Steaks & seafood in an upscale yet casual dining space with Western-style decor & patio seating.
Every time we come to Niagara, we come to Remingtons for the Couple's Special. A glass of wine each, 3 small appetizers to share, one entree each and a dessert to share for $99. The service is excellent and the food is always delicious! I definitely recommend stopping by!
I’m not from the area but come here each November and this is always a stable of our visit. The host/wait staff sing which is such a fun experience. The food is always amazing. Definitely order the ribeye, you won’t regret it!
Great cuisine. Wonderful atmosphere. Impeccable service. Our server Brice was very helpful and polite. You can tell that he genuinely loves his job. I had lost all hope in finding good cuisine in Niagra Falls until we visited this restaurant. Absolutely a must if you're visiting Niagra Falls!
Came for a friend's special event. Have to say while the appetizers were decent, the prime rib that a few of us ordered was not very good. We requested medium rare, but it was undercooked and it made the entire cut very chewy/hard to eat. Service was good and the atmosphere was okay. Overall value for money isn't terrible here as they don't charge exorbitant amounts like a lot of steakhouses.
We went to Remingtons of Niagara for our first anniversary. We ordered from the Ultimate Couple’s Menu - Crab Cakes, Prime Rib, Penne Rustica, and a slice of Chocolate Cake. The overall experience was magnificent. The staff were friendly, atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and food was awesome. They had live music to add to the romantic atmosphere. The prime rib was one of the best I’ve had so far. 5 stars all the way.
Great place for seafood and steak. We had both. The lobster Mac and cheese was interesting as it had 4 types of cheese. My 9 year old didn’t like the taste of the aged cheese but I enjoyed it. The garlic shrimp add on to my beets salad was also a little different as I believe the shrimp was broiled in garlic and butter sauce instead of the usual sautéed preparation. The steak and lobster topping was really delicious and preparer well. It was juicy, tender and flavorful. They also have singers every 30-40 minutes who serenade the restaurant patrons. That was nice and unexpected.
I went here this past weekend while I was staying in Niagara. Some of the best food I’ve had in a while — I had the garlic bread for an app, and you can tell that those buns must have been made in-house. The crust is beautifully textured and the cheese and seasonings were impeccable. I also had the crab cakes — which, you can tell that it wasn’t imitation surimi crab that you’d so often get from other places, or in your sushi. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the inside was beautifully filling and the meat was rich and flavourful and based on texture and profile alone you can tell it was real meat. I also had the lobster mac and cheese — thick and creamy and garnished with breadcrumbs with chunks of lobster mixed in. I also had the raspberry vodka drink as well, which is the item on my order that needs the least introduction. It was good, served with a lemon. The interior is decorated handsomely, ornamented with big bronze statues of cowboys on horseback and some lovely antler chandeliers. The service was impeccable, the waiters are friendly and one of them even sometimes sings between serving, and he has an incredible voice to boot. The only potential turn-away is the price — it’s quite expensive and for three people ran us around 130$ CAD, and that could potentially turn away people looking for something quick or on the cheaper side of things. You do however absolutely get what you pay for and if you have the funds and the time I’d suggest paying this place a visit. If only I could teleport myself all the way back here from Windsor, I’d go here every week. No further comments, 100/10.
Went at about 630pm. Not too busy, no wait for a table. Waitstaff are very friendly. One even walks around and sings. She has a great voice. I had the 8oz filet which was perfectly cooked and seasoned tasted amazing.
When we go to Nigeria Falls, a night at remingtons is always on our itinerary. They gave a date night deal menu that suits out culinary tastes to a tee.
Waitress was very rude and rushing old hag. She did not even tell us about the $99 dollar special for two just so she can increase our bill hoping for a better tip. And steak was over cooked.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice steak dinner at Niagara. Service and food was really good. Try the prime rib.
Absolutely loved it. We both raved about their calamari appetizer and prime rib...best ever had!! We will be back and highly recommend!! 2023 Thanks again!! We just added pic 2 -2024
Such a lovely time, we have lived in the falls our whole life but never been. Atmosphere was lovely, very romantic. Mimi was fantastic !! Steak, garlic bread and crab cakes were to die for.
Enjoyed the date nite special. Great value. Food was very good and the prime rib was a very generous portion.
Tiara the server was really awesome , she also sings and has a beautiful voice. This was a very pleasant and fun first experience. We will be back!!!
Tiara was an amazing server! Pleasant, efficient, kind and just wonderful. Food was great and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.
I bought a deal on Groupon for $115, when I arrived at the restaurant I noticed that they sell the same deal for $109. This shakes my trust in this establishment .Singing servers. They over sell it. We got one song throughout the entire meal. That being said. The food was fine. The ambience is fine for a family or group, not really a place to impress a first date. I probably wouldn t eat there again. For a little bit more you can eat at the Keg which is superior in my opinion. The singing servers were intriguing but, like I said, almost non-existent.
This place is amazing. The best food I have had for a while. Thanks again you never disappoint. We will be back again
Overpriced food and overrated restaurant. I had the prime rib and when it came it was swimming in aujus (which was like water, not like a gravy). The prime rib came with a side and it was like a flood on our plate, texture and appearance like a soup, so we had to send it back and not eat it. I do not recommend this place. Our server was very rude and loud as well.
Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant was not taking any more walk in customers. Looking around the restaurant, we saw no less than 25 tables empty. When we questioned why they were turning us away, they said they had a big group coming in. We asked for a manager and she told us they might be able to squeeze us in, but it might take a while because we didn t have a reservation. We decided to wait As we were waiting, we went on OpenTable and made reservations. They had availability all night. So we went to the bar, had a drink and 10mins later had a table. This restaurant was turning paying customers away. So we ate dinner and waited to see if the big group turned up well, they didn t show up- what a surprise. Truly disgusting treatment. The service at the table was fantastic, clearly our server cared but why would we want to fight to eat here? Food was ok . We enjoyed the apps.
Good food.
In Groupon, you may find a fair deal of this restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and a server singing a song. Vegetarian options: No Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Had a fantastic dinner right in the heart of all the action at Niagara Falls. Our server, Tiara, was super nice and even serenaded us with a song! The sherry cream sauce on my stuffed chicken was divine! My fiancee s halibut was tasty too. A little pricey for what we got but its because of the location. Would eat here again!
The kids pasta was super aldente considering it was under the kids menu, with the tomato sauce being super dry. The steak was burned and we had to return it. That made us wait another 15 - 20 minutes. We were 4 people and the food did not come at the same time. To top it off, one of the plates was barely warm. To also add here, the surprising horseradish side that was extremely spicy and no one warned us about it. The only good part was one of the waitresses sang with an amazing voice. Never coming back here.
First visit here. Recommended by the hotel we were staying at. Very welcoming atmosphere. Food was amazing. We had the couples dinner and what an amazing choice. Crabcake was sooo good. The Calamari was cooked amazing and the Brie was succulent. Our Prime Rib and Steak dinners were so good, and then dessert came....wow. Blair was our server, and he made the whole night even more amazing. He was knowledgeable on so many subjects, not just the menu. He was entertaining (he sang twice during our dinner), thoughtful and sincere. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
I came here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and the couples menu makes it affordable and the food was delicious. The crab cake was good, the prime ribs was amazing as well as the steak. Highly recommend for a date
The steak is very good indeed. The ambience is great and so is the service.
I visited Niagara Falls after searching for a good restaurant. It is located in a downtown area and the atmosphere is also very good. I ordered T-bone steak, crab cake, and mac and cheese. The crab cakes are really delicious For T Bone and Mac and Cheese, it took 40 to 50 minutes for the menu to come out. It was very disappointing, but In general, the taste is decent. The staff were friendly, In the middle, an employee walks around the hall with a microphone and sings. This is delicious again They even gave us a paper box to pack up the leftover food.
Absolutely fantastic everything and everybody. And make sure that you see Blair. Unbelievable voice. And the service he offers is outstanding. Parking: Free parking with dinner
Great place. Over the course of 2 weeks, I visited different cities in Canada with my wife. And this restaurant impressed me the most with its delicious food. Unfortunately, you have to wait a little long for your order, but its worth it. Prices are above average. But, on the other hand, here is probably the most delicious French onion soup that I have tasted in my life. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of songs from the waiters. It felt like you were being served by real singers. I also highly recommend trying cold wine. Its great. One of the few places I could say I want to return to.
Went tonight for dinner celebrating husbands 50 birthday. Barry was our server, and he was awesome. We had the steak dinner, and it was cooked to perfection. It was nice to listen to the server singing through the restaurant.
Halibut was tough and the beef wasnt really well seared. Definitely not fair to the price. Weve been traveling in different cities for 2 weeks and it was the worst meal so far.
Thank you so much for making our anniversary unforgettable. The food is amazing, the location is perfect, the atmosphere is soooo amazing A big respect to Tiara she has a beautiful voice while she is singing Food : 5/5
Food, amazing, atmosphere, amazing, the singing, amazing. Definitely coming back
Love their date night! Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerant, had no issues. Food : 5/5 |
Not recommended for Asians. There is one waiter who gives terrible service to Asians. The female waiter did not introduce us to the course menu even though the restaurant has a great deal. The kind American couple next to us told us about the menu so we ordered it. The course menu came with coffee and tea but the waiter didnt serve them to us. I saw that other Western guests were offered coffee and tea after the meal, but we Asian guests were not offered them. The waiter was unfriendly to Asians and friendly to Westerners. I felt very bad even though I paid a lot of money.
Great dinner!
Lovely and cosy restaurant. Great service
Great food, service and atmosphere.
Service was great. The 10oz Strip steak is mid. Not what I d expect from a $50 steak. Edible, yes. Amazing. No. Not the greatest quality cut. Salad and dessert was good. Our server was amazing. Overall, I think it s an okay place to dine. If the owners step up the meat quality, this place would be fantastic.
Food was mediocre and high priced. Service was terrible, felt like I was sitting in a dennys. Though I d probably get better service there. Felt like Gordon Ramsey needs to come check this place out. A waiter sings in between service. Awkward. Just felt weird. Food was cold and over done and/or tasteless.
Niki and her staff were incredible this evening. From Michelle THE bartender, and her incredible dirty martini, to Krystin our server extraordinaire who just gets it . We had an incredible evening celebrating my birthday. A must visit In the Niagara area !!!!
Our waitress gave great recommendations and even performed while we were eating. Steak was good. Calamari was good. Remingtons was a great find amidst the chaos of the falls.
It was a geeat venu for my birthday dinner, food was amazing, service on point and fast, thank you Valerie for the geeat service.
The best prime rib in Niagara! This restaurant never disappoints from the delicious prime rib to the friendliest servers and staff. Steve, Krystin, Valerie and Serenity are awesome always serve with a smile and very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
All I can say is very elegant restaurant, and food is very good, very accommodating, nice to come back.
Fantastic food and service. And singing servers to top it all off. Bravo Team Remington. Parking: Stayed at inn next door. Paid parking.
I went here twice during my visit and I will absolutely be back. Both my servers were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. I ordered the escargot, while different from what Im used to, it was delicious and a very well put together dish. The prime rib was cooked perfectly medium rare as I ordered. Ive been to a lot of high end steakhouses and Remingtons is right up there with quality.
We always make this a place to have dinner when we are Niagara. We visited this past Friday night. Tiara made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. She was friendly, personable and outgoing. She was very informative with the menu including drinks and even made some recommendations for us. We were even lucky enough to hear her sing. Its people like Tiara that make Remingtons a destination everytime we visit.
Great restaurant atop Clifton hills. Plenty of parking In a covered parking garage beside the restaurant. We oredere the prime rin and a juciy ribeye steak, the food was delicious. Special shout out to the awesome wait staff who also sings classic hits! Kid-friendliness: Brought a baby and they offered high chair
Not worth the money much better restaurants in the area service was good but food was so so at best
Not for us. I got the prime rib, it was good for sure but not worth $50. My significant other got the prime rib burger, it legit tasted like a boiled hot dog lol. The server was okay at first but when she saw he was not eating the burger her vibe completely changed. We did not even complain and we were not going to. But I ve been in the restaurant industry for 10 years & not only would I not change my service due to someone not liking something, I would ask if there s a reason it wasn t eaten and if there s anything I can do to accommodate the situation. We could see our server and the other servers gossiping like mean girls and I saw another server that looked like she was in training with tears in her eyes. Just overall not a good experience & felt like a tourist trap. If you want an AMAZING dinner experience go to Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria it is a MUST try, owner is amazing, & so is the food. Save your money and go here. :)
The place itself is nice. The waitress who started singing should definitely find herself an agent. Sadly the food however was not up to par. The French onion soup was bland and watery. The hamburger was salty, the rice was decent. Definitely not going to be returning.
Great service! Instant seating, polite staff, and great food. The portions were great, and the prime rib was fantastic!
Here right now. Had the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. However, what made our meal most enjoyable was our server Steve. He was professional, funny, and attentive. Thank you Steve for the superb service!
Parking: We didn t realize at the time, but there is designated parking behind the restaurant in a parking garage. We ll make use of that next time! Food
So I went here tonight and the parking was a little frustrating but the food and service made me forget my frustrations and its the long weekend so its understandable, but the food here is just absolutely amazing!! We started with a couple apps - calamari and muscles and by far the best muscles Ive ever had at a restaurant hands down! Then our mains we had halibut and the New York strip steak. The halibut was amazing and the steak just melts in your mouth. Whoever the chef is at this restaurant deserves a serious raise, he or she is just amazing and cooks food to perfection its actually unbelievable how delicious their food is, every bite you just sit there and wonder how is this possible, how is this food soo amazing. I live in brampton and would honestly travel to niagara just to go to this restaurant and go back home after. Truly amazed, thats why I give this restaurant 5 stars P.s. they do not have sangrias on the menu but ask for one guarantee youll be amazed by that too!
Went for the Groupon date night deal, prime rib was melt in your mouth and my Partner loved the chicken supreme! Will be going back next time we are in Niagara ! Food
Incredible experience all around! Our waitress, Tiara, was fast, professional and very personable (also a great singer!) The food was done to perfection, we will definitely be back!
This was my third time in this restaurant and never disappointed! The portions are generous. Food is tasty and staff are very nice but on top of all the singing waitresses bring a niche to this place. Cindy was amazing and made our night very special! Big kudos to her and her beautiful voice Parking: It is hard to notice it as there is no parking sign but the restaurant shares the parking with the adjacent hotel!
Over priced. Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Constant mistakes with orders. 5/6 of us were unsatisfied. Idky this has good reviews. From their pasta to their steaks, and to their salmon was a no. The food took more than an hour and even the music was horrible. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the waitress (who was new) was nice. The only reason i m reviewing is so y all don t get ripped off.
Restaurant Ok for a family dinner. Meals for children at $15, large portions. The food was ok and we had very good service!
Purchased a deal through TravelZoo for The Falls Hotel & Inn stay that included a voucher for a dinner at the restaurant for two. I traveled along and they refused to serve me as I was not two people, requirenig me to order for two people ... not only it was not making any sense, but also this situation was handled highly unprofessional by the restaurant staff.
Great food and friendly staff. Summer was our waitress and she was excellent
Had the prime rib. Best Ive ever had. Cooked perfectly. Wife said best crab cake. Will dine hear again when in Niagara.
This was some of the best food and service I ever had. Shame its so far from me but will visit at least twice a year from now on.
Food was ok-ish, we were expecting something better consider its reviews and price. One highlight was one of the staff was singing live so phenomenally. I was gonna give 3 star but add 1 back for her!
I purchased a couples dining special through Travel zoo, we have dined at Remington s many times before so I knew the food would be good. It s not the Keg, but it s still good. And our servers every time have been very pleasant and I love the singing servers. This special deal came with a $50 coupon to be used at a later date. On the back of the coupon, it says that you must present coupon upon seating. I said to my husband, I wonder why you have to hand them the coupon before you even place your order, why is it you MUST present the coupon on seating. I laughed and said is it because I ll get a second rate T-bone steak, one that s soon to expire because I have this $50 coupon. Well, I got my answer 15 minutes after eating half the steak my bowels started to be upset. This has never happened before. I know this sounds crazy but the next day I just wanted to see if it truly was the steak that upset my stomach, so I heated it up and had two small bites of the leftover steak and sure enough my bowels started to get upset again. Very disappointed. What would happen if I handed you the $50 coupon after I ate my meal and just before your rang up the bill? Would the $50 coupon not count anymore because I got a steak that wasn t near it s end date. The best part of the meal was our server, he was a very pleasant and funny young man , he sang two songs during our meal, he has a beautiful voice.
Best prime rib we ever had! Waitress was attentive.
We had Mimi as our server, and she was an absolute joy! We had found a fantastic deal on Groupon. There was a couple celebrating an anniversary while we were dining and another server sang an Elvis song with the voice of an angel. Having worked in the service industry myself, I have such a strong appreciation for those who work in this industry and do their job with all their heart. I could not say enough good things about this gem. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and absolutely mouthwatering to the last bite. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service was outstanding 10/10 stars
Food was good but not great (only because I can name other restaurants of the same caliber that are better). Service was very good. I felt very well attended to. Parking like most places in Niagara are paid but it would be nice if they have designated parking spots
Went here on July 19, 2024 for the first time. I am a local resident and they still charged that money grab tourist fee. The steak was good, not great. The service from the waitress was excellent.
The waitress was clearly visibly upset as mistake after mistake was made by the kitchen. Weve been 2 other times before and had a flawless experience. I dont know what changed this time, 8 person table, 5 meals were cold when served, steak asked for well done for 1 person brought back to the kitchen to still come out not well done! To reference this this for a health reason, not taste preference. 1 meal was missing entirely at serving time. It took almost 2 hours to get our food, meaning we missed the starting part of our show. Bills were done up wrong. The list goes on. They left a new waitress alone to wait our table, it certainly was not her fault as more training should have been done before being left alone to wait a table. The level of incompetence displayed means we probably arent coming back. No comps, no apologies, just terrible service. There are many steakhouses around Niagara to try, make this one your last.
Its hard to believe that this is an award winning restaurant. We ordered calamari, prime rib and new york steak between the two of us. It was definitely a lot of food so the portion size was great. The steak was great and my partner really enjoyed his prime rib. However, our calamari was undercooked and was still slimy inside. We didnt flag the server down as the service was already sub par to a restaurant of this calibre. We ordered a bottle of red to celebrate our anniversary and had to refill our own wine glasses. We booked the restaurant for our anniversary and mentioned it in our booking, but there was zero acknowledgement of it. There was one server who also sang some ballads throughout the night and she sounded amazing so the ambiance was nice. Next time we go down to Niagara, we definitely will not be visiting Remingtons.
We visited Remingtons in the falls today for our anniversary. Great service. Great atmosphere. We tried the couples special which is a glass of house wine each, choose 3 shareable appetizers, a main each (you can choose chicken, salmon, steak or prime rib) and a tartufo dessert and coffee or tea each for $99, which included free parking. Can t beat that price and the food was amazing. The tartufo was our wedding dessert and they even had a waitress who sung a live song over the microphone who had an absolutely beautiful voice and it was the song I walked down the aisle too. It was very special for our anniversary and you even got a $30 gift voucher for a return visit. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
Had the pleasure of eating here twice while on vacation. Service was prompt, drinks were excellent, food was even better. We were fortunate that we could share the company of Kristin, our waitress for both nights. Kristin was amazingly congenial and made both experiences an absolute delight. A true gem! Thank you to the Remington s team for such a wonderful dinning experience.
Yesterday was my sister and brother-in-laws 50th anniversary, and I wanted to treat them to a special dinner with entertainment. I had heard from friends about Remingtons Restaurant in Niagara Falls, known for its singing servers. Since were from Toronto, it was a 1.5-hour drive, but I believed it would be worth it for such a unique experience. Yesterday morning, I called to make a reservation for four at 6:45 pm. During the call, ! specifically asked if the singing servers would be performing that night. The person on the phone confidently assured me they would be. We arrived at the restaurant, and my sister and brother-in-law were excited for the evening. The waiter was polite and brought us the menus, which were underwhelming compared to what we have in Toronto. Nevertheless, we placed our orders. I asked the waiter when the singing servers would start, only to be told that there were no singing servers that night. This was our first disappointment. Hoping the food would make up for it, I ordered the pasta primavera, expecting it to be full of vegetables. Instead, it had only two small pieces of eggplant skin and was drenched in tomato sauce. The other three dishes were equally disappointing and tasteless. This restaurant is far from the high-end experience it claims to be. The quality of the food and the lack of promised entertainment made the long drive not worth it. I will not be returning or recommending it to others.
Went here for a business dinner. The food was generally good, as was the service. They have a nice selection of local wines to try, which was nice. Twice during our meal our server became a singer and walked around the restaurant singing into a microphone. She had a lovely voice, but it was a bit loud. Overall, a bit on the pricy side, with decent food.
Basically last night I ordered a 55.00 filet Minion and it came to the table Blue. Worse then . RARE SAME THING MY FRIEND ORDERED SAME AS ME HIS CAME RARE. THEY COMPED HIS MEAL, I PAID FOR A PRIME RIB 80Z. THE KEG WOULD HAVE COMPED ALL OF IT. I NEVER SAY ANYTHING LIKE THIS. WE WERE THERE EARLT ITS WASNT EVEN BUSY. ANYWAYS I WILL NEVER NEVERE GO BACK TO REMINGTONS RESTAURANT IN NIAGARA FALLS.AGAIN. YOU LOST 4 PEOPLE. NO MANAGER EVEN CAME OVER TO APOLOGIZE TO US. NO VERY PROFESSIONAL
Live singer was really good and the server was very nice but the prime rib and ribeye were a little disappointing, over cooked and not very tender. Nice atmosphere and good location.
I m going to give 3 stars only because the service was excellent. Our server was new yet I wouldn t have known unless she told me (which she did at the end of our meal). Drinks arrived quickly. Food order was taken quickly. Food came out quickly. That s where the good points end. Food was lacklustre at best. Our 5 year old tried her pasta (kids menu) and refused to eat any more of it. My husband ate his and said it was ok but he wouldn t come back again. My dinner was extremely overdone and honestly tasted like nothing. Flavourless. Now I know I should have complained but we didn t. During the course of our meal a very VERY drunk man came in - wearing his underwear out of his pants and demanding mashed potatoes. He was disruptive and gross and if our meal hadn t already been ruined this would have definitely sealed the deal. Remingtons sat this man and served him and he continued to be disrespectful and rude for 20 more minutes. Definitely not what you expect in a fine dining establishment. To top off everything, the bill came. $175 for 3 lacklustre meals, 2 which were hardly touched. We won t be returning.
My favourite place for steak and the prime rib is so good. Service is always friendly, prices are fair and portions are great. I ve never had a bad experience.
Good Steakhouse. Good food. Price a little high compared to the quality. Must try
I took the surf and turf at 65.00 per plate Very small meal for the price And plus the sauce for the steak was the A1 bottle should think about making their own sauce that would be more interesting Very ordinary
Steve was incredibly kind. From the first pour of water to the last thank yous before exiting, Steve gave us the experience that we were well taken care of, like we were home. The crab cakes were to die for!!!
Dined here tonight for my anniversary, it was a great experience! The food was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Our server was Steve (hopefully I m not misremembering his name) and he was amazing. It looked like he was taking care of so many tables and yet everyone was perfectly taken care of. He was incredibly attentive and kind. Will be back soon!
We visited on a weekend for my partners birthday. I had salmon, my partner had steak, and our friend had a chicken sandwich. The servers tone changed when we asked about gluten-free options, which was noticeable to everyone at the table. This was my first highly-priced meal that was extremely disappointing. Paying over $40 for salmon I could make better at home was ridiculous. The unseasoned, undercooked vegetables didnt help. The steak was under-seasoned too. The only saving grace was the seasoned garlic mashed potatoes. Our friends meal was better but still not worth the price. Cocktails also tasted truly awful. To top it off, everything took well over an hour for them to prepare. It was a letdown. We wont be coming back. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
We had a great evening at the Remington. Food is great and humble. Not fancy or too much butter, just simple flavor and fresh. Our server Mimi is also very attentive and friendly. Thanks Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to the main dining hall.
Amazing meal and service Highly recommend the prime rib it was fantastic Cant remember our servers name I think it was mimi or gigi but she was fantastic. The couples deal gets you the best bang for your buck just the perfect amount of food
We usually come here 2-3 times a year , lately we have our 2 little kids , 5 year old son and 1 year old girl . Second time now we got Mimi. She has excellent customer service and she remembers us and my son and her has the best time . thank you for always great time , excellent food .
Went here for a bachelors weekend. Was very disappointed. Service was fine, atmosphere was lively, but the food was terrible. Three guys ordered the prime rib, and said it was ok. Two of us ordered a 10 oz strip. The steaks were cooked to order, but were thin, grisly... and barely warm. Potato also cold and measly portion. The Couples Special we were allowed to order, which was accommodating, but the appies to share were very small. No bread or water offered. Wine selection was meh (but not priced meh). Ive had much better steak dinners at Chucks for about a third of the price. Sorry Remingtons, not coming back.
Had a great experience dining here! Our server Tiara was amazing!! she made great recommendations and was very pleasant, not to mention she sings like an angel!!!
Food:3 service:4. Tried their menu for two. Food was not that great but service was good. Menu came with wine, appetizer sample, and two main course. Appetizer was not that good, crab cake, Caesar salad and calamari. Steak was overcooked. Vegetables came with the steak were not fresh and overcooked. One thing impressive was one staff there sang very beautifully.
Love the food here! I always come back.
My wife and I spent a long time choosing where to have dinner and settled on this restaurant, we wanted to try meat steak with lobster, we ordered soup, which was delicious, the meat steak was dry and not tasty, the lobster tasted more or less, and two desserts - chocolate brownie and cheesecake , which were so sugary that it was difficult to eat. The result is that the next day my wife and I woke up and began to have very severe diarrhea and vomiting, and we ended up in the hospital with all the signs of severe poisoning.
Delightful restaurant for a cozy night out. Food was on point and amazing. I did miss some light music though but a wonderful restaurant for a special dinner
Seafood not fresh
Extremely overpriced, and the food is simply not worth it. Take your date elsewhere and save some money and your taste buds.
Food was excellent, the service was the best Ive seen in a long time! Thank you for a great dinner.
On Saturday April 6 my husband, myself and our 2 year old daughter ate here: immediately when we walked in we were greeted and noticed the restaurant was empty for a weekend we thought this was odd but given the 4.3 star reviews we decided to give it a try anyways. The server offered us the couple special - we ordered 10oz sterloin and some starters - which tasted stale and horrible. The steak tasted fine but everything else seemed microwaved including the vegetable sides . Now we all have food poisoning including my toddler. These reviews are either fake or this place has a new owner. When running a restaurant food safety should be your number one priority. The server was otherwise great!
My family and I had an amazing time when we visited! Blair was awesome and made the entire experience really fun BTW he sings too! Great service, good food and the ambience was really cool.
Service was awesome, price ok but they charge you the nfdf . They authorised the waitresses to sing. Thx Sam for the song and the great service.
Celebrated my birthday on Friday night with my hubby and 3 friends. Our server Tina was amazing, friendly and the service was awesome. We had the prime rib, ceasar salad, crab cakes, mussels, NY strip. Servings were huge and cooked perfect. Desserts were perfect, singing waitress was super talented. Lots of food to take home. Our new favorite restaurant. 10/10. Will be back soon.
Loved every minute I was there from the food to the server ( she was amazing) the atmosphere was incredible are sever walked around singing with an amazing voice!!
We dine at Remingtons often . Whenever we attend shows at the Fallsview Casino, we book Remingtons date nite . Great food & portions . Servers also sing while youre eating. Nice touch
A Culinary Delight with Exceptional Service! We recently had the pleasure of dining at Remingtons of Niagara, and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful evening. What impressed me most was the genuine passion exhibited by the staff. Their enthusiasm for the menu and dedication to providing exceptional service was palpable. Its rare to find a place where both the food and the service exceed expectations, but Remingtons of Niagara has certainly mastered the art. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for a truly remarkable dining adventure!
We had an incredible dinner here. Service and food was outstanding. Very happy they had a kids menu! Great cocktails and Delicious Steaks! One of the waiters sang to the whole restaurant and we were blown away! Wonderful experience, we will definitely come back! Food
We were honestly not expecting much because we bought a wagjag deal but holy cow, what a great experience! The service was absolutely flawless. Our server (blond gal) was as so attentive and knowledgeable. All the staff were great tbh. Portions were HUGE. Free parking in the back. We will back again and again and again. Bravo!
live music is nice, but the food does not justify the price. You are better off going to the Keg.
Got a great deal with Groupon, but were treated like low-paying customers. No singing on weekdays, at least during the off season. New york steak tasted unseasoned, burned, and tasteless. Calamari was also mediocre. Ultimately wasnt worth it, which is sad because we came here for our anniversary. Free parking around the back at the hotel. Parking: Free parking around the back as part of the hotel
Our experience here is great! The food is fantastic and their service is very good. Definitely coming back.
Loved it!...
Prime rib Burger was burnt, we didnt have time to send back!
Server was lovely and amazing but spent nearly $200 and my boyfriend got food poisoning and was sick all through the night and next day
We had the couples dinner for 2. It was great. The prime rib was very good. The server Krystin was awesome. We will definitely go back. Food
Pleasantly surprised for sure. Ive read a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try. Used a Groupon and usually the places are just meh every time Ive gone. But I must say Ill definitely be back here. Everything was great from the service to the food and atmosphere.
From being greeted at the door, the atmosphere and service were excellent. The food was incredible from the appetizer through dessert. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered. On our previous visit, there was no singing server b/ut this time, to our delight, the server had a beautiful voice. Definitely a 5-star evening.
Great place for a date night. They had a couples special. we didnt take advantage of but great value$99 . I also really enjoyed the live entertainment. If shes not happy with it a little evening there then you really screwed up lol
1. When you re going to charge 20$ for boxed lettuce that s browning, 4 pieces of hard beets and stale walnuts.. I should probably leave 2. When you pay 59$ for prime rib served medium and you get it served mooing with McDonald s plastic butter containers.. you should probably question your sanity 3. When you get 59$ plate of halibut, bagged microwaved rice and moldy broccoli.. you should probably admit defeat. Instead, we mention our concerns to the server and she says the lighting is really bad and she can t see what we re addressing. At least we got free dessert, which yes, tasted like a stale fridge. I m embarrassed with myself
It is not clear to me who these people are who are giving such high ratings to this restaurant. It was the worst steak I ve had in a while. Dry steak with no flavour at all. Garbage. Service was also terrible. Made a big mistake going here. Never again.
Very strange place. Not sure why they have such great reviews? Food is terrible, service was even worse. Found mold on our veggies and was asked if we wanted a free dessert. Laughable!!!! Would not recommend to anyone
Love the prime rib. Whenever Im in Niagara I stop in. Little expensive but for sure a nice treat.
Shame they don t allow service dogs , no proof is needed or required under the human rights code of Ontario get your restaurant in order. Hosts were very confused not knowing what to say or ask, asking for proof of id or vest. Researched in advance before coming in Ontario. Food tasted normal and alright after ordering a takeout order from them.
Great food with reasonable price. The service was excellent. Definitely going back.
This restaurant was such a delight for date night. Went around 9pm to catch the Ultimate Couples Package which is honestly such a great dining deal. You get 3 appetizers, two entrees and a desert. The portions were perfect and the food options were surprisingly very delicious. I enjoyed the food here more than the Skylon Tower dining experience so that says a lot. Highly recommend if you re in the area
The first thing they ask you is if you have a coupon. Is that something you do before or after? Fine dining restaurants in Niagara do that, I guess. Pros - Fine Dining - Good food - Singing Server - Friendly staff - Great cocktails n mocktails Cons - They restrict you from selecting from the Mains course if you tell them you have a coupon. - Quantity of meal not proportionate to the price they charge. - Tina, my server was adamant about getting us to order more.
Everything about this place was amazing The food , the server, the atmosphere Nothing more to say, would definitely return Food : 5/5
Our server Steve was extremely professional, humourous and accommodating. I was running late for a show and rushing through my dinner. He provided very prompt service while providing the most pleasant experience possible. The food was delicious and the prices were great :)
Had dinner here two nights in a row and was so pleased both nights. Food was served promptly, presented beautifully, and did I say OMG tasty!!! And of course when you are lucky enough to get a server like Val, you just have to request her section the 2nd night. Beautiful evening both times. Ty
Went there on Valentines Day for dinner.. made reservations weeks in advance. As we sat we were told that the kitchen staff has decided to stop serving the Valentines day special but we could still order from the menu.We spoke to the manager and she said we were being rude for asking why they stopped the special and we could order the exact same food from the menu for twice as much. We are still in shock how a restaurant can do this and yet when we left to eat elsewhere and finally got home their web page and Facebook ad is still offering the special. We literally got emails and confirmations days before and including the day of, but yet nothing was said then. Just wanted to share our experience for our first and last time at Remington in Niagara falls.
Valentines Day Dinner at Remingtons. They ran out of the Valentines Day special at 6:00 pm! uhm hello its Valentines Day... Cons - Ran out of Valentines Day special - Asked for Potato Skins... No potato skins available. - Mixed drink took 10 minutes to come - Servers dont look where they are going, bumped into three servers on two separate times. - Business Development Charge (Tourist Tax) what a sham!! Pros - Waitresss was nice and held good conversation. the one with pink/red tips in her hair - Tasty steak! - Singing server was great entertainment
We made a reservation for 7pm for Valentine s Day as their special menu sounded good. When we were sat, we were just given the regular menu with no special or drink menu. When the server came by he mentioned it would be at least one hour for mains to come out as they were under staffed. No problem - it was busy, expect to wait. We then asked for the Valentine s menu and drink menu. We were told they ran out and that they were also out of a lot of wine .upon looking around and seeing a lot of other disappointed faces and people asking to speak to the manager we ended up leaving without eating dinner here. This is unfortunate as we had heard many good things. Luckily, we called another spot told them the situation and they squeezed us in! Still got to enjoy a steak dinner just somewhere else. Don t think we will give them another try as the poor planning left a sour taste.
This nothing but a RIP off.iwm I waited 2 hours for appetizer
Where to start First off I went on there web site seen the dinner for 2 for 99 so I went to the calender n made reservations for valentines day at 5pm. So we get there they tell me that offer or menu is not available they have a valentine menu which is 159 and none of the menu I wanted was offered on the valentine menu. So we had to order off the regular menu for me to have my prime rib which I had to send back as it was under cooked and they gave me 2 pieces of yellow pepper the size of a toonie and 2 broccoli pieces about the same size and a very small portion of mashed potatoe for $60 and the prime rib was a 12 oz with 4 oz of fat and grizzle. So my gf ordered the seafood pasta and almost chocked cause they didnt take off the tails on the shrimp. There was 3 shrimp n 3 scallops total for $35. There drink menu said draught was 9.50 a pint when I got the bill they were $11 n $12 each and when I asked they said they changed there draft selection but didnt update menu lmao. I am in the hospitality industry management for 35 years so heres some advice. If u do not offer a special on a certain day u can block thar day on the calender on your site for thqt occasion so your guest dont get let down. I heard 3 other tables complaining they booked the same deal for 99 n were refused it and the table across from us had to send there steak back as it was over done and waited 25 for a new one and then gave up n left without eating. Also our app took 35 min for garlic bread then another 30 min for the main So over ALL I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place total RIP OFF That totally ruined alot of people valentines day I know that and offered nothing to compensate you at all The ONLY good thing was the service from our server Barry who has no control over any of that and was very nice so I dont take it out on the server n still tip accordingly and the singing waiter but as for management and the kitchen ABSOLUTELY will never return here or suggest anyone to go there
Something has drastically changed in the kitchen and not for the better. Portion of prime rib was very small and vegies overcooked and no variety. Just a pile of red peppers and mushy cauliflower. Weve been coming here for years. Time for a change.
What a gem, seriously, most of the time my experience for places in the tourist area is very negative, but this place WOW Staff amazing Atmosphere - comfy, romantic, tidy, elegant Food i cannot say anything negative, seriously nothing negative about our food. We came for my husband s 65th bd, choose the date night special, highly recommended, i got prime rib, husband, got the salmon, we got 3 choices of appetizers to split, a glass of wine each, of course the above mentioned entrees and then the desert yum yum yum, if i could score higher than 5 i would.
Best Steak in Niagara Falls. Service was outstanding. Live Entertainment Most reasonable prices Food : 5/5 |
Awful. For a steakhouse they should be able to cook a NY steak to medium - had to send the first one back: it was well done. Second one was medium well, dry and tough. They asked if I wanted another one, now more than an hour into the steak debacle. Avoid, even if you get the 30$ coupon.
Food not worth the price. Better ways to spend money in town.
Wonderful experience and our server Barry was a delight!!! Great energy, food and the woman singing added such beauty to the atmosphere
mediocre service and food.
Absolutely fantastic. Very nice friendly atmosphere. The singers are really good and the food is amazing. We all had the prime rib. Absolutely fantastic. The three shared appetizers were fantastic. The crab cake was the best I ever had. I dont remember what the dessert was. It was Italian. So good. Definitely a gem here, cant believe weve never tried this place before. Will definitely be back. Parking: Lots of parking for free.
The food was amazing. Although our waitress was wonderful she had too many tables to deal with. Waited forever for our dessert and bill.
Went to Remington in Niagara Falls for date night for the 1st time with friends and when it came to the main course I ordered the steak strip to cut into the find most of it was grizzled and my bake potato was cold that the butter didn t melt. The vegetables were 1piece of broccoli, 3 slices of peppers. Couldn t find the waitress to even send it back. Wasn t impressed, I can pass on this restaurant.
Food was delicious. Staff singing Christmas songs was a treat
My husband and I had reservations for New Years Eve for dinner. We had expected to have a wonderful delicious dinner, much like we had had in past visits to this resturant. We were very disapointented this time. At $99 per person it was overpriced for what we got. At that price it shoud have been perfect. My prime rib was beyond well done the first time (asked for medium) and luke warm at best. The striploin was very under done (medium rare) for what we asked for (medium well). The second time the prime rib was now way undercooked, the third time it was tolerable (still undercooked) and very tough. The server (was very good, and a good singer ) oversold the meal options. Very small portions for the price. All in all it was a disappointing experience. Remingtons normally has a reputation for being one of the better steak places in town, but not now.
Steaks are dreadful!! We ordered a fillet mignon and prime rib. The prime rib was overcooked and dry as hell, no sauce was given. Crab cake tastes like normal croquette, no crab meats at all. Signature prime soup tastes like Campbell can soup. Only the salad tastes good. Atmosphere and service are fine. But the steak was really horrible, I can cook better steak than this steakhouse does. Will NOT recommend to anyone and absolutely won t come again!
Very nice restaurant, excellent food and service plus the wait staff are good singers.
My partner and I love Remington s! We come here annually as part of our New Year Trip and we have a great experience each time. We get the Date Night package deal (a glass of wine each + 3 half apps of your choice + main + dessert) for $109. The baked brie is delicious, the main portions are massive and the dessert (a layered ice cream treat) is to die for! I had the prime rib and my partner had the steak and both were wonderful. On top of the meal, we also were provided a show! Both the hostess and one of the servers sang on occasion throughout the night and really added to the atmosphere. An overall excellent dining experience for a really good price. We ll keep coming back here for sure!
Love the food, Aura and the singers.
I had the seafood linguine[best I ve ever had}. My husband had the prime rib [excellent he said}. Great service from Blair!!!!
We ordered the Prime Rib with baked potato, which was excellent. Had crab cakes and calamari, which again were excellent, and the service was superb.
Agree steaks were horrible they didnt have the steak and lobster deal so they tried to bill me for a steak mean and 20 dollar lobster tail.2 bites because they were out of newyork steaks the meat was tough and over cooked when I asked for medium no pink no blood at all appetizers took over 1hr to come lucky me and the wife were not in a rush so we did spend some quality time together and that was the point so I cant complain there but as for service yeah hummor me mc Donalds has better servers
Lovely place to sup
The food was amazing and staff were knowledgeable and service was quick.
All it matters my son had a blast
A great place to have dinner with your sweetheart, family, friends. I have been there a few times with my wife. Strongly recommend you will not be disappointed.
Have been here two times. Everything is top notch. There is a great groupon so make sure to check it out. The food is amazing.
Excellent food with a great price when purchasing the couples package
Great dinner as always
Very nice restaurant. I received a voucher from our hotel. Thats why expectations werent that high, but they were far exceeded. The steak is a poem. The wine first class. The service perfect. Plus live music. Definitely stopping there is a real highlight. Thank you
Ate here yesterday and I don t understand how you can say you are the best steak house in Niagara. We had the prime rib the first one came out like show leather and the second not much past that the food was absolutely terrible and overpriced! Don t waste your money! The service however was okay.
Very dated but food was OK, service was EXCELLENT!
Absolutely disgusted in the service my parents received them they visited this establishment. It was highly recommended by a bunch of friends and I was sending my parents to Niagara for the anniversary and told them to have dinner at Remingtons and I d be covering the bill. The waiter they had barely gave my parents the time of day. He kept pushing an alcoholic drink on my mom who continued to decline and just wanted water. They could never get him to come to the table as he was too busy being distracted by a table of young women. My dad ordered a medium steak and received it rare and my mom ordered chicken breast and halfway through her chicken it was raw, cold and pink. The waiter failed to do anything about it and just took their plates away. Never offered to replace their meals and didn t even apologize especially for serving raw chicken!! I ve tried to call a number of times to speak to a manager and they either hang up on me or don t return my message. I have also email to try and resolve the situation and still no reply.
Ah, Remingtons Steakhouse, where the statues have more life than the mushrooms. If youre a fan of Frederic Remington, the legendary sculptor and painter who brought the Old West to life through his art, then youre in for a treat visually, at least. His bronze statues here are so vivid, youd half-expect them to break into a gallop or challenge you to a duel at high noon. Now lets saddle up and talk about the food, shall we? The mushrooms came to the table as unfinished as Remingtons initial clay models. At a $7 surcharge, these fungi shouldve been cooked to perfection, not left to impersonate a cowboy s leather boots. Then there were the mashed potatoes, which were as dry as a summer in Death Valley. I get it; with Remingtons sculptures setting a cowboy ambiance, maybe they felt obligated to make the potatoes mimic the arid plains of the Wild West. But hey, even a cowboy needs some moisture! The steak itself was the middle child of the meal utterly unremarkable, overshadowed by both its inferior and superior siblings. You know a steakhouse is struggling when Frederic Remingtons bronze cowboys are the most memorable part of the dining experience. But hold onto your cowboy hats! Our server was the lone ranger who saved the day. With the speed of a gunslinger, she whisked away our culinary misfires and returned with mashed potatoes buttered up like a slick saloon owner and mushrooms drenched in prime rib au jus. According to her, this was the old way they prepared them. I guess someone decided that patrons would enjoy a culinary downgrade, perhaps to keep in tune with the rough-and-tumble cowboy theme. In the end, as much as I admire Frederic Remington s artistic genius, Id rather mosey on over to The Keg for a dining experience that doesn t feel like a wild west misadventure. Our server, though? She should consider employment at a place where the food is as remarkable as the art. So if you find yourself tempted by the allure of Remington s masterpieces, just remember come for the art, but consider grazing elsewhere for your grub. Yee-haw, but also, maybe nay?
They have a hard time getting food to the table hot. Crab cakes were stone cold and garlic break unedible. Prime rib was fine but only warm. Bake potato was lukewarm. Wont be going back and will give my $50 coupon away..
We stumbled on Remingtons while walking in the area looking for our last dinner while in town. We both ordered the halibut and it was simply outstanding. We will have to try the Remingtons in Chicago.
We got the couples special. The calamari is excellent, the fried brie is good, and the rest of the food is just okay. Our server was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was nice and quiet because we went right at opening (4pm).
compared to other restaurants I have been too, the service was just okay, I enjoyed the live music that happened every 30 min, the food however was very bland, no seasoning whatsoever, and the prices were a bit high. Overall it wasnt worth it and personally will not be going back again.
Absolutely fantastic! We had the prime rib dinners and they were incredible. The apple crumble for dessert was perfect. Our server was great and really friendly. We had a really great time and will be back next visit to Niagara.
I have lived in the Region for nearly 20 years, but had never been to Remingtons. Im so glad that we made the effort. The prime rib was every bit as good as the Keg. Our server, Tina, was friendly and efficient. I had the creme brule for dessert, and I have to say its the best that Ive ever had. We will definitely be back! Parking: Parking was free, in an underground lot, but it was packed, and it took us awhile to find a spot.
This is a bit confusing to write so Ill start at the top. There is no shortage of steak houses in Niagara Falls. We chose this one because it was recommended by a friend. Upon arrival we sat at the bar and ordered some wine. Nice place pleasant staff, so far so good. We were seated at our table and proceeded to order dinner. I ordered escargots and have never seen them served in a cheese sauce but they were good Three of the four people in our party ordered the ribeye, and the fourth ordered a strip steak. When the food arrived the three ribeyes looked odd and mine was very rare (ordered medium rare) We proceeded to eat dinner and the food was good. Later we got to thinking what actually happened. The three people that ordered ribeye we believe that strip steak and the one person that ordered strip steak got a ribeye. We also realized that my wife did not get the salad she ordered, but we dont believe we paid for it either. Overall the dinner was good the steaks we got were good but somebody definitely messed up somewhere and we didnt realize it until after the fact. I would probably go there again and be more conscious of what was happening.
Ive only been here twice, but everything was really good both times. NY strip was cooked perfectly, veggies were good, and baked potato did the trick. Kinda wish they would serve a complimentary roll or fresh bread, but overall, great meal
Our server, Lindsay, provided top notch service for our entire meal. Just the right amount of attention and always appeared when she was needed. The food was delicious from the start with fried brie, Caesar salad and crab cake, followed by prime rib with baked potato and vegetables, to the finish with a tasty dessert. It was accompanied by a Peller Cab Merlot. I would highly recommend.
The lamb shank was great
Great dinner with live music and good service. We used a groupon voucher and it was smooth
I love how the staff break out in song!
My wife and I took advantage of Niagara Falls hotels Sleep Cheap deals. We decided to take advantage of Remingtons Steak House $99 dinner for two. My wife made the reservation online and we were sent a Booking confirmed email. We decided to invite our friends to join us. I changed the reservations from 2 to 4 online and I asked for a confirmation either by email or telephone. Its been 3 days and we havent heard a word. Weve called the restaurant and we keep getting that the line is in disrepair, and to call back later. Were thinking of cancelling because were not getting any attention from Remingtons.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was so pleasant, clean and not run down whatsoever. The service was also great! We did go just after 4, but our server was really nice and the food came out instantly. The woman that greeted us at the door was even so sweet and ended up singing during the meal. We did the couples deal and since we re underage they kindly let us substitute the wine. The food was absolutely amazing and i m never one for order meat and especially not beef, but the prime rib was so so good. I highly recommend and will be back :) Parking: Parking is at the hotel beside
Had a great dinner. We took advantage of the date night special. Was excellent for the price. And parking was free, which was a nice bonus! Will definitely go back.
Stopped in for dinner and a drink after work the other night, and everything was delicious! Highly recommend the Remys Island Punch if you enjoy a fruity, light cocktail. Food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection.
We used their online coupon last night and both my friend and I had excellent meals! He was a chef at one time and so he can be very critical but he thought the steak was delicious and my prime rib was the best Ive had in a very long time. Our server was great...we enjoyed the singer... and all round...the food and all else was great! For sure going back and for sure will recommend.
It was all truly amazing from start to finish.
Food was just so delicious and good portions. I loved the Calamari and all dishes in general.. I think they can do it better with dessert (Truffa ice cream), but in general it worth it.
We did the wagjag menu, the food wasnt bad but the atmosphere and service were great. The 3 appetizers combine to one plate so theyre smaller portions, the mains are normal sized plates. We expected the singing servers to be a little bit hokey but they do a great job of both song selection and volume control so its not disruptive. The server that sang the night we went is also very talented so unless you were looking at him you might not have known that it was live music versus recorded. With a few drinks each and tip included it was about $100 per person, so fairly affordable for a steak house type of outing
The couples menu is an excellent deal. For 50 dollars, they offer wine for 2, 3 appetizers, main course for 2, desserts for 2. This meal is very filling after spending one full day, skipping lunch and a light breakfast. Parking: Shared parking lot with nearby businesses.
We had a great time. The atmosphere is fantastic, the hostess sings from time to time. We ordered drinks, seen in the photos. They only have local beer on tap. I didn t like the beer but the server changed it out for a caesar without charging for the beer. I ordered the french onion soup, which was ok. For the main course we ordered the 8 oz prime rib with sautéed mushrooms and the lobster mac n cheese. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. Some of the best food we ve had in a long time. They warn that the horseradish has some serious kick to it. They aren t kidding. Our server was great. Would definitely go every time we come to town.
Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Food was below par, especially for the value.
Natasha was a great bartender . Very professional . Drinks were great thank Service : 5/5
Very good food and service. Lots of elderly patrons.
Great place
Horrible indifferent service
Great experience one of the best dining options in Niagara
Definitely lives up to its reputation as one of the best steakhouse out there. Had the New York steak and it was so good! Staff were very attentive and not intrusive, ambiance was great and food top notch. Highly recommend this place !
Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. Food was exceptionally great
My friend Nafeez and I dined here because we stayed at the Niagara Falls hotel next door thanks to the Groupon deal, which includes gift certificates to this restaurant. But we took the $99 3 course dinner combo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hostess that seated us sang during dinner, and we were given another $50 GC to use in the future. The staff are friendly and professional. The upside down reindeer antler chandelier did give me the hebejebes and reminded me of that commercial of hippies singing kumbaya.
What a nice dinner experience would highly recommend this restaurant
We enjoyed a prime rib dinner at Remingtons. The food was very good and the service was great. The roving singers entertaining us every so often just gave an added touch!
We had an amazing dinner. Our server was absolutely wonderful and Blair the singing server was really good and he interacted with our granddaughter who was thrilled.
Dated steakhouse with ok good, ok service and decent wagjag promos. When in niagara if you havent tried it, probably try it. We probably wont be back.
Service was fast and attentive. Excellent value even in this very touristy area. Had the couples 3 course meal package and was completely full. Prime rib was very good. The the apple crumble dessert delicious. Parking: A small lot, one building east was cheap and easy to use.
Had a great experience here! Val was an excellent server!! The dinner for two was really a great deal and the quality of the food was great. There was also a singer that came out and she was fantastic.
Again such a great experience. Mimi was our server, she was fantastic and the food was just delicious. We will be back.
As my 3 star rating suggests....... its ok. First time Ive been there, so I cant say if it was a one off, but for the price, I would think the food would have been properly cooked. Wait staff were excellent though.
