We had pizza and chicken fingers. Both were great. Service was great, despite the fact the solo bartender/server was run ragged.

Great eats from Yuvraj, great service from Hershey. Why wouldnt you want to spend your layover or work week hanging out here?

The food here is always great. Been trying to catch them off guard but they are always on point. Servers are great too. Anil and Kavita are absolutely fantastic. My coffe never runs dry. I stayed at the Sheraton for multiple weeks and had the opportunity to go to rics a few different times . I was never disappointed ! Chicken avocado wrap was perfectly made and delicious, pizza rolls are unique and so good , spinach dip was full of flavour. I did not have a meal that wasn t super well made and full of flavour . Highly recommend

Oh my what a gem of a place. As you walk in you can be greeted with the best of the best smell of great cooking...in fact as we were sitting and deciding we were surrounded by an incredible smell that we had to ask...the answer was butter chicken ..of course we tried and it was above and beyond...they are so accommodating that I enjoy both the so yummy poutine but as well the butter chicken sauce on top...the portions are so generous as well...the staff are the most welcoming group of people...it kinda feels like home...for those game nights they too are a great place to sit back and enjoy...I enjoyed it so much that now Ive met friends here and it too has become their favorite...if someone chooses to come here Im sure too it will be a great experience

We were passing through from BC and we stopped here to try and eat. We walked in, and thought wow it s beautiful in here- two people were behind the bar talking, doing cash counting, didn t acknowledge us at all- hey folks come on in have a seat where ever you d like - will be right with you then about 3 minutes later a girl comes over with the most miserable look, Says how s it going- with the lowest level of energy in her voice and puts the menus down and walks away- so how about telling us about your food & drink specials? What about your soup of the day? This was so unacceptable, and so unprofessional. After the lack of happiness and acknowledgement. We left. There s a reason the place is empty at 4pm on a Saturday. This place could be saved with a simple fix get a better server in there. Horrible experience & didn t even spend 10 minutes there.

Service was odd. No one stays behind the bar, so you wait for service while the staff stand and lord over the dining room. Staff are friendly, but need a lesson on how to run a restaurant with a large bar.

Absolutely amazing experience!! The food was very well prepared and exceptionally delicious. Their service was incredible and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Their Sticky toffee pudding is a must try, probably one of the best dessert I ve ever had. Highly recommended!!

We came here on Christmas Eve to meet up with friends for supper. Lots of parking available including Handicap parking. They have a nice menu and selection that should please everyone. Food was brought out pretty quick and was served hot. Ambience is awesome and customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We ate here for breakfast and dinner. We had small children with us. So much wrong with the service we received. We were not offered a booster seat or high chair for the kids, we found them on our own the next day. We ate at a table with a table cloth, the next day, they still had the soiled tablecloth on the same table. Some coffee was served Luke warm while others at the table were piping hot. Rye toast is hard as a rock, avoid ordering rye toast. Staff appear to be timid and inexperienced, but they are extremely polite. I would not recommend eating here when staying at the hotel.

Was staying at the Four Points hotel so this restaurant was an easy and convenient place to eat breakfast in. I had the omelet and found it to be tasty and filling. They had a fairly decent selection of food. The restaurant opened at seven in the morning which while it worked for my timings may be a bit late if you have an early flight. They are also open in the evening for a supper meal, I didnt have supper there so can not comment on that menu. If you are staying at the Four Points it just makes sense to eat here.

Roast beef yorkie consisted of heated up sliced deli meat that taste like it was starting to go bad, dry mashed potatoes and undercooked vegetables. Did not finish the meal because food was awful. About on par with a TV dinner. The service was decent.

Had the beef dip and could not finish it due to the insane amount of salt. Unedable. Server said she would let the chef know, and that was it, never heard a word back.

Nice laid back restaurant at Sheraton 4 Points. Kinda Sports Bar Feel serving home style cooking. Chicken Noodle soup was ideal to heat you up on a Winter evening. Service was great also, super friendly and timely!

I would have given zero stars if I could. I was hungry by the i arrived at the Four Points, and it was -33°C outside for me to go out for dinner. I ordered a Veggie burger, which i picked up to eat back in my room (one nice thing about them). The burger patty was so very oily that it made me sick. I had clearly said no Mayo, but there was tons of mayo on it. The fries were oily too but the only edible part of the meal. I did not eat any more than i needed to not feel hungry. $20 for a meal i cud not finish and did not enjoy.

This was a fantastic meal! Amaan was a great and friendly server..so attentive to our needs. The service was fast, the food was sooo good and we just really had a great experience here.

Great place to spend some quite time and a great meal. The chef is down to earth with a great menu, all coming from his passion for food and a desire to create a wonderful dinning experience. Try his chicken soup, I have it every time. You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the best chicken parm dishes Ive ever had. Flavor of the chicken was excellent, the spice blend added the pefect flavor. Veggies cooked to perfection and excellent blend of flavours. I eat in resturaunts as Im on the road with work regularly and this is the best Ive eaten since being in NOLA.

This place recently acquired new owners and oh my goodness... the food was so good! My husband and I were staying at the hotel and debating where to go for dinner, finally we decided to just stay here at the hotel restaurant and boy were we glad we did. The service was great and the food rivaled the best restaurants in the okanagan. They have done an incredible job. We ordered the caeser wrap, it had what tasted like in house made caeser dressing and generous amounts of FRESH parmesean - so delicious, as well as the bison short ribs which were so tender and flavorful. Oh and the french fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. Please give this place a try you wont regret it! It is much more than just your average hotel restaurant.

Under new management since March, we decided to give this place another try (22/11/28) and were very impressed with both the food and the service.

I m in town for work a lot and this is the best butter chicken I ve ever had. I stay at this hotel because of Ric s cooking. If you can find a better dish I need to know about it because I bet this is the best.

The décoré is very nice and staff quite friendly, there was an issue with my dish. However my server (yruvag) made up for it fantastically and could not have asked for a better mannered person to have addressed my concerns about the food. Highly recommend and will be back because of (yruvag) and his professionalism.

We were staying at four points and had supper here, I have a severe allergy to onions and garlic, fresh and as a spice, so I can not eat out to often cause their is usually that stuff in everything. So I asked for vegetarian pizza no onions and no sauce, but olive oil for dressing. The chef came out asked me if he can make me a tomato sauce with some flavor and will make sure their is no onion or garlic spice in it, so he went back made me a very tasty pizza with sauce that I can have and I so recommend this restaurant if your traveling and have food allergies cause they are very understanding Thank you again for being so accommodating. Will be back forsure the next time we stay at four points in nisku

Servers do not know anything about the menu. Plus the menu looks like it is from an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered a Chicken Parmesan, and it was a microwaved Chicken Cordon Bleu with bland marinara sauce all over. (likely frozen from costco up the street). Dont waste your money/time.

We ordered chicken fingers and a all meat pizza. The chicken fingers was the boxed ones from a grocery store and the fries werent fully cooked. The pizza is a grocery store crust that tasted like cardboard and they tried to cover it up by adding a whole bunch of ham. It was absolutely dreadful. And the price is ridiculous. Dont eat here.

Everything we ordered turned out better then expectations. Its a nice place within the Four Points Sheraton near Edmonton Airport. Will recommend it if youre staying at Four Points or nearby.

I have a rics grill gift card and they wont take it. Someone got the $50 and they wont honor it. I lost $$ Thats horrible customer service. Def lost a customer and I will be telling everyone else not to go here. I can see why all the other rics grills are closed.

We were actually pleasantly surprised! It has been our experience, though not at this particular hotel chain, that the restaurants connected to hotels are not always the best. Often they are overpriced and mediocre, their only saving grace is convenience. But this restaurant defied expectations! The food was quite good, and the service was fantastic. My husband and I were very appreciative, we left full and satisfied, both saying we would eat there again. Thank you!

Not what we were expecting. Think greasy spoon trying and failing. The smell of cooking oil was pervasive, theopen kitchen was more fast food than fancy. Server did her best, but Ugh, she didnt make the menu or cook the food. Very disappointing.

Had a misunderstanding with the server about a breakfast item, as I was charged for it. Server started arguing with me, was very unprofessional & unkempt. This restaurant is a 3rd party, NOT apart of the hotel. You can find better food surrounding the hotel, esp because youre paying for basic diner food with hotel prices.

One of the only options in the immediate area for food, and it is exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel restaurant; Sub par quality food at high prices.

Poor menu and sub par food for price

Very expensive, slow service, food was average and took for every for a simple stir fry and wasnt completely cooked. Some Veggies were still raw but the experience was too much to complain. I stay at the hotel for business and this is the second unsatisfying visit Ive had and there wont be a third. The atmosphere is like your in a cafeteria with bright lights that cant be dimmed so if your looking for a quiet, soft lighting this isnt your place. The menu is very expensive and I guess that come with the name Rics so go online and check out the menu prior if your thinking about going.

I really like this place, simple, good food, straight up! What I dont understand is after trying all the other restaurants in town, why isnt this packed? Great service, met the cook who was polite and competent, love the glass wall and so on. This is a good spot; I guess the only thing is that its in a hotel which may shy some.
