First time ordering the Dairy free cheese it was disgusting it tastes funny it doesnt melt properly when you reheat the pizza it turns a funny colorI got an extra large ended up throwing it away toppers taste like real cheese I recommend trying that not this pizza

I just bought a pizza from them at 7:10 pm, it arrived at 7:40; when eating the pizza I realized something was off, and it was like the cheese was goop, naturally I stopped eating it, wouldnt recommend it.

I don t encourage all these, I have ordered with mushrooms sun dried tomatoes as toppings but no traces of we actually paid for it, around 12 am on 28 April 2024. Literally everyone check for the toppings before you get your order.

It was overall a nice experience visiting the store. The staff was very friendly and I like the cleanliness at the store Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options available for veg at affordable prices and with the quality food.

UPDATED (2024): This place has transformed remarkably. My friends and I now dine here every week. They offer vegan choices, catering to my vegan friends needs. Brian, the staff member, is consistently welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate us. All the safety issues I noticed two years ago have been resolved. Ill keep coming here for snacks during our walks. Excellent work! --- ORIGANL (2022): I have a few safety concerns, First of all while they prepared our food and others they were not wearing hairnets, face masks, or gloves. We ate inside the restaurant and we were not asked for our vaccine receipt or vaccine passport. And finally after customers dinned in they did not wipe or sanitize the tables. I was extremely concerned about my safety and the safety of others, due to the amount of safety rules and laws that were ignored at this location. Vegetarian options: Plant-Based Chicken

ONE OF THE WORST PIZZA DELIVERY SERVICE.

No washroom key, never saw anyone washing their hands even after digging around trying to find the key and handling money. Dirty tables and chairs, the floors were wet and no signs were out advising customers of the wet floors. Overall I won t go back

I tried their pizza last week and it was really delicious and the crust was super soft. Even their service is too fast and I find the staff very friendly and welcoming.

The new owners are fantastic! We held the second half of my daughters birthday party there (we walked there from another location). They had tables set up for us and the food was hot and ready for us when we got there. They let us bring a birthday cake and were so accomodating with allergies and everything! For Owner: For godsake, get your washroom fixed !! We always take a break after a 4 hrs drive to grab pizza here, and not a single time in 3 long months the washroom was open for costumer!! The lame excuse Everytime: Even the plumber couldn t fix this , like really !! Never going back. Thank you

Just learned from the employees, fixing a washroom is as tough a job as launching a rocket. What a lame excuse lol; the employee fr said the plumber in 3 months can not get a washroom fixed for costumer who pay !! Really inconvenient when you grab your food and have to drive 2 kms for using a washroom, as the owners decided to shut the service down for costumers. PS: It doesn t stop with washroom inconvenience, to make it better our order was served to someone else. A place to avoid!!

Nice staff, good food. At the time I went, the washroom was out of order for repairs which was a bit of a bummer. Luckily I wasnt far and was taking out. Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was good, better than the deluxe in my opinion. Pepperoni was a bit spicy which is good if you like that.

Very upset from rude behaviour of employee working today in the store, on asking for my order his response was worse with bad face expressions he said that you can cancel your order and leave the store. I wait there for long time. He was using same gloves in food and for changing garbage. They need to learn sense of dealing with customer before doing anything else. Very bad customer service.

I went to have a pizza with my friends yesterday evening and we had to experience a bad behaviour from the staff working there I don t know if that was racism or not. I am a South Indian and I think he is from Punjab or something he was speaking to his coworker in Hindi and he forced us to choose topping pizza that we don t want, he said to us like it s cheap and the chicken pizza is expensive. We felt like he is looking at us like we came there to have pizza for free. Also he doesn t seem cooperative when we asked for some services. I never experienced such a bad behaviour from anyone in my life like this, that was really not nice. I have one request to make please make sure before giving job to someone that they know how to behave with customers.

Hello sir, my name is jaswinder singh. I and my family is yours old customer of cheese pizza for 1.5 yrs. We do almost same order cheese pizza on thin crust and well done. This pizza is very tasty, I and my family love this. But, from last around 3 months it has been changed, it is not that much tasty and well done. May be you changed the staff or menu. I just want to let you know if you are unaware of these things at least. This is a north bay pizza pizza. Thank you very much. We are still awaiting for that taste.

NEW MANAGEMENT! These guys are awesome, for real. Go in person, ash for That paneer sh*t you guys make Your mind will be blown. Aside from that, pizza as usual. Decent, and fast and friendly service. Seriously though, make friends with the guys behind the counter.

We stood at the counter for nearly 10 mins waiting to place our order. It was a bit busy and we could hear orders also coming in electronically, which made us realize that we would be waiting a very long time just for the finished product. But we were OK with waiting. My son has ASD and has very few foods he will eat and he loved Pizza Pizza. Its worth waiting for. And we understand that there are worker shortages all over. But what we dont get is waiting at a counter for so long and not even being acknowledged. Having someone look over to us, and say, Im sorry, we will get to you in a moment. Or find some way to acknowledge my presence. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden so I took my business to Dominoes. They were closing in 13 mins and had only 2 guys working but they brought us 2 tasty pizzas quickly. Lesson learned, we will go there in the future. Parking: Lots of parking.

I was visiting North Bay. and generally order only Pizza Pizza when outside. it was on July 31st. We asked guy at counter do you have any deals on large pizza with one topping. Look like he do not have clue what I am asking. He said there is no such deal for one topping large pizza. He give me deal with Large pizza 3 topping and 3 drinks for 14.99 without telling me. I ordered one topping only as I asked for one topping deal. Then I look at the flyer there and asked him, (by pointing at the deal) did you give me this deal, he said yes. Now I want to add more toppings but it surprise me when he said cheese is one topping and I cannot have pineapple as a topping with this deal. He never offer me drinks until I asked for. We got pizza that was not stretched well, crust was not good. From my cooking experience at pizza it looks like dough was out for long time and over proofed. I do not want to spoil my vacation so I did not say a word, we eat what ever they give and leave the place. While we eating, I see a pick up guy getting frustrated at the staff because he was picking pizza and staff start talking on the phone while delivering his order. and a cyclist was at the counter looking for someone s attention to order pizza but no one come to attend him. He says sorry to us and then he use all the good words for the staff. I generally do not comment on food places but this was my worst experience where I feel I paid extra for no reason.

Super disappointed in our order. Cost me 48$ with delivery and tip for a large pizza and 8 chicken wings that were drowned in a sauce that I didnt ask for. :(. The pizza was flipped.over so all cheese sauce all on one side :(.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 THAT STILL WOULDNT BE LOW ENOUGH! I ordered pizza for the first time at this location for pick up at 11:05pm, rep on the phone told me the pizza will be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I made my way over, whole place had one light on making me think it was closed at first. After realizing it was open I walked in and immediately starting hearing people getting very mad at the guy working the counter because they have been waiting over an hour for their orders. There was a man at the cash(clearly homeless and just hungry) asking the worker if he can take his order and the worker just stood there chit chatting with a group of friends on my side of the counter, it was ridiculous!!!! EVERYTIME someone would ask the guy if we can make our orders he would tell me give me 5 minutes , I m super busy and then just stop and laugh and talk to his friends. After waiting 20 minutes without being acknowledged I asked him if my pizza I ordered 40 minutes ago was ready and he said give me 5 minutes I m busy so at that point I just yelled down at the pizza maker and asked if the cauliflowers crust was done and he was just taking the frozen crust out of the package! I said forget it and walked out! I have never experienced this in my life! This was so pathetic! OH and I forgot to mention when he started taking the homeless mans order he STOPPED to cash out his FRIEND instead and even then sat there for TEN minutes checking him out . It was insane. This man simply was just hungry and was being discriminated against for being homeless! Shut this damn place down!

Update*. After reaching out to the Pizza Feedback team and providing the comprehensive details of my experience I have refused an inflexible $10 credit. Will not be returning. This store does not provide the consistent quality as Pizza Pizzas in other cities. I placed an order and arrived for pick-up 18 minutes later. As I was entering the store, I recieved a call from a Pizza Pizza employee stating that several options were not available for the order we placed(pizza toppings and a side). I cancelled my initial order to order in store hoping to get a better idea of available options. After entering the store and standing at the counter for several minutes, neither of the two male employees greeted us, or provided an opportunity to reorder our food.

My husband and I love their chicken wings and order 20 fairly often. We used to get 2 blue cheese dips included and they have changed it to 1. You get 1 with 10 wings and now it is only 1 with 20??? In our order tonight we only received 5 flats and 15 drums, come on!!! I want to continue to order from you guys but are making it more difficult and the $1.00 debit service fee you should absorb this cost as the price of doing business. Feels like your money grabbing $1 at a time. You need to support your loyal customers.

the guys in the back do a great job for what its worth. the pizza has a good number of toppings and is tasty , service is generally good if you do pickup. its unfortunate that the surrounding areas downtown are rather rough but they do their best.
