No thank you no greeting who made drinks for me. They even did not sanitize ice cap machine after making each drinks . In front of me he made my ice cap without sanitizing the machine. It was dirty before my drink girl made icecap with chocolate milk so they need sanitize it before making other drink. When they have inspection how they act like they always follow standards 🙄 omg
I don't understand how someone can eat this and they say it's normal.
We went to drive thru august 24 around 12:15pm We ask them to toast the croissant with butter and then put hashbrown inside it But they didn’t toast it When we return it back to them and ask it is not toasted and they toasted it with hashbrown and sauce inside and make it worse
If you are stopping at a Timmy’s as you pass through, find a different location. We stopped here on our way to Regina and on our way back with 6 days inbetween. The ladies washroom must not have been cleaned between our visits. It was disgusting. The water tap barely works - I had to use the tap behind the counter to wash off the awful smelling soap. Oh - and one of the 2 stalls was missing a door. When I talked to an employee, he seemed offended by my disapproval of the state of the facility. No apology, and no one ever went to do a bathroom check. DO BETTER!
Great place to stop!!! Coffee was perfect, food was done quickly and was great. Bathroom was ni e and clean. The best part was the super friendly staff we had!!! Definitely suggest this Tims!!!!
TERRIBLE!!! We went at 7:45am and got served 2 stale things from the night before. A chocolate dipped donut which was hard and clearly from yesterday, and a hash brown that was obviously from yesterday, but they just warmed it up. Gross!! Very disappointing. Edit: they also didn’t give me my receipt, so I’m unable to fill out the review form 🙄

So the website was edited to 4:30-11:00 BUT apparently these are DriveThru hours (dining room hours are not posted) BUT as I stood outside waiting for her to open at 4:45 March 30 I watched several POed customers drivethru a still/closed drivethru,

Ladies washroom has 2 stalls. One has no door. Not in the budget to keep the bathrooms repaired? Gave me and the 3 other ladies in there a laugh but come on. At least put a curtain up.

Ordered drinks from there earlier today, drive thru lady was rude, plus there was some sort of I don t even know what it was in my mothers coffee. She almost choked on it! Went back and showed a worker, didn t get no explanation but she did give us another coffee

This place has a bad track record, when it comes to mobile ordering. Order is rarely ready within 10 minutes.
Forgot a jacket here, returned the next day and asked the same employees who served us yesterday and asked if they saw a red jacket, they said they havent and they will go check in the back.(why check in the back if they havent seen it?) And the one woman I was talking to went in the back and told the other to come with her (why does she need another person?), came back almost a minute later and said there was none.
Excellent service but washrooms need some attention.

Just got coffee. 2 seconds ago Lady was busy talking to some guy about her tax stuff didnt say a word just put the machine in front of my face and handed me the cup and closed the window. What a great customer service and this happened several times

Not a good experience even after asking four times they didn t make the coffee right and asked for less ice they put extra really bad.
Drive thru is worse. Worse tim ever. I ordered Orange pekoe chai tea latte. And they gave me steep tea with 2 chai tea bag inside. You have to pay lot of attention while receiving order or making one.

Lazy staff who dont care about their customers. You guys close at 11:00 & it was only just after 9:00 when I asked for a wrap & the person taking my order said sorry cant do wraps, weve already closed the grill. Like why are you guys closing things down when you still have another 2 hours of service? I also never get a positive attitude or at least a smile at the drive-thru window. I always get this dead grumpy look towards me, Like sorry its not my fault your guys restaurant sucks? yeah, totally sounds like good customer service huh?

Drive thru not open till 11 like stated
More than half the time my order is wrong. Today, i got a breakfast combo with a caramel iced capp. I got a plain ice capp and they made my breakfast on the wrong bagel even though I corrected them twice when at the order speaker. The store by Sobeys has way better service.

August 1,2023 - it says closing at 11:00 pm . Came at 10:35 pm - and they closed doors and the drive through. Wasted my time running here.
Great staff and customers are a bit rude, bathroom says closed for a reason....lady ignores the closed sign screams at a sight. I just laughed and told the employee, not your fault, you did put up a closed sign and she barged right in. Best fail ever.
Got a coffee and yogurt parfait. The parfait did not have granola so I went back to the counter and asked if it came with granola. They at first insisted it should be in the lid and I had to tell them it wasnt there a few times and i showed them before getting a parfait with granola.

I go through with drive through and firstly she took my order verry rudely and I ordered midum chocolate creamy chill and midum rosted hazelnut cold brew and clearly mentioned that I need only 3 to 4 ice cube. When I got my order its lots off ice cube and when I told to her about this she give me reply verry rudely and said you want it or not. Its really disgusting. And after some rudely conversation from here she gave me verry bad test of my cold brew coffee. I throw that in a garbage and west of money. Staff was really annoying and verry egoistic and verry negative attitude. I recommend that do not go at this north bettleford tim Horton.

They have a man with very bad body odour handling the drive through. We pulled up to get our order and instead of our vehicle smelling like coffee we left with a very bad odour in our vehicle. Its disgusting. I cant believe they let him work smelling like that.

I am a regular customer here for this location. The coffee they served me was not fresh so I asked the server to give me a fresh one. She brought me a second cup of coffee from a different pot but it was also not fresh. I ended up buying coffee from another store. I have observed they make a good profit if they dont drained the old coffee and keep serving the old one until someone complains.. The advertisement of serving fresh coffee is just a wage slogan to sell their product..

Disappointing food prep. The breakfast sandwich and breakfast wrap were cold assembled. Not a hint of warmth anywhere. Quick service doesnt mean quick and dirty.
