An enjoyable dining experience with big screen TV'S for watching sports. They have a reasonably good selection of beer and the service was excellent. I had the dill pickle smash burger that was very good. It came with french fries which were standard fare but nothing special. Also the vegetarian power bowl with rice, spinach, cucumber, avocado and peppers was good.
Amazing burger! Held its shape and wasn’t messy but so tasty! Had the burger and Greek fries and buffalo wings and Saskatoon berry pie! Can’t wait for my next meal there!

Top 3 places to eat in the city. I recently dined at The Big Barrel Tavern and had a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious and well-flavored, with each dish exceeding expectations. The pricing was very reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Additionally, the menu offered a wide selection of meals and drinks, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, I would definitely visit The Big Barrel Tavern again.
Friendly service, great cocktails and draught beer. Daily specials, Can't ask for much more than that ! Burgers are the best menu item. Stay away from the beef dip, maby it was an off night but sub Par at best.
The service I have received is always stellar. Armory beer (local brew masquerading as the house draught) on tap is a definite bonus; very tasty. Food menu is reasonably diverse and the taste and quality are excellent and consistent. Big thumbs up. I'm now a regular.
Ordered burger with skip the dishes.. I've never had a more delicious burger in my life!! Whatever they are doing they are doing it right! I don't normally write reviews, but i had to say something, well done!
I liked the atmosphere. Nice new and clean. The waiter was ok not much for smiling. The others smiled more and checked in on me often. I was disappointed with my burger. The patties were dry and so was the bacon. I looked over at another customer that had a single patty burger and it looked the same thickness as my double... One more thing. Make sure someone there can make a cocktail - get some training maybe have a cocktail night once a month so they can get better. Mine were not very good. Overall this is not a bad place at all. Time will tell if they improve.

Best burgers in Town. Roadhouse burger is delicious and the sweet potato fries with garlic dip so good.
Server was very rude. Didnt help us at all until we were ready to pay and even then she gave us attitude. Food was alrightbut wont be going back because of the service

Went to the Big Barrel Tavern in North Battleford tonight. I had a burger and my wife had the pasta. Cant say enough good things about this restaurant. More of a pub atmosphere, service was quick and food came hot and tasty. If you are staying at the comfort inn or the holiday Inn these places are walking distance. They also have Frenchs Ketchup. Good to see supporting Canadian products.. Very nice place for a drink or a meal. 10 out of 10. We will be back.

Good food, good service, and a clean environment with a sports bar feel in an upscale setting. You can hear who youre with and not other tables with well volumed music. Great experience, will come again next time we are in town!

I called in and placed my order over the phone. I found the menu online. Ordered the Big Barrel Burger, it was well worth the money. This Burger is packed with all the protein a man needs, two smashed patties, 2 strips of hearty bacon, 2 mozzarella sticks, deep fried pickels and sautéed onions and mushrooms. Everything went together very well, non of the flavours over powered another. There hasnt been a burger like this in town for a very long time if ever. The owner or manager was very friendly and approached me for a conversation. I really appreciate that kind of service. 10/10 will be back.
Impeccable food, top notch service, sport bar atmosphere with a touch of class. My go to in NBreezy Parking: Parking is limited when she s busy. But walmart is 10 steps away.

Great new option for NB. Food was great and possibly best burgers in town. The space and atmosphere was comfortable and nice. Great beer list just get a board with all available beer on the wall and save your servers from having to answer this question. One thing is the ventilation .and for that I won t be back until resolved. It is very deep fryer-ish in there and you stink like it when you leave ..
