Great food with a view! Ordered medium well steak and was cooked to perfection. Our second time dining here and it did not disappoint! Food was great, room for improvement where staff is concerned. Very rushed and hardly check if you need anything after serving the food.

I came for the view and the fireworks. But as soon as we entered, the staff was very welcoming, especially our server, Mikey who helped us out a lot and provided us the best experience we could have expected at a fine dining restaurant. Would definitely come back again. Only thing I don t recommend is the 30$ for guarantee seating with a nice view, because there s a view with all the seating and they still didn t give the best seats.

Rena made our experience at Prime unforgettable. Her calm, warm service put our party of 7 at ease. We never felt rushed. Our food was delicious. Kid-friendliness: We had a 7 and 8 year old in our party and they were treated very well. They also have a lot of higher end dinning experience.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Fallsview Hotel, and had a continental breakfast included with our stay. The breakfast is located the beautiful Prime Steakhouse restaurant with a gorgeous view of both falls. Service was quick and warm. Another amazing dinner at Prime Steakhouse! We have dinner here whenever we stay at the fallsview complex and it never disappoints. Michael was our server today and he was amazing. He was attentive and friendly, which just adds to the experience. Kid-friendliness: We have come here with our 5yr old a few times and their kids menu has plenty options, even for my picky eater! He cleans his plate every time we order the buttered pasta.

Me and my wife celebrating our 30th anniversary while in niagara falls. We decided to go to prime steakhouse. We arrived 15min early was seated by the glass wall great view to the falls. I has a new York steak asparagus and mushrooms my meal was awesome steak was cooked right (rare) the asparagus was cooked with a bit of a crunch so not over cooked that was so good. My wife had the salmon when that came out it looked amazing wasnt over cooked at all tasted awesome for her and after server name I believe was matt. He served use great had some recommendations and he didnt disappoint. Be ready to drop some coin. Taxes on your bill are 21%. the whole experience was great. Take an appetite. Would go again next time visiting Niagara falls

We were here for breakfast for 2 morning dog our stay. The ambience and the atmosphere was very pleasant and the views were amazing! She didnt bother acknowledge us , the food prices are OUTRAGEOUS EXPENSIVE. you are paying for the view . Lamb I give 5 Sauses that you pay extra 4 . A steak house and red wine damiglace didnt taste like a godo damiglace , the the lamb onions mint sauce :one taste was overpowering the others .meat quality and grilling 5. The appetizers tasteless, carlpaccio especially and the strings. 16$ fir broccoli, 16 dollars fir sauce . A steak with vegetables and mushrooms and sauce was like 120$ ... are you kidding me . For a dinner fir 4 620$... 2 Appetizers and 4 mains . I did pay more in other places it it was worth it . Not here .700$ with tip because I have to I feel obligated to leave at list 15% .ni should left 7% . Dont waist your time and your money you can find better. You pay fir the view but at dinner you can really see the view with the reflexion of the lights on the windows is hard .

Seats were heavily worn leather ripping off. Server was nice but our son s meal, a basic burger didn t come until after we were finished our meals. All they offered was free dessert. Food quality was below the Keg, price was more expensive than top quality steakhouses in Toronto. Would not recommend.

Worst Fine dining restaurant Ive ever taken my family too Also the bathroom had urine all over the floor and the stall was full of it too. The waitress did not offer a good service neither did she check up on us often. I will never come back to those restaurant. The view is great for the falls but other than that the food and dining is over rated. FOR A $1000 BILL , ITS NOT WORTH IT

The meat at this place is terrible. We ordered medium steaks they brought us well done and blamed on chef. Said he just cooked this for us. That is unacceptable. It was my parents anniversary and it was messed up. We did not get to eat but mom ordered fish and she ate. Me and my father left with empty stomach .

The view was nice, seating was odd but needed due to the large pillars obstructing the view.. The food was good. The service was disappointing. The Bolognese was completely bland. The prime rib was perfect. The brussel sprouts were wonderful. It was a fine experience.

Went out with my boyfriend tonight for our anniversary, we had this wonderful gentleman Alvin (i think is the name). Though the place was busy tonight Alvin made sure that we got everything we needed. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 steaks and it was to dieee for. Would definitely recommend place and hoping Alvin gets to serve us again .

Overall good restaurant. Appetizer was average , pork belly, very vague flavor. Wifes tenderloin was great, the sides, Brussel sprouts were great the chowder was good also. I ordered the cowboy ribeye , edible at best. Ordered it med rare it came out medium well. , full of gristle. A 30 dry aged 150.00 dollar steak should have been way better than this thing was. I will order something different next time.

Our Family was visiting the Niagara Falls and decided to eat at the Prime restaurant. Despite the name they do not serve Prime Rib which we were not happy about. Service was disappointing, food was below average. Our server clearly didn t care about the service he was giving, our plates were never cleared from the table, we had to pour our own wine and water. Stacking our plates in hopes they would be removed, which never happened. This should not be called a fine dining or upscale restaurant, we ve had better food and service at Kelsey s. Our family has dined at many restaurants and this was by far one of the most terrible experiences. Save your money and go anywhere but here, not worth the headache and money.

My husband and I go to prime often and I have to say the service is becoming slower. We waited over an hour for our food. To be informed that the well done steaks were being done first (we order medium rare). We also had to ask for bread while we were waiting. With that being said I have to give 3 stars here. We could see another waiter checking in on us as she walked by often. The food is always outstanding but disappointed on the wait times.

The dinner was very good but the white chocolate goat cheese cheesecake was amazing! Our server was Marko and he was very kind and professional, he made the experience so much better! We had a great view of the falls for our meal. We will definitely be going back!

We had the most amazing dinner at Prime! It was our first time in Canada and our first meal out on the town. Our Waiter Marko, was amazing! The wine, the appetizers, the steaks (!!!) were cooked to perfection. We ended our date night with crème brûlée and espresso martinis. The view was absolutely incredible and it was our first time actually seeing Niagara Falls since we drove in at night. I cannot wait to go back and will recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone who s going to visit the Falls! The atmosphere, the food and the service was absolute perfection!

The location is great, with wonderful views of the falls. The food is what you expect from a restaurant charging these prices. Good, local wines by the glass and great food choices also for those who are not so into steak. However, service is not good and makes the experience feel overpriced. Clearing of tables didnt happen and we had to ask for starter plates to be removed when the main course arrived. Plates were placed on top of napkins and cutlery haphazardly. When the server found the dessert basically untouched and we said we didnt like it, he said neither did he, and took it away without offering to bring something else. All in all, if you pay $500 for a meal for two, a view and good food is not enough.

Had a great meal with the wife during our visit to the falls. Dillan was our server and he was friendly, quick and courteous. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. It is pricey though.

The location is great, but the food is very ordinary and not worth the price at all! We ordered a medium-rare steak and it came out well-done. The waiter immediately changed it for us. The new steak was medium-rare, but the meat was very tough and unpalatable! The charges are too expensive! We already told the waiter that we wanted to share the food, but they didnt give us a sharing plate. Only the small bread plate from the beginning was available, and they didnt take the initiative to help us change the plates. The service was not even as good as TGI FRIDAYS!

I recently visited this restaurant for my sisters birthday, expecting a top-notch experience, but it was anything but that. Despite informing the staff we were celebrating, there was no acknowledgment or special treatment. The service was lacking, and the food was incredibly disappointing. We ordered medium-well steaks, and they arrived undercooked and bloody. When we brought this to the attention of the chef and manager, they were unresponsive and offered no apologies or solutions. The manager simply stated that they had no policy for replacing dishes or offering refunds. Overall, the food was poorly prepared, with unappetizing sides and toppings. The lack of professionalism and organization was evident, making this restaurant feel overrated and overpriced. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a restaurant that values its customers.

Sandra is the Absolute Best! The food was fantastic! We had the 48oz bone in ribeye, it was cooked to perfection!

Overall, the food quality and views of the falls were good, and I appreciated the wonderful service by our server Tanner. HOWEVER, because multiple windows had no shades installed, the sun moved and became blinding early in our dinner. When we requested a different table, the manager was very difficult and blamed us for not raising our concerns earlier before our dinner arrived (which we did, but they responded slowly). This is not the quality of service I would expect from a high quality restaurant, especially from a manager. Also, please install some shades as this is an easy fix to a daily problem.

We had already reserved a table for Saturday from Germany because the fireworks only take place on Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. The reservation went very well and we even got a place at the festival. Unfortunately, it was just a matter of luck because it was not possible to reserve the place you wanted. Although the plates were warmed up, our surf and turf only came lukewarm, but the meat was cooked to perfection and everything was very tasty. We had to request the pepper mill again and the food got even colder. There was very loud music and a lot of children in the restaurant at this late hour. The fireworks were beautiful, but the photos were marred by the reflection of the window glass. In hindsight, we would rather stand right on the Niagara River Parkway and watch the fireworks and illuminated waterfalls.

Had some great meals. Our server Volkan was very attentive and had a really good personality. My two year old enjoyed him and called him the nice man.

We were a group of 12, I had a beef tender loin and had to order sides as an extra. Food was good but far over priced. The service wasn t friendly at all, quick service style. The view of the falls is stunning and the restaurant inside is beautiful. February 2024

Absolutely perfect

Service was great and the view was wonderful. Food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the 16oz ribeye ($95) medium rare. It came out medium to medium well. Steak was thin like it had been purposefully flattened. Seasoning was almost adequate but uninspiring. The general eye appeal of the steak was a big let down, as stated before, thin, flat, dry and no sear. The best part of the meal was the baked potato. The chef needs to go to the farm that they source their beef from and apologize to the cows.

Attended as part of a group so the orders were placed in advance as part of a set menu. The good: Server was very pleasant and took down our drink orders quickly. Food was hot when it arrived Bread on the table was also warm Sides were good View was great from the table and atmosphere was appropriate for the venue The not as great: Several at our table ordered the steak at various doneness levels. No one received the proper steak doneness and plates were exchanged/order returned. Medium Rare was more like Medium. Well was Medium Well. And it was not very flavorful. I was surprised as this is a Steakhouse. Water was not refilled during the meal.

Dined here for the first time as locals for a date night. There was a weird strong smell when you first walk in but we got used to it pretty quick. I ordered the raspberry mojito, it was very expensive $20 and found it too sweet but still enjoyable. We split the Cesar salad to start and it was decent. Bread was warm and delicious. For our mains we split the NY strip loin, the asparagus and the linguini carbonara. This was definitely one of the best meals I ve ever had. Best steak in the Niagara region by far. The Bernaise sauce on the asparagus was to die for! Skipped on dessert because we were so full but lots of options that I will be trying when we come back. Amazing experience, we were waited by Rena, she was excellent and gave the best recommendations!

We had a great experience, our server was Michael & he was great. The food was appropriately priced for the quality of the food with the atmosphere and great food in mind. My boyfriend and I had 2 espresso martinis, a beer, New York strip, linguine Pasta, the carrots and Brussels sprouts and our bill only came to $237. Our server also included a free chocolate cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Would recommend this place for sure.

Jayce was One of the best Waiters we ve ever had. He made us feel like family at his table. He went above and beyond everything he did. We will request him on our next visit. We travelled all the way from Boston and would do it again, just to sit at his table.

I booked this restaurant for the view of the fireworks while dining. When it finally happened other patrons got up and blocked the windows taking videos and photos with no regard to other diners that were there to enjoy the show while eating. We brought it up to our waitress to please speak to the patrons but she ignored our request and instead we had to speak to the people ourselves. The restaurant should have more control over this for the prices that we paid for that view. Food was ok nothing to rave about. Waitress neglected to mention portion sizes and we were stuck with a lot of left over food that in the end we tossed. The hostess was very kind and gave excellent service. Overall I wouldn t recommend dining here.

Prime Steakhouse is a contemporary steakhouse located inside the Crowne Plaza. They are open for dinner only and require a reservation. This was my favorite restaurant I tried during my stay at Niagara Falls. The food was delicious, service was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. I started with the Crispy Fried Calamari. The calamari was perfectly cooked and served with a tasty lemon chive aioli. For my entree I chose the Surf and Turf. It comes with a Petite Angus Fillet, 6 oz. lobster tail, and lobster ravioli. I would have liked to see the lobster served with a side of hot butter and some kind of sauce to accompany the ravioli, but other than that this was an excellent selection. It was our anniversary dinner and it was well worth it! Alvin was our server and he was AMAZING! Personable, knowledgeable and with good banter that makes a great server! I m so glad we were seated in his section! The food portions were very good! We ended up getting a few apps and then one main to share! It was more than enough food for the two of us and we left more than satisfied! I would absolutely come back!

First thing my party and I noticed was the smell. Not sure if its due to poor ventilation or the carpet, but there was this sour smell in the air. Perhaps due to the buildings age? Pretty much summed up our experience.

Great food. We had the oysters, shrimp cocktail and shared the carbonara pasta. We were stuffed. Enjoyed the Bloody Caesars although the glasses were small. Great view and nice service. They sat us next to the window and it was a lovely anniversary dinner.

Visited restaurant while in Niagara Falls celebrating our wedding anniversary. Establishment is located on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It has great views of Niagara Falls from almost every angle. My server & her trainee Tanner were VERY NICE & efficient. I ordered the beef carpaccio to start - DISGUSTING! The meat was cut so thick I could ve just eaten a thin cut steak out the pack from the grocery store. I couldn t eat it and had to send it back. (Sent it back before getting a photo) Then we moved on to the Australian Wagyu & the Japanese Kobe steaks - THEY WERE AMAZING! Well seasoned and served correctly at the temperature we requested. Finished off with the desert wine trio which was also a nice pairing.

We had an amazing dinner at Prime Steakhouse with Alvin as our server/waiter. The food was absolutely delicious and Alvin truly went above and beyond to create an exceptional dinning experience as we celebrated the engagement of my sister and her fiancé.

The location is great! Above on 10th floor to see the falls. People were accommodating and sat us in front of the window. The services was eh ok, not fantastic. The special steak they had was too chewy and not dry aged enough. The tenderloin was great though so were all the sides. The women s bathroom had an overflowing sink. The men s urinal was right next to the sink So this place is eh. I wouldn t come back.

Came here with my girlfriends. 6 of us. Our reservation was 7.15pm. We got to the restaurant at 7.30 and We got our food at 9.25pm. For the price of the food, not worth the price and the wait. My asparagus and 3 pc scallops taste delicious but not for their price. Marco our server was nice but 2 hour wait for food? Yes it s busy, but not that busy.

My son and I came in from Michigan to have the Niagara Falls experience, when I say they did it over and beyond at this restaurant the food was good. The customer service were great and we will return when coming to the falls again. Thank you too Aluin, Marko, and the supervisor Akanksha.

Bathroom was dirty and the floor was very sticky, my date said the same about the womens room. Soup and appetizers were ok at best. My steak was overcooked, hers was fine. For over 300usd for our entire mean, I can say that I will never visit another prime steakhouse.

It was our anniversary and I made reservation a month inn advance asking for a seat by the window. We were sat in the middle of the room as far away from a window as possible. Whatever, you don always get what you want. We werent overly bothered by that until ALL of the food was TERRIBLE. We ended up with a $500 bill for 3 people for a meal that was awful. My steak was overcooked and over salted like any crummy chain and it came out with a hair on it. The waiter suggested the lobster Mac and cheese which he told us was amazing. It was literally the worst Mac and cheese I have ever tased. Bland...no cheese....dry lobster. The wait staff broke dishes near us more than once and there were items on out bill that we did not order. I have no idea how this place stays open. The server was nice thats the only good thing I have to say.

I came here on Monday June 24th, we came from the Ottawa area and I had dinner with my fiancée. The food was soooo good, I wish I could ve eaten more it was so delicious, but I was full. Carla was our server, and she was amazing, she was so nice, and even suggested which angle to take our pictures for better lighting! Haha it was so awesome. I would 10000% come back again, not only for the food, but because Carla was amazing. This was the night before my significant other proposed to me, and Carla gave us recommendations on the casino and where to go after dinner. She made this trip more memorable for us. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had. Made reservations about 3 months in advance of our trip. We never got our dinner and we waited over 1.5 hours. After we said we don t want our meal anymore the manager finally came over and said they would comp our dinners to go and it still took about 15-20 minutes more to just take it with us to go. Learn our lesson and go somewhere else. The kind of prices they charge for fine dining is laughable. Seriously GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The worst experience and ruined our whole day/trip.

Treated like trash after spending $USD$700 in this place, just coz there was another party coming in. I had a 9 year old son with me, taking last minute pictures before we departed and this worker feels he can help my personal belongings off the booth and tell us to go because he has another party coming in. When confronted all he daid was that is not what I said but when asked to Repeat he didnt want to quote himself. Bianca was great, our wonderful server was excellent (even giving a background of the Cab bottle we ordered), view waa excellent. But this supervisor trying to to rake sales in. Horrible.

Ordered salad but they forgot and brought steak out. Then took steak back and served salad. Then steak brought back some cold. Vegetables were very good. For these prices I expected perfect service. Cooked as ordered but not as seasoned as I like and as I said not hot. If it wasnt for the view, it would not be worth the price.

My hubby & I came to this restaurant to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and it was excellent! The view was breathtaking, the food absolutely delicious and our server was one of the best waitstaff we have ever had! Highly recommend! It is quite pricey but our steaks were the best ones we ever had. Our server, Jayce, was a super hero! (He does look like the actor from Arrow). He went above & beyond as a server. Plus, he gave us a free dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary! Thank you, Jayce!

We came to celebrate my son s birthday. Outstanding dining experience is an understatement! The service, the staff, the view, the food all incredible! Jayce gave us top notch service, very attentive to our dietary needs, polite & friendly! My son left very happy! My parents are very critical of every restaurant but they were mind blown this time! Service was top tier-specifically Marco! The steaks were perfectly seasoned. First time trying Baked Alaska and it was SO good. Beautiful view of the falls. Definitely a pricey restaurant but the outstanding service, the view and the well season ed food are definitely worth the treat.

Had a fantastic experience at Prime. The location is gorgeous and the view was spectacular. The menu has a great selection and top notch steaks. The sides had some different twists, which was nice to see. The carrot side was exceptional. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our server was Jayce and he really added to the experience. He was knowledgeable of the menu and just the right amount of attentiveness. The cocktails were also exceptional. We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area.

Nathan was the best server! He took care to ensure all of out needs were met and even went so far as to make a list of attractions we should see while in ontario. He took time to ask about our trip and made it that much more special! The food was amazing!!! Meat dishes were seasoned perfectly and cooked to appropriate temperatures! Australian wagau and Japanese Kobe were melt in your mouth! Seafood was cooked well! Scallops and lobster were done to perfection! I highly recommend the ice wine! For dessert baked Alaska was phenomenal! Atmosphere was amazing! We scheduled our dinner for 9 when the sun was setting! At 10 fireworks over the falls! One of the best nights I ve had! Restaurant which aims to be on the verge of gastronomy and indeed the cuisine is very good and that is the only positive point. We had chosen this restaurant to enjoy the view of Niagara Falls but initially we were placed with a view of the roof of a building even though the restaurant was far from full. Following our remark, the hostess kindly moved us to a better placed table. My partner ordered a Caesar salad and a mac & cheese dish which was supposed to be served at the same time but ultimately arrived with a delay of almost 10 minutes... Plus we are still waiting for the bread! For my part I chose the surf and turf plate. Very good but for a good eater it is only a starter. Leaving the restaurant I had to order a double steak burger from the competitor across the street after paying the modest sum of $95 CAN. In short, too expensive for what it is and a service that could be improved.

Shout out to Alvin! My girlfriend and I came to Niagara falls to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and my birthday. This was our last dinner of the trip and it was outstanding. The food was perfect, i think it was the best steak ive had in my life. We both waited tables for many years and value great service above all else. Alvin was prompt, attentive and incredibly cordial. We loved all of his recommendations between the food and wine. Between the food and service this was the cherry on top to our trip. 10/10 would recommend

Note: normally all my reviews for other restaurants etc are very positive as I am a foodie and proud.... however this really left a BAD taste in my mouth, and I wasted part of my evening. I was warmly greeted by the hostess and it went downhill from there. I waited 10-15 minutes for a server to come and give me a menu (she walked by me multiple times, and no I did not leave my table). Party of 1. I had to smile at her and make eye contact to be served. How ironic and confusing. Shouldnt it be the other way around? It was not busy. Trust me.. THE CHERRY ON TOP After waiting over 30 minutes for a simple medium cooked 7oz steak and 3 (three) scallops, I was told there was an error made and theyre deeply sorry and will make it up to me......... The paper with my order written on it supposedly fell and they missed my order. I get it mistakes happen, but NOT this at a HIGHLY RATED #1 Steakhouse in all Niagara...... Its because the server was RUSHING... I came 1 hr 20 mins before closing, which is plenty of time as I didnt take a long time to be seated , or to choose my meal. The rushing caused an even further delay (like when people rush on the highway and end up causing a car accident.... You just delay further). She wanted to make it up to me by giving me a free dessert. LOL maam I am not waiting another 45 minutes for my food to be missed.... McDonalds doesnt even make this type of error (because theyre more modernized and dont use paper to take orders, get with the program......). I was close to walking out and not even eating my dinner, which literally was not worth the wait or cost. I couldve got a similar order from literally any other restaurant, but I decided to come here based on how highly it was advertised.. The food was NOT worth the cost. Maybe Id come here for drinks and a view but for a main meal... PASS. Trust me..Im the kind to splurge whatever it is on a nice meal but this was NOT IT. They gave me 25% off and honestly, if it wasnt for my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ I wouldve ripped that bill and got the rushing server to pay... On top of that as a little test, I drank all my water and while servers were coming around to pour it, they just kindly did not fill mine.... They couldnt be bothered to check my table. If sight is an issue then turn up the lights in the restaurant. My cup was half full, then empty and not once in my over 1 hr of waiting did I get water poured. Only good thing that improved my mood was the fireworks... I didnt even take a pic of the food as I normally do because of how disappointed I was especially after waiting so long. But the bread and butter they brought in the beginning was the highlight... Please dont waste your time and money. We all know the importance of getting a good bang for your buck and this place is NOT IT. Choose a different restaurant.

Unjustified Highway robbery! Came to watch the fireworks and have a nice meal, we came from Rhode Island. We ordered the duck wings and scallops, two steaks, lobster tail, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Food did not reflect the price, bland taste in all dishes, undercooked Brussels. Wanted to stay for dessert but was so discouraged by the entrees. Don t be fooled by the well plated dishes, very deceiving to the actual taste of the food. Bread and butter was the highlight of the meal! $350 meal later . Never coming back, save yourself the hassle and only stay for drinks and scenery.
