Milano Pizza & Wings in North Bay

Called for a pizza at 11:30pm was told that ovens were shutting off and that they could not serve me. The lady on the phone was rude and told me she did not want my business. Very discouraging and I will not be giving my business to the restaurant anymore after the disrespect I experienced.

We put a 70.00 order in by doing it over the internet website, which gives the option to do so. Said delivery would be just under an hour . Well it took well over an hour and hey , no chicken wings. Call and tell them and say they are sending them right away but now after a nother hour still no wings. Call again and was told they would just credit me a pound of free wings ..free? I paid for them and didnt get any so thats not free. Told him there wont be another time Im not ordering from this store again.

Food was great. Wonderful service. Ask about the deals.

Just the right amount of sauce, plenty of cheese. Nice crusty crust. Poutine had a nice gravy, fries made outta gold! Highly recommend this location. Personally, I prefer going in to pick it up, Im way too old and senile to place orders over the phone.

Spent 40 bucks for pizza and had no toppings or cheeze on it. Ordered extra cheese bacon pepperoni and onion. And the pizza was very doughy not cooked enough. Tryed calling and no answer. I will not order again

Took an hour and half to get our pizza after my wife ordered through their online app. Order said complete 40 mins before it arrived. When it arrived, missing items. Nothing done about it. Sixty bucks for incomplete order that showed up after 90 minutes.

Ok pizza

I m sorry, but I have to change my review for this place. Everything on their menu used to be super delicious and great quality. Their deep fried cheese curds were to die for, and the calzones and Stromboli were such great quality! However the last 6 months or so things have really started to go down hill. It started with them changing their deep fried cheese curds to something bland and styrofoam textured. We called and informed them that the change was definitely a bad one, but it fell on deaf ears and they continue to serve the lacklustre quality ones. Then they started to make their calzones and Strombolis with less and less sauce and toppings until it s basically just a big undercooked doughy ball with a tiny bit of filling. I only tried their pizzas a handful of times and they have been consistently good, but it is an extreme shame that their side menu is going completely downhill, especially since that was my main reason for going there. I really hope whatever cost-cutting measures they are taking gets some rethinking because it is effecting the food. Original review - Extremely tasty, and the prices are much better than most chain places.

Placed a 90$ order at 5:05, it said it would be here at 5:55, it showed it was on route at 5:55, and didn t get here until 6:30!!!! All my food is cold!!!! You d think after spending this kind of money I wouldn t have to put it back in the oven to heat it up!!!

Hands down the best price for a walk in pepperoni pizza in North Bay - they re always sauced well, with a fair amount of cheese and pepperonis. I highly recommend this place, the pizza is ready within 15 minutes of calling

Always great food and service, but please put dips in separate bag instead of on pizza so they are not covered in grease

Your typical small pizza shop, good sauce and crust, walk in specials are where its at because theyre inexpensive but unlike something hot n ready you actually get a great pizza. Ceasars salads are good as well, have not tried wings. Staff is friendly

The desert is PHENOMENAL SO TASTY SO FLAKY SO YUMMY POCKETS OF SUGAR CINNAMON DEEP FRIED POCKETS. But man they are so YUMMY!! All the food they offer is very DELICIOUS... My opinion this has to be happens the BESTEST place Ive ever ate PIZZA N GARLIC BREAD mmmm mmmm GOOD Vegetarian options: Much great meat products lots of selections but also much for the vegan lovers too with a very good choices to choose from and many selected combos to add too. Wheelchair accessibility: Very widen doors so accessable entrance for wheelchair personnel.

Bought the carry out special - cheese and pepperoni. Crust was very good but they are VERY skimpy on the cheese and pepperoni. I wish I had taken a photo to show everyone.

Overall pizza is like most pizza places in the area. Neither really good or really bad. Ive found that the prices are quite high for what you get and there isnt a lot of daily specials. However, if youre up on that end of town. Its an alright place to eat out.

Good service and good pizza

Place is your average pizza spot, but the size is huge and they don t cheap out on you. The staff is a little hard to understand sometime but nevertheless are extremely friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to any collage kids looking for a cheap and great pizza.

High prices, have had a good pizza there, but tonight Id paid 50 dollars for a disgusting pizza with something on it that shouldnt have been there. It was un-sanitary.

We were traveling so did not get to eat the pizza for a good 45 minutes, it smelled delicious! But by the time we got to our destination it wasnt as good as it perhaps could have been. Very price, $32 for a large delux pizza which I would expect to be very large, but wasnt.

We ordered a Pepperoni and a Supreme Sorento Pizza both Delicious! I had a Pepperoni Panzerotti and Wow best one I ever had! The sauce and dough are excellent. The driver that delivered our Pizza was also pretty awesome. He was very polite and great with our kids as we were getting the pizza and paying for the order. Do not order from here if you have food allergies. They dont list all ingredients on the menus and dont offer to replace your pizza with informed of this failure.

Never again after the poor responce for not dealing with a food allergy issue. Unwilling to help or even refund in any fashion .One and done when it comes to major issues like this. Management do better... If your there to sell college students pepperoni pizzas only then lower your prices!!!!

Brutal ordered the same thing two weekends in row price jumps over 25$ and when questioned the price was told I was banned .

Excellent customer service. When i arrived to the restaurant my order wasnt quite ready, so i waited in my vehicle for less than 5 minutes, wasnt in a hurry. The boy came out and gave me my order plus a free pound of wings for having to wait longer than expected. I will always go there. Great tasting food as well!

Edit: The Owner or Manager called me today to apologize. He issued a credit and assured me he would train his staff to be more clear on this item :) The pizza is usually pretty good. I ordered a Stromboli sandwhich tonight along with our pizza and cheese curds. I get home and the sandwhich is only cheese. no meat. I called and was told I was wrong that the Stromboli sandwhich only comes with cheese?.... If I wanted meat I would have had to pay extra and order it with meat. The customer service is awful here! If I wanted a cheese panto or calzone I would have ordered that! I was not even offered a small apology for the misunderstanding. We will not be back!

Best pizza in North Bay hands down. They even have the best fries! Love it! And the service is always great. The people there are always so friendly and delivery guy and time is is always fast and friendly

Nice not too thin nor thick dough. Fresh green peppers and real pepperoni. We had a large pizza and slices were good size. Cant give peraonal review on the Nuggets... however the nuggets were a hit for the kids. Good price. Will order again.

Favourite pizza place in town, my go to pizza place!

Amaaaaaaaziiiing. Best pizza place in town. We were visiting North Bay and were hungry. Pizza was a craveing. Milano Pizza haf great reviews so we tried it out. It was tasty and cheap. We ordered 12 wings, 5 breadsticks and one XL pizza. The total only came $45. They should create more franchises in the Greater Toronto Area. 100% recommend you go there.

Have a friend who loves Milano. I like it, but not quite as much as him.

Ive had the pizza delivered a couple of times with skip the dishes, and its been very good so far. Milano pizza, used to be my favorite pizza in Ottawa.

Normal they are spot on with pizza delivery and customer services, but today they just ruin it hard, called at 12:30am order pizza, gave my number and my address, waited for 1h20min and pizza still not here now they are closed and not even sure if they are still trying to delivering it or not, i did call at 150am they said they are re sending it but still nothing!!!!!!! p.s am one of thos guys, who only post review when something bad happens, never for the good stuff

Great food !

Ordered a deluxe pizza with bacon and an order of cheesy garlic bread. What we got was a pizza with almost no cheese and tiny toppings so small and over cooked that we could not taste anything but the crust and tomato sauce. The cheesy garlic sticks had no cheese, It did not even taste like cheese, just bread. We will not order again. Grocery store frozen pizza taste better, atleast you can taste the toppings. I dont recommend this bland pizza.

This place is the worst of all pizza place in town. Very little food so little I could tell what I was eating. As far of the garlic bread forget it. No cheese hardly and no taste of garlic. Call the manager was not very nice at answering my question. Never go back again unless I want plain bread.

Usually have what I want

Placed a phone order at 5:02p.m. Was told about 20 minutes. Got there at 5:17 paid and was told it would take a few minutes. Waited until 5:55p.m for two 1 topping large pizzas... people who made orders twice the size after I came in got them before hand. When I went to complain, they said Sorry about the wait, you can go now. Love their pizza but not ordering from there ever again.

I just had a slice of pizza 5 days ago. It was good and priced right at $2.25. My issue was that on a single item there should be just the one tax 5% under $4. It should be (2.35-2.40) but was charged $2.55. I said something and the girl said that is what the cash register says.....my guess it is still is the same and not fixed. It isnt the 15/20cents, it is the principal and really disregarding what I said!!!

Was just visiting from the States and I have to admit that Milanos was some of the best Pizza I have had in a long time! Highly recommended

The food is excellent but the staff is extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I will only order take out, never dine in or pick up as we were made to feel like a huge inconvenience to the four staff members working, especially the woman who took and prepared our order.

They heat up their slices in the microwave before serving... I ordered 2 slices and she heat them up in the microwave and handed them to me. I dont use microwaves, nor did I want old pizza that needed to be heated up. I had leftovers at home I could have eaten.

Delicious pizza and panzerottis, but they need to get gluten free crust as soon as possible! Sometimes their pizzas are doughy and undercooked and don t have enough toppings on them. Disappointing customer service. The chicken on their pizzas is not real chicken - it s that gross processed chicken so prices should be less.

I recently moved near this pizza shop and after ordering a family meal, we were easily impressed by the great quality, taste and service! Quickly became our go to pizza place! I have to say that they re also very QUICK!! I place an order for pickup on the phone and only 15 minutes later, it s fresh and ready for my family to enjoy! I recommend this place to everyone! Oh, and do yourself a favour and try the honey garlic wing sauce!!!! Yum!

Have ordered from here about 4 or 5 times. Great place for the varieties of pizza. My personal favourites are their Greek, Meditteranean and Chicken Shawarma pizzas. Delivery is always on time if not sooner which I love and the delivery guys are really friendly.

I ordered the 3 n 3 deal online (good thing, so I have my receipt). Large pizza, that comes with 3 toppings and either 3 dips or 3 drinks (or mix and match). I choose drinks because I already had some sauce at home. I show up at 11:15pm, pizza is done, Im paying for my order and the girl throws out the receipt. I thought she was getting my drinks for me in a bag but nope, nothing. So I asked Dont I get drinks with that? I ordered some! her response was nope!. So I got home, which is right around the corner and I checked my email and it says I ordered drinks. I didnt bother going back because it isnt worth my time. Pizza is always great but customer service is poor a good handful of the time. My boyfriend and I go there often for a quick walk in pizza pepperoni. Thinking twice about their place now. Also when I opened my cheesy bread, the lid wasnt on properly at all which had spilled on the bread. When studying for exams, and your stressed as it is and common sense things that people should do before throwing in sauce would be to make sure its closed. Im gonna be boycotting for a little (unless I am feeling generous sometime soon). More then bothered and annoyed.
