The Manto was absolutely delicious! I really loved the flavors, and the service was outstanding. All of my Canadian colleagues enjoyed it as well and couldnt stop talking about how great it was. Definitely a memorable experience

The food is amazing at all locations. It s freshly made. The 2 stars are for the food. The problem is with the extra charges on customers when they order extra sauce. I guess the owner would rather lose + $20 over making 50 cents for the sauce. They claim that the charges from the extra sauce are not making their expenses on the sauce. If this is true, then why are you charging customers? The claim is that the extra charges would reduce their loses. Personally I think this is BS, because if they re losing money, they would have closed. The bathrooms in every location is as bad as McDonald s or Tim Hortons, if not worst. The dining area is swamped with flies. I used to bring a lot of people to their restaurants (whether for work or personal purposes) but I stopped after I saw their bathrooms. If these washrooms are used by their staff, then their kitchen is definitely contaminated. I d rather go to other restaurants who treat their customers better.

Please maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant dining area as there was grease and rice on the chairs and table surfaces, not to mention the scattered rice all over the floor, including dirty trays of remaining food on top of the garbage/recycling countertop. The place wasn t busy when we dined in, which should reflect the restaurant s cleanliness.

I recently went to Bamiyan Kabob and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. It reminded me of my grandmothers cooking, which is the highest compliment I can give. The rice was perfectly seasoned and not bland at all, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The salad was incredibly fresh and added a nice crunch to the meal. I recommend Bamiyan Kabob for anyone looking for authentic and tasty Afghan cuisine. I will definitely be returning for more in the future.

Took a moment off of my work and went to have my favourite food in this restaurant. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant to order my food the manager was yelling to this poor lady who was working at the kitchen the whole time. I thought it s gonna be for only one minute or so. But this guy ate my brain our while I was eating at the restaurant for 15 minutes. To the Asian guy/ manager or owner, please make sure you don t argue with your employees while your customers are present in the restaurant. I get it everybody gets frustrated that s part of our lives. But while at your business permises you are not suppose to yell at your workers. Take a chill pill sir.

Even though I told them that we do not want spicy meals, they d poured TOO MUCH RED PEPPER on our dishes which we couldn t tolerate.. They re supposed to listen intently and pay attention to what customers want, not just taking the orders and get the money.

I ordered the Barg Kabob with salad and Nan. Emm havent eat kabob for a quite long time, and this place is quite satisfied my expectation. Fresh cooked nan and the juicy kabob filled me up even though I did not order the rice. The dressing sauce (idk the name) is average level so far but i can tell its made in fresh. btw thus meal is 19 + tax. Salad and nan is 14.99 and code is 1.75. Restaurant no people cus I am the first order of the day. Typical classic arabian style decorations around the restaurant and quite clean. Comfort place to dine in. May get another try. Dude, I haven t eaten Arabic food in a long time. Not to mention how good it is, this freshly baked naan is a thing of beauty. (If there is a better tasting buddy, I would be more willing to eat it but I can t find it. Vegetarian options: Maybe? Who the fuck is a vegetarian? If you are a vegetarian at a barbecue restaurant, why don t you go into the ground?

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight. We come here very often but today the food was horrible. I got the chicken breast wrap asked for no spice and it was spicy. Chicken was dry with no seasoning. My husband ordered a half chicken dinner, looked good but chicken was raw inside! We had to take it back and asked for a refund. Horrible customer service and they have no friendly or welcoming staff! Get a better chef.

Called today to find out the source of their meat. If its hand slaughtered or machine slaughtered. The staff was friendly BUT they did not know this basic information.. I asked if they could ask their manager and the manager also did not know this BASIC info. Please educate your staff. It is a general piece of information regarding the food that YOU SELL. How are customers supposed to eat at your restaurant if they can t be provided with the information of the meat.

The half chicken with salad and naan is legendary. Get it without the rice for a bargain price of $15. While the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, they spent all their focus on the amazing food. I will 100% go here again and order the same thing. So so good!

The food was good. But don t park your car there if don t want it to be stolen. Last time I parked my car there, there was an attempt to steal it. When I asked for any camera footage non of the stores has camera. They don t care about it. But if they do care about their customers they need to make sure that it is a safe place. They should know without customers they get bankrupt. So let s stop going to this place, so this may make them realize that they need to fix the issues to get their customers back. One funny fact: when I asked for a little sumac for the kebab, this is what one of the Indian guy working there gave me . Even though the sumac was tasteless.

The restaurant was really nice. We went there literally at the closing time but the servers were sweet enough to let us dine for 15 mins. We had chicken tikka kabob, mutton kabob and chicken kabob, which was delicious! Its a one time try kinda restaurant!

My family and I have been going to the Keele location for the last 7 years. The food use to be amazing and service was incredible. However, in the last 2 years we noticed the quality of food has gone drastically down. The sauces taste and look completely different and they seem diluted. The salad look old and gross. We ordered take-out and it just looks like they threw a bunch of food in a box and served it to us. I normally dont give bad reviews, but this has happened more than once at this location. I always use to recommend this place to others, but not anymore.

Ive been going to this location for many years now but really disappointed at their service and food recently. We got dinner for the family today. My sultani kabob beef chuncks were stale and smelled like old meat. Ive had their food before so I know what my expectations were. The pieces were half of what it was before. It lacked flavor and it was dry, overcooked. I ordered no rice , only salad and the salad was not fresh and the portion size was disappointing. Id recommend trying another location, avoid this location. Oh and the chasier was very rude. We asked for extra sauce and she was very rude in responding to us that it costs extra. Extra charge is fine but tone didnt need to be rude. The sauce also changed, it was watery and lacked flavor as well. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available in the plaza

I had the Sultani Kebab, and it was fit for a Sultan indeed. There was a generous amount of food, the flavours were incredible, and the spices and sauces complemented each and every aspect of every bite. The bread was fresh out of the oven. Prices were spot on.

Their Mantu tastes different than other bomiyans. That delicious savory taste of the sauce on it. And it is big portion.

We came in here with family to have lunch. The staff was incredibly rude. We were looking at the menus, and one of the workers came to our table and took the menus away from us. We said we werent done deciding, yet she still took the menus. We ended up leaving and not eating there. No respect for customers. Extremely horrible customer service.

The meat pieces are so tiny and theres barely any salad with the meals, its just 80% rice. Way too much rice for no reason. There is no balance with these meals. Unfortunately not made fresh either.

Unprofessional staff. I ordered food and after 15 min another staff member told me we dont have your requested item. When I compplained WHY you made me want 15 min, she rudely said I didnt take your order! now if you want I can give your refund. This was so rude and unprofessional. Terrible horrible experience got very ill from the food, I ordered the Kabob wrap and halfway into my wrap I felt sever stomachache I thought I should call 911 then I ran to the washroom and vomited all the food .. I felt much better after that nasty food came out of my stomach... then I spoke at the counter to one fat rude lady I asked her what was in the food to happen that to me ???? Is it the meat ??? She answered very rudely yelling that her food is fresh ... story short this place is disgusting and the food is stale and old and got me very ill ... save your time, money and most importantly save your health and go somewhere else for good food

Tasty and well seasoned food that s cooked upon order. We usually order Kofta Kebabs to go. I wish they would use cardboard containers instead of foam (or styrofoam). Orders don t take too longer. Keep in mind this is not fast food.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this restaurant if youre looking Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options, but not as many, as most Afghan food, in general, has meat in it or is meat based as far as I know. Parking: There is a huge parking lot in front. One can park and walk over to the restaurant.
