Fast service, friendly staff and great wings!

Recently ordered the chicken fingers and fries. The meal was very good, I highly recommend! Ive had the taco salad and chicken wings in the past and was again, very good.

Blonde girl at the bar today Dec 10, night shift around 9:30 PM. We visited to get a takeout and were asked to order at the bar. When we went ahead to place the order, we couldnt find it on the menu so we checked with the girl whether its available or not, she said its been discontinued and they have plant based chicken bites. From our previous visit we remembered that plant based bites were discontinued and substituted with cauliflower bites instead so we politely double checked. She was rude, rolled her eyebrows at us and shook her head, visibly irritated. All this barely within a conversation of 1 min, we didnt take a lot of her time or ask her to explain multiple times. Learn basic courtesy or quit customer facing roles! Hopefully the management will do something about it and give her the much needed training, because we visit regularly with our group but will probably not if this is the treatment were going to receive.

Went in to purchase a gift card and no one knew how to do it. They had to find somwone.

The first few times I really enjoyed their wings and burgers. After that Ive seemed to either be unlucky, or theyve gone downhill since then.

The quality of the food could be better. The burger was cold and the cheese felt like processed cheese. and the kid s Mac and cheese tasted like boxed Kraft Dinner. For the price, the quality was sub par. Kid-friendliness: Disappointed in the lack of options for young kids just starting to eat solid food. I ve never been to a family restaurant that didn t serve mashed potatoes and gravy or any other kinds of soft food options.

I went to get some wings last night and this brown receptionist directed me to a table. I said oh id like a cubby please (because they have cussioned seats) she said no. I dont pay money for services so that i can be told no. not getting my money

Awesome staff, great food and super fun atmosphere. My problem is that the handicap entrance is always locked and when it isnt which Ive only seen once in 2 years the automatic door doesnt work. For a place that has a gentleman in a wheelchair that comes at least twice a week if not more you think they would do him right by fixing the door. But the other door has a ramp, sure, but it is super steep and awkward to get up.

Food was overpriced and bad, microwaved or something. Servers were slow and walked like they owned the place. Overpriced drinks 12 for a single.

Kid-friendliness: Wackys staff showed our youth softball team the most patience and Kindness during our dinner. Wackys service team were quick and organized when taking and serving our team ( and their families) food and drinks. The Kitchen staff were also quick and very accommodating with some of our teams food allergies and dietary requirements. We were all so grateful for the quick and correct service after a long day on the fields. I will absolutely visit again when in North Bay and would highly recommend anyone to go. 10/10

Always friendly and the food is great

The sandwich I got was fairly good but thats it for what otherwise was a terrible experience. Unfortunately my take out order was missing the fries that I had paid for with my sandwich. Im not exactly sure what happened but I think all the noise may have caused a problem. This place is loud, both auditory and visually with music, horns when people come in the front door and bright neon lighting in every direction.

Well cant put a review on the food ! We went for our first time for my wifes b day! We were seated and waited over 16 minutes not 1 person came by ! A table beside us with 4 people Sat down after us by 10 minutes! They were served right away and got there drinks and food was being ordered after there drinks were brought and still not a server came by to our table! It wasnt that busy In there ! Id say half full! So we left and will never go again! We go out for dinner alot and were excited about trying this place! WELL WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT ! IT to bad cause I have lots of friends that have recently moved to the area and wanted me to let them no how this place is ! Il be letting them no ! Very very not impressed!!!!!

Ordered through DoorDash. I got the plant based wings, as I always do. They ve always been plant based chicken. I received cauliflower. Brought the food to the store to sort out the issue, only to find out they switched their plant based wings to cauliflower a week ago. Nothing was posted about that on DoorDash. I would ve ordered elsewhere if I had known. Very unprofessional on their part for falsely listing an item on their menu. Very disappointed and will definitely avoid going here from now on.

Wish I could give you a review but a group of 8 in northbay for the first time got turned away before we even showed up . (We are located in different cities if the province) called as a courtesy to inform them we would be coming but if you need to split the tables I understand because of the short notice. She told me to hold on while she got the manager who said no in a Tuesday night with an empty parking lot. We cant accommodate you, we have too many reservations. in a very loud and harsh voice to where others heard her without me even being in speaker phone. To which I said What if we didnt call first and came in 2 groups of 4 would you turn us away?? I was calling to be polite so they were aware and this is how we are treated? I am sorry I am not one you write reviews I was just embarrassed as I was trying to coordinate a restaurant beside our hotel but to be then treated so disrespectful when all I was trying to do was be courteous and call ahead . I am speechless. I raved about it so much as I frequent the one in my home town to my southern colleagues and was completely spoken down to for trying to be nice.

Visiting during our Northern trip, found this place and had dinner there. Wings were excellent and the services was great. Our server Bella made sure we had what we needed and was pleasant and timely with everything.

I called and had my wings delivered. Paige took my order and was VERY RUDE. The wings were taste less and just poor presentation. Wont be eating here again very $ . Bought 3 pounds of wings and a side frie $61 plus 10$ delivery fee. I can make better at home.

The wings were on the smaller side and dry. The fried pickels with their dipping sauce were the best part of the meal. The mac n cheese was hard to find on the website and had a smoky/burnt taste.

Loud and boisterous. A good place for drinks and laughs. Vegetarian options: Almost everything can be made into a vegetarian option. Parking: Parking can be tricky if going later in the evening. Kid-friendliness: Great menu options for kids and an arcade in house. Wheelchair accessibility: This place does have accessibility and parking.

Ordered from the Big Dawgs menu online. The food portions are a bit small for the price, but the food is actually mad delicious. the ring toss hot dog was immaculate, and the loaded poutine was very good. Overall a good experience. I dont even actually like hot dogs, but i was craving one, and this may have changed my mind about hot dogs. will def come back when i want a hot dog lol.

Went on Wed night. Just so slow getting rounds of wings I get 5 at a time but definitely need quicker recall and brining out.

Since updating the website you cannot place a pick up order without a credit card! We have drug reps that buy lunches and the credit card is not available at the time, which means I now have to call in to place the order, which is extremely inconveinent when you work in a busy medical office!

We were extremely satisfied with our service. We were getting take out order because we were quite nervous to dine in coz our group had multilingual people and this girl Ridham heard us talk and assisted us in three different languages. We were really surprised and happy with the service. Would make a great dine in experience if restaurants get more servers like them . Great job Ridham, would definitely come back!

we had a lovely server, Kaitlin! I had wacky wings from a delivery service before but it was such a good experience I had to come home and write about it! She was very lovely with my kids and the Idaho nachos are even better than the photo shows.

We normally have a good experience here but I was extremely disappointed with our most recent visit. We asked for a high chair for our 13 month old girl. We strapped her in and maybe 10 minutes go by and I noticed something wasnt right. Next thing I know, I see her slipping forward through the bars where the strap should be holding her in... I jumped across the table to catch her from falling out the front. The middle strap somehow was broken. They took it away and I had to ask for another Highchair...well as we are trying to strap her in... the clips are broken. So 2 highchairs not in safe working manner for little toddlers. Then they brought over a booster seat that connects to the chairs...no problem as there are straps to keep our little in the booster chair. Well after a few moments of the manager trying to strap it into the chair, she gave up because it was to complicated . So my husband took a few seconds to get it strapped to the chair. Although some of the staff seemed concerned and asked if our girl was okay, I dont feel like they went above and beyond for us knowing the baby chairs are not up to safety standards and our girl could have been seriously injured. Our dinner went on and the food finally arrived. Our son and his friend ordered the kids burger. When we saw that it was a regular burger cut in half, we had to ask what happened to the burger. The serve at first said that it was a 4 oz burger...well there is no way the adult patty is 8oz. He then tried to say that it depends on who is in the kitchen. He eventually brought thw manager over who tried to tell us that they roll the meat in the back so we showed her and asked how this cut in half patty is rolled... she tried to applogize and offered to take the kids meals off the bill...well it was Sunday and it was free to begin with. She then offered to have the kitchen make another 2 burgers which we agreed and brought out 2 adult burgers, which made me wonder how many half burgers were sent out that day. All in all, not a great experience and ill be sure to inspect the seating from now on as I clearly cant trust that the management staff do so.

Not a bad place for a quick thing. They got A LOT of flavours to choose for the wings and their local tap beer is really good. I ordered the honey garlic wings and they were barely warm. Some parts I bit into were cold so kinda let down by that. Also they could be a bit more saucy, but that could be personal preference. The staff is friendly and the place is nicely decorated. Great place to go to watch a game or having a quick beer with a friend.

Waited waited waited ! I think if youre not ordering wings for dinner dont go! 3 tables had gotten served when we were the first to arrive! When our food finally arrived it was cold! Yup didnt order the wings for dinner. Ended up with a discount but had to (felt obligated to) leave a tip. Sorry no stars here for a dinner at 630pm!

Ive placed an order online for pickup twice now, and both times was thoroughly disappointed. On both separate occasions, the wings had barely any seasoning on them. My friend and I ordered, both times, an order of dill pickle and lemon pepper wings, and both times we could barely even figure out which were which due to the lack of seasoning. We figured a mishap had happened the first time, so didnt think too much of it though we were definitely disappointed. But after the same thing happening twice now, we unfortunately wont be returning to this location for our wings.

I was completely forced to write this review :p. 10/10. In all honesty, been coming here for wing nights for a couple years now quite regularly, and I ve always had wicked good staff, the wings are saucy and tasty, the service has always been fantastic. Wing nights can get really hectic and busy, if you come to somewhere super busy and expect things in 10 minutes.. go get fast food. I m always here for a couple hours so make time. Shout out to Katie and Bella for being amazing waitress s. The dude.

It was a busy night. The manager was great and found a way to seat us quickly. I also saw him working with his team and was impressed by the way he took care of biz! Server was nice and did his best to keep up. Getting our food was a bit slow and mine was on the cold side. But it was good, drinks were delish, a good night!

This restaurant used to be awesome and I used to love eating here, but now you can really tell the that staff here are miserable and hate their jobs by the lack of attention to detail (missing items, wrong orders, etc), the quality of food (undercooked wings, ants in drinks, soggy fries), and even the comments that some of the staff make to you while dining in. Whether you are dining in or taking out/delivery, your order will likely be wrong in some way, shape, or form every. time. Spend your money somewhere else.

Our Soccer team was really hungry and we had a party of 20. No other restaurant in North Bay would seat us. Wacky Wings stepped up and created a huge booth for us in the back. The Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the Beers were Cold as Ice. They also had a Games room which the kids loved. Great restaurant and service overall.

Recently order the split bone in -bone out bucket for pickup. Comes with a ton of spiced fries, carrot sticks and dip and 4 wing flavor choices. Really yummy food and good value for money. As always the service was friendly and prompt.

This place was just great! Decorated really cool. Drinks well made. Service was very very good. But the food was best of all. Everything they brought out around me looked amazing. I got a dozen wings with medium sauce. Came out with a bit of a yellow tinge that I ve never seen before but I was not disappointed. The side Greek salad was also very good with nice chunks of salty feta :) mmmm

I came to wackys last week and my waitress was absolutely phenomenal she was kind and patient with me and everyone else at the table. The food was great my one critique would be that some of the wings weren t completely covered in sauce but honestly wasn t that big of a deal. thank you for the amazing food and service!

Quesadias were FANTASTIC, wings were DELICIOUS, Ultimate Burger was Very Good, fries were crispy light and airy. But, tonight the gravy was really watery. Waitress said that the cook was making a new thicker batch after we showed her so that was very nice to take our complaint seriously!!! Great music playing overhead!

My kids have been dying to go here for ages, unfortunately we had such a poor experience that nobody in our family (children included) feel its worth a return trip. For starters they only had two of the games working and they couldnt even compete against each other because only one side of each game was functional. This was a real disappointment. The food was average at best. And the cleanliness of the entire establishment was not great. We did have a decent server, who we tipped well, because there were quite a few grumbly customers and she seemed to be doing a decent job at dealing with everyone. Still for over $100 meal I expect better.

I came for a take out order in wacky wings and the lady who took the order was so arrogant and behaved so badly. This is the worst experience I got from the restaurant.

Kitchen needs to get it together. Four times I ve asked for ranch instead of mayo on my wrap. 3 times I got mayo, this time just no sauce! And half the wrap had NO chicken in it. Literally all (dry) lettuce and tomato. Picture is after I took 4 bites from it, hoping to find chicken lol My friend s hot wings weren t the least bit spicy. The medium sauce on my wrap was spicier, so I m pretty sure they were mild. We can see on the chit that everything was punched in correctly, so it s just the kitchen not reading the chits.

This place is amazing. The staff is amazing. A bit hard to find a table on all you can eat Wednesday but will be a great place to spend with friends.

I go most Wednesdays for wing night with friends. Kaitlyn is hands down the best server, always super friendly and honest. always on the ball with taking next flavours, asking about drinks and fixing any issues that come up in no time!

I have been to almost every wing place imaginable. These people have the best wings I have ever had.

We ve been coming here for about two years and it s always a good time, there s the odd longer than normal wait times for being seated or getting your wings on wing night but that s to be expected! Kaitlyn has been our server almost every other Wednesday for the last 7-9 months and ALWAYS does a fantastic job. All the servers/hostess have been good to us but, Kaitlyn has always went above and beyond. As a fat kid, I highly recommend the french toast sauce for the wings!!!

Exactly what I would expect from a wing place. I must admit that there are way too many choices for wing sauces, and can feel a little overwhelming. Best advice is just ask your waitress for her recommendations based on your flavor preference. The wings were well cooked, crunchy outside and juicy inside. The poutines are a must. Everything was great. Our server was fast even well training another. The only downside was when I payed for our meal. It wasnt the price that bothered me, it was 61.07$ It was the fact that I gave the server $80 cash and I got back $10 Now dont get me wrong I had every intention of giving a tip but to just take it hmmm. I hope it was a mistake on her part

My wings were undercooked and the sauce that was added to them literally got soaked up and the wings were without flavor.

We stopped in on the way back from Quebec. Unlike the Sudbury, Ontario location, we were approached right awag to be seated, our order was taken right way, and the food was outstanding!!! Its pretty sad we had to drive an hour and a half away to get perfect service.

Cam was taking our order tonight and I can t believe how amazing of a waiter he is, so polite and just a great guy!!!!

All you can eat chicken wings Wednesday nights - can t go wrong! Very decently sized wings and vast variety of flavours. Servers were so kind and upbeat!

Found a hair in my daughters food. A curly one tried calling twice to fix the situation but nobody picks up the phone. The food was honestly really disappointing too. chili is really dry and flavorless. My daughter wasnt a fan of her wrap as well before she found the hair. The curly hair just made it that much worse.

Dry wings and misleading pricing/false advertising. We were charged for a side listed as coming with our wings and they mixed up the flavour, sweet potatoes fries were cold. More details: Got wings, advertised as coming with a side and carrot sticks. They were out of the carrot sticks that come with wings, okay, but wouldnt substitute anything in place, although carrot sticks, we were told, were still available as a side to order. Decided to get the sweet potatoes fries for our side only to be told after that there is a charge for the side that comes with the wings. I thought oh maybe this is an upcharge for getting a better side but the server said the wings dont come with a side for free, its just there to tell you you can get a side if you want but you still have to pay for it. You keep saying comes with but I dont think it means what you think it means. One of the flavours for our wings was wrong and they were dry. Antojitos were good, only positive thing about the experience.

The wings are the BEST!!! Love the funnel fries!!!

UPDATE: After talking to the manager about our last experience, we decided to give it another shot. Our family went for lunch and they more than redeemed themselves. The food was delicious, service was MUCH better and it was actually nice to see that the manager serving customers as well. Thank you Travis and staff for a much better experience there. We will be back again! Our family went there tonight to celebrate my daughters birthday. Brennan was our server. There was MAYBE 1 other table with customers. There was 1 table a few feet from us that was full of dirty dishes. I asked about the game area, what kind of cards they use. The server said its the same cards that Cineplex has down at the theatre, so we could use those if we have them instead of buying more. We ordered drinks 1st and it took almost 10 minutes to get 2 water and 3 pop. When he brought our drinks we put in the 2 kids orders (one was a hamburger and onion rings the other was chicken strips and peaches) and asked for a few more minutes for the 3 adults to decide. My daughter also showed the server the Birthday Offer she received for a free order of garlic bread. It took at least 15 minutes for the kids orders to come out and Brennan to ask for OUR orders. Another 20+ minutes for us to get our poutine, burger and fries with a side of tomatoes and 9 boneless wings plus a Game Starter Platter. We ordered a Wackyrita Margarita, a chocolate milk and a refill of sprite for the kids and it took me asking 3 times and 2 different servers before we finally got those. The burgers had no flavour whatsoever. The wings were dry as were the strips. One member of our party liked the fries, but the rest of us did not, including the kids. We werent given sour cream for the mushroom caps. When the kids went to play the games, the cards didnt work. We found out from the manager and another server that Brennan gave us false and incorrect information. We now had to buy new cards and put money on them. Then when it came time to pay, Brennan handed me the bill and before I could look at it, he started pushing the interact machine at me to rush me. I asked Brennan what the issue was with the service, that it was really horrid service and they really had no excuse I could see since there was no one else in there. He looked at me, offered no explanation and said I am sorry you feel the service was not good then he walked away. It was only at the end of our meal that they finally cleaned the table of the dirty dishes that were there when we were seated. When we got home, I finally had a chance to look at my copy of the bill, I found out he did not take the cost of the FREE garlic bread off the bill! To say that this experience was a disappointment is honestly an understatement. Update as of August 1 : When I posted the review, a response was given by Wacky Wings asking me to email them and discuss the situation. I did so the very next morning. I have yet to receive a response to the requested email.

Price was outrageous for a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids and the food wasnt very good at all, fries came not very hot and tasted old, the burger tasted like your average M&M meats pattie, supposed to be carmalized onions on the burger, they looked like half cooked regular onions with a bit of flavor. First time going and for the price vs food quality, I wont be back.

Had great time with family and was good ps soup need to be little hoter!

Revisited Wacky Wings after embracing a plant-based diet and was thrilled with their new menu options! The plant-based tenders were a hit, boasting great flavour and texture. Kudos to the patient and friendly staff, especially the person handling takeout, for making the dining experience seamless despite our dietary restrictions. It s a challenge finding such accommodating spots in the North. Can t wait to come back!

Tough one. Service was good and everything was clean but the food was not very good. I ordered chicken parm sandwich with fries and dill pickle ketchup. The chicken parm was a soggy chicken blender breaded pattie. And the bun I think was put on charcoal but was left with an awful burnt taste. Im going to chalk this up to a bad recipe and ingredients. I will be back for a redo but different meal!

The boss is amazing

1st time at this restaurant. Business trip to North Bay and stayed at Holiday Inn which the restaurant gives %10 off. Wednesday is all you can eat wings for $22. Wings are a decent size, and lots of taste options. One of the best salt n pepper wings Ive had in a long time. On the negative, their Jamaican jerk is nothing like a Jamaican jerk as its heavy on the tobasco side. The restaurant was very crowded, but lucky I had a seat at the bar. People were waiting for tables for over an hour. Lastly, great service by Jon the bartender, he was over worked yet still provided great service.

All you can wings is just a rip-off. Sounds great in theory, but from sitting down to the time to get 12 wings, it took about 45-60 mins. By the time youre done and the server comes back and you actually get your wings, its another 45 mins. Wouldnt be a huge deal, but you can only order 5 at a time. So, in order to eat 22 wings, it would mean Id have to be there for 2.5 hours...and thats being generous with the time estimate.

Wednesday all you can eat special is a must. Was grateful to the lovely staff and the relaxed atmosphere. The price point was also more then reasonable. Will surely be back to be my wing record!! Parking: Lots across the street if need be. Kid-friendliness: There is an arcade on site.

Mediocre service, had higher expectations. The food came out okay, but was slow to get to the table. After ordering a simple meal it took over an hour for the food to be brought to the table. Believe our server was new to the industry; she tried her best, but didnt manage time well. We waited over 30 min after finishing our meal to get and pay the bill. Will try wacky wings again, not going to give up on it just yet!!

This food was so bad they gave me Kraft dinner with ranch on it when I asked for a adult Mac and cheese this food was disgusting the service was so bad
