I had great experience in Popeyes today. The food was too good and delicious. They gave a good service. There is girl called Dhivya provides quick and excellent service while placing order . Totally love the food in Popeyes

I absolutely love Popeyes! The fried chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their signature spicy chicken is a must-try if you like a bit of heat it s perfectly seasoned! The biscuits are warm and buttery, and the mashed potatoes with gravy are the perfect side. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick, even during busy times. I can t get enough of their Chicken Sandwich either; its hands down one of the best in town. Highly recommend this Popeyes location if youre craving some delicious comfort food!

The service was good , but I ordered poutine and it had half the fries as supposed to be which weren t fresh and secondly the amount of gravy added was too less to be called a poutine , the cheese curds were dry too it felt like I was eating non fresh fries and cheese .

This place has went downhill fast in the last few months. I used to go 2-3 times a week. And now not a chance. Also stopped buying for my staff as well. I put them in the same category as KFC now. I have other business friends that say the same. And where s Amanda? And the other girl - I think Amy or Emily - maybe Emma?? Anyway, get some better staff and clean up that place. Bathrooms, tables, garbages and pop machine.

Thank you to the review about Amanda (me) who was the GM of Popeyes in North Bay. And Emma who was the supervisor. I removed myself from the company for personal reasons as they didn t align with my morals and values. However, I ve always appreciated my staff and my customers. (those are were regulars and those who were new. ) I know Emma felt the same way.

Every time I have Popeye s chicken NorthBay I ended up in Bathroom for next three days , I have complianed multiple time it dint help at all. Last time we have there chicken feather along with one pieces, someone has to take an action

I was a regular customer always went there when Amanda was working because she kept the place clean and bathrooms very nice. The staff knew what they were doing. And they were very nice. I went a couple times in the evening but the place was disorganized and quality was done and the staff rude. Thats why i always went when amanda working. Now that Amanda is not there the store is run down. Bathrooms usually dirty and garbage overflowing. Staff dont know what they are doing and the new manager is rude like heck. That Philippine lady is rude and throws slop together. She likes to argue with people. Amanda was very kind. I have decided not to return and neither are my family members. Now I see why Amanda left. People are spreading the word this place has no quality. Which is sad I was looking forward to a Popeyes to come for a long time and now my excitement has turned into disappointment. Popeyes you made a mistake letting Amanda go she was a gem.

Not happy did a mobile order at 9:10pm ready for 9:25 only 2 chicken sandwiches waited 45 minutes from when I got there and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and said oh well crap service crap place.

The food that we did receive was very good. Service at the North Bay location is, however, awful. They seem to always miss packing some of our food in the takeout bag. Last week they missed packing our fry and tonight, I didnt get my 3 pieces of chicken. At $60+ for an order, its very disappointing to have this repeatedly happen. When I called to inform them, they took my name and number and said they would investigate.

While the food is very good for fast food, the cooks do not seem to take the time to read or pay attention to any allergy specifications or requests. Every time I order I always ask for no tomato on my burgers and almost every time I have to bring it back or throw it out because they put tomatos on it. For some this may not be a big deal, but as its an allergy for me I could be hospitalized. Absolutely disappointing and upsetting.

Chicken was freshly cooked, fries were good. Service was ok. But, I was quite concerned that they were quite busy and there was a little kid running around back there. He was getting under their feet. He was running around near the hot food, grills and burners. A BUSY FOOD KITCHEN IS NOT THE PLACE FOR A CHILD!!!

I had high hopes after trying Popeyes in multiple locations, but this was not good at all. The staff was polite, but the quality of food was really bad. They probably used the same frying oil throughout the day, so our food was bitter and gross. Would rate it 0, but one is the lowest rating I can give. Also, they forgot the side of mashed potatoes.

Good food, friendly staff but orders take a minimum of 30 minutes, even if you make an online order well in advance they dont even seem to look at it to start preparing until after you arrive.

Food is tasteless. Spicy bits in my meal were OK. But chicken, not spiced had zero flavour and was full of greese. Ill try spicy chicken next time but ooph, regular was rough. Didnt even finish. Lady serving me didnt understand me and I couldnt understand half of what she was saying. Language barrier, well adapt at some point but took a bit just to get my order in, normally this wouldnt bother me, but there was a bit of a line and I felt rushed but couldnt explain what I wanted in a way that moved us forward at a pace practiced for fast food. Atmosphere was fine, standard sit in booth with OK lighting and walls plastered in uninteresting ads and store history. Definitely some room for improvement, maybe add some local history up or local artists, be a part of the community, not just another chicken shop.

We ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders got 3 pce chicken. Called and got our oder replaced with the correct one. Went back 2 days later to et the corrected order the fries were old, the chicken was under cooked I came home and recooked my tenders. Was not offered dipping sauce I had to ask for 2 dipping sauce. Not satisfied with the product they serve

Typical Popeyes. Food has been consistent and good at this location. Service has been a little slow but to be fair Im usually there right after opening.

Plus if wheelchair accessible is not seen the workers are very courteous with everyone and are eager to help customer right away with no waiting time. Wow, eh!!!. So AMAZING!!

I have tasted Popeyes in multiple cities in Ontario. Unfortunately I may have to grade the chicken quality/taste the worst. However, the cajun poutine is still good. Overall, store does not meet the Popeyes taste standards at all.

Not tasty food

I ve been to multiple Popeyes and for some reason this one is a hit or miss, food is sometimes borderline cold, underdone shrimp batter still wet inside. Service is good most of the time. Need to step up their game on keeping the food fresh and hot and it would be much better.

Both the servers where RUDE and disrespectful swearing at me. Chicken was RAW. Wouldn t even look at it just pushing me away. Told me it was cook by the receipt he crumpled in my face.

Ordered the 3 pc chicken tenders in North Bay. I ve eaten at numerous Popeyes outlets and I was really surprised at how small the pieces were at this location. They tasted great but I m was disappointed in the size. No issues with the staff and service.

Probably the slowest location I have ever seen took 15 mins just to order then another 35 to actually get the order because they ran out of fries and nobody decided to make any!

Went into the North Bay location tonight. The one working the counter said 10 min. After 20 min and 6 other orders going out asked about our order. She said I said 10 to 15 min, well it was 20 already. Then when he called out the number he asked to see the number on the receipt. Didnt ask any other customers for there receipt. Only one other person waiting for their order. Just being smart, both need a lesson in customer service. Also placed the 12 pieces in one box lid didnt close tight and almost fell out onto the floor trying to take it out of the bag

so, went in for lunch. to start, the place is far from clean. out in the common area its ok-ish. but you get close to a wall, the corners are filthy. the pop machine was dirty, gave out luke-warm pop. the store really isnt that clean. the staff gave the VERY strong impression they dont care and wished they werent there. just stoic, stern expressions, one word replies and an overall not happy vibe. the food. it generally sits in the warming trays. for far too long, it appeared. the chicken I bought (spicey tenders) really didnt have much of a spice, nor much flavour at all other than of old oil that needs changing. the chicken itself seemed freeze burned to me. just had a rubbery texture to it thats not common in friend chicken. the side, which was coleslaw, was actually decent if a bit bland. the only part of the meal that I really enjoyed was the biscuit, which was itself dry. meaning itd sat for far too long before being served. so, the impression I get is they let the food sit and sit and sit under the heat lamps and serve it whether its within the time limit or not to try to save waste. overall a disappointment and over priced for what youre paying for.

I ordered an 8 piece chicken, they asked if i wanted dark or half and half, i said id wait for half and half, waited about 15 minutes and watched while they scrambled, only to end up with 7 1/4 pieces with only 1 being white meat, to top it off, blood was in the box, so I had to go back and get my money back.

Went there to order a family meal, well they were out of buns so I couldnt get what I wanted. I opted for a 12pc chicken to find out they were out of white meat, dark only. I tried to order a poutine with my meal they were out of curds, so i went with mash and beans with rice. Also ordered a butterfly shrimp combo wanted a buttermilk ranch dip well they were out of that too. Went to get my drink (barqs root beer) guess what only water came out. Awful way to run a franchise I will personally never go back there, I will opt to go to KFC instead as I find the chicken is better there anyways. Thanks for making my decision that much easier Popeyes north bay for the next time we want to have fried chicken.

I picked up dinner around 2 this afternoon (Tues 29) Part way into the peice I was eating saw raw parts. Was not totally cooked through. Not sure if I will return. Food

Ordered delivery, got the popcorn shrimp, received the smallest amount and mostly small dried fried batter crumbs. Maybe only 3-4 shrimps. My bottle of pop was not sealed, and was flat when I tasted it. Portions are always very small here compared any other popeye locations. Worse Popeyes Ive been to.

It will be nice if you could advise your supervisors to at least check whether the meat is cooked or not before responding that it is cooked as per popoyes standard . We are regular customers and we knew something was wrong with the meat, we informed the same to your employees. I have noticed bad or poor quality chicken when I go for spicy chicken, but I never had issues with Mild chicken. I will highly recommend everyone to go with mild chicken and not thier spicy Chicken. absolute rudest customer service from Amanda and Emma. They acted like they did not want to be there at all and were annoyed by the customers that were simply just ordering. They were also rude to the other staff member working the fryer and were talking poorly about them right in front of the customers in line.

The sandwich was okay but has to wait 40 minutes for it. I ordered onions rings with my combo and my friend ordered fries and they put both in a same box, Like literally both together mixed up. It really shows that they don t care when they serve their customers.

I do like Popeyes fried chicken and I enjoyed my meal the day I was there.

The person at the cash was obviously told to up sell. I asked for an original chicken then was asked if I wanted spicy, then asked if I wanted the deluxe, then the combo and so on. All I wanted was the original chicken sandwich. After my husband and I ordered which was an ordeal we waited and waited and waited. In that time, at minimum count 4 skip the dishes/door dash/ uber eats person came in and went. Husband asked the cashier why so long? There was no one actually cooking, but doing other tasks. Finally my husband asked for the manager and when she saw the time stamp on the order she finally got off her phone that she had been on all this time and proceeded with the order. After getting the order filled we went home only to find the chicken sandwich that the cashier tried to up sell earlier was not included. Called, but was told manager was on the phone with another customer even when I could her tell the cashier what to say. After 4 requests to speak with the manager she offered me to give me the chicken sandwich hat was paid for and a large fry for my troubles. They had no delivery so i would need to go across town again to pick it up. It cost of fries in gas to get the remaining order. Was told by manager that is all she could do. I have been to a few of their other locations and never had the experience I had here. Would not recommend.

I was in North Bay for Thanksgiving weekend and was at this location twice for lunch. Their food and customer service were exemplary. Never had a better tasting Popeyes before. Good luck to staff and management. Very well done.

I went to Popeyes with my grandma for an afternoon lunch, and was very impressed by the quality of food and service at this location. Everyone was very friendly and seemed happy to be at work. Normally don t leave reviews ever but I was very impressed by the almost restaurant quality service. Tables all clean, smells good, floor clean and sweeped. Very impressive

We have ate there a few times now. The chicken sandwichs are great (what we usually get). We did however get the 15 pcs chicken tenders one time, which were also very good, but they are very stingy on the dipping sauce especially for 15 tenders. We only got 4. When we asked for another one or two we were told there would be an additional charge. This is however better than KFC but not better than Mary Browns.

Best chicken around with great employees. Could use a few more deals/coupons.

Big big big shout to the stadd that was there on Nov. 18 PM The cashier took the time to make the order in a way that I would have to pay less instead of taking a family bundle, which I really really appreciate. She was smiling all the time and the other one there too, really appreciated that. Food is always perfect, chicken is crispy on the outside and tender in the inside, fries are always delicious and all.

Its gone downhill since last me and my partner have come here. Staff are frustrated to make foods if they have run out. Some advertised options never seem to be available and they definitely make it your problem when you ask about these unavailable advertised options. Alas I dont think we will be frequenting this location much anymore.

Ordered 2pc chicken combo. Chicken was OK. Fries consisted of about 12 cold fries. In the end its a rip off. And from reading other reviews now I see why no one was in the restaurant at lunch time. Word is out this place is no good. Thats what happens when you rip people off of their hard earned money.
