We enjoyed Taco Tuesday (Oct 15, 2024) with tasty fish and shrimp tacos. The service was excellent, our waitress also recommended a refreshing rose wine for lunch. We returned later in the evening for a chocolate martini, the bartender was professional and attentive . The martinis were delicious!
We were here on a Sunday evening and had a nice and relaxed time after a long day. Aaron took great care of us with his positive enegry. Definitely recommend!
We are a family of 6, visiting from Ireland and we were very disappointed in our experience here. The service was very slow. When the food eventually arrived, they had dropped one of the dishes and it had to be re prepared. When we ordered coffees and deserts, the coffees arrived out and we were left waiting for nearly 40 mins for the deserts. We had to ask twice for them, even stating it wasn’t worth waiting any longer, when they arrived. We were annoyed and we stated this. When the deserts were put in front of us there was no cutlery to eat them with. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter Ciaran, he stated that he couldn’t carry the cutlery and deserts at the same time. We found this profoundly rude given that there was ample time to set the cutlery as we were waiting over 40 mins for the deserts. Would not return nor recommend to others. Just to add to that , the Ceaser salad was the most miserable I’ve ever had…. A plate of iceberg lettuce with a drizzle of dressing and 3 prawns! Disgraceful
Wow! A hidden gem in Niagara on the Lake. Salome is a sweetheart and really worked with us to cater to dietary restrictions. I appreciated their full late menu because my family and I were HUNGRY. I only wish they had more fish entrees, my mom had to settle for fish tacos (which were still delish). Shoutout to the gentleman at the door as well! I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but am assuming he was the closing maitre d on 8/23/24.
Beautiful restaurant! Food is beyond amazing. Staff are classy and friendly. They treated our reservation for my Husband's 40th with so much elegance and were very accommodating to our time frame.
We have visited the Vintage properties many times over the years both to stay and dine. In this case we brought my in laws who live locally for lunch. On the positive they accommodated 6 of us on the patio on short notice and our server was pleasant enough albeit a bit inflexible. Nice location overlooking the marina. Unfortunately food was really disappointing - bland and expensive. $25 for a bowl of seafood chowder which was very thin and the "seafood" consisted of few shelled mussels. Two chicken wraps were what you would expect from a fast food place. Burger was good albeit a bit overloaded with sauce. We were also here for an overnight stay in April 2023 and had a similar experience food wise on a fixed price menu. It was a birthday celebration and they mentioned there would be something special brought to the room but nothing appeared. Not that we feel this is a reasonable expectation as a guest but best not to promise something and not deliver. The Vintage properties are still beautiful but service and food (which we always thought was a strong suit) has really fallen off. Hope they read these reviews and make the effort to raise the bar.
Extremely expensive for Terrible Horrible food!! The worst pulled beef you can ever imagine. Few grams of Dry overcooked pulled fibers of meat topped with mustard off a can, on a 60 gram piece of plain white bread, sold for 35$. What the heck?? French fries in broken tiny pieces fried in old oil. Waiter was diligent, kind but not experienced at all. The only normalcy consisted on the draft beers, the bottle of wine, and the expressos. I took guests there because of the atmosphere. Food used to be better some 10 years ago or more. Now, it is horrendous! The manager and the cook should be fired!!! I will only go there for drinks in the future.
Took a trip to try their taco Tuesday menu. They’re good and fresh. Ordered oven-braised beef taco and tempeh taco with chili lime calamari platter. It takes time for them to take the order but its very understandable there’s only very few staff members. Turrel is very busy, but very attentive to details and for sure can hit our orders right. He recommended a bar tender sweet drink to my wife called peach cosmo.
Great place for a late night snack and Earl Grey Decaf Tea.
The quality and flavour does not match the high price at this restaurant. I would not recommend.
It s perfect for an afternoon of Taco Tuesday and beer. Great service, beautiful and peaceful place, what more could you ask for?

A few friends and I went here tonight for drinks. We had a reservation made six months ago for a special occasion. Immediately upon arrival, we did not feel that they were very warm or welcoming. They seated us quickly but took a long time to come take our order and no one even brought water over the entire time we were there. We each ordered one cocktail. They looked great when they arrived but two of them were the type that needed to be stirred so the liquor wasn t only on the bottom. We asked for straws and they brought us used straws that were sticky AND had liquid in them (photo shown of what was laid on our table). They were clearly used. We flagged a waitress down as soon as we realized, pointed out they were dirty and used, and asked for new ones. Instead of apologizing and immediately bringing us new straws, the waitress actually questioned us and asked if we were sure we hadn t used them to stir our drinks, which were clearly still layered and unmixed as the bartender had made them. They then said we wouldn t give you used ones as if we were lying, and then seemingly unwillingly took them away to bring us new straws. Another waitress did apologize upon bringing us clean straws, and a man came out to ask how things were going. I assume he may have been the manager or owner. We didn t kick up a huge fuss but were clearly not impressed. We paid and left as soon as possible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What they did was inconsiderate, disgusting, and frankly unsafe and unhygienic regardless of a pandemic. Furthermore, questioning us as if we made the straws dirty on our own was insulting.

Excellent service, food and views down to the Niagara River. The pace of service is relaxing, not hurried. The Queens Landing Hotel and dining experience was fabulous.
Nice hotel restaurant. There menu was diverse and affordable, great flavour on the lamb I ate and the steak my wife had had a nice Cajun rub. Servers were very attentive and helped with wine pairing which was great even offered a sample. The view and outdoor seating area is picturesque. Downsides: felt the portion was a bit small on the lamb but it was fairly filling, the shoestring fries were okay but not quite Keg quality and a bit blackened maybe consider going with a better brand or style, and finally the indoor seating wasn t that comfortable for eating - great deep chairs for drinking or lounging but where we sat indoors wasn t amazing, kind of squished your stomach but we are 5 8 maybe more comfy for ppl 6 ft taller.
Beautiful weather allowed us to have a lovely lunch on the terrace. Attentive and polite waiter. Delicious food; Caesars salad and divine creme brulêe. Worth a visit
Always classy, great munchies & monthly specials - like $1 oysters on the patio in the summer, and yummy $5 burgers! Many great wines and beers by the glass too!
