Great service, great environment. If you’re in good or a bad mood, you get walk into this place the people the vibes ❤️ You will leave with a smile, foods always fresh well unless it’s hot and ready, but that should be given. They probably do judge customers, but there’s nothing that projects that vibe, it’s wonderful to see a company able to do their steps as greeting and making sure the customer leaves satisfied. Staff members are ready to find a solution for their customers and share their offers. Keep up the good work I hope this environment never change. It’s very hard to walk in and establishment and workers put their personal problems away from customers and focus on the customer . Great job
Not expecting the world when grabbing ready to go pizza, however, at 5:30pm both pizzas ordered ( one pepperoni, one cheese) were ice cold. Both barely had any sauce on them. The crazy bread was like rubber, cold and burnt. My teenage kids were reluctant to eat any. We haven't gone to that location in several years due to issue with the product. We were in the area and looking for something quick. The young man at the counter was upbeat and has great customer service skills. I looked at the leftovers this morning and the slices looked like they should be put right beside the pizza boxes in the recycling bin...disgusting. We've been sick since eating the pizza yesterday. Stay away. Buyer beware.
I went the other day and the pizza is barely edible. It’s rock solid. I don’t expect them to be fresh every time but 10 minutes after the store opens the pizza shouldn’t look like this. And it actually looks better in the picture than what it actually was. I laugh every time I see the tip option. If the pizza was even a score of 7/10 I would tip. Spend an extra $5 and go somewhere else
Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was all sauce no cheese or pepperoni. The pizza was paper thin and tasted like card board. The cheese in the stuffing tasted like plastic and was rock hard.
if i could give 0 stars i would. when you hit no tip your card will decline the pizza was gross and looked hours old who ever is running this is cheap. dont come here go somewhere better
We know we aren't getting high quality pizza when picking up a hot-and-ready deep dish, but wow. Barely even hot, and the pizza was so hard. Normally these things are super greasy and there was barely a splotch on the grease paper underneath. We checked out the box to see what time this was made after taking a few bites and nothing was marked. Clearly a super old pizza tossed in a new box.
Every few weeks I would order a fresh medium all meat stuff crust pizza for lunch , as I hadn't had a good luck with the ones in the ready rack , the guys answering the phones were always nice and courteous and my fresh hot pizza was always ready in 10 minutes , last week I called to order my usual pizza but this employee told me that I didn't have to call in as they had one in the rack , I told him I wanted a fresh one made , he said he was too busy and didn't have time to make one and hung up . I almost drove over there to have a chat with him , then thought about and he was not worth the time, I've always tipped them well and thanked them for the good service . Now I've removed their phone number from my phone and will order elsewhere. It's very unfortunate for the rest of the employees who did a good job now loosing a good customer.
Used to love pizza from these guys. Oh boy, these days they skimp on toppings so badly. Meat lovers barely has meat. Canadian barely has mushrooms. Supreme barely has green peppers.

Called in my order at 6:00 and show up to the store and get told to wait a few minutes and I ve been in the store at 6:18 and 6:58 I leave finally and they gave me free cheese bread and a 2L pop and the guy infront of me as well because I told them he ordered before me in the store . They said that there oven shut off and they had to restart everything and I was going just do a pizza box for my dogs birthday cake
Overcooked, overpriced, tastes like cardboard, next to no toppings.
The Ready to Go pizza was good, just seems smaller than before which isn t great since it costs more now.
I m not sure where you found your front counter pizza person but that guy needs a raise. He s always extremely nice above and beyond always. Really good crew of young dudes, breath of fresh air that s for sure. Last time my puffs were way over done or had been sitting for a long while because they were crunchy not in a good way, but usually the food is always good especially for the price.
Little ceasars is my go to for pizza.
Ordered a thin crust and it shows up wet put in the oven for 15 minutes, still soggy it seems like they used tortillas to make plus the green peppers tasted moldy

Customer service was awful I wouldn t come back to this location after the way I was treated.
Today I North Bay store I have a terrible experience, they didn t want to give my order saying I haven t paid for that and they were hidden the order. I felt like that want me to paid double. They were everything less than kind with me I felt very frustrated, when I showed the receipt didn t even apologize for doubt about the payment. Need an urgent customer service re-training.
A great team running the little shop. There was a little confusing with one fo my orders so they immediately offered replacement. They were super friendly and helpful and they even provided an extra pizza as a complementary to compensate for our time waiting for the replacement. 10 out of 10 would go there again. Thank you very much to the both gents working there!

Ordered 2 large and 1 medium pizza yesterday as we had company coming for supper. Complete trash, tasted like cardboard. There was absolutely no care or pride taken in the preparation of the pizzas. Very little toppings and they were just dumped in the middle on 1 or the large pizzas, spread on just 1/2 of the other large pizza. None of the pizzas were even close to be cut properly. All 3 pizzas were under cooked. Complete waste of $55. Wont be back.

Got a hot and ready pizza, cheapest in town; and the pepperoni was good. Had called prior to get prices. Its between 241 and Little Caesars in north Bay for me. Vegetarian options: I used to be a vegetarian, feta cheese and added cheddar with spinach is a good choice. Kid-friendliness: Theres no tables, just a counter to order, and there places to shop nearby like bins and bins. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide door, wheelchair users will have no problem.
I will not go thru Door Dash or Skip the Dishes to get my order delivered. I will go elsewhere. But again I guess my business doesnt mean anything Food : 5/5
Once i used to prefer little ceasers over any others, but after getting disappointed from this location several times, hard to say, but i need to give up now . Every time i gave proper instructions, even about the mistakes, they did last time but nothing Vegetarian options: All the toppings was RAW, under cooked. I dont know how but i was able to feel the raw crisp of onion

Just had the cheese stix/pizza combo, on the way home. Those cheese stix are so addictively delicious, Im bout to make the 200 mile round trip(New Liskeard) for more!.

Ive been going here for years but lately no one seems to know how to cut the pizza properly. Slices only an inch big, with other slices to big to hold, with a trapezoid left in the middle. I mean its not hard to cut pizza...
Pale white thin crust. Cheap on the topping and the smallest medium pizza that I ever received. Even left off a topping I paid for. Also paid more for the medium than anywhere else. Usually the medium is enough for three people. This one was three small pieces for two people and one leftover slice. More expensive too. Never again.
The crazy bread was dry, Parm on maybe one or two sticks in the entire back. the pizza they gave me was cold.

After sharing a horrible experience about dominos. I feel like I should do the same with little caesars but in a positive way. This little caesars has always been really good in terms of timing of online orders and staff is always friendly. I did have one issue a while ago and had to go back to the store but the manager was determined to make it right. He made me a fresh pizza, offered me a free drink and crazy bread (both of which I declined). The fact that he wanted to make things right is what makes me come back..a CLEAR contrast to dominos being rude and trying a bait and switch on me.

Now that little Caesars finally got a 14 inch pizza, it s my favourite Pizza in North bay. The ingredients are always fresh, and the crust is perfect for me. Don t change a thing it s excellent The way it is. My former drummer, is the one that got me hooked on Little Caesars. I m glad he did. Also you have to try their deep dish pizza its awesome.

Good pizza if you want it quick at the lowest cost possible, you get what you pay for, staff is knowledgeable and polite. Dinner is a line up, I recommend order ahead. Sauce is a little spicy you feel it if you don t like pizza with a kick lol

I ordered from skip the dishes and my order never arrived. Even though the service is not affiliated with the store, they still offered to either reimburse my order or make me a fresh one. I really appreciated their understanding and help.
You call them they say theyre closing meanwhile theyre still 45 minutes to closing time seems like the workers are just trying to get off work early what about people getting off work late need something quick to eat
I had a $5 hot n ready on thursday night and it was awesome. It looked better than what you see in commercials. Ps. If you like garlic, and forget dipping sauce, grogery stores have a roasted garlic mayo spread that is da bomb on pizza.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. The hot and ready was cold and tasteless, kind of like eating cardboard with cheese. The bread sticks were just as disgusting as the pizza. What a waste of money.

Last couple times Ive been there. The pizza is undercooked and tasteless. Either turn up the temperature in your pizza oven or turn down the conveyor speed...or both.

The $5 pickups are perfect they really are just a small simple thing that you can pick up eat right away and not have to break Bank over. That being said I mean the pizza is probably worth only $5 and ever would only be worth $5 I would not recommend leaving this pizza over night turns terrible. So make sure that you only buy what you really need. but hot and ready is their motto and again if youre in the area say a hotel or something like that and youre looking for a simple pizza then you really cant go wrong
Worst pizza have ever eaten in my life, I have had little Caesars in Barrie where I live now but grow up in north bay and decided to go to that location well visiting my parents and worst decision in my life. Made me sick and would never go back there again. It doesnt even deserve that one star.

My THREE last experiences at little caesars has honestly been so terrible. The custumer service is good.. dont get me wrong. BUT the pizza... IS TERRIBLE. its suppose to be Hot N ready and this is Crispy N crusty. I called and was told the pizzas limit in the warmer are 30 minutes.. MARK THE PIZZAS. MY PIZZA SAT THERE FOR PROBABLY A HOUR or longer... YOU CAN SEE THE GREASE IN THE BOTTEM OF THE BOX ITS UNAPPITETIZING. Im a college student. So clearly this is my budget..i dont live to far from little caesers but im not wasting my gas to go back to get a new pizza.. Make sure to ask if your pizzas are fresh. And how long it has been sitting there. If they ask to make a new one sit and wait. Its defiantely not worth getting a box of greasy cardboard. (I just got home with my pizza.. here it is.. YUM EH?!)
The pizza is always mediocre at best. Not to say its the restaurant its just little Cesars pizza. The source taste stays with you all day. Frozen pizzas better and its the same price.

Every time I go here I always get the stuffed crazy bread when cooked right they are so delicious, but there a few times I have ordered now and it aint even cooked its always under cooked, its pretty nasty when you get home to eat and its just raw dough and cheese!!

I go into the North Bay location at approx. 5:20pm on 2 Nov. 2016. normally I order the hot and ready deep dish. Normally, its luke warm, theres minimal cheese on it, none near the edges. theres no pride or care in the preparation of this product. the staff ALWAYS looks like they hate their job, theyd rather be anywhere else but where they are. and when you order, they act like youre just a massive inconvenience. so, needless to say, they have cost you a customer. permanently. so, I place my order. BUT, because the ones in the warmers have always been there for FAR too long, I always ask for a fresh one to be made. I dont mind waiting the 10-15 minutes. then see the box set and think...Ill try something new. so, I ask a girl (short, brown hair, approx. 410, very skinny wearing dangly earrings made of feathers...great thing to have dropping into the food...nice health code violation) if I can change my order from the hot and ready to the box set. same price, just swapping. she gets confused, takes about 10 minutes for her to figure out that yes, I can. so, she gets someone to put one int he oven for me. just as its coming out of the oven, another customer comes in. hed apparently called in an order for the same product, but the girl who I was speaking to (rude, dangly ear rings..remember her?) had forgotten about it and forgotten to get a second int he oven for him. so, she gives him MY order (that Id already paid for) and tells me i have to wait yet another 10-15 minutes for mine. take into account Ive been there for almost 30 minutes at this point. so, when I inform her that maybe she shouldnt have sold mine to the other customer, thats when she tells me hed ordered one for pick up, and shed forgotten to have his put int he oven. no apology, nothing. just a rude tone of voice, the same ignorant I dont want to be here attitude. so I ask to speak to the manager. no manager. AT ALL. just a supervisor thats in high school like the rest of these kids and couldnt care less. during our conversation, she tells me, to my face, that Im lying about the rude customer service Id gotten, and if Im going to make a big issue out of it shell give me a refund to get rid of me. poor customer service, rude kids in the store, never going back.
Just got ripped off at this location making me pay for my dip twice since i had to wait 20 minutes for my hot and ready. If they had it ready i woukd have paid them and walked out
Dont bother unless the pizza is fresh made. Their Hot and Ready pizzas are Warm and Old. Nasty pizza gave me a bad belly ache. Thanks Jerks!
