Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara in Niagara Falls

We went here for dinner and had a reservation at 630 although we showed up late, we didnt get a table until 715. That was the first time we ever had to wait and we normally go to their vaughan location. Btw, you can follow their shuttle to their designated private parking offside and the shuttle will drive you back which was great.

We went on NYE last year and let me tell you how big of a mistake it was. Over $600 for 3 people including tax and tip is outrageous when it takes over 45 mins to get each drink. The NYE price of $150 pays for unlimited food and drinks but its really not worth it when you only get about 3 drinks all night. I understand youre busy but really 3 drinks per person from 9pm to 12:30am? Also frequency of food was incredibly slow. Dont charge $150 per person if you cant get service right. What a perfect time to place this review to aid others in not making the same mistake I made last NYE.

The worst copa Ive been to. The worst service Ive ever received from a Copa Cabana. Waitress didnt even came once to check on table. The person cutting the steak was very rude ( wish I knew his name, younger kid percing both ears, brown hair about 5 8, slim built) and toss the steak in my plate like a dog! It was not even busy and service was very slow and they served the tables with more people and forgot about my table until I told the Waitress who eventually showed up. People save yourself $80 and go else where. This Copa Cabana is trash compared to the two other locations. I am sitting here doing a review, instead having steak. I had this much time I have. LOL!! NEVER AGAIN COPA! BRASA FOR LIFE!! As Ive had better service and cuts of meat at BRASA!!

Service was the worst I ve ever experienced. Servers are extremely rude and they don t come around often enough to even call this place all you can eat they also surprise you with a $40 gratuity fee on your bill to compensate their 1-star service. Would not recommend going here. Went a year and a half ago, then gave them a second chance a few nights ago and the quality hasn t changed. Won t be back.

Absolutely wonderful experience

More side options would have been great. But if you are going for vibes then this is the place for you - if you are going for the food then you will be disappointed.

They didnt have 80% of the items on their menu. Ran out of most sides by 7pm. We basically ate Macaroni and Cheese which was all that was available. On a Friday night?? Absolutely horrible!

I have always said that I don t mind spending money on a good culinary experience and this place did not disappoint. I reserved a table for my husbands birthday (Friday the 13th haha) and when we arrived we were sat kind of close to an exit door(it was chilly)- our server Mykayla P kindly accommodated our request to move to a different table. From there our experience was absolutely top tier! Mykayla was incredibly kind and attentive! She even brought out a piece of cake with a candle at the end to celebrate my husbands birthday I also want to give a huge shout out to all of the individuals who kept coming around with the skewers of meat/fruit/seafood- ALL of them were helpful, hospitable and not once did we ever feel rushed. The varying cuts/flavours of meat were incredible and the sides were equally as delicious! There was one person who had alot of tats that became our favorite meat guy I didnt catch his name, but he was great! And to our surprise at the end of our experience- the dancers came out, we were handed sparklers and all of the staff came out to put on an excellent show! Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience!

AMAZING !! we ve tried similar restraunts but this one killed it . All the food was great didn t eat anything that wasn t amazing , service was amazing shout out to our server Sophia she killed it and the dancers were fantastic defiantly made you feel a part of it all . 10/10 this is our new go to when we re in the area . Price was more than fair considering what we got no it s not cheap but more than worth it in my opinion .

We come here every year in December and it is usually great. Last night was disappointing. Waitresses got confused with our table so we had no service for 20 minutes. Eventually walked up to the manager and requested a waitress. 45 mins in we finally got our drinks. for $90/plate this was not worth it. Food was good but service was slacking big time.

We ve been to this location several times for our anniversary and never had an issue but we visited last Friday and the service was terrible. We were seated in a corner which was fine but made it hard for the guys to squeeze in and serve us. Our waitress was MIA a lot and we had to physically flag her down multiple times to order sides or get our bill. At first the guys were coming by a lot and we got to sample a few different meats. Then they started just going to the tables beside us and completely ignoring us. We were always polite saying please and thank you so it wasn t like we were jerk customers either. When they did come to us, it was always the same guy with the same meat selection. He finally noticed we were waiting for something and asked what we would like. We told him and the table beside us also chimed in that they were waiting for the same thing for an hour and it never came by our side of the restaurant. He was great and sent someone our way. We were there two hours and 45 minutes of that was sitting and waiting for anyone to come by. 20 minutes of that was just waiting for our server to give us the bill. Disappointed as we haven t had an issue there before. Management was not paying attention to the flow. On top of that, I wouldn t call it a super busy night so there really was no excuse for the lack of service. Just poor floor management.

We went on : Sat.Nov.23 we were a party of 7 celebrating my wifes birthday. Our server was Alexis D and she was beyond AWESOME ! We have been here so many times as we MUST support local - Food was GREAT - The drinks were amazing ! Recommend: Electric Lemonade, Mango Mule, Copa Sour & Copa Colada. Keep it up !!!

Disapsaging! It doesnt look like a Brazilian steakhouse at all. Very long service, waiters not at all attentive, nothing like service and Brazilian food. There are no barbecue cooking options, and not even the music that plays in the background is Brazilian.that picture after one hours waiting at the table and they served 3 cuts to me and my husband. It s embarrassing to a Brazilian person get this service!

Ive been an avid supporter of copacabana in niagra falls for more then a decade. This was always our go to spot as we frequented niagara falls. We have gone in vaughn and it could never really compare to the niagara falls location. Unfortunatley we attended on november 25th 2024 for my wifes birthday and the food was horrible. Appetizers were cold and tasted old and certain cuts of steak tasted like liver. We also found out that they no longer have the chicken kabob (spicy parm chicken) We found that we sat at our table for awhile without any servers tending to us. Ive spoken with several family members and friends over the last few years that said it was no longer the same food or service. I really didnt believe them up until now. We were both very disappointed overall and could have spent 175$ on a good steak at the keg. Safe to say we wont be going back.

Music is to loud, couldnt even talk to the person across the table from me. Do not like the new way to order food, ON your phone. Why no salad buffet anymore. Not a good setup as far as I am concerned. Will go to your competitor now. Food

Went for the $90 all you can Eat and Drink deal. We were for there over 2 hours, and only were served 2 drinks each, and it was a fight to get them. They introduced an app for ordering drinks and menu items months ago, however as a barrier to make it difficult to get drinks they only allow you to order drinks via your server who never comes around. Even when we were able to finally order drinks it took 45 min from the time of ordering to actually get the drink. I get that it was busy, but if you dont have the staff or capabilities to fulfill your offer in a reasonable manner, than you should not offer the deal... As for food, we were at a table of two, seated near a large party. The meat servers would always hit up the large tables first, and they were cleaned out before coming to us. We did get a few bites, but were not pleased to be treated like second class. The servers should try to mixup the rotation to be fair to all their tables. We live locally and have been several times on less busy days and things are much better when its less busy. My suggestion to the COPA, is remove the pretentious restrictions on the all you can drink offer. And when you drop off a drink, immediately take a new drink order. So I will not have to wait so long between drinks and leave feeling ripped off. And if you cant properly staff the bar, dont offer unlimited drinks. The money you save being restrictive on your drinks, is lost if customers have a negative experience.

Recently went to Copacabana in Niagara falls with my partner for the first time. Immediately got seated right away, we ordered side dishes but one of the servers gave us meat first which was nice. Id say for our experience they gave out meat within 3-5 min intervals. Meat was rare - medium rare, seasoned well. Would not advice going if you like steaks that are more well cooked. I did notice however they had some sort of pattern? where for ex. bring out top sirloin steaks to certain table (seats infront of us) but would purposely skip our table? theyve done this a lot of the times throughout the night actually, since i was expecting more of a certain dish, we stayed there for about 1 1/2 hrs. Flank steak was great, chicken was good but i got tired of it fast, i forgot the other meat dishes lol. Highly recommended to try if you havent had the experience, but would I go again? probably not. Dinner for two during sunday costed 170 Dollars w the 18% tax included and everything.

Disappointing Experience at Copacabana Niagara Falls I was really looking forward to dining at Copacabana, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The service was shockingly poor our server was inattentive, leaving us unattended for extended periods. When we raised a few requests and issues, they weren t addressed appropriately, and the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. For a place that charges $70 per person, you d expect a higher standard of service and a more personalized experience. The dining format was frustrating, as we didn t feel we had much say in the quality or variety of meats we were served. To make matters worse, when we tried to express our concerns to the manager, he was very cold and brushed us off. You should always go above and beyond for your guests, and that definitely didn t happen here. This is not a five-star experience at all I d honestly rather go to TGIF. I left feeling disappointed and like we were not treated fairly. I would not recommend Copacabana based on this experience.

We dined there tonight. We were two adults plus one child. From beginning to end, great service. The food was excellent. The carvers were always around. The entertainment was amazing. The manager was always around. Checking on tables. Not our first time, but also not our last! Food

I d wanted to try this place for a while and I m really glad I waited to go with a group. This is the kind of dining experience you enjoy with people. The music is bouncy, there s constant attention to your table, the energy is fantastic, and there s no waste. The portions are perfect. The menu has something for every taste and I was impressed with how well the sides were done. I ll definitely be back with more friends.

Fantastic location. We decided to reserve here while in Niagara for a late dinner on our anniversary. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic, i wish I remembered her name to ensure she gets her recognition. Food was fantastic and came at a good pace. The sides were good. And the cocktails were fantastic. The old fashioned; while the first was inconsistent, was mainly well made! The mango mule was also a great take on the moscow mule. Overall, we had a great experience and dont plan on visiting any other steakhouse if were in Niagara!

I wasnt impressed with the food. Almost every piece of meat was extremely salty. The skirt steak was by far the best. The place was packed and the service was still really good. Nice clean environment

It was a terrible experience. We left $250 in this place. But its not about the money, Im talking about the service... We waited 35 minutes for our drinks. The waiters with meat rarely came to us and we got little meat. They have one machine for payment and we waited for our bill for a very long time.

I have to start by saying , this was by far the best birthday I have ever had . The service was spectacular and they kept coming around super quick with cuts of meat and endless drinks. We arrived after 9PM for the all inclusive option - this is all you can drink and eat , anything on the menu for that price . The drinks were phenomenal and the service was out of this world . Our severs Miljana and Angelica were the sweetest ladies ever , they were super sweet and the kindest people I have ever had as servers on my birthday . They made this experience the best and I will make sure to recommend to friends and family and definitely return . Thank you Angelica and Miljana you guys are the best and need to be praised and acknowledged for your kindness and service . Love you ladies

Overrated, yummy food, but not very Brazilian (Im Brazilian, so I would know). To start, the food is tasty, but the service is slowww. Youre waiting long periods for the servers to bring the meat around, while the sides come out sporadically. They brought the vinegarette out in teeny tiny plasic cups that youd use for ketchup at a fast food joint. Not nearly enough for even a toddler to eat. The atmosphere is classy, they did a beautiful reno job, but the atmosphere is not Brazilian at all at all at all. They were playing Pitbull and Sean Paul and others of the like. Not a single Brazilian song to be heard expect for when the dancers came out for 5 minutes, did a quick samba, then left and the Spanish-American music resumed. Its pricey, par for the course for Niagara, just not Brazilian if thats the vibe youre hoping for Vegetarian options: Dont come here if youre vegetarian

Sadly it was a horrible experience. I m Brazilian and me and my wife always try to hit Brazilian steakhouses during our trips. We have been to dozen different ones. I can very confidently say this one have been the worst. Service is horrible. The caipirinha is made with water and not with lime juice, plus they use Leblon cachaça to make it, which is already bad. We stayed there for over 2 hours and I probably only ate 3 or 4 different cuts of meat. It s the first Brazilian steakhouse that I have been where I left hungry. It takes so long to get a piece of meat that the rest of your food is already cold. They don t have a salad bar, you order what you want for sides. The portions are so small, it s like it s not meant to be eaten, just tried . After the first time they brought it, we ordered more and I m still waiting for them to bring it hopefully they will one day On top of it, the ambience has nothing to do with Brazil. It s way too expensive for you to bother wasting your money here. Absolutely not worth it. The few cuts of meat I was able to eat, tasted good, but that s all they have going for them. Parking: You have to wait for a van, follow it to the parking lot and the van will bring you back to the restaurant.

Today, I went with my family to celebrate my daughter s birthday. At the beginning, the we weren t getting served more often, but then I talked to Alexis and she turned the night around, she made it a memorable birthday . I really wanna thank her for what she did.

Left this place extremely disappointed. Barely had any meat come to our table and even complained about it several times and nothing was done about it. We were getting the same two cuts of meat and the ones we wanted would never come around to us. An employee even came up to ask us if there were any specific meats we would like more of and then never came back with it like what was the point of that? Won t come back again.

Top 5 restaurant experiences of all time. All you can eat and all you can drink for $90. They really fill you up with quality meat and sides. They shave the beef onto your plate. Then theyve got dancers, sparklers and great music. Its a total vibe. Highly suggest everyone try this place once.

This place was incredible. The interior was beautiful and the food was even better. Every single meat was cooked to perfection - juicy and flavourful. The grilled pineapple was to die for. We tried a fair share of the sides and they were also amazing. Our only complaint is that our orders kept getting sent to the wrong table but other than that, I would highly recommend this resteraunt.

Food was great, service was good, restaurant was beautiful. My only gripe is that the meat came out really slow. The tourist tax was also kinda wild. Parking: For parking you have to pull up to the shuttle, wait for the driver to lead you to their off site parking lot and then take the shuttle back.

The service was so disappointing. I m a server myself so I understand if a restaurant is busy, but more than half the restaurant was empty it was around 8:30/9pm Our server was the blonde girl who would disappear for half the night and we would have to look around for her. They also only brought us the same 3 meats over and over again. We asked for pineapple and they took 30 minutes to bring it, after asking 3 different times. Not to mention anytime we ordered a drink it would sit at the bar for 10 minutes until someone would bring it watered down from the ice melting, or we d have to remind them that we ordered a drink Overall just felt like our server couldn t care less. So many other better places to eat in Niagara where you feel like your servers actually give a shit Stick to the copacabana in Toronto if you want a good experience.

This place was awesome pre covid, this was our first time eating here post covid and although the renos are great and give a cool vibe to the place, we were really disappointed with 1) our service was awful, our server came initially, then stopped back once more half way through the evening to see if we were OK, and that was it, we had to ask another server for our bill because we had been waiting to leave for almost 30 mins. Disappointment 2) the meat is why we go here, it is absolutely amazing, but this time it was so sparse, they advertise 16 different skewers, we were only offered about half that many (and we had to pass on the fish and shrimp ones do to an alergy), so really we only got to try 6 of the meats, and when they did stop at our table they would only give you enough for a bite or two. Alot of the time the guys with the skewers would just walk on by. Also, after being sat down at our table, we were given water to share, but it was room temp and no ice for the glass either. I also had to send my plate back because it had dried food on it. On the bright side, the sides were very good and the meat was delishous just very little given. Very disappointed, I am hoping this was just a 1 off bad experience and will update if we ever go back, but I doubt we will after this, if so it will be a while, which is sad because we used to tell everyone they had to eat here when visiting the falls.

Wasn t worthy he price if I m being honest

I came here for the first time with my ex back in April. I must say even with his awful company I had the best time here. The food is absolutely delicious, the variety is never ending, service is wonderful, and the entertainment is superb. I have not stopped recommending this place to others. I cant wait till I can come back for a girls night. Its a little more pricey then most nights out but the value for what you get is so worth it.

Unfortunately, my last visit here was the worst experience I ve ever had. At first, the waiters came to our table with meat quite frequently, but then we waited in vain for more. Even after more than 20 minutes and multiple inquiries, we still didn t receive any more meat. The waiters we spoke to seemed puzzled and didn t understand what we wanted. Those who did understand assured us we would get some, but unfortunately, that never happened. There were also other issues that contributed to my review: We politely asked for the pineapple skewer, but it only arrived after a very long wait. When it finally did come, it was already cold, and there was barely anything left on it for the whole group. When cutting the meat, everything fell onto the table and even on our pants. Some of the waiters comments were really very rude. Other tables received several types of meat and sometimes even the same type multiple times, while we only got one serving of 5-6 different kinds. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this visit, I will definitely never return and won t recommend it to anyone.

I had high expectations when visiting Copa Cabana near Niagara Falls, but I was utterly disappointed. First of all, the service seemed to treat guests like they were in two different classes. Our table, along with several others, was practically ignored, while other tables were getting served every five minutes. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. For the first 10-15 minutes, we were served meat regularly, which was really tasty. But after that the servers simply stopped coming to our table altogether. It felt like they were trying to make us lose our appetite, so we wouldn t get the full experience we paid for. To top it all off, they have the nerve to automatically add a whopping 18% gratuity to the bill! For service this bad, no tip should have been expected. The staff didn t even try to offer a good service because they knew the tip was guaranteed. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I ve ever had, and I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

From the shuttle service with Maria, to the ambiance of the dining area, the live DJ and finally to the food; this was a 5 star experience. The cuts were hot and fresh and seasoned to the point. Dont sleep on the sides ( especially the sweet potato ragout). It was a prefect experience. We will be back again. Thank you

Celebrating an anniversary and chose Copacabana on a whim. It was a perfect night - we had trouble finding parking, but the restaurant actually offers shuttle service so you have free parking! Maria was our shuttle person and she actually flagged us down in the bus to tell us to follow her. And she was very lovely. The food and service were impeccable and the ambiance was exactly what i hoped for, with a great DJ ontop of it! My new favorite restaurant! Thank you for a memorable evening! Well definitely be back!

Disappointed waited for Pineapple that did not arrive

Worst Brazilian steakhouse ever! I have been to a few other locations in Toronto and the service is way better than here. We decided to go for the 9pm service that included unlimited drinks. Totally pointless because it takes forever to get your drinks so you aren t really getting unlimited at all. It took forever to get a server to start serving us meat. A server from another section saw us with our empty plates for a very long time and took it upon himself to just come over to our table and start serving us. The actual server for our section never ended up serving us at all. This was not worth the $90 bucks at all. I had a few pieces of steak, shrimp and a little piece of a drumstick. The sides were not good. The Brussels sprouts were swimming in sauce so you could barely taste the vegetable. The Mac and cheese was pretty good but so what??. The music is really really loud and you can barely have a conversation. Overall I DO NOT recommend this place. It took a really long time to get any meat (I see other reviews with the same complaints and it s absolutely true!). I did complain to the manager and he did remove my kids portion off the bill but it was a complete waste of our time and I left there very disappointed! I am fine spending the money but not ok when it s completely not worth it. They need to make some serious changes.

We had a great date night! Good food, great atmosphere. We sat beside the patio (inside) and it was beautiful. As soon as it got too chilly, they closed the big glass windows/ doors. We had a great time! We left very full.

So Ive waited a week after sending 3 emails and calling and leaving a message twice to resolve this to no success. 6 of us went here last Saturday having a reservation for 9. We were seated immediately then sat until 915 for our server to come. We ordered our drinks and the food started coming. Through the whole night we only received 6 meats on the menu leaving us missing 5 meats not even coming to thr table once after asking the gaucho multiple times they just kept bringing out top sirloin. We were there for almost 2 hours and only received 3 drinks because each time it took 30 minutes for a drink. This exact thing happened a year ago when we tried it again. How can they not serve the meats advertised. The lack of response from management also is disgusting. I was told the manager wouldnt take the call because it was a complaint. Then I left a msg 2 days in a row to not receive a call. Brasa from now on.

Salty, raw, meat taste weird. Best food here was pineapple & shrimp, im not sure why do they call it steak house. So bad. Waited for our bills for 20min. They give you a lot of chicken instead of beef haha Never ever going back again. Horrible experience in Niagara.

Just go to Brasa. To be fair the food here is slightly better if you like your meat heavier flavoured but personally its not worth it. Got a reservation and still waited 30 min to be seated, waited another 10 min to be seen by a waitress, and than happily sitting there starved while meat severs walk right past you like you are invisible. After sitting there with empty plates for 30 min, the waitress came and asked how are we doing - we are doing great, love watching other people eat while starving, good for weight control you know If you loved the Copa in Vaughan and wondering if you should come here, dont. The dining experience are not even close. The service is not bad for its price or worse than others steakhouse, its just flat out bad. Ive seen fast-food restaurant with better service than this place

We had such a great time at Copacabana. The service from our carvers Ty and Justin was above and beyond, they would always hustle to get us anything we requested and Ang was a great server who never let our glasses go empty. Highly recommend!

We recently dined at Copacabana Niagara, with reservations at 9 PM. While we were promptly seated, the table was quite small, and the restaurant was packed. The entertainment was absolutely incredible definitely a 10/10. The dancers were amazing, and the music added to the lively atmosphere, though it was way too loud for comfortable conversation. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress initially came by to let us know she would bring water and would be back to take our drink order, but we ended up waiting 25-30 minutes. During that time, we noticed she prioritized larger parties (6+ people) who arrived well after us. The meat servers, on the other hand, were very friendly and engaging. However, the meat service itself was inconsistent and didn t live up to expectations based on the menu. Great food, atmosphere & service

Literally the worst experience ever. Super slow service. There were 3 of us, we barely got to eat any meat not even the portion of 1 full steak. Went there and until an hour we only had sides. By the end we were full on sides. But huge SAFETY issues. My first drink glass was cracked all the way down, didn t notice until it was half done. They took it away and gave me another which was also fully cracked! So basically can t even serve in normal glasses and basically no food. Then they charged 2 of us $40 pp for sides lol. We still hungry and hella disappointed. Never coming back again! Go to Vaughan location instead . Manager said sorry about the glasses but I don t think they realize how serious it was to me + the fact that we barely got to eat anything. Two bites of cold steak, amazing.

Honestly the most disappointing cops cabana location so far. Loved the Vaughan one and decided to drive down to this one all the way from Mississauga. We asked for well done and they took an hour to serve. I understand well-done takes longer but even when they brought it-it was only enough for one there were 3 of us. They served my wife drink in a broken glass, server took it and brought a refill which was also broken. Until the end-until we complained they didn t bring anything around, when they did it was cold. You can t charge people $40 to eat 2 bites of mashed potatoes (which was what the manager charged us pp after we complained) I can go and eat a steak with a drink in $40 somewhere else . The money isnt the issue but don t waste it coin because it s not worth the amount. Never advising this location again. I suggest you all check your glasses before drinking from them as it happened to us twice in one visit seems like a bigger issue going on

I was so disappointed in my recent visit. This is usually my go to restaurant but recently their food quality has gone down a lot. Sides are a lot smaller, don t taste the same anymore. They are pretty mid now and so is the steak. The service is super slow. They purposely let u fill up on sides and by the end of your visit they ll bring out cold steak. No thank you!

Not even close to the experience that you would expect from an all you can eat Brazilian steak house. Meats are not even aa, probably not even graded. there s no salad bar. Meat guys never stop our tables .overall bullshit experience for whole family. Never again. Niagara Falls needs a real Brazilian steak house.

The atmosphere is great, the welcoming is amazing , but the food serving is slow, and they are rude if you ask for more portions of the meat you like.

I have been to Copacabana in Niagara Falls multiple times before and it was great. This time it was the worst possible service. We had a reservation and we arrived before the reservation time. We were taken to a table that is on the side of the restaurant, floor was squeaky and whenever one of the servers walked by the table would move. We were on table 209 which for some reason did not have the menu QR Code which is used for ordering. Spent 15 min before our existence was acknowledged. 3 tables besides us were empty and we could have been moved to there but for some reason they decided to keep us where we were. The tables around us get filled and they start getting served the meat cuts while we did not even get our salad. After about 30 min the first server comes ( no salad yet) and offers us a single leg of chicken, we declined and told the server we were leaving no reaction or attempt to keep us. on my way out I spoke to the manager and same thing did not apologize or attempt to do anything. Now why did this happen? was it a raciest act? My wife wears a head scarf and this was 100% a racist restaurant that does not like to have muslim in their restaurant.

Its a great all you can eat steakhouse. It feels like its right out of a tiktok video, as the servers come around with large slabs of meat and cut you off pieces. Price was a little high, but its expected at these kinds of upscale steakhouses.

Great looking restaurant, like the upgrade decor etc. The new way of ordering your (unlimited) sides is a great touch. Would definitely recommend

wont be returning to this restaurant unless they bring back the buffet. Ordering those premade dishes is a real pain and clutters your table, and getting your servers attention is very difficult.

Renovated and new space but down-graded the service

After 30-40 minutes the meat stopped coming around as often as it did at the beginning, after 1.5 hours they would literally walk by us and stop at the table beside us. I had to asked twice for the meat to come to our table and did so only once each time. It felt as if they have some kind of strategy , serve you what they consider its worth your money and stop there, I could be wrong. At the end even some drinks we ordered wouldn t come, at the end when I checked my receipt they charged me for the drinks that hadn t come. Also if you like your meat well done I wouldn t recommend this place because most of the meat they brought was medium maybe medium well.

First time at this location, I have been to the Yonge/Eg one in TO before. We went for our 6th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious! Beautiful atmosphere, great food, friendly staff. Angelica our waitress made our night. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service!

Parking: They have a free shuttle that you follow with your car to go to the lot. They bring you back to the restaurant and then take you back to your car when youre done eating. It was pretty close, like 2 minute drive, definitely walkable. Food

Came with a group and loved everything. Cant wait to go back for another great meal!!! Edit- came in again for my boyfriends birthday/Valentines day. Was for the comp meal. And was this night even better than first. Our plates were never empty the guys were around with perfect timing. Every side dish came out fast and perfect ( even with an allergy request). The bread was something I didnt try the first time. But filling up on it was definitely not a mistake. Will be making this my go too!!

This would have received higher ratings but a few things detracted from it. First the food although tasty - we didnt see some of the items come to our table at all. Side dishes are extremely slow - first bunch took about 40 min into the meal and we had to inquire what happened to the side dishes we ordered. The music is way too loud. It is more like a club than a restaurant where you can enjoy a date night. Great if you dont want to converse with your companion. Although servers are very nice, the service was very slow . Out of all the similar restaurants in Niagara and GTA, this place I would not return to. Definitely not worth the price they are charging for the experience.

We went last night,got there at 930 for our reservations, ordered sides ,waited throughout the night for sides to arrive ,had to even tell our server couple times that we didnt receive our sides, then it started coming,the salmon tartar I ordered from the beginning never came ,just to be told when I asked again for it ,that oh so sorry its all done ,can u believe that !?the meats were served and was very tasty,drinks were served no problem, but we paid 80.00 per person for all you can eat and drink ,how does that work ? When you dont get what u pay for ? I will not go back again, everyone was polite and nice ,but cheap and food run out ?? Why pay so much money just to wait almost an hour to get your sides and plus run out what u ordered from the beginning!? Thats embarrassing for you guys !

First time there, food was great. Had a very small table too close to the bathroom. Waiters and servers should explain a little bit more in detail.How things work.. I did not even see the salad bar. I was not offered any shrimps. But the table beside us, got some, I asked for some never came.... They interacted with all the customers that was great, good entertainment

I made a reservation for 9:30 and didn t get seated until 10:30, What s the point of a reservation if the restaurant can t honor it? The hostess at the front was extremely rude and dismissive, acting like we were an inconvenience instead of valued customers. It was clear she had no interest in helping or even being polite. (Management should seriously reconsider her position) Once we were finally seated, the attitude didn t improve. The waitstaff seemed miserable and unprofessional, with each interaction feeling like we were bothering them just by being there. If the staff hates their job that much, they should reconsider working in hospitality. The lack of respect and professionalism from the entire team made for a terrible experience, and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants with better service where customers are treated with respect.

Very delicious food

We tried copacabana last year and it was perfect so we decided to come back again but unfortunately it wasn t as good as the first time, the service was awful within a 5 minutes they served us 4 times we couldn t have a chance to enjoy the bites and then we stayed 45 minutes with empty plates we asked several times for the rest of the meats but didn t get them all and we got tired of waiting and waisting our time so we decided to pay without having my the rest of the menu.

Don t bother spending your hard earned money here! If you have a complaint they don t want to hear about it through email or phone. They tell you there is nothing they can do as they only deal with complaints right then and there. If you later decide to complain , they basically tell you too bad since it wasn t done right then and there. New owner is a huge joke. I will never return again and I will be letting everyone know this is how they deal with their customers.

I recently dined at Copa Cabana in Niagara Falls, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes for a table with no updates or follow-up from the staff. Once we were finally seated, the service didn t improve. They were incredibly stingy with bringing out the meat, which is supposed to be the main attraction. We had to ask multiple times for more food, and even then, the portions were small and infrequent. The only time the servers seemed attentive was when they asked if we wanted drinks, clearly trying to upsell since that adds to the bill. It felt like their focus was on making more money rather than providing a quality experience. Overall, the service was slow, inattentive, and frustrating, especially considering the price. I wouldn t recommend this location based on my visit.

Have been looking forward eating here after the renovations because we love eating here. What can I say we were very disappointed in the meat service. It took about an hour for the meat to arrive. It seems they just want to push the side dishes. The cost has gone up to $85 per person and I think next time I will go to Ruth s Chris where the service is great as well as the food.

I was pleasantly surprised but Copa. As a local it s not somewhere I ever think about going to eat but we had company from out of town and they wanted to try it. The food was delicious. It was a fun atmosphere. Our server Clare was great. Very busy but took her time to ask what our plans were for the night and when we told her we were going to watch the fireworks she told us about a great viewing spot that even I didn t know about. She was very sweet. Also, the grilled pineapple was amazing! It s a great restaurant to go to with friends.

Wanted to try out Copa with my partner as weve already tried Brasa and wanted to compare. We had a very disappointing visit. I will say the food was tasty (though some of the meats were extremely oversalted). We had one waitress covering what seemed to be half the restaurant, and she only made it to our table 3 times in our 2 hour visit, and you can only order sides 4 at a time, so we only had the chance to order sides maybe 3 times. Speaking of the sides, they would come out one or two at a time and the portions were hilariously small. If you have a table of 4, each persons only getting one bite of the sides. Onto the meats, we probably only got to try maybe half of what was on the menu, the guys walking around with the meats do it in a very random order and most of them have a very unfriendly demeanor, NEVER cracking a smile. They give you such a small portion each time that you end up sitting around waiting for the next peice. At one point it took almost 8 minutes for a server to offer more meat. Funny thing is we werent the only ones experiencing this. The table next to ours were having the same issues and had to talk to the manager. I looked around and noticed almost every table had people on their phones bored and waiting for the next meat pass-by. The grilled pineapple was my favorite thing at Brasa but here it was burnt and just not appetizing. Only seen it pass by ONCE. The kicker to the dinner was that it was our 6 year anniversary and I made sure to let them know when reserving a table. I asked them to bring something like a special dessert and they said theyd do their best. They did absolutely nothing. Zero effort from the employees/manager. Obviously we came here on one of their off-days but we probably wont be returning.

Considering I ve been to many restaurants in my lifetime, this had to be the worst and slowest service I ve ever experienced. I m a pretty generous reviewer, but the service had me irritated and unhappy by the time I left. We were there for two hours and most of the time we sat with empty plates waiting for our food. The waitress herself was great and very attentive, however, the wait for the meat and any request for specific meat or pineapple took over half an hour. Expect to sit for 2+ hours. We also came mid week at 5pm - right when they opened.

The experience was terrible because the service is the main things .extremely slow service we waiting around half an hour nobody say anything to us. The girls just walking around didnt do anything. after half an hour, the waitress came with the two bottle of waters without glasses. we asked her more than five times. The waitress need more training and a manager needs more coordination. atmosphere was nice with dancing .The food is OK. honestly I don t recommend the restaurant because too much expensive for nothing I paid around $300 for three people. By the way mom asked for orange juice. They brought her at least after half an hour and we asked the waitress many times, where is the orange juice? I had a rather disappointing experience. The music was quite loud, and I didnt come across any Brazilian music during my visit. The atmosphere did not evoke the warmth of Brazil. We have been to all their locations throughout the years. The one in Niagara Falls, now after their renovation has been the worst in the service category. The place lost the plot. Dirty fabric on our loveseat for dining. The hiphop (extra loud) music makes it seem they now want to be a hip cool club and forgot about the Brazilian rodizio that is what people come for. The did away with the tradicional self service bar and you have to order the sides with your server. Except the sides just never come. We ve been dining for close to 2h and we never saw the sides we ordered. The meats come by very VERY seldomly. Very disappointed. It s a shame, cause we used to love the place, but we re not coming back again. Our money will be better spent at Brasa next time. Parking: You have to follow the house shuttle to an off site parking lot. The parking is free and they shuttle you to and from the restaurant.

I was unfortunate enough to dine at this sorry establishment. For 200 dollars I would expect for a 200 dollar meal we would see our server more than one time. This was not the case, our server disregarded us asking for our sides so we were not able to eat anything but what the meat guys had to offer. After an hour of waiting for our server we had to ask another employee to get her for us where we asked for our bill. Half an hour later she came by asking if we wanted our bill, which took another half hour to arrive. I normally wouldn t be one to name drop someone, but honestly you know what I m gonna do it Maddie, maybe try drop shopping cause honestly I m not sure what was going on last night.

My recent dining experience at Niagara Copacabana was absolutely delightful! The food was nothing short of amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Special shoutout to Alexis, our waitress, who was incredibly nice and attentive throughout our meal. Her friendly demeanor and prompt service truly enhanced our evening.

This restaurant is easily one of my favourites. The food never misses and the service is always exceptional. I particularly need to highlight our server, Sophie. She was helpful, funny and a pleasure to interact with. My best friend and I will be on the lookout for her the next time we come in. We loved her energy and had the pleasure of witnessing her connect with the diners around us which really spoke to what an all around amazing server she must be. Highly recommend!

Sadly not the Copa of the past. The meats were fatty and full of grizzle - the sides tasteless and tiny - so disappointed. Weird wait staffing, serves but not serve - order yourself - asked for sides that never came. An expensive waste of time and money - but glad I know now how far down the Copa has gone, so I won t return. Trying to pass itself off as higher end but no better than a chain lower end food experience. One positive! The pineapple was delicious all this for just under $300

I hadnt been here in some time but always enjoyed it in the past. This time around, it was even better! This is one of my top special occasion places with great atmosphere and service and a never ending supply of delicious food! The cornbread, brussel sprouts, and beef carpaccio were amazing sides, but definitely played 2nd fiddle to the grilled treats! A constant revolving medley of beef, chicken and shrimp (with the prime rib and cheddar being my personal fav). And of course, the grilled pineapple!!! Ohhhhh, the grilled pineapple!!!! Definitely not to be missed. I have always recommended the Copa in the past, and that hasnt changed.

Weve been to this particular location several times, but this is the first time since the renovation. Weve also been to the Adelaide location in downtown Toronto before it closed and I can see what they were going for in the renovated Niagara location, but it doesnt seem to work in Niagara. The music was so loud we could not here a single word the server said, she ended up just pointing at things. Obviously we could then not speak to each other at the table. The ordering of side plates on your phone, not even having tablets or a menu is not useful, as you end up spending so much time looking through things on a tiny screen. I booked a reservation for the 3 of us, and even with that, so many things were not available or they were no longer cooking them. Why do you book such late times if you arent going to have a full menu? We had the same 3-4 things come to the table only, and then waited over 20 minutes for pineapple to come around. Either way, not worth it at all and really not the same experience at all.

We are Brazilian, so the Churrasco (steakhouse) experience is nostalgic to us but this one is far from the authentic version. We spent our first 20 min with no meat coming to us. Service is very slow and unfriendly. We needed to complain to make it better. They made the buffet option non existent after covid, so things you order on the phone never end up coming to your table. Overcooked on quite a few of their beef choices. Food was too salty. Worst of all you dont actually get to choose what you get. They kept bringing the same skewers over and over again that the room didnt want. Especially considering the price, definitely not worth it. Atmosphere and our main server was actually were nice but not enough to redeem the actual eating experience.

OMG THIS IS THE PLACE We were staying at the Hilton which has its own Brazilian steak house but we decided to come here instead because it had way more reviews so more popularity man oh man it was the best way to go. All the meat had so much flavor. Everyone was friendly. Maddie, our server was informative and helped us pick out a Wine we both liked. The atmosphere was beautiful too. 100 out of 10 would recommend !

This used to be so good. The service is very slow. They do not come around as much with the meat and seem like way smaller selection. When you order sides, most of it did not even show unless we got the waitress to go get. The waitress was almost inevitable. Its not worth the money, that is for sure.

Visited a few weeks ago. I was disappointed in service and the lack of communication. This was not like before.

It was fun dancing was great. Until one walked over and started touching my husband and rubbing against him. Not ok or appropriate. Shes lucky she left without an ambulance.

Im posting this as I was once a huge fan of this place. Seems they have renovated the whole place since the last time I was there years ago and changed how things are done. Which is fine. Change can be good. But. The food and service went from a 5 to a 1 with the renovation. The all you can eat sides were terrible. Mostly burnt with no taste. I swear their mashed potatoes used to be better than the keg. Now its quite literally the worst thing Ive ever had. Such a shame. While you are greeted with a smile at your table you barely see anyone if you need something. It can take a while to get your apps and drinks. As for the meat, most we tried were good however they kept bringing only a few over and over. We probably only got a third (maybe) of the scewers they have. Due to all of this its way way over priced now. Back before the reno I would have been glad to drop this kind of money. Time to find a new favourite place to eat when we come to Niagara.

5 stars alone for the hardworking staff and delicious food. Atmosphere matters at this level of dining. We found it too hot to enjoy the food. I lost my appetite shortly after arriving. It was a humid night and they had the doors open. No one was on the patio due to humidity. The water they served was warm. The womens washroom was out of soap and a number of stalls needed cleaning. I notified a staff member and they thanked me for letting them know. The dining area floor was extremely slippery. I felt unsafe walking on it.

What an amazing night we had here, the food was incredible and the staff could not have been better. The parmesan crusted prime rib was super, the cheese stuffed sirloin was also delicious, and the grilled pineapple was incredible. The dancers were gorgeous and allowing g the customers to participate with the sparklers for the dancers was super fun. We laughed, we ate way too much, and we ll be back!!!

Insanely disappointing. We were sat down and overlooked for 2 hours. Since it s a restaurant that is at a tourist attraction, they know that you ll likely never come back and therefore treat you badly. My family and I were excited to come here, but it seems like some of the older servers were avoiding us. We are people of color. The hostess also was not very friendly or welcoming. We were served blue, raw meat and told it was rare . We had no one come to give us meat for half an hour, even with putting in a request. My family was still hungry. However, most of the meats we ate were good. The parmesan crusted meats were the best. There was also a kind server who would check in on us more often. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend coming unless you are fine with waiting 2 hours for a half full stomach and leaving unsatisfied and dejected.

Service was absolutely terrible. We ordered numerous drinks and sides which never came. When we re-ordered them, they still never came. Initially, the meats came around often for the first little bit (20-30mins of the 2 hour reso) and then it slowed down significantly and we were left trying to wave down/ beg servers to ask for meats. Every time somwone did come they apologized for the wait... even they knew it was a problem- and yet it persisted. It seemed like every time the meat servers would be headed our way, they stopped at numerous other tables on the way and then ran out. Then in the end, it took 45 minutes to get our bill, and we had to ask for it 4 times before we got it, and as such, we missed the first half of the event we had tickets for. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a really disappointing experience.

I just wanted to recognize Ashley and Lila. Ashley was our server today. She is one of the sweetest, most respectful, and smartest waitresses I have ever had to serve me. She was very welcoming and said her goodbyes respectfully and sincerely. My son wasnt feeling that well, and she was quick to offer a Ginger Ale. Coco Cabana, you are lucky to have her work for you! Lila took our payment, and she was very respectful and thanked us for coming in. 10 stars I would rate if I could to Ashley and Lila.

I recently visited Copacabana for my partners birthday on Monday, June 17th, with a reservation for five people. As a strict pesce-pollotarian who doesnt eat red meat, I specifically chose this restaurant because their menu listed several chicken options and a salmon dish that I could enjoy. However, the actual experience was far from satisfactory. First, after being told for an hour and a half (despite the restaurant s two-hour dining limit!) that, just like the dragons in Game of Thrones, that my Tikka chicken was coming. Spoiler alert unlike the dragons, who actually finally came, my chicken didnt!) Throughout this time, the ENTIRE staff repeatedly assured us that the chicken tikka was on its way. Unfortunately, I was eventually informed that only two chicken options the peri-peri chicken and the cilantro chicken were available. The chicken tikka and the salmon, which my partner and I were looking forward to, are only served on weekends, a detail not mentioned on the menu or by the staff until it was too late. This left me with very limited choices and almost nothing to eat. Moreover, my partner wanted a sparkling berry sangria, which was listed on the menu, but we were told they didn t have berries available and only told us this after they mistakenly tried to give her the citrus Brazilian sangria instead claiming that the bartender was new?! This was yet another letdown on what was supposed to be a special night. To make matters worse, it felt like the restaurant wanted to make sure we had the full Brazilian experience, including its stifling tropical heat. It was about 35°C that day, and the water they served us was not cold. We had to ask for ice, which should have been provided automatically. Because there were people on the patio, they left the doors open, so the air conditioning had no effect. To say I was hot and bothered, and not in the fun way, would be an understatement. Adding to our frustration, our waitress, Ashley, conveniently disappeared around this time and no one replaced her while she was on her break. This further hampered the already poor service we were experiencing. When we tried to address these grievances with the so-called manager, she was very dismissive and unapologetic. The lack of knowledge among the staff about what items are available on weekdays versus weekends was also very frustrating. In short, I would not recommend Copacabana. The limited food options, poor service, uncomfortable environment, and dismissive attitude of the management made for a disappointing dining experience. Save your money and go to Brasa, which offers a better selection and superior service. The only reason Im giving this place one star is because its not possible to give zero.

Nice place, good taste and excellent service. The only downside is that there were times when they were out of meat and we had to wait a long time for them to serve us again.

I have mixed feelings about this place, we were a party of 7, and I feel like we weren t served the way we should have been! They kept missing our table, the meat was cut very very fine, almost like they are running out of meat , and I find it very loud music wise, very hard to make a conversation from one end to the table to the other end. Not everyone experiences are the same, but talking among us, 7 of us we had the same experience. Sorry Copacabana not going back anytime soon. Enjoy guys!!

After reading a couple negative reviews I was reluctant to try Copacabana but I m so glad we did. The food was phenomenal, our waitress was so nice and tentative. Would definitely go back! They bring the sides to you, we didn t order many since we were all about the meat. The grilled pineapple was so good and the Parmesan filet was to die for. Ladies came out and did a dance around 8:30 which was fun.

The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, service was top-notch, and the music selection and live show were both exceptional. The food was unbelievably delicious and of the highest quality.

We came here on Canada day long weekend to celebrate my parents 60th birthday. This dinner is the highlight of our day. The food and service was absolutely amazing. We ordered a Tomahawk steak in advance, and was ready by the time we arrived. Special thanks to Olivia who helped us. She was so kind, thoughtful and enthusiastic! We fully enjoyed our dinner and my parents had a great time! Will definitely come back

Great restaurant in Niagara Falls. They offer great service and the food is very good as well. All the meats tasted really great, especially the Prime Rib and BBQ Flank dry rub. Meats were coming out at a steady pace. The sides were all decent as well. This will be my new go-to place in Niagara anytime I visit. I like the upscale modern interior, paired with great service and amazing food. Pricing was also very similar to Toronto and Vaughan. I also like how this restaurant doesn t apply auto-gratuity or charge any B.S tourism tax to the bill which was another huge plus for me.

Worst experience ever, I used to go to the one in Toronto, I recommended it to my friends and I wish I didn t. They will serve you almost no Steak, they will do their best to fill you in with cheese bread and salad. When complained about that they started serving us wings, later chicken later salmon and very late pork. When complained again they said they are under staff and will notify the carving guys to serve us. Which they did with very small amounts with long time intervals. When complained to the manager, for third time. They started to do a slightly better job. And finally steak started to show up. They do that intentionally am sure. I was so angry and embarrassed, because everyone paid at least 120$ and filled with cheese bread. Safe your money and go somewhere else. If you are going there just for drinks and atmosphere and not hungry and don t care about eating steak. This place is good for you then

The food was great and the service was good, the only reason I gave it a 3-star because I was charged 18% of gratuity TWICE. The 1-adult ($65) and 1-kid ($35) ends up $160 because of this. The first 18% gratuity was included in the bill which I overlooked and when I tapped, another 18%/ 20%/ 25% were shown and I thought the tip wasn t included so I paid another 18%. Not happy with the way they billed.

The atmosphere was great, vibrant, but the service was not good, multiple servers taking orders but we never got them, at the beginning meats were coming from in fast after 15 minutes we had to ask for meats because they wouldn t come, for the price and all the hassle with the waiters, they re better places around to eat

I wish i could give zero stars. Or take some away because they don t deserve it. If you have hours and hours of free time and don t mind twiddling thumbs. The servers ignored our table. We got more attention from the customers than the servers. The girl at the reception didn t care to smile or make you feel welcome. if i am paying $75 per person then i deserve better hospitality. I wanted to start the review higher as most of the food was actually good, however the service was awful and seeing all the other positive reviews and witnessing neighbouring tables beside us made us feel even worse to why we received the service that we did. To begin my wife surprised me with a birthday dinner here July 6th, as we arrived we had reservations for 3 my wife and I, and our 2 year old (age is important to the story). Upon arriving they spent a few minutes searching for a table for, then gave us a few options while we had reservations. One of the tables we were told it s reserved for later but if we were only going to be there for not for the full time we could have it Normally we don t stay the full 2 hours, however with a 2 year old we wanted to make sure we could enjoy the night and make sure he was eating. We found another table eventually and were hoping to finally start the night. Now mind you this was our first time to this branch but here, they don t use the green/red cards to let the servers know you would like the food to keep coming or if you need a break. For the first 30 minutes we did get offered cuts of meat but I started to notice it was only the last few pieces of the meat that most likely had made it rounds around the restaurant and saw tables turning it down. It was actually still ok mostly as only some were dry but when we wanted only 1 of the last few to enjoy fresher cuts. While servers would leave the 2-3 pieces they had left just to get rid of it? After that the service significantly slowed down I m talking about literally 10-15+ minutes to get served more meat. Yet it would be the last few cuts and for the time you re waiting it s not much to consume. I was hoping the servers would come out as perhaps the kitchen was making a fresh batch. As we waited we noticed the neighbouring tables literally beside us to our right and left receiving fresh meat constantly, while we were being skipped? Had multiple times where the server would put their back s against us and when they finished serving the other tables they would walk around us to get to our other neighbours. It got to the point where I had to get the servers attention to be asked to get served While I understand things do get busy but when we re getting ignored especially in a buffet environment and our neighbours are getting served, yet having to ask it feels somewhat disrespectful. Coming to our time limit and losing hope of being served we decided to leave. It took a while to get our bill but to our surprised we got presented 2 adults and a child price. Our server and hostess didn t even ask how old our son is and thought it was appropriate to charge him the child s price while all of us didn t even get served properly. That was a disappointing birthday dinner and came to a point we had to get a bit more food elsewhere to feel content. This was our experience and our first and last time to this location.

Food was absolutely phenomenal!! you can t always help when a place is short staffed, it happens.. just deal with it, be patient & enjoy the beautiful restaurant & food, it s worth it.

First the good - the actual food we were able to try was excellent as reported by all five in our party. There is nice decor and open air dining which made for a nice setting. The service however (although nice people) is sloooow and servings tiny. The sides are in very shallow warming plates and small, so if you have more than 3 in your party, each person gets like one bite. Its more like a tapas place - which would be fine if they could get things out. Our server who takes care of drinks we saw like once every 40 minutes, and one time she forgot something and never came back with it (we walked to bar ourselves to get it and came back to table). In fairness to her, it looked like she was covering the entire front of the restaurant...a lot of people. Although listing many meat skewers available, we saw the same 3 or 4 for the first 45 minutes of being there. Maybe saw half of what they listed in total. A bread side we ordered just never showed up. So, if you like waiting a long time for tiny portions and dont mind fetching your own drinks from the bar while paying $70+ per person...this is your place! Or recommend going when they may not be as busy, probably will have a better experience. Just felt like they were not equipped or staffed to deal with a full house.

Everything was fantastic, we went for my husbands birthday dinner. Food was great and service was great. They even brought him a piece of cake after for his birthday and a shot of whisky, however they did end up charging us $10 for the shot of whisky we never ordered. Parking: Parking is free but its a small lot so you may not find a spot. Kid-friendliness: My kids are teens and was perfectly fine atmosphere for them. We seen lots of younger children and babies there as well.

My husband and I were debating whether we should go to Brasa or Copacabana yesterday for dinner. We decided to try Copacabana as we heard that it had better options and we wanted to treat ourselves. It was easy to get a reservation and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and interesting decor. Unfortunately, I wish that the rest of my review would remain positive. However, we left feeling disappointed. We ordered two cocktails which were on the smaller size and tasted very watered down. There was way too much ice in the glass which meant there was barely any liquid for us to drink. We couldnt taste the alcohol. It also took a very long time for our drinks to arrive. Our server was friendly, however, our orders were messed up multiple times. I understand having a mistake happen once or twice but when someone repeatedly forgets to bring something out, it makes me wonder if they forgot about our order or just didnt care to bring it. I had to order the same side dish three times before I actually got it. I then had the wrong dish delivered to me which I sent back. For dessert, my husband and I ordered two gelatos and one order of fried bananas. We waited for a while and nothing came. Our server approached us asking if we wanted dessert. I told her we already ordered it, but didnt get it. My husband then got his gelato but he didnt get his fried banana. I never got my gelato. The gentleman with the shaved head who was bringing the meat around was great. He always made sure to ask if we wanted more food. Our largest complaint was that the meat was EXTREMELY salty. I love salty food but it was seriously unbearable how salty it was. The only foods that were not too salty were the garlic shrimp, cilantro lime chicken, and parmesan filet mignon. The bacon wrapped filet mignon tasted as if someone had literally rolled the meat around in a pile of salt. We had to drink so much water to compensate for this which makes me wonder whether it was a tactic employed by the restaurant so that people can eat less and fill up on water instead. We were not the only people that thought this as the couple sitting next to us complained to their server. The guests at the table next to them also complained about the extreme saltiness as well. Some of the meat was also extremely undercooked. We eat medium rare meat, but some of the meat we were served was five seconds away from mooing on my plate. The sesame wagyu beef tasted questionable. A week old chicken wings from a cheap Chinese restaurant would taste better than whatever that was. Overall, our dining experience was not enjoyable and I would not recommend the food here unless some changes are made.

I have never gone out of my way to leave a negative review before but feel that this one is warranted. I m only posting this because I emailed the GM Sunday, received no response and read through some others that sounded eerily similar. It s clear that management does not care about the guest experience and is satisfied with the tourist traffic they receive. Next time I ll skip this place and visit Brasa. Here s my email that the GM declined to respond to! Hi there, My boyfriend and I dined at your establishment tonight (July 7th) and were pretty disappointed with the service we received and wanted to make sure that you were made aware. We had previously been once before for a friends birthday and had such a great time so we were very let down by what transpired this evening. I booked a reservation online requesting the patio for 7:45, our drive ended up being shorter than expected so we arrived about 10 minutes early. The table that was sat before us had no reservation and was given the last available patio table. We ended up waiting for the host to clean a table and getting a table inside next to the patio which was fine. Our server did not arrive at our table to greet us for at least 15 minutes, but it could have been closer to 20. She thanked us for being patient but didnt apologize for the wait or seem overly concerned that her table was waiting nearly 20 minutes for a hello. Our drinks, a diet pepsi and a gingerale, took another 10 minutes. At this point we have been sitting for nearly half an hour with not even a water. At around 50 minutes of us sitting we had only been brought one skewer while the tables next to and behind us are being served, we are being walked past repeatedly. This goes on for a little while until one of the carvers (he had longer hair) notices and asks us if any meat has been brought to our table. We tell him no, that we have only been served once and he apologizes and says he thought someone was looking after us and he will make sure service is more consistent. Please give our thanks to this young man for noticing and actually acknowledging that we were being flat out ignored, he is the only reason that we may ever revisit your establishment. Our table service was quite sparse but she was pleasant enough when she was there. When we were asked how things were going by our server she said she would let the carver manager know but no managers table touched or bothered to make sure that things went smoothly the rest of the night. By the time that we were receiving consistent service they had run out of the only two things I was really looking forward to. As a couple that both work in the industry, we are very understanding and lenient when it comes to issues when dining out, but waiting over an hour to eat while watching everyone around us get served is simply not acceptable. Food is phenomenal. Drinks are great. But be prepared to wait OVER AN HOUR for a drink. As a former server, the wait times are unacceptable.

our server Maddy (Maddie?) was an absolute gem! super sweet and attentive! I wish the menu gave more of a description on how the food is prepared, Ie: the roasted broccoli and zucchini comes with a weird cream sauce on the bottom which we didn t know. otherwise, the environment is BEAUTIFUL, the servers are fantastic and make sure you ve had enough to eat or if you want any extras. Thank you Maddy for making my boyfriend and my anniversary dinner so nice! :)

If you would like to feel like you are a burden instead of a guest, I highly recommend dining here! Tonight was a special occasion being my daughters birthday, we were a party of six booked by reservation. Mind we are locals, I myself have been in the service industry for 25+ years just down the street from this establishment and understand the industry. That being said, because I understand the industry it takes alot for me to actually have a bad dining experience, I understand how hard servers and chefs work, I get if you have to wait a few minutes because its not humanly possible for things to happen immediately. With that being said, this was the worst service Ive ever experienced. Our server was terrible, rude and inattentive. She hardly checked in on us, quality control was non existent and when we requested something as simple as more cornbread for the table we watched every other table offered more bread while our server told us it would take 20 minutes to make more. The food we did receive was delicious, so a nod to the chefs. And this is in no way a reflection on the quality of food. I just wish after a $400 bill our party left with a good experience instead of a waste. Aside from the folks who cooked the limited food we were offered and the one (excuse me if I use the wrong term), the ONE man who was carving our meat. Who we made sure he knew we appreciated his service. All in all, Ill never go back. Literally the only positive I have to say is about the people who prepared the food. Terrible experience, go to Brasa instead!

Servers are sooooo over worked. Our server was serving over 7 tables running around could barely get her attention. Sides took forever to get out sometimes over 30 minutes. Asked for corn bread 3 times finally got it 45 minutes later. We got skipped over a ton for meats was very disappointing. Only thing that was positive was the meats were very good. I definitely see why people spend 2 hours here cause you only get a meat come around every 10 to 15 minutes Sides were way better when it was buffet style over ordering them now Very expensive for what you actually get Parking: Theres a random lot a few minutes away to park for the restaurant then thus sketchy van picks you up, definitely not safe. Ac doesnt work and breaks squeeking. With how much you spend at the restaurant you should have a good shuttle bus!

Maddie our server spent her entire shift being attentive to a nice couple in the corner and taking 5-10 minutes chatting with a group of 4 gals at one of her tables. It took her 15 minutes from us being seated to even show up and took 15 more minute just to get our drinks. Another member of staff stepped in a few times so that we got anything at all. Notably the worst service we have ever had. Feel like she took advantage that we were a table of 6, so her tip was automatic at 18%. Some food was good,though it took much more time for items to come to our table the. Other experience we have had at Brazilian steak houses. The service made for a very disappointing expensive meal.

Came here for our anniversary, and it is worth the price of admission. $65 (on a Sunday) for all you can eat premium meat and sides is a good deal imo. Drinks were pricey, but thats expected at any fine dining establishment. Will be back with the rest of the family another time

In this restaurant you sit down and order appetizers. Then you wait for one of the staff to come around and slice a portion of different kinds of meat and fruit off skewers onto your plate. Some of the pieces of meat were good but I would say the majority are so so. Some pork was overly fatty and I couldnt eat it. Shrimp was very dry. Beef was a hit or miss depending on the piece. Probably the tastiest part was the pineapple. For a steakhouse, I was disappointed. The price was almost $100 per person. You can definitely cook a better stake at home or get at any of the chain stakehouses in Niagara. The service was slow and the atmosphere was very loud. Felt like I was in a club. I wouldnt recommend going here

I booked reservations for a party at 9pm. We arrived at 8:55. They told me it would be a few minutes. I waited and waited but my table wasnt ready. I checked in multiple times and they told me my table wasnt ready. At 9:30 I asked to speak to the manager and they told me the manager is not available. They ruined my party and embarrassed me in front of my friends. This place is a zoo with no control. Avoid if you have an event you want to celebrate. They cannot honour their reservations. Complete slopshow and poor management.

First time, heard lots of great things. Recommend to us. Our experience was not that great. Made reservations days ago, waited 45 mins past reservation to get seated. The waitress Sofia was good and friendly however the food was not brought to our table, the sides we ordered did not all come and what did came very slowly. Only offered 3 different kinds of meat. Pineapple came by once. Waited 30 mins after eating to ask for dessert then that was another 20 mins. To get it. No refills on drinks, unfortunately we will not be back. Music was very loud and hard to converse.

After few years we came back to give another try to this Brazilian place. The experience was terrible because service is the main thing. Extremely slow service and because there are no more salad bar you have to order with waitress and only 50% from order coming to the table. Meats are very small quantity and they came probably 5 times to our table. We spent around 2 hours and got tired of waiting and waiting for meat and when meat came was only a very tiny piece lol. Also we spent 20 min with our plates empty because no food came. Unfortunately this place need a major staff training because they have many workers but no coordination. We cant recommend it. The only good thing is the atmosphere because even parking is a headache. As a level 8 reviewer this place at 4.2 stars is extremely exaggerating. I will rate it as a 3.2 stars restaurant .

I am giving 4 stars because my very easy drink was a mess. The Campari and water soda with a drop of lime, was really a red lemonade Everything else was a very nice experience. Lots of friendly latinos making a wonderful and cheerful atmosphere Food

Group of six with a $500 bill and horrendous service. We asked for four Caesar salads to which our waitress replied with Ill bring two for now So many of the servers passed by our table multiple times and only went to surrounding tables where there were two people per table (we assumed we were skipped because we were a large table?) we asked multiple times to be served the steak with cheese that we saw making the rounds and ALWAYS skipping our table. It never came. We ended up leaving without being able to try it. We also didnt get served shrimp, and possibly many others. The sides are supposedly unlimited but we waited about an hour for the additional Caesar salads we ordered. (Because our waitress decided that two Caesar salads were all we could order for a table of six... she said they were shareable which is ridiculous because the portions were tiny) Waitress was arrogant and belittling. I didnt catch her name but she was tall and blonde with shortish hair in a ponytail. Music was way too loud and overall a bad experience for the money paid. We went years ago and loved it but after today will never return.

Nice decor, but dirty chairs. From the minute you enter the place, you are received by a hostess that does not crack a smile, talks formal, and leads you to your table like prisoners, very crude. Then you wait and wait for service, and although there are many servants, you think youre invisible. Food is average at best, meet is salty and mostly tasteless or taste the same regardless the kind of meet on the skewer. Many meet types are only on the menu, not on skewers. Dessert is limited to ice cream or fried banana. For a price of almost $100 per person, you would expect at least a juicy piece of meet and a decent piece of tart! The only good thing about the place was our waitress, Sophia, she is a sweetheart who tried to make our experience enjoyable. Best item to order is their cheese bread. Oh, dont forget to bring in $25 if you would like to park near the place.
