It's one of my favorite spots in town. My friend and I visit often because the variety on the menu is fantastic. The staff has always been great. Delicious food at a great price!
Staff was arrogant when the order was being placed. The food was not good whatsoever. The chicken seemed stale and was like rubber (making my mom sick) When we went to ask for a refund, they called two other people from the back, who asked what we got and argued that those are "top sellers" and "there is nothing wrong with the food here" They eventually offered a replacement, which to be honest was no better. Had they had better customer service, I would have let it go without a review.
I have been eating this restaurant since my childhood, and I love their sesame chicken and beef pepper very much. Every time I try some new dishes here, I am amazed and highly recommend a Chinese restaurant！！！
One of my favourite places in town. My friend and I often go here because of the selection they have. Never had an issue with the staff, but I sometimes feel bad for them. Seen more than once a racist customer come along (because they're a chinese restaurant?), so I try to be nicer to them than other restaurant staff.
Worst Chinese food ever , rice and chow mein is dry ..chicken balls were SO hard and I went to try and get new ones and they just kept saying that they were soft and didn’t want to refund or give me new ones.. Worst custom service and super unprofessional. Then they laughed at me while I was walking away. Prices are crazy and quality isn’t good at all. I’d give it a zero if I could.
Great food and it’s pretty affordable for the amount they give you. If you have 20$ and want enough food for 2 meals this is the best place to go. I always get the ciao main, seasme chicken, chicken balls, skewers and sweet n sour pour.

Food was not completely cooked, when I was filling my order the guy Side a lot like he had somewhere else to go and they had me do 2 orders at the same time instead of doing one at a time, plus I have been coming here for a long time but I think Im going to find somewhere eles where they are Appreciative of their customers , and as o said at first food was not goid at all this time . Very low quality. Gone downhill. Leftovers in the morning were obvious & stone cold. Would never pass health inspection with those temperatures. Think Ill pass next time Im hungry & in the mall.

Food is great for foodcourt fast food however, normally go there for the wonton soup which was always high quality. This time however the noodles were gross and way overcooked to the point of being mush and even the meat inside was mush and gross. Wontons had a weird crunch and the soup broth tasted funky. Dont know if they changed recipes or it was just todays cook but 0/5 stars on soup alone.
Personally I always enjoy the food here. Id recommend for anyone to try it out
So, I went there today to pick up some lunch. For three items of below average food, and one egg roll the price was absolutely insane. $20 for Chinese food that is average at best and one overcooked very greasy egg roll is just crazy. The customer service or should I say customer care less is just as bad. I do not believeve I will be going back here

Best food in town and great prices for full takeout when ordering each item. Only place we eat for Chinese in the bay!
One of the best places to eat at in town. Nice and quick service to get me along my busy day. The portions were very generous and filled me up through the while day. Definitely recommend this place if you stop by the mall!

Mall Chinese food... convenient and quick but the actual food is mediocre just sits there soggy and cold bland... chicken gets so hard need a steak knife. Its alright if youre desperate or really hungry better off ordering any other place in town you know its not been sitting in those tubs for hours they just stir the pot once in a while
Super good Chinese food. I got the chow mein with sesame chicken and it was awesome. The staff were very friendly as well.

Honestly If I could have rated it with no stars I would have. The food was terrible, I ordered two different types of meat that tasted the exact same! The rice just seemed like regular white rice but with some food coloring and some added vegetables.. NEVER AGAIN! $30 wasted. Don t purchase this food it s better to starve because that s what I ended up doing after throwing it away!

Great service and food! The service was quick, and the cashiers were some of the most cheery people Ive met. I stopped by recently on my bi-weekly trip from Sturgeon to Sudbury, and was not disappointed. Ordered a combo for myself and for my friend, and the prices were reasonable for the quantity of food - it kept me full for the whole day. Theyre always putting out new food, so I have something new to try. Id say when comparing the oriental food in Sudbury, Sturgeon and North Bay, this is the best Chinese food in northern Ontario in terms of quality.
Paid close to 30 bucks for two small plates. The chicken balls were as hard as hockey pucks. Bit into one and had to spit it back out - horrible. Went to ask for my money back and she said they didnt do that. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Chinese food joint (this one sucks).
Cheery fellows always and even fed us one time close to closing. Great prices and tons of food. Fair bit to choose from esp for a mall.
Food is ALRIGHT; not always the hottest
It is fast and cheap food, I avoid it and have never liked it, very greasy, unfortunately it will never go away, wish we had a Thai Express instead
Horrified! The food looked alright so I decided to give it a try. I am not sure what I ate but it surely wasnt chicken. It tasted like it had been dried in the sun for days. The rice had the consistency of overcooked porridge. To top it all off there was a giant black hair sitting right on top of my meal. I came in with pretty low expectations, but not this low. Avoid at all costs.
