6650 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 0L0, Canada
On the upper level of Table Rock Centre, only steps from the brink of Horseshoe Falls, Table Rock House Restaurant offers locally sourced and internationally inspired menus. Enjoy lunch or dinner with the falls as your backdrop.
We had an amazing dinner. the food was fantastic! We wine tasted. The serving staff Nitza was so friendly, anyone making reservations, ask for her. Highly recommend braised short rib. They are allergy conscious and very serious about it! We also had a choice table overlooking the falls!
We were pleasantly surprised that a restaurant so close to the falls would be such a fabulous experience! Wow!! Mary, our friendly hostess, was able to seat us even though we didn’t have reservations (on a Sunday afternoon)! Andrea, our server, was friendly, attentive and made great recommendations! We enjoyed a breathtaking view of the Falls while enjoying delicious cocktails (espresso martinis and Blueberry Lemonade Smash), the tasty short rib croquettes (my husband and sister thoroughly enjoyed the horseradish herb aioli), and Table Rock Burgers and Grilled Lamb Burger. The price of the drinks and food were extremely reasonable considering the location and the spectacular view. We will definitely return and will be happy to recommend Table Rock House to friends. Thanks for a most enjoyable experience today!!
Fantastic place to eat at the Falls. It is an experience. Make reservations to TRY and get window seating. I made my reservations right at opening, so we were able to get those window seats. The red wine flights were great! The food was great. I chose the pork belly and was pleasantly surprised that there was tender meat on it. Seasoned wonderfully, my husband had the rainbow trout on a bed of quinoa. Our waitress was great giving us suggestions on food and things to do at table rock. Loved our visit.
Went to Niagara Falls and wanted to eat overlooking the falls. Table Rock had the perfect view! My food was delicious- the maple butternut squash- yum! The drinks were great, and my children said the dessert was the best they've ever had.
Booked a table for our family of 8 more than five months in advance and had requested a table with a great view if possible and our wish was granted! I was really pleased with this as it was the first time dining here for our family members and I wanted them to enjoy the splendour of the Falls while they dined. Service was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our fried calamari appetizers (tasty and not just a bunch of crunchy fried bits, entrees (steak was a huge portion, short ribs were so tender, pasta hit the spot) and dessert (gelato trio was a rich fruity explosion). We really loved the majestic view and could not ask for a more relaxing experience to cap off our mini family getaway. Thank you for a memorable dinner!
I absolutely recommend eating here while you are visiting Niagara Falls - but you might want to make a reservation! It’s quite the experience. We made a reservation for our party of 11 several months in advance via reaching out to the Niagara Parks service team. Our server was friendly and attentive - all the staff we encountered were friendly. The view is absolutely beautiful! While the restaurant feels somewhat luxurious, the dress code can be very casual. They understand that many of their visitors have been touring the Falls during their stay. This is a bit more of a pricey place to eat, but in my opinion it was worth going. The kids menu is robust, as well. They had plenty of options for the kids. PS - We ordered every item on the dessert menu (except for the gelato) and the caramel apple cheesecake was absolutely the best! The others were still tasty, too!
The view and service were great. The food getting to us took a bit of time but the view helped keep our minds off that. But... the food was very basic. The table rock burger was a bit dry and the seafood po boys were using the correct bread so the sandwich itself was a bit dry. The mushroom fettuccine was a bit watery. Overall the food wasn't worth the wait. Luckily, they had a view though. See how I keep going back to the view?
Great place to dine, a little but too noisy, but service is excellent. Try fixed price menu for $65, it's a lot, very tasty and fresh... Great value. Beer choice of 4 small ones for $10 very good. All prices for drinks reasonable. We were seated at window, had a reservation, and ... Hey: it's as close as you can get to Niagara Falls!! And have a nice dinner!!
We came here in December and were able to enjoy less crowds and managed to get a window table with a great view over Niagara Falls (which would be almost impossible in the high season). We really enjoyed that the restaurant offered dishes made with local products.
The view of the Falls was exquisite. The menu however was surprisingly limited for such a beautiful open kitchen with a full back of the house staff. Although the quality of the food was good enough, I would have hoped for more if Im investing my time to have a lovely experience. Parking: $35 for the afternoon
Came here a couple months ago and the food was amazing! Presentation was on point and the everything was modern and delicious. Decided to bring some friends here the other night and not sure what happened but the food has gone completely down hill. Ill start off with the apps, the prawns are shrimp, overcooked in a split oily curry sauce with some tomatos that taste like pure thyme not sure how you could get a dish so wrong on so many levels? The fall salad tasted like biting into a raw onion.. disgusting. The burrata was simply ok, but I dont understand the apples that seem to be pickled in beet juice? Anyways, on to the mains.. the steak was overcooked and covered in a creamy mushroom sauce and then topped with chimi churri? Those things dont go together! Its weird and completely wrong and creamy mushroom sauces on steak should be left in the 80s where they belong. Short ribs should fall apart and melt in your mouth this one I needed a knife to cut into and it was chewy. Butter chicken should be sweet this one just tasted like tomato paste and the chicken was burnt and the sauce just poured on top lol. Very disappointed in this meal and when I spoke to the female manager on duty she basically just said oh well. Deserts were good but Im sure those are made elsewhere.. overall if Im paying that kind of money for a meal I expect it to be better quality then a dated all inclusive resort meal in a foreign country.
One of the best indoor views of the falls. It was perfect for a winter visit. It is pricey, but justified for the unique view, exquisite food, & great service. Parking: They validate parking for nearby lot.
This is a very good experience, well worth the price. The food was good, not a very diverse menu overall. The views are great and the service was very good.
while our visit to niagara falls we saw posters of hot chocolate. we were told your restaurant was selling them. however, when we came to your check-in and requested the lady we would like to purchase a few hot chocolate, we were told we would need to dine in. We told the lady, we rather take the hot chocolate and drink outside. why is this resraurant purposely trying to lose business ?
Excellent food and service. Many thanks to our server Nadine for her suggestions and advice for our stay at the Falls.
Beautiful view but thats about it. Terrible service, Terrible food. Went with a group it was buffet style. No rhyme or reason how the buffet is set up. Cold food mixed in with hot food and appetizers. Separate table for meat. No direction. Take a page out of the buffet set up book please! Hot foods were cold anyway.. it was terrible. Do not recommend. At Night you have to go in the doors from the Falls side and get soaked from the mist!! That is unacceptable! On the way out they offer ponchos..well my night is already over, so who cares!! Terrible..just terrible! Oh did I mention they ran out of food.
We had dinner here for the first time and I have to say, we were taken aback by how delicious the food was and most importantly, how our server, Nista was! She was so knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely go back! -Bobbie
I ordered the medium-rare New York striploin steak, but it was undercooked and tough to chew, which was quite disappointing. The service was also unsatisfactory the waitress was not attentive, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Overall, it was not an enjoyable dining experience.
This was my first time going to this restaurant and everything was awesome, the food was amazing and Nitsa, who took care of us was very nice and made the experience even more enjoyable. We loved the view and drinks.
The food was delicious, but the portions are a bit on the small side. The view is phenomenal and you can certainly dream away here on a cold day
The view was amazing. The service not so much. We waited a very long time with no acknowledgment. I had to ask for a server. The 3 course meal was delicious and worth the price.
We had the pleasure of visiting Table Rock Bistro and Wine Bar, and I can t say enough about AB you re mixologist, Not only did he effortlessly prepare drinks at a time, but he also engaged with us, sharing his knowledge and recommendations. AB s warm and welcoming personality convinced us to try some shots, adding to the fun of our visit. Our two-hour stay was truly enjoyable, and if you re looking for an amazing cocktail experience, make sure to visit this place .
The food there is over priced for the quality and the portions. However the view is great! If I would do it again I would just buy a beer with the calamari and watch the falls since the food made me puke for and it was $35.
Pretty expensive for what tasted like hospital food. They also wouldn t let us take a window seat before ordering since they had already had seated us. There was a ton of tables open but they said it was because they were too busy which wasn t honestly true. Our server was nice but overall kind of a let down.
Steak and Beef ribs were the best Ive had in my life. Prices were fair and of course the view is incredible. Michelle was the most attentive and patient waitress. Kids menu satisfied my kids too. Definitely recommend coming here.
Best restaurant we have been to on our trip so far.
Came for parking validation and have lunch at the same time They stopped validating parking tickets and the food was not that good Food
This might be our new favourite restaurant. The view is just breathtaking. You can t get a better view in Niagara Falls. The food is exceptional. I had the seafood risotto and my husband had the steak. Both were very delicious. Our waiter Peter was very friendly and attentive. Oh and the cocktails! The old fashioned and maple manhattan were just perfect! We will be back very soon :) Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available
Terrible experience, will not be coming back! I wanted to take my girlfriend to this restaurant for our anniversary because the view looked amazing. Our date night started by trying to book reservations about 6 hours before and being told that they were all booked up, but there was a possibility that we could be seated as walk-ins. So, we tried to walk in, but couldn t because you can t park anywhere close to the restaurant and the designated parking is $35. So then I tried calling this place to see if tables were available because I m not paying $35 to park not knowing if we have a table or not. After calling 8 times I finally got an answer telling us to come in and they would seat us. Finally, after making it to the restaurant, we were seated in an empty dinning room even though apparently reservations were all booked . Then, after being seated for about 30 minutes with no service, we were greeted by our waitress with did you decide yet? . At this point my girlfriend also became disappointed with the service we had been receiving along with the entire system this restaurant was conducting. Therefore, we both went to talk to the supervisor (Dave). Dave listened to our complaints but did not offer to do anything to help make the situation better. Instead, after listening to our rant he said do you want to go back to your seat and get more comfortable? . At this point we were sure it was time to go because this restaurant was way to expensive to have this bad of service. So, if you re looking to spend at least $200 for a dinner date with subpar service and a dysfunctional system this is the place for you. To say the least, we were very upset and went somewhere else.
I had high hopes for this fine dining restaurant, especially with its stunning view, but the experience was deeply disappointing. First, no one answered the phone when I tried to make a reservation, which should have been my first warning. The parking situation was chaotic, making arrival a hassle. Once seated, we waited an unreasonably long time for our waitress to greet us when she finally arrived, she didnt even introduce herself. The lack of basic courtesy was surprising. To make matters worse, the manager seemed completely untrained and unable to address our concerns or provide any assistance. Considering each dish was over $50, I expected service to match the price point, but it fell far short. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and frustrated. Save your money and seek out a restaurant that delivers on both quality and service.
A lunch with a view of the Falls. Food was tasty, and service was attentive and quick.
Excellent place to visit, I hope to return soon before returning to Brazil
The place is fantastic to enjoy the nice view and eat delicious food.
I had dinner at this place, the bruschetta and mushroom cannelloni were exquisite, although I did not really like their dumplings. The desert was alright, overall I can say it was decent, but probably for what they charge I would say I would have expected a better food quality.
A nice restaurant with an amazing view. The service was overly pretentious, could be more friendly. The food was delicious.
Ok I know the view is beautiful but the food was terrible. I m shocked it got such good reviews. I mean everything we ordered was subpar. Nice staff though. I would rather eat at Olive Garden
Highly recommend , food I thought was good value and nice , drinks same price s as most places , Sam G was our server and was very polite , location / view was awesome :)
Worthy place !
Delicious food with unbeatable views! We couldnt have found a more amazing view in all of Niagra falls for a meal. Jessica our server was also amazing with recommendations and chit chat. Prime rib poutine is a must have! Highly recommend
This place benefits greatly from the view of niagara falls, it is worth visiting to admire it especially in the evening after 5 oclock (it will be lit up) the food was not bad
My family had lunch here when we came to Niagara Falls. The kids chicken tenders and fries were good, but the fries were very salty. The bathrooms are very clean. The staff were really nice. The apple cinnamon cheesecake was very good. It had blueberries and apple chunks on top. I enjoyed my visit.
Great view , food and service ,the lamb burger was great!!
I visited on Sunday night, made a reservation but it wasnt full. The atmosphere is very pleasant and it has a beautiful view. The food surprised me, it was very good and the portion was well served. I recommend the Pumpkin Feta Dip!
We traveled out here from California for our Anniversary. and while we were here we wanted to have lunch here at Table Rock. So we did reserve a table. OMG! The food was sooo good, deliciously fresh. All kinds of flavors danced on my palate. I recommend this is a must get in here place. Parking: As long as you visit them they will validate your parking and you avoid the 30 bucks on parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible.
I hope I had a one off. Service was fantastic, but the lobster poutine was not. the cocktail menu has great drinks as well Food
Great food and great service. I was served by Nitsa who was so friendly and helpful. She helped me choose a nice drink, talked me through the menu and was very attentive. 5 star service from her today. Thank you very much Nitsa!
I love this place! Best place to go for best quality food and great prices. Ohhh the view too!!!!!! By far my fav place to go when visiting Niagara Falls . Make sure you call to book reservations . They have accommodated for me tho for my birthday! Food : 5/5
The food was great but the hostess at the door offered very poor service that took away from our experience.
The food was amazing and so was the service. The hostess was very friendly and sat us with a nice view upon request. Then our waitress was also very friendly and considerate of our tight schedule. Food also came out quickly. Highly recommend.
Worth the wait for a table with a view. Reccomend not a table at the window, as feels like everyone is looking past you(because they are), reccomend a curved bench table, nice bench seating.
My wife made a reservation 6 months in advance. It was for our 5 year anniversary dinner. We were called a week prior and told the restaurant was booked for a special event. Our reservation was canceled for that evening. I suggest all make triple sure they have your reservation and have a backup plan.
Fetuccine is with spoiled old oil
Unbelievable food, I finally encounter the meal so expensive and so BAD in Niagara Falls. Where? In Table Rock House Restaurant. It is challenging to swallow Fettuccine into the stomach. The beef in Beef burger is so Dry same as the veal burger. I believe the burgers are re-cooked or reheated. The best food I find in this restaurant is bread basket with home made butter. I live in Niagara Falls and I feel shamed the City runs this restaurant so bad. I suggest all chef staff have to go back to school.
The only good thing I can say about our visit was that Nitsa, our server, was awesome. However, they didn t have our reservation but they sat us anyway. Well thanks a lot. Couldn t see the view at all, which was the reason we chose this subpar restaurant to begin with. Food was below average. We actually had to send the salmon back because it was too salty. The lavender cocktail was very good but I didn t drink enough to enjoy this miserable establishment. If you don t get a window seat, don t bother.
We were a group of 16 people so we basically got to order most of the entrees and appentizers but MOST of them were bland! The mushroom pasta I got tasted like water. The chicken sandwich was already brown and chewy because it was overcooked. Not happy with the food at all! The view was great..
A little pricey
Lunch menu is a joke
The place is great. The staff was not primitive. You came to enjoy the food and the staff crossed everything out
Food was really great! My wife and I loved it. They put us right by the window and we had such amazing views!
Great location to eat, food and staff great
I mentioned it was our 10 anniversary, nothing was done, nothing recognized. Drinks were slow, food came at odd times whilst still eating previous course, wine with main didnt come with main. Lobster was like rubber, over cooked and included parts that should be removed. Kids pasta was bland and I wouldnt eat it. Server wasnt super knowledgeable about drinks. Overall, way over priced for a below average meal but the view was nice. Would never return or recommend, good job theres not a no tip option.
Wasabi on steak is okay. Niagara view restaurant. You must reserve the space next to the window. There are Western tourist groups.
Food is not great, service is average! They re selling the view for the most part..
Let me start off by saying the view and interior of the restaurant was great, but the food was some of the worst food I ve ever had at a restaurant. If you re looking for somewhere to eat near Niagara Falls, I would suggest you look elsewhere. My friend and I did the 3 course dinner. For appetizers, we started with the tartine, which had THE saltiest anchovies I ve ever had in my life. They were so salty it made me wince. It was not good. The rest of the tartine was okay if you took the anchovies off. We also had the crab cake which was very mediocre, not something I would pay to eat again. For entrees, we had the braised beef short rib and lobster tagliatelle. The beef was actually very good, however the rapini was a bit bitter. The lobster tagliatelle was some of the worst pasta I ve ever had. It tasted like a jar of red sauce was just dumped into the pasta. The pasta did not taste like lobster at all. The presentation was not good either, it was obvious the pasta had been sitting for a while before it was served. For dessert, we got the lemon meringue tart and caramel apple cheesecake. Both desserts were actually quite good, and I would recommend getting the lemon tart. During dinner, we also had the ice wine flight, which was very good. Overall, I would not come back or recommend this.
Made reservations for Canadian Thanksgiving and had a great meal with a nice view of the falls and fantastic service from Michal. Highly recommended!
Great place to dine!!!
My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary trip and ended up eating here twice. Our second visit we sat on the patio and Nadine turned our day right around after a not-so-awesome journey behind the falls experience. She was very kind and personable, and had exceptional menu knowledge. She easily gave us the best customer service of anyone we encountered our entire trip. The food was pretty tasty, especially compared to the other options around the falls, and decently priced for a tourist destination. The atmosphere left something to be desired; the dining room was very bright during dinner service which impedes the view of the lit up falls, and the music was very quiet so you could hear everyones conversation around you. Overall I would recommend checking this place out, especially if you have the pleasure of Nadine serving you!
-Awesome restaurant! -Good food and spectacular view of the Niagara falls! -Food came out fast. -i suggest call for reservations because they are very busy. -i recommend
First of all, I have to compliment our waitress Nitsa..she was super friendly, attentive and informative in regard to the food, and other details about the landscape outside the restaurant. We had burrata and salads, all delicious! We would highly recommend this restaurant!
The food isnt bad.....but the view is spectacular! Courteous and fast service.
Best view to dine luxury and enjoy the best view at Niagara. It was big hassle for us to get into the best sit in the house, a combination of 4 time requests with showings off our 20 million views profile to get there, but they said that these seats needed to order main dish. We ordered the fix menu which was $100 each. Sausage bruschetta was very sour and after we told them they didn t even bother to give us something different. The short rib also wasn t tasty but quite big portion-wise. Vegetarian options: A few Dietary restrictions: None Parking: Expensive $35 parking lot at the back Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Great views of the falls while having dinner. Atmosphere and service was great. Ordered the bruschetta for appetizer and was very dissapointed, no idea what that was but did not look apetizing at all. Main course was better but nothing i would say was amazing.
We came here twice, each time all the food was fresh and delicious, the service was excellent, the view was very beautiful facing niagara falls
I don t think I ve ever been this offended by a restaurant. The only reason worth going to this restaurant is location the view of the Niagara Falls. Here is our experience. Context, this was a Thursday night and it wasn t all that busy restaurant was barely even half full and they seem to be clearly over-staffed. First of all, the hostess at the entrance doesn t proactively engage you. We are a party of 3 and of course, asked for a table by the window with a view of the Falls, not an unreasonable request. A different hostess comes to bring us to our table, bypassing an available table that has good window view, and she puts us in the middle of the restaurant (where no one else was seated), away from the window view. After us was a group of 4 who were given that table with window view. We could not understand why we were not given that table with a view since we were here first and we know for a fact that these people are walk-ins, no reservation and they were behind us. When we talked to the hostesses about this issue, we were met with lies, gaslighting and hostility. In fact, the three hostesses (not one, but a group of three people) who were talking to my husband told him that they feel threatened, when we only asked to be treated fairly. While this was happening, a table with a similar view of the window came available. We asked the server and the hostess about changing to that table and we were told we have to talk to the front. When we asked, they said they could not give it to us because it was for people who made a reservation. Lies again. The restaurant was not busy and witnessing the number of people coming in after us during our meal, I highly doubt they all had reservations because they were given the best tables with view on the lower level. Not that I mean to profile, but we truly felt that the difference in treatment was because we were Asian. My husband was able to discuss this situation with the manager, so we thought it was resolved and he offered a voucher to a visit to a winery which he d bring over later. I actually wasn t going to write this review, had it ended like that. Of course, they finally let us take that table. I was initially concerned about that service we will receive, but the waitress (the experienced blonde haired waitress) was professional and pleasant. The meal was pricey, but at least the food quality was acceptable and there was a great view of the Niagara Falls. The manager comes to bring over the voucher, puts it on the table while we commented on how the staff need to improve attention to service. My son, being a 10-year-old child was asking the manager what the name of the Spanish-looking lady was (Hispanic isn t typically in a 10 year-old s vocabulary). I don t know what the manager was hearing, but he accused my son of calling his staff bad-looking and talked down to him about it not being acceptable. He literally was being mean to my child and ignored that fact that his parents were right there (FYI, my child is a good, well-behaved kid). We told him that was not what our son said and that we did not hear him say bad-looking . We called him out for speaking inappropriately to our child. He just talks over us and responds with I know what I heard and essentially shut down communication. He took away the voucher from the table and left. If that s not rude, I don t know what is. Their toxic ways of treating and communicating with customers has got to be the worst I ve seen for a restaurant. They obviously don t care because they have propriety over the view of Niagara Falls and people will still go there, or at least there are enough walk-ins to sustain the restaurant. But do know this, they care and know very little about customer service.
Great service from brad, super accommodating when we asked for a different table with a better view. The charcuterie board was the best we ve ever had!!! Definitely a must try!!
Had a great experience in this place. The food was really good and the personal was friendly and nice. I recommend this place!
Emily was very accommodating getting our seat arrangement. Other than that the view was spectacular. Food was mediocre at best. Service was average for a fine dining at this price.(salmon was good though) There was a polite fly near our table, that kinda just stayed by my seat and didn t go near foods. There were other bugs too, but I guess it s expected for the location becuz it s by water? Overall it s average, just like any fine dining in Toronto. Edit: family wasn t happy with the service. I guess it was because they didn t provide us much service other than quickly filling up our waters. The server treated the other tables much better. I m used to it to a degree, people my age my race often gives good tips regardless of service
Favorite restaurant in Niagara, which is very touristy. Very nice ambiance but accommodates casual dress. Great food and view of the falls. Perfect for families with toddlers! Yes pricey but worth it.
Very disappointed , 3 nights in row they refused to seat us and they had multiple spots available ! Reception was very impolite and unprofessional! Don t waste your time here
Great food! Staff was very nice specially Nitza, she made all the effort to make my parents feel welcome regardless the language barrier (my parents dont speak english). She was also very nice with my kids.
This is truly the closest restaurant you get to the horseshoe fall. The view is amazing and staff were very nice and attentive. Compared to other restaurants in town, this is not that expensive considering the view and fine dining experience. Vegetarian options: One entree vegetarian option
The view we had was lovely and our lunch, which was simple, was delicious. Our server, Jessica, was amazing. Just top-notch also make a reservation if you can. Kid-friendliness: They have a small section on the menu for kids, and its a kid friendly restaurant .
After $35 parking and a terrible menu...I mean one of the worse menus I have ever had in Niagara falls and pretty much most the high-end restaurant....The restaurant added salty night to my visit by not validating my ticket after spending almost $200...the food was Tare1...Best part of my evening was the waitress..she was helpful and very nice....For me TABLE ROCK CAFE IS A HARD PAST....not worth the money or the time.......There are many other restaurant that will accommodate your visit to the FALLS
We had a great anniversary dinner at this establishment. We requested window seating well in advance and the restaurant was able to accommodate us. The manager, our waiter (Brad) and every staff member we came across was super friendly and accommodating! The food was good, wasn t a fan of the crab cakes. The bread basket was amazing along with the short ribs and lobster tagliatelle. The meringue tart is a must try! Overall based on service 5/5! Thank you for making our anniversary special and memorable.
This was our first time here and the food is amazingly good. The servers are very nice and the one I had was very funny. The next time we come back to Canada we will be back.
Service was absolutely pathetic. The hostess did nothing but make excuses that they were short staffed. Hire more people Management! Definitely would not go back.
We stopped and ate at Table Rock after a long day of walking and were blown away by how amazing the food is and how friendly and awesome the staff is. Shoutout to Brad for the warm welcome and always appreciated Dad jokes!
We have been traveling in the USA and Canada for two weeks now. Here we had the best main course and dessert so far. The meat was very tender. We took the menu. The wine was also very tasty. The view is of course gigantic.
Enjoyed dinner here on our last night. Reservations recommended. Service was great. View was wonderful!
First rate service, atmosphere and food. Because we arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday of the Labour Day weekend, we were seated immediately and had a view of the Canadian falls. We tried the $70 3 course meal deal and it was definitely worth it. Excellent portions too.
Embarrassingly tiny portions.
Incredible views of Niagara Falls. The food was fairly good, although we only went for lunch so didn t try any of their higher-end offerings.
Lets be clear: the view is hard to beat, and exactly what the restaurant promises. The staff is nice, and the decor matches expectations. The food, instead, really needs some work. The meat we got was really not something that should have been served in terms of quality for the price. The place is as expensive as any others in Niagara falls, but what you are paying for is the view.
A nice place for a beer while waiting for the weather to improve.
The view is really nice and that s about it. Extremely loud at dinner time with a lot of children. Service was slow. Food was mediocre.
We were told to come for 8 as we have a large group. When we arrived. We were denied a table. The hostess gave us attitude. Would not recommend.
Anh was our server and she was incredibly friendly and her service was amazing!! Five stars for her! Beautiful views and delicious food!
My husband and I had a wonderful evening at Table Rock House Restaurant! Eating our delicious meal overlooking the horseshoe Falls was spectacular! And our server, Nitsa, was phenomenal!!!!
Table Rock House was recommended by a friend originally from NY. Our view of the falls was amazing. The pace for dining was never rushed, our food was excellent. Portions were large and could have easily been shared. The lemon meringue tart was 10/10. Our server, Nitsa, was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for our dinner and wine pairings.
Great views , good food, poor service. We waited well over an hour for our meal, just 2 entries and had to call over the waitress for a round of drinks after no being checked in on after 40 mins. Party of 2, the restaurant was not even at 1/2 capacity. Food was good, on the higher price side, but no complaints of the quality. Poor experience all due to the poor service. I cant seem to be able to just review the bistro side, which was amazing. I would like to note that Paul, our server on the bistro side of Table Rock was 5 star amazing! I wish I could leave a seperate review for the bistro which was fabulous! Thank you Paul for the fantastic service , you my friend rock!!! We did go to the Bistro 2 times , each time was a great time. I hope my review of the restaurant does not reflect the quality of the Bistro side service.
My family enjoyed our dinner here. The view was amazing!
Views! Thats what Im going to say the views are absolutely fantastic but honestly the food was pretty fantastic as well! The braised beef short rib Poutine was delicious and the beef was well seasoned, quite tender and just delicious. The fries and cheese curds were melted, and the mustard gravy brought that extra kick which complemented the dish that much more. The Canadian BLT was a great sandwich with the garlic aioli and the sourdough bread. The side that came with it, seven grain salad with cotija cheese was deliciously healthy. The best part of this outside of the views, which we had a direct Canadian Falls view right on the edge of the restaurant, was the dessert. The Carmel Apple cheesecake, which had salted caramel and hazelnut praline, one our wonderful server suggested for us. It brought a lot of flavors together and the berries were a nice touch for the cheesecake. It was a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the service and the views. Parking: Located in front of Niagara falls on the Canadian side. There is not a lot of parking nearby and they all are pay to park.
Nice restaurant. Just had appetizers, salad, and drinks. Kinda pricey, but good. Great view of the falls.
What better view can you ask for right ?! Obviously , awesome view to the waterfall; great service (should have gotten his name) and good food. A little pricey for my liking but , overall, a good experience . I would go back given the opportunity.
This was my favorite restaurant of my whole vacation at Niagara Falls, Canada. Service was excellent. Our waitress was so attentive and helpful. Drinks were refreshing . Prefix menu was Worth the price, Delicious! Lots of vegetarian options. Portions were plentiful. Recommend tempura asparagus, mushroom stuffed cannelloni, and an apple cheesecake with caramel for dessert. Highly recommend!
Renee provided excellent customer service!
Save Your Money A Disappointing Anniversary Lunch. I wish I could say we had a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. My family and I were looking forward to a special lunch to celebrate our anniversary, and we were excited to dine on the patio with a nice view of the falls. We were seated promptly, which was a good start, but things quickly went downhill from there. After placing our orders for the cheese/meat boards and hummus, we were informed 20 minutes later that they had run out of the meat items. Which was a let down as really thats all we wanted to have. We decided to go with just the hummus. While the hummus itself was decent, the pita bread served alongside was hard and stale my youngest wouldn t even touch it. When we asked for more pita, we were surprised to learn there would be an upcharge. We agreed, and when the second round arrived, it was fresh and plentiful, which was how it should have been from the start. However, we were still missing side plates, napkins, and cutlery, which left us feeling quite neglected. At one point, we considered leaving, but we didn t want to be impolite, so we decided to give it a chance. Big mistake! When our meals finally arrived, they were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were disappointing as well. My daughter, who usually enjoys her food, was so put off by her lobster roll and it was not at all like a usual lobster roll. It was more of a mushy sweaty salad with tiny pieces of lobster chopped. She said the taste was very fishy and not good. My husband switched with her as he hasn t started eating yet. He took a bit and had a hard time swallowing it. It was not good at all. He ate just the top of the bun and felt put off by the taste. My daughter took no more then 2 bites of her hamburger after saying mom it doesn t taste good. I was very sad and disappointed. My youngest had a beef hot dog, which was acceptable and she was happy, but the chips served with it were stale. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. My pulled pork was cold and soggy, while my husband found his lobster roll to be overwhelmingly fishy and more like a mush than anything else. The salads served on the side were horrible. It was runny with liquid which means it was sitting. It was not fresh at all. The service was another letdown. Aside from one kind gentleman who brought our food, we struggled to get basic items like plates and napkins from our server, who initially seemed pleasant but then became noticeably absent. We were both disappointed with our meals, and my eldest barely touched hers, ultimately leaving most of it uneaten. When it came time to settle the bill, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the server who brought our food. He mentioned he would call a manager, but we felt there was nothing they could say to rectify the situation. We just wanted to leave at this point. The bill came and it had my meal removed. We paid the bill and left very unhappy. We deeply regret not taking the advice of a couple we spoke to while looking at the menu outside who suggested we go somewhere else for better food and better restaurant for the kids. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience so others can avoid the disappointment we faced on our anniversary. Save your money and eat somewhere else!
A welcome not up to par, very poor cuisine.
What a view and ambiance to complement delicious foods. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance, and the views of the falls are amazing. Book a later seating and you can see the falls light up in colors as you dine. They have a priz fixed menu for about $70 a person for a starter, main, and dessert. Or you can order a la carte. I had the pumpkin and carrot coconut soup for a starter ( about $13 for a large portion) and I had the mushroom cannelloni ( about $40) my husband has the short ribs. Both entrees were delicious. They had a nice wine list, too. I recommend the baco noir as it is a local regional grown grape, delicious. Make a reservation as they can get popular.
Great view! The service is excellent. Thank you Nitza for your kindness and professionalism.
Parking: Payed parking only at 39$ CA Food
Lunch with a view! Cocktails were delicious, had the strawberry fizz and Caesar. We shared the wedge and calamari to start. Greta share plates. Then the burger was just ok. Service was great and of course the view was top notch
Too expensive. The menus is boring. The view is great. Wheelchair accessibility: It was an adventure to find the elevator there. I had to ask three employees. None of them were available to answer me or show me where it was.
Visited this Bistro and sat outside while visiting the falls and got the most ideal spot to dine overlooking the falls on the patio. A must visit if ever going to the falls. Try the tuna, get the humus . The burgers were also very good. The Moscow mule was a good choice as a drink . I cant remember what was the meal I had but it had rice and beans and it was gluten free. Vegetarian options: They had a vegan burger as well and some gluten free options
The location was very ideal for a picturesque view of Niagara Falls. The food was really good. The pricing was expensive but understandable because of the location. What we did not like was how the old lady hostess treated us. My husband was about to call the manager because of her rudeness. Before we entered the restaurant we asked if they could give us a table by the glass wall and she said yes so we waited. Only to find out that she s giving us the couch area facing the table by the glass wall. So we decided to go somewhere else but the waitress was kind enough and said that they could put us on a waiting list for that requested table. But when we went back to the receptionist, she argued and said they could not do that because they only accept reservations and no waiting list which we thought was actually the same. Since my husband insisted that we can wait, she asked for my husband s name and said that if we don t wait inside then she will disregard the wait list. After 15-20 mins. she ended up giving us the table that she said was reserved for somebody else. That was the first time we encountered a very rude hostess in a restaurant. She s not very welcoming from the very beginning. There s not even that many people eating the time we went there. I hope the management will take a look at that incident. She should not be in the frontline.
You should only come here for drinks and the view. The food was very basic, and the portion sizes were ridiculously small. Overall the taste wasn t great either, but good drinks and good view
Good address. Good location. The plates are plentiful and appetizing
The food was regular, the service and drinks terrible. Just the view but you can have that from every corner so no worthy, spend your money somewhere else.
To be honest , to have lunch or dinner in such a sophisticated setting with simply unsurpassed breathtaking views is something priceless ! You wont find such beautiful views anywhere else ! From the very beginning, only we sat down at the table, we were offered to taste refreshing craft beer from local breweries ( by the way, its free ) Since we were not very hungry, the waitress offered us to try a ,, Wedge salad ,, and ,, Meat board ,, A good choice , thanks to the friendly and attentive waitress! We liked everything we tried! Everything was tasty, incredibly friendly staff, the atmosphere simply cannot be expected to be better, all this made our stay in ,, TABLE ROCK BISTRO+ WINE BAR ,, - unforgettable!
Stunning views, very good food
Ive been to this restaurant 2 or 3 times over the years and found it to have one of the most beautiful views of Horseshoe Falls. Even 5 stars doesnt do it justice! Parking: The parking cost in June 2024 was $35 CAD. We had to walk about ¼ mile in 92° heat from our car to get to the restaurant, but we felt it was well worth it.
Nitsa was an amazing server. Very attentive and kind. Our meals were delicious and hot, drinks were good too!! We had a seat with a view. The only way to experience the restaurant Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and drinks in kids cups, welcoming!!
We ordered the steak, crabcake, and gelato. Both steaks were overcooked to well done, when we both had ordered medium rare. (I felt bad for the cow!) The flavor profile of the dish didnt quite go together. The crabcake was tasty and gelato super sweet, the fresh fruit was nice. The website says they validate parking, but when we asked the server we were told they do not. The view was great as well as we expected! Not sure Id recommend to someone who likes good food, but if youre going for the view and a snack - its a decent spot.
Unfortunately the woman who served us is the rudest and unfriendly server I ve ever met.. it s my birthday and we stopped by in this restaurant ( we are 7 people) due to my grand son was hungry.. it s my first time not to give tip as she don t deserve it!
Beautiful view. It was breathtaking and loved the atmosphere. The food was alright. It was nothing special.
I recently visited this restaurant, while the view was amazing, my experience was totally ruined by a server named Michael. He was so rude to us just because we are Asian. He was super friendly and chatty with the tables around us but never bothered to check on us. It s hard to believe there s still this kind of racism in Canada.Really sucks
We came to check out this place all the way from Africa, we found no racism, bad food or rude waiters This place exceeded our expectations. The food was superb! The wedge salad with bacon jam was a great twist. The short rib was hearty & flavorful and the apple crumble cheesecake devine. Our waiter Riley was a rockstar. Thanks for a great first day in Canada
Congratulations are definitely in order to the Managers Mike & Kate and their Amazing Chefs / Team especially Lynda! As they portray their Kind and Generous Hospitality with a Professional Ambiance - and with the Best Table in the Restaurant Front & Centre of the Falls! Best Regards, Raphael Fernandes OLY!
The views are great, of course. Our server was perfect. The food was salty, all of it and pretty standard fare. Nothing special. Underwhelming but frankly you go for the views and to spend some time with family and friends so I didn t have high expectations for the food . You can apply that to pretty much any restaurant in that area though.
Start to finish a wonderful experience. The view of Niagara Falls was perfect! We ordered pasta, poutine, po boy and fish. All were enjoyable. The poutine and mushroom pasta were our favorites. Brad, our waiter has a great personality and was knowledgeable and always centered on the guest experience. Table Rock Restaurant is a must when visiting Niagara Falls!
Expensive but worth every penny
My husband and I ordered the burger on the lunch menu. Well presented the burger could have used more flavor and it was a dense texture. No French fries on the menu, kale salad or potato ( crisps)chips Service was good not great for our table since we didn t order any alcoholic drinks. We sat outside on the patio.
We waited at our table, everyone else that was seated after us got their water before us AND their orders. Maybe because we are Indigenous? We then went downstairs to eat at Sprout, which is fast food but also had beer, which is what we wanted with food.
They treat you on basis of your colour White can get table right at the moment and if you are brown the lady at the front will make you wait for ever Never visit here Food : 1/5
The description of roasted salmon fillet does not do it justice. It is absolutely amazing. My Bellini was ...if I could...just keeping on bringing them. This resturant overlooks the falls. You could not get a better view. Food : 5/5
Very rude waitress in responding to our request. So disappointed about the way she reply our reasonable request to seat close to window for better view. Not recommending Thai location for your trip and spending time. Unreasonable price and very low quality food. We spend $200 with a very bad experience that we couldn t forget it. They run our day. The worst part was I invited my sister who visited us from Milan Italy. She was shocked of these restaurant s staff. So embarrassing.
Great restaurants, great views. Our server Brad was great. Really enjoyed our family meal there
The atmosphere in the restaurant was such that you didnt want to leave. Our waitress NITSA, was an absolute gem. She was polite, professional and very funny. She made the experience very memorable. The food was beyond belief, my picky eater sister finished her food and even had dessert. BRAVO to the chef! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We had a perfect lounge table overlooking the horseshoe falls with some tasty food dishes
Great view of the falls. Great food and Brad was an awesome waiter.
Restaurant with a nice view of Niagara Falls, the food is good but nothing more. The staff was very kind to let us change tables allowing us to have a better view of the landscape.
Went there my wife got poutine it was cold she sent it back it came back cold. I ordered salad had huge hair in it sent it back via server. Waitress came up to me and asked me color of hair I found. I felt totally grossed out
We had a mid afternoon meal at this restaurant Friday August 16th, the service and atmosphere was good however we were not impressed with the food My husband had the mushroom linguine which did not have much flavour at all. I had the bangers and mash, disgusting looking as the sausage was coiled up, with brown gravy on top, it really looked like a dogs mess. Very tiny amount of mashed potatoes under the sausage. The bitter lettuce had no dressing so was not able to eat that part. This plate had such little food for $34 that I left the restaurant still hungry.
I absolutely recommend eating here while visiting Niagara Falls! The views were breathtaking and the food was unbelievable! I got the best pork chop I ever had and my wife said that she never had a better steak in her life! The staff was amazing. It was the best restaurant we ve ever been to!
The service was okay but we were rushed to leave.. while drinking our tea in peace they came with the bill and the card machine even though it wasn t that busy.
Came here with my girlfriend and I must say the food and atmosphere was fantastic. The patio has a great view of the falls. We had the charcuterie board with some flights of beer and it was all great. Our waiter Brad was very outgoing, attentive and overall gave us a great experience. Would recommend.
Amazing view, good service, decent food
Great experience for lunch! Wonderful service, the view is amazing. Food was good.
This place is a must see if you are in the Niagara area! The food was amazing and the service was very quick, not to mention our server Cindy, was very friendly and prompt! I definitely will be coming back to this restaurant when I return to see the falls!
The food and service at this restaurant were incredible! We visited for lunch on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find that it wasnt very crowded. Luckily, we were able to snag a seat by the window, which was perfect. A big thank you to Emily, the friendly and helpful lady at the front desk who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The hardworking and always smiling staff, all of them ladies, made our experience even better. The food was amazing - we started with the calamari, followed by the delicious Table Rock salad, and finished with the tasty steak and fries. We were pleasantly surprised, as we didnt expect a restaurant with such a great view to also have such delicious food. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Only the view was nice but the food and service were terrible.. We ordered vegetarian but were served with meat on top and later when we asked again they removed it from the same platter and re-served.
5 star review for the view of Niagra Falls. No matter where you sit in the restaurant you ll have a great view. Food for lunch was good but nothing incredible. Great wine flight options, service and hosts.
Outstanding cocktails, view and service was superb. Had the burrata appetizer which was delicious.
I am writing a review for Table Rock House Patio, because I don t see it listed as a separate restaurant in google maps. Patio is different from the restaurant. From the falls entrance, the restaurant is on the left, and the patio is on the right.. Their menus are different, but when they bill you, the credit card charge still shows up as Table Rock House restaurant. Pls correct me if I m wrong and I ll edit this review. Patio has a more casual and cocktail menu compared to the more formal dining in the restaurant. Anyway, we actually quite enjoyed the experience here. I ordered the brisket sandwich and my husband ordered chicken tacos. We ordered watermelon lemonade and lavender lemonade.. I liked the watermelon lemonade more, and it is also pinkish and more colorful. I m glad we didnt order the burger because it looked so ordinary. The brisket sandwich was soooo good! Try it! By the way, when you order pop, you get another glass of refill. Service was good and you can just tell your server if you want to be seated closer to the falls view. We only paid 83$ in total including tax and til and it was well worth it, especially since you get an awesome view! Note: It always feels like it s raining in the patio area. There are table umbrellas but it doesnt fully make you fully dry especially when it s windy . If you are not up to be at least a little misty, then opt to eat inside or go to the restaurant area instead.
Our family had a perfect dinner with great food, service and view of the falls. I would recommend this to everyone passing through. I am still thinking about how delicious my mushroom cannellioni was! Perfect!
Highly recommend 10/10! We had the 3 course meal for dinner. The salmon was so delicious, tender and visually appealing (10/10). Also had the pork chop (8.5/10) and calamari (9.5/10). They served good portions, servers went above and beyond esp for securing us a free parking spot. The view of the Falls was absolutely amazing at night and the desserts were 10/10 as well. Will go again
We came to Niagara Falls to have fun, but the staff was so unfriendly and discriminated against Asians so much that they made us sit in front of the bathroom and tried to move us to another location 5 times. Even though I tried, they said no. The staff were grumpy, I was disappointed because the seats were so dirty, I was angry because I couldnt see the waterfall, and the meat wasnt tasty. People were making too much noise, the dishes were a little hot, and the French fries were too burnt. Dietary restrictions: French fries are too salty.
Was able to get right in without a reservation if we sat at the bar. It was the best seat in the house. An elevated circular bar with excellent views of Niagara Falls. The food was very good. They adjusted for allergies.
People were accommodating , food was well done. The view said it all Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of ramps vs. stairs.
Excellent food and service. The prix fixe menu is an absolute steal! Nitsa, our waitress, was very attentive and made excellent food and wine pairings. And the view of the falls is amazing. Kid-friendliness: Nitsa, our server, was very kind to our daughter, and left her feeling very welcome there. The kids menu has good options.
Kristina and Souriya thanks a lot for accommodating me at the last moment. The food was awesome but the view and ambience is simply priceless.
The waitress Andrea didn t provide a good service. And the worst is that she claimed us for not giving her tips at the end!! I will never bring my family ever again to this place!! Food
Fantastic view next to the falls! Better than skylon tower and better than the bistro next door!
Given the location, you just dont expect the food to be as good as it is. We were so positively surprised! Very friendly service, too, making us all feel welcome, from a 4 year old to internationally traveling grandparents. Vegetarian options: We ordered a variety of vegetarian dishes to share from across the menu and loved them all!
FANTASTIC!
Thanks to Emily for graciously respecting our choice to sit near the window. Great view and food.
We wanted to have a nice time in a nice place. Unfortunately, after almost an hour of waiting, we received cold food. The waitress offered to order our dishes again, but we didnt want to waste another hour there. No apology, no compensation. Moreover, the staff treats customers unequally. We asked for a table by the window, but the waitress said it was impossible because all seats were reserved. We got a table in the corner at the entrance. A moment later, a group of Japanese people came and got a seat next to us, and when they asked to be changed, they were immediately given a table by the window overlooking the waterfall. I do not recommend, stay away from this place.
Food was good but service was even better. My server Andrea was an amazing host. Very attentive and friendly. Went above and beyond to pay attention in serving us.
The view of the Niagara Falls is spectacular. Jessica was very friendly and attentive. The food was okay. The cappuccino was great! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is no problem. They cant handle lactose intolerance
I recently visited Table Rock and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the brisket sandwiches, expecting the rich, smoky flavor of true brisket, but what I received was just ordinary beef. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations at all. Based on this experience, I cant recommend this place as a restaurant. However, it might be a decent spot to visit if youre just looking for a bar.
Cannot beat the location when it comes to having a meal by the Niagara Falls. Good Caprese Panini as also Chicken Taco Bowl. Our server, Sam B., was just splendid; also offered us recommendations on visiting Niagara-On-The-Lake including stopping at the ice cream store en route.
The Patio Bistro. DO NOT GO. Service was uninterested, took 20 min to get water for half the table, another 10min for the others to get water. Didnt even get menus until 45 mins after. Its like they wanted us to leave.. Every one got the brisket sammich, while the kids got the hamburgers. The brisket sammich was a pulled beef on a bun, 25$$$$$ was very underwhelming. Kids burgers came plain with no toppings. Waitress said toppings were extra this tiny burger with nothing on it was 15$$$$$. Took 30 min to get the cheque and 5 mins to eat the food Do not go.
Perfect
We had an excellent meal and a wonderful bottle of wine. The braised short was delicious! The view of Niagra Falls is incredible. The server was very nice but not super attentive. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
We had a beautiful view of the falls and our burger was delicious, the service and waitress was great
View was undoubtedly great but the food was terrible. We had the worst ravioli pasta ever.
Perfect restaurant for viewing the Niagara Falls! The food was good and the service was ok. But the view was amazing! Wine: large selection of local wine. They also have a local whisky, the Wayne Gretzky. Food
Waitress was very nice and attentive. View was great. This restaurant holds the ambience of a fine dining restaurant, but the food is diner quality. I ordered the 55$ striploin and it was cold. It looked as though it had be sous vide the day before then infrared seared to make it appear as though it was grilled - very unappetizing. If you want fine dining quality food this is not your place.
The restaurant has a view of the majestic Niargar Fall, many delicious dishes, especially lobster rolls with bread, airy rooftop seating, and friendly and enthusiastic staff. On weekends there is a locally brewed beer and wine tasting program. Reasonable price. Parking: Parking $35/12 hours
The place is good the food also the view is amazing but the prices are high the kids menu is not that good
Was a rainy day in Niagara Falls, so was a nice way to view the Fall while enjoying a delicious meal. The food was great and service was awesome. The waitress has been working there for years and her experience showed in her service. Was a wonderful experience.
Garbage food and garbage service
The most garbage restaurant i ve ever been to.
Quality of food was very bad and price was very high
I ordered a salad and I got half of a lettuce flower with a little blue cheese on top. Ridiculous service
Oh, it was the Table Rock Bistro + Wine Bar in the same building, Ill note now. There was a small queue at the restaurant reception, so we went into the bistro and got a seat on the terrace. The view, food and service were excellent. (added later) Wonderful cheese platter with rich side dishes. I was worried when I ordered that I might not enjoy it. They described what to expect and allayed my concerns. After serving, they made sure I was satisfied. Friendly, attentive and competent. The food was delicious and the view of the waterfalls phenomenal (we were seated outside).
This took a ridiculous amount of time!
Terrible in one word. Burger was absolutely awful. Food
Great atmosphere great views nice quick service. Clean place and tasty
The atmosphere is genuinely the only redeeming factor. Waited 1 hour for our food and when it came out it was cold and extremely underwhelming. Service is severely lacking as we were told that our food was coming out soon multiple times however it did not. Server rarely ever checked in and filled water one time, this was quite unfortunate as it was the only thing we were consuming for a whole hour. Would never visit again unless it was to stand outside for free and look at the falls without paying to eat lacklustre food.
Im really sorry. My advice is to never forget any of your belongings. Despite calling 20 minutes after leaving, they said they couldnt find the item I left on the table and that nobody had left it at reception, even though I provided the name of the waiter who served us. I dont want to write the waiters name here, but either the waiter or the person who cleaned the table took my belongings, and no one could find them. I tried for two days, spoke to different people, but they didnt even care. If you go, dont forget anything.
The service here was similar to a service at McDonalds. They brought all our food out - entrées appetizers, bread, basket, all at once. Basically forced us to be in and out within 30 minutes. Eat here if you want a bad dining experience.
I came all the way from New York to see the Niagara Falls and at this restaurant. I requested a table by the windows because it was all empty and they refused. In addition, they brought my food out all cold and right away. I only decided to come here based on the reviews on Google so I thought it was important for me to write this review.
We had lunch here, and dinner. The food was great. Unfortunately, the waitress was asking us if we want to order more, even if we dont have finished yet. In the end, we ordered a glass of wine. One waitress came to the table and asked if we wanted to order something else. It was just 2 minutes after we got wine. He did not even wait for the answer and wanted to take glasses. That was my birthday and was ruined by that man. There were many empty tables. Dont understand why they were rushing so much
Waitress Sam deserves a promotion or at least a bonus. Smiling, helpful and caring. She was also very patient - Im very impressed! The food and drinks are delicious, the only downside is the chaos and rush of other employees.
