1209 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7M 2H5, Canada
Refined Italian fare, including pasta & seafood, plus international wines, served in a comfy space.
Always fabulous!! Cozy, quiet enough to talk with friends. Delicious food. Staff owned so they truly care.
Modern share plates - good for groups.
This place feels like you have been transported to Italy. Wonderful community feel, kind staff, reasonable pricing, and impeccable quality. I always get so excited to come here, order a litre of great wine and have just impeccable vibes. Recently I asked for extra lemony pasta and they absolutely delivered. Please go here to discover your new favorite Italian restaurant.
Amazing food and excellent service in a cozy environment. Plenty of options but the fettuccine in lobster and shrimp rose sauce is my favourite! Don't fill up on the fresh baked bread, although it's very tempting.
Hadn't been to Bravo for years, after too many disappointments, but I returned after hearing that some of its long-time servers are now actually running the restaurant! You can see and feel the changes happening - a long overdue breath of fresh air. The Fettuccine Cascardi (chicken in lemon cream) was delicious. Looking forward to returning and sampling more of the menu. Hope they start using an online reservation system soon!
Bravo Cucina offers a dining experience that feels both refined and welcoming. The menu is a celebration of Italian cuisine, with rich, handmade pastas, perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas, and seasonal dishes prepared with care and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it ideal for a cozy date night or a relaxed gathering with friends. Attentive staff ensure every detail is taken care of, leaving you free to enjoy every bite. For anyone craving Italian food done right, this is a must-visit.
Had an enjoyable dinner here for a work gathering! Service was attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner for our whole group. I've had their linguine in a creamy curry sauce multiple times, and it never fails in its flavour. However, I ordered the Vitello Forestiera to try something new (veal medallions with mushrooms). The meat was tender and lathered in sauce. The meal started with a daily special salad, and the refreshing fruits (pineapple, mango) balanced off the walnuts and soft brie cheese. The mango cheesecake for dessert was fairly decadent, but made the perfect sharing dessert to end a meal. Always like coming here for work gatherings and would return for a special occasion, as prices are more on the high end. Restaurant is in a good and convenient location!
Warm late-spring day made the outdoor patio a pleasant spot to dine in early evening. Lonsdale, with noisy motorcycles, siren blaring police vehicles and other urban traffic, may not be perfect but there are plenty of happy places to eat on this street. Bravo Cucina has been a fixture for many years and has outlived many other good restaurants in North Vancouver. Two of us shared a Caesar salad and warm bread accompanied by a delicious white bean, garlic and olive oil paste. She had veal-stuffed cannelloni and I had the seafood special: prawns and scallops in a light sauce with vegetables. Except for the lightly-seared and slightly over-cooked scallops (my preference is a hard-sear and barely warm centre), all was well prepared. Server was a delight and prices reasonable. Worth a return visit.

Italy in N. Van. Amazing food, outstanding service!
See you Friday night! Wonderful veal dishes Pasta galore Food : 5/5
The food was delicious and very well presented. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend Bravo Cucina
I read previous reviews and wonder if I went to the right Restorante. Bravi Cucina, is quite run down. Therefore, what is call a Trattoria or sometimes Locanda nelle Italiano, where is served basic food. The service was quite ordinary and just polite as it should be. If they own the restaurant, they may want to considered clean up the bathroom area with all its clutter. The music background was loud enough for our server to only remember us when and another sever attended us. They may also take some basic Italian class. I had a tomato salad away by far from any Italian standard, the chicken with the mushroom was tasty with overcooked vegetables and soggy roasted potatoes. This restaurant and its personnel (owners?) need to pick up the loose ends. I do recommend this restaurant for value and basic Italian food not for outstanding dishes described in my readings.
Walter, Waylon and Trevor are the best! Food, atmosphere, service is fantastic. Best restaurant in North Vancouver.
The food and service and attention to the guest experience is excellent. The Bolognese sauce I had was delicious. Very friendly neighborhood Italian restaurant.
Went to Bravo Cucina for lunch last week with a friend and what a treat it was. The location and food were great but Whelan and the rest of the staff, both front of house and in the kitchen, were remarkable. Favourite dishes include the lobster bisque, the mango salad (when available), Fettucini Expo 86, Piccata al Limone. We are very fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber on the North Shore saving us from travelling over the bridge. Try it for lunch or dinner. Im sure youll enjoy it.
great food
delightful venue great food and Service..if u like italian you will love this place..
Great pasta!
The best Italian restaurant in the Northshore; a true hidden gem.
Had dinner here on Saturday night with a group of friends. The place was full of people, servers were incredibly busy, yet the service was still prompt and attentive. The servers recommendations were spot on, house wine was excellent. The food was impressive, lobster bisque was incredibly flavourful, Veal with mushrooms was just melting in your mouth and a taste of mushroom gravy melting your heart. Easily the best Italian experience I have tried in Vancouver.
Love this little barlumi di Italia The food is delicious and the staff are very efficient welcoming and professional A neighborhood jewel!
This has always been great. It has been even better recently. We found out that the new owners are involved personally.
We have been customers of Bravo Cucina for many years and have always been satisfied. New management took over last year and there have been small but welcome improvements making the retsuarnnt even better. Trevor, Walter and Wayland are the servers and owners along with the cook to all have a vested interested in looking after ther cleints. They are great. Highly recommend inyou want execellent Italian. Vegetarian options: Cant think of any right now. But they will accommodate the clients wishes.
Good vibe, excellent food, service is prompt and courteous. #1 choice of my parents-in-law. Owner is very attentive and a great host.
Had a lovely lunch with my Aunt and Mother to celebrate the new year. We had an absolutely delicious Linguini Pescatore, Seafood Risotto, and Linguini Carbonara. Our server was Nancy and she was incredibly friendly and attentive to us but the entire staff was fun and welcoming during our meal. The atmosphere in general was pleasant and relaxing. 10/10 restaurant for special occasions.
A small part of Italy right here in North Vancouver Homemade pastas and a great wine selection to complement fabulous food Caio Bella/Bellos Food
Great food, good prices and good service
Really tasty italian food!! The pastas are amazing. The scallops appetizer is delectable!
Great service and the meal was excellent
Perhaps the best Italian food on the north shore, I have come here twice in one year alone and have genuinely enjoyed both visits. The time between being seated and taking our order was longer than anticipated, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our dietary needs. I would recommend this location and I know for sure that my partner and I will be returning in the future. Dietary restrictions: Seafood allergy
Did dine out Vancouver 2023. Good choices.
Highly recommend! Amazing atmosphere, service, and food! Great to celebrate special occasions! Make sure to make a reservation in the evening. Will definitely be a regular customer here :)
We celebrated a birthday & Valentine s Day for lunch. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious & a large selection of meals for our appetite. We all had pasta dishes which were very generous in size and served piping hot. The tables had fresh flowers on the table & decorative decals on the tables celebrating Valentine s Day. The servers were very efficient & attentive & always keeping the water glass full. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Lovely service and cozy atmosphere. Food was fantastic - felt very authentic!
Went here on a Friday night for dinner. The place was packed full and they really cram as many people as possible in the restaurant and it gets quite loud. Definitely, book a reservation if you are planning to come here. The food was good but was very slow as it took over an hour just to get our entrees. Our waitress however was extremely attentive and apologized for the wait. Overall recommend this place if you dont mind a super busy atmosphere and waiting a bit for your food.
Never disappointed. Amazing fresh Italian food. Friendly staff. Hard to get into on weekend so book early.
Always amazing! Walter and everyone deliver a fantastic experience!
Loved my dinner! It was their special and it was definitely special! The Cod, prawns, and scallops were fresh and excellently prepared in a light curry sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner paired either Oyster Bay sauvignon blanc.
Great food & service!
Wonderful food and service. Would highly recommend. Vegetarian options: Lots of meat free options. Compared to other Italian restaurants
I have Never tried such a bad risotto and Chardonnay in my whole life! Rice is barely cooked, swimming in some sort of sauce with over cooked seafood. Chardonnay had an aftertaste of brandy, this would never happen in a real Italian restaurant. The prices were though the level of a good restaurant. Total bill for risotto and 6 oz wine 54 CAD. It is a joke.
always love going for dinner here! Service is great, food is incredible!
Perfect place for a special occasion. Food was amazing, staff are wonderful & attentive. What a magical evening - thank you!
Five of us showed up without a reservation but they managed to seat us without any issues close to their regular closing time. Food was excellent, staff was excellent and very friendly. Would definitely return given the opportunity.
Super nice good, especially the scollop and lobster soup. Outstanding service as well. Love it. Highly recommend it!
The best restaurant ever the prawn scallops and mussels were the best
Our absolute favourite Italian spot on the North Shore. They treat you like family here, and their daily specials are always incredible. Vegetarian options: Have taken vegetarian and vegan friends here and have had zero issues - sure there isnt a whole separate menu to accommodate those dietary preferences but the options they have are great.
I didnt feel welcome at this place to be honest. The food was OK, B to B+, but service was poor. Only one waiter had customer service skills, the rest not so much. Kid-friendliness: I dont feel this is a place that welcomes young children either. Its more for a fancy dinner with adults instead.
This place is always a treat! Friendly staff, attentive, service, wonderful food, and a very romantic setting. Great for a date.
Always amazing!
Basically the best fine dining for your dollar on North Shore than any other restaurant.
I recommend.
Bravo Cucina has new ownership within the last year. We have gone there in the past with old ownership and it was good but not Great. However the new ownership Team are owner operators and the meal and service was Fantastic. The servers were amazing, the food was excellent. Highly recommend it and we have eaten there 4 time in the last few months since we rediscover it and everything was great! Great Job Bravo Team!
Time of my life. Incredible service and food.
Amazing food, Excellent service, and very professional servers. Cant go wrong with any occasion and one of the best services you will ever get in town! Great job everyone.
I grabbed the spaghetti Carbonara, it was nice. I have yet to experience Dining @ Bravo Cucina. But the staff seemed really nice, overly friendly exceptionally helpful. My baby Goose loved licking the pasta container after I d finished so that s a really good Sign.
Incredible Italian food that I ve even brought Italians to who gave it the full stamp of approval. I ve been here a few times and always loved it. The server was extremely friendly and even accommodated our small puppy on the patio. Their carbonara is my go-to
We both had the chef specials: The chicken parmigiana my husband said was A-amazing and Im still raving about the Halibut, quinoa and that chutney and the delicate veloute. Just a perfect end to the week or the start of April Thank you, Trevor, Walter and of course Weyland for making our evening Oh so amazing.
My family and I were racially profiled when we tried coming here. Told that it didnt look like it but theyre fully booked. Completely empty restaurant. Im glad your racism turned us away so I could eat amazing sushi across the street.
Amazing spaghetti and sauce.
Very good atmosphere.
We have been going to Bravo Cucina for 25 years for all of our special occasions. We have invariably enjoyed a consistent high quality of well-presented food and service. If you eat a full course meal, the servings are adequate, but If you are looking for piles of food at a cheap price, this is not for you.
A great meal and fantastic service as always
Bravo is my and my family s favourite restaurant of all time. Authentic Italian food at its best. Amazing varied menu, fresh ingredients, great wine selection, cozy and warm atmosphere. We love Bravo!!
For goodness sake put an Out of Order sign on the washroom door instead of saying I know, but I am not touching it right now ! Your customers don t want to see that either !! Very disappointing!
one of my favorite restaurants to eat! great pasta so light. Love their mussles and the white bean paste they serve with bread.
Way overpriced for the quality. The mozzarella marinara, for $15 is a 1/4 inch by 2 x 2 piece of fried cheese with tomato sauce. Seriously? For $15!!! Mains were between $22 and $27 for a couple of scoops of pasta and a few pieces of meat, or seafood. The linguini pescatore had 3 wilted mussels, a few mushy shrimp and a few tablespoons of fish in it, over a dollars worth of pasta. The serving was pretty basic, not interesting, not particularly good and cost $27. Dessert, one creme brule cost $10. Two scoops of ice cream was another $10. Very, very poor quality of food for the price. No wonder it was the only restaurant that had space last night. Gave it two stars instead of one because the server was great.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! Its a small little place with amazing food and great staff! Everyone that works there has only one thing in mind: to give you the best possible experience! And they succeed every time. I love this place and I recommend to anyone who loves Italian food!
Always delicious food with Great service Sadly didnt take any pictures but next time I wont forget
The seafood pasta was disgusting it was super fishy the shrimp was frozen and not good and there were only about 5 baby shrimp in the whole dish there was no other seafood in sight except the imitation crab that just made it worse and this dish was 28 dollars not worth the money definitely wouldn t advise anyone to go there
Ok
Best restaurant on the North Shore
Best restaurant in North Van
Food is delicious! Cocktails are too sweet for my taste and the lighting at supper just sucks
Good food and service.
They fit us in despite the last minutes reservation request, the food & service was great. Would happily go back.
This is the best food on the North Shore
Never had such great Fettuccine before. The best in North Van.
I came in for lunch today and the owner was building a deck, sawing and being sweaty right where I was eating. They are closed between 2pm and 5pm so I cant believe he wouldnt wait until his customers left. Also, the tables were not socially distanced and no dividers.
Linguine Vongole was fishy and server had a bit of an attitude. Will not be back.
Great service, great food!!!!
I have to say that this is one of the best places on the north shore ! Will definitely come back!
Dinner was great and service excellent.
Great food, great service, great value. What more could you want? *chefs kiss*
Absolutely amazing food. Service was great. It was a perfect evening. Will be back!!
Bravo Cucina has been one of our favorite restaurants on the North Shore for many years. Sami and his crew go the extra mile to make sure everyones order is prepared to perfection. We recently made a large office lunch order for 12 people, and they executed perfectly. It was delicious. Thank you Bravo Cucina!
Great atmosphere and delicious food! I recommend the linguine carbonara, it was amazing.
Place was busy! Food was impeccable. Couldnt finish, had to take leftovers home! Served by Trevor, super friendly fellow. Be sure to have your BC vaccine scan handy!
Beautiful experience. Finally able to get out of the house to get a sit down meal. Service was amazing, food was great though more expensive then I normally do. However the entire meal, service and atmosphere was worth every penny. Thank you for a great night.
Classic Italian dining on Lonsdale. Proper service and some fine Italian dishes.
Lobster bisque is divine
Absolutely terrific. The food was delicious, the service superb, and it being Christmas Eve, the streets were practically empty, so parking was ideally close by, and free.
We had our New Years meal here last night. Just to be clear, I have eaten here many times prior to last night, and have really enjoyed it. For starters, three of our four meals had to be returned to the kitchen to be reheated. The vegetables were basically raw, and the Halibut was less than appetizing. Service was acceptable under the circumstances, but not stellar. I feel the price point was too high for what we experienced. All in all a disappointing experience.
We love this local Italian restaurant and come back time and time again. The food is always spectacular and the service is a perfect match. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable with a homely feel. The Carbonara is our favorite but last time we got the lamb shank special on the recommendation of our server...wow!! It fell off the bone and was soon delicious! We got the antipasto platter to share as a starter too and it was a decent sized portion for 2+ people. Good wine list with reasonable prices is the cherry on top for the whole experience. We will be back again soon!
Had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait but the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Four other parties came in after us over a 30 minute period and 3 parties were seated each in turn before us. We politely ask about our seating each time a party was seated. We were told they were waiting for people to leave so that we would get a table. They just seated about 12 people ahead of us. We walked out looking at the empty seats that we could have sat in that were not occupied. We were a party of only 2!
Came here on a Sunday night and they told us they were booked for the night. They had lots of empty tables. So I called in to see when we could next get a table. They said they would have one ready in 20 minutes. Such rude service. I m not sure why they turned us away.
Awesome place for a date night.
Please package your takeout/to go pasta in a container that is healthy for humans to eat from. Styrofoam containers leach toxins in to our take out food, especially hot pasta. No take out for us again, till you change your containers. Think of your customers and perhaps the environment too...Please
Bravo Cucina is a wonderful place that we have been to many times. However on this occasion we were at The Bridge, a pub, that is next door. Had a great time sitting on the Patio in the sun sipping on some excellent Kraft Beers.
Negligence
We were having a few beers in the patio of the restaurant right beside Bravo. It was 5:25pm on a Tuesday. The patio only had one table occupied. I walked up and asked the server if they would have room for a table of 4 on the patio in 30 minutes. The server went inside to check availability and came back out stating that they didnt have any availability on the patio. I said ok and went back to our patio seat at the adjacent establishment. Im mid 30s, male, and am heavily tattooed. I only mention this because I feel in this case I was profiled. After sitting down, I called Bravo. They were very polite on the phone and said they could definitely accommodate our table of 4 on the patio in the same timeframe. When we arrived, the server who told me there was no availability looked very embarrassed when I gave him my name for the reservation. He quickly mentioned we had a cancellation. Ya Im sure there was a cancellation in the 49 seconds between asking in person and calling. The rest of the experience was not great. We didnt feel welcome and the server who did take care of us seemed like he couldnt be bothered. The food was great, wish the service was on par with it.
Having seen all the 5 star reviews for this restaurant we had dinner from Bravo last evening. All I can say is that this absolutely could not have been the same chef -- pardon me -- person. He most certainly could not be categorized a chef. The angel hair pasta was overcooked, the prawns were actually mushy -- I threw it in the garbage. My husbands was ok until he put more parm on it and because cheap parm is so salty it ruined that. So all in all a terrible experience never to be repeated.
My favorite Italian in the lower mainland. Authentic and feels like mama cooked it! Ive been going here for 15 years... never been disappointed!
Service was fast. Mussels delicious
Ive been here twice, and both times were excellent. Hospitable, attentive and friendly wait staff; diverse and yet authentic menu, delicious quality dishes served fresh, hot and with great attention to detail; lovely atmosphere. Well be returning again and again.
No COVID protocols in place, other than reduced # of tables - no sanitizer at entry, menus were reusable, no sanitizing, no masks, and 3 staff were all in close proximity - not safe. Service was slow, food was rich but good.
Food was delicious but we were concerned and a little perplexed as to why the servers were not wearing any face coverings...
We did a recent take out dinner for 4. Thank you to Trevor and all the staff for providing such a special dinner. The food was incredible, even when packaged up for us to bring home. The only thing we missed was the ambience of Bravo Cucina but this was the next best thing during Covid. If you are looking for high quality Italian food, then consider coming and picking up your dinner at the restaurant and support this excellent small business. We couldnt have been happier. Thank you all!
Nice environment and great service but the food was nothing special. Dessert was good.
Always a special place and a treat even on a Sunday night. HIGHLY recommend the antipasto platter for two. Jen was also a ton of fun to be served by. Love it when a server can make you smile in a classy restaurant
Friendly waiter and waitress, delicious food.
Came here for valentines day dinner and was a little dissapointed.. the food was absolutely amazing ( so no complaints there ) however service was below average. I ordered a glass of wine and there was a giant hair in it - i told the waiter and they barely acknowledged how gross that is..especially for a higher class restaurant. They didnt even apologize but just brought me another glass ( and charged me for that as well ). It also took soooo incredibly long for us to get our food (which I understand that it was valentines day) but they had a preset menu so it definitely shouldnt have taken as long as it did. Anyways im not a picky person at all and probably wouldnt come back here considering this experience.
Came here during Dine Out. Really enjoyed the appetizer and main, but I could have done without dessert. Ill definitely go back next time Im in the mood for an Italian dinner.
Consistently good Italian food, warm atmosphere and friendly service
My favourite restaurant on the North Shore. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.
Amazing food and service. Food was fresh, high quality, and meticulously prepared. Extensive wine list. Great restaurant in Central Lonsdale. Will definitely be returning!
AMAZING food and service!!!!
Lovely smallish Italian restaurant with a great menu.
On a dreary wet night Bravo Cuccina was so warm and cozy. A nice old fashioned Italian restaurant with terrific food and service. Great menu selection and reasonable wine prices....very rare these days. The chicken Parmesan was very good. I highly recommend this terrific local spot.
Amazing
Fantastic food. Great service. Cozy atmosphere. Have the piccata.
Taste good
Nice. Love the atmosphere. Food is tasty and staff friendly.
If you like real Italian food this is the place to go. Its on Lonsdale in the 1200 block in North Vancouver. Parking can be at a premium but that aside what a treasure. They usually do about two table turns in the evening so you are not to likely to feel rushed. Do be sure to make a reservation. Cost wise plan on spending $50 to $150 per person depending on what you have and drink. Try it you will have a wonderful meal.
Loved the place! The smoked salmon fettuccini dish I had was delicious and the service was very nice. The waiter gave many recommendations and was friendly and helpful :)
Wide choice of Italian dishes. The Expo86 pasta dish is a favourite as are the veal entrees and the Tiramasu. Never disappoints.
Service has been inconsistent recently. Ive been here several times and some nights I would rank it a 5 and some nights I would rank it at 2. The prices are too high if its a two-star night or 3 star night. We waited well over an hour for our meal last week and the service was terrible. This was definitely a two star night.
Great food and service
Always a good sensory experience. Vallee is fair and service excellent.
Great friendly staff. Lots of specials. Fish really good. Very quiet at lunch time.
Excellent, excellent food. I recommend going here.
Yummm
If you want authentic Italian cuisine then this is the place to go. Very high quality food and an excellent wine list. I had the Halibut Rissotto - it was awesome.
I have been here many times and its generally very good. But last night I ordered a Cesar salad as a starter and it was dreadful, it was obviously prepared much earlier in the day and was sitting in a fridge. The parmesan was in long stringy bits, the lettuce was chopped and there was little to no dressing. The salad include some kind of wafer that was inedible. The veal marsala was very good, the service was a little slow but we were in no rush. I will be back but will not be saying Heil Cesar
The owner/ chef working here made this the last place I d ever want to go to again. He dragged a man through the restaurant swearing at him and pushing him (borderline punching) and yelling at him to pay his bill. It was the absolute worst way for someone to handle a (drunk) customer. They should not serve someone to the point of drunkenness and then berate and get physical with that customer. It was a huge scene and he made a young girl cry. The whole restaurant was disturbed and in awe. I couldn t shake the feeling the whole night and it was terrible...
Always fabulous! Excellent service and food. Prices are a bit high but the quality is beyond expectations every time.
North Shore gem and great place for lunch with friends or business colleagues. Daily specials are usually a good choice, as well as tiramisu for the sweet ending. Their bread is fantastic.
Awesome Italian food and price/value.
Lovely atmosphere, terrific food, attentive staff
First time at Bravo this evening. New to Vancouver. Was delighted by mix of ambiance and energy. Busy and full but still able to have good dinner conversation. The waitstaff were outstanding in their attention to us. Delightful! We do not eat carbs often but this was worth it! The food was delicious from the pasta to the veal. Excellent. Will be back for sure!
Expo 86!
Great food and service. Among the best on the North shore.
This place never fails to provide an excellent fine dining experience.
Best Italian restaurant on the north shore!
Great Dine Out night
.y favorite restaurant in north van
Caesar salad was good, veal was really good, creme brule was really good and the service was good too. I would definitely go back.
Love the menu
Decent fare and a reasonably good wine selection.
Pleasant atmosphere, good food and good value
What a great restaurant. Best local Italian food I have experienced in Vancouver and surroundings. Service is relaxing and perfectly slow, as it appears a turnover of tables is no priority at all. My recommendation is for you to enjoy the appetizers, the mains and the desserts. All of them are of exceptional quality. The choice of wines is more than sufficient. This restaurant makes for the perfect place to have a lovely time and meal with friends. Bravo indeed!
Good food. Seafood select and quality is excellent. Pastas are good and plentiful. Service and staff knowledge and professional.
Really good Italian food
When I went the food was excellent. The service wasnt the best but too be fair there were only two servers working and it was super busy. Overall really good experience.
It was a wonderful place to take my wife on a date. The food was great And so was the service
Great food, nice atmosphere. Excellent Italian meal without having to cross over into Vancouver.
The best spaghetti bolognese I have ever had. So traditional italian and so worth it.
Wonderful food, great environment, family oriented, great people
Good service and quality veal dishes as well as pasta and Seafood
We went tonight to celebrate and as always the food and service was absolutely amazing. Yo cant go wrong here. The only thing missing was the Dom
Vastly overpriced Plate of veal tortellini $22 Ok but Special No! Can of steamworks beer(Good) 500 ml $10 yes $10 Will not go again
Delicious. Really good. I highly recommend.
A longtime North Vancouver staple in Italian cusine. The restaurant itself has ample seating inside and out, and the atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The menu includes the italian classics youd expect, as well as many in-house creations, and a notable seafood offering. The quality and freshness of the ingredients is always top-notch, portions are generous, and baked-in-house foccacia style (served with oil & vinegar/tapenade/bean spread) is included with your meal. The wine list and dessert menu are excellent, and they also have an espresso machine if you want coffee after dinner. What sets this place apart is two-fold: First is the value. When you combine the quality, portion size, and prices, its no wonder this place has been business as long as it has. You get excellent bang for your buck. Secondly is the service. The servers as well as the manager are so good at their jobs, and love what they do. Whether youre there splurging on a multi-course dinner, or simply there for a $25 lunch, they go above and beyond. These folks are genuinely friendly, courteous, and true professionals who make you feel welcome, and keep you coming back. I highly recommend Bravo, and advise to call ahead and make reservations.
Delicious and fresh bocicini salad, and amazing pasta. Best pasta on the North Shore, possibly the city.
Service is phenomenal! Walton is a expert at customer service
Local, fresh mainstay on Lonsdale. The menu doesnt change much, but its quality is consistent.
Fantastic food and service!
Great food, good service
The entire block is gone to make way for residential towers
Nice atmospere. Great service
