Not chinese food, not good NA Chinese food. Just disappointment. Kung Pao with no peanuts, random vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, one sad wilted bit of bok choy, a whole bell pepper cut in quarters, and some white onions) and literally zero Szechuan peppers, instead made with some flavorless sauce that a bag of chilli powder was maybe in the vicinity of once to give it any level of spice or flavor. If you cant be bothered to even attempt to make the dish properly, why put it on the menu? Spring roll tasted of rancid oil and was not edible. Rice picked up a fishy smell but I wouldnt have cared if the rest of the food was actually good. How this place has positive reviews is beyond me.

You need to update your hours!!!! Shows open until 9 today . Called since 7 no answer no message regarding being CLOSED today on the machine.. finally drove there to place my order to see that you re closed! What a waste of an hour and a half because you don t have the proper hours posted! Thanks!!

I really want to say that Chopsticks IS that hidden gem in North Bay... Hats off to ALL THE STAFF !!! I Give you a definite 9+ in my books. Please keep up the great work!!!

Chopsticks is a really good Chinese Take-Out ONLY establishment that by the looks of it is not exactly great. The food will definitely change your mind. Its one of the better Asian Food restaurants Ive visited... is actually very very clean and the Food is great. Its not overly expensive and the taste is very much authentic... Great Place to get Take Away

I usually really like their food , but lately l ordered twice on different occasions, and it was terrible, the chicken balls were tough and egg rolls were so greasy could ve fried another batch must be new owners .!!!

The only chinese food takeout that was open. Surprised when we opened the package because of food portion was super duper small based on price point. Tastes bland both the chicken and fried rice.

Had egg rolls and BBQ Pork noodle soup. Hot, excellent, fresh and reasonably priced (cheap, actually)

Stay away. Stay far far away thats all I can say unless you love disappointment. Youve been warned.

The food here is great. But timing sometimes is difficult. Called in a 4 item order at 420pm to pickup at 600 pm but didnt receive it until 800pm Dinner was great, fresh, hot. They were busy, but not able keep the orders first in first out. Ill go back just on an off day when its slower.

Ordered on Christmas Eve in the afternoon to be ready for 6 . I realize it s a super busy day but my wife shows up there a 6 not ready yet they don t mention that she would still be there at 730 . Daughter 3 years old Christmas Eva needs to eat and go to bed started heating up lasagna told to wife can t wait anymore get money back come home . No apology Here s you money appreciate your patience. A little heads up for next year get it together I won t be back.

Theyre consistently good; my go-to for Chinese food in town. Fresh and dependable.

Awful! I ordered the lemon chicken and it was most definitely a day old, solid as a rock. Will never be ordering there again, the food is not fresh at all. I dont understand how the place has any positive reviews. Terrible and overpriced!

Ive never been so content with literally every item I the bag! Unbelievably large portions and really nice staff! Ive had a friend that worked here and shes spoken so highly of what goes on in the kitchen, even after she left the job! That says something!!

Chopsticks is a small local Chinese Food restaurant for Takeout only. Chopsticks has great service, food, and overall experience! Huge variety of choices to choose from & side dishes are delicious as well. We had dinner for 4 and it was awesome.

Just picked up Singapore Noodles and an egg roll. Both were very good! I think the plum sauce is home-made! Was very tasty nice fella that took my call too! h

Had to wait a while for our order but it was well worth it.

This was our first time trying Chopsticks ... and we will DEFINITELY be return customers!! Everything was absolutely perfect! We had won ton soup, sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken fried rice, beef with mixed vegetables, egg rolls, and lemon chicken. DELICIOUS!! Thank you SO much! We ll be back!!

Usually a bit of a wait time (i.e. if you call for 7 it may not be ready until quarter or twenty after..could be longer), but always worth the wait! Food is amazing.

Whoever was cooking today was on their A game. Once in awhile its kinda meh, buy everything was on point. Im guessing it was a little slower than usual so they were able to take their time. General Tao chicken, egg rolls and chow mein were delicious.

the chow mein is absolutely to die for. the price is right for a single person. not sure about larger orders but for just myself i spend 25$ alone. the food is awesome. the staff are usually busy but friendly.

Food had no flavor. Barley got anything. Egg roll had like nothing in it. Would not recommend

They do not stick to their posted hours and close early on Fridays and Saturdays. I called at 11:20 PM on Friday and noone answered the phone.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still isnt here, called to see where it is and they hung up on me.

The staff were friendly, the food was hot, but it lacked flavour (seasoning)

Since Chopsticks changed hands , it is the worst food ever slimy meat ,,meat smelled bad.. egg rolls uncooked ..why is the sauces slimy so discusting.. will never order there again ..Please come back previous owners this is a shame to Chinese food

Bland food, no flavour. Rude customer service. Far from authentic in taste.

Got the wrong order. They said they would bring mine over and never came. I called back and they still said it was on the way. They never called me or brought me my food. We ate the other order and its not the quality this place used to be. Wont be back.

North Bays best Chinese food.

Food was very bland no taste whatsoever, anything deep fried was hard as a rock, dont waste your money, time or effort ordering from here, we all had the trots the next day.

Chopsticks is a great place to get a home cooked meal. I highly recommend the Egg foo young.

The food has little to no flavor, and the customer service was far from ideal. I heard that the food was suppose to be authentic, but I was proven wrong when I finished eating. I doubt Ill be coming back when there are better options available in North Bay.

Never order from this place! It took an hour and half for my food to arrive! I called after it one hour and the man who answered the phone told me my food had just left and was on its way. After another 30 minutes I called again and the women who answered told me my food had left 10 minutes ago! I then asked for my food to be discounted or for free and she hung up on me. When the driver arrived she said that she heard the man on the phone with me and heard him lie about it! She said my food wasn t even finished yet when I had called them! This is absolutely ridiculous! Don t ever put yourself through this! Horrible service! Horrible staff!

Good food

Its ok. Its not fine dining by any stretch but I have had better fast food as well. It would not be bad to freshen up curb appeal and not have a waitress/clerk who vents her day as your waiting on food. It would also be nice to not have super sweet or greasy foods. That said its still ok food. And preparation was fast.

Take out only but I would say that its the best chinese place in town. I only hear good thing about this place. The only disadvantage is the parking lot.

Ordered lemon chicken and it was inedible. The chicken was like (hockey puck) rubber and the batter was hard as rock. This was my first and last time ordering from these guys. Wast of money and time to pick it up.

While I used to work here once, I can still attest to this day that the food is delicious and the owners are friendly. The price can be a bit high considering the quality HAS gone down in recent years, but that doesnt mean the food is bad. Not by a long shot. They have some of the best lo miens, the best spring rolls, and the best single person plates (1a,1b,1c,1d). Not to mention their special dishes being among the best quality. Depending on the day you visit, your wait time will vary. On weekends, Friday and Saturday specifically, you could be looking at upto 40 minutes because its busy. On weekdays youre usually looking at 15-20 minutes tops. The busiest day of the year is mothers day and they usually have to hire on additional staff just to cope with the vast number of orders. During the mothers day rush, the people of North Bay are typically so condescending and so rude to the counter staff that their mothers would be ashamed and embarrassed to hear about. The kitchen is smaller than most, with only three woks and two deep friers, and the food is fresh. You will be waiting a long time for food on mothers day, but youd be lucky to find better wait times for this quality.

Tried all the local chinese take out places when we moved to North Bay. Chopsticks is by far our favourite. Always satisfied with what weve ordered. We even went as far to ask the health unit for the inspection reports from the past few years. 0 problems. The only thing that I would change is if they were open for lunch Saturday. Highly recommended.

Chopsticks has good Chinese food for a pretty good price. My normal order usually only takes 20 minutes to prepare which is quick enough for me.

If you are looking for Chinese food, this is the place to go. Excellent in every regard. Recommend highly.

This is my go to for Chinese food. If you want a real treat, pick up the food yourself...the banter and laughter coming from the kitchen is priceless.

I have been going there since I was a kid and I love their food! Yeah they can be slow but at least you know its freshly made.
