Nice breakfast spot. The orange juice and pancakes were good. The atmosphere was a little loud for breakfast, but I was still able to enjoy a conversation with my wife.
If you are looking for a nice breakfast you can try this place. They have a good variety of breakfast items. The service was good and fast. The staff are courteous. A must go place for breakfast.
Visiting from California and we recently dined at Sunset Grill and had a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional—flavorful and beautifully presented. Our server, Jennifer, was a highlight of the morning; she was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Overall, a great atmosphere paired with top-notch service and delicious food. The meat lover's poutine had at least 3 different meats with a generous covering of hollandaise sauce. My server, Michelle, kept my cup of well brewed coffee topped up and left me with plenty of enthusiastic smiles to brighten my day! I am now on a quest to find the best poutine in Ontario as I roadtrip through in my RV. I highly recommend the Sunset Grill. It's small yet cozy and my food was amazing!
Visited on two occasions. First on the patio with my wife and our puppy. Second time inside with my mother. This is a great location for all day breakfast food. For a busy tourist area we were seated very quickly on both occasions. Martyna was an excellent server at a very busy restaurant. The eggs, bacon and sausages were cooked well and tasted great. Prices were a bit high for a Sunset Grill, but you are paying for the Niagara on the Lake location, so that is to be expected. Food quantity made sure you were well satiated.

Rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, it truly enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, this brunch spot offers a wonderful combination of delicious food, great coffee, and a delightful outdoor setting. It's definitely worth a visit!
I recently visited Sunset Grill and ordered the wrap. While it was quite oily, it was still tasty. The flavors were good, and the ingredients seemed fresh. Overall, it was a decent meal, but I would have preferred it to be a bit less greasy. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was adequate. An okay experience overall.
We stopped in for a late breakfast on a Monday. They offer an all-day breakfast menu. There was no wait and we were seated immediately however I can tell you that the previous morning the line for seating was out the door. Our server was friendly and pleasant. Our meals were good. Prices are reasonable. We enjoyed ourselves.

A cozy daytime cafe with a full menu of the usual breakfast and lunch items plus a great assortment of specialty dishes. Staff all hustled to take care of customers; our server Michelle was no exception making sure everything was in order. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a lovely town to explore as well. Vegetarian options: There are both vegetarian and vegan choices on the menu. Parking: Parking for the whole downtown is nearby.
The hamburger patty is too dry. No juice.By the end, its like chewing cardboard.Disappointed.I bring important foreign guests here almost every year.But its getting worse.I hope the quality of the food can be further improved.

My wife and I went to this location for breakfast this morning and were so delighted that we chose this establishment for so many reasons namely: 1. The person who greeted us and served us, Jennifer, was an absolute delight. It is very clear she loves her job and the customers that frequent this restaurant. 2. The food here is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. The fresh squeezed orange juice was to die for. 3. The price, when compared to all of the supposed 5 star restaurants in this area was completely within our budget and I can see us now visiting this chain restaurant in our home town. One last recommendation, Jennifer who I only met this morning for the first time, is a definite asset to this organization. Being in a senior role during my career I think this company needs to seriously consider her talents in the service arena and what she may be able to do in the bigger picture of this franchise.
Great place for breakfast, corned beef hash was exceptional, but the best thing, Jennifer, our server who lights up the place.

The coffee was terrible. Blueberry pancakes pasty. They served some syrup that was not real maple syrup, unexpected in Canada which is a source for great maple syrup. Even the water tasted terrible. Great service but unfortunately the edible portion of the meal was subpar. I hate to bash restaurants, but just don t order pancakes, coffee, or water. Maybe other items are better

The food is normal. I ordered additional bacon for an avocado toast and the waitress wouldnt serve it. The menu includes additional food items at an extra cost but she told me it was only for eggs. We werent done and she took the bill and wanted us to pay right then and there. We wanted to ask for something more, but we didnt feel like it
Took 45 minutes for eggs benny and eggs and bacon. Its understandable if youre understaffed or really busy, but I think it would be polite to notify guests if its going to take a long time to deliver. Could tell the staff was totally overwhelmed so provided really bad service. Food was okay
The location is good, just on the main street; the environment is good, surrounded by flowers and green plants, the price is high, and there is often a queue.

I was in town and starving. Was seated quickly and finally had a breakfast that fulfilled me. The waitress I had was Jen. Didn t keep hounding me but knew exactly what I wanted and when. She was so inviting I could have sat her at the table and chatted the rest of my meal. The food was cooked to perfection and the silverware was spotless. This is my new go to spot

This is a place where the service of employees with beautiful smiles will remain in the company for a long time.
They were out of chicken, the breakfast potatoes were completely unseasoned, and the avocado toast was drowned in Italian dressing for some reason.
This is the second year in a row we have come to Niagara on the Lake and had breakfast at the Sunset Grill each day. We love the food and the coffee is excellent. But, the highlight is Jennifer, our server! She is so fun and her cheerfulness is addicting. She arrives at the table singing and may throw in a little dance step as well. Rest assured, we will be back.
