This is a great spot with some nostalgia. Brady and his wife right a neat little shop. The breakfast sandwich is HEFTY, and they have tasty coffee...like with actual flavour which is for whatever reason tough to find in North Bay. This is a cute little neighborhood coffee shop with a Sandwich menu that deserves your patronage.
Delicious food, with good coffee. The sandwich options are unique and made very well. Very accommodating staff, they will work with you to customize the order to your preference.
We came across this little sandwich shop thanks to a lovely local instagram post, we decided to stop in for lunch... BEST. DECISION. EVER. We have gone back for a couple more lunches and will continue to return! We loved the atmosphere as it felt as if you went back in time. The service was excellent every time we've gone. The food... melt in your mouth, little happy food dance, all of it, I get so happy when I take the first bite. My goodness I have not stopped recommending this place to friends and family. Keep up the great work! We will be by again soon :)
Amazing sandwitches went twice in one day thoughtfully curated seasonal food 💕 also got to go to a cocktail night hosted by a friend of the owner the previous night phenonominal use of the space immaculate vibe. Can't wait to be in north Bay again to eat more sandwitches! And hopefully it will align with their supper club nights!
This is a great local sandwich and lunch stop. We purchased sandwhcihes and salads and they were tasty. It boasts both vegan and meat options on the menu. One of the things I liked most was that the menu is not overwhelming. I think there is a bit more to be done for "cozy nesting" on the walls and I could imagine seating a bit differently. This is a great spot perfect for small groups, dates, and getting caught up with a friend.
This place is a hidden gem. Friendly owners, cozy atmosphere, and amazing food. Everything on the menu is delicious, breakfast and lunch! I love they use locally sourced ingredients. They also have the best cappuccino and hot chocolate in town. Do not sleep on this place, it is my new favourite!
I highly recommend trying out Crossroads! I love that they use locally sourced ingredients. The location has a classic diner feel with an elevated twist on the food. The beef dip is amazing and they make a great cappuccino. Such a great addition to our downtown!
Was passing through North Bay and was looking for somewhere to stop for lunch. This place popped up and looks like it’s relatively new so thought I’d give it a try. Got the roasted turkey breast sandwich and it was fantastic. The drinks selection was amazing. A couple of the beers piqued my interest and had I not been driving the company truck I definitely would have had one. They’re only doing take away right now but the owner let me sit and enjoy my meal. Really nice old style diner atmosphere. Will definitely be stopping in to try the rest of the menu anytime I drive through North Bay again. Highly recommend!
This will be the most life changing sandwich of your existence. I m writing this at my table, just finished the Zucchini and Halloumi, bestie had the Turkey Kimchi Melt - we are new women. No notes, 10/10!!!!!!
Lovely little diner, great atmosphere, interesting food (zuccini and halumi sandwich was divine), an all-around great spot for lunch. I was even able to get a delicious white wine to go with it.
Very good food. Clean, including the restroom. Very kind and taking time to explain, the staff member (I am not comfortable saying his name) was really great. He made the food too. I recommend, you wont regret it! Plus, you can get gluten free bread! Food : 5/5
We stopped in for lunch and ordered the zucchini halloumi, cubano and chicken nettle pesto sandwiches. They were incredible! From the coziness and nostalgia of the decor to incredibly tasting food, Brady and Emily really have a little gem. Thank you!

Great food. Well presented in a sublime atmosphere with a nostalgic flavour. Will be returning soon. Parking: Street side parking with lots of options with two large businesses close by.

A true Hole in the Wall for North Bay! Locally owned and operated. Top tier food, amazing service and incredible atmosphere. We ordered the Breakfast Sandwich and the Beef Dip this morning and everyone should come and try out their fantastic food!!
Awesome retro feeling sandwich shop making fresh quality food. Had the turkey and pesto chicken and both were delicious. Will definitely be back again
Genuinely one of the most caring establishments in North bay. Each menu item is crafted and created with love for food, service is always wonderful, and everything is always delicious! The vegan pastrami is one of the best vegan sandwiches I ve ever had!
You ll be hard pressed to find a better sandwich in town. The vegan breakfast sandwich is as incredible as the regular breakfast sandwich. The soups are packed full of flavour. Every sandwich will leave you wanting more, you will not want to put it down. Coupled with one of their great choices of seltzer, beer, coffee or even wine, you won t be disappointed. Absolutely the best attention to culinary detail and quality I ve experienced in North Bay (so far - and I live here). Yes it s a limited menu - but I believe it s to this establishment s benefit. If you love attention to detail The Cubano Sandwich is amazing again the care and prep is self evident. I was especially drawn to the marinated roasted pork and the pickle/tapenade. The textures bookended by the toasted multigrain sourdough - perfect. Cucumber Salad? The way the cucumber was prepped and balanced with what I think was Boston lettuce, finely prepped shallots and generous amounts of pine nuts (who does this?) with the dressing that was just the right amount of weight that didn t overpower but made it possible for all of the finely chopped ingredients to coat the lettuce and cucumber I couldn t have done it better. For me that s the key for value. Beer - they stock some of the best in the business. Espresso? Best I ve had in days (weeks?). Clearly these folks are leveraging the fact that they are obsessed foodies. I thought the item on the menu named vegan meatballs was a fairly hilarious contradiction (I can only presume they re delicious). All this, and the historic location - so why isn t this place packed to the gills on a Sunday summer afternoon? Thought: they clearly work hard with the existing traffic - perhaps I should have selfishly kept this place a secret? Try and find my reviews - they re rare. That should tell you something. :)
The food was amazing. Fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the service was less desired. We sat for over 15 minutes before the staff let us know how they took orders. Our coffee and hot water was never topped up...in fact our order was delivered and no one checked in with us ever again. I thanked them as we left not even a smile back. If you are looking for a welcoming and comfy vibe this is not the place.

Unreal. That s the word that comes to mind everytime I experience Crossroads. So stoked that North Bay gets to enjoy all that Crossroads brings. Honestly, I think about a crossroads sandwich every single day. Great service! Lots of passion! So much talent! Sick atmosphere and vibes! 11/10
It was a great lunch in an eclectic setting. Food was great. I had the Cobb salad. Yum. Service was also good. Im glad you kept the integrity of Demarcos with the lunch counter and stools. Demarcos was a very big part of this community. I would recommend this great spot.
I just that THE BEST breakfast sandwich from this place. My first time trying and Im super impressed. The vibe inside is so wicked cool. Throw back to days that were easier. 10/10 would recommend
They are located in the DeMarcos building (a couple of doors down from Grecos Algonquin). We had the Reuben sandwich and Turkey/Kimchi sandwich. Amazing! Sandwiches, soups, salads and drinks! They do take-out, dine-in and have trivia nights! Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options, gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Definitely a hidden Gem that is far from the chain restaurant that life has deemed Convenient. Everything has been amazing, from very personable service, to the delicious food and anything in between. So full of flavour with uniqueness and forgotten love and gratification that is put into every dish. My only complaint...its not in my home town Definitely worth the drive and i cant imagine anyone being disappointed!

North Bay better hang on! Food is epic. Chefs knowledge amazing. Perfect bread, sourkrout and corn beef ratio on the ruben. Wine selection is the best in town!

I Got the roasted turkey sandwich. It was a full sandwich,well season and very tasty. It was a little greasy but that may have been due to me taking it home, it sat for a while before I ate it. I also got the cold brew.The cold brew was pretty standard for cold brew.I think it was a bit expensive for how much coffee I got. The paper cup didnt hold up too well either, I had to transfer it to a new cup when I got home because I thought the cup was going to fail and coffee was going to go everywhere. Ill definitely be getting another sandwich soon but Ill probably skip the cold brew.

Went in today and had a fantastic sandwich. Loving the locally sourced products and food. Beautiful space, great food, amazing coffee. A great addition to North Bay restaurants!!
Favorite new lunch spot in town. Good price, absolutely amazing fresh local products. Environment is cozy, and the owner is very personable. Had the Turkey bacons Brie sandwich and hubby the meatloaf and no regrets. Will be back soon for sure.

Sandwiches to die for!
The food here was definitely a 5 star. Everything was packed with flavour and it was definitely one of the best sandwiches that Ive ever had. The interior could use a little more to make it inviting. Previous restaurants at this location had the space cozy and inviting to walk into. Wed love to make this place a regular stop spot.
Food is fantastic. The Monte Cristo is out of this world.
