We reserved a regular middle table tonight at 5:15 dec 20th and when we got there it was a high table on the side. I said I booked the middle due to a disability- we cannot sit at a high top. They said they could see I did book a middle table. Then asked me to come back for 7:15 . TWO HOURS. We weren t going to sit on a bench waiting for two hours for a table we had booked for 5:15 due to them disregarding our booking. How hurtful to someone with a disability. We left.

From the great food to the best staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We enjoyed a seasonal favorite omg brussel sprouts will make anyone a sprout lover. Carhop burgers and chicken sandwich cooked to perfection. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely spot in North Bay. We had delicious calamari and Caesars to start. The mains were flavourful, well portioned and tasty. Would visit again to try something different!

Service is poor and the band aka karaoke singer was poor quality. Waited hrs for food. Expensive and low quality.

First and last time going to eat there and I m a local. idk if the server was new but I ordered a special got charged full price and was refused a $10 coupon cuz she said I ordered a special. I asked if I could give cash as tip INSTEAD of tip already applied to bill I was assured I could so I did just to realize the server had applied the tip on bill on top of what I gave her so I overpaid for a special and got slammed twice for the tip and my coupon wasn t able to be used fully A lot of money for an itty bitty 6oz steak I could ve gotten 4 at the grocery store for the same price Don t go there in large groups cause they charge your tip for the whole staff based on the amount of people in your group We were 10 and were told it was due to having to tip their kitchen staff which they are the only restaurant doing so. Wouldn t recommend

I was so disappointed that the fries were not fresh cut fries. The haddock is fairly good even though it is heavily coated. The turkey dinner was good. When there are tables empty they dont rush you to leave when finished your meal. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible including washrooms.

18 percent gratuity automatic on bill ...beware..Should be customers decision to tip for good service.Never eat there again.

Not to happy with our take out. Our order wasnt correct and the meal was 27 dollars and half the size. We usually have a great eat in experience.

Dont mind this place but they make it nearly impossible to go there. The reservation web site is horrible, rarely get an answer when calling and can never get seated if you just show up even when the restaurant appears 3/4 empty. Im assuming they tell you theres a one hour wait so youll go gamble but doesnt do alot of good when you have kids with you. Gave up even trying to go there anymore.

Service was horrible we had to go find someone for cutlery. Asked another server for drinks, never received. Never saw our server till we asked for the bill then she punched in wrong amount.

We went for a late lunch had the 2 piece fish and chips and it was awsome..big pieces... good calm atmosphere will go back for sure

Good food when they have what you want. My two main issues is that 20-30% of the menu is locked behind happy hour (3-6pm and 9-12pm). While I do agree this is plenty of time, they should offer these menu items throughout the night at regular prices to increase their limited menu. I also find there is no plain option for various dishes. The chicken tenders only come in a spicy variety. Meanwhile the non spicy chicken tenders are on the kids menu and not available for anyone who is not a child. Once again a bit of discretion and flexibility by the staff would go a long way. I don t mind paying extra for the items that they are fully capable of making outside of those specific parameters

Food was great, I had the NY steak and Frites. The sever was incredible made sure the meal was perfect. I even forgot my phone at the table. I had to drive back and the staff made sure it made its way to security for me. 10/10 would recommend

This is probably the best restaurant in North Bay for me. I am not a gambler so just started going to this restaurant this year. I think Ive been four times now. The service is the best it is well away from the gambling so the atmosphere is superb lots of Windows brand new surroundings lots of wood and decorations. So far the food we have had has been excellent weve had the Caesar salad numerous times the wings and the fish and chips. We are seniors and I do hit the specials at lunch time and this place has a great specials. Wings are on Thursday and the fish and chips are on friday. Next Sunday we are having a birthday party for my son where the grandkids can all play pool and shuffleboard for free and the pizzas on for 12 bucks a pizza.

Called 4 days early to reserve for a birthday group. Was told I d be called back. By the time they got back to me, my party could no longer be accommodated. Very poor service for reservations. In the past I ve been told there were no tables available for the time requested, only to walk in a be seated, plenty available. Get your act together!

My brother and I took our Dad out for Fathers Day 2024. We each had the Bring Home the Bacon breakfasts. The staff were very personable but not very attentive. I counted 6 staff serving 18 tables. All three of our breakfasts were originally served without bacon. It took a few minutes before I realized the error and a few more minutes to raise it to the waitress attention. She delegated delivery of the bacon to another server. By the time the bacon was delivered two of us had already finished the rest of our plates so we ordered more toast. The toast were forgotten so we reordered with a third waitress. We were there for over an hour so I had opportunity to observe service patterns across the restaurant. During that time I noticed that no tables were getting continued service like checking back, refilling water, coffee or other beverages. Nobody seemed to make any concerted effort to serve after the original drink and food orders. By the time we left we had interacted with 4 different servers. All of whom were very pleasant so it seems like there is a training deficit at the management level. The food and drink were all exceptional not withstanding the delivery/timing issues. We did go back for drinks later. I would return for the food, too.

Worst service ever !

Hi had a reservation booked Sunday June 30th for a party of 9 at 5pm. We come pretty often with clients from outta town. Restaurant was quite, waited over 30 minutes for a first drink.. orders all mixed up food given to wrong people then server came and took the half eaten food and gave it to the right person.. Food was cold and one plate had hair never asked if we wanted a new one or was it taken off the bill we just got a sorry Never asked if food was ok or if we wanted another beverage waitress really never came back to the table and was MIA for most the time Plus completely mixed up bills and had people pay for things that weren t theirs Still trying to figure it out who owes who as we never received copy of bills.. This servicer needs to be better training!! Plus an 18% was added on all bills so we had no choice to tip for this horrible experience. This was my favourite place to eat but my last FEW experiences have made me decide on finding a new favourite spot to bring clients.. This place is going down hill fast

Took hubby there for his birthday as we heard it was good. Had a reservation. The food was good although we had to wait almost an hour for it one ordered. It was fresh and tasty. I had fish and chips. He had the steak. Waitress seemed more concerned about the table down from us with 6 people than us. Refills offered just after the first delivered but not again. Bill took forever to get, too. It was a good thing we were not in a rush to continue with our day. May return but uncertain.

We were looking forward to a good evening out with friends. Reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. Was specific about requesting a nice table away from the stage. We were led to a high top pub table. We insisted on a booth but apparently they were also reserved. Obviously you have to be very specific. We settled BUT we were led into the pub area. 2 idiots decided to shoot some pool while we and other patrons were eating. We got poked several times in the back with the cue sticks so we complained to our server. Pool table use should be limited to before and after dinner hours. There literally is no room for a pool table in that area. We were moved to another table, the manager came out right away to apologize and gave us a 25% discount on our bill. As for the food, my steak was a little cool including the green peppercorn sauce but was done to perfection. My husband loved the fish n chips. No gooey batter. Friends shared the smokehouse platter and enjoyed the variety. Aside from the loud, obnoxious gang, we had a good time and the food was good.

An empty restaurant and they said there was a 45 minute wait, until we went to walk out the front door then a table suddenly became available. A game played by them to get us to gamble for a while, this was not appreciated! Food was OK. Food

What a great experience, I took my family for a birthday celebration and we had a blast!! The food was delicious and the service 5 stars, especially Pam our server who was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Mo who arranged everything, my family and I cant thank you enough! I highly recommend The Match Eatery and Cascades Casino, a great place to unwind and getaway with family and friends in North Bay!

Unfortunately the food order came wrong without any pulled pork in the Mac and cheese (still charged the same amount), the pizza was overcooked and hard, the tacos weren t good at all, the Nashville sandwich wasn t good either, the fries were cold.. and fyi your bill has an automatic 18% tip so it explains the 2 hours, it doesn t matter how good it is.

Food is always delicious I feel the kitchen staff is A1. Highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding, we honestly make special trips down just for that lol Most waitresses are fabulous, however this passed weekend the staff seemed to be all over the place and no one knew where they were to be and just all around disorganized, which is odd because every other visit (many) they were spot on, guess it depends who is working! Delivery sucks, I dont believe it is the restaurant fault, I think its skip. I could be wrong but each time I attempt to order online the order gets rejected and canceled bad for business! We cant always make it down there and would love to enjoy food at home from there, but doesnt seem possible

I ve been here many times with small and large groups of people, I m honestly not sure where to put the blame but the pace of staff are slow and you hardly ever see your waitress, drinks sit empty, food takes forever to come, management clearly is lacking hard at this job.. it s a restaurant, they honestly aren t hard to run, I ve worked in several. Food is excellent when it does arrive, just a shame to see the service fall to such disappointing standards . Please do better.

We have eaten here many times and overall love this restaurant. Our last visit however, it was noted that the service was not as up to par as in the past. It seemed the wait staff were confused as to who was responsible for which table. Wait staff seemed to be spread out over the entire restaurant vs sections which made it difficult to ask for items like salt/pepper after food was delivered by different staff. We had to go to the wait staff station to request such. We were NEVER offered drink refills, even water and didnt see our waitress at all til we were done our meal. Still enjoyed the meal, it was well prepared, but Front of the House seemed much more disorganized than usual.

Does not feel like you are in North Bay - has a larger city vibe to the place - dynamic and changing menu with specials - live trivia and entertainment - a great staff - and above all - amazing food!!

I m only here because of gentrification. I m glad you re getting poor reviews. Stop trying to build fancy commodities like restaurants and casinos, and start putting that money into housing the homeless and helping people get off drugs. I hope you get shut down.

We love coming here for the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time, the service was slow, if any. We sat at our table with empty drinks for quite some time, and quite often. Once the waitress did come back, she was very rude to us. The manager agreed to give us a 10% discount, which she split between 4 people so we each received 2.5% off our bill. Not impressed and not what one would assume when offered a 10% discount. We were a table of girls just wanting to have fun! We came out for a good time! The bartender in the casino was great! His name was Shamus (not sure on spelling), but great service from him!

Corn bread was dry my boyfriend is allergic to strawberries and when he asked for the chocolate cake he opened it up and could not eat it, waitress was not excited to be there not a great first impression ribs were good drinks were good maybe I d give it a second chance

One of my new favourites in North Bay. The food is good and the menu is constantly evolving but the sticky toffee pudding is a must have. Live music, tons of entertainment, just a genuinely great time.

To begin with, our server was quite slow and would disappear for amounts of time. It took a while to get our drinks, and it got worse from there. We waited almost an hour for pizza after ordering. When it arrived it was very soggy and not hot. It was lukewarm to touch. We were asked how our meal was, and we responded honestly, that it was soggy and not very hot. Our server responded Well, it has been a while. I said You just brought this out, what do you mean its been a while? Im my head, Im thinking that our meal must have taken so long and been poor quality because she left it sitting in the kitchen, considering her remark. She proceeded to argue and made excuses and then walked away. We each ate a slice because we were starving and then waited 20 minutes to see her again and asked for our bill. It took 15 minutes longer for her to return with no bill but boxes. We said that we didnt want to take any with us, which she argued about, and we insisted that we didnt want the food, just the bill. We waited another 20 minutes, continually scanning the dining room trying to see where she may be. I was starting to feel very uncomfortable because at this point, I just want to leave so we can go get some better food elsewhere. The manager comes out and we explain that we are just trying to pay and leave. She also tried making excuses for the food and even said we shouldnt expect it to be hot when it arrives. Really? I had to insist multiple times that they allow us to pay and leave. I felt very trapped. No, we dont want a second terrible pizza. No, we dont want a credit. No, we dont want to take the awful food home. We also really dont want to be held hostage any longer. Its like they werent going to let us leave unless we decided to change our minds and say, oh, you know, youre right, we totally made a mistake, your watery limp pizza with canned toppings and cheap sandwich meat is fantastic, what were we thinking. There were also cleanliness issues, such as the drink menu having pages stuck together and visible dried sticky spillage.

My boyfriend and I just came from The Match and our server was the absolute best! Huge thank you to Jersey our amazing server that not only recommended the best options on the menu but also showed she s not there just to be a server. She connects with you and shares a laugh, her energy she brings to the table is just outstanding!

This was my first time here. It has a nice atmosphere. The service was very slow. My friends have been here before. They said that it is not as good as it used to be. The food quality has gone down, but was still good. However, if you have any food allergies, I would not recommend this restaurant. I can t have dairy and the accommodations were not great. My food was bland and cold. The steak was tough. I think this restaurant is just ok. I also have fairly high expectations though because I m a pretty good cook. Dietary restrictions: Not adequate alternatives.

Edit Dec 28/22 My belly is extremely disappointed the champaign greens salad was taken from the menu. That was my go to for a side with any meal and even as a meal by itself. Still an amazing place to go for date nights. Great food and atmosphere. The service has been amazing each time we visit. Went for dinner last night, reservations for 8pm. The food was better than we had expected, our server was extremely helpful with recommendations. My mother is somewhat of a picky eater and even she said it was awesome! The menu has something for everyone and we cant wait to try more. We left with full happy bellies. Definitely will be returning. 10/10! Well done!

Service was great, the waitress was really nice, the pumpkin cheesecake was amazing, my husband ordered the pizza and it was so greasy it was not edible.

So this is my second time here. Wasnt fantastic the first time but thought Id give it another shot. So 3 of us ordered appetizers as started but everything came out at once. My daughters steak was not cooked and had to send it back (I dont mean like not cooked to her liking but it was raw!! ). Waited 20 minutes for our first drink before ordering, asked for a refill about half through eating and drinks didnt come till I was done my meal. Food was cold... Overall not a great experience. Felt super rushed! Im not typically one to write reviews and typically not a complainer but I was severely disappointed. Id say great vibe for a drink while at the casino but thats about it. They gave us a 20$ off the meal but Im not convinced Ill be back.

Good food but slow service

Not the greatest experience into the restaurant. Welcoming at front desk felt lacking and seating was contrary to what was requested when booking reservation online. But once we were seated, the waitress was great, attentive and approachable. The food was amazing and definitely worth reordering and exploring the menu further.

Arranged a surprise birthday party for a friend in the pool table room with 20 of us. Service, food, drinks and band were excellent. Received complimentary sticky toffee pudding!! No charge for the room! Thank you!

Can t be bothered to update their website

We were 3 persons in my group that ate at Match Restaurant last night, March 6, 2023. We were from out of town. We all ordered the special:fish and chips. On the drive back home and also at home, the 3 of us had stomach cramps, upset stomach, severe bloating that lasted, even when we went to bed. One of us was still sick with upset stomach the next day. One of us called and spoke to the manager about the fish not being fresh or not being well prepared, whichever caused our upset stomach/stomach cramps, bloating. Was told that she would look into it with the cook, which was appreciated. She also said that no one else had an issue with the fish, which was quite surprising, if it was, even the truth. Our serious health issue was not taken seriously. Manager was quite cavalier in addressing our concerns. Then, when I told her that we didnt ask to be sick, that our meals should be reimbursed, at the very least, she offered a dessert credit. Needless to say, we will not be customers there, ever.

The food was delicious! But we had to wait for our server to take our drink order, and then we had to wait for the drink order. It was a cozy place but the live music was too loud and not the greatest. Only one bartender on staff for a Saturday night and she complained about not being able to keep up with orders and because of that no one was tipping. Not very professional of her, but also why have a bar manager who can t bartend. The only thing the manager could do was write up the receipts. Very poor organization for a Saturday night.

My family and I attended for dinner, our waitress was phenomenal- I dont recall her name completely- but she was fantastic. The food was amazing as well. We moved to the bar area, and Randy was serving my family and i- she served and charged me for a double when I asked for a single shot drink. She is either doubling the alcohol and not letting the consumer know. That or shes charging for doubles and serving a single - allowing their customers to walk out paying twice what they should have. Either way, she is misconstruing said customer. I will be calling tomorrow (may 28 2023) and sorting this out with a manager. Watch your bill and do NOT let randy serve you. Unless you want your bill to be doubled, or leave absolutely hammered & kicked out as she did to customers just before us. (They were also served doubles without asking, as they told me outside- Hence why I watched my bill.) Please pay attention if you plan on going to matches & end up being served by randy. (Small blonde, usually doesnt leave bar area) If she is there serving, the family and I refuse to return.

Nice place for a quite Sunday brunch. Huevous Tacos were decent and filling, my GF also enjoyed her chicken and waffles.

Food was great, service was quick and efficient considering how busy it was. Unfortunately we had made a reservation ahead of time only to find when we got there that someone else had taken our reservation. When asked how that could possibly happen without our names the hostess admitted it happens all the time; so maybe ID or email verification should have to be presented to be seated for a reservation, just a small suggestion. We were luckily still able to be seated just at a table that was sort of in the middle of the restaurant with people constantly going by so a little less desirable.

Birthday dinner for 10 people..our server Elaine was prompt and efficient..food was fresh and hot served in a timely manner..served sticky toffee pudding for birthday dessert on the house and it was delicious..

Erin was our server which she was GREAT. BUT the bartender needs more experience!! She only half made our table of 10 drinks and the other ones had to wait probably 20 minutes while she made other severs drinks plus the people that walked up to the bar. Then we ordered 2 desserts and the kitchen lost the order...had to wait another 20 min or more... Unfortunately this 1st time experience was a bad one except for our server Erin!! I felt sorry for her!!

I cant speak to the rest of the restaurant because I havent been there. Its certainly not for lack of trying! Ive called twice now (yesterday and today) and they dont answer theyre phones or return messages. Makes me think the staff is lazy or that they are understaffed!

Very homey sports bar with friendly staff & excellent food. Bartender Randi-Lynn was professional and likeable and she clearly loves her job interaction with customers. I would recommend this eatery to anyone traveling through the area like I was. Kudos to you & all your staff. See you next time :-)

I was part of a group of patrons and our food was fantastic. The resturant its self was great the music was at the perfect level. We where able to converse. Our server Desiree was super pleasant and very quick. She checked to make sure everything was good with our food and drinks.

Im sorry, this is going to be long. So, my wife and i had discussed coming here several times. S, she wanted to go for her birthday. I said sure, why not. So, I made reservations 2 weeks out, as Id been told it can get pretty busy. Honestly, after this experience we are most likely never going back. So, well talk about things in parts. The server we had was very good. Attentive but not hovering. She was very pleasant, humourous. Just an overall good server who understands customer service, making sure that its a positive experience. The food was mediocre. The fish was decent, the fries were horribly overcooked and dry. This means they were over cooked, then left to sit under a heat lamp. The Guinness gravy was not good at all. If youre going to make a goo gravy and add a component like Guinness, you have to build the gravy around that taste, not just make a canned or powdered beef gravy then pour some Guinness in. It overpowers the flavour in negative ways, leaves a poor after taste and is just an overall unpleasant experience. The other members of my party seemed to enjoy the food, so it wasnt terrible, just not the fine dining experience thats touted. One thing to mention...the special bbq sauce for the ribs. Sorry, that was a joke, right? Ketchup mixed with some lemon juice? And the sauce for the ribs was literally that.....ketchup mixed with lemon juice for tang. Hmm...... So, on to the rest. The atmosphere isnt too bad. Very Caseys and Montana-like. So, not really a fine dining atmosphere. But, it was nice. An oddly shaped dining area with a HUGE bar. When i made the reservations, I specifically asked to be someplace quiet, away from the noise. So, where were we put? Literally right beside the small stage where we had to listen to the local talent theyd hired. While he weas decent, it was so loud that conversation at our table was impossible. When I spoke to the girl at the front, who turned out to be the manager, the entire attitude presented was I dont care. And, after talking to her, I can completely understand the negative reviews here. That appears to be her mantra when presented with a problem...well try to do better next time. in a lot of cases, there isnt a next time. You had your chance and blew it. I pointed out that it wouldve been nice to have been told that there would be live, loud entertainment and that wed be placed next tot he stage. Her reply was that I shouldve checked the website and I wouldve seen that theres live music every friday/saturday and that I couldve requested someplace away from the stage. Well, yes this is a point. When making the reservation, however, I specifically stated quiet. Instead, were put int he noisiest section of the establishment. Her reply when I expressed my concerns? Well try to do better next time. So, this is the customer careless equivalent of I dont care, get out of my face. Its like having someone say Im sorry you feel that way which means I dont care. So, as a recap. The server was great. The food was middle of the road with some very odd flavours that just didnt meld together well. And i honestly believe this simple thing....the issues people are experiencing are stemming form management. Staff follows the lead of the person in charge. If theres an issue, climb the management ladder and you will eventually locate the source of the issues.

We had a great meal! We were a large table and a bit chaotic, and the service was good. The servers were a bit frazzled, and the vibe was rushed, but everything went smoothly, more or less. Be sure to make reservations here! We called all week and finally got someone to answer the phone. Dont bother to leave a message.

Made reservations for 15 people three months ago in the banquet room showed up on the day of booking and was told that when you reserve this room you don t actually get it. How does that make sense?

Very good food!! I hope it stays consistent! Pizza s are our fav so far . Kid-friendliness: Hey, kids in the restaurant not in the casino no problems, any kids from months old to 100 years old! Kids loved the food! Wheelchair accessibility: Flat all the way in!

The food here is outstanding!

The service is terrible. Went for brunch (bacon and eggs). Arrived at 11:45, left at 1:15. When we were seated, we waited 10 min and no one came to our table. The restaurant was not packed: around 5 tables were occupied in total, and 5 waitresses were hanging out at the front, chatting amongst themselves. Finally, one waitress came and asked if we were served. I replied no. 5 min later our waitress came. Drinks came another 15 min later, food another 30 min later. Food was good but portions were very small. All in all, the staff seemed disorganized. I will revisit in the near future to see if the service improved, but as a first impression...I am not impressed.

Came from Barrie to visit family and experience this new place and was extremely disappointed. As a business offering happy hour at specific hours, they should be able to serve the limited number of people in the restaurant at 9 PM. Many empty tables, low number of customers, and my party of four was actually turned away because the staff could not handle the extra customers . I have never seen this level of poor customer service in my life. Would recommend stopping for McDonald s before visiting this place as you will be hard pressed to get actual food at the restaurant

Service was excellent! They continued to check on us and refill drinks for us and the kids when we were empty. Ate there three times on three different days and food was great however the last time we went the food was quite salty. I think they re still finding their groove. Menu is a little limited but the portions were nice sized and cooked right to our order. Need to make reservations yet or you won t get in.

We decided to stop in on our way home, just to try the resteraunt. We knew we might need to wait since we didnt have reservations but tried anyways. It was a 30 minute wait for our table for 2. Despite this, there were many empty tables within view of the door, so we found it odd that we couldnt be seated immediately. Once seated, we waited quite awhile before a server even came over, and she immediately told us she hadnt known we were there. We ordered the poutine, dirty fries, and the pesto rigatoni. I wanted a cider but they only have growers, and no other cider options which was very disappointing. The poutine was average considering it is priced kind of high (13.5 dollars). The fries were kind of thick cut and did seem to be made fresh at least. I did find the gravy was a bit salty. The dirty fries were our favorite item that we ordered. Theyre skinny fries so I liked the crispiness and topping ratio a lot more. The rigatoni was very disappointing. There was very little pesto on it, and half of the pasta felt almost plain. For the price, and considering pesto is in the name of the dish, this was disappointing. Overall, a bit disappointed from our first try. We intend to try more items on the menu, but hope it will be better next time.

20 minutes to be let into a mostly empty restaurant. 30 minutes for the server to realize we were in there. Hostess didnt communicate with the server at all. Food came out fairly quickly and the server was polite, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. The pesto mushroom rigatoni had so little pesto on it, it was like the chef whispered pesto in the room and called it good enough. Not only that the portion was quite small for $15.50, so much for pasta day cause they charged regular price during it as well. Im talking hand sized portions. Must have had vampires back there cause there was no garlic on that garlic bread. Im sure given the responses from the owner they dont care, and Im sure Ill get a copy pasted response like a the other reviews. Wouldnt recommend.

5 of us came from out of town to play and celebrate special birthday . Casino was fantastic but the service in the restaurant lacked a lot . 3 of the beverages we wanted were not available and our food took an hour to come to the table . Not great

I had the pleasure of eating here and unlike a lot of the other earlt reviews from people whove apparently never been to a restaurant that just opened or through covid-19 I will actually talk about the restaurant. The food was well beyond my expectations, very good quality and good price. Staff was friendly and was on top of everything throughout our visit. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich as my main with side of fries, the sauce and chicken was top notch. I had their Caesar salad to start and it was definitely one of the best ones Ive ever had, the croutons were massive but the sauce was perfect. Tasted homemade. You need typically need a reservations as its very busy right now, this should go without saying but the majority of 1 - 2 star reviews seemed to think this was abnormal. In conclusion, Im only making this review because I was making reservations to come back to a second time and saw the unjustifiable negative reviews it had. Entitlement is weird.

Truly outstanding! The Cajun Seafood Spaghettini is to die for. An incredible meal. Beautiful bar and great staff.

Service was a little slow (they werent that busy at the time either) but the food was excellent!! I would definitely recommend trying it out. We will be going back, thats for sure!

Went on a busy Friday night and was sat almost immediately. The service was wonderful, but the food was fantastic! We had steak (cooked to perfection) and an impossible burger. Very good experience and will definitely return.

APRIL 2022 Food is mostly acceptable, some amazing, some negatively overly complicated. That is IF you can be seated. Service management is almost nonexistent. Most tables sit empty for hours on end, because they are reserved yet NOTHING is available for small groups of casino patrons looking for a quick refueling between gambling sessions... in an EMPTY restaurant. Wake up management... you should be working harder to feed/keep people on the property.

Heard all the good reviews and then the food was just ok. Atmosphere was great. Four of us ordered different things and a couple of Apps. Ribs and chicken were a bit too spicy for my dad but there was no other option to change the sauces. The Ultimate Mac and Cheese was too much of everything but cheese. Mom had fish and chips. Chips were left under lamps too long. The ultimate club came with its own sauce and not mayo. Good but nothing great. The fries were the same as the fish meal. Rib bites appie was ok but needed to come with a dipping sauce and the OMG sprouts were alright and should have been served with a small serving spoon. They were awkward to get out of the bowl. Drinks were good and servers were friendly. Price for all that (2 rounds of drinks as well) was under $200, so decent pricing for what you get.

Food was good, service very rushed. If it was lined up out the door, maybe but was a decent selection of empty tables that never got filled...

Staff is really friendly but the food is horrible and over priced poutine portion size was pathetic, and pizza is as thin as paper and soggy, went back a second time just for the pumpkin spice cheesecake but they got rid of it

WOW! Fantastic experience. Best in North Bay, hands down. Tasty, great/unique menu, brilliant staff, more than reasonable prices, cheap drinks, lovely atmosphere. Will be going again soon! Thank you guys

I ordered the food truck smash burger, Awesome 9.5 stars. A bigger version would definitely be an asset. Excellent staff, definitely will be back!!

The fish was delicious and great portion, a little oily maybe from not being shaken enough when it was taken out of the oil, fries were alright definitely not fresh cut... the coleslaw was the worse i ever had, who ever thought pumpkin pie spice or cloves is good in the sauce was very wrong.... so very wrong... didnt compliment the fish at all if anything it almost killed it for me.. definitely need to change the sauce used in the coleslaw.. I would give give it another chance... after all it was quite busy and maybe they were understaffed..

Bright new restaurant attached to Casino. Atmosphere was bright, fresh and new. They have outdoor, bar, table and booth seating. Service was great and food was both fantastic and quick. No complaints one of my new favorites to eat at in North Bay.

Can t get through on the phone. And when i went in person they had closed early. Must have a reservation to eat in and take out is not a priority service. Must call casino guest services to get through to match bar. When i tried again days later to order they said they were too busy for take out and hung up. Not a great experience overall.

Tuna dish was excellent. Our waitress (the little Cyndi Lauper) was so positive and attentive. Chef knows what to do, amazing.

My husband, son and I went on Saturday to Match for my birthday. I had the ribs, my husband the pepperoni pizza and my son the tuna/noodle dish. Then we had the sticky toffee and the pumpkin cheesecake. Our dinners were delicious. We enjoyed our dinners very much and the deserts were fabulous. The pumpkin cheesecake in a glass was absolutely fabulous. The flavors were outstanding. The chefs are amazing. The prices are reasonable. Our waitress was Shyanne who was also very nice. We also enjoyed the band. We had an excellent evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant. In two weeks, we will be back and will be bringing more family along.

Terrible management , my Dads birthday 12 people alcohol cut off. Waited 3 hours, 8 people who didn t drink.

The pizza I ordered was super greasy. I couldn t eat it. When asking for more ketchup, the waitress said that everything is put away now so will try her best to bring you some like why put things away when kitchen is still open. my sister ordered the pulled pork poutine and the meat was super dry and crunchy. It was also very salty and fries kinda wasn t fully cooked. They were kinda hard still. The waitress also preferred to social with people at the bar then attending other customers. I will not be eating here again and do not recommend at all. There s better food and service elsewhere. Parking: There s lots of parking
