I ordered 2 lbs of wings. One lb with honey garlic sauce and 1 lbs with no sauce (sauce on side). I received both pounds in one container covered in sauce. My kids didn t get to eat because they only eat plain wings, which the pound with no sauce was for them. I spent $75 on this meal

I have spent a ton of money at this place but no longer. I will not spend money at a place that calls their customers liars. Especially when they make the mistake!! I ordered pizza and wings for my daughter and I from their website for delivery. Tipped and everything. After an hour and a half I called them to see where my food was. After being put on hold multiple times I was then informed they already delivered it to me..even though I had been looking out of my front door for over an hour. They kept saying I had it and they took a picture. So I went to the store and they showed me the picture of someone else s house and still tried to tell me it was mine. They confirmed the address multiple times and kept referencing the picture of someone else s house!!!! After a lot of back and forth of them telling me they couldn t issue a refund to my card, I was heated and they eventually gave me cash but said they were going to follow me home to verify the picture. I said perfect! Follow me! Wouldn t you know half way home they went a different direction. Convenient. I will never order from this place again. Between the company I work for and me personally we have spent so much money here. But not again after this. Do not call me a liar.

Ordered 2 pizza for my fellow co-workers. 1 regular pep and cheese and red sauce And 1 with pesto as I cant have the red sauce. They sent both with red sauce. Excellent pizza, perfectly made wings but sadly there were no drumette part of the wings the wing part that looks like a small drumstick, they were all the other wing part the wingette the middle part of the wing, 2 pounds of them, no drumettes at all.

So its Fathers day, we are having family and friends over, my father went in 3 days ago to ask if he could have order read for 1230/1pm today, they said it would be no problem, so today he goes to get pizza, very simple was half wings with sauce and the other half with none, so he gets back and they are all sauced, I called and said I will bring the half back, we just want the proper wings, and that I would even drive there so it wouldnt cost the company to hire a driver to bring our order, the man told me that theres nothing he can do, this was a 100$ order, so bog loss on them, as none of our family and our neighborhood will buy from them ever again. It was there mistake, and I was even willing to go get the wing and bring the sauced ones back. Its OK though, this was super unprofessional on their point. The pizza was good, but the service was terrible.

Spent almost $70 got 3 lb of chicken wings that the meat was clearly not fully cooked the had to throw it out when I called backThe next day cuz they were closed by the time I got home and ate the owner told me that its the kind of chicken they use its normal for meat to be very pink and that i was wrong that the wings werent cooked fully and all he would do is give me a free lbs the next time i order then hung up with out taking my info to know who i am next time. The young man working at 1230 am March 25 was the best! I ordered the walknin and said olives but truly it was a mistake on both ends and he made pep and olives..went to pick up 10 mins b4 closing and he insisted he could make me a new one as Im vegetarian. Never have any complaints about the food here, but this location is terribly slow and more importantly, needs to communicate their delivery fees better when ordering online. Their website defaults to this location for me even when trying to order from St Catharines (which is closer by a whole 1km), and despite the order confirmation giving me a delivery charge of $2.99, they will call 45min to an hour later when theyre ready to deliver stating that the delivery fee will be $10 to $12 (dont know why this varies) because Im too far away.. in Thorold South. This has happened on numerous occasions but if it werent for it being the only pizza option past midnight this weekend, I would have placed an order elsewhere.

Will not be ordering from here again I ordered a 24 slice party tray and the way the cut it I only got 20 slices I called to tell them and the one person said hold on then talked to another person told them the same thing and all they said it was a full pizza right and I said yeah but they way you cut it it was only 20 slices and not 24 then all I got was dead air because they didn t know what to say to me. None of them apologized to me.. I thought customers are suppose to be always right. I do not recommend if you want 24 slices you will only get 20 slices. The whole reason for ordering out is so you don t have to do the work and it is already prepared for you.

absolutely incompetent staff. called just before 10pm for one pizza delivery to a house just around the corner. employee asked for the address probably 6 or 7 times. by 11:15pm pizza still hadn t come, tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but decided to call again. they continued to ask us to repeat the address another 5 times then kept us on hold for probably 10 minutes, while we had to listen to the staff talk amongst themselves. then they told us that they lost our order, and that ordering again would be another hour wait. cmon guys do better.

So disappointed with how this turned out because before ordering I specifically called them to ask if everything was halal and the girl on the phone said yes, I made sure to re ask the question like everything is halal right and she said yes. I order for pick up on Uber eats and I walked in and the guy tells me the the pepperoni isn t halal and I was shocked because how can someone from your store tell customers false information like that. At the same time they don t have any proof that they re halal certified at all and I ll never come back to this place. I did appreciate the workers because they were nice and re made the pizza for me with the halal toppings again I did apologize because I ve never ordered. The amount of food cost that s going to waste because their menu isn t clear and people picking up the work phone with the wrong information is absolutely ridiculous. If the guy didn t tell me that it wasn t halal I would of took this situation more seriously. Food was good but they didnt give my son in law our drinks and when I called to tell them, they didnt even offer to drop the drinks off and said we should go pick them up, after he already drove across town once. They should have brought us the drinks they forgot, but at least the food was good, like usual. I still recommend them, but I am expecting a phone call apologizing for their mess up, not ours. Would like to see someone cutting /boxing and another handling the customer pickup and the delivery guys. Need a cashier! Waited 10 mins for pizzas that were keeping warm on the oven while buddy is busy with pizzas coming off conveyor. Handling customer/deliveryman then back to boxing food with no gloves or hand washing.

I got the early bird deal ... XL size, so 2 XL pizzas, 3 toppings on each, 1 lb. of wings, 2 dips, 3 pops, and a loaf of garlic bread. I added on 1 lb. of wedges ... everything came delivered HOT and fresh !!! Wings tasted bbqed ? So good ... pizza was perfect, nice toppings !!! All this was $55 !!!! I have no complaints... and have already told everyone at work (walmart), all about my wonderful experience !!! We will definitely become regulars !!!

Very rude and worst customer service. Here is the my pizza the worst pizza, I ordered with topping of red onion and there is no single onion, they never send you the dippings and then on call they say we never charged you for dipping. Their manager took my order even manager don t know how to take proper order. I called them and said i want my money back the manager said i will not return the money do whatever you wanna do.

I had my order delivered so I dont have any opinion on the inside of the store. I dont usually fill out feedback or rate anything. This food was ridiculously tasty. The wings tasted like restaurant quality. There was plenty to go 3 days for my family. The only thing I would add is dessert. Maybethey had some I just didnt see it. Lucky there is no stars. I was a good customer till now. 5 years with getting my pizza from. They messed up my order too weekends in a row. Told me last weekend my next order was free delivery man came and asked for the money. I even talked to them as I was ordering and the guy agreed. Hello, I ordered 2 large pizzas and 3 pop from the website under deals. Well one of the pizzas was missing a topping, and on top of it. I ordered delivery (where I dont drive) and was called saying their driver did not show up. And that I had to come into the store to get my order. Which left me scrambling to find a drive in to pick it up. I wasnt offered anything for my trouble. No discount, no free item, nothing... Im severely not impressed., Everytime I order from here something get messed up, either the crust type is wrong, or they dont send the right pops, or something is missing from the order

However today Twice the deal lost a customer.. after giving them the benefit of the doubt and enduring countless screw ups I decided to call and inquire to why it had been over 2 hours since ordering and the driver still had not shown up at my house. After telling me the driver is on their way now another 30 minutes goes by so I call back to check again because the store is no more then a 5 minute drive away and I had this misfortune of the gentleman answering the phone being extremely rude cutting me off mid sentence anytime I tried to speak and when i told him Im considering canceling my order and going elsewhere he told me to f@#k off and hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service. No apology. No attempt to correct the situation and lastly zero attemp at customer retention. Dont waste your time or money here unless you enjoy sub pat food and being treated like trash.

Absolute worst service Ive ever had in my life. Ordered a pizza at 650, was told one hour until delivery, they call back in one hour and say one more hour, another hour goes by so I call them and get hung up on. After close to 2 and a half hours they show up but I had already ordered another pizza. Order online at 5:04pm June 30th. 550 they called saying it would be another half hour hours ago by when they called saying half hour. I called them back said hes on his way waited another half hour. This is a walk in and take out pizzeria, or order in advance for pick up or delivery. The pizza is great, better than any of the others I have tried so far in Niagara Falls. And the prices are also the best I have found in the area. 2 large slices and a bottle of pop for less than $6 is by far the best deal in town! I have stopped by for a quick lunch numerous times and am always greeted by friendly faces that are quick to take my order. I have only ordered a full pizza once from here. It was very competitive pricing, prepared to my liking and ready when they told me it would be. And as always, the staff was friendly and kind. They sent me home with two pounds of jerked wings, and one honey garlic when it was supposed to be one jerk, one honey won Buffalo. So I was disappointed with my first experience. Don t think I will go back because all the other options in agra falls. Maybe if they made it right somehow I might use them again.

Their customer service is worst, even they don t take the order properly, I ordered pizza 3 times, they never send extra dipping even if we order and ready to pay. When I complained that I didn t got dipping the manger said what is the issue if you didn t got dipping we didn t charged you for it. And last time I ordered veggie pizza they sent us pepperoni pizza again when I called the manager even didn t apologized and they offered to exchange pizza and later sent the cold pizza.. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I m changing my review here, it was negative but I ve since decided to give it another chance but for pickup only. Not delivery. Pizza is good fresh. I still believe that the best positive is that They have a great deal for walk in slice purchases. But be weary of delivery, maybe skip that convenience ; my experience was that delivery takes long enough for the pizza to get cold, multiple times. So, pickup ! Delivery .

Lucky can t choose a 0 star. We have came here for years, even though we have experienced so many horrible times here. We have had baked finger nail that broke off in our wings. Contacted store immediately asked for them to do an exchange and have another one delivered. Manager refused said we have a credit on file and to just call and they will honour next time. We call and the staff and store employees were so rude to us, they accused us of making it up and saying they won t do anything about it. This is not the first incident with this place! I do not understand how they are still running, I know friends who have had staples found in their pizza, hair baked in and more. Stay away!

The product is good FOR THE PRICE Don t know why you would chop solomi (pardon my spelling) in tiny pieces.. it should be the same as pepperoni..the only reason would be a tough cheap inferior topping. Dipping sauce is free because it part of deal has zero taste because it s free I would like to be able to order a pizza without it having to. R a deal with pop have no use for pop would rather pay a cheaper price

The chicken wings were not what ordered. Garlic bread was stale and overcooked. Never had this problem with this restaurant. Huge disappointment Vegetarian options: Great choices

We ordered online and when the food didnt come at the time we had requested I called in and the gentleman was really confused and didnt seem to have our order. When he finally found it he said oh it will be 10 more min. 15 min later they showed up. I think the order was lost or something so we werent impressed with the timing as our lunch was done by the time the food arrived and we are just up the street, but I will say that this is the first time this has happened and the food is delicious, so that is why I didnt give a full 5 stars.

My kids liked the pizza here and we have ordered many times, I always thought it was sub par. Tonight my son had a friend over and decided to grab an order before he needed to leave for work. We ordered online as per usual and waited. After an hour and a half it hadnt showed up and we called the location to inquire. We explained the situation and whoever was on the phone insisted that delivery had been made when it had not been. My wife was yelled at and told she was basically a liar. The driver was then put on the phone with my wife and told her she refused to answer him , (he was calling her for some reason) but the phone never rang. Literally as the employee on the phone again insisted the pizza was delivered and hung up on me it finally showed up. I hope the video of me giving the driver the finger goes viral. I canceled the transaction with Visa because the employee on the phone refused to refund me. I will not tolerate my wife or me talked to with such disrespect. The wings suck too!

I called to tell they forgot half the order when they delivered. They said it was on its way but never arrived. Called and told them and they just kept saying it was on its way.

STAW AWAY!!!! The overall quality of the meal is subpar Unfortunately, this marks the third consecutive disappointing order. If you want to regret it for next day after youve had your meal, this is the place to buy Pizza from. I got pizza, garlic bread, and wings from them and everything tasted yuckk. The only thing consistent here is their higher standards in making food that lacks quality and will make you sick.

When we got our order the one pizza had the topping stuck to the lid of the box, I had ordered the sauce on the side for my wings and the sauce was on the wings so people couldnt eat them and the garlic bread was not wrapped in wax paper and the cheese that was supposed to be on the bread was all in the bag the bread came in. not happy!!!

November 25/2023 - Seems writing PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE PIZZAS in three separate places is ignored. They lost the ability to cut even sized pieces, I would be embarrassed to served this to guests where someone gets a tiny wedge. Not only that, the picture I posted is supposed to have Pepperoni on Half the pizza - its not! The last order, we had a Tray, the sides had some sauce on it but nothing else, just dough puffed up. I think we will Order from Metro on McLeod next time. Terrible, this is the second time now, we tried to give it another chance but again disappointed. The pizza is so dry and never fresh, lots of pizzas sitting on the oven waiting to be boxed up but they are so disorganized. Pizza was ready sat for another 15 mins waiting for wings. So disappointing

DO NOT ORDER! The worst ever. Took an hour and 30 minutes to deliver. It came cold and I called for a refund. They outright refused to refund. The night manager raised his voice, was rude and said that there was no way of refunding. B.S. he hung up on me and told me to bring back my cold pizza. This is after 2 hours. They were rude, disrespectful and refused to do the right thing.

When ordering online it didnt indicate that it would be $10 extra for delivering in Chippawa, the store called and informed me, after discussing it to say there was nothing indicating the extra cost, they did accommodate me this one time and didnt charge me the extra delivery fee. The pizzas were good, the garlic bread was good, the wings had an odd after taste and the hot sauce was very greasy not what I was thinking but the service made up for everything! Would definitely eat from there again

Havent been to Twice The Deal Pizza in Niagara Falls on Thorold Stone Rd. for a couple of years. For some stupid reason I decided to go in today. What a mistake. First off, they had the music blasting so loud you couldnt hear yourself think. Secondly, I dont think the crust was cooked, it was very doughy. Third, when did the mushrooms become chopped into tiny pieces. Dont think Ill go back. Finally, when I tried to send comments to the head office, kept getting error messages.

Not impressed with this location at all, Ordered a Pizza Online at 7:30AM for Delivery of 12:30PM for a work Pizza Party. The Pizza was a total of 45 minutes late arriving, after the first 10 minutes of it being late I contacted the Company and greeted very rudely and unprofessionally. When explaining the Pizza was late and I inquired of a discount I was laughed at by the Worker on the Phone who then continued to rudely interrupt me and yell 10 minutes after the pizza was already late to being with.

Ordered twice from the location on Thorold Stone road and had two bad experiences. Dont waste your time or money just order from somewhere else!! 1-ordered online for a set time and pizza showed up over and hour late. They said it was because they were to busy. Still paid full price and would not give a discount. Very rude customer service on phone 2- placed online earlier in the day for set delivery time. Called 1/2 hour after set time because the order hadnt come yet. Called location and was told they forgot to make the order. Said it would be made now and arrive in 1/2hr. To make up for their mistake they offered a free dipping sauce thats it which wasnt good enough. They offered to give me two free dipping sauces. Customer service was awful. The person was very rude and arrogant. They acted like i was bothering them. I ended up cancelling the order and placed an order with pizza pizza which was delicious and no issues with delivery

Ordered pizza at 4:10, website said 45 minutes for delivery when we ordered. At 5:10, I called the store - person who answered had no clue about the order and walked away from the phone to go find out about it - waited for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back again. Was then told that they called me when I placed the order and said delivery would take up to two hours - I told them nobody called me. He said if its not there in 10 minutes to call back and hed give me a discount. Pizza did arrive at 5:40, but it was cold - management clearly has no idea about customer service or how to run a business. Not recommended.

I have ordered trays of pizza from here before and they were good, this one must have been an off day, as there was barely any sauce, the ratio of pepperoni was off on each slice and at 2 of the corner pieces there was more crust than toppings .the cheesy bread was good and we received the dipping sauce we were supposed to

Ordered Delivery , After an 45 mins i called the place since the pizza wasnt here. they offered a discount if the guy didnt show up in 10 mins. called back 10 mins later and asked where the driver was and they just kept talking about the discount. hour and a half later no sign of the driver i called back and just told them to cancel terrible customer service it was like they had no idea where there own driver was.
