This place has such wonderful waffles with a variety of toppings to choose from. Wait times are longer but so worth it when the food is ready.

Ordered a chicken n waffles. Had to wait about 20 mins for it to be freshly made. Flavor was ok, but nth special. I would probably not go again.... but I liked that it opened early

The food is pretty expensive and not all that great compared to other places around town. Service was good though and the food court was pretty clean.

Please dont waste your money here. They dont know what they are doing at all. Its overpriced for some flour and bananas with Nutella.

Overly sweet crepes! I had a hard time eating the crepe as it was loaded with Nutella and condensed milk. The crepes were nice and thin but the taste was EXTREMELY sweet!

The Yaletown location is charming and the staff was very friendly and dilige. The food is excellent, and the Brazilian fare they serve is the best I ve experienced in Vancouver. The tapioca crepes are a MUST very filling portions and cooked to perfection. Definitely going back for more! :)

What an absolute gem of place in the lonsdale quey market.. this place is tucked in a corner across from sharkys but youll find it easy. The food is amazing, the staff and the manager was so pleasant to talk to. The crepe they have are all excellent flavors and my hands down favorite so far is there chicken and waffles. Very fresh made with perfect spcies. One of the best stops in the Quey market

Literally the worst waffle I have ever had. The waffle was SOO hard and tastes terrible. She legit sold us two three day waffle. And each ice cream scoop was packed away terrible taste. Don t recommend. Costed me $16 waste of money

I love this place to visit

Came to the store today, because I wanted to have some food before my class. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. I ordered an açai bowl and it came on a plastic cup (who works at restaurants knows which one), açaí was completely frozen, which means, I had to wait to eat it or would just eat the fruits on the top. Ordered 1 coxinha, it came soggy and cold. After I told the girl she said the air fryer wasn t on . And she knew about it, and still gave me the coxinha cold and soggy. Hope you guys can use this as a tip to improve. Thanks!

The monster milkshakes are equal parts delicious and intimidating. Recommend sharing with someone but worth it if you attempt one on your own. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

My first time here and def won t be my last! I got the Extra Healthy Açai bowl today and I have to say, it s one of the best I ve ever had! They use organic Brazilian Açai berries! What a huge difference from other açai bowls I ve had. You can definitely taste the difference! My son loves the craffles and loaded milkshakes! I gave this 4 stars because I didn t feel the service justified 5 stars. They are very transactional, meaning, I wouldn t say the staff are friendly, they re just there to take your order. Personally, the service is part of the experience for me. I feel there s room for improvement there.

Delicious pancakes! We came on morning morning, and service was very slow. We had to wait long for our food, and it didnt come at the same time. My pancake already cooled down, before my friend had food. Tip: get your coffee elsewhere on the market :)

Four of us ate here, none of us enjoyed the food or the non-existent service. Tip of 18% or more was suggested when paying at the counter, we received warm water to drink, and they would not even walk three feet to hand us our food. Had to get up from a ackward table seat and pick it up at the counter ourselves. What was the tip for? I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Parking: Pay parking within the Lonsdale Quay only

Went there two days ago (26 July 2023) at around 4pm. No lineups, fairly quick and friendly service. Ordered the Waffle Bites - wasnt crispy on the outside, but I thought it would be like a Belgian waffle. It was soft like one but not as delicious. Somewhat lackluster if eaten without dip. It was okay but nothing special.

Craffes is a nice waffle stand in the Lonsdale Quay Market, they have many different flavours to try. Waffles were warmed up and tasty, great for an afternoon snack.

Our visit to this food stall at Lonsdale Quay Market left us quite dissatisfied. We ordered the Chicken n Waffles, and were initially informed of a 5-minute wait time, which stretched to more than 20 minutes. The order consisted of 1 liege waffle accompanied by three small, overly fried, dry chicken strips, with maple syrup drizzled over top. While the waffle itself tasted fine, we couldnt get over the subpar quality of the chicken and definitely dont think its worth the $17 price point. While service was friendly, the value and quality are questionable, so we dont see ourselves returning to this food stall to try any other menu items in the future.

My friends and I were there past year and always everything was delicious. Im from Brazil and normally we ordered coxinha and cheese bread. But unfortunately today I was there and ordered 2 crispy chichen (coxinhas) and 1 pastel with cheese. Really Im disappointed because the crispy chickens were dark (like was double fried) ......the pastel had a lot of grass......dropping grass..... I dont recommend this place to eat crispy chicken or pastel. Maybe is good option for omelet or breakfast.

The gluten free crepes this place makes are terrible! It was literally the worst thing Ive ever been given to eat. It didnt even look like food. It looked like ground bits of stirofom and I was scared to take a bite. I spat it out instantly! Incredibly dry, no taste, just the worst! I took it back to question it. The ladies working hadnt ever tried it before, and said that they dont recommend it. Why is it on the menu??!! Please stop serving this, whatever it was! They were nice enough, but the customer service was lacking. I would never go there again for gluten free crepes. Even the regular crepe wasnt great according to the rest of my family... Youve been warned.

Large portions. Simple flavor.

The food we ordered was absolutely delicious. We ordered the champion breakfast crepe with maple syrup and it tasted fresh , light, savoury / sweet. I have my dad here on vacation and we ve gone out to breakfast the last 4 mornings to the best restaurants on the north shore and I think this was my favourite.

This was my second experience here. We ordered 3 foods. Each came about 10 minutes the other one. They serve the food in boxes which is hard for kids to dig a crepe in a box. I asked for plates and they did not have a decent size plate even. My waffles were not fresh. For sure they were previously made. I did not like my experiences there and I wouldn t recommend

Best Breakfast spot in Vancouver!

I arrived asking about 2 dishes that I saw on the internet and they told me that this is pure advertising, that they dont make them. They didnt do anything to offer me something similar. So starting from there, no costumer service. The food I chose was super super greasy and nothing like the photos they publish. I was disappointed with the place, I had high expectations. I don t recommend it. $18 bucks to the trash

Food was good and minimal wait for a Saturday morning. Service - they provided an outdated menu with items they don t offer anymore. Also, the food we got was not prepared as asked to the server.

It s a small location so the line can get long, but the food is delicious and pretty fast! Definitely recommend the pancake tacos.

Bought a pack of 3 leige waffles - white chocolate one was the best tasting, but the caramel and chocolate ones were average. The waffles were pretty cold and dry and was served with only maple syrup (was expecting maybe chocolate syrup like what the menu says). Anyways I went to the North Van location which is mostly to-go options so assume it can be a different experience compared to their other locations.

Too much meat, not enough vegetarian options.

Food is very good, but restaurant is way too squishy! You can t even get into your table without rubbing on the table next to you been a couple times but today we just left because we literally couldn t get into the spot..

First time here. Know we know why there are line-ups. The waffle is made with croissant dough. Brilliant. Only suggeation would be if you are asking for avocado on a Bennie,.ask for it on the side, they give you tons and it makes the craffle soggy. Oh, bring a fluffy coat of cushion if your sitting on the benches, which is almost half of the seats. Prices reason. The potatoes are amazing. Vegetarian options: Tons of vegan option.

nice tasting crepes, crepes themselves have a very nice texture. i got strawberry, blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and whipped cream. everything is very good, but i personally didnt really like the cream

I ordered Nutella waffle and waited for 15 mins, turns out I got Nutella Crepe. I told them this is wrong order, and waiting for another 15 mins. Finally got the waffles , and it was so dry and hard. Be honest, worst waffles I had in town. Also service was not good as well, looks like they did not enjoy what they were doing. Poker face, even don t care. Never come back

Great place to get some food, enjoy the view, shop for some unique items. It was enjoyable. The parking garage was tight. Lots of people outside enjoying the vibe.

The crapes are fresh. But the waffles are not. They just warm them up and it still takes a long time. They try to make it look fancy which is nice. We had the Tex-Mex crape and waffle and it took forever for the waffle to come. And then the waffle had hair in it Not happy with the experience. Reason I m giving it 2 stars is bc of the overall taste

We specifically asked for gluten free food because of celiac disease. The food was cross contaminated. Had to deal for hours with reaction of been glutened that is throwing up.

Just visited the Quay Market after a long time and enjoyed a nice warm waffle at Craffle! The owner/manager was super welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend checking out this sweet nook to get your dessert fix. The waffles are my favourite!

I just love this place! The staffs are so kind, the food are amazing delicious. Especially, because there is a taste of my home country (Brasil) the coxinhas, Pao de queijo, brigadeiros e beijinhos are very delicious . Just go there and enjoy tasty appetizers and much more!

Absolutely love love love these crepes. Everything is fresh. The crepes were delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff has excellent customer service skills. I was greeted by the manager, Alle who was absolutely delightful and truly treats this establishment with the kind of professionalism that you only see from the person who owns the place. More managers need to be like Alle. Its apparent why the staff is so customer service based. Well done, Alle and staff!

Best Coxinha in Vancouver, I tried others Brazilian restaurants and this one is better!!! Best coxinha in Canada, even better than some in Brazil!! You can try and you wont regret it Super top service, Alesandra and Virgínia served us very well!!

This is inside the food area of the quay, so its not a restaurant seating.. also the menu is more limited than the yaletown location. The crepe took over 20 mins. The Tex Mex was too saucy, overall just okay.

Terrible food. I would rate 0 if Google has such option. Food was not fresh, especially the waffles tasted awful. The waffles were not crispy and burnt on the edges. Also, the middle of the waffles were very hard. I would not recommend this location (North Vancouver).

It was like walking into the warmest home, it was one big family, the food was unreal. Tastes just melted in your mouth. The servers were incredible. I was so happy leaving there I was giving all the wonderful women a hug and the men a handshake. Never bin so happy after having breakfast. Didn t stop smiling from the moment we walked in the door. This is my first review ever because I felt the need that this place needs to be visited by all. This will be first on the list of places to visit every time you visit Vancouver.

really good breakfast, i loved the sunny breakfast everything was delicious as advertised, kitkat waffle seemed to be old, and somewhat hard so that isn t worth it but the breakfast itself was amazing! my boyfriend loved his crepe too, merci beaucoup!

Fantastic experience. No question will be back again. Employee greeted us outside and opened the door for everyone; they let us store suitcases in the back. Well priced, friendly employees, and food was 10/10!! 10 STARS

Ive been to Craffles 2 times already and I have no complains about my first time being to the place. The owner was there and she was very warm and kind to me and my friend, we got our coffee before the order and we felt comfortable to stay there chatting for a while before leaving. (Even though the coffee was terrible, the food was amazing!!) But the second time I went (last Sunday) the service was horrible, the coffee was again terrible and it came after our food order. We were sitting there and/or standing in front of it for almost 10 minutes and no one talked to us or asked if we needed help with the menu or anything. We ended up looking at the menu on our phones and when we were ready to order, my partner went to order and they do not speak portuguese but the lady insisted in speaking in with them in her language. I was very disappointed and I was really hoping my partner couldve had a better experience. The food is delicious but it does need an improvement on their costume service.

The SLOWEST crepes EVER, made my order today 12:37 and I got it by 12:54 (only one crepe in the order), there were 4 people in the kitchen, only 1 cooking and an the other 3 talking to each other, the to go package it s not the appropriate for a crepe, makes it imposible to eat it. Didn t taste bad, but with Nutella you can never go wrong, definitely over priced and the customer service was really bad, SUPER SUPER SLOW.

The crepes were absolutely delightful and the place is very cute! However, its not right to make one person work the last 2 hours alone. Thats incredibly insensitive.

Best açaí bow in Vancouver. Besides it they have very large options for brunch with waffles, tapioca, natural juices, coxinha and brigadeiro. And the service are amazing. Its a great place to get an açaí and go out to see the sunset in the shipyards.

WORST ACAI BOWL l Ive ever had. I first waited a little over 5 minutes before either of the girls working even acknowledged me to take my order, when my order finally was taken, it seemed as if the girl didnt know what she was doing (maybe she was training which is completely fine) but it seemed as if she didnt know what I was ordering when I had told her multiple times. I waited for this 15$ acai bowl for probably 20 minutes, while watching people who had come much longer after me get served within minutes. When I finally received my acai bowl, it was so small, and definitely not worth the 20 minute wait or 15$. It seemed as if it was simply a pre-made smoothie bowl as if was basically frozen solid with indentation from the container lid on the top after I opened it. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience today as well as the quality of the bowl. Definitely not worth the expensive price for something frozen I couldve made at home for 4$

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the take away waffles. I bought 5 or 6 for $20 something and they were really hard and tough. Perhaps they are all meant to be heated up, but I would say that they were far lower in quality than Nero waffles. I dont typically leave critical posts like this, but I was pretty disappointed in both quality, and the price of products.

We stood for 20 minutes in front of the counter waiting to be served while the staff filled online orders. Eventually we asked when we would actually be able to PLACE our order (not even get the food) and were told it would be another 10 minutes before we could even order. Pretty disappointed that online orders were prioritised and we were basically ignored. Whats the point having a store front if you ignore customers and fill onlines?

No customer service. We waited in front of the till and were ignored for half an hour without being able to even place an order. The staff just carries on filling online orders right in front of us and blanked our attempts at getting their attention.

Great food, cooked right in front of you!

One of the few unique offerings at Lonsdale Market, Craffles has a mix of breakfast and savory crepes alongside with waffles and desserts. The crepes are made fresh in front of you and you can see what goes into their savory crepes. These crepes are filling for one and can be shared. Recommended to try their crepe options given it is unique to the market.

Really pricey, waffles were frozen when taken out of the freezer and heated, crepe with very little chocolate sauce, do not recommend at all

I alway review to give positivity to local businesses. Today I felt gypped out of $10. These waffles are awful, taste like mug cake that s been sitting for days dipped in fake candy chocolate. We spit out the white chocolate and gave cinnamon sugar an hour later. Cinnamon was still nasty. They looked so pretty. I think they could have been saved if made fresh, still kinda bad but at least fresh that way. Pretty sure mine was made last Tuesday.

Must try Belgian waffle cafe if youre ever in the area! Lovely staff and of course, amazing waffles and crepes! We tried the Breakfast for Champions in a crepe and their matcha, caramel and Oreo waffles. The breakfast crepe was tasty and good for on the go if you dont have time to sit down to enjoy. I enjoyed all three flavours of waffles and will definitely visit them again!

A long wait for a disappointing crepe - I ordered the veggie lover crepe. It took about 15 minutes which is a long wait for a simple meal. When I finally took a bite, it was absolutely drenched in a sauce that was not listed on the menu. The mushrooms they used were canned and horrible, and there was so much cheese it could clog an artery with one bite. Overall I do not recommend this resteraunt, or specifically their crepes.

Came with a friend and we were excited to try the crepes. They werent bad crepes but it wasnt worth the $11 cost per crepe in my opinion.

We ordered a chicken and bacon and Buffalo chicken Crepes Both were terrible, I had to spit mine out. Way to much cheese in both our meals, was almost 90% fake cheese, the tomatoes in mine were sour as well. 0/5 for a 30$+ meal

Good, beautiful and cheap! I went to lunch with my husband and his work colleagues on a Saturday at Sharkys (a Brazilian food and meat restaurant opposite and I think it belongs to the same owner) and I didnt think about having dessert but to my surprise the craffles were sensational. I really didnt expect to find so much variety of crepes, tapioca, waffles, shakes, açaí bowls and other Brazilian delicacies, wonderful flavor, fantastic presentation and reasonable price (great value for money). I will come back every time I visit North Vancouver without a doubt! Its a shame there isnt one downtown, otherwise Id be hooked and even a ball would become one

Craffles was delicious! Both the crepe and the waffle dish we ordered were excellent and the measures to protect against COVID transmission also made me feel safer and didnt impede the ordering process. I will definitely be coming back next time Im at Lonsdale Quay.
