Way better then a&w actual burgers

Yesterday, the first time I went to this place, my son left a forgotten jacket and today I went to look for it and asked, they only answered that they threw it in the trash, it only happened one day, it didnt seem right to me, at least they can let three days pass before to throw things in the trash, I know its my responsibility but I didnt think things would be like that in this place, where I work they keep things for a reasonable amount of time if theyre not going to complain theres whether its given as a donation or something but at the same time The next day they dont throw away the things that might have been my cell phone or something of more value. Im afraid to think that they will also tell me that they only threw it away.

Terrible service the girl at the counter stood with her back to the counter on her cell phone, while a group of guys stood around at the front. She finally turned around started taking my order then walked away grabbing her phone and motioned for another worker to take my order. I told them looks like you re not interested in customer service today. Manager was standing outside smoking and when I told him he said sorry and laughed. I told him you have terrible customer service.

Guy taking order was very very very stupid.... Couldnt even take a simple order... Had to repeat order several times and the idiot still couldnt understand, we just had to drive away....

Sneezed while making my burgers, didnt cover their mouth, turn their head away from my food, just wiped their nose, wrapped my burgers, sniffed a few more times and couldnt understand why I demanded a refund and went across the parking lot to McDonalds

Change your work hours, its not open at 7am.

Terrible service and employees ever. And I found a burger missing When I came back to my place. So, I tried to phone them several times, but never answered. I just lost my money and no way to let them know. Therefore, I reviewed this.

Online it says closing at 11PM but doors were locked at 9:45PM. Tims behind them did the same looks like whole town doesn t care

Well online it says its open at 7:00 a.m. its not at all we read the paper that said 7:30 which was just five minutes. So we waited just for no one still we went through the drive through then waited another 5 minutes before we gave up. I just wish they put their actual times online so we know. It was just disappointing.

They are so good

Usually i love this place. Lately theres been a super nice black lady at the first window. Shes so friendly and always smiles and says hi, makes my day... The last two times ive gone the girl at the first window wouldnt even tell me how much the order was when i asked. Just looked angry and tilted the machine at me.. then the dude at the window, i asked for a few ketchup. I knew he heard me.. just shuts the window on me and looks at the computer.. a lady was even going to give me somebody elses food but i was decent and said thats not mine. Just wanted a few ketchup. I should have taken the other order for how rude they were. I hope the other lady comes back....

How do you have a restaurant with a play place and no baby diaper change location?

Hey I don t complain a lot but I brought my 6 years old son n 2 years old daughter, got a kids burger n nuggets for these 2, my son ask for an extra pickle ..just a single pickle but d manager said it will have to charge for it .even my 6 years old son felt bad n said he ll never come to this location again :( , thank god my daughter didn t ask for any extras phew

I came here today around 10:28 and i had a semi which i cannot take in the driveway for sure then i knocked on the window and ask the girl are you open to tale order she said NO which is totally not understandable and the time says it close at 11:00 if you dont want to serve better to close it all the time

Last time Ill ever come here. 30 min wait for 3 croissants. What an absolute joke!!

Was not impressed , paid $10.00 for a sandwich that was dried out and tasteless. Was like they took the sandwich out of the garbage. Will not recommend their food in North battleford . Food

Went through drive thru at 11:20AM, ordered lunch, big bacon king and a whopper bacon and cheese, asked to park around front. About 12-15 minutes later food came out to the truck. Fries were lukewarm and the burgers werent much better. Wont being going back

The North Battleford BK seems cleaner and better maintained than other fast food places. Food was ready quickly and done well. Good service from those at the counter.

Garbage customer service. They give me have food I asked combo so when I asked where is my fry and drink the lady told me come inside pick up you are free drink and free fries. So when I go inside she ask me stupid $11 something So later when I call to speak to Manager so when I calls I ask and you speak to Manager and she said yeah what do you mean? Yeah she said I am the manager okay but what do you mean by yeah this type of people work there I think I m Burger King have a good reputation but this kind of a stupid people work. They going to bring down totally garbage service. Sorry to say that but not asleep respect to the customer when they talk

The worst BK location. I ordered 4 sandwiches through drive through and when I reached home and checked there were only 3.It was not even busy at the location at that point.This has happened to me twice from the same location and once with the wrong order. They never pick up their phone for complaints. Highly dissatisfied with their service. Such a disorganized location.

We only stop here once in awhile, but every time we do, the food is good, it comes quickly, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant inside is very clean, has good a/c, and has a play area for kids.

I was driving through super excited for Burger king went through the drive thru and felt pushed to order my food and then was parked. Once i got my food it was wrong and went to the door to say somethung and was told were locking the door and this was at 920 pm. So my order couldnt be corrected.

Not much to say its your typical burger King. I prefer burger King over mcdonalds usually but we tend to go so the kids can play and without the play place being open we seem to go to mcdonalds more. You guys should open the play place for familys/kids

Food was just ok. The fries were good and fresh. The burger was asked NO Onions... but of course they put onions. Burger seemed cold but that might of been from me having it open to pick out the onoins. Very disappointing as I love BK burgers when I get a chance.

Ordered a whopper through the drive through. They gave me a patty with a bun... no onions no condiments. Asked for their sweet tea, they said they dont serve that, yet when we walked in the sweet tea dispenser was right next to the pop dispenser with raspberry and lemon choices. Obviously whoever was taking the order didnt want to be at work today...

Went to the North Battleford location at 9:20 pm when they close at 10 and was told there were no burgers because they were closing in 40 mins. They wouldnt make any so we went elsewhere. Very disappointing

Burger King is Burger King. Theyve got some pretty good food and most times Ive gone its been quite fresh. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the quality isnt always consistent (though its good anyway) and considering it is fast food it can take a while even with no line, those are definitely not reasons that I wont go though.

Good food, fast service, the whopper was excellent, but the onion rings are no where near as good as A&Ws.

Very bad taste of onion rings. Looks like onion or flour expired and bitter taste with bad smell.

Breakfast is done at 10 :30 who does that so I took a star away as breakfast should go until 11 I like my breakfast late lol all in all still a good place to grab some good burgers and the staff is as always friendly and helpful

Wow, North Battleford has the worst BK Location. When a customer says that the order is wrong I have never I my life hear a cashier say prove it. Disgusting I will never eat here again.

Good food, fast service. I find it somewhat difficult to understand the syntax/Grammer along with their accent. They did not check back my order with me not did I inspect the invoice. As a result, I got 5 meals for the 4 of us. Yes, I made a mistake, and they did not confirm 5 meals for 4 people standing there. Otherwise, good food and, except as noted above, fast service.

One of those places that gets your order wrong so many times that youre numb to it.

Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, plugged toilets. Food tasted good, hard to tell if it was dirty too.

Just had a spicy crispy chicken burger meal, asked for ketchup and no ice with the drink. Got ice, no ketchup. And the burger had about the tiniest single slice of tomato they probably had available

My food was cold when I received it and there was no napkins or condiments in the bag.

Dirty place. Inside garbages overflowing. They have a big sign by their drive thru saying it s closed, when I went inside they were still serving the drive thru, and faster. No napkins or condiments in the takeout bag. And my order was wrong which I didn t notice until I left because I verbally confirmed with the worker to make sure it was correct..........

I usually love burger king but this place is the worst. Super dirty everywhere. Our fries were old and unsalted. The chicken fries were so old and dried out that they were inedible. Then they forgot the burger in one of the kids meals. Very upsetting

The food was fine and the service was ok as well. My reason for a 3 star rating is the cleanliness of the washroom. Someone needs to go in there with a scrub brush and scrub everything. I mean everything. Stop throwing the mop around and pretending that the washroom is clean.
