.
delicious
Dino our waiter was phenominal! The food was fabulous! Definitely will be going back.
All aspects of our dining experience was exceptional! We had some of the best service while dining out. While everything we tried was exceptional, I totally recommend the polppette con burrata Vegetarian options: Definitely has vegetarian options available
Food was beyond average especially at those prices...Calamari had NO taste, Bruchetta was good, Pizza was subpar, 2 Pasta dishes were good and average..Lamb chops were almost 60 bucks, they werent bad but NOT worth $60..Waitress was friendly, about the only thing positive...
WOW ! 12/10 Food : +++ Service : +++ Price : ($$) Thank you to our waitress Olivia into making this night wonderful If you re looking for an all authentic italian restaurant, look no further : This is the place. Located in the food court, the restaurant part of Vittorio s is glorious. The private booths are cozy and quiet, you will feel like in a private room. The ceasar salad was using fresh ingredients and was a good portion. We shared it amongst 4 people and we had enough. Amongst the 4 main dishes taken, - Penne Alla Vodka : my personal favourite, very tasteful, a lot of texture - Fettuccini Alla Panna : very good egg noodles, light alfredo sauce, tasteful with mushrooms - Spaghetti Alla Pescatora : fresh seafood, calamari and shrimps - Spaghetti E Polpette : great mestballs, good sauce, big portion Deserts - Tiramisu : never had a tiramisu that tasted as much cacao as this one did. The spoon goes right through it, very smooth - Cheesecake trio : 3 words : to die for ! Thank you to our waitress Olivia, a real sunshine. You can really feel that she enjoys working here and working with people. We never missed of anything. We ll be sure to come back on our next visit to Niagara !
Best calamari! Service was good.
I got a slice of cheese pizza. The pizza wasn t even hot and the and the cashier was rude.
I m a big fan of Italian food, like BIG. But this experience was OVER THE TOP. Everything was amazing, from the customer service, the food down to the ambiance. I was ecstatic. My mother told me numerous time to calm down, that s how good it was. Big shout out to Dino. I will be back! Vegetarian options: My sister is a vegetarian & there were multiple options for her to choose from. Dietary restrictions: For anything you do not like/want Dino will make the necessary adjustments.
Never order to Pizza Pasta Salad Panini service : you will pay a lot of money to eat nothing. As an example, a meatball sandwich = 2 meatballs in two slides of bread, thats all.
We went to Vittorios and was warmly welcomed by Martina. She is not only knowledgeable about the menu but has excellent people skills and really enjoy what she is doing. We ordered Margherita Pizza, Calamari Fritti and Pane - homemade specialty bread served with calabrese olives. I had some bacon addded to the thin crust pizza and it was so delicious. The garlic and rosemary oil foccacia was so good and the flour dusted calamari with homemade spicy aoili was tasty. We also had coffee and tea with biscotti which was such a delight. We will surely go back to this place to try other menu items they have.
Vittorios food was amazing with great service as well. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. You have to check it out
Food tastes amazing and the staff was great. Full recommend.
The food and service at Vittorios really shine. We loved this place, and it was so convenient as we were staying in the Casino hotel. Id highly recommend it!
Delicious! Best Italian dinner we have had. Bruschetta was amazing. Dino was our waiter and was so friendly and personal. Definitely will be back. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
Wowoow fantastic Kid-friendliness: Everything is really good I want to go there again Food : 5/5 |
Food was great music play list was enjoyed service was good but strange they were busy and because of this wouldn t serve us dessert besides that was great! Never been to a restaurant that wouldn t serve dessert because they were busy
A somewhat pricey Italian fine dining restaurant located near Fallsview casino next to the lower food court. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very lively with a large dining room and upbeat music. The menu is varied and includes a variety of appetizers, pasta dishes, entrees of meat and seafood, and dessert. The serving staff were relatively friendly and we received our meals in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the Vittorios insalata as the vinaigrette has a deliciously sweet flavour that complements the salad. The orecchitte pasta, ravioli, and veal chop were very rich and delicious as well. For dessert, I would recommend the tartufo. The calamari and the tiramisu were nothing special but enough to satisfy a craving. Dinner prices are as expected for a tourist area with entree prices ranging from $30-80. A full meal would average about $100 per person. I did not see a kids menu while dining here.
Located in the food court .. cozy atmosphere, very friendly and courteous staff
We booked last minute for our Anniversary and when we showed up, we were treated very special! Thank you to our amazing waiter for the great service! Cheers to the Champagne and the food and private curtained room was a great surprise. Their tomato sauce is amazing!
Dont waste your time. I did the pizza Slice to go as opposed to the restaurant since I was pressed for time. My slice was $8 for the Greek pizza and the majority of the toppings were burnt, burnt enough that taking a bite caused it to disintegrate and fall off. But the most charming part was when the young man behind the counter was scratching his face and then went on to touch my pizza with his bare hands. Yum
Food is tasty but prices are very high .. so expensive , so expect to spend over $100 per person which you could go to open buffet instead for 25$ or eat elsewhere .. also food quantity is very little and doesn t even make small toddler full or satisfied it end up eating at Burger King to have full stomach . So I would not recommend it at all unless you want to waste your hard earned money away ..
We were going to get takeout for dinner and the boy that was working at cash was talking with this girl and they were giving us terrible looks and were laughing. We felt really uncomfortable and we ended up leaving and not getting anything.
Food was amazing, service was even better!
Great meal, great friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.
This little hidden gem is the best kept secret of Niagara Falls. Dont let walking through a food court sway you from not eating there. Meatballs, were out of this world, calamari was light, and cooked to perfect, mussels were what was the deciding factor for going and they did not disappoint. Our server Dino was another high light to an incredible evening. He was so helpful with the wine list, and incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, and made some excellent choices for our dining experience. Dino made our evening so enjoyable. Thank you to Dino and all the staff for making our visit to Niagara so memorable. We will be back!
The food is above average and I especially enjoy their tomato sauce. Prices are, however, exorbitant. When you pay $100 -with tax and tip- for just a pasta dish and a salad (no alcohol, no dessert, no other sides) in a food court restaurant, that is not acceptable value for my money.
Every single dish we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our server, Dino, was a great host and always quick to check in on us. Would visit again!
Service is very slow, lots of empty seats. Food was tasteless ! Prices were very high. Lots of managers talk very loudly and speak to wait staff all the way across resturant. The time between appetizer to dinner was entirely unacceptable. We debated on dessert, but the waitress said she had several times and recommended it. So we ordered. It took 20 mints to receive the dessert. Bread is extra. At these fees, bred should be included; at a white table cloth venue. The menu has potential, if some flavors and tasful bites can be improved. Dont recomend- too much loudness by managers, too slow service, food lacking in flavor or taste.
Cost is way to expensive for what it is I don t recommend I f your gonna charge 8$ for a slice of pizza that cost 75cents for that pizza you must be crazy
Pretentious - has premium prices but not premium food or service. At 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday, it did not have a wine listed on its wine list. Small consideration but reflects the lack of attention to detail that I expected.
excellent service, specially from Dino!!!
OVERPRICED. They charge you $$$ for an average restaurant in a food court.
This was great, food was so delicious. Jocelyn our server was so nice. Even gave us complimentary wine for our 30th anniversary.
Excellent service, great experience and we loved our meal . We enjoyed a traditional Italian appetizer, a pasta entree, (spiced up with their home made hot sauce ) and a dessert to share. We topped it off with Limoncello. It became our new favorite restaurant in Niagara falls. The atmosphere was lovely. We had a nice private booth. The owner came by our table and made sure we were happy. A very nice gesture. Our server was a seasoned server - adding to a wonderful experience. The restaurant can be found down the escalator at Fallsview Casino Highly. Reservations are highly recommended. You can also book on Open Table.
Food is below average. Nothing special. Expensive for what you get Our service was great. We will not be going back. Food
Great lunch experience! We enjoyed our California Style Veal Sandwich -nice big piece of veal on the freshest bun. Service was great - we will be back!
This place has amazing food!Never Fails!Dino and his son are a pleasure to have as servers!
Very great experience, the food was very tasty and yummy, the staffs was really lovely. I recommend it :)
Been in Niagra for a few days since we are Italian we decided we had enough steak for the week and needed something more like home. LOL. we decided to try Vittorios and it turns out we made a great choice. Dino (the famous waiter here) was phenomenal to say the least and speaks Italian and we heard him singing in Italian. we had Caesar Salad, Rigatoni Bolognaise and Mushroom fettuccini Alfredo. It was just like we made it ourselves. tutto era squisito!!! Oh, Make a reservation.
The prices were too high and should be shown on website as we would of gone elsewhere had we known how overpriced everything is. Situated next to Burger King and not very private and not much of a great atmosphere which again you would expect with high prices. We wont be back.
Tremendous food. Perfect steak and veg, seafood pasta and vodka penne. Friendly service.
The staff is working so slowly. She forgot one of our order. Be careful! Bad service!!!
Our waiter, Dino was the best! We enjoyed our bruschetta and ravioli.
We were craving Italian food and I was told that this place had gluten free pasta so I had to go here. We started off with the fried Calamari and Shrimp. The appetizer was good but it was a tad overcooked. Our main course was delicious I had the gluten free penne alfredo with mushrooms and chicken. The waiter was super nice and very attentive. I wasnt a huge fan of where the restaurant was because it was all the way at the end of the walkway but that was the only negative thing Id have to say about this place.
Our server Dino was excellent!!! Thanks Dino
We had diner there, and while the food is not terrible, it is overpriced. We had a plate of pappardelle parmigiano and ravioli filled with cheese. They left us unimpressed, although not a bad plate. If it was price correctly - that is at least 30/40% cheaper, they it would be matching the quality of the food offering. But at this price, one might expect better. I would not necessarily recommend this restaurant as I believe there is better options around, at this price or even cheaper.
Overpriced and not good. Im European so I dont know if this is the standard in Canada but I can guarantee the pasta was not nicely made.
The food tastes good but the serving sizes are small for what you pay for.
Expensive and bad food.
Excellent quality food & service - Welcoming host at the door and our server Victoria was helpful in making our selections and ensuring everything was absolutely perfect. Well done - 5 star review - Highly Recommended
The food was mediocre and the service was very slow. The pricing was outrageous. For the price there are better options for Italian dining.
So we tried this restaurant....we all got sick the day after and really the food/service was bad. Will never return. The manager lady was so rude and treated us so bad... embarrassing for the restaurant.
We tried Vittorios for the first time this week, and were thoroughly impressed. The food was amazing, as were all of the staff members that we encountered. I had spaghetti with meatballs, and being a big eater, ordered a side dish of 3 extra meatballs. Have to say, the meatballs in the side dish were a meal in themselves, and really good. Desserts were incredible as well. If youre looking a great place to eat, reasonably priced, this is it.
Our server was very fast and attentive. The quality of the vegetables and pasta are amazing, very fresh! The food was much better than I anticipated. Definitely would recommend to try this place out if you are staying in the area!
The food here is amazing!!! I wish we had one where I live. The service was great to. Def comming back the next time I come to Niagara falls
Was there Yesterday. Tried some pizza slices and they were decent in taste but exorbitantly priced. Paid almost 50 dollars for 5 mediocre sized slices. Wouldn t recommend for pizza slices. Not sure about rest of the items on the menu. But a pizza slice @$8 is a loot.
The best kept secret in Niagara Falls. The first day here my husband and I stumbled upon this place and just gave it a shot. The food was so amazing that we had to come back the second day to get dinner. We ordered the homemade bread which came with a great assortment of olives and our entrée was Noche with vodka sauce and chicken. The staff is so friendly and amazing. They all made us feel like we were home!!!
Pretty pedestrian fare. Overpriced for mediocre quality. Problem is its in a food court. They do have on-premises seating, so its a real restaurant though they serve at a food court counter, as well. My salmon was fine but unremarkable. My wife didnt like her chicken parmisiana at all. Nice waiter and good service.
This is a hidden gem in a food court in the casino in Niagara Falls, Canada. We had lunch and dinner on two separate days and I highly recommend! Excellent food!
We had a lovely dining experience at Vittorios Italian Eatery on Sunday, July 3rd. We were met with a lovely young lady who was very attentive to our ordered items. The food was served in a timely manner and was very delicious. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.
My pizza was probably delicious when they made it 4 hours ago. A bit soggy and not warm at all.. disappointed
THANKYOU IT was amazing THANKYOU FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY SPECIAL
Have been hearing great things about this place lately, so as locals, we decided to check it out. We booked a 5:30 reservation using the OpenTable app on July 27th- it was a super easy process and our table was ready upon arrive. We requested a booth which was very nicely tucked away in a private, yet engaging area- just enough action to make you feel still part of the restaurant, but intimate enough that it didn t take away from the fantastic cuisine. We started with the antipasto for two and the Caesar salad- the portions were huge and the food was fresh. The assorted meats and cheeses were definitely sliced in house, and the bread served with the platter was to die for! I had the chicken parmesan and my dining partner for the evening had the New York Strip loin- both cooked to perfection, perfectly portioned and presented. We finished off with the tiramisu a perfect, lightly sweet finish to wrap up the experience. Thanks for the great experience Vittorio s, see you again soon!
Food was amazing specially their lamb. Customer service was awesome. Keep up the good work. Ciao
Despite being empty they would not honor my reservation
Despite being empty, I made a reservation and they wouldn t honor my reservation. Presumably because we are a Black family and they are racist. Plus the managerial guy in the back looks like a Jojo s Bizarre Adventure character. The middle eastern spot Paramount next to them was much better and seated us with open arms.
Their pizza is the only pizza that I have ever thrown out in my life instead of eating. Most bland unappetizing pizza Ive ever experienced. Also way overpriced on top of it all.
Good food, fair prices...wine list was better than most...nice location for a stroll after dinner by the falls. Service was good.
I would rate then a half star if I could. All I can say is that the portions were a big disappointment unfortunately after spending $58. my husband and I are still starving. Terrible value for the money. Take your money elsewhere if you enjoy normal portions.
Overpriced for literally one meatball and spaghetti out of a can. No seasonings on anything, pasta was over cooked and just overall not a good flavour. Avoid if you can.
As Italian eateries go, I only got a slice in passing, but by golly it was the best slice Ive had since my time as a professional pizza tester at pizza hut. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for!
It was an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Good food& Drinks.
This restaurant is in the lower floor food court, and it was so yummy! Great prices, wonderful service and food that had me going back to have the same dishes again! Eating these dishes just makes you feel good!
Ate dinner here in May 2022 with my family. Didnt plan to but it was a good choice as we were walking around looking for a place to eat. The service was excellent. The food was good. And the ambience was positive.
Was very disappointed last night at dinner. Food wasn t fresh, tasted old. Caesar salad had unknown ingredients in it, chicken looked fake. Had gnocchi pasta and it was very fishy assume cross contamination. As well my father had a seafood dish with mussels, one wasn t open, what a waste of money. Also had to ask for table bread, it came at the end of our meal. For the trouble they took it off our bill, even though it should already be free at an Italian restaurant. I m sad to say my family won t be back, it used to be very good, so unfortunate.
Incredible service, and outstanding food. Under recommendation of a friend, we came here and we are so happy we did. Dino and Tommy were very attentive and made our experience personalized and memorable. The food is so tasty. Eat here now! You will be so glad you did.
We essentially had two plates of pasta for over $100. We were a table of 3 - one adult, a toddler and a 6 year old and none of us left full or satisfied. The pasta quality and quantity were both lacking. We ordered a side of mushrooms and chicken that was sufficient for only my toddler. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
What a lovely little eatery! Staff are friendly, attentive, and made wonderful suggestions regarding the menu. Don t let their location in the food court fool you. This place is a gem, right in the middle of chain restaurants but stop in you will be impressed! Nicely done Vittorio s thanks for a great experience for this visiting Seattleite!
Really good food and attention
We were staying at the Hilton and ventured to the Fallsview, found this place tucked away in the back downstairs. We were not disappointed, our waitress Mattea was the absolute best! She was very attentive, courteous and made sure we had the best service. The food was delicious and enormous, I could barely finish with the large portion. Well definitely be back whenever were in town again and would definitely recommend.
First time going here. I felt that the food was decent, the staff was kind and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. My major concern about this place is the price. Apps, an entrée a desert costed about 160 dollars for 2 people. I also felt that the service was a little slow despite there being only a few people. Set aside at least 1.5 hours if you plan to eat here.
Service was great. The restaurant was very nice but the food was terrible. Very pricey dinner that we couldnt eat. It was awful.
. We decided to eat here cause we received a $20 off coupon from staying at the Sheridan. But I forgot to take it out when we asked for the bill. Only realized it when I got back to the hotel and saw it in my purse. I called them and they said they can t do anything about it. Which sucks cause the food wouldve been prices alright if the coupon was used, otherwise it was overpriced considering the quality and not worth it at all. The waitress was really nice though. But it also doesn t say on the coupon that it needed to be shown before asking for the bill.
Horrible food, extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity. The staff is good though. Never going back again.
I really enjoyed the food here; their truffle risotto is amazing! The ambiance is not the best given it opens up to the food court, but overall I would still return. It s also in a convenient location connected to the casino and Hilton hotel.
Great place good food and service.
Surprisingly good food if you consider the surroundings are like a mall foodcourt but once you enter their space it feels more intimate.
Hope this place reopens soon. Miss their excellent food. Very nice servers.
Expensive but food was delicious, service was great!
Visited on Sunday evening for dinner. Besides getting our gnocchi order wrong, was very disappointed to learn that I was paying just shy of $30 for quite literally 10 gnocchi. I am not opposed to paying for a good meal but this was pitiful to say the least and both the pasta and pizza were also cold to top things off. The only upside was our waitress was very apologetic and pleasant and the only reason I didn t make a bigger deal was that I didn t want the waitress to be penalized in any way when it really was not her fault. Food was by no means worth the price.
Absolutely perfectly cooked pasta all around great food and a very nice atmosphere. Definitely something to check out if you are in the falls
They heated pizza slice to early before sandwich was done so pizza was cold and unappealing.
super yummy pasta
Great place, has private booths. Great service
The food was hot and delicious. The carefully prepared mixed vegetable soup was a surprise. Its a formal Italian restaurant, not food court food.
Very good restaurant!
Not so great..... We were greeted by someone who should not be greeting guests. We were then shown to out booth, and the hostess was never seen ever again.....place seems nicely decorated. We waited and waited,We waited and waited,We waited and waited,We waited and waited,We waited and waited,We waited and waited,We waited and waited.....no greeting , no waitress introduction, no waters, no drink orders, NOTHING. No one scanning the tables in thier section, whos section is this???? Menu had the usual , expensive suspects, all with out the usual service. So we had had enough and start to put out jackets on, THEN the waitress come over and asks if we have been helped. Nope not at all. We ask how long is it going to take as our child is hungrey and we all have been waiting got so long to even be greeted by a waitress. She explains its just to busy tonight Wow So we decide to leave. No apology. End up going to the outside kiosk to grab anything for our child. I grab a slice of pizza and ask about some pasta. The Guy at the counter says It will be 30min. We are really busy Wow. I would suggest a couple things to this reataurant. Schedule more staff. Hire better staff. Train your staff better. Greet your guests. Apologize when things go wrong. Notice when things go wrong. Substitute we are just to busy for wait times are longer than normal The slice of Pizza was horrendous. Pizza sauce ? Whats that.... ? Nope not on this greasy expensive mess of a pizza slice. If you want an italian experice, simply go elsewere, this place was horrific. There are tons of other choices were you will be treated to a nice meal at a fair price with good service. This is not the place. Cant stress how much you should AVOID.
Great service, excellent atmosphere. Drinks were great. Food is so so. Not worth the price.
Good food, not great. Fairly expensive. Portions arent very big. Asked to move our seat since the fruit flies at our table were getting annoying. Had the gnocchi and chicken parmesan. They bring out oil for bread but dont bring any bread. $9 for bread thats free at any other Italian restaurant Ive ever been to.
Very good but expensive no toilet you have to go way out
The food over is fantastic especially pizza. Great taste ....I love this place.
Great food.
Great authentic Italian food and outstanding service!
Great food and service. We did the 5 course meal with a Groupon. Everything was wonderful. The beat salad was amazing as well as the chicken parm. My only knock on the restaurant is that it is connected to the food court and not enclosed to be separated from the food court. If you go, request one of the booths with the curtain. It helps keep some of the food court noise away.
Nice place
Garbage food. Dont eat here, esspecially if your italian.
The food is bland, overpriced for the quality and portions not that great. This is far from being a quality Italian restaurant.
Very nice the best enjoyed the day
Great food
The restaurant was difficult to find, the restaurant was empty, we thought about leaving, but decided to try it. Very disappointed, the food lacked taste, very expensive for the quality and quantity. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The service is good, the food is OK, the price is $$$ ! Thats why the hotels give you a CAN$ 30 coupon per table ! We split our group to benefit from the coupon per table.
Good Place To Eat
So...the food is excellent...the service(Jamie) was excellent..portions are large...but I found it a little expensive. We went on a Groupon which was the way to go.If we did not have that our meal would have been $200.00 for a eestaurant near a food court. Please do not dismiss Vittorios...but perhaps share a meal may be in order.
Ate here for a work function. We had a family style meal with several courses. Food and service was great. Located at the lower level of the Fallsview casino.
They gouge you, asked for bread, it is supposed to be Italian, server says bread is $9.00 veal parm is $42..said born and raised Niagara Falls and DeGeorgios said get 15% off..already ordered 3oz. Glass wine for $13 said if you have coupon .geez this place in food court, no washroom.. Ended up having spaghetti and meatballs only $ 25..dont go there , go to mama Mias or casa .sauce so salty etc
Best pasta ever..
Great food and very good service.
Authentic Italian food!!!! Sauce is the real deal. Pasta is fresh and the bread is awesome!
Too expensive for too little and not very good...
It looked to be very fancy and probably expensive ..so as attractive as it appeared ..we declined to dine
Best place FINALLY!! Highly recommended this to non-italians to full Italians!! Ask for Amy!! Amazing server! Will come back for sure!! Great for corporate/birthday/anniversary events!!
