Very dry toast and some kind of funky taste in the jambalaya. Disappointed because its been a favourite.

Great place! Fresh food, great service, nice place for a lunch date.

Food is good, great atmosphere for friends to get together. Always order the same meal, last couple of times I found the portions are getting smaller.

We stopped here on a quick trip from Sudbury last week. The food and drinks were awesome and the service was great! I do believe his name was Graham. This place will definitely be our go to when we go to north bay :)

I primarily attend this restaurant with a client who has cerebral palsy. They are very accommodating and helpful. Its one of his favorite places and we always enjoy it as well.

So disappointed with this restaurant. It is our favourite restaurant and we were so disappointed when it closed in Sudbury. Two times now we have called on our way through to order in advance and two times they ve refused to take our order. Guess they don t want any revenue.

We held my Uncles celebration of life at Caseys on a Sunday afternoon. I cannot say enough about the staff , Clause the manager was a pleasure to deal with he was very professional, Our waitress Billy was attentive and the food that we chose for the lunch was amazing. Thank you for making it a memorable day for us .

Food came out burnt and 62 minutes after ordered

On the 12th of July around 11 at night me and a friend were finally finished moving into my new apartment around the corner and I wanted to reward him for helping me all day, we were exhausted and just wanted a good meal. My friend whos a medical pot smoker went all day without it so he could drive us to move my stuff, so he lit one up on our walk over to Caseys. He put it out right before entering the building because he needs pot to have an appetite, hes prescribed for this reason. Well after the host had sat us down and we were both starving from moving all day, the waitress asked us what wed like to drink and I ask for a cocktail and my friend asked for chocolate milk and they said sure and went to go get it. When they came back we were told we could not be served because we smelt of marijuana and I figured it was the alcohol I ordered so I asked for root beer instead and they said they couldnt serve us at all because and I quote we cant prove if we served you alcohol or not have you ever heard of a receipt? You know that piece of paper that shows what you paid for? I think it might have even been discrimination because my friend is prescribed marijuana and should be able to enter the enter the restaurant after taking his medication. It too bad because the restaurant is just around the corner from my house and wouldve been a good place to eat and get a drink after a long day of work however I will not be returning.

Great sevice and food. They serve you with a smile and they can talk french to help us to order.

Disappointing food for an expensive price. A $9 poutine didnt come with enough fries to cover the bottom of the small container, additionally half of the fries were undercooked. The wrap with fries was $17 and had burnt chicken. The nachos were alright

Food was disappointing. The calamari app was saturated in the Asian sauce - it was little too sweet but also soggy before we could even finish the app. Fish & Chips; so much batter, almost as if it had been double or triple dipped in the coating - had to peel it all away in order to enjoy the fish that was buried inside. After removing the batter it amounted to a full plate of just batter for 1 pc. Of fish. Service was slow - waited to get drinks, waited to order, waited for food, waited for the bill. Let s just say that on a whole this was a disappointing experience that my husband & I decided then and there that this was our last Casey s visit.

Our server Matt got everything done just right and is our favorite!!. Just wish coffee was a bit stronger. Always a pleasure to meet there and birthday people get their meal free, up to 15$...will be back!!

Went in with a group of friends the other night and the service was subpar at best. Our server Paul had this very aggressive energy and seemed to be rushing every second of the seating. We didnt even have a chance to get our coats off and he had hustled over and asked us our drink order. Every little part of the meal was pressured and it felt like he wanted us out of his section before we had even started. I have been served by him before and the situation was similar. He didnt seem to be enjoying himself whatsoever, so we know that this is his baseline. I get it, you have to be prompt when serving tables but this was excessive. Food was great, but it would have been even better if we werent rushed or interrupted several times throughout our meal. Merry Christmas.

First time at Casey s , Server Billy was great besides that I got the chicken salad , chicken was dry , cabbage was bland / girlfriend had the Cappelletti, it was something you could make at home, I m sure it s frozen pasta , not homemade or fresh at all. Only giving the 3 stars because the service was always there and were good with us

One of the first times in quite a while I didnt regret going out to eat ! It was delicious! I had the jimbala and the gf had a hamburger and fries and it was the best burger she has had in a long time. Will definitely be making the trip back

Staff are friendly, food was excellent! Will definitely come back again. Kid-friendliness: One of the best kids menu around, it has the usual pogo, chicken fingers but then also has options like a kids steak. Pricing was good too.

We went for lunch today (birthday treat), and was quite disappointed. I ordered the stacked sandwich with well done sweet potato fries, and when I got my meal the fries were not well done, and in fact they werent even cooked all the way through. My husband had the burger, and his fries were also hard in the centre (and cold) as well, the burger itself was well done to the point of being crunchy on the outside. Our server offered to bring me a new order of fries, that I said no thanks to (thinking that they would take too long), but she did bring me a new order (quickly which was nice). Our server was friendly, but the value was not good at all.

I ve had the best meals at Casey s. I m very picky with restaurants being that I m from Africa and I eat a lot of spicy food but they ve lived up to my expectation at every experience. The best had to be the ribs, sweet potatoes fries and the veggies, I couldn t get enough of the broccoli it was yum. The Ceaser salad was also really good. I ve enjoyed every meal I ve had there!! No bad dishes!! And the servers were really nice and courteous. Overall they have my heart and my stomach in North Bay. Parking: Good Parkin space.

Been coming to north bay for 30 yrs. Never tried before. Now it s my favorite place in north bay. Great staff, food, ambience and prices. Why didn t someone tell me to try it sooner?

Absolutely amazing meal and service! I ordered the veggie burger but instead with the brie and mushroom toppings and it was perfect. Cant wait to try the spinach artichoke dip next time, recommended by the server :)

Way better than I expected for a chain restaurant. Good food, great staff and a great place to watch a hockey game. Not including veggies with the dip to shave 5 cents off a wing order seems a but cheap.

The burger I ordered was standard, nothing special to write about, but my father who ordered their fish and chips loved his meal. Huge piece of breaded fish and lots of fries. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

The server was pushy as to what we should order and then when we didnt take his suggestions the service became very poor. Long wait to get meal then ignored to get plates taken away and to order dessert which took even longer to come out then the meal did. Also the ladies washroom needed cleaning.

ANGRY!!!!! CASEYS HAS VOILATED MY RIGHT TO FOLLOW MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS PER MY RELIGIOUS BELIEF. I went to Caseys for dinner this evening and all was pleasant until I ordered a take out taco salad, I asked the staff if there was any bacon or pork products in the salad (im muslim) and I was assured that there was non as its all vegetarian. I got home and took a few bites off my salad and to my horror I noticed bacon bits in it. Called the restaurant and the manager offered a credit for my next visit , advising that the salad bar also caters to a ceasers salad and hence cross contamination is common, got a sorry at the end of our conversationas as this is the best they could do at this time!!!

Kind of a dismal dark place with ok food.

Had a really fun evening with a group of friends - loved my dinner (shrimp oasta was delicious), and the waiter was terrific! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service really added to the enjoyment.

My girlfriend and I love dining here. Its our go to when we want a quick appetizer and beer. Always great service.

My fiancee and I went for drinks at 9:30pm. The restaurant was NOT busy. The restaurant closes at 1am. It was a Saturday. We had two servers serving us. We ordered drinks first. Then, the second server came along and asked if we wanted something to eat. We told the first server we were coming for drinks. However, we ordered the calamari. It was delicious. Having said that, we no sooner finished our food the second server came along and asked if we wanted the bill. We were going to Caseys to enjoy ourselves however we were being shoved out the door! We will not be going back!!!

We used to have a Caseys years ago at Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke but it closed decades ago now. I was thrilled when I saw one in North Bay and have been going at least once every time I visit. Love the Tornado Potato - fun kettle chips with a yummy dip and the Taco salad was so good... One where the bowl is part of the meal. Lots to take home! This time only, I was disappointed in the chicken. It was overcooked and dried out and hard to chew. It was likely just an off day because they are normally quite good. Our server was great - friendly and helpful. Will keep coming back so stay where you are.

One of the best steaks Ive had in ages! Notable perfection. Went back a second time and bam - another 100%! This kitchen knows what they re doing. Came back to London and am disappointed we dont have a Caseys here.

Been to North Bay many times and while the chain no longer exists this is one of two left (that Im a ware of) I believe in Canada! A famous wing mix (still used today in an old formerly Caseys in Cobourg, ON) I asked for here in North Bay and they replicated it! If youre curious... Triple Mix is: Medium-HoneyGarlic-Cajun, on flour dusted wings! Try it! It wont disappoint!

Honestly I was disappointed, the place is beautiful and the food tastes good. The downside is that we waited close to 45 minutes to get our food (that s fine but there was little to no one there) and the portions of food were very small for the price. Maybe it was the steak and mash only but it was super small for $30. Everyone I was with loved their food and said it was excellent quality but my steak seemed like it was the quality of a cowboy steak. Overall the cost of everything was fine and the food was just good if not ok, would still recommend.

I had made reservations in advance for 6 people because it was my colleague s birthday. When we arrived, the servers did not have our reservations on the calendar (they mentioned this was not the first time the managers have not passed along the reservation). It was a Sunday night of a long weekend and the restaurant was at about 50% capacity. The hostess sat us immediately on the patio which was awesome. We waited 10 minutes until the server came to get our drink order. He came back 15 minutes later with 4/6 drinks - missing one non alcoholic drink that needed to be made at the bar and the other was a hot tea that was completely missed. By the time we got our drinks and placed our food order we had been there for about 45 minutes. We got our food around the 70 minute mark and another colleague who had ordered a steak had to send it back because it was well-done when he asked for it to be rare. All in all it was an awful experience and we were quite disappointed. We did get $15 off though because of the birthday.

My husband and I were driving through town on our way home from New Brunswick. Our server ,Missy, was quick to grab our order and made sure we were back on the road in a reasonable amount of time . The tornado potato is absolutely delicious. The soups were slightly over salted. Great service! Will come back if passing though again.

I ve been coming to Casey s ever since I was just a little kid, now I m 25 and I m still going! My entire family and I will always be huge fans and supporters of Casey s North Bay. Phenomenal food, service is always absolutely amazing (best servers in the city I swear). Their dusted chicken wings are to die for! Late lunch was great for the price. Was served by two waitresses. Only one came back to see how things were basically when the meal was done, 3 star for the dinner area, but I do love the bar, so overall, 4 for the atmosphere

Idiots at skip dish deadbrain didnt even attempt delivery. Have the video. I returned the restaurant and was made fresh no extra charge. Matt and tge team there are excellent. Will certainly be back. Everyone was helpful and sympathetic for ne having to drive out in a snow storm when I already tipped the dude $7+ Do yourself a favor and just eat there. Thank you, Caseys NB.

Really pleasant experience at Caseys. I had the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer to start, along with the salted caramel margherita (delish). For the main, was a fried chicken sandwich, also delish. The wait staff was nice and the food didnt take too long to arrive. Just enough time to chat with friends and catch up. Well done.

This was the best meal I ve had in a long time. The food was cooked perfectly. The flavour left me wanting more. This is the most accommodating restaurant for severe food allergies. The service was polite and efficient. The manager stopped by multiple times to check in on us. I couldn t ask for a better dining experience. The perfect evening.

Hands down best roasted red pepper soup Ive ever had. Drove up from Sudbury to eat there. Will happily make the trip again
