We arrived in the freezing cold and were greeted by both a warm room and a warm welcome. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was amazing - I split the Spaghetti Carbonara with another person (which I would recommend if you don't have a large appetite - the quantity of food you're given corresponds very well with the price!). The garlic bread is to die for. If I was coming back to Niagara again, this is where I'd eat.
Recently during my visit to Niagara, I visited this place. First of all I didn't ate so I won't rate it but the service and attitude of the women probably handling was not welcoming and was rude. On asking for the vegeterian options, she threw ( yes she threw ) menus on the table and left, we waited for somebody to come but nobody showed and last we had no option then leaving the place. Anyhow the place was nice looking but the people in their were not so service-wise.
Cool little restaurant. We both had the Fettuccine Alfredo. My husband had a drink special that was pretty delicious and I had a class of red wine. The fettuccine had plenty of sauce and it was piping hot. We had the crab and shrimp dip to start. It was just - okay. A little dry and the pita chips were deep fried which I found a little weird. The ambience was fun and upbeat. Service was wonderful. It was right across from the hotel that where we stayed. It was a little pricey, but on par for the tourist area of Niagara Falls.
We all loved our lunch in vinnys, it was actually a recommendation from a lady we were speaking to 10 minutes before heading inside she highly recommended checking this place out. The staff were nice and place was clean, if I had more time in the area I would definitely return to here.
Worst Place to eat in Niagara Falls. We all got in with good mood to end the day only to come out feeling sad. Very rude staff with no training. We asked why it’s mandatory to pay an extra 18% (added to our bill with no tag, supposed to a mandatory bill) And the lady immediately said well if we can’t pay it she would have to call the police on us! Am like what? Why would you mandate me to pay 18% with no label on the bill. She did called the police on us and told the cops we didn’t want to pay our bills! Disgusting! The police also came and reacted to nothing they have said rudely to us. He just said well you have to pay anything they had giving you on the bill! Like how! He also never try to mention the 18% was a tip. At that point I knew probably it’s a usual occurrence to call the cops! Worst service I have ever received in any Canadian restaurant and the food was water down! We had to add salt severally and ask for flavours, they clearly haven’t been trained on this. Really sad, not even a place that welcomes a lot of tourists! Very bad view of Canada. They also had a racist undertone and it was glaring even with the police! Most terrible experience I have ever had in Canada! I wish we read the reviews before going there!
We ate at Vinny’s on Sunday, August 25th and Loved it. We were visiting Niagara Falls and decided to stop because we heard the fantastic live music coming from the restaurant. We were seated quickly, our server was excellent and also had great advice for us as tourists. We had the Garlic Parmesan wings that were cooked to perfection. As our meal I had Lasagna and my husband had Chicken Parmesan. The portions are so large that we took doggie bags back to the hotel for lunch the next day. I would highly recommend you visit My Cousin Vinny’s if you are ever in the area.
The only reason I'm giving this place any stars at all is because of the live music band "The Poor Boys" that played great songs and were very entertaining, other than that I wouldn't go back. The main thing that turned me off was the server, first we ordered an antipasti which was a dip and forgot to ask if it had mayo because my mom is allergic, after asking the server she said she thought that it had cream cheese, it sounded like she really didn't know anything about the dish, and then she said that either way we should've asked before ordering, we were still gonna eat it we just wanted to know if my mom could eat it also. But her attitude was so bad, that is NOT the way you talk to customers. She kept rushing us to order as if the place was packed, which by the way it had MANY EMPTY TABLES, I wonder why. And she also said that we only had about 60 minutes to eat in the restaurant. The food didn't take long to get to our table but it showed on the quality, the pizza was very bland and the spaghetti looked like it was out of a box, l've eaten in locations like Little Italy in New York and this place left A LOT to be desired. Even with this experience my father gave her a tip, which was mostly due to the live band we loved so much, but I wouldn't have given her a dime with the way she made me feel. NOT recommended, especially if you are a lover of true Italian cuisine.
Our server was amazing today! She really was on the ball and gave us some awesome touristy advice too. The food was great - we were very happy with everything.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Food
Huge portions and it taste fantastic
Great food, friendly staff..
Staff are very friendly and quick to look after you. Food was amazing and a good portion. Highly recommend and worth eating there.
Calamari was okay. Aoli was good. I confirmed it would be extra crispy and small rings before ordering so I was disappointed when they came out non-crispy and large. Service was slow for an empty restaurant at lunch.
Restaurant was not busy, and we were seated quickly. Our server, Nevaeh, was pleasant and helpful, and kept a smile on throughout our time there. The food left a lot to be desired; the pasta with meat sauce had pasta that was not cooked fully, and the meat sauce had too much sugar. The fish and chips had fish that was over breaded and mushy, and the coleslaw was no better. Overall, loved the service and not the food.
Came in for dinner with my mother ordered 2 separate entrees and shared an app. I started to feel sick at the restaurant and assumed it was my sensitive stomach. After we came back to the hotel, my mother also started feeling sick which is not normal for her at all. I called the restaurant just to let them know something may be wrong. The server said something about being too busy and sent me to the manager to speak with who said hed never seen this ever since hes been there. Just want to warn others that this happened to us to avoid others having their trip ruined as well.
Awsome food and great service!
Our server was nice, food was ok, and the place was clean. Good place for kids. Not a date night place.
Sat down and waited for several minutes and pretty much no one attended to us. Don t eat here if you re a person of colour because they clearly don t respect you.
Best prices, great tasting food, great service, wonderful atmosphere

Not welcoming staff
It took less than ten minutes to get our food after ordering. Makes you wonder how fresh is it? Bread not included with entree, never seen that. I believe it cost about $9 Canadian. I got sausage and penne, it was ok. My wife got fettuccine Alfredo. She did not like it. All in all I don t recommend.
This is the best restaurant I ve ever been to you have to go there the food is amazing I rate it 5 star
We tried to get seated just for cocktails late afternoon on September 19th. Probably at least 20 open tables and we were told they were for diners only. And VERY rude. We went down the road to Taco n Tequila and they were more than happy to seat us. After spending over $100 we left and walked by Vinnys again all the same tables were still open, probably more. Their loss! Dont go there unless its your only option!!
Excellent service. Wonderful house-made recipes and sauces. Large portions. Minestrone was fresh and delicious. Penne Tuscany had a lot of garlic (yum)
Everything was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I came in here planning to get the muscles that I had seen in the online menus. But they no longer have those and once I make up my mind what I want its difficult for me to shift to something else. That meatball was fantastic!
We ate here our first night in Niagara. The food was delicious... our daughter raved about it all week and shes super lucky. The server was awesome, she gave us tips on things to do and places to visit. Make this place a must on your next trip!
Unfortunately, the price for the meal is very high for what you get. Especially for families or people with a limited budget. 2 plates of spaghetti a bolonese with 2 drinks You just lost about 85 cad Furthermore, the food and service are perfect.
I went there with my friend s couple and my wife in the late evening. It was a fantastic experience with a delicious meal and nice service. Food was superb and the environment was good. I will definitely come back with my daughters and friends.
Delicious Italian restaurant in the heart of Niagara Falls.
Food was great. They also hand live band that day and they were great. Service was a little slow for our liking.
What a pleasant surprise this place is. Our server Christina was an absolute charm. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. The focatta bread was served with a great olive oil for dipping. For an appetizer, we shared Arancini Pizzaiola, which could have been a main course by itself. The Lasagna Villagio and Seafood Risotto were both fantastic. Serving sizes were very generous. Thanks, Christina!
Second time there. This time I brought my mom. Came for an early lunch. Left full and happy. My mother and I had to fight over the marinara sauce that they brought with the garlic bread. It was to die for. They need to sell this stuff by the jar. I had the lasagna and my mom had the veal parmesan. She asked for it well done and extra crispy. She got it perfectly to her liking. Our waitress was a delight and I wish I could tip more. I will be back, and will be bringing the rest of the family. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food.
Just eh.
Excellent Italian cuisine to enjoy while you are at Niagra falls.
Very Small portion for what you pay for. I wont be back here. Food
Rude hostess, terrible food quality. Never coming back to this place.
Called ahead to see if I needed to make a reservation and was advised to walk in. Arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later but was advised by the manager I had to wait in line. Told the manager, I called 20 minutes ago to see if I needed to make a reservation and I was told to just walk in and now you are telling me I need to wait & should have made the reservation? The manager goes, with a very rude tone, we dont know what happens in 20 minutes and never expected 60 people to come in!. For real??? This is how you respond to customers?? We still put our names in and were able to sit in 10 minutes. Ordered chicken parmesan & a pizza. Chicken Parmesan was burnt / over fried, and pizza was not fully cooked. Managed to eat enough and came out.. It was the returning visit, but there wont be a 3rd visit for sure...
Seating experience: My family and I entered in a happy mood near sunset time, we decided we wanted to sit inside near a window as it was cold outside. The waitress led us through the EMPTY, SPACIOUS, open concept area with nice ambient window seating, to a closed off, lowly lit, disgusting smelling, bar area with old seating. They said this was the seating for 5 people parties, and we couldn t go to the nicer empty tables since they were reserved in the case a group of 7 people walks in. Okay, sure makes sense but we couldn t add a side chair to the similarly sized first class booths in the nicer area? The owner said it was the smell of sea food, and we said we re uncomfortable with this since we are vegetarian and if we could move to one of the many vacant seats in the nicer area, he said no. Ordering experience: After we sat down we ordered our pizzas. The menu said the veggie pizza includes olives, my father asked if they could use green olives and they said no, our option was to get the black olives off the pizza for free, then PAY ADDITIONAL $4 to add green olives instead. Luckily our waiter was nice and said he fought for the chefs to listen, but the policy would still apply to my brother who wanted onions instead of bell pepper. The bell peppers would be removed for free, but we need to pay $4 to add onions. Okay, sure fine whatever Food experience: Now at this point, if the pizza was even above 5/10, I would not writing this review, and the negative experiences explained above would be tolerable. This was not the case. The cheese was extremely low quality, and after eating my whole family felt sick and very heavy. We ordered 3 12-inch pizzas, $25 each, and could only finish 2. I genuinely wouldn t be surprised if they microwaved frozen pizzas made last year. It was very low quality for the price, it should be illegal to market this as Italian food . This is the type of food that makes you wonder you worked hard to be here, you spent time and money to be at NIAGARA FALLS, you thought to treat your family at a nice looking restaurant, and you re spending your evening getting sick eating plasticy cheese in the dark amongst drunk people? Why are we paying so much to have our minds and stomach regret it? Last notes: Usually I m not one to play the race card but as another person reviewed, there are some racist undertones that I kind of felt crazy or delusional to notice. This smelly dark bar area, had 4 tables. Who were the only other people occupied there? Another family of color. The nicer area however, was 95% white folk Chain restaurants like Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova would provide a far better pizza for a fraction of the cost, instead we are paying more for a worse experience. I d rather eat in my car.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and solid Italian food. Finally a change from burgers and co.
Well-cooked Italian food with generous portions. The phenomenal service. The charming and very attentive waitress perfectly advises what is most appropriate. Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free dishes.
Enjoyed the bbq chicken pizza and wings Great waiter Would definitely recommend Food : 5/5
Food was fabulous, portions were HUGE! Authentic Italian experience! Also live music on the patio was a nice touch. Walking distance to the falls as well!
Beautifully landscaped outside. Good food and service. I had the penne bolognese and my partner had the spaghetti and meatballs. We both had Caesar salad and the bread, along with beers. More food than we could eat and very delicious.
We ended up at Vinny s by pure chance and not disappointed at all! Small concert on the terrace, very friendly and understanding waitress despite the language barrier! We had a blast!
We go there every time we are in Niagara falls. This year we ordered the usual but this time we did not get buns with our meal. We had to pay 6.99 for 2 pieces, not impress with the extra. The waitress apologized but not her fault. Im a senior and never did I have to pay for bread at a Italian restaurant in Canada or the US
I have 8 years old daughter who has both down syndrome and autism. She needed go to washroom urgently while we were passing by this place. We asked to use the washroom and they refused. This place shouldn t be in business. I still can t understand what kind of person could do that.
Very tasty restaurant with a very good service , i recommand!
As much as I really want to go into details.. I m going to keep it short and to the point. What a waste of money! The host we had was clueless ( or at least played as if she was) servers weren t pleasant at all, definitely gave racist vibes the entire night... and the food was so bland I had to keep adding salt to the pasta! Looks can be very deceiving!
We had a very good meal, the service was also 1st class. I have seen reviews saying that the live music is very loud and off-putting, and you can hear it from quite a distance, as we approached the music, which was very loud, and I did put us off but they had tables inside so we went it thinking that it might not be to loud but when we went in you could not hear it so all was good. Wheelchair accessibility: The staff were very good and helped us with the scooter.
Service 0
Very poor service at reception, depending on your clothes they judge you.
Went there twice during our recent trip to Niagara. Everything was amazing! Especially recommend the Margherita Bianca pizza. Great atmosphere with live music and kid friendly Vegetarian options: A few pasta and pizza options. Clearly marked on menu Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Our waitress was very helpful and attentive to our requests. The menu was varried and the food was excellent.
A quick stop for dinner, a pizza for 2 is enough for us. We chose the quatro carne. Delicious, impeccable service from Stéphanie. (Tuesday, construction holiday for Quebec) I forgot to take a photo.
Very good atmosphere and very good food. Priced a little higher than what we expected but overall a decent place.
Terrible service.. Took 40 minutes for our drink refills. The pasta is VERY heavy cream based and oil filled/over priced ...The owner is EXTREMELY rude. He was arguing with customers about moving their car when HIS CAR was parked directly in the centre of the exit/entrance of their parking lot? We are very family oriented.. I did not expect this ignorance from these people. The price of the food, the ignorance/hospitality of the customer service/owner, and the quality of the food is just not worth being around such negativity... There are multiple places to go for pasta in Niagara Falls.. Check elsewhere such as BRAVO! 5438 Ferry St., Niagara Falls.. Very family oriented restaurant. Great food...the owner was in the wrong and failed to admit it.. not a niche establishment...
A very good experience. Alexis, the girl who served us was charming and very attentive and kind. We will be back for sure. Watch out that the dishes are big and you can share them.
Visited on Sat July 27th 5pm...This is undoubtedly the most over rated ...wayyyy over rated restaurant in all of Niagara Falls . Prices are ridiculous for simple foods. Keg prices for wine . The food is the farthest from real Italian you can get . I get it they have a band every night so ya gotta pay the band hence ridiculous prices for pasta meals etc. that cost them a couple bucks to make. I had the margherita pizza ..over all it tasted like any pizza you can buy in the fancy section at farm boy frozen ..hardly any sauce ..jinzy on the mottzerella cheese almost non existent..and the kicker they just toss dried up raw non cooked flakes of basil on the pizza after its cooked then serve it....was terrible ..just the worst pizza to serve a customer for the price....at least it was hot. You couldnt pay me to go back to this place again.....We always go to Taco and Tequila right behind this restaurant twice a week ...its that good for food and pricing and atmosphere..thought we would go to vinnys for the first time for a change what a mistake...its a tourist trap style restaurant..total waste of money. Wait staff ok our waitress was awesome ..very efficient and very nice ...valued employee I would say for sure. I gave her a 30 percent tip thats how good she was . ..the hostesses that seat you seems like they had a dunce hat on ..couple of them are in the wrong business for sure. Overall I give this restaurant a 6 out of 10..Bring lots of cash. Its gonna be a car payment for one month on a nice Lexus for 4 to dine.
The atmosphere is pleasant with the live music troupe...but the manager was not welcoming, he forced us to take an isolated place because we had a 3 year old baby with us!
Management was EXTREMEMLY rude.
I just came to try their food but i just need to use washroom first but guy just stopped me that i cant use washroom its just for customers only i told him i need to use washroom first then i will order he said no kts their policy i need to order something first . I just wanna let you guys know even i dont need to order anything to use washroom according to federal law. He spoil my whole day . Whoever reading this review please be careful they are just spreading racism.
Food was good, we all just shared a pizza (wife and kid). Our daughter had spilled her water on the table while we waiter for the bill. My wife asked for napkins so we could clean it up. The waitress had and attitude that she would have to clean it up. Was not impressed by this restaurant.
The staff is soooo rude! Very sad we had an autistic child at our table and the male server was continuously rude with him because he asked for salt and had a couple of questions about the menu. Took away from the fun dinner we were supposed to have. Tips were added to bill automatically which is not fair we should tip according to service provided. Don t go here. Food was honestly bland Italian food made by non Italians obviously! Waste of time it will ruin your night!
The lasagna was delicious, apart from that, it deserves an Oscar hahahaha| The lasagna was very delicious, apart from that, it deserves an Oscar hahaha
I am not from Niagara but if I m ever back I will definitely visit my cousin Vinny s again. Amazing service, food, and environment! Top notch. Very happy I chose this place for my last night in town. Thank you so much!
We sat outside with the band and it was a lovely atmosphere. Food was okay. My husband is 100% italian so this Italian wasnt what we expected. Portions are really big. So this place is more quantity than quality ( in our opinion). Just didnt feel the food was worth the price. Our server was super nice and very accommodating. Actually, everyone was really nice and they seemed to work as a team
Went here for the first time yesterday, had to wait half an hour for the food to arrived. The server was pretty nice, just forgot what her name was. 2nd day, and yes we went back no matter what. This time its beyond more stressful as the server said we need to wait for 30 minutes (again) to have the food. Luckily, it was not 30 mins though. I ordered my meal and I was clear enough to give them my special request (just to remove some of the ingredients) but they still failed to do it. Even my partners meal was also failed. (The rice was not cooked properly). The server told us that theyre new so we try to be considerate. I just hope next time they will be able to serve us the proper food. + soda was good btw
My Cousin Vinnys is a great place!! Located in a prime spot adjacent to Fallsview Casino & Resort. The food is amazing and very tasty, the food is fresh and allows you to eat within your hour lunch break with plenty of time to spare. Some people complain about the extra fees, these costs dont benefit the restaurant directly they are used to maintain and improve Niagara falls. The staff ar e polite and friendly, they do their best to assist and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for the amazing meal, Ill definitely be back!!
Great service very quick food is excellent
After reading the last few reviews from July, we were very hesitant on trying Vinnys but our friends said the Lamb Shank was to die for and well worth it; so we went. I AM SO GLAD WE WENT. The food was AMAZING. We got two pizzas as appetizers for our group to split, and those we cooked to perfection. The crust was incredible. My Lamb Shank was absolutely delicious. The restaurant as a whole is beautiful too, with the flower gardens and tons of seating areas. All the staff were very friendly, and our waitress was fantastic. I hope we have her next time. It is definitely worth a try and proof that you cant always listen to reviews. Id give it 7 Stars if I could.
Food was good. Drinks fine. Service not bad...waiter seemed to be in a hurry though there was not much crowd. Picked as second choice after Margaritaville which was too busy. Parking: No free parking in that town. Every place charges. Plenty of choices though.
We just had to try this place after seeing it driving around during our visit to Niagara. Love the movie My Cousin Vinny. While it isn t connected it was a pace we had to visit. The place was very nice w the beautiful flowers and open patio seating. Just wish they hadn t stuck us in the back as they had a band playing who was quite good! Wait staff was pleasant but not attentive; had to ask for extra napkins, and for my water to be refilled. Outside that she was nice when she did bring food to table. The food; it was delicious and very large portions. The side salad was super fresh and bread, so yummy. We shared the chicken Parmesan and still had leftovers. I only regret is they were out of TShirts and had no other souvenirs as I would have loved to have had one of those. We will definitely be back if ever up here again.
5 of us went for dinner tonight. My sister and her husband are visiting from Alberta & they chose to go here for dinner. So glad they did. We sat on the patio, listened to the live band & ate a fantastic dinner. The landscaping and flowers around the restaurant are absolutely beautiful! Our appetizers & meals came out in a timely manner. We would like to give a shout out to our server Deanna W she was incredible. She was always there clearing plates and refilling drinks when needed. With the location being in such a busy area we did not feel rushed at all which allowed us to enjoy a nice dinner together as a family. Thank you Deanna for making an enjoyable evening for us!
I was in the mood for old fashion spaghetti and meatballs so we tried My Cousin Vinnys in Niagara Falls. Big portions and delicious. Food
THE worst pizza I ve ever had, even pizza pizza tastes better . The pasta was so overpriced and it wasn t good at all. Also, thats NOT how you make bruschetta, it was just a bunch of random toppings on a flatbread Waste of money
The food is amazing and is a decent price for the portions and quality. However, it gets busy, especially on weekends and show nights, so get there early or make a reservation! The pasta was amazing and so was the rice ball. Its a suitable place for families, friends, a date night or even grabbing something to go (not sure if thats an option but you can call and ask). It was a great start to our night and one of our highlights; well be back!
Total disaster to get us to a table, taking place on the patio, we wanted to sit there, and they never allowed us, especially the manager
Good comfort food, generous portions, good if not the fastest service, happy vibes with flowers and live music in the outside terrace
Food was great nice big portions. the service was great and the live music was amazing with the atmosphere! would highly recommend this place if your in the area!
This is a large place that sells basic-to-decent food for just a tad higher price than it is worth. There s nothing much to boost about nor though to worry - want some simple carb with cream in the middle of plate? Take this. Some folks appreciate the service - it was probably the best part of the experience. There was a live music outside, which depending on your taste, can be a plus.
Establishment not recommended. Despite good service and an enthusiastic young waiter, the dishes were bland and flavorless.
The food was good, and the value wasnt too bad compared to all the touristy priced gouging happening at the falls. Thanks
The staff was super friendly. Had an awesome little chat with the manager. The gardens are incredible. Food was great too!
The worst service that I have ever seen.
The live band was great!
Horrible service waited over 30 minutes while staff tried to figure out the debit machines as they were malfunctioning. Manager was rude and unprofessional not willing to discount or remake any of the cold food we got served as we sat there waiting for him to come over and staff to figure out their technology difficulties. Manager wouldn t even comp the bread which was given to us rock hard and freezing cold. Overall over priced bad food, poor customer service and awful management of this establishment I would not recommend and will not be returning 97$ for a bunch of cold gross food
Went here for dinner one night visiting Niagara Falls and we couldn t be more disappointed. The server was nice and we got seated quickly, but when we got our food is was terrible. It was cold and we ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken Parmesan, the chicken Parmesan was terrible with the chicken being so incredibly stale and a little pink instead. The chicken tasted like it was sitting outside, and both the pastas were flavourless and cold and hard. The total came about 65 dollars with the parm being 32 dollars. Totally not worth the time and money, worse than Olive Garden.
Food is mediocre at best. Basil on a the margarita pizza was old and stale. They are extremely pricey. Waiter was reeling of cigarettes. Do not recommend it at all. Save your money.
Arcini was the only good thing. Carbonara and fettuccine Alfredo had no flavor
Just walked in literally 12 tables open near the live band playing.wants us to sit in the Back looking at a wall the whole reason want to go to this restaurant is the band so we left without eating.
Our evening at My Cousin Vinnys in Niagara Falls was truly exceptional, thanks to Sarah, our server. Hailing from Boston, we were initially skeptical about dining at an Italian American restaurant outside the United States. However, Sarahs knowledge of the menu and her impeccable recommendations completely changed our expectations. She guided us through the menu with expertise, suggesting dishes that turned out to be absolute delights. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service made our night truly special. Sarah is undoubtedly one of a kind, and her dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience deserves recognition. We left My Cousin Vinny s not only satisfied but thoroughly impressed. If you visit, ask for Sarah you wont be disappointed! K. T. Vanetti Boston, USA
If I could give 10 stars to Stefanie (crazy Italian) I would for service!! Food was outstanding with relaxed atmosphere!! Keep up the great work!!
They have live music and they play really good, also I enjoyed my food.
Beautiful environment, live music, delicious Italian food, nice patio to eat outside.
Went for dinner on 7/8. Ordered chicken cacciatore on the menu it is served over rice. I asked to substitute the rice for spaghetti, the server said they were not allowed to make substitutions. Since I cant eat rice I ordered bruschetta. Our meals arrived the chicken Parm was tough over cooked the sauce had no flavor not homemade and the bruschetta turned out to be a flat bread pizza with bitter vinegar. The chicken Parm cost $32.99 did not include soup salad or bread. If you wanted bread or salad it was an additional $6.99. service was shorty drop and run no one checked back after food served. Overall bad food and terrible service
Love the movie but NOT this restaurant. There is no pride in the food. Nothing fresh. Bland. Flavorless. Really disappointing. I had the chicken parm. The cutlet was definitely reheated, old and thin. I m assuming it was chicken. It was a big portion with a blob of cheese. My kids got the bolognese which was bland. The management should take a good look at their procedures. Hire a chef and have some standards. Please
More vegan/vegetarian choices on menu.
Went to it because of the name - it has nothing to do with the movie though. Very Italian. Great food and great service.
Sarah is such a lovely person and an amazing server! She took care of us all from start to finish, was very efficient and even fussed over the boys which they loved! The food was delicious! Thank you for our fantastic lunch and great experience.
Great good and good value for the money. Our waitress was very helpful and informative. Above our expectations.
Great place for Lunch and Dinner family style restaurant large portions and very tasty!
Fun atmosphere and great tasting food. Alot of sharable plates.
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY TOWED MY CAR!!!!!! Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Came into town from the states last night to go see Matt Rife. Menu looked good so we went here for dinner before hand. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, it came out and tasted like the syrup was missing, so I told the server and he said we just changed it , and offered me another glass, not I ll go check it out! . Got the second glass and it tasted the same. A table next to us ordered diets as well and I could hear them telling their server it tasted like the syrup was missing, so it wasn t just me! I ve been in customer service MANY years and it s horrible here! After we ate, we went over to OLG for the show, once we came back after the show my car was gone. The manager couldn t even tell me where they towed my car and was told to call the police. There was a second couple who s car also got towed. There is ONE sign saying that you can t leave your car there, but surprise! It s covered by a bush (see photo). The manager was absolutely clueless and the owner was on site but refused to come out. Absolutely ridiculous after spending over $100 on dinner there!!! $350 later and I was able to get my car back.
Donna was the best waitress! She had a heart breaking story to tell and make sure tip her well!!
Good food, plenty to eat. Service was fast!
What an amazing meal! We chose My Cousin Vinnys out of a list of 20 different places near our hotel. Italian sounded good, and we werent disappointed. We had the Chicken Portabella w/ a Ceasar side salad. Good mojito as well!
Absolutely beautiful in every way.
The atmosphere was very relaxing. There was live music and our waitress,Melissa, was fantastic. She approached us with a warm smile and made sure that we did not want for anything during our entire experience. The pizza was delicious. The spaghetti was divine, the fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. Our appetizer, the Arancini, was fantastic! Very family-friendly! .
The food was good, Large portions and I would say reasonable price. But the service wasn t there from start to finish. Our food took more than 30 min to be served. 2 tables who got there after us got their food before. I m very sad to see a restaurant with good name and good food to serve discrimination in 21 century.
Great food and service ,one of the best ittalian food i had so far
Had a great meal here would go back again very polite good service it was nice very nice
Meatballs and wings was amazing
Looked it up on Google, saw lots of good reviews so we thought to try it. The staff was very nice and live music was playing outside when we got there. The only problem is that the food is WAY TO EXPENSIVE, I know we are in Niagara Falls but still. 30$ for a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs that was pretty mediocre is insane. Still very nice service and nice restaurant just very expensive.
If you re in Niagara Falls you have stop here. Excellent service (Thank you Kail), the portions are massive and the food in on point. We got the Spaghetti Carbonara with bacon. Have to have bacon lol. It was creamy and amazing. My second favourite Carbonara I ever had in the world. Bacon was cooked fantastic and definitely added that salty goodness to the dish. And Alex got the Lamb Shank with mash potatoes. It was fall off the bone good. I even reached over with my fork and stole some really easy lol. The mash potatoes had the right amount butter and with the sauce from the shank it was mind melting. Definitely give this a try.
Food was great! Nice hot meal after our long trip to Canada ! Live music outside was great! Have a cocktail and enjoy your meal!
Service was just OK. Live band was kind of neat. Loved the patio atmosphere, but the food wasnt that great. I tried the mushroom ravioli and I choked it down, but it wasnt very good. I might come back here again and try something different...I loved the atmosphere, so I hope this was just a one off.
Food was fantastic - piping hot from delivery to the table to the end of the meal; generous portions and well prepared. Leigh Anne was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the area. I would eat here again every time we come to the Falls. Food : 5/5
I wouldn t know how to rate anything. If the restaurant is only half full their kitchen backs up and the wait will be at least an hour. Save your time and go somewhere else, especially if it s the weekend and busy.
The service was amazing, and the turnaround for our food was quick. Very quick fast and friendly service. However the food was mediocre at best. The spaghetti wasnt as good as ive had at other ppaces. The pizza was actually good, kinda small (12inches) but the cheese was very good. This restaurant is too Americanized and not enough Italian blend in the atmosphere.
Find somewhere else to eat. It was difficult to eat with the managers and servers having loud conversations right where the guests are eating. Was trying to eat the meal in peace. One of the plates came cold with the food on top warm, clearly warmed in the microwave.
Excellent food!
This place was wonderful excellent service by Stephanie and the food was delicious.. Loved the margaritas too :)
Had an amazing time at Vinneys last night. Great food an amazing band and most of all the outstanding service by Sara that girl deserves a raise. Highly recommend
We chose this restaurant two times while we where in Niagara Falls and it dont dissapointed. Our two servers where great . We loved every tasty dish that we try and they have live music I think every day. We really enjoy it!
This is a real Italian restaurant. My wife had Shrimp Arrabiatta, shrimp skewers over an awesome rice side that was moist and herby. I had the lasagna, which was a very nice balance of meat to ricotta cheese, and the sauce was perfectly balanced between acid and sweet. I really loved it. And great portion size. The prices are good for being in a tourist location. The place is clean and inviting.
We are spending a week in Canada for our family vacation. I actual saw this place from up on the Skylon. We had an amazing experience dinning tonight with you guys. Outdoor seating was comfortable and the live music was fun. Biggest thing tho was our server. Rachel was amazing with us and our son making sure we were well taken care of!! She definitely made this experience a great memory for us!! Kid-friendliness: We were able to get a high chair for our son and Rachel our server was very accommodating and sweet with him.
We made it out to eat after getting to Niagara Falls later than expected. We were promptly seated. The patio area where we sat was very busy, but had a good band playing and we enjoyed the evening. The place was nice, but there was more seating than waitresses to keep up with the crowd. Our waitress was good and always busy. Kid-friendliness: This was a nice place for kids, too.
Good food, nice atmosphere and excellent service with a great location to many attractions.
We really enjoyed our dinner!
Cute restaurant. Great atmosphere. Our waitress was fantastic. Food was mediocre to disappointing. The one bright spot was my husbands chicken parm.
I give it a 10 out of 10. We are originally from Texas, but we were visiting New York and Canada. This is the best Italian food I ve ever had. Grateful we were able to experience this place and service was amazing.
Honestly this food is some of the most bland tasting pasta Ive ever had. We had the penne Tuscany, spaghetti and meatballs and the carbonara. The service was passable so thats its only saving grace. However the pasta even with parmesan, chili flakes and pepper/salt and it still couldnt save the dish. To add on, the pricing of 25+ for each dish was thoroughly disappointing and would not recommend this for anyone. A family of 4 read the menu and saw the pricing and promptly left and I wish I did too.
We were really excited to try this place. Very underwhelmed. The food was subpar at best. The decor was very basic. You would think with name My Cousin Vinnys you would have a pretty good place to go. The movie was way better!
The food was so good and the service was fast
Don t bother
Honestly I couldve made better Italian food blind folded, I didnt want to send my food back but I had no choice. Our entire table complained about the food quality and taste. Our server was very nice and helpful no complaints there. The food just aint it.
The atmosphere is nice & the dessert & drinks were pleasant, only thing is the pasta was very bland, defiantly lacked seasoning. The garlic bread was cold & also tasted store bought.
The server(chubby, white, tall, looks like Simpson)put the tips 20%by himself. How come?
We stopped in for some drinks. We were hoping to sit on the patio but it wasnt open unfortunately. Nice place!
Decent Italian restaurant located just off Fallsview Boulevard, walking distance from the casino. Food is good and served in large portions, but on the pricier side. They charge 18% tax total. Worth a try if youre in the area.
we ordered caesar salad and the lettuce was not fresh and crispy , maybe a few days old. we also ordered gluten free pasta that was not too bad. overpriced for what they offer. great atmosphere and service though. thanks
Horrible food! The restaurant is dated, the service is good but the food is terrible. I ordered the chicken cacciatore; Overcooked pasta and Chicken that smells off with bland tomato sauce. There are many better options in Niagara Falls. This place is definitely the worst I ve been to in the region, made me sick to my stomach from the smell and taste.
Rough, just rough
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The staff were unbelievably rude and showed no respect or compassion for our handicapped child. As a family of four, we were excited to enjoy a nice evening out, but the manager refused to seat us near the music band, despite there being plenty of available tables. Instead, he insisted on placing us in an isolated corner at the back of the restaurant where we couldn t see the band. It was clear this was because our child is handicapped. We felt humiliated and unwelcome. Never again will we step foot in this establishment. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped are not welcome
Had good food and great atmosphere on the patio. Lots of flowers out. Poor Boys played and were very entertaining. Parking: Parked at Comfort Inn were we parked for 3 days and stayed there.
Tried to have dinner 5/8/24. They tried to seat 6 of us at a small booth, and we could see that it would not work. Asked to be seated at a nearby empty table and was told it was a table for 10. Sat us at another, larger booth and it was still too small. They finally put 2 small tables together and that was fine. Went to order drinks, and it must have been this guys first night working. Nice, but didn t know anything. Couldn t get our drink order right. After getting our drink order, which did have a couple of mistakes, we added up the amount of yellow flags. We had our drinks and left. Poor management.
Pretty solid Italian American restaurant in Canada. My Caesar salad was good and the pizza I ordered was also very good.
Great food, excellent service. The cleanness is not at its best though. But the food and wines as well as great service compensate for the cleanness. Veal shank and chicken parmigiano were great.
Second time coming here and the food is good service is excellent, great lunch spot
It is well located, but it is quite expensive, value for money, it was quite empty and we still waited a long time
Great place! Great food! Only complaints is they had no IPAs or ranch dipping sauce.
The main reason I gave this a higher score is because of our waitress Stephanie. We heard this place gave large portions, but that didnt seem to be the case, especially after price. I get that you are paying tourists trap prices, but was still pretty wild seeing that bill. The piza was ok, but definitely not a NY Thin style like I thought it would be and was pretty bland. The atmosphere was pretty good. Was bright and cheerful inside, but the winner if the night was our waitress Stephanie. She was very helpful, very ice and went out of her why to give us that helpful tourists information that I sure she gets asked every single day. People like her make you feel a bit better about paying stupid high prices for mediocre food I guess
I enjoyed it. Not crowded but there was parking and food was good
best lasagne I have ever eaten. atmosphere great and friendly server. the only bad note I would say is that a salad did not come with entree.
Night guy manager was rude, and very aggressive in his manners, has an additude, never go back food was poor, all agreed,
Delicious food, fantastic service. Highly recommended.
Mussels tasted like manure, garlic loaf had absolutely zero garlic, for a 33.99 seafood pasta completely underwhelming for the lack of flavour. Service was good, just the food was a complete let down.
I have to take my hat off to Rachel for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE! With 3 small children it is never easy to go out and have dinner, but she was patient and understanding and accommodating and FUN! The food isn t anything special. But if it was up to the level of service we experienced this place would be a 15/5! Thank you Rachel for an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!
This was by far the worst Italian restaurant I ve ever been to in my entire life. They didn t even know how to make a damn cheeseburger. It was burnt and disgusting. The dip we got was gross. We got soggy meatballs. They were super watery.! Gross! Save ur $ .
We had a Lasagna which was probably the best I have ever had and I am an Italian food lover. The server was very friendly and helpful with information on attractions in the area. Pricy but everything in the area is as it is a tourist area,
There for business one day. Food was just barely ok. Service staff were just ok. Talking amongst themselves and with other customers rather than paying attention to the few customers in the place. Beyond that... this restaurant very dishonestly hides / disguises a gotcha fee of 5% as a legal tax on your bill. HST is 13% in Ontario. The tax rate on the bill was 18%. When my controller called to ask what this was, it was hard to get a straight answer from the manager, other than it is 5%. It is not disclosed anywhere that I can find; it simply and magically appears on your bill. BE AWARE. Count on adding 5% to all prices on the menu. In my opinion, very deceptive, at the least, and an appalling lack of respect for customers.
Veal was overcooked and rubbery My mushroom ravioli taste sour At end of dinner we got someone else s bill because they closed ours so not sure if we even got charged right amount Food : 1/5
It is always a pleasure and good experience dining here. Food is good, atmosphere is good and at a good price. This is one of our top choice restaurant when we go to niagara. We never been disappointed yet for all those times we ve dine here.
This restaurant refused my child from using their washroom as its for paying customers only! Dont support them!!! This is in humane!
The food was excellent the server was excellent and the atmosphere, music and general vibes were calm, welcoming, clean and cozy. Very much recommend!
The waitress we had was so amazing and great with our cranky toddler. The price is what you d expect for a tourist location, but the food actually tasted pretty good. Plan to visit again! Kid-friendliness: They are so patient with kids!
Good food, good service. A bit pricey but o happy we visited.
Was somewhat disappointed with My Cousin Vinnys. The atmosphere lacked charm & ambience. The food was good, but not great - especially for the price. Had to send my lukewarm risotto back to be heated up. We were asked 3 times if we wanted to add side salads. Limes for a drink were repeatedly requested & forgotten. Our Server was admittedly not on her game & apologized profusely. We were empathetic as we all have had bad days. We were gifted & shared a slice of Godiva cheesecake to compensate - which was fricken delicious & appreciated.
I never knew that lamb shank would be on a bed of mash potatoes lathered in dark gravy not a tomato base broth ?? Especially coming from an Italian restaurant
Enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Although, I didnt see any yoots. Lol
Visit every time we are in NF
The most ok experience I have ever had Tasted...exactly as expected. A niagara east side Marios but 40% more expensive and no free salad. Buuut was enjoyable. Food
Chicken BBQ pizza was tasty.
Delicious and significant portions. The stake stripline is straight fire
Our first words with Sabrina R the waitress complained about a low tip on a table and said they stayed too long meanwhile the place was empty. Food was big disappointment. Cold garlic bun was bad. Food was boring and not good. No water offered. Bad service. No salad with meal. The grease tasted old.
The garlic bread seemed to be out from the supermarket packaging. It was barely toasted, cold, and untasteful. The pasta was ok and the beer was great. The place wasnt full, but service seemed a bit slow. Wouldnt recommend, sadly.
The pizza was pretty good, but their famous lasagna was underwhelming. My kids didnt eat it. It has a REALLY nice atmosphere though! Unfortunately I didnt take any pictures to share.
Decent food, pretty standard pasta but was served hot and fresh.
We grabbed dinner here on an off-season Monday night in mid-January. Our waitress was great, the food was so-so. Everything seemed to be maybe frozen and reheated? May be a problem during the slow season. Im sure if you have a large group and you order a bunch of pizzas it would be good?
