Many people working and didn’t even acknowledge us at the front counter for at least 5 mins if not more. Bad customer service when our order was made wrong. Every table was dirty
I ordered a number 3 soft tacos no lettuce and received hard tacos. I went back to ask them to switch it and he told me that's not what I ordered and didn't wanna replace them for me. I SAID yes this is what I said my daughter does't like the hard ones and he made me wait,and finally came back and said I'll switch it but you never ordered this, I don't know why he was so rude and arguing with me. I had to ask him to wash our tables also all of them were very dirty, Highly unsatisfied with the service will not be back
The washrooms were discusting. I asked when they had been cleaned last. My question wasn't answered. I was just told he would look into it. 10 minutes later ( we were the only ppl in the place, and staff was standing around ), they still weren't done. Hopefully, public health will be paying a visit.
Normally we go through the drive through so I didn't realise how filthy it is in here. The floors are sticky, including the bathroom. Every single table was dirty. The whole restaurant was just very unclean... and this is a place where you get food from. The restaurant wasn't busy so I don't understand what's up with all the filth.
Service really needs work. We have visited 2x now. First time we waited 20 mins for our order with no other customers in the store. When we asked about our order they told us They forgot it and then quickly made our order. 2nd time we visited the employees would not serve us stating they felt like closing. This was at 9:30pm and hours state they are open until 1am.
I've been having issues with this taco bell location every single time I've gone. I order a crunch wrap supreme, HALF OF IT HAD 0 MEAT I seriously was taking bites and spitting it into my bag wondering where in the world the meat is, if there even is any, eventually just opened it up and saw a measly literal teaspoon of meat. Absolutely ridiculous. I pay a ridiculous amount for food nowadays especially and you cheap out on the meat completely, seriously??? Seems like everyone needs to be retrained on portions.
Went recently all went well , ordered my food , asked for a number 4 no supreme , got my food , and the tacos came supreme anyways , poor attention to detail , also nachos came with refried beans when none were asked for overall 4/10
Food is delicious and decent quality for the price. That said, I was standing waiting for 10 minutes while the employees serving drive-thru kept looking over and then not even acknowledging me. Apparently there risk a "Service Interruption" for their rice, which seems somewhat puzzling. When the employee entered my order, I asked what I could get instead of rice and he confusedly asked if I didn't want to order anymore; it was clear he didn't understand what I was asking whatsoever, and he appeared to be a manager. Typically when I come in, one very grouchy employee takes my order which is hardly a problem for me. But to receive such lazy service and then not even get any substitution options (despite their sign saying they have them) was very frustrating.
Its Taco Bell! Eat it if you like it and if not go somewhere else.

Its been a while since I ate a Taco Bell, stopped in, and I really enjoyed it. Loved that the chili cheese fries were still on the menu, and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to going back.

I see all these negative reviews and I decided to stop in anyways and it was nothing but great! The service was awesome, friendly staff! Food was fast and fresh And the food was amazing! My baby devoured her quesadilla(first toco bell) and didn t disappoint! My three other children loved it all!
I mean... Its taco bell. Staff is friendly the food is most certainly taco bell. So yea. Hot sauce. Cheapest take out family of 3 under 40 dollars for days you just dont want to cook
Floors and tables were disgusting.one bathroom was out of order, and the other looked like it was cleaned last week . The food was cold when we got it (we ate in the restaurant). The slushy machine was out of order. We waited 10 minutes at the counter before someone came to take our order. I had to ask for someone to clean the table, and they rolled their eyes at me . I will never eat here again . If you are reading this, save ur money and eat somewhere else.
How about you start filling your beef burritos like there suppose to be instead of being cheap the is ridiculous for almost 5 dollars a piece

I love a good serving of Taco Bell however I will never go back to this place we literally waited 21 minutes for our order when we came in to sit down and eat. The chalupa shells were stale and old. Then I went to the washroom and I looked at a toilet bowl that look like it had been scrubbed in about 3 months it was moldy and disgusting in there. Avoid this location.

Clearly Taco Bell doesn t understand how to run a business in my opinion, everywhere states they are open for holidays , as well as DoorDash is stating they are open , now yes I know it s the holidays but don t state you are open if you are not , and as well as remember to turn your DoorDash off
Waited a bit at counter but service was great after that. Food was good for being fast. Parking: There isnt much parking in this area but we were able to get a spot.
The ambience could be maintained better. It was too cold outside and was expecting comfortable seating but the steel chairs werent helping. Tacos were good though.

Food & service was good. It would be helpful to have order numbers called out for order pickup rather than calling out the food order. Other people in the store took our meal (even though it wasnt thier order) & we had to wait for our order to be replaced.

Servings are too small . Chicken Quesadilla had 3 tiny bit of chicken, no lettuce?! The cheese was watery and minimal also. I am really disappointed.Update, later in the evening I got food poisoning symptoms, the Ch. Quesadilla was the only thing I ate. zero stars for me

This is the place to go if you want to have to go twice in one night because they cant figure out how to make an order to go properly! Ordered to go checked the bag and our order was missing a bunch of stuff but we were billed for it, wasnt even a busy night the place was quiet.
For some reason they cannot stick to the time when ordering with the app. When I placed my order it gave the restaurant 20 minutes to prepare. At the 19th minute I decided to go into the restaurant and pick up my order, the manager only then decided to prepare.y order. Drive thru is top notch. So if you decide to eat here, drive thru!
I ve never seen such a slow staff at a fast food place. they all just sit and stand in the back talking while i wait in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes for someone to come take my order. they all literally looked at me and go back to talking. i had to get a guy on break to take my order. slower than my grandma and she s 93 years old.
You have to watch what you order. Some food Items are priced fairly but others are a complete rip-off. An Example would be the Cheesy bacon fries. For 5 dollars you get a small handful of of fries with a couple squirts of cheese sauce and bacon bits. Looks nothing like the advertisement photo. I wish I had a photo to post of the real thing. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth when I walk out feeling ripped off.

Very well prepared, but I found the meat portion of the original hard and soft shell tacos lacking. Maybe 3-4 grams of measurement. They were not as the Ad pictured.

Usually served pretty fast food tastes good but theyre extremely cheap on the meat here. Expect a veggie taco basically if youre ordering any of the ones with meat.
Food was made fast, cashier was friendly and patient. The place is very clean too.
Since opening, Ive physically been to this location 6 times. 5 out of 6 times the order has been wrong or poorly done. The food is always soggy within minutes, the staff seems to have trouble giving decent meat portions, and most of the staff seem to hate their job. Just go anywhere else but here.. youre wasting your money and sanity.
Bought a 25 dollar gift card in November as a Christmas gift, the person I gifted it to tried to use it in their town about 4 hours away and they said that they were unable to accept it as they did not load the gift card. So recently that person was visiting and we tried to use the card at this location, the one that I bought the card at and it said the card had an error. Never buy a gift card, never ask for fire sauce, you will be sorely disappointed by both and will receive any but what was expected.

Love this Taco Bell. I go weekly and the food is always hot and super fast which is really all I expect. Haven t had any screw ups with orders. It would be 5 stars if it wasn t for the super narrow drive thru like all newly built restaurants seem to have. Even with a smaller pickup truck it feels needlessly cramped and tedious. A somewhat minor complaint, but a good place to eat cheap food.

We decided to try Taco Bell in North Bay before heading back south, I was pretty apprehensive as the Taco Bell near our home is absolutely horrible, so I read the reviews for this Taco Bell and my apprehension grew but I was also as equally starving and had a long drive home. I was blown away with the service and quality the man who took our order was awesome, he must ve clarified our order atleast 3 times on speaker which was nice. When we got to the window, another man read us our order again to be sure and then our food was ready in less than 2 mins. The young girl who gave us the food was so friendly and made sure to say thanks for coming and have a good night!! That is hard to come by these days, people just aren t friendly anymore, whether it s they hate their jobs or the customers are just so nasty that the employees hate their job but something is happening and it shows. Now the customer service was exceptional but would the food be up to par?? YES! We got exactly what we ordered, the tacos were wrapped nicely, nothing was soggy, it was sooo nice to have warm food that tasted good as well, especially after spending $40. The Taco Bell in North Bay was very good! They should have those same employees worked 24/7 haha.

Seriously, once is enough.....for me. Wanted to try their specializes the Gordita Crunch and the Chalupa. They were different and somewhat tasty. I did like the extra thick soft tortilla, or more like a frybread. Service was quick. Staff was somewhat pleasant. Ill take a pass on this one in the future but dont let me stop you fast food eaters who need a quick bite on the go. This location has a drive-thru.
Quick and polite service! I would definitely eat there again :D Vegetarian options: Several of their menu items are vegetarian friendly, I think all protein options can be replaced with beans. Its nice to see a place focus on vegetarian options rather than it being an after thought. Kid-friendliness: They have two high chairs and a booster. There is a change table in the larger restroom.
Really cheap on ingredients, frequently only give half the order, make sure to check it before driving away; block the drive thru so they learn. Update Oct 9, 2022: Was 1 star, now 3 star, they got better about ingredients but the music inside is awful, i dont care how bad you are, especially when you cant sing & no i dont wanna hear 123 100 times.

Would give less the 1 star if possible, order was missing over half of the food and drinks ordered, and was told we were contacted and refunded when we were not contacted or refunded for our order. Customer service was terrible and non apologetic. Food was missing ingredients including tomato and green onion that it was advertised as having. Owners of the franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Last time ordering from this establishment.
The portions are small, the fries are a little bit soggy, and for the chili cheese fries you get a dollop of stuff right in the middle and not enough to spread around the rest of the fries. Its subpar, but it is a Taco Bell.

I ordered the Monday deal. Buy 2, get 2 free. Because I wanted the deal twice the guy at drive thru said he has to do separate orders. When I went up to pay he said that ll be $10.80 for the first order. I said I thought you said 2 separate orders it should be the special so it s $5.40 each. He looked at the screen for a minute and looked like he was punching in some buttons then said oh ya $5.40 and I paid by debit. He said ok, now for next order,$5.40. He was punching in some buttons again and then said my card didn t go through. I said it must have. I seen the receipts come out. I asked him for the receipt and he quickly crumpled them up as he s pretending to be looking for them. I quickly checked my bank account and noticed he charged me $10.80 and $5.40. I tell him the mistake and he asks me to park in front of the building and he will correct it and come talk to me. I said no, you can refund me now and back on to my card. He got another girl to come,supposedly the manager who had to call someone so she can refund me. After waiting 5 mins she refunds my card $2.51 and said that s all the owe me. I said no, you owed me $5.40. She gave me attitude and went back on the phone. after another few minutes she refunded me another $2.51 and said it s good now. You can go. I said to her, that $5.02 so you still ripped me off by 38cents. She then proceeds to ask me if I really want the 40cents. I said yes. She asked again, really, I ll give you the 40 cents out of the cash drawer. I said ok. Then she proceeds to give me the 40 cents and walks away rudely. As the other guy, has a lot to say behind the glass. Very poor customer service. Overcharged me, then act like it s a crime for me to get my money back. I wonder how many times they ve done this. No wonder taco bell is alway empty.
The food was good. The Indian girl at the front was kind enough to make everything vegetarian. Food was hot and done right. Clean place, ample parking.
They didnt have the heat on very uncomfortable to sit we ran out of lettuce and tomato and still charge me the full price other than that its Taco Bell always the same

Ordered in the drive thru just now we ordered the Cinnabon delights when we got our food i asked if they were in the bag the girl that gave us the food said werent charged for them and that she didnt punch it in ... its funny how they now decide what you can and cant order ... i told her that i ordered them so obviously i wanted them ... walking away from me she said well if you want them you can come in and order them. Very rudely at that. Not impressed with the service we got tonight at all.

The worst taco bell Ive ever had food from. Hardly any meat on anything. Stale chips, half full slushies. No tomatoes on fries supreme or green onions. All around just gross, Id rather drive to Sudbury.
Honestly, one of the best Taco Bells I have been too. Including in US locations. Really professional and the food is always good.

First of all low quality food you get what you pay for and like other people reviewing say do not go through the drive-thru. Youre told to go sit in the parking lot and wait for them to bring it to you. For something as fast to make like tacos and Ive been sitting in the parking lot for 25 mins. I came here because I expected it would be fast food.
