Well-spirited morning, noon, and night, Lucky's Restaurant & Bar introduces a new dining experience. The elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are classic yet modern perfectly in tune with the stunning art-deco setting. At night, the chic lounge transforms into a space reminiscent of a vintage speakeasy. Specially created handcrafted cocktails and an atmosphere designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle emphasizes the social experience and our vibe-driven approach.
Fantastic experience! We ordered the Lucky’s Omelet with fortino Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The omelet was perfectly cooked, with a generous amount of cheese that added the perfect creamy richness. The service was also exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it was a great meal in a good atmosphere.
Our “go to” spot at 1am after hitting the casino. Also a great breakfast spot! Live entertainment. Great bartenders. Decent table side service. Relaxed atmosphere, casual attire. Clean. Breakfast is reasonable, dinners are a bit pricey. Diner-ish with a more comfortable bar atmosphere attached.
The experience here is worth 4 stars, but I would say the food was 3. The Reuben Sandwhich was pretty tough and salty, it almost tasted like the Costco pre-packaged packs you could buy. My wife enjoyed the Classic Breakfast although it was mainly bread taking up the plate & expensive for what it was. The setup is very trendy with nice finishes. This may be the spot to stop in for a few drinks before hitting the casino. Service was excellent.
This is a nice restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food was great. Plus for Niagara the prices were really good too. I got the chick pea wrap which was delicious and my husband got the Burger. Kelly, our waitress was pleasant and helped make our time memorable. Would definitely come back here next time we're in Niagara!
I recently visited a restaurant in Niagara Falls, and while the vibrant decor initially caught my eye, I was let down by the quality of the food. The restaurant had a lively and colorful interior, creating an inviting ambiance for diners. However, the excitement ended there as the taste and quality of the food did not live up to the atmosphere. My friend and I ordered classic burgers and fries, but the flavors were mediocre at best. The burger patties lacked seasoning, and the fries tasted like they could have been frozen. Additionally, I opted for the pasta dish, which unfortunately had no distinctive taste. We both found ourselves reaching for the salt and pepper shakers in an attempt to add some flavor to our meals. The restaurant's prices did not match the quality of the food. For the cost of our dishes, we expected a much better dining experience.
Lucky's Restaurant in Niagara Falls offers stunning decor with a vibrant mural that creates a lively atmosphere. 🎨 The service is friendly, though with only one bartender, drink orders can take a while. 🍹 The fish and chips are generously portioned, suitable for sharing, but the fries are overly salted and too thin. The chickpea wrap, while decent, feels overpriced for its basic ingredients. 💸 Overall, it's a good spot for a quick bite if you're willing to pay a premium for standard chain fare.
Falls View Casino does not provide breakfast buffet like in Vegas. So, for breakfast you have a deli spot inside the casino, I believe a Burger King in the food court, but near the main lobby is Lucky’s. They have a nice selection of breakfast items and the coffee was good. I ordered French Toast but was too satisfied with them. For dinner, it’s best if you book reservations, and they have bands for entertainment at night.
We had a fantastic meal here today and despite reviews here everything was superb, I sometimes think the people who write these reviews should work a day in the life of a restaurant worker, perhaps then they would have a better understanding. Our experience was excellent, yes it was busy but still fabulous!! Highly recommend EDIT: we returned this August have to say it's dropped a little in my ratings, host was prompt but server took a while to get to us, my chicken pot pie was as good as first visit but my wife's fish and chips was very dry and over cooked
Bob and Staff provide excellent customer care. The meatloaf is our fave. The near end of the week intimate music bands play in the evening and are fantastic. The gourmet homemade coconut cream pie is heavenly and a must-have each visit!!!
Tonight I ordered a $25 Reubon which had potential to be very good. There was barely any sauerkraut and after hailing down the waitress I asked for more and she brought it out freezing cold in a dish. It could ve been a good experience, but all the little details really annoyed me. Especially since it wasn t cheap.
The breakfast definitely not worth the price insane looking breakfast sausage I will not be eating here ever agian Food
Our recent pre-concert dinner at Lucky s was just ok. The service was very good, but the food was quite slow coming out, likely because of the pre-concert crush. We ordered fairly standard meals..chicken pot pie which was quite good, but not amazing. The side salad was lettuce swimming in a sweet dressing, which no one would eat. A burger and fries was completely standard, but the patties were dry and overcooked. The decor of this place is fun and classy, but the food seems to be falling into the casino trap, lots of customers but not enough attention to preparation and detail. Parking: Casino parking is abundant and convenient but very expensive
Very excellent food in very large portions. I can honestly say I had the best fish and chips of my life.
Came here on a Saturday night and the live band was fantastic. We sat in one of the booths and loved the bright decor. Ordered the steak and fries and the fries were honestly a highlight. Not sure if my picture does it justice but they were perfectly golden and crispy. Our server was also super nice and attentive throughout the 2 hours we dined.
If I could rate this a zero star I would the blonde bartender who worked close last night was extremely rude and didnt acknowledge us when we came in a family of 5 who came for holidays and she completely ignored us. I ordered one drink and was tipping on a seperate bill and she asked me in front of my whole family if anything was wrong with the drink and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager in a condensing way as my drink was also 10 dollars. Then my sister went to explain how that was extremely rude and was not needed and she continued to complain how she works with no breaks and she got stiffed ! Will never come back the customer service was just horrible and from other reviews seems to be a common problem.
The food took a VERY VERY long time to arrive. Food was not great. A bit tasteless. Food
Great time! Great band! Special thanks to our bartender, Kim for delicious drinks and a fun night!
Magoo, our bartender, rocked both nights we were there!
This is our go-to spot for breakfast whenever we visit Niagara. The food is great and the service is always fantastic. My favourite breakfast dish to recommend to others is the Farmer s Breakfast which comes with the most amazing beans! Try it, you won t be disappointed.
We were looking for live music and drinks to end our anniversary with, and found Luckys. Our waitress was very kind, the drinks were amazing, and the food was delicious. The Bryan Sorenson Groove Trio was playing and theyre fantastic musicians! Luckys is near the casino and other shops, so its a great location for tourists.
I used to love Luckys Restaurant & Bar, especially thanks to the fantastic bartender we had earlier in the year. He seated us, served our food and drinks, and really made the experience enjoyable all by himself. Sadly, that bartender isn t there anymore, and it shows. Last night, we waited about 5-10 minutes to even be seated while two lady servers just walked by without acknowledging us. After finally sitting down by someone that didnt seem to be a server there, we waited another 10 minutes, but neither of them came to take our order. They kept walking past our table without a word, so we ended up leaving. It wasn t even busy. Really disappointing from a place that used to be a favorite.
Where do I start. We ordered chicken wings and smash burger requesting that they cooked well done. The burger was pink inside and chicken wings were avetage. The calamari was rubbery and had no flavor. The fish and chips had a little bit too much batter and had no taste. The best part of our meal was the Cesar salad. The lettuce was fresh and the dressing was great. Would I order from there again? Definitely not.
Luckys is a more expensive alternative when the Fallsview Deli line-up is outta control its definitely prettier and esthetically pleasing. The bar side is gorgeous! The dine-in side has these amazing olive green booths that are roomy and great for couples. Heres the thing. Some of the food here is tasty. My date ordered the Reuben and added a side of fries. I had the chicken sourdough club. We added gravy. Its a huge portion in a gravy boat..but the gravy was clumpy and lumpy...my guy ate it all anyway but a suggestion to the cooks here....you want your gravy thick but it should never be clumpy. We also shared the coconut cream pie. Ok...13$ is ridiculous for pie, BUT it was scrumptious. I find service a little slow at every level... funny thing, they wanted to RUSH us out after we paid, though. Price? A little ouch...It was just over a hundred with the tip. All in all, I can definitely safely recommend the pie if the cost doesnt scare you away....but you can definitely get better sandwiches fries and gravy at the Fallsview Deli
The quality of the food was not the best and when we talked to the manager unfortunately he was very tough with our group we were just trying to give our honest thoughts, and recommendations for the future. He didn t apologise. The quality of the ingredients used were low and cheek and doesn t really fit with what we expected. Hopefully we can see some changes in the near future because the location is amazing and we d love to have a restaurant right by the casino, olg stage.
Food was honestly mediocre at best, the atmosphere and live music were great though.
Really delicious calamari rings and customer service was excellent. Place deserves a higher rating
We arrived without a reservation as we did not realize we needed one at this restaurant. The hostess could have turned us away but she did take us to a table. When we asked if we could sit in a booth we were told they were for reservations. Ok fine, but then she said Im being gracious seating you at all. I was stunned. Anyway we only stayed because my father was with us and it was easier. That being said, our server was great and the food was nothing special but pretty good. It would just be nice if the first person you are greeted by was pleasant.
Delicious breakfast and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere!
Unwelcoming and rude staff with attitude. We walked out so cannot speak to the food or drinks.
Their Reuben sandwich is very good. You get enough meat and cheese and the bread is fully toasted. I would go back there again just for that.
Kim The Best. !!! Love that girl xoxo From Colorado. Kansas and Nebraska Food : 5/5
Best breakfast place I ve been to in a long time! 3 of us ate with coffee and tea for approximately $80 (which is way cheaper than what we paid at iHop). I had huevos rancheros and it was fantastic. Friends had cinnamon French toast and eggs benny. Wonderful spot. Good music. Nice waitress!
The meatloaf dinner was great but their cheese tortellini with prosciutto & mushroom cream dish was phenomenal! Can t wait to come back to have it again!
Huge portions, friendly staff and really cool atmosphere. Love it here!
Kim (Magoo nic) is simply the best bartender to enjoy a meal and drink with. Makes a stunningly perfect dirty martini Food was everything I hoped for to go with everything.
Our server Katie was outstanding. This is a great breakfast place and the staff are outstanding! Thanks again Katie for a great experience and all your help!
Truffle fries are amazing!
Came at 8am with my girlfriend and Kate was an amazing server, very attentive and kind.
We had the pleasure of dining here yesterday as a party of seven. My daughter has Celiac Disease and numerous allergies. Our lovely server Sylvie was amazing, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our meals ranged from omelettes, sandwiches and incredible burgers. I can t say enough about the food and service, excellent!!!!!
I dont think Ive ever had such bad customer service then what I did today. I took my parents to a show and thought to take them to a nice dinner, however that did not happen. The waitress we had was completely unfriendly. My drink sat there empty, my steak was totally undercooked and anytime I asked a question to the waitress, she was full of attitude. I suggest youre bartender/waitress needs to take a course on how to treat your customers. Customer service is key when running a business.
Great quality food!!
Edith is a local treasure. Food is also surprisingly delicious! Food
Ate here while on vacation. Atmosphere was great, live music and good food. Great server as well.
Niagara Falls has an abundance of dining options but unfortunately many of them are not very good. Luckys was an overall very enjoyable and pleasant dining experience. Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. Delicious desserts - Coconut Cream Pie was amazing!
Good staff and great food
Where do I begin? Ugh, the hostess of this place is extremely rude and has an attitude fit for a correctional facility. She s unwelcoming and acts like she doesn t need your business. She s a great candidate for hospitality . The food is extremely subpar and barely edible. Grab a fresh burger in the casino or pay a little more and go to Ponte Vecchio instead. The most Lucky thing you ll get from here is leaving without food poisoning.
Food was good, but portions were really small, considering the high price tag. Not a good value for your money.
Conveniently located in the Fallsview Casino, very close to the main entrance. We were there for a late night cocktail after a show. It has one side which is like a pub/bar with live music, and the other side with tables and booths and bright lights. Larger and brighter with more tables and booths so I would consider that the restaurant side. Theres an open divider between the two spaces. We did not sit in the bar area for a reason. Unfortunately, the music in the bar was VERY loud so speaking and hearing each other was quite difficult. Wait staff, although very pleasant, could be more attentive. They seemed to all be hanging out in the bar. Not many choices to meet up, chat and have a cocktail after 10pm on a Saturday night at The Fallsview Casino.
Prices too high for quality of food - drinks overpriced - live music is cool but way too loud / overall not impressed for a $200 bill Don t get the salmon it was awful
The bartender Randy was so amazing! Very lively and made the most amazing drinks. She made us feel welcomed and I would definitely be coming back! 10 out of 10
Was here for breakfast, and the pancakes were the fluffiest! The Huevos Rancheros was one of the best breakfasts I ve had in a long time! Everything was made very well. Service was amazingly friendly. Would definitely come here again! Dietary restrictions: They accommodate peanut and tree nut allergies
Megan and the manager were an absolute delight! Wonderful service. The food was solidly good, if not overpriced. But honestly, everything in Niagra is overpriced. Good burger. Excellent fries! And they have Franks hot sauce!
Waited over an hour for two salads and a sandwich. Service staff were nice but it seems like their kitchen staff are overloaded.... Food arrived hot, but flavorless. Club is pretty disappointing. Kid-friendliness: Its not really. Its a pub... Dont be that person and bring your kids to a bar.
Great place and staff! Love it here. Pricey, but hey, it s the Falls.
Wife and I thought we d get a nice dinner while at the hotel. My wife ordered the Cornish hen and I ordered a steak medium rare. Hen comes out. Delicious. My steak comes out well done. I kindly tell the bar tender that my steak was cooked wrong. She got very upset with the kitchen and took it back. 10 mins later they bring my food out. Same steak just cooked even more. About a minute later the manager comes over to apologize. I tell him they just cooked my well done steak to jerky and brought it back. He takes my steak, talks to the kitchen, comes back with the same steak and says sorry about that. I don t think you want this steak, do you? I reply no, sir . He laughs and walks away. About 10 mins later my wife says I don t think they are bringing you another steak . I doubted her but once again I shouldn t have because she was right. They just took my dinner away and never offered me a new one. After all of that they had the nerve to say we took the steak off your bill I m sitting there like yeah, I hope so seeing I didn t even get a bite . Never had a restaurant take my food away before. The atmosphere was more focused on the employees arguing with one another and them telling us how mad they are. Maybe they should put more focus into their customers and less into their anger with each other.
The atmosphere by the bar was very speakeasy style. The Cornish hen and the steak were delicious. The espresso martini was made perfectly. Definitely check out this spot if you want a solid dinner that s reasonably priced.
Truffle fries were great. Calamari was a little chewy. Nachos were not the best. Prices were a little much as well but not outrageous.
Because of the touristic area, prices are higher than average but quality of the food was good. Service is ok, nothing special but at the time to pay the gratuity as per standard was 20%... they dont even smile at you so they think they deserve 20% just for bringing the food? Thats their job, 20% gratuity is for the extra mile. Please improve the service and then ask for the extra 20%!
Last day in Niagara Falls! We decided to check out this restaurant across the street. We ordered the chicken club sandwich Luckys burger and meatloaf dinner. Everything was good. The waitress was extremely busy... will definitely come again! Great food experience
We had an outstanding breakfast experience! The Strawberry Nutella French toast was out of this world. The workers were extremely friendly, and we loved the atmosphere. We cant wait to visit again!
I would recommend against this place during peak hours. We waited about 30 mins to get seated, 50 mins for our food, and another 30-40 mins just to get refills. The servers are nice but just not enough table and staff for the amount of people.
After we ordered it took us 50 minutes to get our food served. Even after we finished our breakfast we waited 15 minutes for the bill. They dont even bother to make eye contact. Dont get a pancake.
Overall food was good and our server was attentive, but the hostess of the restaurant killed the experience with somewhat racial stereotypes against me and my boyfriend as Asians. We saw the good ratings about this place and decided to try it out for brunch on Saturday noon time. Restaurant was half full when we arrived, there was a White couple in front of us waiting to be seated so we were right behind them. The hostess is a middle aged woman with permed hair. She told us to give her a couple minutes to clean the table after seating the couple ahead of us. While there was nobody behind us or in front of us, she told us to step aside behind the corridor where basically no one would see us. No one came to our table for at least 10 minutes after being seated, no water no one came to us. I asked a staff at the restaurant that we were ready to order and if she could get us the server. She said yes and then headed to the hostess and told her about us asking for a server. The hostess responded oh my god they could just wait!! Out loud near our table as if we couldn t hear. She also avoided eye contact at all times as if we weren t there. However, she was very nice to other non-Asian costumers and therefore I assumed it was somewhat racial discrimination. Our server came soon after, she was extremely polite and swift with taking orders. But unfortunately the hostess had set the tone of the experience for us. Even though the food was good and our server was nice, I would not come back again to be treated as anything less than a human.
Please update the timings.. we came at 12:30 am and the store is closed ..
The place has a nice ambiance however the service was really bad. The staff barely spoke to us and basically took our order while walking by, the put in zero effort to make you feel welcome. I know youre wondering how busy it must have been but unfortunately it wasnt we were one of 4 tables in the whole restaurant. The food was okay, nothing special. Wasnt worth the money, skip it
Bland & cheap execution We Order steak and fries before going to a show at the OLG. Considering the price an how simple the order we were expecting something decent. Maybe fresh cut seasoned fries, quality cut steak with at least salt and pepper. Unfortunately we were served a flavorless steak & frozen shoestring French fries. The wait staff were either miserable or snotty. Our waitress came by twice. Once to get our order and once to give us the cheque. The bus boy brought our meal. We were planning on ordering an after dinner drink but no one came over. If you find yourself at the casino and plan to eat do yourselves a favor and go for a stroll. Youll find something way better.
Today around 5pm I was awaiting to be attended to per the sign at the front entrance that stated please wait to be seated . Two lady s one younger and one older was at the front entrance talking while glancing at me multiple times but yet came to attend to me. Roughly 5 mins later two lady s walked up and the older lady at the entrance immediately greeted them and asked how may I help you? That was extremely disrespectful to have me standing there not to acknowledge my presence as someone who is attempting to spend money there. I waited for about 5 mins before the older lady attended to me, which was after they had already greeting the two women that came after me. This entire ordeal just seems prejudice and/or their biases were on full display since I am a young black man and they attended to the two white women before me.
I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus, IT was DELICIOUS it had a great atmosphere and the waiters were great! Would come again.
Hailey was an amazing server. The atmosphere was spot on. If you are ever in the Fallsview Casino stop by for dinner. And round it out at the bar for drinks with Allie who serves em up strong for loyal customers.
Very convenient for pre or post show dinner, within the casino. Lacking in ambiance but the booths are nice size for a couple to dine. Servers and hosts very pleasant but as you would expect for a casino restaurant, the food is overpriced. Taste and presentation, it is also just mediocre. I ordered a jumbo lump crab cake appetizer, as my main. The crab cake was $35 CAD and it was about three bites (see photo). When i asked about the price relative to the size, I was told its about quality not quantity . I can assure you there were no lumps of crab in this thing. It was shredded crab and though it was definitely real crabmeat, they should be ashamed to charge $35 for it. Would not eat here again nor recommend, and if it wasn t for the pleasant service, I would have given it a lower score.
Ordered take out. pic is chicken pot pie strangest pot pie I have ever seen but tried to eat it but Tasteless. Got the grandson mashed potatoes. Thought they gave us the wrong item husband returned what we thought was mushy stuffing only to be told it was in fact the mashed .once bitten ...will NEVER go back or recommend..over priced slop.
Awesome restaurant, awesome cocktails, food was excellent and awesome service. The Caesar salad homemade bacon homemade dressing it s ridiculous, the fettuccine Bolognese it was amazing. I cannot express better myself with the best restaurant that I ever been in Ontario Canada, especially with the service at the bar from Randi. She was phenomenal and the espresso martini she made for me went to another level. This place is underrated at 4.0. I think it deserves a 4.8 or 4.9. I will come back to Niagara Falls Ontario Canada and I will be back to this restaurant for sure.
The place looks very nice but that s about it. It took an hour for us to get our food and the food was not even good. You re basically paying for the atmosphere. The service was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.
Overall a nice place to dine in. Went for breakfast and had Banana pancakes & Egg Shakshuka. Both dishes were nice. Service was average. Little bit pricey but expected in tourist destination. Still would come back for the pancakes!!
Horrible quality. Worst burger ever...meat was dry...burger falling apart. Kids home fries completely burnt. Will not be back Food
We had dinner at another restaurant but parked in the casino parking lot. As we were heading back to the garage I heard live music and so we ended up here and sat at the bar. We had a couple drinks and enjoyed the music. The bartender was friendly. We shared a slice of the mile high chocolate cake and it was delicious. My boyfriend said don t ask how much it was though so it might cost more than the average piece of cake but trust me it tastes better too!! Parking: Paid garage on-site
We were unlucky enough to get a table. After waiting 10 minutes, we debated leaving, but our waitress came and took our order. Food was bland or disgusting depending on the order. Bill was overpriced even for Canadian money. Never got checked on a single time.
the eggs benny was good. presentation alright. server was very nice but she was so busy seemed understaffed. the home fries were hard couldn t eat them. drinks good!
This place is awesome. Just popped in for a drink for my last night in Niagara. It was after everything else had closed. Kim greeted me once I walked in the door. She was on point for getting my drinks ready. Learning she is new to the position I m very pleased with her. All of a sudden there was a guy asking Kim if it was ok to bring in like 20-25 people. She said of course. And that s when Rohit also came out. He knew a new person learning might need a hand after such a crazy dinner rush. And so late at night. I watched him guide Kim to make sure all drinks were served fast and to the person who ordered. I think I literally watched Kim walk a 4-6L tray out to the customers. Rohit then made a bunch of cocktails for everyone. Very amazing experience to just sit and watch.
Very disappointed with the service at Lucky s, we made reservations, had waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated, we had to walk in to find a staff member to seat us, our waitress took our order, we ordered drinks, an appetizer and our meals, we waited over 45 minutes and wasn t checked on once .. finally the food comes and they didn t even bring the appetizer, they brought our meals, and it wasn t even our waitress serving it, we let the manager know we didn t receive our appetizer, and about how disappointing the service was and he just kept telling us how they were understaffed
The food took almost 45 minutes to arrive even though there were only two other tables, and one of them got their food first despite us being before them. The salmon and the chicken were good, but the truffle fries and fettuccini were only okay.
The bartender named Randi had to be the best bartender I ve ever encountered. Her professionalism, work ethic and the flavour of her drinks were phenomenal. She killed it! Will be back and will recommend to others because of her!
This place has a lot of potential, it looks and feels great. Its a major let down in terms of service. No ones at the front to welcome guests so youre left waiting a while before youre seated, the staff is quite lovely and Im sure its understandable if there is a lack of staff but the delays are way too long and you start to feel abandoned. Meals came out before appetisers and we informed our server of this who went to check, they came back after a few minutes and asked if we still wanted and we said dont bother. Drinks alone took around 10 minutes to arrive and this was a beer and a cocktail which really shouldnt take beyond 5 minutes. Food is frozen which is obvious to tell because its quite watery and note for travelling people; the fish and chips dont come with chips, they come with fries so be aware if thats a problem.
Had an amazing dinner. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing and it still turned out to be a lovely evening lol
Great all you can eat buffet. The selection is great. Food is fresh and delicious. One of my favorite all you can eat Buffets. A lot of dishes were very authentic tasting. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options to choose from Parking: Huge parking lot. Lots of free parking Kid-friendliness: Great for kid. They can eat what they want and as much as they want
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. The eggs and all the trimmings were cooked and served nicely. The restaurant opens at a good time for early risers. My wife and I will visit Luckys again when we are back in Niagara Falls.
Me & my boyfriend were down for the weekend for our Anniversary and we stumbled upon this restaurant. The live music band John Armstrong Band played incredible music, the drinks are fantastic, the staff are so kind and lively and the food looks incredible! We will absolutely make it a regular whenever we are down in Niagara!
You can definitely have breakfast there. Actually a great selection. The Shakshuka was quite good. However, you serve it with flatbread or simply bread with which you can soak up the sauce. Toast is a no go and there is no need for potatoes. Unfortunately, its an Americanized offer. Its a shame for the Shakshuka, which is actually tasty. Cappuccino doesnt work because theres no milk frother. Service was nowhere and we waited a very long time at Wait to be seated . But then friendly. Latte came late because the machine hadnt heated up yet. So. Despite everything, I dont recommend going. Compared to the rest here in Niagara, actually OK.
This place has changed a lot since my last visit. This used to be the family breakfast restaurant everyone went to after a night on partying. Inexpensive, fast and big servings were the norm and well worth it. Now, it is an upscale deli restaurant with the usual sandwichs, burgers and of course..fish and chips at tourist- high Niagara Falls prices...and this is the cheapest place in Fallsview. The food is good...the service was great, the atmosphere was deli-corny albeit comfortable. For a business that generates that amount of money you would think they would learn from the pros and help the restaurants keep their prices low to attract even more patrons. A beer and sandwich should never cost over $50. For that reason alone...l am not going back.
Very cool joint, my partner and I came in for breakfast and each got the strawberry Nutella French toast and it was absolutely decadent. Eventually too sweet for me but delicious non the less. Coffee was good, the server was extremely kind and was very attentive. I really enjoyed the ambiance of this establishment and found it to be a very cool place to enjoy a meal- very artistically pleasant.
Nothing to get excited about. Food was mediocre. The service was super slow. The place looks really nice and attracting, but thats it. Parking: Horrible and expensive parking Kid-friendliness: Good for the family Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access
My husband and I ate here when it was Jamiesons about a year and a half ago. Great food than and great food now as Luckys. We love thd atmosphere and the curved banquettes for seating. Takes us back to our Vegas days. Servers were all very pleasant and efficient. We had Ruben sandwiches which were very good but the best were the truffle fries. They were amazing. We split an order and it was a good thing as you get alot. We were in and out and thats a good thing as we had a show to catch at 8:30pm. Great place for any meal. Highly recommend.
Yesterday my visit was ruined by waitress Edith. I had a friend visiting from the states and the waitress wasnt very attentive. We had to sit for awhile with our finished plates before she swung by again to ask for the cheque. We asked her to split the food and wed each pay for our own drinks. She then rudely said Really? Youre going to split it over a few dollars? and walked off. We were shocked, like did that just happen?? I dont think that comment/attitude towards customers was appropriate. It left a bad impression of Luckys to my friend, who was eating there for the first time :( I brought her there because I usually have a good experience at Luckys and the food is really good (highly recommend the cornish hen). Plus the place is nicely decorated too. But now I am uncomfortable going again if Edith is working
Had a classic breakfast, which was good. But their classic pancakes were the worst Ive ever had, didnt even eat them and was still charged for them. Do not recommend for breakfast and we wont be back to find out about lunch/dinner.
We chose this place because it was attached to the casino and seemed to have a cool atmosphere. We got there and it wasn t busy at all (should have been our first sign). There was 1 other table in the entire place. We ordered the burger and the fettuccine bolognese. The burger was ok! The pasta said it had a slow braised beef and pork. When it came it was sauce with a few chunks of dried hamburger and the sauce tasted like it was pre canned or something. It wasn t terrible, but for the price it wasn t good. We waited for about 25 mins and our waitress never came to check on us (we were her only table) and we finally had to ask someone to get her. She was very nice, and took it off our bill. It s not a bad place I just think the price they charge is WAY too much for the lack of attentive service and low quality food.
We arrived at 1 for Brunch. The manager told us that we had to wait one hour and a half because the kitchen was backed up. (The restaurent was half empty) We gave them another chance and came back 1 hour later. They only had regular food menu by then. We ordered steak, and o mon dios, worst steak ever. No flavour and it smelled a lot. If you go for just the food, just dont! ... there are way better options.
Food was awesome service was great the atmosphere is Beautiful
Exceptional staff and the Best Food Ever!!
Vegetarian options: Good selection s of salads Wheelchair accessibility: Great for Food : 4/5 |
There was 2 tables in the entire restaurant, yet we had to ask 3 times to get water and still didn t get it. We had to get up and chase the waiter to get it. My plate came cold and the steak was not even a little cooked. It went back and came just as undercooked, chewy, overly salty and with a very weird aftertaste. I didn t eat after that one bite and still got charged $50 for that plate. Tourist trap.
I never leave reviews, but feel like I have to this time. I know this isnt just because Im hungover, but the Reuben sandwich here is the best sandwich Ive ever had anywhere in my entire life. 11/10
Absolutely amazing food and staff! Very welcoming and attentive. The food is served hot and plentiful. Definitely will be back and recommend everyone to come here. Food
Our bartender was absolutely fantastic. He explained what we were getting and how he was making it. Im picky when it comes to drinks, and he made me one not on the menu. Was delicious although we didnt eat much here. What we did have was great! Had to return for breakfast, and they did not disappoint.
Pricey and food wasn t great. All of the tables were dirty and service was slow because it appeared there was only one waitress.
Food lovers beware! Not a place for those who appreciate and enjoy food. How you can get a salad and salmon wrong is beyond me; but this places manages it. The salmon we added to the salad did not look or taste like salmon. The fries were super oily and the guacamole was not fresh, definitely oxidized, the lime was so dry that we couldnt squeeze it. I wish I could say that the size of the portions makes it worthwhile, but the price they are charging for subpar food is ridiculous.
Excellent eggs Benedict. Perfectly cooked poached eggs They come with potatoes but I found these a bit weird and overly salted. Reasonably priced for the quality. Nice decor and good service. Food
Does this restaurant answer their phone? I have been calling for days. Always rings and goes to voicemail! I am unable to book a reservation on open table because we are a large number! It is frustrating honestly! Don t put a number up on your website if you aren t going to answer the phone.
We had sat down at 10am! all we ordered was 2 lucky omelette it was very dead at the restaurant and it took more then 20mins for the food to come out . The waitress didn t seem to care or even apologize for the wait . Wouldn t recommend this place the cooks do what they want and nobody back is obviously in charge very bad experience
I was lucky enough to have Lucky s restaurant s most popular 3 strips of bacon. I almost forgot that I am not allowed to have it . But yet it was worth it . Thanks to the whole Lucky restaurant team for giving me this once in a lifetime experience . Worth 10$ ( for each strip)
I went here for dinner and I got their famous bacon. And let me just say it was some of the best bacon Ive ever had, Id say its almost as good as Gordon Ramsays. Totally worth the $10 per strip
Guys, if you havent been to Luckys you need to go. Skip all of the other menu items, make a beeline for the bacon, it will be the experience of a lifetime. Its unreal how delicious they made my three entire strip of bacon. And at $10 per strip? You cant beat that. Pretty competitive pricing in this economy. Will be returning to share some bacon with friends and family.
Service was slow and inattentive. My Mediterranean bowl dressing had no flavor and it didn t come with crispy chick peas like the menu said it should. Charcuterie was pretty good though.
Beautiful Ambiance. Food was delicious! Attentive staff
The food was amazing,10/10. But the wait to get in was long even though there were only like two or three people in the restaurant. The waiter took a bit to come to our table but she was great! They were just short staffed but everything else was a 10/10.
We got takeout to enjoy the falls view but damn it was good. The fries were still good the morning after. What sorcery is this??
Calamari starter was tasty, although for $25 I would probably not order again. I got the chicken club, which wasnt actually a club sandwich. My partner ordered the steak, which was served blue to order. Fries were yummy. The pasta looked awesome.
We had time for tasty cocktails before seeing a show at The Avalon Theatre! Lovely ambience and the bartender, Terry, was fun to chat with. We came back after the show for dinner and we were equally pleased with our dinner choices!
Came to Niagara from Kitchener for a few days with my wife. Saw this place a few times on our trip. Lucky s. As soon as you walk into fallsview casino. The staff was unbelievable! Can t remember the waitress name but she was amazing! But Trish. Our chef. I had some concerns with allergies. She came to my table to talk to me about it and accommodated to make me a wonderful, beautiful dinner. We spoke and I thanked her many of times. Go to Lucky s. As for chef Trish. 20 out of 10! Food, service, the entire experience! Thank you for a perfect evening!
I especially advise against breakfast, no very bland flavor, the service is very long.
Do not come here I ve been a server and in the industry for over 17 years and I can tell you that this place is poorly managed My Family ordered Granola and poached eggs and it took over 30 mins to come out On top of that they forgot to bring the milk for my Grandmothers oatmeal After reminding the server, she proceeded to go and clean a table before going to get the milk My over easy eggs came out well done And the service overall was just terrible Between a lack of checking on the state of our food and having to wait 15 mins for a pot of hot water, we will never be returning here again I can t comment on the atmosphere as we were here at lunch and it s much more docile at that time But I would advise anyone that is thinking about dining here to have second thoughts Even after complaining to the server about the time it took to get our food there was no attempt to make the situation right Extremely disappointing .
Luckys is a reasonably priced option at the Casino. With a nice decore. Lets start with my order. Service was decent although a little slow and inattentive. I ordered a coffee to drink and it was luke warm at best and obviously had been sitting around for a while as it tasted burnt. Not a good start! My friends draft beer was flat and the 2nd one he ordered not much better. The minestrone soup was actually tasty and very good. No complaints there. My Ceasar salad came with no bacon as requested. The lettuce was fresh but the dressing was VERY salty. Overly so in fact that I could not finish it. My friend ordered a salad with a piece of salmon on top. It was dry and over cooked at best. Not a large piece either. Overall, Luckys was not a horrible experience. Just average. Thankfull, the prices were reasonable for most dishes on the menu, albeit not all of them. Would I go back? May be...but dont expect top drawer results.
Made a reservation and when we arrived there was a long line up. Marva was seating people and when we told her we had a reservation, she blatantly sat others without a reservation and when we ask again, she rolled her eyes and said she gets easily distracted. Was not impressed with HER service at all. She made us look like the bad ones asking to be sat at a table.
It was absolutely amazing and couldn t recommend Kim enough! She took amazing care of my boyfriend and I during the duration of our time at the bar! Parking: We parked pretty far away so we couldn t really say!
Waited 45 minutes for our meal which was wrong for one of our kids. The pancakes were inedible. The amount of eggs on our plates was pitiful. For the amount of money this place charges, you would assume they give you a decent amount of food. Will never give back here.
Laissez Faire attitude! Had breakfast with family. Knowing this was March Break one would think more staff would be hired. No! 2 waitresses for the whole place and it was full! Apparently only 2 cooks in the back. Waited 30 minutes to order then 45 minutes to get our food! Coffee was horrible!! Spoke to the owner who had his winter jacket on and was helping by serving dishes. He was totally lackluster and did not provide any customer service at all. He simply said sometimes we make the right decision and sometimes we don t. Today we didn t! And that was it! Terrible attitude and won t eat there again! Felt sorry for the waitress whose tip was jeopardized by her boss s actions!
Great decor and service. There was a live band last night playing great music. Aswani this morning offered excellent customer service. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I were lucky to visit Luckys last night on St. Patricks day. The live music consisting of Paige Armstrong and LMT was fantastic for us. I wish more restaurants had musical acts like this one. The food and service by Randi were exceptional. Thanks for the lovely chocolate cake. Truly a great experience.
Luckys, well not tonight. The only thing good was my server, 5 Stars for her. Ordered the Chicken Club on sourdough with fries. First, the fries - FROZEN , skinny fries, they dont retain heat and werent seasoned. The sandwich, well the chicken was juicy and the sourdough bread was great. Too much mayo turned it into a saugy mess. Apparently theres supposed to be bacon on it !! At least I got lettuce, even if it had became limp from the heat. Sorry, Not worth the money.
Stayed at Hilton next door. Came here for breakfast. When we arrived, we waited at the front as did two other groups of people who had already been waiting for 20 minutes. Standing there for 15 minutes not even acknowledged. Few groups of people left and still not one staff came to let anyone know how much longer. Male is rude. Doesn t care if people come or go. After being seated 40 minutes later, we got our food I thought the food was gonna be good so potentially it would ve been worth the wait. The Benedict was disgusting. The sauce looked great, but it was very watered down and had no flavour. The potato was the only ok thing but after a while tasted very oily. Not once did our server ask us if we needed anything or if the food tasted great. We had no Napkins at the table except for the one that they put down for the cutlery. Aside from the place looking fancy, it s overpriced and the service is horrible. Doesn t taste good. The next day we had breakfast over at Coco s across the street. I would 100% recommend their food instead there was little to no wait time. Their service was extremely friendly and professional they made sure we had everything. Bacon and hash Benedict tasted amazing and I would pay double the price to eat that rather than the food from Luckys. Perhaps you guys should care about every customer and not treat them poorly with attitude. Just because the place looks fancy or busy doesn t mean that it s good. Save your money and go somewhere else. Will never spend another dollar here.
Service was terrible. We ended up eating food cold. Wouldn t recommend this place.
Ate there 3 times in 2 days. Food is well plated, hot and delicious. Good portions for the money. So pleased to be able to find a nice restaurant in this area. Tia was tonight s waitress and very good. We will be recommending our friends try Lucky s.
I went to Luckys tonight, where the service was flawless. Our bartender, who was working on her birthday, was exceptional. As the clock struck midnight, she surprised two guests with birthdays by changing the music and bringing out a cake. Its truly refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their job.
Had very late dinner, surprisingly there was Live music the waitress was very kind and helpful foods were great!
Excellent meal. Meatloaf dinner. Chicken pot pie!!!!! Coconut cream pie!! Every bite you get from coconut pie. Fabulous!!! They give you a lot on meal and dessert. Worth the money!! Food
My partner and I had a late night dinner at Luckys. Loved the decor. The staff were so nice and we enjoyed the little chat we had with one of the gentlemen working there, it really does just add to that personable feeling. The minestrone soup I got hit the spot as well as the mule. I would definitely go back!
KIM is the best! She is so sweet and one of the best servers I ve ever had! We loved her vibe
Stayed here for a week at the Casino and ate at Lucky s every day whether it was for breakfast or dinner. Special shout out to Frank, Katie, Paula, Chelsea and Hailey (make her a server). Highly recommend the Huevos Rancheros scrambled without the chorizo and the AMAZING bread pudding and coconut cake !! Yummy
Ive been there multiple times this week and its delicious, and my servers Hailey and Katie were AMAZING! My favorite were the Cinnamon Crust French Toasts, The Seared Salmon and the Coconut Cream Pie.
Hailey is a very nice person. I love her service. The Live music is a +
Hailey was our server and was awesome!! The food, the vibes, the live music on the weekends- all incredible. High recommend the Cinnamon French Toast for breakfast and the Coconut cream pie for dessert.
Was disappointed in the food. Both of us only ate half. Bananas were not rip, pancakes basic and plain need syrup. Mustard was over powering for the Croque.
Loved the atmosphere and decor, the staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the salad but the avocado was very bruised. Delicious burger and cooked perfectly. The meatloaf was good and the coconut cream pie was amazing. Prices were reasonable for a Niagara restaurant.
We were so disappointed...the food was inedible, service was bad, and atmosphere was okay at best. My Cobb salad was stale, the blue cheese was waaaay too powerful (and I love blue cheese), and the dressing was non-existent. My husbands Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and way too salty. It also took FOREVER to get them - 45 minutes for salad? Its also very pricey for bad food. We paid $100 for two salads and two drinks. The staff was tired, bored, inattentive, and rude. We complained and showed plates that were barely touched, and they shrugged and gave us the bill. We were ignored at the entrance to be seated and the waiter who sat us didnt even speak a word or smile. Our waitress got the order wrong twice. The drinks were good! Thats the ONLY reason to visit it. Dont bother with the food. Atmosphere is fine, but not worth $100. Feels like youre sitting in a mall restaurant. Parking: Very expensive, park and walk if you can or taxi
We visited on Monday evening and Terri was our waiter. He was so friendly, fun, and outgoing! He made our entire experience. The food is also worth mention it was delicious and great portions. 10/10 recommend
If you enjoy herbal tea. Try spiked tea. So good so worth the trip. Staff hmmm not sure about.
Its a cute place at the Fallsview. We ordered fhe Luckys Buger which was slightly cold, not juicy. The fries served with the burger were really dry and cold. Costco fries are much better and I feel if they serve those with the burgers, it would make the dining experience of the Burger much better. The Cheese Tortellini was very delicious, this was a recommendation from our server and it was definitely a good 1! It was served hot just the way we liked it, infact we dipped our fries in the Tortellini dishs sauce to eat! Service was great as well!
Low price High quality food
Amazing service!!! The bartender Wendy is superrrrr lovely thank you very very much
Great ambience and food was really great. Highly Recommended! Had Lucky s Omlette and Benedicts. Last but not the least Banana Foster Pan-cakes Best pan-cakes ever!!!
Like you eating salt. Way too much.
Amazing wholesome options for breakfast /lunch including great Gluten free friendly ones. Our server Katie was so welcoming and sweet. We will surely come back soon!
The steak is so delicious. I was so busy eating that I forgot to take a picture.
I write to express my deep sadness at the service I received on arrival to Luckys restaurant and bar. The hostess who was on for the night of 28 Dec working from 6-8pm was one of the rudest hostesss I have ever met. I was dining on my own yesterday and when I got to the front of the line, the hostess walked past me and asked the people in groups of 2 and 4 how many needed seating. She did not acknowledge me at all, and seated the two groups behind me. She then came back and asked the other two groups of two behind me if they would like seating. I couldnt believe what was happening. I asked her please to seat me as I was waiting in line first, she said there are no tables for 1, only 2 or more.... I have been to many restaurants in my life, and even earlier that day where restaurants seated us as we come, in that order. There was an empty table big enough to seat 4 people directly in front of the queue. She had not offered this table to the larger groups or groups of two, but instead finally offered me this undesirable table. When I refused, she gave it to another single diner and kept seating other groups of two and four(only one of which had a reservation). She managed to find a table closer to the back after about waiting 20 minutes as she seated other people, when she found it, she did not come to ask me to follow her to the seat, instead stood there, didnt say a word and put her hand to her face and called with the action if her index finger for me to come. The only reason I had stayed was because a show was starting soon and I couldnt waste time in another line. I assume she is racist or just is so focused on money that she would not treat all her customers with respect and dignity. It was sad because the waitress who actually attended at my table and the food there after were actually good! But I cant believe I had to experience such terrible behaviour. This is unacceptble and management should repremand her for such treatment of their customers
Got food poisoning last night
The bill is as salty as the fries on my Burger
Got the fish and chips, it was very good!
After being given a table for 4 and have ordered (but not yet served), we were happily surprised to see our 3 other family members came in the said place, so we requested to be transferred to a longer table to accommodate all of us but the head waitress fervently explained that when you have been given a table, that s it. You cant request for another one. So our 3other family members, had no choice but to get a spot 2-table across from us! Other than that, it would have been great. This is the very first dining place that i have encountered such. We always were accommodated in other dining places whenever we need a bigger table than previously given. This is still a part of customer service. The lady who served us was very smiley but almost forgot my blue drink until we reminded her.
Awesome service and friendly staff. The ambiance is pretty classy and the late opening hours are very welcome for those who are staying late at the casino. The food is great and surprisingly not overpriced considering the location of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
Best Breakfast food ever. Real Canadian Bacon, incredible Lucky potatoes and coffee soooooooo delicious. Service was awesome and our Waitress simply delighted us..
This restaurant was fabulous. Probably best breakfast I ve had hands down . Omelette was cooked perfectly and delicious taste. Would highly Recommend this spot . Maria our server was super . Excellent customer service and overall great experience.
Great breakfast, friendly staff.
Avoid. Extremely slow service, poorly cooked food, terribly designed washrooms. Used to be a good restaurant, not sure what happened recent years.
Food was great. I had the sourdough chicken clubhouse and it was amazing. so were the fries.
Love this place, thanks everyone for delicious food in a fun place.
Nice place for a late night drink. Not crowded at all. Bar tender is very friendly. Food and drinks were very well made. However, A bit overpriced given the location of the establishment. Wheelchair accessibility: Establishment on the first floor, no stairs. Wide doorways
Jad a pretty bad experince overall. Even after the place being almost empty, no one came to our table for like 15-20 mins. Food was average at best. The service was horrible. The server, towards the end, first brought us our bill while we were still eating. Then she took my plate away when I paused eating for a couple of mins even though my wofe was picking from my plate. Vanished for like 20 more mins. Came back, took my wifes plate away without checking if she was done and then simply prrsented the bill. Horrible pathetic services. I would not recommend this place at all.
Situated in a beautiful Casino serves the best breakfast in town!
This place is a perfect place to grab a good breakfast before you start your day! Usually not too bad of a wait. Sometimes the food does take a bit to get out. The food is good however, and the staff are very friendly. The food is kind of on the higher side of pricing it seems like, but it is right inside the casino so the location is really nice.
Loved the vibe of this place. Too bad a server never came to our table (it was dead in there too). Left after 15 min.
The food is amazing, I got the fish and chips it s so fresh and perfectly prepared.
Kim was the best waitresse of all ! Such an amazing time. She was kind, really nice and talk to us like friends, truely the best experience ! We had cocktails (there were soooo good, well balanced, great execution) and a piece of the gigantic chocolate cake (delicious). It was our anniversary and we are thrilled we choose your bar !
We entered the restaurant promptly as we had made a reservation. Staff were friendly. Excellent chicken pot pie and chocolate cake.
Kim s great, rocks a good beaver.
Good atmosphere and location. However, the food & drinks take forever to get to your table. Food is also veryyyyy average. We ordered the guacamole, burger and chickpea wrap. All tasted ok, we wouldn t come back here. Service to all tables took forever.
I took the very good Bénédic, I recommend it.
Do you want a damn good breakfast? Go here! Wait staff are fantastic, place is spotless, portions are HUGE.
kinda weird for a bar, they only serve cans they have nothing on tap. we got chicken sandwiches and burgers, nothing comes with fries you have to pay $3 extra. we sat outside and after our orders were taken it took 40 mins for us to get our food even though we were one of two groups in the entire restaurant. waitress was kinda unfriendly and seemed generally annoyed by the fact that we were there even though it was 1pm and we were just grabbing lunch. there s better bars and lunch spots in niagara
What a gorgeous resturaunt. Food and service was great. Came here for brunch while staying in Niagara Falls. Wish we also came for dinner. The aesthic of this place really draws you in, its beautiful. The pancakes were so tasty! Also note they serve breakfast until 2pm!
Very good burger. Service was excellent, fast and friendly. Will definitely return.
We had two older laidies one blonde and one brunette, worst service ever, asked for a coffee got a water? Asked for syrup, got nothing and ate my French toast with out it, absolutely rediculous! I wouldnt recommend going here, unless you like being treated like garbage. Fix your customer service and maybe Ill come back rediculous.
Went here for breakfast. Was greeted quickly and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Had the farmers breakfast with scrambled eggs. One of the best tasting breakfasts I have had. Everything tasted great and the price is very reasonable for the portions and quality. Definitely recommend.
Had a wonderful server that was very helpful with food suggestions. The food was very tasty and the portions were large. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone going to the casino or to see a show at the OLG Stage.
Had a nice late night round of cocktails here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is quite nice and the cocktails were nicely made. Prices are on the higher end but definitely didnt feel watered-down on the alcohol like make places. The had live music too which was a bit loud but it was awesome.
I wanted to be able to give 5 stars...my friend and I were looking forward to our dinner at Luckys on Saturday night however the service was terrible. Our server was attentive at first and then after the food was brought out she never made her way back to our table even though we saw her floating around to other tables in our section. We never got waters or offered another beverage...I ended up having to go seek out another server to get our bill. Food is mediocre as well. We returned later on into the bar side of the restaurant where the environment and atmosphere is way better. Plus the servers were friendly and attentive. Likely wouldnt return to Luckys.
Love the food and the place
Staff badmouthed my family, food took too long and wasn t even that good. I wouldn t be coming here again
Mike was great! Excellent cocktails and good food!
Ordered the Pasta Fettuccine Bolognese, it was so salty. Told them about it, they said they can t do anything about it.
Great food!
No. No. NO. Chicken sandwich came with fries. Chips and guac. Two soft drinks. All that came to $65 before the tip. The chicken was overcooked and looked like it was a Tyson pre-cooked strip slapped onto a bun with some cheese. The chips were mega salty with guac that had seen better days. The server was nice enough. I took one bit of the sandwich and had maybe 4 chips. The fries and soft drinks were the best part of the meal. Not a place that impressed me.
Went there today and had our family come in from away. Their first time in Niagara and the bartender named adelino was very disrespectful. We paid for our 4 drinks and didn t leave a tip on the machine we rather to leave a cash tip but when he noticed we didn t put a tip on the bill he threw the bill at us and cursed under his breath. Super rude and we been coming her so many times but now we think about looking elsewhere.
It was the worst experience that occurred in Canada. They discriminated me because Im an Asian. They avoided to see me in front of entrance and not come to order 10 mins. They gave me just water after 15 mins later. It was so ridiculous why the entrance woman listened to my menu if she and any other person didnt get my order. After I said my menu again, the menu didnt come more than 30 mins. It was so funny that one server came and required my order again. However, other customers who came 10 to 20 mins after me got their menus and enjoyed their food. So I asked my menu. They gave lukewarm menu to me after I ordered 40 mins or so. I was so upset because my bacon wasnt come along with the menu. I asked them again, the bacon was omitted. She replied she will check it. After 10 mins, I almost ate half of my menu, the bacon came. I camed down myself and required spoon please. She said yes. But nobody came to me. I tried to meet my eyes to them. They saw me and their actions were only three; Ignored me, avoided eye contact, and went to kitchen. I was so angry someone brought spoon, knife, and fork to other customers through to me. I just standed up and went to the kitchen. I didnt know the procedure of getting spoon was harder like this. After I ate them and went to washroom, they clean my table right away and left recipt. So, I tried to kept their eyes. Failure. Said I want to pay, two waiter passed me. The third waiter came to me, she will give my bill evem though I had my recipt at the moment. Forth person came to me and went away after she left payment machine. I paid right way, but nobody checked my payment So, I called them again, they passed me again. I cathed them when I called them loudly. And quickly got my recipt without any look to me. I was so angry every moment there. They must not have memories when they meet Asian if it is not racism. I went their because of high rate, but I wont recommend there anyone if Asian foe comes there. It was so disappointing. Servers were 6 or so, customers were less than 15 at that moment.
Highly recommend. Request KIM if you want the best service. She is extra attentive and full of good vibes. She makes a great night even better. 10/10 recommended. We tried the truffle fries, chicken sandwich & cheese board. Ceasars are 12/10 Most importantly, ask for KIM <3
Really busy. Service was slow. Cobb salad fantastic. Calamari chewy.
Great atmosphere which is laid back and very friendly staff. Went during the week so it was not busy. The burger was very good and truffle fries were a delight. Their coconut cream pie was also very good. It was not runny or soft but rich and full of flavour. Attached pictures of the Menus.
They have terrible service and worse management. If you want to waste your time go and enjoy.
Portions are big but good
Good times with good people, our service and food were good too! Would definitely come back.
Happy first official date babe :) What ambience, what a meal! Great server Terry and even better food! Recommend the Boneless Cornish Hen! Will definitely visit again
After a horrible experience at Shoeless Joe s, we decided to try our luck at Lucky s. An absolute gem. Sat at their lovely bar (which should be more of a focal point for passers by to see)... Terry and Kim (?) served us. Terry nailed the Manhattan. The steak and club sandwich were ideal. I would recommend this spot to anyone... and we re pretty picky!
Terrible terrible food. The burger was dryer than the sahara. I know for sure that the patty is frozen from walmart. And they still cook the hell out of it. Burger had no sauce and very dry. At least fries are decent. Youre better off buying a whopper down stairs.
Staff are very attentive. I returned after our dinner there to order dessert to take to my room. Very accommodating!
The food was quite good, but it kind of messed up our stomachs.
Always a great place to be. Great live music, nice staff and delicious food. We come here regularly after events. Definitely try the desserts! Cut one star off because of our latest visit - usually we are super satisfied with service, food, music, atmosphere BUT this time I received a very tiny piece of salmon which was 9 dollars and was cooked together with my husbands salmon which caused my salmon to have not the pure salmon taste anymore cause my husband had the specific seasoned salmon. That was very disappointing. Vegetarian options: Great salads and tasty dressings
We all felt sick after eating it!
Easy five stars. The Gatsby decor is impressive without being pretentious. The hamburger was astonishing. Partner was very happy with the club sandwich. Excellent service from Sylvie T.
First time here since it was The Famous and it seems as if they have a lot of the same stuff on their menu, which isnt a bad thing. I definitely enjoyed my meatloaf and will gladly come back....as long as I have money leftover from the casino. (It isnt as cheap as I remembered!)
Not a bad place overall within the Fallsview complex. Nothing spectacular to write home about but still slightly above average. Food and Service were good but not sure how places charge almost $6 for a fountain pop nowadays it s pretty ridiculous to say the least.
Pretty cool environment with good food! The decor made for a great atmosphere. Service was good too. I had the salmon with bok choy and rice, which I would recommend if it sounds up your alley!
Paid 6$ for a soft drink and received it from a bartender who was annoyed by my presence... enough said
