Im with them and was equally disappointed

I had a reservation at this restaurant for a special occasion, only to arrive and be told that my reservation wasn t being honored. They claimed it had been canceled, yet I never received an email or any form of confirmation about this. The lack of communication was unprofessional and frustrating, especially since I had planned my evening around this. To make matters worse, there was no attempt to accommodate us or apologize for the inconvenience. It left a bad impression, and I won t be returning. If you value reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

They refused my reservation of 8 despite the fact that all my friends showed up. They said they stopped taking reservations but did not alert me of this change. They offered no apologies or ways to rectify this. They simply turned us around.

I can t stop thinking about how fresh and delicious the lobster avocado crostada was. The scones were absolutely amazing too! I m not much of a brunch person but I highly recommend this place. The location is beautiful too :)

We went to the bar searching for a cozy place for some drinks on a cold night. The bar was really nice and cozy. Though it was a small place, but we had a good time. Arik the bar manager was really welcoming and friendly. He attended us and we had some good conversations. I would also like to mention about Mitch and Liv, they were fantastic. If you like to enjoy drinks in a non noisy atmosphere, then this is the place at Niagara.

My niece has been raving about The Old Stone Inn for ages and the Jingle Bar and all I can say is WOW!, and as a local, it s been years since I last visited. I m so glad I went back! From the moment we walked in, the staff set the tone with a warm greeting. Our experience at the Jingle Bar was unforgettable, thanks to so many but for the names I remembered to get thank you Britanee, Olivia, Arik and Mitch. What started as a simple stop for dessert and drinks turned into a highlight of our evening. Britanee was exceptional constantly hustling, tidying up, greeting guests, and even taking the time to give our group a mini tour of the space. My husband was so impressed, he inquired about their room fees this would be the perfect spot for a little staycation! The dessert? Incredible. We tried the flight of hot chocolates (pictures attached!), and trust me, you need to order it. Arik made it extra special with tableside marshmallow roasting, adding a memorable touch. The entire staff radiated positivity checking in, smiling, and making us feel like the only guests there despite how busy it was. Beyond the amazing service, the ambiance is pure magic. From floor-to-ceiling holiday decorations to the cozy outdoor village, this place captures the festive spirit perfectly. Don t miss the gift shop and selfie spots they re perfect for those Instagram-worthy moments. And being just a short drive from the Festival of Lights makes it the ultimate holiday outing. We can t wait to return for dinner and breakfast soon. Beautiful place in an old stone mill. The restaurant has gorgeous beamed ceilings, stone walls, beautifully set tables. Wait staff perfectly attentive but not intrusive. Perfect service. Wish I could rave about the food. It was good but nothing special. And overpriced for what was being offered. Likely not returning.

I have travelled to niagra just to eat the wagyu smash burger at Flour Mill on multiple occasions! Best burger I have ever had.

The food was delicious and our croissants were brown so the owner came and gave us 2 croissants on the house. My daughter ordered a cranberry juice and they accidentally forgot to give it and when we told them they were very understanding and nice in general.

Undoubtedly the best breakfast in Niagara. The vibe and decor of this restaurant make this spot prime for a return visit. Their breakfast was amazing. Also the service was top notch. We were here for my dad s birthday during breakfast/brunch hour. The food was delicious. My chilaquiles dish was excellent. The young blonde server was on the top of her game. Wouldn t recommend eating here at all!!! The service and atmosphere was nice, but the food was AWFUL. The prices are absolutely insane for the quality of the food. Multiple people in my group got the eggs benedict. The food was cold, very little hollandaise sauce, and the eggs were hard boiled, not poached.

We visited for breakfast last year and were thoroughly impressed with both the food and service, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time, our experience was quite underwhelming, especially when it came to the food. To start, we ordered the eggs Benedict, but one egg was overly runny while the other was overcooked and firm. Additionally, the hollandaise sauce was notably scarce, and its flavor was quite bland. The home fries were soft and lacked the crispiness we expected. We also tried the avocado toast, but the bread was not toasted and had become soggy due to the avocado. The soft-boiled eggs on top were almost fully cooked rather than runny. Overall, it was a disappointing breakfast, especially given how much we enjoyed our previous visit. On a brighter note, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, quick with refills for both coffee and juice, and our food arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the food quality didn t live up to our expectations this time.

We had high hopes for this establishment. Unfortunately, it may have been the worst breakfast Ive had in recent memory. The French toast was extremely runny and without flavour. Either it was substantially undercooked or far too much egg was used. Liquid egg was all over my knife and plate. The French toast was actually squirting liquid. It completely ruined the dish. The scrambled eggs were also runny. I dont know how you mess up scrambled eggs, but there they did it here. For the prices charged here, we expected a much higher standard of dining. Instead, we left wishing that we had just gone to Tim Hortons, which is consistent and, truthfully, tastier than the food here.

Food was enjoyable but overpriced.

Went for breakfast, very limited menu. I ordered the Canadian eggs Benny which was a piece of peameal with a mountain of onions on it and an overcooked egg. Did not finish it. My girlfriend ordered the avocado toast and it had so much lemon on it that it was unbearable, we watched another table have the exact same reaction as us when they tasted how sour it was. Atmosphere and service was pretty good but I paid over 100$ for food neither of us enjoyed or finished. Very disappointing nonetheless.

Our group of 13 was looking for a place to eat last-minute at around 9pm Saturday night. One of us called and thankfully this place offered to accommodate our very large party. The servers were very understanding and friendly, especially evident when some of our group members came late and were disrespectfully complaining about the food. Unfortunately I just wished the food was better. The dinner menu was very limited, the cheapest individual dish was a >$30 mushroom pasta with no meat. We had high expectations of the dishes at the price point but we were disappointed. What I had: Best dish was the fried calamari (>$30). My SO ordered a surf n turf: it tasted okay but the portion given definitely didnt feel like it was worth $74. The charcuterie ($42) was really small and confusingly inconsistent. We ordered two: one had a pickled egg with less cheese, and the other had more cheese, no egg and no bread with more fruit. When one of us asked for bread, the server said theres no more bread and that theyll do their best to find some. What kind of restaurant has a butter knife as part of the table setting but no bread? Its one of the most confusing and off-putting experiences Ive had dining at a restaurant, after seeing the charcuterie boards. I honestly think they should have turned away new diners after they ran out of bread. Our group would have been fine finding somewhere else to dine instead of an overall unpleasant experience for both parties. Large party gratuity was 20% as well, which is the highest amount Ive seen at a restaurant. It definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. The servers did deserve more for dealing with the rude party members but at the same time I definitely would have been happier paying that if the rest of my experience was enjoyable as well besides the service. I was honestly torn after leaving the restaurant. I just hope its a learning experience for everyone. Probably wont come back, at least for dinner.

I made a brunch reservation for my parent s 50th Anniversary. We were a group of 10 people, everyone loved the atmosphere and the food! It was everyone s first time there and we would all come back!

We enjoyed a brunch here and the food and service was fantastic. The shared brunch plates are excellent for families with young kids who may not enjoy the heavier options that they offer.

We had such high hopes as this looked like the type of place we love to go to back home based on the pictures and menu. We were so very wrong. I apologize for the length, but theres a lot to cover. First, the website makes it seem like there are 2 separate restaurants, however, it is not. The wine bar menu is the bar menu and the scratch kitchen is the regular menu. The hostess was pretty new and didnt know there were two menus. Definite training opportunity. That took about 5-10 minutes to straighten out. When we finally ordered, they had just run out of the Iberico chop which is totally understandable. So I ordered the short rib but wanted to sub the black garlic mashed for the cauliflower puree. Apparently they havent had that in a while but still showing on the menu and online. So my new choice is hand cut fries and fingerling potatoes, but the server has no clue they even had them let alone how they are prepared. Training opportunity number 2. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my drink from the bar, but the maple whiskey sour was tasty. My Cesar salad took 45 minutes to come out and was over dressed. The croutons were the ends that they cut off the bread they bring to the table, and were more like breadsticks. The dressing itself was delicious though. 15 minutes later and out entrees came out. Sons chose the lobster grilled cheese and the smash burger, while my wife and youngest got the charcuterie board. Ill break down each dish. The lobster grilled cheese had a good amount of lobster and was tasty, but that was the only good part. The bread was way over cooked, and it didnt have Asiago cheese - looked and tasted more like cheddar. Fries were good though. The smash burger was not even smashed, just a regular sized patty, so not sure where they got it from. The charcuterie board was huge and best to be shared with probably 3-4 people, however there was so much meat and not nearly enough cheeses. One of the meats was Chinese sausage that was chunked, and thats not a meat you can do that with due to how dense it is. The bread is again the sides of their service bread which is tasty. It came with a fruit compote and honey as well as some fresh fruit, candied pecans, and pickled veggies. Highly suggest cutting back on the amount of meat to balance out with the amount of cheese. Lastly, was the beef short rib. Looked amazing, but was a huge let down. It was ice cold in the middle. Server offered to fix it, but I would have been waiting a while unless they were going to microwave it. At this point I had enough and sent mine back because I was beyond frustrated. The service was not great, but not horrible. She was great with refilling water, but never asked if I wanted another drink. She did offer ketchup around 5 times for some reason. The vibe and environment is really cool but everything else was a letdown. Not once did a manager stop by to talk to me after everything. Im guessing like most places they are understaffed due to the fact I saw what appeared to be managers serving and taking orders, but at the very least I would expect someone to come by after someone sends something back and saying they dont even want it fixed or replaced. Take this with a grain of salt as it could have been a bad night, but there was a lot related to training and updating of menus/online that tells me its something more. This was not worth the prices they charged, and sadly a chain down the street was a better experience.

Clean quiet peaceful atmosphere but food takes forever to get prepared even with the restaurant being half empty, they say it s made from scratch but 2 hours for a sandwich is way too long of a wait , delayed my whole schedule for the day

I ll admit that we came during a shift change, but they welcomed us and sat us. The staff were nice enough but service still suffered. 30 minutes passed a time or two during our stay. Three of the four food orders was incorrect and the food was poorly made. Wouldn t return. We couldn t have cared less about the decor due to the complications above.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast because they weren t open for dinner the night we would have gone. It s a beautiful eclectic space with a cozy modern spin on the traditional stone. Our server Kyana made the experience truly lovely with how thoughtful and attentive she was. She gave excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible and beautifully plated. Over all we would definitely go back again and will plan to be there for dinner next time.

Being in Niagara Falls we chose the Flour Mill by chance to have a brunch. And we had a very good one! Wide range of choices, tasting freshly cooked, good coffee and a very good service with it. Quiet atmosphere on top after the crowdy feeling by the falls. A good spuvenir there, recommended.

I consider myself an amateur eggs Benny critic and I rated the Canadian Benny as the best ever! I mean on presentation Id say it needs a little greenery to make my eyes happy but the taste was sensational! Beautiful restaurant and friendly staff, definitely the best breakfast in Niagara!

I m going to try to keep this as fair and short as possible. We were a family of 4, two children 5 & 8. The atmosphere: Gorgeous. Old with modern touches. Very comfortable The food: We ordered French Toast (half), Traditional breakfast (half), Garden Benedict and Niagara Skillet. The skillet was tasty however it was clearly sitting before serving. The eggs were overcooked (hard, not by request) and the sauce (believe it was hollandaise) had thickened and formed a crust. The skillet was surprisingly dry even with the sauce. That being said, it was tasty so sending it back wasn t really appropriate. The benedict was good, nothing special but tasty. We ordered the kids half dishes, still massive (for a kids portion) in my opinion. French toast was tasty and came with fresh berries and sauces etc. Traditional breakfast was just ok. Sausage came very dry. Everything else was as expected for a traditional breakfast. A+ for presentation but unfortunately the food was just ok for us. The staff: Waitress was nice. Service was on the slow side. Wasn t an issue for us but might be an issue for others. The price: This is where most of the problems were for us. The food, although decent and tasty, had its issues. Charging $30+ for breakfast dishes, $14 for coffee and $7 for tea is offside. Most places regardless of the calibre, charge for a cup of coffee and refills are typically included. I asked for a coffee and got a French press full, which for me is nice as I drink more than one. I should have asked the price though. No indication from staff that this was the case with the coffee. looked at menu before coming (online), no prices. So it was a bit of a shock to see prices when we arrived. We gave it a shot none the less but I expect a pretty awesome breakfast at those prices. The kids menu is none existent. They will give you a half size on some dishes, which is at least something. A small kids menu would be nice. Final bill was $160 for a family of 4 (two half breakfast, 2 full breakfast, juice, coffee and tea) with tip, $190!! All in all, I wouldn t tell people to avoid this place, it was just decent but we likely wouldn t come back. Nice place, ok food, but the prices are just too high, bordering on absurd!

This is such a beautiful restaurant! I went for brunch with a few people and we ordered a bunch of different items. The portions were big and the food tasted great. Our server, Kyana, provided amazing service! It was her first day on the job but we had no idea until she told us when we were about to leave.

Came here for brunch. We were immediately impressed with the decor and ambiance. We didn t have a reservation but, they were able to get us in. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the bacon dip, traditional breakfast, and French toast. All of them were amazing. Probably the best bacon I ve ever had. Upon being seated the service was okay but, then after we got our food the service level decreased. We weren t asked for drink top ups or checked upon on. After eating, they left our plates on our table and continued to have 3 people clean a table beside us that had no one sitting there and did not attend to us. We had to ask 3 different people for our bill before it even got to us. Overall, the kitchen staff was amazing. The food was exceptional. Hostess was polite as well. Just would ve been nice to have great service through our.

Was really excited about having Blunch here because of the reviews. My wife s favourite breakfast is Eggs Benedict and this place seemed to look promising. I had made reservations a month in advance. We got there and everything looked great. The waiter was very pleasant. We ordered Eggs Benedict for my wife and I ordered the beef skillet with Quebec Cheese Curds . After 40 minutes, our waiter came to the table with a plate of complementary blueberry corn bread and apologized for the long delay. After 45 minutes we got our breakfasts and my wife cut open the poached eggs and found them both to be about 30 seconds away from hard boiled. They offered to take them back but after waiting 45 minutes for this we did not want to wait again. The manager did apologize and said we would not be charged. My wife slowly, disappointly, picked away at her breakfast. My skillet also had issues. My poached eggs were also overcooked and although I am not a chef I am pretty sure I did not get Quebec Cheese Curds but a layer of mozzarella cheese instead. It basically ate like a chicken parmigiana. Overall very disappointing and would not come back or recommend.

I was so excited to visit this place, but let me tell you: avoid it! The waiter who served our table was awful. We were seated at 11:11 AM, and no one checked on us or took our order until 11:45. When I asked the waiter if she could take our order, she said she would call a different waiter to attend to us. After 35 minutes, the same waiter finally came over and, instead of apologizing for the delay, said, Well, if no one wants to get this table, I guess I have to, in a very annoyed tone. Why would she say that out loud? The food wasnt served until 12:30 almost an hour later! She never checked if we needed more water or anything. I would understand if the restaurant was packed, but there were available tables. The customer service was awful. Its really sad that because of this specific waiter, I will never visit this restaurant again.

Just dont. Its not worth the money. Even with reservations we had to wait 20 minutes just to order our food. The restaurant was at half capacity when we walked in for brunch and we waited an additional 35 minutes for our food to arrive. During that time no one came to check on us or refill our empty water glasses. Once the food came, my French toast was served without syrup and the server had to go get some. The French toast was very plain and dry, but my husband liked his eggs benedict. All in all, the food was mediocre and the service was horrible.

Went for brunch, fantastic food selection and flexible on accommodations for vegetarians. Warm rustic ambiance, great for friends/family or business meetings and a short walk from Fasllsview Casino. Thanks to our friendly and courteous server Danielle who made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

This was a dining experience. The chairs were all wingback and my wife sat in one with a sheepskin over the back. It felt a bit as though you were in an old time movie (or something - I cant really describe it). This was an expensive evening out, but the food was excellent. We shared the polpette to start (veal meatballs) and then we both had the pork chop. This was amazing (and huge). Highly recommended, but it left no room for dessert.

A beautiful place in the Stone Mill where we all stopped for lunch. A group of four we shared the lemon blueberry cornbread which was buttery, moist and had me wanting to scour the internet for a recipe to remake at home. The Mocktail was a perfectly refreshing blend of orange and ginger. We all ordered the Waygu burger on a brioche bun. Could barely finish as these were double burgers, and could ve easily shared. Accompanying fries were well seasoned, crisp and excellent. Will be back next time in Niagara for the eggs benny!

I dont know where to start. Before it gets all crazy, I would love to visit this place again. It is officially our go to brunch place in Niagara. Long story is that we went to Ihop and they said the food will take an hour to arrive after making us wait at the table for 15 mins. Just pathetic service. We walked all the way to Flour Mill and boy was everything different. The service was friendly and professional. Accommodated our slightly cranky one year old and the food was beyond amazing. The prices were comparable to IHOP. And everyone thinking of any other brunch place near the falls, please think again. Give this place a shot and keep it in business as long as possible. Its worth every penny!! The decor and aged building vibe just adds to the experience. Will visit again.. Pleasantly surprised. I wasnt expecting a fine dining brunch spot in our hotel but thats what we found! Service was excellent. Waiter was friendly, personable & professional. Beautiful French press coffee, blueberry cornbread. Delicious. Food was almost perfect. As a professional Chef of 35years, my perception was this... It took 3 tries to serve over easy eggs. Looks like Junior needs more pan time, lol. Breakfast sausage was tasty but so over cooked, it lessened its wow. They use dry rosemary on their lovely potatoes. Dry rosemary is inedible. Never use it directly on food. Only in sauces & soups or anything you can strain it out of. Rosemary is great on roast potatoes, but it has to be fresh because its then edible. Kinda surprised that was overlooked. Last but not least, Muscles the Busboy needs to be taught finesse. He seemed angry or had no tact our entire visit. Clinging, clanging, slamming, cups & cutlery. It was inappropriate for the setting, which was great. Overall, Id definitely eat here again. Perhaps those changes mentioned, will change my mind my next visit.

I have here for breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. Both times, I had an amazing experience. The wine selection is pretty impressive. The staff is very helpful. The overall experience is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

During our visit to Niagara Falls, Canada, we had the pleasure of dining at what turned out to be the best restaurant of our trip. The experience was so exceptional that part of our group came back for a second visit, and we can t wait to return ourselves. The ambiance of the restaurant was truly enchanting, thanks in large part to the beautiful cherry blossom trees inside. They created a stunning and serene atmosphere that elevated our dining experience. One of the highlights was the French press coffee, which was easily one of the best coffees we ve ever had. The flavors were rich and robust, making it a perfect complement to our meal. The standout dishes in our party were the delicious hanging bacon tree and the blueberry lemon cornbread. Both were absolutely phenomenal and have our mouths watering just thinking about them. The bacon was perfectly cooked and presented in a fun and unique way, while the cornbread was moist and bursting with the flavors of blueberries and lemon. Overall, this restaurant provided a memorable dining experience that we ll be talking about for years to come. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

The restaurant had a very nice appeal and vibe. The service was very good and friendly. Food was phenomenal! My only complaint would be the $14 coffee pot. The coffee was very basic and if we would have known a pot was that much, we would have ordered a cup or skipped it altogether. The rest of the food stood up to the prices. Quality ingredients and flavors were excellent!

If I could give it 6 stars I would! I recently visited Italy and Spain and I would put this food into that category. Every dish was not only a work of art but I was hit with multiple layers of flavor. The staff was also very friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful.

One of the most attractive restaurants in Niagara. Located in the Old Stone Inn in Niagara Falls, the restaurant is a beautiful stone room with a fireplace and really just a great setting. We had the beef short ribs and an appetizer of fried shrimp and calamari. It was all perfect. The ribs were tender, flavourful, and accompanied by a generous portion of vegetables, including carrots, mashed potatoes and crispy fried onions. The food, service, and atmosphere really come together here. Highly recommended. Date of visit, December 10, 2024. Updated May 2024, the service provided by Mitch was excellent.

Beautiful place. The food was so bad. I had the Eggs Benedict, they mustve put so much vinegar into the water to poach the eggs because it was all I could taste, I went home and had to brush my teeth to get it out of my mouth. We went for mothers day, my daughter was insisting on paying, so I refused to complain and ruin our morning together. The potatoes had no seasoning so we both needed ketchup... you shouldnt need ketchup for anything with the prices theyre charging. Condiments are for tasteless food, I dont use ketchup. The service wasnt great. We had to get other servers to track our server down a few times.

The food and service was absolutely amazing, Arik was knowledgeable and made a fantastic negroni. We had the Waygu smash burger with their fresh cut fries made to perfection. We also had the open faced steak sandwich with house salad with the best dressing I have had in a long time, the sandwich was topped with cheese and crispy dusted onions and on the side was a Lamb demi glaze tat just topped off the sandwich like it was meant to be!! 100% we will be back!

We were so excited to come here based on the good reviews and the beautiful pictures but we were very let down. The atmosphere was comfortable, but that only goes so far. We did not feel welcomed whatsoever by the staff. The food looked picture perfect but the cornbread was really dry and the french toast was undercooked. We both only had a few bites before we told the waiter we were done. He didnt bother to ask why we only had a few bites. I would expect this quality food from a regular restaurant but these prices are too high to be making mediocre food and hiring apathetic staff. The savior of the visit were the potatoes though. Those rocked.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The food was incredible, and our service was wonderful!! LOOK at this place!! Inside a gorgeous hotel, it was full of super welcoming and happy workers, surrounded by such a gorgeous, fun and eclectic aesthetic. I couldnt stop looking around. The lemon blueberry cornbread shareable was to die for. Super moist, not too sweet and that lemon butter was amazing. We had the country breakfast and the garden eggs benedict. Its been 2 weeks, and we are still telling people about the perfectly cooked, crispy yet soft breakfast potatoes we had. I cant wait till our next visit because I will 1000% be back. Such a fun and beautiful space for a bridal or baby shower, a girls brunch! I really cant say enough great things about this place!

Had a spectacular breakfast at Flour Mill Kitchen. The service was excellent. I loved the French press coffee and the fresh baked scones. The poached eggs on the Benedict were perfection. The manger came to ask how the meal was and the warm atmosphere just made the day in Niagara! I highly recommend checking it out!

We came to Niagara, Ontario last year for a spring break sister trip and had lunch at this super quaint spot! We decided to visit again today on this year s trip! We both had the steak sandwich. It was a wonderfully tender steak atop a grilled piece of sourdough topped with French fried onions and served with delicious fries. There was an amazing au jus for dipping that did not hurt my feelings at all! The service was a little slow and the wine seemed overpriced but overall the experience was so worth it! We enjoyed every bite and every minute of it! If you are in the area and get a chance, stop by grab a delicious lunch and take some pictures of the super eclectic decor!

I booked this restaurant for a business group dinner on Wednesday night. I had heard good things and the reviews were good. It was strange when we walked in and no one else was in the entire restaurant. Come to find out that they are closed on Wednesdays right now but they did not want to cancel on us. Turned out to very happy they didnt. Arik, the bartender was also our waiter. He was super knowledgeable about drinks, wine and the food. Happy he was there! All of the food we ordered was fantastic. We got several apps and mains. The charcuterie board, mussels and hummus were outstanding. The homemade focaccia bread was also amazing. Several had the Iberico pork chop which was also amazing. Really every entree was outstanding. When I am back in the Niagara Falls area i will definitely go back and highly recommend for anyone traveling there! Thanks for a great dinner.

Food was absolutely fantastic! Definitely get the Canadian eggs Benedict. However, what set this place apart from other restaurants was the customer service. They offered us the opportunity to leave our food as we explored Niagara falls. Additionally, later in the day, I hurt my knee, and upon picking up the food - they gave me ice to help calm the swellings. Thank you Danielle!!

Both Paula, our server, and Shayla the host, were excellent. Still highly recommend. As a person who frequents Niagara often, I am shocked that I had never visited The Flour Mill restaurant before. There is literally nothing negative to say about the place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere is phenomenal, the service was both friendly and impeccable. Our server, Angela, went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect meal, and the best wine(s) to pair with it. Management is topnotch, Frank (M) also put in such a noticable effort accommodating our group. It is a gem in Niagara, and a must visit if you are looking for an excellent meal in the area.

This place set such a high standard for our time in Niagra Falls! The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly. They were so apologetic for the 30 minite wait for our food that they even brought us a free cornbread! Weve definitely waited longer in less busy restaurants, and had no issues with the time, so this was very sweet of them! Wonderful Experience! We had breakfast here on Eclipse day and it was great! Food was amazing but it was the service that truly made our visit special. Its obvious the owners put an emphasis on customer service. Everyone was so friendly, happy, and accommodating.

Amazing hospitality. We were visiting for the eclipse and this has been one of our get away, once in a lifetime, highlights. Despite not having a reservation we were treated like royalty. Everyone was so welcoming! Arik our waiter was on top of everything. He pressed the French press coffee at our table and made the perfect Mamosa! The traditional breakfast was delicious. Could not finish it as, it was emence! This is the perfect start for eclipse day. Or any day!!!

Very nice place to get breakfast or brunch must have a rotating menu though, no pancakes for me! The inside decor is nice, and the dining room is bright and spacious. The food came out hot, and was very filling, with some delicious options available. Limited menu, but Im sure Ill be back if we visit again!

I didn t give 5 starts because we only ate once at this place. Otherwise, I cannot think of anything negative to mention beaded on our experience. It is very unfortunate that most restaurants in Niagara Falls are chain like restos with really mediocre quality. So we were extremely and nicely surprised when walked in this place. The ambiance, decoration, staff s attitude, taste and quality of food everything was great! We highly recommend it.

WOW!!!!! We lucked into this place and couldn t have been more thrilled. The service was laid back and exceptional. We were celebrating an anniversary and our server as well as the manager wished us a happy one. Even the bartender wished us well as we were leaving. We were encouraged to roam around and explore the inn while our food was being prepared. We sat by the huge stone fireplace, visited the bar. It was truly an exceptional evening and the food was outstanding! There are so many formulaic restaurants in Niagara I can t believe that this treasure exists.

My gf and I made a visit to this cozy resto on a saturday, during a weekend getaway trip to niagara falls. It was about a 10-15 min walk from our hotel and had very high ratings on yelp, tripadvisor and google. The resto itself is located inside the Old Stone Inn which is a hotel. We arrived around noon-ish and walked up to the fine young man at the host desk who seated us promptly. Im guessing because we arrived during the offseason there wasnt that much of a wait because reading some of the reviews on Yelp it seems like its notoriously hard to get a table without a reservation. Not the case in our experience. We were sat in the main room near the fireplace. Thats when my gf noticed the brightly lit, side room with all these cute christmas decorations and told me she wanted to sit by the bay window with some nice sunlight. When I asked our portly, older gentleman of a server if we could move into the side room he gave us a thumbs up and kindly moved all of our cutlery for us. My gf and I settled for the french toast brulee and the mill country skillet. I was very happy with the quality of the food. The french toast looked like it had michelin star plating and the toast was the proper, thick cut, brioche kind. The skillet had a lot of components to it but the potatoes were cooked perfectly (crispy on the outside and tender on the inside). I liked that it came with caramelized onions and homemade sausage. We also ordered some french press coffee which came out WITH the press for us to press ourselves. The quality of the coffee was actually superb. Idk who their supplier is but they tasted like great quality beans. Service was absolutely impeccable. Our waiter always checked on us. I came out of lunch/brunch super satisfied and my gf was very happy as well. This resto is literally like the perfect brunch spot for anyone visiting niagara falls. The homey vibe, cozy decor and amazing food are all enticing me to return in the future!

The Flour Mill Scratch Kitchen has become a favourite spot to enjoy breakfast or blunch. The food is always delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast area is beautiful and has lots of natural light.

Day date with the husband, we had an amazing experience at the flour mill in Niagara Falls- French pressed coffee, million dollar bacon tree with whiskey maple sauce and a lemon blueberry cornbread with whipped lemon butter! Super fast, super beautiful. 100% recommended for a beautiful rustic breakfast.

This place is a reminder of what an exceptional meals truly is. We came for brunch and started with a lovely French press of great coffee for the table. One of us got a sweet dish and the other savory and shared. The croque madame with sweet chili spiced fries was delightful. The balance of salty cheese, rich gooey egg yolks, and blustered tomatoes on top of a huge slice of brioche made my taste buds sing praises! The sweet dish we ordered was the French toast brûlée. Two massive slices of eggy brioche stacked and topped with fresh berries, candied pecans, and delightful meringue kisses. The pecan maple syrup brought it all together. A sweet bite of heaven. I can t say enough wonderful things about this place! The decor was elegant yet inviting and the staff were attentive and friendly. The front desk attendant at the hotel, Alex, was also very helpful with directions and tourist information on our way out.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant in Niagra. This was THE best service, food, and atmosphere of any place weve been to in Niagra. The place is beautiful inside. It looks like an old castle and the decor is so charming. The menu is small but everything was amazing, everything we didnt have but we saw go by to another table looked and smelled amazing. The drinks were great as well. Its hard to pick what we loved best but the hummus appetizer was some of the best hummus weve ever had. The service was equally fantastic and we had a wonderful evening. Would come back in a heartbeat and cant recommend them enough.

We came to this restaurant around Christmas / new years time. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service from our server Dwayne was superb! The food was very good. We ordered the short rib which was very tender. Unfortunately, we filled up with their fantastic bread before our main course! We will be coming back next time we are in the are.

Came here on a whim and we re so glad we stumbled on this gem. It s inside of a hotel and tbh we were a little hesitant but once you enter into the restaurant it s absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, the decor, the service, and food was exceptional. We went in for breakfast and blunch and had the Avocado Toast, French Toast Brûlée, Overnight Oat Chia Seed Pudding, Traditional Country Mill Breakfast, Steak Sandwich, the Wagyu Smash Burger and the French Press Coffee. Beautiful place to have brunch. We arrived at 915am, and we had a table for w ready without any reservations. Our waiter was quick to greet us and gave us enough time to review the menu. We ordered the bacon tree for starters . It tasted really good. Just dont think the cost justifes it . We also ordered the lobster skillet and eggs Benedict. Large portions for us so we felt satisfied at the end! The coffee was a bit bitter for my liking however. Overall . Great place for Brunch!

One of the better places with a great atmosphere in Niagara. If you re not in a rush, this place is great to grab a meal. I came here for breakfast and got a fully loaded plate of sausage, eggs, toast, bacon, and beans. The food does take a while to come out of the kitchen but the service is great overall. The waitress was very attentive checking in on us and making sure that everything was great. Price is definitely a bit on the expensive side, but then again, it s Niagara.

Food was good, service was good and the atmosphere was nice but $90 for 2 eggs Benedict and 1 pot of coffee is a little much. I hope you pay your staff well to at least justify these ridiculous prices.

Beautiful hotel, the interior courtyard is incredible for beautiful evenings. Speaking of the room, its beautiful, clean. An air conditioning unit that works really well. Its really close to the falls, less than 5 minutes walk. Plus its 3 minutes from the amusement park. Why two stars in the service? Those responsible for the household do not know how to speak French or English. I would like to point out that the staff is still welcoming.

Celebrated a friends birthday here for brunch. Our waitress was awesome and the atmosphere was beautiful. However, my bill alone was $100... This included a pot of coffee avo toast with egg and two pieces of rye toast in a spicy tomato sauce. Every persons bill was 70 + FOR BREAKFAST. I cannot really justify this cost for a breakfast/lunch spot. A small French press coffee that fills about two cups was 7 dollars . We could have went somewhere else for far less and probably more food. The waitress and atmosphere was the saving grace.

The food was sensational, delicious, and elegant. It was as good as any weve ever had. And the prices were excellent compared to comparable restaurants in Virginia. The rosemary bread was very good as were the complimentary canapes on tortilla chips. We shared the halloumi hummus, the whole fish and salad, and a creme brulee. We had a bottle Canadian Sauvignon Blanc with the meal and topped it off with a couple snifters of brandy and Cointreau. Overall it was the best and most memorable meal experience ever and was a great way to celebrate our 47th anniversary. We wish the restaurant was closer so we could dine there regularly.

Excellent food, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere. Heard a lot about the eggs Benedict so my partner ordered that while I went for the Croque Madame. I much preferred the Croque Madame and it needs so much more hype and praise. The bread is so amazingly soft and the eggs and hollandaise sauce were perfectly balanced. It was finished perfectly with sautéed onions and sauce. And the French fries on the side were PERFECTION. Amazing food. Highly recommend and it is totally worth the steeper price point!

Im giving 3 starts for the nice ambience. The food however could use some serious flavor! Please add some flavorful dishes to your menu. Farm to table is great but the lack of passion for your food is evident in the completely bland dishes!

Came here specially for the eggs Benedict and the lobster one I ordered was really really tasty. Perfect balance of lobster, egg and hollandaise. France toast however was just okay in comparison. For service and atmosphere, nothing I could complain. The only suggestion would be making the preparation for the meal quicker. Waited for our meals for a bit but not a big problem. though. Overall, it s highly recommended.

OMG what can t I say about this place??? The hostess was so sweet, even when our reservation for blunch got mixed up, we were still seated quickly in a lovely and cozy dining room. I feel terrible but I couldn t remember the name of our server, but she was a delight and easily accommodated my food allergy without any fuss! I had the French Toast Brûlée and my husband had the Avocado Toast and both were AMAZING!!! Highly recommend a visit and would love to come again the next time we re in town! Beautiful breakfast and brunch place at the Niagara Falls. The decor was just awesome and the food really tasty. The coffee was great ( french press) and we tried the shashuka and the French toast. Potion sizes are large. Try out this one. It s better than most of the breakfast places at the Fallsview drive. And you can always take a stroll upto the Table rock after a sumptuous meal. With all the overpriced and disappointing food experiences in Niagara Falls, this place is an oasis in the desert. You might not think much based on location or the outer facade, but just walk through the doors. Their decorating is fresh and current without alienating a more traditional crowd. The Blunch (brunch) service was fast and accommodating. The food was so much better than our dinner the night before at a place overlooking the falls. Without proximity to the main drag, this place has no room for error, and they ve executed upon that concept. We had French toast brûlée, shashuka, chia seed pudding, Niagara country skillet, and great Canadian Benny. So. Good. The food was fast and fresh - fruit, in Canada, in October no less, that was ripe, sweet, and perfectly paired. Not sure how that s possible. I d go again and venture staying in the Inn. Exceeded expectations

Appetizer: The Sharable Bacon Tree was fantastic, possibly the best bacon my girlfriend and I have ever had. Meals: My Great Canadian Eggs Benedict was decent, but the potatoes that came along with it were bland and dry. My girlfriends Lobster Skillet managed to somehow have zero flavor. I dont even know how you do that to lobster. It was also very chewy. Drinks: The French Press coffee was decent. I was substituted peach tea in place of iced tea and was the most sour substance that has ever been in my mouth. Service: One waiter was running around the entire restaurant, and we were never checked up on after receiving our food. Upon finishing our meal, we waited at least 20 minutes watching our waiter run around and ignore the fact that we were obviously done eating, I eventually had to flag him down so we could pay and leave.

Came in for breakfast, beautiful atmosphere, great service. Food was absolutely delicious! Definitely a great place to visit.

The place is so charming and magical. We had a wonderful meal and great service. Love the personal touch to everything they do. They sure know how to do Christmas. Very tastefully done. Thank you for a wonderful evening with my best friend.

Always feels like a special treat to come here! The atmosphere is beautiful & cozy any time of year but especially so around the holidays! The service is so kind & inviting, like visiting an old friend. (thanks Michelle!) The food is made in house from scratch. Highly recommend visiting any chance you get!!

Super friendly staff with beautiful and cozy decor. Highly recommend the Million Dollar Caesar (not actually a million dollars) to start. Big shout out to Michelle for always making us feel special and welcomed.

The food was delicious but it comes with a large price tag. The server was very friendly but the service was very slow. The wine glasses at the table were dirty. There were lipstick stains on the rims. It was nicely decorated for the holidays.

Had an English breakfast - starting with a lemon blueberry cornbread, it was so fluffy and delicious to have. We went next with an Egg Benedict, which was well prepared and good in taste. The waiter recommended French Pressed Coffee which was new to us but surprisingly turned out refreshing.

Beautiful food

Beautiful ambience for blunch! Staff were friendly and amazing. Ordered two dishes: the lobster grill cheese and eggs benedict. Both were delicious. The coffee was French press which was a nice change. Will definitely come back again!
