Its better then Tims. Getting a latté in the drive through isnt a good idea as it seems to take awhile. Had to wait 10-15 mins after ordering a sml mocha latté. Food

We had breakfast at Twiggs on Fraser Street. The coffee was good per usual, the toast was good. The scrambled egg was not great. I asked for cheese in the eggs, I got a cheese slice on top of my eggs. Ham was overcooked. We have decided to go elsewhere for breakfast and to Twiggs for coffee and treats

Not even worth one star, got the iced latte and iced strawberry matcha and both tasted like watered down milk, coffee was gross and matcha wasn t even mixed/dissolved.

I just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, for an extra large coffee, watched several different employees walk by and look at me waiting there for my order, but no one came to the window to ask or check what was going on, so I called and the gentleman that took my order answered the phone, I asked him if he had just forgotten about me in the drive thru and he openly admitted oh yeah I forgot about your order needles to say, I left without my order and I won t ever be returning for the horrible service

I ordered a coffee and the roast turkey sandwich to go. I really enjoyed both!Service was quick and friendly. The menu wasnt overwhelming at all, quite simple. Loved the atmosphere!

Can be a bit slow, especially in drive through, but my wife loves the lactose free milk options and they have the best decaf coffee beans Ive ever had!

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their coffee is average, but they offer other drinks, such as grapefruit juice (that they freshly squeeze). I particularly love their biscuits, which they seem to be made in-house, daily. They also offer other food, which go great with their drinks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations. One of my favorite coffee places in North Bay, even though I dont really go there for the coffee.

I live coffee but little bit expensive

My go to cafe in North Bay right now. The food is tasty, and the portions are big and filling. The drinks and desserts are good, as well. The service is nice and fast, and the employees are kind and friendly. They have plenty of parking spots. The atmosphere isnt the best; they dont have sceneries out the window, or they dont have instagram-worthy decorations or anything, but the food makes up for it. I go to cafes for my taste buds anyway. Overall, my experience here is 4.5/5.

ALWAYS a lovely atmosphere to sit in & enjoy just anything! Hubby & I love to share a slice of cheese cake (the most difficult part is choosing which one we want to share as they have an amazing choices friendly staff too!

I love this local Cafe!!! They have such good food options and they make all their own coffee including roasting the beans! I highly recommend the salmon bagel if youre looking for a good lunch.

I love twigs but today my coffee was totally inexcusable I know they seen that my coffee was totally full of grounds, there s no way you couldn t. I got two and both were also Luke warm just absolutely disappointed today. I will be back though because usually it s amazing, I go all the time. Oat milk latte is what I order. Hard to see in the photo because I didn t feel like getting a mouthful, but there s a good centimetre or more of grounds I would say a whole espresso shots worth.

If i was to do a review of the espresso I had, it would be a 4 stars. But the pistachio cheesecake I had was horrible, it tasted like cardboard. Looked good, but tasted awful. The service was excellent.

Took forever to get drinks in drive thru.

So many choices here - pizza, salads, soups, sandwiches and delicious desserts. No matter how you like your coffee theyve got the java for you and wifi. Great service too.

Coffee is decent, pastries are standard but felt a little stale. Food was pretty basic. Needs more parking. The place was packed. Prices are fair. Attendants were courteous and helpful. The establishment is clean and in a central location.

My wife and I came here for date night and got a Mexicano pizza. It was delicious with its special black bean sauce and special dip. Service was great and we had a wonderful time. Definitely coming back again!

I have always been greeted with exceptional staff. However in recent visits, and within my visit tosay it took a turn for the worst. Not only did the lady taking our order make a rude comment to my friend, but the waitress bringing out our food treated us poorly. I will be reconsidering my choice on location in the future. It is unfortunate I really loved this location for years.

Rude condescending staff.. I was short 2 dollars so I asked the server to take my drink off the total at the cash. Her supervisor (I assume) came over to help her and asks what s wrong, she tells her apparently I have to take something off. Extremely snobby tone. After figuring it out they never gave me my gift card with what would have been left on it after getting rid of the drink. Ignored my kids and I and served us our drinks after everyone else. Makes me sad that the atmosphere felt very mean girls in there. Will definitely be sharing my story with others.

Very nice professional service

The food quality is getting soooo bad. I ve had tomato slices with part of the stem still in it, rotting lettuce, and now this chicken is seriously so dry and old I can barely bite into it. It s convenient, healthy food but it s not worth the price! I won t be giving their food another try. Drinks are usually okay.

They have I believe 5 roasting houses... and this is hands down THE BEST FOOD and COFFEE In the NORTH. Sudbury, Sturgeon Falls, and North Bay Have the best kept SECRET in the Industry! ie; a 3 egg western on your choice of Bread with a coffee (medium) = $8.00 roughly And it is fresh fresh fresh... Im a former owner of a European Delicatessen which Coffee was also Roasted... I am grateful for them never being in my area... I would have had to close for sure... Unfortunately the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Just moments ago I arrived to grab an iced cafe mocha & scone after my hair appointment. I came in during a dead time and happily ordered from a blonde server only to receive snappy remarks asking for smaller change to which I politely gave her. When I received my drink it was overflowing and frantically given to me spilling even more and the server walked away without a word or consideration to wipe away or offer napkins when she clearly had the drink all over her hand and gotten in all over me as well. I left without a word as she was helping the next customer but upon this being my first ever time ordering from this establishment, it was not a pleasant experience walking away with my drink heavily spilling everywhere, and stickiness all over myself. I will not be returning due to this.

I was so eager to try this coffee shop while visiting North Bay after reading all the reviews. I was severely disappointed by the service snd snooty cashier. The large coffee and dry and mediocre overpriced carrot cake did not help. I highly recommend you not waste your time or money here. If you want good service and food go to Opera House Cafe.

Great place for a quick breakfast or a snack. The coffee is excellent. The basic breakfasts are well-made and delivered quickly to your table. The bacon is better than the usual stuff - tasty and thick-cut. Update: Still a great place. I should have mentioned that the staff are cheerful and efficient.

There was a hair in my sandwich today and their response was so disappointing.. They said as I found the hair when I almost finished it, they are not sure if I can get another sandwich remade or any refund. So should I have investigated it thoroughly after I got it? I came here every weekend but now I m never going back.

Wow, the staff was so polite, friendly, happy. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin chi latte, double espresso macchiato. For a snack we ordered pumpkin scone and magic square. Everything was sooooo delicious!! All around this place was more then a five star. Food

I introduced my parents to Twiggs - this was the first location they experienced and they LOVED it! One of my kids will be attending school up here and Im so glad we discovered Twiggs, it will definitely be my favorite when visiting. Lovely ambiance and great food and drink. Always veggie and gf choices. Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap and sandwich options Dietary restrictions: Gf bread for sandwiches and goodie options such as gf cookies and muffins.

I love Twiggs. Food is GREAT. Service is amazing and its a great place to sit and enjoy your order. Comfortable surroundings and again the staff is very nice to deal with.

The service is always wonderful, and such a nice feeling space. My friends and I used to hang out there all the time on the patio. Such good times. Also the gluten free pizza is to die for.

Was looking forward to a fresh coffee and toasted bagel right up till the moment the lady took my money, then took out the garbage bags, then handed me my coffee and made my bagel? I think an Ontario Health inspection officer needs to provide some much needed classes here for management and staff!

Great staff, clean and organized. I was there with a larger than average group, of about 11 hungry, mosquito bitten guys who had just finished our camping trip and the servers handled us like it was nothing. The food was good and served extremely fast granted it wasn t too busy until we stepped in, the coffee was top notch. Highly recommend this location as a road trip stop.

We came here for a last end-of-holiday breakfast, the atmosphere is super welcoming just upon entering already. The ladies at the counter served us with the most beautiful smiles and memorable kindness. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees and 2 desserts and everything was delicious. My vegan wife had some great options to accommodate her, which made her very happy. (multiple vegetable milk, veggie sandwich with hummus option). In short, we recommend this beautiful place 100%!!

My husband and I were visiting North Bay for his golf trip. I asked local friends for an independent coffee recommendation and was told to go to Twiggs. Great coffee, friendly staff. I asked for help finding an art installation at a town beach. Thank you so much for your help.

One (out of two) of my FAVOURITE coffee places! Any time I come back home to Ontario (I unfortunately live in Alberta now) I NEED to make a stop at Twiggs!! They are the first coffee that I actually truly fell in love with! It used to be my go-to place for a lunch meetup with friends or family, a sinfully delicious treat, or just some restful me-time. The only thing I didn t like was that they weren t in Muskoka where I mainly lived and now I wish they were out here in Alberta! Best smoked salmon sandwich I ve had from a café, and best treats!!! Try their peanut butter stacker and their cheesecakes!!

Drinks are good. Customer service is ok. Sometimes their cakes are older and stale but overall good food.

We ve gone to Twigg s twice now, and it s become our new favourite place! The staff are super friendly, but also professional and efficient. The atmosphere and ambiance is absolutely perfect! The food and drinks are very good quality and reasonably priced. We ll definitely be returning often!

I went to Twiggs today and ordered a decaf with 4 sweeteners and a BELT with sausage. I paid with debit and watched it say it was approved. I took my number 23 and found my seat. 5 minutes later the lady that cashed me out says it didn t go through and stated I need to pay again. I requested a receipt that shows the decline or incomplete transaction. After standing at the front for another 5 minutes waiting, she said she ll come to me when it s figured out. After another 5 minutes, she came back stating it went through. Unfortunately this was not the end of my issue. As I was leaving after studying a bit, I decided to buy a brownie. After eating the majority of the brownie, I realized there was a hard sharp piece of plastic which I initially thought was glass. If I had swallowed it, it would ve caused damage. I ve gone to other Twiggs franchises with no issues, but this location has me questioning ever going back.

Twiggs is a great coffee shop to go have lunch, meet with friends, and work on school. Delicious food and fast service. Would recommend!

2nd time trying this place because I like to shop local when I m in town but the staff is super unfriendly. So disappointing.

Twiggs is always such a great place for coffee, friend meetups and a good light meal. My son and I often have coffee dates here where we get to choose from there awesome baked goods section. And if I need more a cookie or cake the pizzas are absolutely delicious here!! The inside has a really nice moody feel to it and the staff are always very nice. Some Twiggs locations you can even find wine and beer which works great if you are having a rough day and need a little more than coffee ;) And of course if you are in a rush, there is always drive through which never has a huge line and tastes way better than Starbucks. Honestly you have to try the chai tea here, it s the best!
