Fabulous oxtail & curry goat. Just as good as the mom & pop restaurants I frequented in Grand Cayman when I lived there. I'll try the jerk pork next!
BBQ chicken Is amazing. Very friendly service. Open on Sunday, which is a huge bonus seeing as I'm usually in town that day.
Walked in near closing time, but the owner was still patient and kind explaining the dishes. The chicken is incredible!! Turns out I'm not huge on oxtail, but hubby said it was delicious. I think we agree to disagree about oxtail in general. The seasoning I enjoyed, just the cut doesn't thrill me. The side dishes were delicious too! Thank you so much for a lovely meal! It's simple food, well seasoned without the frills.
Best Jerk Chicken we had since we were in Jamaica! Also had the Oxtail and it was delicious! Rice was terrific as well. We can't wait to try other items on the menu including the Curry. Food was seasoned perfectly and hot sauce packets are available if you like it 🔥. Strongly recommend you give it a try!!
Amazing experience for our first time trying Caribbean Jerk! The service was fantastic and our order was ready quickly. The portions are very large for the price and everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! Very authentic Caribbean cuisine with so many amazing options to choose from. When you walk towards the building, the smell makes your mouth water. We ordered two large jerk chicken platters, a jerk chicken roti and a bbq chicken island special. Everyone ate their entire portion in minutes. I can’t wait to try more things from the menu!
My girlfriend and I came here on August 19th, 2024 and we are HOOKED! I got the large jerk chicken that was enough to feed TWO people! My girlfriend got the small curry shrimp and even that there was a HUGE portion! I never caught the owners name but he was beyond polite and extremely passionate about his business. I can't wait to come back and to spread the good things about this place, I hope this place stays around for a VERY long time!
Awesome and friendly service huge portions great flavor cool Caribbean atmosphere highly recommended got the ox tail as well as the jerk chicken great flavor very comforting the jerk seasonings smells as soon ad you walk in is unbelievably yummy

We ordered multiple Jerk Chicken Rotis, they all had massive chunks of bones in them, food was very dry, my roti had more potatoes and little to no chicken mostly all bones, for each order being 21$ after tax was a bit of a let down for the poor quality of food, unfortunately will be staying away from this restaurant in the near future. :(
Absolutely wonderful establishment, service and outstanding personability with the owner. Dwayne is something that the restaurant industry needs-A refreshing conversation, and genuinely hard working and stand up guy. Food was incredibly hot, place was spick and span clean, and wasn t too long of a wait either. What more could you ask for!

Tried Caribbean Jerk for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with our meal. The jerk chicken and pork was so tasty and I would suggest you try and macaroni pie - yummy! Cant wait to go back.

Tried for the first time today. Service was excellent, quick and so nice and made great recommendations! Ended up going with a large jerk chicken and two spicy patties for 2 people. Price is on par with other jerk spots down south and there was more than enough food for the two of us. The patties were flakey on the outside and delicious mixture on the inside. The jerk chicken is fall off the bone and the rice is seasoned so well. Will be returning for sure!

I was in North Bay for work and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The place is spotlessly clean, and the spices are absolutely perfect! Since I have access to good Caribbean food in Toronto, I was a bit skeptical about this place, but I must say, I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it!
This place will quickly become a hidden gem! If you have a craving for Caribbean food this is the place for you. I got the jerk chicken and the bbq chicken *chef kiss* Will definitely be back soon

Wow, this place is legit! My wife and I ate a lot of Caribbean style roti in Toronto, and this is right up there with the best! I cant wait to try the rest of the menu. Warning, the hot sauce is pretty spicy, its great though. I would suggest tasting it before throwing it all over your meal.

Served from the counter, you wont wait for your food here. Got the curry goat and fried chicken. Per the owner and our experience, the food isnt cooked with spicy seasonings, but it has all the flavor of the best Caribbean food Ive had. Hot sauce cups on the side are super potent if you like spice. The goat was fall-apart tender, unctuous and moist. Perfect red beans and rice and the archetypical sweet, creamy Mac and cheese. An outstanding option in North Bay!
Dropped in today to see this new place and was not disappointed. The owner is awesome and the food fantastic. The Jerk chicken was awesome and the portions of food amazing!! Excited to go back!

Lots of Parking, nice spot with great location. Owner was extremely nice and interior was well done with lots of space to sit. Got 2 curry goat bone in to go. Food was amazing lots of flavour. Portions are a great size and rice with the goat was phenomenal. Place just opened up recently after being closed for a while. Definitely give this place a shot if you re in North Bay. 10/10 would go again. edit: bone not gone Kid-friendliness: Very nice owner and employees. Lots of room to sit. Family friendly restaurant.

Food was very tasty, clean environment and owner was very friendly. I hope this restaurant sticks around, we needed something like this. Vegetarian options: They sell potato curry or you can purchase roti has another vegetarian option. Parking: there s a few parking spots in front of the store. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a walk up ramp also, wheelchair accessible washroom.

We ordered the small jerk chicken and the 2 meat jerk chicken with oxtail. We finished this meal in 10 minutes and easily one of the best Caribbean dishes we ve ever had. The oxtail deserves a shout out. That was next level. We ll definitely be back.
Best food Ive had outside of the Caribbean! Fiancée and I enjoyed the jerk chicken as well as the curried goat, both were delicious! Cant wait to try out the rest of the menu!

The jerk chicken, rice, and coleslaw was delicious and plentiful and the service was first rate too. We ate in, lots of tables. I highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.
Just going to add my 5 stars to the already huge pile. Based on the reviews you know this place is good. I love Caribbean food and this place did not disappoint. A lot of options on the menu and generous portions. Ill be going back often.
Tried this restaurant for the first time today for lunch. I got the jerk chicken platter and it was abolsutely delicious. The jerk chicken rice and coleslaw were absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff and a nice chill atmosphere. This may be my new favourite restaurant. Would recommend to anyone, especially spicy food lovers!

Got the stew chicken... chicken tastes more BBQ than stew was microwaved and dry sauce was almost non existent coleslaw was ok. pretty expensive for the small portion you get. Other than the reggae music playing nothing about the place says jamaican.. tried it one time doubt I will return.. sorry

Hands down the best Curry goat, Oxtail and Red Snapper I ve ever had! You can taste the love the chef/owner brings to his delicious recipes! Must try!!
