6733 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7G1, Canada
Boisterous Australian-themed chain serving steaks, seafood & other hearty steakhouse fare.
Located conveniently near the Embassy Suites, the service was excellent and efficient. The food tasted great, though the salmon seemed slightly undercooked.
30-60% higher USD prices then we are used to in Virginia. $16.99 for bloomin onion when it’s $10.99. $59.99 for filet when it’s $31.99. We know it’s touristy but dang! Tried to charge us $9 for side house salad that came with meal normally in Virginia with no additional charge. We let server know and she said it should have been an up charge. Restaurant was warm. Server was nice. Things seemed to take awhile and were eating around 9pm with a half empty restaurant. Beer had weird like floating thing in it but evidently that was normal. Salads and entree came out at same time, which I don’t love. No cheese on the side salad or loaded baked potato. Filet was fine. French onion was good.
Our waitress was very good but that is where it ended. The prices like everywhere else in Niagara are stupid expensive. Ribeye steak is $65 at the outback??? It was decent but wayyy overpriced like all other meals. $45 for a small rack of ribs? Only decent priced item was our kids meals. Avoid the Niagara strip to avoid get completely ripped off.
Don’t get duped by the $15 off coupon! Do yourself a favor and try any other dining establishment in the area. The food is overpriced and not that good and the place isn’t fancy with a view! My friend and I were hungry and staying at the Raddison. We got taken in by the $15 off coupon. I ordered a $59.99 12 oz. medium rare that was mostly fat and on the super rare side. Between my steak, my friend’s chicken entree, and a blooming onion the bill came to $150 CAD with tip and the 25% in taxes. We didn’t order any alcohol. For the same price you can get a fancier dinner (with a view) almost anywhere else. Table Rock House Restaurant charges the same price for their steaks and has a view of the falls! Save your money!
Food quality really sucks, the only item that saved our meal was the fries w cheese and bacon, the service on the other hand was quite good.
Tourist tax! Don't expect prices like you see at home. $36 for a chicken salad? $46 for an 8oz steak? Over $100 for two people to eat an entree each plus an appetizer. Food was mediocre and portion sizes laughable for the price. Talk about tourist tax. No wonder they don't post menu prices online. We ordered takeout. Cheapest possible takeout plasticware, good luck cutting a steak!
Nice place to eat. I got the sirloin, it was. Little tough. Wife got the fish and a salad. It was tasty. Server was very nice.
I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Outback Steakhouse in Niagara Falls! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and seated promptly despite it being a busy evening. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, providing great recommendations. We started with the soup of the day (potatoe soup), which was smooth and creamy and every mouth is bursting with flavour. For the main course, I had the Outback Special steak, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides of loaded mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables complemented the meal wonderfully. What really stood out was the consistent quality of the food and the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Overall, Outback Steakhouse at Niagara Falls exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service. I can't wait to return!
My wife and I lived in the U.S. for over 10 years before immigrating to Canada. We often enjoy visiting American chain restaurants we loved back in the U.S., with Outback Steakhouse being one of our favorites. Unfortunately, our experience at this location was very disappointing. We both ordered the ribeye, which is typically one of the most popular steaks at Outback in the U.S., but the quality was noticeably different. My steak was too thin, while my wifes was undercooked (ordered medium well but arrived with blood inside, not just pink). The surface of the steaks was overly charred, with lots of fat. It made us question the sourcing of the steak at this location, as it was nothing like what we had in the U.S. Additionally, some of our favorite menu items, such as the coconut shrimp and sweet potatoes, were not available. A chain restaurants goal is to provide consistent service and food worldwide, so travelers can enjoy the same dishes they love no matter where they are. Unfortunately, this Outback did not meet that expectation. On a positive note, the waitstaff were friendly, and the food was served quickly. However, when my wife asked which non-alcoholic drink was popular, the server said she didn t know. It s surprising that a server wouldn t be familiar with popular drink options. Lastly, the seating near the windows was quite chilly, with uneven heating, making it uncomfortable during a December visit. With the Non-Resident Speculation Tax (NRST), 15% tips, and 13% HST, our meal for three people cost $300. The experience did not justify the price, and we wont be returning to this location. For comparison, The Keg is just down the street.
Everything was delicious. The vibe was good. And the staff were friendly.
Now understand why this restaurant has so many bad reviews. The table was sticky and dirty. The server forgot to bring bread. After serving main dishes, I had to ask. She didnt say sorry for the delay. For main dishes, portions were so small, and meat had a bad smell. Price is ridiculously high, not affordable at all. Be extra cautious about NFDF (Niagara Falls Destination Fee).. The server just put the extra $$ for this fee, and I paid without any knowledge. A couple of days later, I realized this is not a tax, which means not mandatory... The server at least should have mentioned when I asked what its about. I never ever go back this restaurant again... Terrible experience.
We came here because the choices in the Fallsview area were not great. My husband thought it would be great to have the bloomin onion. I guess he has good memories of it. It was smaller than it used to be and honestly just tremendously greasy. For our mains, we both ordered the fish. It tasted ... fine. It was swimming in some sort of butter-oil bath. I couldnt eat it all. Worst part, waking up in the middle of the night sick.
Worst Outback experience ever! My Delmonico steak was 60% fat and inedible .Chicken salad was horrible with dry meat and brown greens. We went there because we had a discount from our hotel but that deduction was not applied. I had to ask for our bill twice and was so frustrated that I just paid. I left a tip despite the terrible experience and how expensive it was for bad food.
Absolutely terrible prices, completely dead atmosphere. Save your time do not come here.
The food was not good we ordered steak and couldnt eat it and the price is too high for the food quality. even the washrooms were very dirty Food : 1/5 |
Incredibly depressing atmosphere- feels like an alcoholics anonymous meeting attended solely by GameStop managers with crippling funkopop addictions. Food is somehow worse than the atmosphere. A fake tax is also added on top of your bill, as if $60 for the worst steak of your life isn t bad enough. Pro tip: the music only plays in the men s washroom so don t expect there to be anything to distract you from the fact you ve been chewing on the same piece of meat for 10 minutes.
The food smelled as of the meat was bad. The potatoes had a funny taste. Even trying the a1 sauce with it did not help. The bread was not even worth it. Im sorry but I could not finish my meal. Thr server read like in a rush. So thats why I gave it a 1 for everything
I arived there by mistake. My target at first was Chuck Roadhouse. I realized I was at the wrong place when I looked at the menu and saw there shepest salade at 31$.....
The food is too expensive compared to what you get. There s also an Outback in my country, where ordering a main dish includes free bread, soup, and coffee. However, here, the food wasn t worth the price. And what s with the Niagara Falls tax?
Great happy hour! 50 cent wings and $4 drinks.
Our sever was friendly and great!!! Wow, I understand it s a tourist area but the price is ridiculous! It s literally eye popping. I guess it was worth it since it s been years since I had their blooming onion and they didn t change a thing.
Outback steakhouse. We ordered the steak with seasonal vegetables...about $45 for the plate of yucky food. The steak was maybe pan fried or flat top fried...eww. the seasonal vegetables were a frozen California mix that was over cooked...ewww. the French fried were frozen coated fries...eww. now, Im eating at an outback, Im not expecting the best dinner of my life but I am expecting it to be palatable. Nope. Server was great.
We ordered the 5lb chicken wing take out deal and they were very good. Nice and saucy and cooked well.
The quality of the food, level of service and general hygiene left us deeply disappointed. None of it justified the high price we paid, even after accounting for the 20% locals discount. If youre looking for similar fare at a better price, maybe consider Chucks Roadhouse or even Montanas instead. Better service and hygiene, too. Complaints: The ribs and steak were overcooked, and cold by the time they arrived at our table. There wasnt much meat on the ribs, either. The waitress was overworked and rarely came to our table. There were two instances where we had to get up and ask them for something because we were tired of waiting. Our knives were still dirty, there was food on the floors and it felt sticky wherever we walked. The tables were clean, at least? Parking: They offer free parking but the main lot was full when we arrived, so they referred us to one roughly five minutes away which was also free.
Outrageous price for average quality food. Almost $30 in taxes and fees that are not charged by any other restaurants in the area that we visited. This business is not a good representation of the Outback brand.
First time going to an Outback and would not go back. Truthfully, we went in hopes of getting a Kangaroo Krush drink (with toy Roo). We got there about 5:30, was pretty much dead. Decor is dated, booths are extremely SMALL. For any ladies with bigger girls, they will be resting on the table. We ordered a drink (pop & can of beer). We looked at the menu, and NO WAY, we were going to eat there. $35 for a chicken ceasar salad? $20 for supreme fries? We were at another place the night before and similar meals were half priced. When waitress brought drinks, we politely said we were only having drinks. She grabbed the menus and said tell me when you want your bill and walked away. About 20 mins later she returned, asked if we were done. My dining partner asked about the Kangaroo drink with the toy. She said she had never heard of it, but they had a Shark one. Honestly, that was better. So we ordered that. She brought it, and admittedly, it was fun and happy to get that. Once the bill came, we were SHOCKED to see that a can of beer was $11. Not even poured, or in glass. A can right off a LCBO shelf. (We checked 7-11 down the street, and it was $3.99). Overall it was TERRIBLE experience. Not what I had expected. After seeing the other reviews here, I can see we are not the only ones.
Super good wing prices for take out. Parking situation is rather annoying though due to location. Food
Decided to have lunch this Sunday afternoon here because it was close to hour hotel. No-one greeted us at the front door and the restaurant had only 3 tables with guest. I will start the the bathrooms.. they seem to be clean but the smell was horrendous. We ordered a bunch of stuff, and we waited what seemed to be forever.. they did bring the bread like they do in USA. When we got the food- Cesar salad was dressed, when I specifically asked for dressing on a side. And all the food was cold. Soup of the day has a sour taste to it. And it seamed that everything except the fries were cooked in advance and then reheated. Very disappointed.
Staff is horrible. Avoid at all cost. We walked out just after seating due to the managers? Attitude, but the Pizza place across the street is amazing. That where we spent or money and gave a big tip. Service
Italya was amazing! So sweet and very informative about the menu! She helped us sign up for rewards and we will so be back again soon!!
Horrible drinks. They just taste like a mix. The onions were not well done.
Came here because always eat at an outback everywhere we go. Saw the prices were literally doubled. Sat and walked right out.
So, our waitress had absolutely no business being a waitress. Slow, got literally every single order wrong. Was inattentive, didn t check on us, and pretty much seemed to do their best to avoid us. The food is disappointing and way over priced. The beer selection is a joke, and they don t have anything actually Australian on the menu at all. If the prices were about 25% less it would be a good value, but overall this is a location to be avoided at all costs.
Outlandish prices for terrible food and terrible service. And theres nothing authetically Austrailian about it.
Was charged for extra drinks and meal was the worst steak ever.
We had a great time! Our waiter was so kind and informative, gave great recommendations and checked on us often! The food was amazing despite the cook of our entrees being a little off (ordered medium, got rare: but on the plus side, I learned I like rare steak). Lots of seating and no wait time. A great experience overall!
My husband and I decided the outback over the Keg. BIG MISTAKE! Not at all what was expected. The prices were out of control. If it was good I wouldn t complain but my salad was overly salty, the New York steak came out black and tasted of pure pepper. We got our food but had no cutlery to eat it with until we had asked for it and then also had to ask for a spoon to eat the soup that was supposed to come out as an appetizer and not with the entree. The menu states a special blend of spices The entire menu says our special blend of spices WHAT SPICES? Freaking PEPPER? Cause my husband ordered a different steak and it still tasted horrible and of pepper. We will not be returning after having the salad taken off the bill the order was still a whopping $165 I go to the keg for a better experience and a better price point. This place can kick rocks.
Food was sooo good definitely worth the price y all put your whole soul into those burgers and fries tysm
The ice was not icing.
A rag came out in my salad here. It was disgusting to realize I had been chewing on a dirty rag for a while. The chef came out to apologize and didn t charge us for the salad.
We went for an early dinner on Saturday aug 30. We were seated on a sticky table (there was a leaky ceiling earlier that day). They brought our food but we had to remind 3 times to bring utensils and napkins. We ordered steak medium. We got close to rare. The waitress seemed tired or somewhere else. Not sure which. In all we were hungry and didn t enjoy the regular service from outback. DISAPPOINTING.
This is the worst outback that I have visited, food is more expensive than others and the ingredients are not the fresh.
Server Steve was a character and very helpful. A real professional Reason for visit was for a guest to try the famous blooming onion and unfortunately it arrived Luke warm. No complaints because the guests had no frame of reference but it was a pity from my perspective. Prices are Niagara prices so no complaints but the place was pretty empty which may be related. Parking: 2 hour limit at the hotel which has its lobby a couple of hundred yards away. Have to produce receipt to get validated. Hotel and restaurant should consider partnering to make this easier.
Theres added fees and taxes adding up to $20 that they add to the food on top of the sales tax.
Good food great service. Thank u Parking: Lots of spaces for parking Food : 5/5 |
Do not dine here! As others have noted, this restaurant, along with others in the area, charge you a Niagara Falls Destination Fee that is an additional 10 percent charge to your bill. This is not a gov t tax or fee! It is a price gouge added to your bill by the business. Worse, they try to sneak it past you when you get the bill. No mention of it prior to ordering. Absolute robbery!! There have been multiple news stories and hidden camera investigations done on this topic regarding hotels, restaurants, etc charging customers this fee in the Niagara Falls tourism area . Look them up on line. The food at Outback???! Put it this way: I had ribs. There were about 10 ribs that were about 3 inches wide ..the pig must have been anorexic. Charged me $50 for ribs. When I go home, I won t be talking about the concert I saw or the beauty of the falls. My only lasting memory will be getting ripped off by restaurants like the Outback.
Was a great experience and good food just like we expected
Food prices are extremely high for the type of food quality you receive. The tax on top of the whole bill is enough for me not to recommend eating here. There are other restaurants around this location that charge similar amounts for much better food and a much better experience.
So basically the food wasnt great. The service was good. We have been to some of these Restaurants and they where great. But like come on the food is the most important and looks like they dont get the memo. Like how? Opening a restaurant and not having good food. Just awful
Better than anticipated. Great food, service. Quick and pleasant
Great food and great service September 23 update We went to try the Outback again but we did not enter as there was a 2 step up to get in so we could not get the mobility scooter in.
Ribs were tiny, the chicken was dry, the onions were okay. The celery sticks were the best part of the meal. The mandatory 46% surcharge for the entire meal was not it, even for the celery sticks.
Service was alright. Ambience was ok. The most disappointing part was the food. Our table ordered a rack of ribs, fried chicken, wings and blooming onion. Rack of ribs was average, cannot really go wrong. Fried chicken was dry and unappealing. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy. For the wings, they were all very tiny, with little meat in each piece. The issue here is the price. It is way too expensive for the quality that was delivered. Our meal was close to 200 Canadian dollars. For 2 mains and 2 sides, this will be forgivable if they were mindblowing. However, they severely underdelivered.
Absolutely ridiculous prices. $35usd for a regular chicken sandwich. $50usd for a ribeye. Old dirty sticky restairant. Walked out after waiting 10 minutes at our table for a waitor.
The place is nice and clean. We were seated immediately. Took a minute to get service, wasnt busy at all. They brought me a steak and I couldnt chew it. The server said its hit or miss. If she didnt say that I wouldnt have left a review. The second steak they brought i posted a picture. I asked for it medium. It was raw. Whats wrong with you people.
Overcharge. They add 40-50$ for no reason. They say it s a typical fee they have to charge.
Almost $50 for a regular steak. $175 for dinner for 2 people. Much too expensive for the quality given. Disappointing!!
This place is Super Expensive. They served us a steak that is half what we buy in other steakhouses in thickness they were selling it for $50 while back in the States it costs $29 Daylight robbery. I was told if you walk into a restaurant and do not see people, know there is something wrong with it. Now you know.
We are currently sitting in the restaurant right now. And so far , they needed to clean out the food that was under our table before we were able to even sit down. The table tops are very sticky. Restaurant is empty. Ordered drinks. Out of 6drinks, 2 kids 4 adult. 2 adults needed to be sent back. To be replaced with one , wine glass with old lip stick on it. My wife took the glass back up to the bar to complain. Sorry we didn t notice. Wow what is our food going to be like? Wait for it!. Our server is super friendly.
This place is was over priced. Was charged $54.87 for 2 appetizers and 3 waters and the bill included 2 two charges and when i asked what they were for, i was told state and federal tax WTH never heard of a federal tax on food.
OMG. Badly cooked food. Consider any other restaurants! Food : 1/5
Had the rate the place but, to be clear I never ate here. Did want to add the happy hour times, just because I couldn t find them anywhere. Happy hour is 1530-1730!
I will start with the best. The server was truly amazing and we had great service. The big issue was the food for the price. My steak was cooked okay but was the toughest and chew piece of leather I ever ate. When I paid Keg price , I expected more. The broccoli was my favourite part of the meal
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Restaurant is dirty, unkept, absurdly overpriced and the food tastes awful. It was a horrible dining experience from start to finish. We had a starving child with us and it was the only place who could take us without a wait. I still cringe thinking back on the money and time we wasted here. Just awful.
As expected of Outback Steakhouse. Always a good place to have your steak for lunch or dinner.
Went in and nobody at the door , eventually sat us down and just let us there . Disgrace , rather close your doors
We visited Outback during a trip to Niagara Falls, OMG what a mistake. We ordered steak and it was like chewing shoe leather. Terrible beyond words. The cost was astronomical, never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.
Food was terrible. Had to send steak back 3 times. Service was great, staff was terrific. Food was way too expensive for horrible food.
Excellent service but atrocious steak. $70 for a thin, flat overcooked slice of ribeye. $50 for a playing card 8 oz sirloin, so tough it was like carving a block of wood. I will never return, especially with so many good dining choices nearby!
Appetizers portions getting smaller including their blowing oignon.
Went out for dinner with a group of people and was highly disappointed in the service. No one told us when we walked in that their debit machines were down and we had to use their atm, which had a huge fee on it, not even our waitress had the courtesy to tell us when she was taking our orders about this. Its not like they were highly busy, there was only our party and one other small group of people in there. It was a Saturday night, if you cant handle that tiny amount of people, you shouldnt be open. Then the servers were all over the place, with multiple different people dropping off the wrong food, especially one order that specifically said no mayonnaise because there was an allergy only to have the dish fully covered in mayonnaise. We should have drove the extra 5 minutes outside of this area because also having to pay the ridiculous Niagara Falls tourist fee, which shows up as NFDF, plus an expected 18% tip for a party of 15.... a meal for three people should not cost over $200. Chicken fingers were 36.99, and they dont even have them listed, you have to ask for them and they dont even tell you the price offhand.. Skip this spot and spend the extra money on an Uber outside of this area.
The steak was good. Just a little bit over cooked. Food
Came here for dinner with my family. Ate on patio very nice location. Food was cold to luke warm and servers spent more time talking to eachother maybe why this restaurant was pretty empty at dinner service while we were here
WANNABE HEALTHY SIDE DISH CONNOISSEUR This review is from a delivery perspective, not a dine-in one. Also, not looking for best meal ever but from a - Does this restaurant offer affordable, reasonably healthy Side Dish options, as I am on a very limited budget with a ton of food sensitivities? So, today I decided to try Outback Steakhouse for two reasons: 1. Steak, if done properly, has little to no additives. 2. I love mashed potatoes, also if done properly. Now, the Side Dish section did not offer steak in any form, and as my budget does not allow me to order a full size meal, nor does my appetite, I ordered off the Kids menu. They have a Kids Steak that comes with one side dish. So I ordered the Steak medium well done with a side of Mashed Potatoes. Unfortunately, they did not have gravy so I ordered their Grilled Onions instead. For the most part my thoughts on the meal are positive, with one hesitation. The steak was tasty, with a slight pink centre (as requested), but it was quite difficult to cut and was quite chewy. Now, that may be due to their target audience for this meal being kids. (They dont usually have quite the discerning palette an adult would have.) The mashed potatoes were some of the best Ive had from takeout. No doubt they were real. The onions were also tasty, and perfectly cooked. Now, from a healthy perspective, the steak and mashed potatoes are probably on the medium to high side of healthy options, but I really love my mashed potatoes. But they also offer Baked Potatoes and Grilled Fresh Vegetables, and the Mashed Potatoes on the Side Dish portion of the menu. All of these options are $5.99, so reasonably affordable. Overall, based on taste, healthy value, and cost, the options Ive mentioned are quite good. Please keep in mind that I am not able to provide a calorie, cholesterol or sodium content amount, but compared to fast food options, usually involving fried food and high sodium content, these are at least somewhat healthier options. Vegetarian options: The mashed potatoes and fried onions would qualify. Also the grilled veggies and the baked potato. They may/probably have salads that meet this criteria. Dietary restrictions: Menu does not give this kind of information. You would need to enquire in person.
Typical north american restaurant with wings, burgers, pasta etc. Service was good but the food was so so. Food
This is a very expensive version of a Dennys - my partner had a small steak, I had a french onion soup, we each had a pop. Bill was $78.00 BEFORE tip for less than 2 meals and no alcoholic drinks. And it included a 10% fee for NFDF - the staff said it was a tax. IT IS NOT, it is a fee that the owner put on just because they can. Will never eat there again, and will ask at any other restaurant in Niagara before we sit down. What a RIP OFF!
On more than one occasion, I have placed an order through SkipTheDishes with this place only to find out an hour later while waiting for my food they have cancelled the order. To hell with them.
it cost 125 for my family to eat at outback in usa cost 273 at this outback we order the same things
Restaurant was nice and quiet. Food came out fast. Loved the bread. The extra lobster tail was
Was so looking forward to the Blooming Onion and didnt disappoint Had them before in other Outback locations but have only had it in one place at home in the UK Food
Hilarious experience ever!! $50 for pasta that tastes like Chinese takeout is a joke. They charge 25% as sneaky fees lol. Watch CBC about it if you haven t heard of sneaky fees. Didn t tip because I m already paying 25% more lol. Dish: $40 Sneaky fees: $10
Probably the worst experiences of our dining out. Way overpriced for what you ordered for both taste and quantity. Would NOT recommend another dime of peoples hard earned money be spent there. Truth! Food : 1/5 |
Bad and expensive food, they charge a lot of tax. I dont recommend it and I wouldnt go back either. And with a $30 discount
Tourist catcher!!! Stay away from this restaurant. Empty restaurant at dinner time, it s not for nothing! We are not picky but there is a limit to scam. Double prices and reduced portions. The waitress looked drunk. Big rubbish and not up to the chain. Go somewhere else!!
This outback feels more or less big standard when you walk in. Was on a Tuesday night and very empty. Staff was kind and we were seated quickly. Food came out fast enough. My issue was the food itself. Ordered a entree of blooming chicken, fries and grilled onions. The onions were so undercooked they were hard and crunchy and when I got to my chicken it was probably the most dry tough piece of meat Ive ever paid 40$ for. On top of it I chomped down on a bone about 2/3rds of the way in. Really soured the first day of vacation.
Ordered sirloin steak and lobster tail. Lobster ok buy sirloin was tough and too chewie had to spit some out. My wife said it was ok. Server was good and we wound up with a free dessert. Overall a let down compared to a Great Experience we has in the USA! Food : 2/5
Great happy hour! Quick response from Aleena on social media. Bravo! A warm welcome and friendly service from Jenna. Loyalty card on its way for locals with special discounts and no hassle re: the destination/marketing fee. Wonderful deals on wings, apps and drinks. Add two hours of free parking and you have one fantastic happy hour experience!
Prices are insane. We could have eaten at Mortons for the same amount. Definitely not worth it!
Poor service and the food is disgustingly overpriced for the quality of it if you want to go to a nice steak house go to the keg
First visit to an outback Steakhouse... Also last visit to an outback Steakhouse. Food was fine, but for the cost, it was only average. Service was peremptory atmosphere was tired. All in all, this is a place to skip.
Went due to having a coupon like so many others, ordered the blooming onion appetizer but learned that the coupon wasnt applicable since it was for entrées. Really confusing term but thats on us, in the french language this refers to an appetizer. Prices were insanely high, $36 for a cesar salad with chicken... Even compared to other restaurants around its still really high. Our waitress was really nice, but we also had another waiter walking around snorting a lot and wiping his nose on his shirt which made everything really unappealing That being said, the blooming onion was indeed tasty so Ill give them that. All in all, even with the coupon (which didnt work in my case) Id never go there again, uber something at your hotel for 1/4 of the price.
Everything was just okay. The steaks were a bit over cooked
TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT DINE. I m going to be frank, the food here is average at best. If you re looking to have dinner on a special occasion this is not the restaurant. I was served by Clarke, whom mentioned that he was a server and general manager at previous restaurants; after this experience I can see why that was a short lived opportunity. His demeanour was below par and his attitude through the roof. I wouldn t classify myself as a picky customer I just want my food and some decent service, these aren t hard standards to meet. After receiving the bill I m glad I didn t provide him a Tip, as his reaction showed me why I thought to not tip in the first place. When your response is 15-20% is standard after I said I wasn t going to tip and storm off, it makes you wonder if these servers receive any training. (15-20% is standard pending good service). I spoke to the general manager in the restaurant and he proceeded to quote books, justify his server s actions and invade my personal space. The crazy thing was the servers didn t look shocked at my reaction, this happens on a regular basis!!!!!!. And when he said it s the landscape. That just pissed me off quite frankly, BAD SERVICE IS NOT THE STANDARD and then on top of that telling me that I should have tipped after I voiced my displeasure is unacceptable. Justifying terrible service is what prompted me to share my experience. I ve never and I repeat have never been so disgusted while dining out. Worst experience I ve ever had. You can t let the next ten mins make u mad that was the quote from the manager himself. Customer service training required promptly!!!!!! From top to bottom you guys need to DO BETTER!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! Edit: 1star is pushing it, I didn t have any lower amount.
Food was okay, expected more quality and quantity for price. Service was amazing though!
The ugliest restaurant that I have ever seen, the bathrooms are the worst, the food with hair and the beetles with worms, dont go to that place, very bad.
WOW, WAS THIS EXPENSIVE. 17% govt tax, 12% Niagara tourism tax. Alice Springs chicken, 1/2 rack ribs, 1 extra side, 1 beer, 1 wine $123 USD.
On par for the area. High pricing but service was good. Too bad the lobster was overcooked. Was looking forward to it.
Weve been to Outback several times in Ohio, and this experience was significantly worse. The waitress was very nice, but the quality and cost of food was amazingly mediocre. The ribs were pretty good, but the alice springs chicken was dry and the broccoli was over-cooked. The Steakhouse Pasta was underwhelming and average. The kids cheese burger was ok. The kids ordered lemonade and it tasted like lemon water (was removed from our bill). For these prices there are much better options in the area. Do your research and skip Outback in Niagra Falls. Also, after reading the reviews, a gratuity may have been added to our bill. If so, I should have caught it and didnt, but its also shady to not notify patrons if that is their policy.
Steak was very tough. My daughter had the prime rib which was also tough. Service was great, fast and very efficient.Great atmosphere.
The prices were outrageous and no variety at all. Portions were not good either.
Food was ok, but quite small portion. Service was good, but the price was outrageous. Probably the most expensive Outback I ve ever been in my entire life.
No one is there. We should have ran. Food was complete opposite from other Outback s. Menu is different we get it, but the chicken I ordered was not able to be cut. It was dry and hard like a rock. Chicken wings are the size of paper clips. Service was inadequate. Waiter was huffing and yawning excessively and talking with their mouth full. Just a gross environment. Don t go here if you are going on vacation. There s a reason the hotel recommends and gives coupons and we shouldn t have went
Was my first time there, had such a great experience the atmosphere was great service was great and the food was amazing!!!
I went there this summer it was awesome!the 4 stars is for the price which seems too pricey for the food I got.
Ohhh my God, 30% tax on top of the bill. Please see the receipt. 13% tourist tax in addition to 12% sales tax, high way robbery. Prices are double what we pay in the US, 15 dollars for a blooming onion, and it costs 6 dollars in the US. Sorry, Steven, the server, for disturbing you while watching the hockey game to request the name of our server, Christie. Where is the restaurant manager? The servers are lined up watching the hockey game instead of helping us, the customers ( Please see pictures), only needed napkins to wipe my hands from the blooming onion. Scary look I got from Steven when I asked for my servers name. The same exact steak we pay 22 dollars for it in the US costs 59 dollars at this restaurant branch. Our server explained that we can go only one block away, and the taxes and prices are lower. The food was excellent, many thanks to the cook. Funny, the other waiter took a picture of me and my wife. Just like I took a picture of the servers lined up watching the hockey game, she was paying me back for taking the picture.
I wanted to go for a nice meal but was sorely disappointed. The only star is for our server and the quick service. The food was underwhelming and mediocre - the ribeye was dry and rubbery, ribs was nothing to shout about, and toowomba pasta was below average. For the price point, everything was less than satisfactory and nothing was worth it. The food tasted cheap, but the bill was exorbitant. It was way too expensive for the lousy quality for food. No one should pay this much for such an unremarkable meal. Not to mention we were charged a 10% tourist tax, in addition to their regular sales tax. We did not realize it and still gave a gratuity. I regret walking in for dinner, and would not recommend this place.
Terrible experience. Food was mediocre at best and was super expensive to make matters worse. Waitress was nice but thats about the only good thing about our visit. Would have given a two or three star review but the 300$ tab for a family of 6 (3 eating off the kids menu) drives the review down to a single star.
Went there for dinner. Staff was very friendly and kind. The food was excellent and we had a great meal. Thanks staff! Keep up the great service.
Popped by for a couple of drinks while in the area, nice environment and efficient service. Restaurant was a touch warm which would seem to be a recurring theme at all Outback locations in Canada and the US.
Awesome service by Krista!!! food wasnt memorable Clean when I visited Food : 3/5
good food but security guardian was grumpy
Great food , but the accessibility features are super outdated , I use a wheelchair and almost couldn t get in the restaurant, because of the lip on the door going inside the restaurant, for sure would not recommend for others using a mobility device.
My friends and I gathered here for my birthday dinner last Friday night, Ive dined in many places but, Steve our server made this place stand out from alot of places I have been too! He deserves a big raise!. His hospitality and customer service is beyond exceptional! I also have to top my hat to the chef that evening! You make an incredible steak ! My biggest thanks !
Always good food and service
excellent food !! i tried their steak special with a loaded baked potato & fries. the food was so fresh and so delicious. steve served us & was amazing as well, love him ! Food
Price is too expensive but food was not that good! All i can say is its not worth it.
Friendly staff, great food and cool atmosphere.
Blooming fantastic mate!!!
Shocked at the number of critical reviews. We went there today for dinner, and found the food tasty and plentiful, the pricing reasonable (more or less what you expect to pay in a tourist driven place), and the staff efficient and friendly. Shout out to Colleen who was a lovely and friendly staff member to serve us.
Meal was just okay. Service was just okay. The ambience was disappointing. If you re looking to drop a hundred bucks for an okay experience, this is a good spot. Otherwise, walk around. There are other places on that street.
Extremely disappointed. We were looking for our last night dinner experience with our two-day trip to the falls. The Outback franchise has changed drastically if this restaurant is in compliance for best practice, service and quality. We ordered three dinners for 4 adults. The chicken and ribs dinner was extremely over spiced and overpriced (chicken was inedible). BBQ chicken and ribs $49.99 and two BL fried chicken dinners $39.99 ea. Price is not an issue when it comes to quality but if you are looking for that please look at all of the ratings. The plates and utensils were not clean, and the table had not been wiped and was sticky. Unacceptable as the restaurant was not busy. The service warranted a negative review as well. When you visit the falls do your homework for restaurants and have a plan to make your stay enjoyable when dining. Be aware of automatic gratuity of 18%. As negative reviews go, I will have no problem sharing this with friends and family. I hope they make some changes to save their business on Fallsview Blvd.
The steak is delicious...the wings are too salty.
was a bucket list of mine but the price was WAY overpriced for what we got, steak was chewy, so mediocre for the price point and kids meals, very underwhelming. Waitress was the only good part. 10$ for Aussie fries?! - basic fries little cheese and bacon bits. Wow. -_- 4 people over 200$
My kids and my uncle went there for New Year s Eve dinner and we have the barbecue ribs which french fries and we have the Victoria s fillet and the pork chops. Everything was amazing. I love and I think it s the best place to have the blooming onions because I LOVE them so I recommend to everyone to go there and just ask for the blooming onions because they are AMAZING
It was a delightful experience dining at an Australian restaurant while being away from our home in Australia. As someone who frequently enjoys Outback Steakhouse back home, this culinary adventure offered a unique and refreshing change. The staff was very courteous and hospitable and prices were far reasonable than what you at Outback Steakhouse in the US.
Fodd was great and the service is awesome!
They add the nfdf scam fee to your bill and say the government adds it to every business in the falls. Yet every other business either doesn t charge it or removes it when asked. Government also says its an optional fee. Scam.
Service and atmosphere A+. I wish I could give more stars for our server, Jess - definitely the best ever! The food was good but a little salty. The steak was cooked perfectly.
My experience here was definitely not a positive one. Why? I found the food selection quite minimal, for the conditions of the restaurant and the price, I would have rather have visited the keg or red lobster. We paid quite a bit for very little food. Although the steak and mash was good, the rest was not. One of my kids got a stomach ache after consuming the chicken fingers. I do feel bad for my next concern, however for health reasons I will speak on it. An employee was clearly having issues (perhaps he was recently ill) but being at work and sniffling and wiping your face is just a big NO. It was very uncomfortable knowing that someone was coughing, sniffing, and touching their face whilst working with food was not ok. Definitely would have rather spend 500 elsewhere.
It was after New Years and before suppertime crowds came so it was calm and easy going thay afternoon thank you.
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! We are not picky eaters. We were starving (which usually makes us think everything taste better) and decided to stop by Outback. Worst Decision EVER. Firstly, the waitress brought us a warm bread and after taking a few bites, we noticed there was MOLD on it. Green spots of MOLD. We gave back to the waitress who CONFIRMED it was mold and apologized. The deep fried onion onion came to the table. It was greasy, soggy and the breading was not crispy at all. In fact, you could taste the flour since it wasnt even that hot. It was terrible. The ribs were under cooked as well and not a lot of meat around it. We had to eat with the hands (which would be totally fine IF it wasnt for the fact that we couldnt eat the meat without really carving it from the bones). The soups were lukewarm and tasted just like Campbells with some chunks of potatoes. Me, my son and my senior parents ALL were sick with diarrhea and nausea the day after and we are looking into how to even report this. It was so overpriced and so gross. Again, I hope someone reads this and AVOIDS this place. It is really disgusting.
The steak and fried shrimp were very tasty. We did not like the fried calamari and fettuccine.
The servers were very personable and did a fantastic job serving our hockey team ... The food however was average and very over priced and the atmosphere was meh.
We went by chance, the meat was delicious, tender and perfectly cooked. Delicious side dishes and fried foods. Excellent beer.
Hubby and I came for valentines dinner..was lots of room and the staff was very attentive to our table. We both ordered steaks, both were exactly as we asked for them. My rare steak was perfect! Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back again for sure!
My family and I enjoyed dinner yesterday at the location on Victoria Ave. We were very happy food was delicious but the best part was the service. This was literally the best service I have ever had in my life she was a young well mannered women who new her stuff. Thank you so much to the young women from yesterday who made our night great!!
Over priced garbage they want to call food. Run down. Servers who rush you in & out. Stay away from this place.
Food quality is too low compared to the price I ordered medium cooked but it came out well done. Just go to another restaurant. The food looks like it was microwaved.
Was served by a gentleman with a small ponytail. Professionally dressed. Very respectful. I read on the menu that the NY striploin steak was the most flavourful. Our server suggested his opinion was the Ribeye was the best steak and most flavourful. There was no price difference so he certainly wasn t trying to up sell anything. My brother in law and myself each got a ribeye and it was the most delicious steak I ve ever had. Last year I ate at Morton s Steakhouse across the street where I paid far more and ended up disappointed. If money was no issue I d pick Outback over Morton s 100% of the time. Steak came with two sides. Sides were appropriate sizes. Steak was cooked properly based on the temperature requested. Overall I was extremely impressed with the service and the food. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends and will return there in the future. Our visit was on March 9th, 2023 around 6pm. Parking: On site free parking despite being a tourist area was nice.
Food was very good and the atmosphere was nice. Layout of the restaurant seemed a little disconnected and restrooms were outside the restaurant in the attached hotel which was a little old.
Really overpriced and they charge you that ridiculous random fee just to profit from tourists! And then expect to tip on top of that!
Dined in at this location today. We ordered Steak and Ribs dinner . Also 2 house salads and soft drinks . It was not busy at all , literally we were the only people there at the time . Server attended right away and was friendly . We used to go to the Outback when we had local locations in Mississauga , Brampton, Toronto until they closed . So we don t often have the opportunity now as much unless we go to Niagara . This time I would say we were disappointed for sure . The salad used to be so amazing with really nice , lightly crispy big croutons , cucumber and shredded cheese on top . Not this time - commercially run of the mills packaged croutons , not crispy , small flavourless . No cheese whatsoever . Very little dressing - had to ask for more . The steak portion was very small , no spices really , kind of bland . Ribs - definitely not the greatest or even close , very little meat also . Coleslaw was supposed to come with meal - did not receive it . Bread was ok - used to be so special and fresh . Not anymore . The bill was $100 . Very expensive for such low quality food. Yes , the NFDT was almost $10 itself . Totally ridiculous . Sadly , this chain is in queue to close down permanently . And we can see why . Such a disappointment , really . The small portions , mediocre at best , quality and high prices = no more patrons ! Sorry , Outback !
Too expensive for a bla meal. Beer taste like water. Store was empty for a Friday night. Tells u why. Never go there again
Selena was awesome! Went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us all her attention! Food was amazing and prices were very reasonable for portion sizes! Came for the food would come back for the service!! Thank you Selena!!
Our food was good and the staff was nice. The dinner was super expensive though. We payed about $70 USD for 2 people, about double what I would expect to pay back home - and I had a $30 off coupon that the hotel gave us!
Outrageously expensive. There are so many better places for more reasonable prices. A salad was $34.
On the expensive side but the steaks were great.
Just go to The Keg
Great friendly service, but the prices and portions were - ouch.
We went for dinner here in Niagara Falls and I can honestly say it was not worth the money. I was very disappointed in the food - cost ratio. The steak pasta was average and the steak was only lightly seasoned and the pasta sauce was like a beef sauce. It wasnt great, especially for the price of $39.. there isnt a variety on the menu and everything is overpriced. The bloomin onion was good actually. The strawberry daiquiri I received had no alcohol in it and it was a 8 dollar drink. My boyfriend got their alfredo pasta and agreed it was not worth the price. For just two of us for two pastas, a coke and a daiquri it was $137. I would not be going back here if I visit Niagara fall again.
Best steak I had in a while, server was helpful and always helpful with questions and gave us great advice when we were in a pinch to choose or unsure what to go for.
The waitress was very nice, polite and courteous. The prices are very expensive. It was more money to have lunch here than it is to have a dinner at the Keg
Just left this location. Absolutely the worst food ever. What a waste of money. Ordered the chicken and ribs. The chicken was drench with pepper to the point that s all I tasted and the ribs were obviously quickly reheated as they tasted old. I couldn t and didn t eat the meal. Terrible!!!!
So unimpressed with this restaurant, way overpriced for the quality of food you get here. Our server was so sweet but food was very disappointing
I cant give a no star rating but this place deserves it. Ill give credit to our waitress she tried the best she could, but this has the mark of a failing restaurant. Where to start .. well tops down.. the ceiling vents and air returns were covered in layers of dust. Looked like it had been years since they had been cleaned. The ledges all had a layer of dust and cobwebs. It appeared as if no one had ever cleaned the place. Half the pot lights were out some were even hanging from the ceiling. The washroom had a ring in the toilet and it looks like it might if been weeks since they had been cleaned as well. Out table was covered in crumbs. When we ordered our food we ordered a bloomin onion.. it was delish.. I have to admit that... My wife and I both ordered the Victoria Fillet, medium... It came out rare... We both ordered the coleslaw... It tasted as if it was washed in dirty water... There was no dressing .. and the cabbage was mushy. My wife had asked for the seasonal vegetables... We were informed that there all they had was Broccoli.. are you serious... How do you have a restaurant with no vegtables. The restaurant did comp 1 of the dinners for us...but really still not worth it... We paid almost $100.00 for a meal that wasnt with $25. I was all excited to go to an Outback as I missed going to the one in Ancaster... This experience has deterred me from going back. I think it really needs an over haul from Staff to the inside
Food was damn good, Was served by a lovely gentleman, was no disappointed in the slightest
Food was good! Hot and came fast. Service was excellent too. Prices were really high. Washrooms were not clean. Our table was sticky and very tight (chairback to table)!! Our meal for 2 adults and a kid was $140 before tip. No alcohol. Anywhere else would have been half that.
When a person spends $100.00 on a meal it should atleast be decent. The potato was cold and the steak was rubbery. The salad was the best thing of the whole meal.
No entree on the menu is less than $40.00. Chicken was black peppered to death. Most importantly the NFDF and HST taxes added about 25% to the bill.
Very expensive for the quality of food. Salty and greasy. Very outdated place. Shouldnt be open in a tourist hot spot. Chicken marsala was made with gravy and not a marsala wine sauce. Whos the chef?!!!!! Spent $200 for lunch for 2 . No wonder it was empty!!!!!!!
My husband and I have been looking for a restaurant with a blooming onion. I came across outback s website and saw they had blooming onions on the menu so we thought we would give it a try. Sadly the blooming onion was so incredibly salty to the point we couldn t even eat it, I know blooming onions are a salter food item but this tasted like someone put an extreme amount of salt. We had only a few bites and left. Service was great just sadly not impressed with the food.
Was very disappointed in the food, steak was burned.. our waitress was great... Sorry just wasnt a good meal... Food : 2/5
So Niagara Falls restaurants are pricey and most of the time the food is dull but this restaurant takes the crown. The food was beyond tasteless the services was terrible and the washrooms were disgustingly dirty. If there was zero star they will earn it without hesitation. Do not go there to eat, you will be better eating at burger king
Its nothing at all like the ones in the US
Good service and attention. Abundant food and good flavor. Advisable!
Food was decent. But $140 US for 1 steak dinner, 1 chicken dinner and 2 kids entrees is INSANE for an outback steakhouse. The prices were so inflated here. I now know why the restaurant was dead. Only about 4-5 tables had people during the peak of niagra season and at 6pm.
The food was amazing not sure if people order things that are random but the classics such as blooming onion was delicious as always. I had the Alison spring chicken was amazingly cooked and tasty. My gf had salmon which was massive portion and also tasty. The only downside was the service was a bit slow other than that great food. Will come back.
Service was good a bit slow ,wait for the food was worth it , salmon and Bloomin onion was great, boyfriend got the Alice spring chicken he enjoyed , great experience, need more locations
Way over priced. The 8oz Outback steak special, a chicken salad and shrimp Alfredo came to $165! Ive had better meals for far less....
The food was overpriced, yes. HOWEVER, the service is outstanding ! Krista was a fantastic server. She had a great sense of attention to detail and friendliness . The Steak Martini is one of the best Martinis I ever had (I m as surprised as you) Would definitely come back, just because of the service.
Totally different experience from Outback in the US. The prices were really expensive and the tourist tax at the end was outrageous! Food was mediocre at best. My daughters kids meal inedible. Look elsewhere for food.
Food was so horrible got food poisoning had to leave after a few minutes. When again and remembered. So we left before we ordered. The chef cant cook. Tip is not to come here.
When we arrived we were told it would be a few minutes until the table was ready. We proceeded to wait 30-40 minutes. I think this is exactly why you should read reviews. The food was crazy overpriced, one blooming onion, steakhouse pasta, and Caesar salad ended up being $120 US! Absolutely crazy how Outback can cost so much and the food was so mediocre it is insane to think it cost so much. Once we sat down the service was good but the price and waiting so long for such mediocre food is why I gave it 2 stars.
The place is overpriced, slow and poor service and dirty.
My husband and I are total fans of the Outback but today we were very disappointed in the flavour of all the food. The Outback spice just wasn t there. Drive 1.5 hours to get our fix too. Also the booths in this restaurant are very tight. I know I m not the smallest person in the world but I m definitely not the biggest either.
Way overpriced for the food. I had the oignon soup way too salty. The food was not good at all.
Let s start with the positives. Our server Steve was great, which is why I gave it two stars. He was very responsive, had a sense of humor and was great with the kids. My son s pasta was good, according to him. Our steaks were undercooked. Not horribly, but much more medium rare then medium. My granddaughters kids burger was not very good. For $10 it was a burger, cheese and a bun; no lettuce, tomatoes, etc. McDonald s Happy Meal cheeseburgers have more on them. The prices here are insane. Entree salads were almost $30. We spent more on this meal that I could have ever expected, and we did not have drinks. Do yourself a favor, look up a few places that are a short drive. EVERY restaurant near the falls should be ashamed at what they charge. It really should be criminal and this Outback was one of the worst.
Expensive undersized portions. Food was not worth the price.
Service was good but this was the single worst meal I have ever paid for - this might very well have been a social experiment to see how bad you can purposely make food while still charging ridiculously high prices. Avoid at ALL costs, please I m begging you.
Was so excited too have dinner here but . Only to be very disappointed!!! No once , but twice my steak came back to me mooing ! I wanted Med not rare! I get it. It wasn t the server fault, but man , for a steak house, get your chief inline! I was told , we can t always tell if it s med or not ! Wow. $180.00 bill and I m sorry is all we got.
Service is good, but Cook quality is not sophisticated, avoid it.
Was a great first time experience..food and service was great very professional..Stephen was great
Love their pasta
I m giving it a 2 stars because it was the only place at the time that gave us a table right away which was good. But after that, things went downhill . Poor service and overly salted food. Most of the time, was ignored. Took a while to flag the same waiter over for service. bill was quite high too. Not worth the go.
Came in on a slow Friday afternoon, got seated. Waited 15+ minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. Worst service I ve ever had.
Awful service & wasn t busy , Food was not good & very overpriced, even made a complaint with zero effort to make it right .. Will never return to this location.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Food took over an hour to arrive after ordering. Place was less than 1/2 full, but kitchen staff overwhelmed! Steaks were not cooked as ordered, steamed vegetables were cold. Poor waitress was inexperienced but did the best she could. go elsewhere!
Poor service - forgetting; water tea salad butter. Steak ordered medium rare served well done- broccoli side cold.
Not worth the price. You guys can do better I believe. You you re selling steak, you better be good at cooking steak, which you re not right now.
Food and service are great, we loved it. Food is way overpriced, well may be because it is a touristic location.....but worst of all they further rip you off with high 10% nfdf which is pure cash grab, beware! I am disappointed after having a good meal, i felt it was a slap in the face.
This place is pricey and it ain t worthy to my mind. Only good thing is the very good service by the waiters.
Ordered online and my order was ready as promised & cooked to perfection. Its nice to have a steakhouse option without the fallsview hotel upcharge.
Conversation was excellent! Parking: Security moved cone to accommodate us Food : 5/5 |
It is literally worst place ever I had in Ontario. They have hidden charge as the name of niagara something tax. Even Keg does not charge this tax but they charge it on customer. Food is bad even potato fries also not tasty. In case of 4person, outback is expensive than Keg without falls view. I would never be there again.
Decent food but way too expensive, pretty much everything on the menu is overpriced although they do give you a big serving for it.
First time since it closed in Toronto. Very friendly, service fantastic. Food great but expensive. Will go again. Parking: Right by Outback, no problem at all.
Very expensive food , and also very mediocre quality and taste. I had little expectations however this was certainly disappointing on the value and quality side. The only saving grace is that the server , Steve, was genuinely fun and an excellent server.
BEWARE of the taxes at this restaurant they charge a percentage for Niagara Development Tax! I had $20+ charged to my bill for this tax on top of regular taxes. They demand 15-20% tips. Service was awful and very unprofessional. As we are now in the colder season of the year you would expect the atmosphere of where youre dining to be cozy and welcoming. It was very cold in restaurant like A/C was on max which made a very uncomfortable dining experience along with our food getting super cold and disgusting really fast! The blooming onion was raw and halfed battered. My wifes steak was burnt and tough. There was one waiter by the name Clarke, he was very nasty, wiping his nose with bare hands and rubbing his face all the time before serving your food. He was eating (chewing food) while bringing your meal out. His uniform was very dirty with food stains all over. He was holding right above his butt while walking to kitchen and back. Thank God he wasnt our waiter he was extremely disgusting!! The other waitresses took forever to come check you out to see if youre good or needed anything. This was our first time at this restaurant and definitely our last time. We do NOT recommend anyone to dine at this location.
Small quantity of food, very expensive
Krista is so lovely and pleasant to interact with. One of the best customer service experience that I have encountered. She truly goes above and beyond to satisfy her guests. BIG BIG shout out to her and the kitchen staff, food was delicious!! Thanks Roadhouse team.
Service was amazing. Hostess was very quick to seat us. Waitress was so helpful, informative and kind. Food was out of this world. Chicken and steak both fell apart in our mouths and was perfectly cooked
Just an fyi that you do not have to pay the extra charge they try to add to your bill for tourist tax or as the server told us it was for fireworks total scam
Same like every outback, nothing new!!!
Great meal, great service, friendly staff! Highly recommend Outback Steakhouse!
