Every time I go there, the food is delicious, and the staff is kind and polite.
I visited this location and was disappointed with the way their promotion was handled. When I arrived, they only had one slice of pizza left, so I bought it. They then made a fresh pizza, and I asked if I could purchase another slice to qualify for their promotion of a free drink with two slices. However, they refused to honor the offer, despite the situation being out of my control as there were no options available to meet the promotion initially. This experience left me feeling frustrated, as I believe businesses should be more accommodating in such situations.
Friendly staff. Answered all our questions about the menu. The gal at the counter really seemed to take an interest in talking with us and helping us get what we wanted. We appreciate that!
Mint clean, well maintained store, nice person, good pizza! 🍕 Just no parking area in front of the store. 😭

This location actually made a decent pizza. They didn't miss any of the toppings I requested. The pizza dough was actually the micro thin dough I had requested as opposed to close enough. Timing was within the 12 mins to prepare, even though they had other delivery orders pending. Will definitely come to this location apart from the KG Newton location where they didn't live up to the Fresh Slice quality standards.
Quality and service is at par with best Freshslice outlets.. the butter chicken pizza is so so great.. we were dominos loyal but now converted.. Staff and Manager are very good. Can't believe the calories chart attached but it's the icing on the cake..
As an asian I would mention they have to add more spices in it overall food and quality is awesome

I do delivery work and most of the restaurants give us the order on time so that we can give it to the customer on time so that they are satisfied, but only Farsh Slice is late and discriminates between the Indian drivers first and I am very upset about this.

/ service by the staff of freshslice pizza especially Krish. Yesterday I went there with my family for enjoying some food. I really love their service and deals.All the deals are worth for money. Krishs behaviour towards customer was really appreciated.I would definitely recommend everyone if you want to have some good food then freshslice should be your first preference.
Ordered (almost) every topping on the unlimited deal, and they didnt skimp. The online order said 20 minutes and it was ready in less than 10. What a value! Will order again, every time.

I have been a regular customer of this location for years, but last night, when I was in the lineup, I noticed that staff members touched their sweaty faces and other parts of their bodies and made food simultaneously. They dont wash the used utensils and dirty dishes, etc. Overall, this location does not meet hygiene factors. I never return and recommend you, too

The staff was extremely friendly. The gentleman named money greeted me the moment I walked In the door, with huge smile, and bursting personality. I was undecided on the pizza and asked for advice, so he said why not half and half. Ive never been offered that voluntarily before. Great service!

The server was not friendly. She told us to leave a review to google but did not follow up the dip for free. So we just let it go. She was not paying attention, she did not asked if our food is dine in or take out. She weap the food for take out. Customer service was really bad.also the pizza taste old, we ordered the cheese it taste different than we used to. We were not happy that visit. We always like fresh slice but we were just unlucky on that night.The place is clean though.
