Boston Pizza in North Bay

I just really wanted to acknowledge your server, Parker. He was outstanding and just so great. He was quick, funny, and had a great memory for our group of 6. He didnt hover and he knew when to come by with drinks, and we didnt even have to ask for our takeout boxes. Keep him around!

Great food and service

Went for a bday lunch a couple weeks back , shared 2 apps with my sister the spinach and artichoke dip and the nachos.. the pitas for the dip were over cooked and hard, and the nachos may have had a quarter cup of cheese at most on the whole dish, but you want jalapenos, there was probably 30 on there.. wasnt impressed especially with the cost

Cheap with the cheese. Pretty bad for a pizza restaurant. Ordered french onion soup and there was a small sprinkle of cheese. Our son said his nachos was just chips and barely any cheese. This is probably corporate greed. The menu makes the item sound great, but in reality its pretty bad.

Worst service... told the server to bring water first and we order a pizza. We are waiting for water and she just put the pizza on table in hurry and ran away. We were looking at her to order drinks and want to ask about water but she didnt came. Being busy for them is okay but they should have some sense to serve the food.

Wouldnt recommend this restaurant in north bay. We went for super on Monday the 26th. We were asked if we wanted to seat outside or inside, decided to go outside she didnt give us menu and utensils, waited for 15 minutes never got served. My daughter went inside the guy told her they didnt know they had someone on the deck. Waited another 12-15 minutes to get serve and nobody came. Decide to leave because I had to be back in sturgeon for 6:30 and they had at least 6-8 tables that came in for super. This is at least 3 times that it happens to me not to get serve. Im diffinitly not going back.

Overpriced and small portions for food you can make better at home

Stopped in with a group of 10 and it was great experience. Service was spot on and flawless. The host sat us right away and Reba, our waitress, was one of the best ever! I got perogie pizza and twisted rocket. Yum Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!

Delicious Food. The only compalint is that the portion size of thai bites i got this time was very less to last time. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Ordered take out and half the order is wrong and we re missing a side. When we tried to call there is no answer. This isn t the first time, but will be the last.

Overall not a great meal for the price we paid. The pizza was not hot. Was disappointed with the beet salad that had watery canned pineapple, at that price it should have been fresh pineapple, too much dressing and the chicken that I paid an extra $6 for was dry and over cooked. The staff however were very pleasant...friendly and efficient.

Honestly, the food was great, so was the service, my friend and I went here for dinner and got the chicken parmesan with Caesar salad, the spinach and artichoke dip with pizza bread, and my friend got a 8 pizza and the Caesar salad as well, everything was amazing, chicken was tender yet crispy, pasta was cooked perfectly, salad was crunchy and the dressing was perfectly covering the salad, then we got the cheesecake, and all we have to say to that is yum! If there were options for more than 5 stars I wouldve definitely left more than 5 stars. Service was great as well our server was Rory C, and when I say she was one of the most kind people both me and my friend had ever met I mean that 100%. Best dine in experience ever. 100/10!

We were 11 in our group, and it was my granddaughters 19th birthday. Our waitress was super sweet and friendly, and her customer service went above and beyond The food and drinks were also superb

I am a 265 lb man. While consuming over 2000+ calories of pizza, I was asked if I was driving when I requested my third Coors Light. I ve never been so insulted in my life. The server was named Chris, an old woman of exceptionally plain features. I have to injunct anyone who visits here in North Bay to politely decline her service if she haunts your table.

Portion was extremely small, overpriced, server took order and returned with bill, no check-ins.

We ordered ex lg pizza person who took order, barely spoke English, kids screaming in back ground. Placing order took almost 10mins. The pizza was horrible, pd 67.00 for it, toppings were slim, who puts slices of ham, slices of sausage, bacon was so hard. I have never ordered from Boston Pizza again. I give it a 0 rating.

Boston Pizzas are pretty generic. I didnt appreciate the fact that all substitutions cost a few more dollars. I was not told this at the time of ordering.

Great food Needs a better Non-alcohol selection.

Received the best service. The waitress was amazing. she didnt have to ask for a refill or take out containers brought to us before we even had to ask. Very impressed!

Ordered a double order of wings and got 8 wings for 30 dollars missing sauces and vegetables and now cant get ahold of the restaurant unreal never going again

Our server on Wednesday February 28th was so rude right from the time we sat down. At first she questioned the 5 children and stated I was told no children. Then we waited close to 40 minutes to order, we had to go ask for someone to come take our order, the restaurant was empty there was only 2 other tables due to the weather. When placing our order she had a rude comment for almost every person. She waited until we ordered to tell us they couldn t make the beef dip due to quality of meat and price, then we had to scramble to change our order. Then when a special request was made she said the kitchen didn t like that and they were getting in trouble for doing it and she didn t want to get written up. When the food came out 3 people didn t receive their meals. She didn t come back for almost 20 minutes at which time we told her we hadn t received our order. She told us the system glitched, which makes no sense since it didn t line up with how we ordered. She came back and told us they would rush it. Another 20 minutes passed before the missing orders came, sandwiches were cold and we didn t get the app we ordered to come out first. At this point we had been in the empty restaurant almost 2 hours, we were standing with coats on waiting for our bill. We were offered 10% off our meals, the manger on duty never came to our table to apologize or check on us. Absolute worst experience ever, we could not wait to get out of there. We will also be calling to speak with the day manager. We were just shocked at how this person is in customer service. She also yelled at the children.

I got the baked ravioli, ceaser salad and cheesy garlic toast delivery to my hotel, as I was traveling. I placed the order online, the store called immediately to confirm, he was so pleasant and nice. I asked for all utensils, salt, pepper, napkins, Parmesan on the side, the driver was early, the food was hot and she was so pleasant. The food was delicious and exactly what I wanted!!!!!!! Best Boston pizza experience yet!!!!

Probably my worst experience at Boston pizza to date. The burger I ordered was extremely dry and the bun was overcooked to the point it looked black, my friends nachos were overcooked and had barely any cheese or toppings on it, and my daughters shrimp alfredo was soupy. They didnt bother to wait till we were done our appetizers so our table was full of plates and food that we were eating when they brought over our entrees and the waitress was trying to pretty much slam them down on the table through all the rest of the stuff that was already on there, she was quite Hasty about things. To say the least I will probably be avoiding going back there, because Ive pretty much had enough of giving this restaurant a try.

It s good, clean and quite tasty. No issue with server s communication skills. I charged my phone on the media box while eating lunch! What s not to like?

Food was awesome!! But the server Sydney as well as the manager Michaella seems to be super rude. It seems they didnt wanted us to be there. It used to be our to go place for dinner but from last couple times the service is not up to the mark. And this visit made it even worst.Very disappointing and never returning back!!

My waitress was very nice but the kitchen manager was a karen with the hair cut told me they can not cook my wings in the deep fryer worst customer service ever dont recommend this place at all

We went in about 7ish a big group party had just left we walked in were greeted and seated we orderd food came quicker than we thought.....server was nice freindly my food was good n hubbby but my todler chiken fingers were little too hard for him and he didnt get his cookie.....overall it good place tho pretty quiet being that it was littler later in day which was nice.... Kid-friendliness: It very kid friendly on resturant side but bar side not so much as tables are high n chairs tho there are booths too just busier on that side

We had a late dinner on Saturday of Easter weekend. Food was great, but our server made the experience 5 star, she was so friendly, kept our drinks refilled and checked on us often. Next time we come to North Bay we will eat here because of our fantastic server!

Really horrible service. Walked in with a group of 8 people, was told no room anywhere although there were lots of tables open, and when we sat at the bar to wait for a table the bartender told us it was too much work to serve us sitting at the bar.. the restaurant was more than half empty at this point at 4pm..

The food was decent. They didnt give me my entire order when I picked up so I had to drive back to get my salad. Got a sad sorry and a weak excuse. If youre going to allow pickup and take-out then you should know how to prepare it so as to not inconvenience patrons.

We were visiting North Bay and met friends for dinner. I now remember why I havent been to BPs in years...not good value for the money. The food tasted fine but everyone left feeling hungry. My hometown had 6 BPS at one point and now theres only 1 left.

Food was great but service not so good. Went to bar area took some time to get service. Place was not very busy. Asked to have tv channel changed to watch a game really wanted to see. That took at leat 10 min. The ordered beer and nachos with beef. Received nachos no beef but I didnt realize it till then. It was still very good. Told the bartender that there was no beef and he brought me the bill with beef charged. Told and he took the bill and adjusted it at 1.00 off and I asked only 1.00 politely and his response was thats what it looks like. The food was still very good and price didnt matter to me. Just seamed like I was a real bother to him all the time I was there

Pricey food. Slow service. Not a lot of menu options. Sugar-free red bull only?! Been here for over 25 minutes and still haven t been served. The restaurant is half empty. Always given the wrong drink when I ask for a white freeze.

Well our service was bad. Drinks like passion fruit and coffee. Passion fruit had lemon in and water. I wanted to have more coffee but waitress showed up on end when we wanted to leave and pay for it. She seemed very upset that I didnt get a Bud Light beer. Last time I am in Boston Pizza.

Ordered take-out from here on Saturday evening via the BP app. The food was ready to go when we got there and was excellent. We took out so I cant really comment much on the atmosphere other than to say they had a defined restaurant and bar side. My wife and I were travelling through and had hoped to use the washroom while we were there but I couldnt see a sign for the washrooms at this location.

We ordered take out from this location. Kids spaghetti and meatballs had no flavour compared to the other locations. The chicken parmesan meal tasted like rubber and was tough to eat.

Arrived for a Thursday afternoon lunch. The food was hot, tasty with fresh ingredients, and the right amount of dish offerings to satisfy all tastes. Service was extremely fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Boston Pizza. They offer much more than pizza with unique recipe options. Even the pizza had unique variations.

We sat on the patio and were left there. Had to track down a different waiter to get our drink order. 10min later our beer arrived and he said he would be back to take food order... again had to track him down. Then after food finally was ordered and arrived (meal was descent) the server never returned. We didnt get any more drinks or even the bill. Had to find him to pay. I wouldnt go back jsut based on the service ai recieved.

Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian but I wanted to compliment you guys again. When ordering on skip the dishes I noticed you cater to a very wide variety of dietary restrictions. Just another reason this is my favorite place in town. Food

Boston Pizza is a pretty good place to go, I recommend going with friends! The service has always been great, servers are friendly and like to make connections. The girl who served us last night was very sweet! The food was pretty good, Ive had a few different menu items. Im personally not a fan of the spaghetti that comes with the chicken Parm. However, I do have to say that they currently have the best french onion soup!

We booked our hockey team and families here and they did an amazing job. They were so organized and efficiently handled our group of 50 people (many kids around 10 and under). Definitely recommend for a group booking. The staff was so energetic and friendly too.

Shawn P was an amazing server!! Its been a long time since weve had decent service at any restaurant and Shawn was awesome. He was very attentive and super friendly. He actually seemed to enjoy his job. It was a nice change. The food was exactly what we expected and delicious. Our drinks were never empty and we all left with a smile on our face. A 47$ bill ends up at 56.64 with tips for - wait for it - 1 pizza and 2 ginger ales (3.99 1 glass) Hahaha I am really jealous how you an be so greedy loke that and still find some sleep. Excellent Food and Service, we came 1:30 Sunday afternoon. Katie gave us excellent service with a smile! Our appetizers came hot and fast, followed by our mains. Every time I go my server is usually Reba. The service is fantastic. I appreciate her never forgetting to ask about the upgraded options as opposed to an order taker which I have received from other servers there. The spaghetti is always done well. I m a happy campers. Oh the coffee is always fresh. That s a huuuuuuge deal to me. Nothing is a bigger turn off than cold or room temperature coffee.

Zero complaints, the food, coctails and service was exactly as expected. We were a party of 3 in the mid afternoon on a Monday, the restaurant was not crowded yet still seemed busy.

Went in for a few drinks and to watch the the cup. I dont typically leave reviews but the bartender was Michaela was really great. Me and my buddies ended up staying for a few hours after the game.
