Got told that they dont have ingredients lists on any of their prepared items. They dont know what is, and what is not in certain foods. Complacent and pretty much unwilling to make sure allergens are not in certain foods. We were told This is what we get from Dominos, its your fault you have allergies and you should know what you can eat making it my problem to discern what ingredients were in their prepared foods which was my inquiry to begin with. This is unacceptable. At the end the staff quipped me with berating comments to boot.

After almost 30 years of ordering domino s, im done. Almost every order is over cooked on top, with undercooked crust. All that due to the conveyor type oven they are using. They have been using it for a while, I know. Talked with manager who offered no solution. Product is over priced for the quality they provide. Also move to downtown to attract walk in type customers doesn t work. Place offers no parking so if you arrive during busy time you have to find parking elsewhere then walk over. Quality of the pizza is no longer the same. Will not go back. There are other places is town or outside of town like Callander, that make much better quality pizzas. Good luck Domino s.

If you can avoid being harassed or stabbed in downtown North bay, it is a perfectly normal dominoes... they made me a Hawaiian pizza in 10 minutes like they said they would... walk in special 9 single topping pizza plus another tipping plus an orange Fanta for 22 bucks... I guess the Fanta was 7 and the extra topping was 6 bucks

I have tried pizza in many countries, Im sure that they are not serving the same pizza to everyone but I GOT PIZZA WITH TASTELESS TOPPINGS. 0 taste , only the sauce was with flavour... Feta was like they have soaked in just water for many days.

The service, the taste everything is perfectly awesome. Specially Sachin and rajat these two people are very kind and polite. I have an great experience. Strongly recommend to others as well.

Online ordering wasn t working for so I decided to go into the store to order and I m so thankful I did! The staff were so kind and patient! I had to try my payment method 3 times before realizing my card was locked. Thankfully the store manager was right there and was so sweet. I got the card issue handled and was able to pay for my order. I got a large pizza, 2 drinks and a dessert! It was prepared quickly and thoroughly! The manager even gave me a discount for all the problems I was having which was so kind of him! While I was waiting for my order the phone must have rang like 10 times and the staff never let it ring more than once per call. I am so impressed by how clean the store is and how amazing the staff are! GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANKS FOR HELPING A STRUGGLING GIRL OUT TONIGHT! You made my day/night. Now time for me to dig in haha

Placed an order to be ready so I could pick up after work. The customer area was clean I didn t wait on my pizza they had it ready to go and I was pleased it was super quick and easy from start to finish I redeemed a free pizza as well

Best gluten free pizza!

Everything was extremely delicious! I especially loved the philly cheese steak pizza with extra cheese. It is so yummy! And a new fav is the Make your pasta -alfredo, provolone, sausage, and mushrooms. Its so so good.

EDITED i cant leave another reveiw for dominos so ill have to add it here...... at the end is my new reveiw I like the pizza but I have to say something. I was a regular customer until they tried to scam me for a second time. I go in there and order the same thing 1 large ex pep ex cheese 2 dips comes to about 23. Well 1st scam was a buy. 1 get 1 free I was like dam ill do that so I went in ordered my same order cames up to 35 how is that well obviously that pizza aint free they finally gave me my pizza at my normal price but I didnt get the free one. Also the second time they attempted to scam me was bar rush got my normal order done up goto pay 33 something. I told them thats. Wrong and he tried to tell me no its bcus I got dips. So this is the new dominos ran by entirely all east Indians the old location was ran by white people. Im not a racist so dont even.....Im just saying I see a similar pattern with scammers. OK so Ive been in a few times more again I was charged almost 10 dollars extra each time. They are scamming their customers. Wasnt a new girl on counter shes been there a while should know how much or the right buttons to push. Watch out my people. If your going to dominos question them on pricing. Take care

Mine and my daughters favorite Parking: Sometimes its hard to find parking however they have suggested I call and let them know Im out back on oak Street which is sometimes easier to find parking there and they will bring the food out back. I am giving one star for the food. I ordered a simple pan pizza and they gave me a play dough. I spoke to some lady , telling her this is not my first time ordering I know when a pizza is not well done or even half done she told me I m sorry it comes like that making me look like it s my first time ordering pizza from dominos. We ended up concluding on the actual thing and she told me to order another one, I told her if they can not get this right how would they get the second one right ?. She then told me she would give me 50% off after talking to the manager. I told her I cannot be paying for their mistake and we decided on me paying. After I made the second order I told her I do not want any pan I want the normal hand toast since the pan is undone and comes like that (like she said) . She said no problem while it was processing I re-baked the first undone pizza my self and the dough became fluffy instead of chewy like it s undone . (Which confirms the pizza was initially undone ) They finally delivered the second one and I paid just for it to be undone againnnnnn. Rubbish equals FOOD POISONING. Mind you, this was not the same order anymore it was the regular toast or bake this time. With what I ve said , I think you need to do better and make a proper pizza . It s that simple. I cannot be paying for something I will remake, that is your job . Be mindful ordering from this location so you don t get food poisoning . The customer service was good but the kitchen NO. I will attach some pictures for evidence

Not sure why but this place has gotten 10X better than it was before. The pizza is much much better than before. The service is just as great. Jay is brilliant. I ordered 2 times and after that he always remembers me by name and makes my pizza exactly how I asked him to the first two times I ordered but now I don t even have to ask, he just knows what to do and has informed the other team members as well. I really appreciate that sort of personalized service. Great job to the whole team and a special thank you to Jay for the fantastic service and perfect pizzas every time
