my friend turned green.
I recently visited A&W inside Northgate shopping centre and had a disappointing experience with the service. The cashier Stutti was very rude and unprofessional especially in dealing with Indian customers. The behavior was disrespectful and it made me feel unwelcome. I expect better treatment and customer service from a brand like A&W. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training to staff to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

We went here for supper. The food was delicious. 🤤
Not bad, but that just might be my own taste. Most of the burgers don't have much vegetables (e.g. tomatoes), so it's a bit mono-flavor and dry. Would prefer Burger King or McDs for the most part.
We have been ti this establishment every week for the last 3 weeks after appointment. We are always greeted by a super friendly and polite gentleman. He takes our order makes sure ots correct. Food is always fresh and fantastic 👏 you should be very proud of your staff on Tuesday afternoons the last 3 weeks!!

Went early when they opened was given uncooked sausages not even browned just slapped on a plate and shipped out was unedible would not recommend. They had all the time in the world they just opened no line up but the cook was terrible did not cook the food just hurry hurry fill the order.

Take out is little slow but the food the whisler dogs wrap with bacon loaded up onions is hmm drooling n smell are memories old day when roller skate waitress serve curb side service.
Only had onion rings but service was fast.
Had a great burger. Pretty quick made and friendly worker. I would come again and recommend it.

I usually rate A&Ws pretty good but this one takes 12-15 minutes to cook beyond Burgers while most restaurants take 8 minutes and a few with a press type cooker take only 3 minutes.

Mar. 20, between 12:00-12:20hrs What saved this from being a 1 star was the young man who served me. Great attitude and personality, polite and professional. That being said.... Shirley needs to spend more time working and less time socializing when at an open cash. The entire time there, she stood and ignored customers to have a private conversation with a friend/relative. Dont know which, doesnt matter. Unprofessional to say the least. When my food came, the blonde girl at that end of the counter was also engaged in a personal conversation with a friend. So much do that my take out order wound up on a tray. No big deal, but her snarky snowflake attitude when informed it was take out was just the topping to the cupcake. Extremely poor customer service for 2 out of 3 employees.

I drop by on the Burger Family regularly to indulge my Teen fetish with their fries and root beer - fast food three-way. Consistently tasty and they have good coupon offerings. The staff at Northgate Square location last Saturday afternoon fulfilled me twice over in seconds. Slight hiccup in processing the coupon chalked up to the novelty rather than cashiers indolence.
I was not impressed today. My fries were room temperature and the chi Ken fingers were soggy.
The workers never listen to instructions or remember what are in specific burgers .... Because of food allergies
