Waitress here is the best.

The nice ladies there are perfect with me... the service is always impeccable and the take outs are always very well understood, no errors in my orders and its always fast :)

I went there 3 times in my life.First time food was good.The next two times awful and at this point we well never go back.The liver and onion special is so bad we through it out.

If you want Homemade Food? Then this is the place to get it! Generous portions at reasonable prices. And the staff are outstanding in their field. Its worth the drive

Great place to stop for a petro pass. Could use some updates in side. Maybe a good coffee grinder coffee.

We ordered the turkey dinner. All homemade! The turkey was tender and so delicious as well as the stuffing and turkey gravy, two scoops of mashed potatoes and turnip and carrots. Large potions of each. It also came with a piece of pie of your choice. The pie crust melted in your mouth; the filling scrumptious. Each meal was packed in a sturdy container with a reusable lid which came in handy for those of us who couldn t eat our whole plate so was able to store it to have later. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful takeout experience.

Meat lovers omelette is possibly the best omelette in NorthBay. Worth the drive up the hill if youre looking for a solid breakfast for dinner. Good portion size and comparable prices. I will for sure be back !!

Great service, the atmosphere is very good and the service is fast and courteous. On-site shower service and truckers lounge. Massive space for parking our large vehicles. Quiet place for those who want to sleep in peace without a motor.

The waitresses are always super nice and helpful. I eat here a lot and never had a problem. By the best breakfast in North bay. The lasagna too and pierogies are the best as well. Kid-friendliness: Always mindful of kids eating there. My son is a picky eater so they were so kind about keeping certain things off his plate.

It was good... For truckers the showers are clean and on the restaurant side it was quite good. The service is very good though and the staff are very friendly.

Great little stop. Worth coming here everytime were in north bay for a pit stop! Always so busy and you know that shows a lot about a place. Only recommendation would be to spruce it up a littttle bit and lean into the diner vibes more because its very beige but honestly thats the only thing I can really comment on. Service was understandably a bit slow as it was busy and some of the girls behind the counter werent doing much and the waitress we had was doing most things. Disappointed for the waitress as she should be getting help from her team but she did a great job managing on her own. (Glad my tip went just to her) See you next time we drive by !

Had lunch last week, chicken club wrap and soup was fresh and delicious! Always generous portions. Cyndi treated us well. Lunch this week was their julienne salad. Fresh and tasty. I like that they don t use bagged lettuce. Tastes so much better. Charlene was super friendly as always. Place was busy! Good to see!

The truck parking is very big, lot of spot. Restrooms are clean. Food is really good, and not to expensive, around 10-20$ for good breakfast. And..... and.....the STAFF is so FRIENDLY i like to stop here, I receive a lot of smiles and good humor.

Stop here on my drive back to Winnipeg on a weekly basis. Huge parking spot for trucks. The parking could be more evenly surfaced but its not too bad. The place caters to truckers mainly and their store is well stocked for quick items. The restaurant is good. Try their fish and chips.

i phoned ahead for a christmas dinner pickup, my wife has a broken leg and i am unable to wear a mask because of breathing problems, also have doctors papers saying i am excempt from wearing a mask, went to get our meals and was told i cant pick them up unless i wear a mask, every place i know lets you do pickups without wearing a mask, was shuffled out of the place. I asked a truck driver if he could get our meal after explaining about my wife and the no mask, he went and got our christmas meal and i gave him 10 bucks for doing so, when did it become wrong to not to be able to pickup food from a restaurant, where i make contact with no customers and all the staff wear masks,Two weeks before we went in and had our meal after i showed my excempt card and nothing was said, I am 72 and my wife is 73, there is just the 2 of us and this was our meal, i would like to thank the bay truck stop for treating us so unkind, they could have brought our meals out to the car that was 10 feet from the door, but instead treated us like lepers, Merry Christmas to you and your staff hope you had a wondeful Christmas

Went there to eat for the very first time and it will also be my last...I order a Club House Sandwich and pouting and it tasted disgusting..The only good thing was the beverage...Not impressed at all..

Best truck stop restaurant. After a full day on the road this restaurant hit the spot. Had the hot beef sandwich with home made fries and chicken parmesan with spaghetti and again it was home made spaghetti sauce. Strongly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

My family and I started regularly coming to Bay Truck Stop for breakfast on the weekends just before the pandemic began and we haven t gone anywhere else since! It s the best breakfast in the bay. The waitresses are THE BEST, such sweet ladies! Always look forward to coming here. 10/10 will always recommend!

Will never stop there again. Stopped in with my husband and grandson and it took 10 min for the waitress to bring us two bottles of pop. Then I had to remind her 15 min later that we still needed the baby s milk. We both ordered burgers and the order was mixed up and the opposite toppings were on the burgers. And even if the order had been correct the food was not worth the $. I could understand if it was busy but we were literally the only ones in there at the time.

Not only are the prices held at reasonable rates... the staff are held with the highest regard as they are outstanding in their field. Its worth the drive TWO MINUTES Up the Hill... lol

Excellent as usual

It was just what we were looking for on our way through North Bay. Though they were really busy, the servers were very polite and the food was delivered quickly. Hot sandwiches were just perfect. A lot of food, all good.

This truck stop is just to the North of North Bay and is a very convenient truck stop. Lots of parking space available, good and clean washrooms. They could level the parking area and make it more organised, but for now I guess it works. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check out their sunglasses, found some cool ones. Thinking of picking a couple when I go next. Edit: Took shower twice now and wow I love that they have heated floors, they make sure its clean before each use, give towels and soap as complimentary to use. You need to fuel up Min 200ltrs diesel to get it free. Had Fish and chips from the restaurant, huge quantity, very filling, fresh and tasty too. Friendly server too. Parking: Huge parking lot

Been going here for breakfast for 35 years and the staff have always been nice and friendly ..... the food is fantastic.

Stopped in for a coffee before a long days work, serving staff went and beyond to make sure I was looked after while still attending to other patrons, will definitely return next time I m in north bay.

Food is usually really good. However, I ordered the pierogies from the grill and they were sticky. Definitely not worth what I was charged for them. Still recommend the restaurant, maybe not the pierogies.

We just had the turkey dinner, easter special, and I must say that the service was fast, friendly and the food was hot and absolutely delicious!. Portions were huge and the meals were fresh and as noted - delicious. We will be coming back to Bay Truck Stop for their takeout meals. Pleasantly pleased with our experience at this restaurant!

Best Hamburger Ive had in years. Like gas station restaurants in the 70s long before todays processed garbage.

My husband and I tried this place for the first (and last) time today after seeing the commercials on TV. I had the beef quesadilla and he had the Rueben. Both orders came with fries (that werent at all brown or crispy even after I had asked for really crispy). I have never had a quesadilla with less flavour, and it was supposed to be beef with cheese....very scarce on both.The Rueben looked like it was soaked in the same grease that everything else had. It tasted really old. The staff were friendly though.

If you want a fryed baloney sandwich. This is the place to go.
