I always have the Canadian breakfast with a big cup of coffee, A&W coffee is the best in the west.

Very quick. The ladies are working hard and speedy, don t get mad if they forget something! Big smiles, friendly. Also clean and updated, lots of seating and bright.

We visited this restaurant on april 17 10:05pm and we order through drive thru and the lady who took our order was literally yelling and rude while taking order. Even at that time there was only our car in the drive thru still she was behaving like that. We got pissed off with the customer service. they really need to train their employees how to talk to the customer and that employee had zero customer service skills. Even the food was really good and fresh but the customer service was zero. Thank you

A nice place to stop to get a meal during a road trip. The parking lot is very easy to navigate, and never seems to get too busy. The staff is very friendly, and the restrooms are always nice. Their food is exactly what you would expect from an A&W. Would recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here. Parking: There is a sizeable parking lot, and would imagine it is not often full.

Drive thru service is never prepared, whenever I go through the drive thru here I always have to get told to wait in the parking lot for my order when they should already have it ready at the window.

Parking: more than enough areas to spark.

I went through the drive threw, but I got what I wanted.

Ordered 2 meals with drinks , then my husband orders just a large drink , so they proceed to put large drink 5.99...get to the window we paided then proceeded to the next window to grab food, well they gave us all the same size drinks...So a regular root beer is 5.99 at A&W..I asked where is the large drink they said they all one size...well good to know now. Poor service at best to boot.

The railway ave A&W has been so great the 5 out of 5 times (average so far) I have gone there. I ask for well done sausage and egger, well done bacon and egger, unseeded bun, and it comes out perfect every time. The saskatoon locations I went to doesnt do well done every time, or they forget and give me a SEEDED bun. 8 out of 10 times I went to 100th street A&W they gave me what I ordered, but that 2 out of 10? I got a seeded bun, I got chewy bacon and a cooked but not well done sausage. Compared to other fast food, I love A&W CRISPY well done bacon or sausage. Im also allergic to sesame. That could make me very sick. I now go out of my way to go to railway Ave A & W because they get my order right 100% of the time so far. The staff are so nice. Ordering well done does take longer but they do it right every time so far at railway A&W. Bonus. They do a faster coffee in the mornings.

Worst service first over charge for changing sauce inside bun then lady at drive through really rude third told me to park at front even noboday behind me after 10 minut again go to window and food was there and no body gave me outside if possible i will gave them 0 rating

I love an A&W, being a Wisconsinite, as they have deep-fried cheese curds you can get instead of fries. This A&W does not. Instant sadness. Fine, fries it is. As a ketchup lover, I have always shied away from poutine, as gravy AND ketchup seems wildly indulgent, and also, why gravy?? But friends, lovers of cheese curds, and fellow travellers.... Long wait for a breakfast. They werent busy but it was worth the wait. Great food

Waited 20 minutes for burnt up eggs and didnt even have the rest of the breakfast I supposed to be there. Bathrooms are locked for some reason and are thousand degrees, and someone unlocked it while I was in there using the bathroom.

Horrible service. Ignorant servers left my food sitting for 4 mins while I stood there watching them run around scrambling to do 3 meals. Not even a hello or hi just a blank stare and ignorant looks. Stay away save your money

Locks their bathrooms, pretty silly. Slow service made even slower due to the fact that their short staffed team needs to stop what their doing and unlock a bathroom every 5 mins.

Service was very poor and disappointing. Food was burnt and they left things out. The people were rude and ignorant. Went to go get a to go container and they charged you for it. When waiting to order you stood there for about more then a half hour to order and waited longer watching your food sit there before bringing it out.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! WORST A&W I have ever been to! Refused to give coffee refill after 11 oclock. They keep the bathroom locked and have to personally unlock them. I will NEVER come back to this A&W!

Its a new site for A&W south side of North Battleford situated near Dominos and McDonalds, they have a 24 hr drive thru, the seating area when covid wasnt being a pest had a nice area to seat eat and chat with friends and family, bathrooms are nice and clean and the staff are awesome!!!!!

Lately I m choosing AnW for my meal preferences & enjoying in this unit. Staff is friendly & cooperative. Kid-friendliness: Awesome. The person on counter made sure that my kids get what they want he waited patiently when my kids were trying to figure out what they want.

We walked in in the middle of the day and we were the only customers. The employees turned, looked at us, and continued serving the drive-thru. We waited five minutes for service and then left. Says everything you need to know.

The onion rings were the best Ive had at an A&W in a while. These were probably the first actual fresh onion rings I have had in 5 years at A&W

terrible dine in service, all the staff stood around and stared at the drive thru order screen. stood and waited at least 10 minutes before a worker standing there doing nothing prior, took my order. the line after my order was taken, was to the window. dont recommend.

Tried the new mozza mushroom burger. They forgot to put mozza cheese on one of our burgers, I guess they were busy. Wouldnt suggest the mozza mushroom burger to anyone. Pricey fast food. I should of got a teen burger.

Got two teen burger meals .First off the lady in till was rude not even a hello or thank you. The fries were fresh and thats it. The burger patties were so dry, the buns hard. And the mustard, it looked like I got extra extra extra mustard on both burgers.Ended up throwing it. What a waste of money.

Eh not impressed

By far the most impressive and best A&W i have ever been to!! Great food and service, washrooms are very clean and fancy, and they have a cleaning station (by the tables and where you order) for kids who like to wash their hands before eating their meals

Was closed when we got there at 10:30pm even tho the hours posted on Google said they closed at 11:30pm. Very frustrating when every minute matters on our logbooks.
