Absolutely Delicious food. We had a group of 4 and ordered most plates to share. The momos are amazing, I especially loved the chicken filled ones. I enjoyed having all off the sauces in varying levels of heat to dip small bites like the pakoras, momos, and rolls in to. The house made roti that comes with the entrees like butter chicken and curries was fantastic. Will definitely be enjoying this food again.

The food is fantastic. Fresh, spiced to your wishes. Wonderful. Only space for 42 ppl but cozy with a nice view. With 2 Indian friends, they said the food was just like home. Vary varied menu. Nepalese, Indian and Oriental food. Was there with group of 20. They were ALL satisfied and we had many dished. They have a Liquor Licence too.

I indulged in a serving of momos, which were undeniably excellent in taste, and the owner was exceedingly pleasant. However, the pricing left much to be desired. Shelling out $35 for a mere 16 pieces of plain steamed momo is nothing short of exorbitant. Never before have I encountered a plate with a paltry 8 pieces. This pricing strategy is as baffling as it is disappointing.

The veggie momos were freshly made to order. NOT from frozen. They were absolutely delicious Like something you grandma just made for you. Authentic, good ingredients and enough portion to make it a favorite. A momo night would be amazing. The momo sauce served with it is delicious. We also ordered the Crispy Chicken and Chow Mein...all was excellent. The only thing this restaurant is missing is a little bit of theater. With some lights, tapestry, carpets Nepalese music etc...you would be lining up for the food.

Worst food I have EVER had. Like E.V.E.R. The good reviews here are super sus because we were revolted by the meal we ordered. Butter chicken was literally canned tomato soup, the rice was even gross and how does a restaurant get that wrong? Potato Curry was edible but so greasy and was the only thing we could eat from the four dishes we ordered, which BTW cost 100.00 through Skip. Unbelievably bad, dont normally write bad reviews but trying to save you from wasting your money and time.

Not to be missed if you live in North Bay or are driving by this city. Go on and read if you find it useful: The manager greeted all customers and walked through the signature items. That was very helpful. The server was very polite and brought the food very promptly. My meal started with delicious fresh momos made from scratch. The homemade dumping wraps not common so extra points for that. I tried the Thai garlic chicken which was tender and infused with garlic and spices. Both are must try starters. After a pause with a cup of nice milk tea, I went on to enjoy roti, south asian whole wheat flat bread, with egg plant delux. Never had I had such a delicious version eggplant! Melted like butter in the mouth. Bravo! The chef came out to greet the customers and offered me a complementary bowl of rice to match with the remaining eggplant delux. SpicyWok is a wonderful addition to North Bay. Bonus: nice view of the downtown and Lake Nipissing from the window. Additional bonus: The Days Inn guests get 10% off. You could download a cashback app, Kash4Me, at the counter before you pay. The app helped me get additonal loyalty points, which I gather is convertible to cash when I hit the target. Vegetarian options: Eggplant delux! Hands down the best eggplant curry I have ever had. Kid-friendliness: Bright and spacious ans suitable for kids.

This is a MUST experience Restaurant, especially if you love authentic spicy food!! The following are just a few of my top reasons: 1) All the dishes that I tried are delicious. I especially love their Schezwan Chowmin with Chicken dish; 2) They are able to customize your dish to your spice preference. Their spicy is the authentic, true, nice tasting real chili spice, not the vinegar substitute. They have a range of 0-10 with respect to the level of spiciness that you prefer. Went here twice so far. Food is amazing best butter chicken in town that ive tried so far. The veggie momos are tasty and the chow main was great. Highly recommend giving this a go. They have something on the menu for everyone and the staff is very friendly. The view is nice but go for the food and staff. Price for portion is great. So we visited this restraunt on june 24 and ordered biryani our food came in after 25 minutes to find a big strand of gross hair in it because no one in staff was wearing hair net and on asking about it said sorry and said will bring other one and took another 15 min and at time of bill as we asked for discount from on site manager who wasn t even wearing hair net herself and said i made u fresh one so do u need discount for time waited and offered to give 15% discount on just biryani which was 2$ for 52$ bill so i ennded up giving her those 2$ tip so she get fully paid and understand what my point was it wasn t money but wanted her to apologize and take responsibility which she didn t please don t visit and save ur money and mood from spoiling

Ive lived in Toronto for 10+ years and i feel like i know my way around some good Indian food in order for places to be competitive there but this place makes it to the top of my list. Wow, the spice level was perfect for both the mild sweet dish and the slightly spicier and warm paneer. The samosa & roti are delicious as well. My wife and I visited on a Friday night. Started with Darjeeling Chicken Momos which are dumpling like and served with a small container of sauce. They were very tasty. I had the THAI stir fry with chicken, my wife had the mango chicken deluxe . Both dishes were very tasty and came with a bowl of rice. We added the handmade roti bread which complemented her sauce left over from the mango chicken deluxe love dipping it in it. As they are stiill waiting for the liquor license.I had the sweet and tangy lemon drink which was a very nice lemonade flavor. My wife had the mango lassi which was a slightly thick creamy wonderful mango beverage. The waitress will ask you for your spice level I found three to four good for me. Slightly eye watering, blow my nose once, felt great. For dessert we had the mango Rasmaliai. It was a tasty little dessert. We found the service to be very good. The waitress checked back with us several times and was very attentive and kind.

This is an amazing restaurant in terms of authentic Indian food and also indo-chinese food. Even though we live in Sudbury, we gladly travel 1-2 Hours for the food frequently whenever we crave for good and authentic food. The chef and owners are very polite and friendly too (especially Grisma who usually greets us and accommodates our requests with a big smile every time we are there) . Parking: Ample parking space

I ve eaten at Spicy Wok twice recently and both times the food has been delicious and the service has been friendly. The homemade roti is wonderful and the mango chicken deluxe is warm and sweet. I look forward to my next visit.

I was so impressed by the food and the owner of this restaurant. She is a super amazing person who has made a restaurant with incredible food. We had the lamb biryani and sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken sauce was like nothing I ve had before, very unique and flavorful. My partner and I went here for dinner and it was fantastic! We ate the spicy chicken momos, which looked handmade. They were juicy and delicious. The sauce was spicy, but not too spicy! For our mains, we had the lamb biryani and the manchurian chicken. The chicken was saucy, sweet, tangy, and a little spicy. Lots of flavors. Perfectly cooked chicken very tender! The biryani was to die for! It was a huge portion, good chunks of lamb, spicy and flavourful like nothing Ive had before. Halfway through our meal we ordered a raita, which was tangy and sweet. It paired wonderfully with both of our mains. We had the gulab jamun for dessert. It came with two balls, which we split. It was the perfect way to end the night! The service was fantastic, and the owner was truly the heart of the restaurant. She was attentive and welcoming. I couldnt have asked for a better dinner experience! Happy holi!

The spicy chicken was SO GOOD. Properly spicy and tasted really fresh. The Chowmin was also top notch and not too salty as is common at other places! I will be ordering from here again.

Two of us ate there today (April 14th), our first visit. The food was fantastic, and the servers were so friendly. We ordered a mixture of the Indian and Chinese foods including the beautiful hot and sour soup which was flavoured and spiced to perfection. We also ordered a selection of curries, deliberately choosing a range from mild to hot. All were uniquely flavoured, beautiful and fresh, and very finely balanced. We took what we couldnt eat home, and will enjoy it later! We will be returning! Parking: Park on the street (paid on weekdays), or use the hotel parking for free.
